Sal was great to work with!  He was able to provide a quote quickly and start replacement of my outdated valve system the next day. He was able to provide assistance with additional scope of work as the project progressed.

I couldn't be happier with Sal and his work.  It was a messy project and everything was cleaned up great!

Was very impressed with their promptness and overall great work. They worked with us on each detail to ensure we knew what we were getting.  I plan on using them again in the near future for another large area.

Juan came out for an estimate.  Very nice and prompt, however we never received a follow up with an estimate.  It's been about 2 months.  
You never get a second chance to make a good first impression.

I received the quote from Juan this morning (a few hours after original post).   Looks like he did send the quote mid-December 2021, however I never received the quote.   I'm changing my rating and will update if we chose this contractor for our project.

Pool Deck re-surfacing project went great, 2 days to complete the job, very neat and professional. I had the old deck removed, they fixed 4 cracks that were pretty deep, re-textured and then put the color on. I was very happy with the finished project. My pool guy said it's the best that I have seen

We are expanding our patio, and needed concrete. We received a few referrals for some companies, but B&D were the cheapest by far. We talk to them on Wednesday and scheduled the work to be done on Friday. It was done in one day, and it looks fantastic. They did an awesome job. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent service, prompt, professional, clear communication! They repaired and resurfaced the fountain in our backyard. They explained their work process clearly from the start and we're good about communicating when they were coming by. It turned out even better than expected.

We have two palm trees in our backyard that were in desperate need of trimming. George came out the same day I contacted him and got the job done. He even cleaned the debris that got in the pool once he was finished. He did an excellent job and we will for sure be contacting him again for other landscaping needs.

As a general contractor, finding quality subcontractors that get the job done right and fit our budget is imperative. Luckily, we won't ever have to worry about finding another concrete contractor. Mel is the man. He worked with our design and executed. The project was done fast and they left the job site clean. I highly recommend Mel and his team.

Called to get a quote, waited on hold for too long, but waited, then spoke to rep and gave them all the information, and this was annoyingly long, but then NEVER received a call back.  I suppose when they don't even call you back BEFORE they have your money, they certainly won't after.

Bob and his team were fast and through in their quote and very knowledgeable  on the process.  But at $62 per sq ft doing a small stack stone veneer project on a few portions of my stucco front of house was a fast $9000 job!  I think not.  Had these guys just told me what the cost was going to be upfront (phone conversation was sufficient) we'd have saved each other a ton of time.  If you have the cash these guys are probably very good.

Metro Concrete installed a complete front patio and overlay on my front driveway.  They were on time and on schedule for every appointment, and the job was done in a timely manner.   I am so happy with the finished product.  Thank you for all your help, making my front yard look amazing.  I will recommend them to everyone.

We hired Patterson Paving to do an asphalt overlay of our driveway and cut/haul away some existing driveway.  We met with Sean for the bid and he was very professional and understood our concept.  He provided a drawing of the new driveway and a fair bid/proposal.  Patterson was also very flexible as far as timing.  They did the demo and we did landscaping, then, they came back for the overlay on our schedule.  The overlay looked nice, but they left a huge mess after the job.  I know asphalt is a messy business, but they could have done a better clean-up job.  There were puddles of oil, chunks of asphalt in the desert, asphalt on our garage door and siding, brown sludge on the road, and most of all black tar tire tracks going everywhere at the end of our driveway.  I told Sean and he had his guys come back the next day to clean the concrete at the end of our driveway.  It was a slight improvement, but my husband and I spent hours further cleaning up the tar on our house and at the end of the driveway.  I would have rated them higher if they had cleaned up better or prevented the mess in the first place.  They may be more used to doing parking lots than residential homes.

This is my second review for All Terrain Landscaping. Have them put winter grass in for the past 4 years. Always a great job. Fast and efficient. Good crew. Clean up after themselves. Plenty of seed and good price. Adam is a great guy and has a good work ethic. Takes care of anything I need. Will keep using these guys every year. Thanks ATL!

We had a plan. Jose helped us improve on it while keeping what we wanted in mind. Came when he said he would...reliable. Did what he said he would do...dependable. Very good with communicating with us thru phone calls texts, photos and videos.He came to us as a referral and we've already given his info out to another neighbor. His work was spot on and his price was reasonable. We are very, very pleased with our experience with G & S Landscaping and Jose. 5+ with us. We'll hire him again for another phase. Contacted Gaje Contracting, LLC for concerns in my foundation and stem wall. First impressions, Jill (receptionist) was prompt and professional when calling me from my online inquiry. The day of the inspection, Cody (the inspector) called with a 30 min arrival notice which was much appreciated. He was clean, professionally dressed, and kind. During his inspection, he was patient, warm, and extremely informational. He demonstrated how and where the foundation was cracking in a 3D visual model on his ipad and educated me on what to look out for as the crack isn't to the point of repair just yet.  While he was here, he graciously offered to tour the outside of the home to inspect my stem wall. I felt 100% at ease and confident in his skills, capabilities, and knowledge. Very impressive experience from start to finish.  Without hesitation would I recommend Gaje Contracting, LLC but I will be returning at the time the crack needs repair. I've been in my house less than a year and my driveway needed to be replaced. Ugh! John did an absolutely beautiful job and was by far the most affordable. His attention to detail is outstanding. Honest, highly skilled, and detail oriented. You won't find better.

Had an old plaster pool that was in need of some TLC reached out to multiple companies to figure out  timelines and costs. Pool Remodeling Brothers came through, they were competitively priced and there timeline from start to finish was just under 2 weeks. The final product looks amazing, can't wait to enjoy it this summer! Will definitely be calling when I'm ready to redo the pool deck.
