Mike completed a highly technical hillside  concrete job to install a mountain side elevator(Hillhiker) He finished hillside excavation by hand to make sure his forms met the city approved plans. Coordinated the subs to help pump the concrete ect.

The rebar, and concrete passed a 3rd party special inspection and the city the first time. Pricing was reasonable.

We are very pleased with the work they did. We had an old coy pond under our gazebo.  We wanted it filled to make it functional. They placed travertine throughout our patio and gazebo area. They also replaced all of our wooden posts & sprinklers. Jordy and his crew were timely & efficient. I mostly appreciated his feedback & open communication during the project. Their pricing was reasonable & competitive. We plan to use them again for any future work for our front yard.

We didn't have a big project, but Dave and his team treated us like we did.  They were communicative, on time, honest, reliable, and reasonably priced.
I highly recommend Prevail Concrete and we will be working with them again once we start our front yard project.

Albert and his brother run a great business.  He came out to give a quote, taking lots of time to understand what we wanted for the yard and give his thoughts on how to make it most attractive.  Their bid came in $1,300 cheaper than the other company!  I recommended the same two companies we had quote on our yard to my in-laws for a quote and they had the same experience.  Cactus Curbing came in WAY less than the other company.  We thought we would give it a try and hope for the best.  We both (us and my in-laws) turned out very happy with our decision.  They ended up doing more in two days to clean up our yard than we could have done in weeks.  They worked hard, made great progress and kept us posted on dates for grass and gravel delivery.  They brought in the equipment necessary (including a little Bobcat to churn up our rock hard soil).  They also went above and beyond in our yard doing some things because they just knew it would look nicer.  We were very pleased with their work and their clean up of the work area and we couldn't be more amazed at the difference in our yard.  We love it and only wish we had done this sooner.  We would heartily recommend this company if you are looking for low cost/high quality work.

Katy came to our home and listened to what we wanted to change about our backyard. She then came back with a design that was more than we could have imagined. The project started on time and we worked closely with Jeff to get updates and to make small changes that made sense along the way. At the last minute, we decided to add a fire pit and we really appreciated everyone's flexibility in making that happen. Our yard is now amazing and we love to spend time out there. We are so grateful to everyone at Colorworks for their hard work and comittment to our satisfaction. We would recommend them to anyone who is considering a yard makeover!

Just had Miguel and team out to trim a badly overgrown tree in our backyard. The crew was very polite and efficient. They did a fantastic job, and did a phenomenal job on cleaning up, pool and all! Best of all, price was great and they did it within 24 hours of requesting a quote ( which was done over the phone with a picture). Will definitely be calling them again.

Cristo and his team removed three mature acacias and a big, dead, 40+ foot tall ash tree that was next to a shed and a power line.
This was by far the lowest estimate- but most importantly, they did fantastic work, arrived on time, and cleaned up afterwards (pretty sure our yard is cleaner now than before they came).
They also ground down the stumps - can't even tell there was ever a tree there!
We'll be calling again for future projects!!

I contacted Mr. Ramos after he was referred to me by another contractor that performed drywall repairs on my home. I mentioned that In needed my old driveway demo'ed and repoured and he said that he just had Ramos Concrete and Landscaping complete a much larger job for him a few weeks ago.

I called Mr Ramos and he was able to schedule an appointment to meet me at my home a few days later. I had already received about 3 quotes from other concrete companies and they were all fairly comparable.

Mr. Ramos came out (on time), measured my drivewway and told me exactly what would be done. He also explained how long the process would take, when I could walk on it, when it would be safe to drive on etc. His quote was also several hundred dollars less than some of the other contractors.

Knowing that he had done quality work for someone else, I went ahead and scheduled the work through Ramos Concrete and Landscaping. I paid the deposit (50%) and he arrived a few days later, on time to complete the demolition. After the demo and haul away was complete, the driveway was repoured. I couldn't believe how amazing the new driveway looked!

It's been a few weeks since the work has been completed and I have had Mr. Ramos come back to my home for a few other landscaping projects ( fill holes, repair sprinklers, lawn maintenance) and I will definitely be referring him to clients in the future.

Great customer service. We're able to work with my schedule and reasonably priced. Lucky they are available.

Ron added a walkway on the side of my house and it turned out great!  He was on time, cleaned up after and left my yard in excellent shape.  I would highly recommend him.

I contacted Paseo through Yelp and Robert responded to set up an appointment at 10 on Thursday, which I approved. I received an email the next day stating that he did not get a response from me and if 8am on Friday would work. I said it would. Friday morning at 10 minutes before 8 I get another message that he is running late and will arrive at 9:30. That time came and went and at 10 I called and left a voicemail asking to be notified as to when I should expect him. It is now noon and I still haven't had a response.
If I can't trust someone to communicate effectively, I surely can't trust them to do a good job.
Please save yourself wasted time and energy by NOT using this company.

Rob did a superb job rebuilding my brick patio. He was professional, personable and provided a quality experience from start to finish. Thank you for making our back yard perfect again!

We hired Frank to remove rock and grade our front/back yards, move the smaller rock to our easements, and remove a few older stumps. Pricing was very reasonable and the team arrived promptly and removed the rock/stumps. That was the only thing that went well with this project.

Here's the list of what went wrong:

1. A worker drove one of the front loaders into our block wall, crushing the wall and damaging our custom metal gate. It took them 3.5 weeks to repair this and unfortunately it was not repaired well (still damaged) and we had to hire a third-party and pay hundreds of dollars to fix additional stress fractures throughout the block wall.
2. We paid Frank extra to have the yards graded and unfortunately this was not done. We had to hire a third-party company and pay an additional thousand dollars to get the yards ready for landscape.
3. The demo crew ripped out beautiful mature cactus from our front yard that we told Frank and his crew to not remove. In fact, we told them four separate times to not touch the cactus. Frank promised to replace these plants and never did.
4. Another worker drove the front loader into the body of our house in four separate locations causing damage to the stucco/block which we had to pay a third-party to repair and paint (another $1000).
5. A worker also hit a metal-framed custom built awning (worth $7000) with a front loader, bending the frame and they never fixed it even after promising they would.
6. Frank's team never moved the rock to our easements and we were quoted $3000 from another company to have this work completed.

Please note that several attempts were made to contact Frank in order to have these damages remedied. Unfortunately he did not respond and has left me no choice but to leave this terrible review. We gave him the benefit of the doubt and over 2 months to make good on the promised repairs.
The fact is this company caused several thousand dollars worth of damage to my property that I had to pay out of pocket to other companies to fix. Currently seeking legal council for next steps and hope no one else is taken advantage of by this company.

Great quality block wall. Eric and team were easy to work with. Started right away and got it done in 2 days. His team clearly takes pride in theIr work. I will for sure use Eric again on future projects.

JNK doesn't do the type of work I needed but gave me a referral to a good company who does.  Referral came within an hour of my initial inquiry.

I wo update never use this as they had my contact information. They never took the professional courtesy  to. call come out to my home for a estimate on my Retainer wall. Very disappointed that they blew me off.
