I contacted Abrahams to provide a quote to replace an existing block wall fence at my community. It's a major project (@$90-100,000). While he offered a fast response to answer the RFP, what he relied with was only 1 of the 3 options we requested, and the option he did provide was at the wrong linear footage, so incorrect. He was contacted to update the proposal, and he promised to do so, but it was never done. Even though I contacted him several times

Mike completed a highly technical hillside  concrete job to install a mountain side elevator(Hillhiker) He finished hillside excavation by hand to make sure his forms met the city approved plans. Coordinated the subs to help pump the concrete ect.

The rebar, and concrete passed a 3rd party special inspection and the city the first time. Pricing was reasonable.

Cactus curbing replaced our old brick edging with new concrete curbing. The price was very reasonable, and the curbing looks fantastic. I also really appreciated that the owner wore a mask when he came out to do the estimate, and when he was in contact with us.

We hired Ramos Concrete to do front door concrete steps for an in-law suite addition. It was very easy to work with Augustine. Very timely, professional and communicative. I was appreciative that he squeezed us in to his busy schedule. Many of the other contractors I tried calling simply ignored my calls or didn't show up. Glad I found them and the steps look great! Since recently relocated to Arizona II rely heavily on yelp and again it did not disappoint, CSI CONCRETE was a great choice for me and my family.

CSI CONCRETE poured out about one thousand sq feet of concrete at various locations around the house including expanding my driveway on each side and putting in a huge RV pad plus a shed pad and dog run. There was no hidden fees or undisclosed costs, which I appreciate very much. They are a
complete service that included pulling out unwanted plants, removing excess dirt, redistributing rock and hauling out all the remaining trash.

I would hire franks company again! I had a garage project that I needed cleared out and had trash and items I needed hauled away. His guy came the same day, the quote and price were the same as we discussed and he did a wonderful job. I was stressed about how I could move all the stuff I needed out of the garage and they took care of it same day! So thankful!

I called Adis late last night to see if he could help smooth out a concrete patio we had poured over the weekend. He made time to come by today as soon as he was free and spent almost an hour discussing options with me. Ultimately we decided that grinding the patio won't help with the real issue, which is the patio itself. He educated me on industry standard and helped recommend a concrete contractor who is going to have to redo our patio. We are putting in a pool and needed to add a 30' section of block fence and a gate. After posting it on Yelp, Eric responded within minutes with a very reasonable bid. He was able to start the job within a few days and completed the fence portion in one day. A beautiful gate (custom) was installed two days later, as promised. He and his team were very professional and easy to work with, including when we had to make a last minute change to the height of the fence. I would definitely recommend Apaez Pro's!
