We were moving to a new house and working under a tight time frame to get the floors done before we moved in. I called Jed just a few weeks prior to when we needed to start the work and even though he was very busy at the time, he made sure to make time and get our floors to fit in his schedule. He was always very prompt, he communicates well and his employees were very professional and considerate. Jed wants to make sure that the customer is happy and won't stop until that happens. We had some unexpected issues come up with the floors he had to work with and he effectively problem solved and did the job well. We would recommend him without reservation.

Pool Deck re-surfacing project went great, 2 days to complete the job, very neat and professional. I had the old deck removed, they fixed 4 cracks that were pretty deep, re-textured and then put the color on. I was very happy with the finished project. My pool guy said it's the best that I have seen

We are expanding our patio, and needed concrete. We received a few referrals for some companies, but B&D were the cheapest by far. We talk to them on Wednesday and scheduled the work to be done on Friday. It was done in one day, and it looks fantastic. They did an awesome job. I would highly recommend them.

My parents needed a repair to their fountain and after several dead ends trying to get it fixed, they found Jared's Fountain Repair. Had our Kool Deck resurfaced and it looks wonderful.  It took 2 days to complete and the experience from start to finish was very positive. Communication was prompt and Dave, the owner, was on site both days to ensure the work was done properly. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Bob Bivin and Building Block Masonry have done great work for me for 10+ years. Bob has always been fair and stands behind his work. Many of his superintendents have been with BBM for years which is a sign of someone who runs a great company.

Metro Concrete installed a complete front patio and overlay on my front driveway.  They were on time and on schedule for every appointment, and the job was done in a timely manner.   I am so happy with the finished product.  Thank you for all your help, making my front yard look amazing.  I will recommend them to everyone.

We hired Patterson Paving to do an asphalt overlay of our driveway and cut/haul away some existing driveway.  We met with Sean for the bid and he was very professional and understood our concept.  He provided a drawing of the new driveway and a fair bid/proposal.  Patterson was also very flexible as far as timing.  They did the demo and we did landscaping, then, they came back for the overlay on our schedule.  The overlay looked nice, but they left a huge mess after the job.  I know asphalt is a messy business, but they could have done a better clean-up job.  There were puddles of oil, chunks of asphalt in the desert, asphalt on our garage door and siding, brown sludge on the road, and most of all black tar tire tracks going everywhere at the end of our driveway.  I told Sean and he had his guys come back the next day to clean the concrete at the end of our driveway.  It was a slight improvement, but my husband and I spent hours further cleaning up the tar on our house and at the end of the driveway.  I would have rated them higher if they had cleaned up better or prevented the mess in the first place.  They may be more used to doing parking lots than residential homes.

All Terrain Landscaping and Maintenance is awesome!! They really care about their clients and want to ensure that you are happy and satisfied. I didn't know it was possible for a person to know so much about trees and landscaping! Made me feel great and that I was with true professionals. I have had my fair share of bad ones and I was very happy and delighted to know that it was far from those! These guys are very professional from start to finish and I would definitely hire them again! Thank you!

The most impressive part about their service is that they cleaned up right after they were done each time. We're living in a time where vendors come do the job and leave but not Montoya they represented very well and we would recommend them hands down! They are OUR new landscapers of choice. We absolutely love all the work Jose and the G&S team has done. We have used them 3 times- we first used them to do our yard once we moved into our new home. They installed our turf, pavers, drip lines, outdoor lighting and did all our plants/trees. We had them back out to instal a pergola outback, which turned out beautiful! Jose was just out in October of 2022 to extend our patio and we couldn't be more happy with the work.
Jose is wonderful to work with, honest, easily reachable and fairly priced.

JR with Gaje Contracting is so great to work with.  He is an honest guy and won't try to get you to do something that doesn't need to be done.  
Jillian answers the phones and run the office.  She is also super great to work with.  I am a Realtor and when foundation issue come up, I always call them!

I've been in my house less than a year and my driveway needed to be replaced. Ugh! John did an absolutely beautiful job and was by far the most affordable. His attention to detail is outstanding. Honest, highly skilled, and detail oriented. You won't find better.

Had an old plaster pool that was in need of some TLC reached out to multiple companies to figure out  timelines and costs. Pool Remodeling Brothers came through, they were competitively priced and there timeline from start to finish was just under 2 weeks. The final product looks amazing, can't wait to enjoy it this summer! Will definitely be calling when I'm ready to redo the pool deck.
