After our first review was posted, Elvis contacted us immediately. He came back to finish up the work on our front door. I did want to give kudos to Elvis's employee, he was very polite, courteous and kept his work area clean.

Our tub was sinking and creaking and also a different shower was leaking so we had Green Home come out to check it out. We had our fix and remodel completed and now our bathroom looks beautiful, we got a sturdy tub and pricing was reasonable. Really you can tell these guys are honest and hard working. Definitely went the extra mile to help me and my wife. Really happy with their service. 5 stars.

We have had Bill do dry wall repair twice since we moved to Surprise.  He is very professional, extremely fair and honest.  Bill is totally a professional and goes the extra mile with his service.  I would never use anyone else for drywall services and would recommend his company to anyone who could use an honest and fair company for any type of drywall work.

Carl did an awesome job on our new tile for our Covered Patio/ Outdoor Living Room. He communicated with us at all times and texted me when he was running a few minutes late. His price he quoted was the price I paid. We needed a special item to transition the tile from the Covered Patio to the French Drain that butted up to the flooring. He texted me the correct part I needed and where I could purchase it. Our job was about 360 sf and he finished in about a day and a half. He cleaned up before he left as if he was never there, leaving our new flooring looking great. Full disclosure: I'm a retired Real Estate Appraiser and Realtor and I would highly recommend him to my friends and family.

Ellen and her team are amazing! We had started our master bathroom renovation with a different contractor who we quickly found out was totally incompetent!  They demolished our entire bathroom and we were stuck with no bathroom. We called Ellen at white builder and she swooped in to save the day. She communicates well, has wonderful design ideas and her staff is 100% respectful of your house and tries to keep the construction as clean as possible. I have already recommended Ellen to other friends and they have used her too. I would absolutely use Ellen again for any construction needs.

We have now had two perfect experiences with ProSource.  First off, customer service is fantastic.  I have met several reps there and all were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.  Lisa Bettiga was particularly helpful in helping me find a high quality, pet friendly, cost effective option for our home.  In addition, their regional manager helped us to identify a installer.  The selection across carpet, tile, wood floor is vast and they have all the big manufacturers represented in their quiet, comfortable show room.  Finally, we found the prices to be highly competitive or better with both of our purchases there.  If you are doing a new build or re-model, you will enjoy your experience with ProSource and their friendly team.

We needed a partial  bath remodel and went to the home show looking for help.  We found three companies and seriously compared them.   Colton came to our home to assess the job and prepare a quote.  He wrote up a quote that was higher than the others, but we decided to go with them because the product they offered through their show room was nicer in quality than the others.  

This company does not employ in-house construction workers.  They sub-contract all the work.  That explains the higher cost.  However, we were very happy with the work.  Colton was our salesman, Jaram coordinated the construction workers.  He gave us a timetable that worked for us and we were happy with the way the timing worked out.  
We needed the garden bathtub removed, a glass brick window reduced in size by half and a walk-in shower built to replace the tub.  

The contractors who came to our home were very professional and efficient.  We were most impressed with Johnny, who did the tile work. There were 2 mistakes: first, in how the tile was drilled for the plumbing; second it became apparent that the dye in the tiles was not consistent within the box of tile.  This showed up after the light in the room changed and tile was set. There were 5 tiles that didn't match the others.  Johnny came right out and fixed the problem.  Luckily we had extra tiles for him to work with and he was able to save us from having to buy another box of tile.  

When you are not well-versed with the construction business in our area, it is virtually impossible to find people to contract to do work.  When the job involved requires different specialties such as construction, plumbing, and tiling it is risky for the homeowner to hire one contractor to do all the jobs.  Without word-of-mouth recommendations, I became overwhelmed with my search.  It was expensive to hire Rise Above for our job, but we are happy with the results and I am thankful they supplied us with high quality workmen who did a great job!

I highly recommend Ceaser and his team. We are currently working on a kitchen remodel and needed to resize a window so we could fit more cabinet space, and his team did an excellent job. They also replaced our ceiling fan and did some drywall repair that turned out great. Ceaser is really great about keeping in contact with you every step of the way and all the people he sends out are very friendly and do an excellent job. Turnaround is also very quick and quotes were fair. It was great to not need to find multiple experts for a complex job on my own!

Highly recommend them! Will be using Canterra for more stuff in the future!

Wish I could give a better review but the dude never showed up. I don't understand people that set appointments and don't follow through. The awful part is that he had my address and phone number, and who knows what he'll do with it. He didn't call, didn't message, nothing. I finally responded through Yelp and told him I was sorry that he didn't show and that we would be seeking assistance from another business. His response was a vague sorry for the inconvenience. No reason, no explanation, nothing. Do NOT recommend using this business.

The owner was able to beat the price on hardwood I was quoted by a nearby large flooring company even though that particular product was not available as a sample at his store.  I encourage people to call this company to see if they can beat the price on a product you are considering purchasing.  The owner and staff are very helpful and friendly as well!

Great resource for remodeling a home! Lots of fabulous samples. Friendly and knowledgeable help! Will definitely use them again in the future.
