I made an appointment with him for this past Friday between 2-4pm.  Never showed up.  I sent him a text asking if he was still planning on coming.  He asked if he could reschedule for Saturday between 10a-12pm.  Once again, never showed up.  I text him and asked if he was ever coming and never heard from him.

So please don't bother with this company obviously he doesn't want business.

Mike completed a highly technical hillside  concrete job to install a mountain side elevator(Hillhiker) He finished hillside excavation by hand to make sure his forms met the city approved plans. Coordinated the subs to help pump the concrete ect.

The rebar, and concrete passed a 3rd party special inspection and the city the first time. Pricing was reasonable.

JM was a great company to work with! They completed our job ahead of schedule and on budget.

Despite the smaller yard size, the job we had done was pretty rough:

* Removing 2x lrg. oleanders, an existing fence and 2-4 inches of topsoil, all through the downstairs of our townhome. (e.g no alley or 'back gate' access)
* Then, installing a block fence and grading the remaining yard space. Just like the removed material, all the CMU block and installation material for the new block fence had to come in through the downstairs.

JM showed up when they said they would, cleaned up after themselves each day and were very professional. In the end, the job was completed exactly how I asked, and the messes were cleaned. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, and referred them to my HOA for some misc repairs we needed.

I would recommend Prevail Concrete & Coatings to anyone looking to improve their driveway, garages, or any type of concrete flooring! They are efficient and professional. I am impressed with my experience and will definitely be using them for future projects.

Albert and Guillermo are A-Number One in my book! They did a major overhaul of our ugly backyard and a back wall that was about to fall over, transforming our yard into a beautiful, zen masterpiece at a reasonable price.  They were so easy to work with throughout the whole process.

We highly recommend Cactus Curbing--they are extremely professional, meticulous, conscientious and obviously know what they are doing whether it is demo, masonry, concrete, electrical, landscaping.  Albert was in contact with us throughout to make sure they were meeting our (high) expectations. After being burned by another landscaper I was hesitant when looking for another. Rafa listened to what I wanted, was speedy in his responses and a great communicator. Executed our project beautifully and now we love our front yard. Will definitely be using them again for our backyard in a few years!!

Colorworks saved our Lawn to Garden project, transforming a water-thirsty lawn and overgrown beds in the front and side yard to a drought-tolerant work of art!  We can't say enough about the Colorwork team's professionalism, work ethic, integrity and clear and timely communication and customer support.  From the owner, Jon, and estimator Armando, to on-the-job supervisors Luis and Jake, and hard-working demo/install workers Victor and Sergio, everyone we dealt with exceeded our expectations.  

We had interviewed a dozen contractors before meeting the Colorworks team, and had almost given up hope of finding landscapers able to meet our timeline, provide a detailed bid in a timely fashion, respond promptly to emails/texts, and follow the landscape design to it's letter.

We are so happy we did not 'settle' for a company we did not feel was right for the job, and that Colorworks was able to work our project into their busy schedule!

Colorworks meet the requirements of our city's Smart Irrigation Program and provided a detailed list of our irrigation installation, selected only the highest quality plants from the nursery, used top-quality decompsed granite and stabilizer, used great care to be sure plants were placed accurately and to maximize successful future plant health.  

Their supervisors worked with us on the daily schedule, and the team arrived promptly each morning at 7am and worked almost without stopping, except for lunch and supplies, each day.

On our end, we had done quite a bit of research prior to this project.  One of the most helpful tips from neighbors was to start with a great design and then a licensed contractor with a proven track record who could dedicate a team to see the project thru from start to finish.

Andy DeYoung, the landscape designer we used, was also highly respected by Colorworks,  and they were faithful to his vision.  

Hands-on oversight and on-site supervision by the owner and his supervisors was impressive, especially given the number of projects the company manages.

Lastly, a shout-out to Colorworks' office staff, who worked so well and so personally with us!

The business owner answered my message quickly and gave us a fair price, the crew came out the next day and did a great job!! Will use again and recommend them. Thank you.

Came out the day of my call. Did a great job. Great  fair pricing and cleaned up my front yard after the work. I will use them again

I contacted Mr. Ramos after he was referred to me by another contractor that performed drywall repairs on my home. I mentioned that In needed my old driveway demo'ed and repoured and he said that he just had Ramos Concrete and Landscaping complete a much larger job for him a few weeks ago.

I called Mr Ramos and he was able to schedule an appointment to meet me at my home a few days later. I had already received about 3 quotes from other concrete companies and they were all fairly comparable.

Mr. Ramos came out (on time), measured my drivewway and told me exactly what would be done. He also explained how long the process would take, when I could walk on it, when it would be safe to drive on etc. His quote was also several hundred dollars less than some of the other contractors.

Knowing that he had done quality work for someone else, I went ahead and scheduled the work through Ramos Concrete and Landscaping. I paid the deposit (50%) and he arrived a few days later, on time to complete the demolition. After the demo and haul away was complete, the driveway was repoured. I couldn't believe how amazing the new driveway looked!

It's been a few weeks since the work has been completed and I have had Mr. Ramos come back to my home for a few other landscaping projects ( fill holes, repair sprinklers, lawn maintenance) and I will definitely be referring him to clients in the future.

CSI is the best contractor we've worked with. On time, on budget and great communicators.  The project turned out great and I couldn't be happier.  Highly recommended .

Robert did a great job on my project. I have recommended him to a few other people already. His prices were fair and he worked on my project sun up to sun down almost 16 days straight. My project evolved as we were doing it he communicated along the way and made good recommendations. I appreciated that he did a good job cleaning up afterwards as well.

Robert and his crew did an excellent job on replacing our back fence with a sturdy brick wall 90 feet wide. They took great care on not doing any damage to our property and built a fantastic wall. Very professional from start to finish. I would highly recommend them for your wall needs.

I hired them to level out my backyard and remove all the excess dirt. Franks and his crew came out and had the job done in about 3 hours. I was very happy with the results and he charged me a great price. I called 2 other companies for the job but I never received a call back. Frank and his crew don't mess around and handle business. They were in and out in a few hours.

Adis did a great job leveling / smoothing out a concrete floor and in so doing fixing some sloppy/bad work by the previous contractor.  Thanks!

We are putting in a pool and needed to add a 30' section of block fence and a gate. After posting it on Yelp, Eric responded within minutes with a very reasonable bid. He was able to start the job within a few days and completed the fence portion in one day. A beautiful gate (custom) was installed two days later, as promised. He and his team were very professional and easy to work with, including when we had to make a last minute change to the height of the fence. I would definitely recommend Apaez Pro's!

I agree with all the other great reviews. Naji was the best quote and the work was great!  We are now a month out and are very happy!

I wo update never use this as they had my contact information. They never took the professional courtesy  to. call come out to my home for a estimate on my Retainer wall. Very disappointed that they blew me off.
