Excellent business. Best quote, fastest turnaround, and when there was a supply chain issue, He let us know and we solved the problem together and the wall and RV gate turned out to be so much better than I had envisioned it to be. I would highly recommend this business. He had a very professional crew and I am very very pleased with the attention to detail and craftsmanship. I would highly recommend this business.

Mike completed a highly technical hillside  concrete job to install a mountain side elevator(Hillhiker) He finished hillside excavation by hand to make sure his forms met the city approved plans. Coordinated the subs to help pump the concrete ect.

The rebar, and concrete passed a 3rd party special inspection and the city the first time. Pricing was reasonable.

I requested a quote for a small patio pavers project. The got back to me quickly, but their reply was basically We are busy and nothing else. (As opposed to another local business who could not do my project but gave me a referral.) I will not be considering this company for any future work.

I would recommend Prevail Concrete & Coatings to anyone looking to improve their driveway, garages, or any type of concrete flooring! They are efficient and professional. I am impressed with my experience and will definitely be using them for future projects.

Alberto and his crew did a fabulous job t our home. They built a retaining wall, installed irrigation and installed artificial turf. The crew was professional, on time, and very helpful. Their price was right on, and they cleaned up as if they had never been there! I would highly recommend them!

Excellent response and planning, excellent workmanship, excellent cleanup !!!  Good people, kept on task, finished project as planned.  I'm very happy with my new patio!

Katy did an amazing job designing our new front yard. Very pleased with her and the crews that Colorworks uses.

Manny was very friendly, but I had some problems once we got things started. First, they were not super communicative once we paid our deposit.

Second, on the day of the final installation, they did not listen to our directions for the small plants in front of our house.  Planting four small shrubs rather than a variety.

Third, and by far the worst, was the bougainvilleas. We had ordered 4 of the same color. When they arrived there were 2 pink, 1 purple, and one that they said was purple, but there were no flowers currently blooming. They assured me it was purple, and installed them alternating. When the flowers bloomed, the last one was white. It's clear that the installers (who were not accompanied by Manny), ripped the flowers off and lied to me so I wouldn't force them to go back and get what we actually ordered. That lack of integrity was extremely disappointing.

Plusses- Manny is very friendly and accommodating, they responded quickly, and the work quality seems pretty good so far. Price was fair, although not fantastic.

Minuses- Nobody seems to communicate very well, they don't listen (or communicate to staff) about what you want installed, and then to top it off, they lie to you.

I won't be using them again.

Green Valley did an absolutely phenomenal job on my side yard. I wish I had called him to lay the pavers I had done a month previous. Green Valley replied to a quote I requested on yelp wishing minutes.  He was able to come the next day (on a Sunday) and fit my job in for Monday. It was completed by the time I got home from work. His prices were perfect and even recommended a change to my original design to help with costs that I ended up loving even better.
Can not recommend Green Valley enough!

I contacted Mr. Ramos after he was referred to me by another contractor that performed drywall repairs on my home. I mentioned that In needed my old driveway demo'ed and repoured and he said that he just had Ramos Concrete and Landscaping complete a much larger job for him a few weeks ago.

I called Mr Ramos and he was able to schedule an appointment to meet me at my home a few days later. I had already received about 3 quotes from other concrete companies and they were all fairly comparable.

Mr. Ramos came out (on time), measured my drivewway and told me exactly what would be done. He also explained how long the process would take, when I could walk on it, when it would be safe to drive on etc. His quote was also several hundred dollars less than some of the other contractors.

Knowing that he had done quality work for someone else, I went ahead and scheduled the work through Ramos Concrete and Landscaping. I paid the deposit (50%) and he arrived a few days later, on time to complete the demolition. After the demo and haul away was complete, the driveway was repoured. I couldn't believe how amazing the new driveway looked!

It's been a few weeks since the work has been completed and I have had Mr. Ramos come back to my home for a few other landscaping projects ( fill holes, repair sprinklers, lawn maintenance) and I will definitely be referring him to clients in the future.

CSI is the best contractor we've worked with. On time, on budget and great communicators.  The project turned out great and I couldn't be happier.  Highly recommended .

I needed repairs to pavers that had come loose. Robert fixed it so that you can't even tell there was ever a problem. He also added rebar to prevent it from happening again. Showed up when he said he would and left everything clean. I'd definitely use him again.

Robert and his crew did an excellent job on replacing our back fence with a sturdy brick wall 90 feet wide. They took great care on not doing any damage to our property and built a fantastic wall. Very professional from start to finish. I would highly recommend them for your wall needs.

Frank removed part of our block wall for us when we were remodeling our back yard. We were very happy with his work including the clean up.

Contacted Adis to level the floors in 3 bedrooms I want to lay vinyl plank in.  Levels floors for vinyl are very important, even more so because I'm using rigid vinyl planks. I considered doing it myself but Adis pointed out the floors have high and low spots so some of areas needed to be ground down while others needed to be filled in. He showed up on a Friday and him and two of his crew spent the morning working on my floors. They finished up early afternoon and I'm incredibly pleased with the outcome. We jags just cleaned the house so I was Concerned about dust but when you hire this company you get professional-grade service and equipment. Dust control was exceptional. Adis spent some extra time after completing the job pouring out like things to think about around my newly purchased home. I would not hesitate at all to hire Adis and his team for future work.

We are putting in a pool and needed to add a 30' section of block fence and a gate. After posting it on Yelp, Eric responded within minutes with a very reasonable bid. He was able to start the job within a few days and completed the fence portion in one day. A beautiful gate (custom) was installed two days later, as promised. He and his team were very professional and easy to work with, including when we had to make a last minute change to the height of the fence. I would definitely recommend Apaez Pro's!

If I could give 10 stars I would - this company is fantastic. Devin was our project manager and came out to the house to do the initial quote. I didn't know what I wanted and needed creative help and he had a ton of great ideas. He was very responsive and dependable as we had plenty of questions via text, phone call and email. He always responded in a timely manner and the work was done quickly. We were scheduled out a few weeks but they called early and told us there was a cancellation so our whole project was completed well before the original scheduling. Our yard was so hodge podge with landscaping before and now it looks clean and nice. They also did an exceptional job with the pavers and gave us a few things that weren't in the original contract - we asked for two different types of rock and they put a nice paver border between them; we had some leftover flagstone and they arranged it into a nice path to the door; and we had an old, broken storage shed that they were able to haul away. They even cleaned up the street and sidewalk from the dirt debris at the end. Would 10/10 recommend and will be a repeat customer if we move.

I wo update never use this as they had my contact information. They never took the professional courtesy  to. call come out to my home for a estimate on my Retainer wall. Very disappointed that they blew me off.
