We have one of those trash cabinets that slide in and out on 18" rails. He seemed like he was in a hurry then said it was the bearings when they were working fine before. He added a little ledge to store trash bags, which was nice, but the trash does not slide in and out and what the problem is he reassembled the box off center. My kids and mom can even open it. I assumed I was paying some $200 to fix my trash and not make excuse and bail when the job isn't done. You can clearly hear wood rubbing, not railing.

I finally got my receipt! Still upset that he had lied and said he would get it one night, now tells me he didnt have a way to get me a receipt! He wrote me an estimate, he could have hand written me a receipt too! But I finally got it once I put review on yelp.

Another great job for us done by Erik Tile!  Thanks for the great work, this time on such short notice.  We really appreciate your hard work.

Great experience from start to end, so glad I found this company.  They provided a very fair price quickly, not a long sales pitch and negotiating like the other company I called first.  They showed up on time, explained the process and cleaned up like they had never been there.   The work was performed perfectly, it looks amazing.

Our tub was sinking and creaking and also a different shower was leaking so we had Green Home come out to check it out. We had our fix and remodel completed and now our bathroom looks beautiful, we got a sturdy tub and pricing was reasonable. Really you can tell these guys are honest and hard working. Definitely went the extra mile to help me and my wife. Really happy with their service. 5 stars.

UMMM yeah. Who in their right mind ever thought that popcorn  on the ceilings was a good idea 50 years ago and why???? I've lived in the same home for 30 years, and never got the popcorn removed due to the idea of dust and dirt everywhere until today.

I finally took the plunge and decided to have the popcorn removed from about 800 SF of ceiling. And I was lucky and smart enough to hire Drywall Perfection, as they were absolutely outstanding in every way.

from the time I first called them, to completion of the job, they were exceptional in their communication with me and plan of action for what I assumed would be a humongous mess.

Bill (owner) and his crew gave me an exceedingly generous bid and was able to perform the job in a timely manner (within about 2 weeks of initial contact and within 7 hours of actually showing up) . Not only that, but they dry
walled over pre-existing swamp cooler "vents" in 4 rooms that have been non- functional for at least 10 years.

Bill and his men were extremely thorough and diligent in masking off every single surface that could have become dusty/ dirty during the popcorn removal was sealed off or covered.

They competed 4 large rooms of popcorn removal and  left me  with no mess, no fuss, and profound wonder why I didn't hire them earlier.

they moved all my furniture back strategically and logistically (even though they didn't have to!!)  to allow  for progression of a minor re-modeling project.

Drywall Perfections's  price, service, and professionalism  (OK, they were 3 minutes early:)) are unprecedented in this day, age  and time.

Bill and his staff went above and beyond their "duties and responsibilities" to please a customer in the early stages of a remodel, which included placing furniture and other various clutter out of the way for a following  floor demo.

I would highly recommend them for any work they could possibility do: ; , their drywall finish following the removal of popcorn was absolutely perfect, completely matched the finish of the walls, and the ceilings in 4 rooms exactly textured to each other in impeccable fashion.

I am a health care provider, and don't have a lot of disposable funds. I'd hire Bill and his crew in a heartbeat for any  work they could do, for the timeliness, neatness, reasonable price  and communication with their clients.

This company gets my top vote from  a down home, working girl health care provider  who cherishes quality of workmanship, and excellent value. Drywall Perfection is all that and more.

Carl is awesome, professional from start to finish. He installed my kitchen backsplash and it turned out really beautiful. I love it! It was more complex because of wrapping around the window and cabinets and he was able to do the job in 1.5 days! Fair pricing, too. I'm looking to do my stairs next (replacing carpet with tile) and I'll definitely hire Carl again!

Ellen was excellent and exceeded our expectations. Not only was she the only company that gave us a quote. She also was the only one that was willing to work within our timeline. We had three other companies come out and none had a "yes" mentality like Ellen. I would definitely recommend her company and we will use her again in the future.

Pro Source sold us tile that is manufactured by Landmark Ceramics.  Neither they or the manufacturer are willing to replace my defective tile.
Landmark Ceramics is totally fighting against being responsible for selling us defective tile.  I have had two inspectors confirm it is defective.
Their newest excuse - THEY MADE NO WARRANTY TO THE QUALITY OF THE TILE THEY SOLD!  
Seriously?  Knowing that they don't stand behind their tile, would you want to buy from them?

Update:

The owner Brett Buckner told me on the phone he would personally come out to get to the bottom of the "miscommunication" by his "designer" Colton and put me on the phone w/ a girl to make an appointment. Not only did he fail to show up, he failed to even make the professional courtesy to call and let us know. He failed to respond to multiple calls that we were told would be returned. Now we are even 4 more weeds behind schedule and have to move in to an uncompleted home. Not even the courage to call or the decency to explain. Very disappointing and huge waste of time and resources.

I just bought my first home and knew I wanted the bathrooms remodeled as the rest of the house was really modern and cool but bathrooms were really outdated. I received quotes from 5-6 different contractors to do the work and Chris and Steve at AZ dynamic builders honestly gave me the best price and more importantly did the BEST job on my remodel.  I am obsessed!! They were super responsive to respond texts when I had questions about what to buy and what would look good.  They were a pleasure to work with.

I have had Michael do all the floors in two of my homes now.  I am very happy with the carpeting and tile in the first home he did for us.  When we moved into our new house there was a lot of demo taking out wood and tile.  We replaced with waterproof luxury wood vinyl which I absolutely love.  We also replaced the carpet in the bedrooms and tile in all four bathrooms so 5 different types of flooring.  Very happy with his customer service and professionalism.

Love this business! Completely gutted and remodeled my entire kitchen...it's beautiful now and so, so much more functional than the kitchen I had to utilize in my patio home since moving here in 1992. Sam, Larry, Joe and David are so amazing as are Georgiana and Tabitha! Any issues were satisfactorily with in a very timely manner with good results.
