Mike completed a highly technical hillside  concrete job to install a mountain side elevator(Hillhiker) He finished hillside excavation by hand to make sure his forms met the city approved plans. Coordinated the subs to help pump the concrete ect.

The rebar, and concrete passed a 3rd party special inspection and the city the first time. Pricing was reasonable.

So happy they were able to come out and do this right before Thanksgiving.  More room for folks to eat outside!

We didn't have a big project, but Dave and his team treated us like we did.  They were communicative, on time, honest, reliable, and reasonably priced.

I worked with Ricardo Santiago of Cactus Curbing in June 2017 to add brick paver to my backyard.  We had a section of landscape rock and plants in between our pool and house that was wasted space...and restricted our pathway from one side of the yard to the other.  I had worked with Ricardo previously and did not hesitate to contact him for this job.  Ricardo himself is very reliable.  He shows up on time, provides a fair and honest estimate, is not pushy, and offers up helpful suggestions that he feels will improve the job.  Now his crew, wow, they are top notch.  VERY talented at paver work.  Everything is done professionally and no corners are cut.  Good contractors can be hard to come by but Cactus Curbing is amazing.  I highly recommend them!

Before they remodeled our backyard I told them what I was looking for (types of pavers, artificial turf, plants, etc.). Rafael guided me to what would look best for the size of our yard and he very helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. I loved the blueprint video they sent to us before starting the project so we could get a picture of our backyard's potential. Prices for each detail in the remodel were written out clearly. Best part was they basically remodeled our entire yard within 2-3 days. They get the job done fast and do it well!

Yelp says they require a $3000 minimum, but when you call, they say $8000. Pretty big discrepancy there.

Miguel was responsive at first. We confirmed a date and time for a quote, but not only did he not come, but when I reached out half an hour after the scheduled time to see what was happening, I was left on read.

This was the first time that we used Christo and his crew. He trimmed nine palm trees and cut back our oleander bushes. They did a very thorough job cleaning up and did not hesitate to clean up a few areas on the palm trees when we asked them to do so. I would highly recommend green valley and would use them again!

We hired Ramos Concrete to do front door concrete steps for an in-law suite addition. It was very easy to work with Augustine. Very timely, professional and communicative. I was appreciative that he squeezed us in to his busy schedule. Many of the other contractors I tried calling simply ignored my calls or didn't show up. Glad I found them and the steps look great! I highly recommend.

I found Heath Forshee on YELP. Great work, great price., very honest and professional. Wish he could build me a pergola. I would hire him in a heartbeat!

Ron Casey did a concrete job for me and I could not be happier. I had a slab poured for my back patio after a dirt area there kept flooding. I also had a small walkway created so that I can move my trashcans down to the curb with greater ease. Ron gave me a very reasonable quote. His work was very good- wonderful attention to detail and ensuring sloping and grades were correctly done. The area he worked in was cleaned up and left in wonderful condition. Ron is prompt, courteous and respectful. He took great care to ensure my pets did not get out.
I am very satisfied with the work and highly recommend the business.

Robert is truly a wonderful craftsman. We recently had our entire backyard done, but the contractor who built our outdoor fireplace did a shotty job and the bottom completely crumbled after a major rainstorm. Apparently, the contractor didn't put in proper fire brick and a fire plus rain water was a bad combo. I texted Robert about the problem and he quickly came out and gave us a quote that seemed more than reasonable. He was knowledgable, kind and understood that we didn't want to spend an arm and a leg to get our structure fixed. When I reached back out to get us on his schedule, he responded in a timely manner and came out a week later and fixed our fireplace in two days. He was clean, courteous and didn't mind when our kid had a bunch of friends over while they played in the backyard. The fireplace looks like it was done by an actual professional and now I'm not worried it's going to fall apart during the next storm. Highly recommend.

Rob came out and replaced a section of block wall that was unsafe due to a vehicle accident.  He provided us an estimate and was very patient as we had to wait for the insurance company to accept the estimate and payment. It was worth the wait as Rob was able to match the block and the wall looks like the original. We are very pleased with the outcome and would use them again for block work if needed. Thanks!

I would highly recommend using Frank's Demo Grading and Hauling. I was searching for a company to help me move items from my garage late at night and Frank sent me a message within an hour. He quickly said he could provide me with help the next day at any time. I received a call 30 minutes beforehand and a man by the name of James came to help. James was very friendly, accommodating, quick, efficient, and even asked if there were any other additional items I wanted him to take. I was thoroughly impressed. Before I spoke to Frank I almost decided to haul my items with my dad to a landfill, but am so happy I used Frank and James. Additionally, Frank offered me a VERY reasonable quote for hauling my items. I'm easily deterred by companies who overprice and then do an average quality of work. Not only did Frank give me a fair and reasonable initial quote, he price matched another quote I received and worked with me based on that. And to repeat, the quality of work was amazing. There's no doubt I will call him next time I need help. Thank you Frank and James!

Last year, my driveway (which looks like bare concrete) began showing what looked like calcium rising to the surface (I think it's called efflorescence) and the surface started peeling away in spots.  My handyman/ contractor was confident that he could resurface & paint my driveway.  He did his best but after a few months, the driveway started peeling again. In hindsight, I should have hired someone with the right expertise.  

Early this year after doing a Yelp search, I was directed by another contractor to Adis. He felt strongly that my handyman had made things worse but he was confident he could make it look significantly better and he did.  There were a few delays but they were due to materials he needed taking longer to arrive than originally quoted to him. I decided to wait a few months before writing this review because I wanted to see how it looked over time and am happy to report that it still looks great.  He's honest and straightforward, and I highly recommend Adis for this type of work and I see he does a lot more than just driveways. Let him help you and you won't regret it.

We are putting in a pool and needed to add a 30' section of block fence and a gate. After posting it on Yelp, Eric responded within minutes with a very reasonable bid. He was able to start the job within a few days and completed the fence portion in one day. A beautiful gate (custom) was installed two days later, as promised. He and his team were very professional and easy to work with, including when we had to make a last minute change to the height of the fence. I would definitely recommend Apaez Pro's!

Our HOA finally approved homeowners to be able to expand their driveways, so we jumped on our chance to increase the width and also use pavers instead of concrete. We had specifics we were looking for and also wanted a certain paver style so we reached out to three different companies on Yelp based on ratings and pictures we saw. I already gave a review on one company that apparently didn't want our business, JNK responded quickly and provided a great estimate, and the other company just gave us a ho-hum estimate and only really wanted to lay pavers over our existing concrete driveway. There was one big difference between all the companies and that was follow up and the ability to answer questions.  We had Devin come out to our house and create the estimate.  He was able to go over the design, show paver samples, explain the differences in pavers, give his personal opinion and why, and also my wife who teaches math was impressed with his math related answers.  
For the most part everything was smooth as butter.  They arrived according to plan, did the job quickly, and everything looks like it is pretty much flawless. The only incident that occurred was when we originally asked for rounded corners and the paver guy went with straight edges instead because he thought it looked the best.  Well, the customer is always right... right?  After Devin came by and gave his opinion and listened to what we wanted they re-made the edges rounded and it looks exactly what we wanted.

I've had New Generation Block Fence to my home twice to do repairs on my brick wall.  The work was outstanding, the service was great, and the price was very fair.  Highly recommend.
