Sal and his crew did some rock landscaping and planting for us. He was communicative, responded quickly to our questions, and our yard looks great. Highly recommend his services.

We did a complete remodel of a 1960 house and of course our plans included the floors. Our general contractor put us in touch with Jed and we are happy he did.

Luckily most of the house had been carpeted and the floor was in good shape. Jed came out, looked over everything and outlined the process. The floor was a colored concrete (brown) and we were originally thinking of leaving them that color. Jed took the time to show us different color samples and make a recommendation on what color he thought we should go with. We were still unsure so after they ground down the first layer, he did a couple color samples in the area we knew the fridge would go. We decided to go with Jed's recommendation and make the floors a little darker than the original color and it looks great. It was the right call for sure.

One area we were concerned about was the dining room, which had old linoleum squares laid on with thick black glue. Jed was upfront and told us their may be ghosting from the old tiles but his team did a great job and there is no sign of the old tiles at all. They also filled in all the cracks and holes left from carpet tacks, etc. in such a way that their appearance is minimal (and if anything adds a little historical character to the house).

We are very happy with the way our floors turned out and highly recommend Jed and his team.

Juan came out for an estimate.  Very nice and prompt, however we never received a follow up with an estimate.  It's been about 2 months.  
You never get a second chance to make a good first impression.

Update to Original Review

I received the quote from Juan this morning (a few hours after original post).   Looks like he did send the quote mid-December 2021, however I never received the quote.   I'm changing my rating and will update if we chose this contractor for our project.

We decided to have our rear patio and front porch upgraded and refinished from plain concrete. Daniel from Copper Sky Concrete came out to show us the different possible finishes we could have, the different looks they would give, and took measurements. A couple of days later I received his quote which was detailed and seemed very reasonable.  After the work was completed, we were very happy with the end result.  Daniel's workers were efficient, professional and friendly.  They cleaned up after themselves before leaving for the day.  About a week after the work was finished, Daniel made another trip to our house to see what we thought of the outcome.  He was happy that we were happy.  I highly recommend Copper Sky Concrete for any refinishing and resurfacing needs you may have.

We are expanding our patio, and needed concrete. We received a few referrals for some companies, but B&D were the cheapest by far. We talk to them on Wednesday and scheduled the work to be done on Friday. It was done in one day, and it looks fantastic. They did an awesome job. I would highly recommend them.

They are efficient, reasonably priced and very good at what they do.  I had a fountain I thought I was going to have tear down.  They came fixed it in less than a day and I'm back to having a working fountain again. Thank you Sylvester and Arianna!

I contacted Roman based on a neighbors suggestion.  Being new to AZ I didnt have a clear idea of the work that needed to be done.  Roman scheduled the appt for next day.  When he arrived he walked around my 1.5 acres and explained that trees and bushes needed to be trimmed. And the ground cover needed to be cleared.  He and his crew showed up the next day and performed a masterful job of getting my property looking awesome. I highly recommend Roman....

As a general contractor, finding quality subcontractors that get the job done right and fit our budget is imperative. Luckily, we won't ever have to worry about finding another concrete contractor. Metro Concrete installed a complete front patio and overlay on my front driveway.  They were on time and on schedule for every appointment, and the job was done in a timely manner.   I am so happy with the finished product.  Thank you for all your help, making my front yard look amazing.  I will recommend them to everyone.

This is one of the best experiences with construction we have had. This company is responsive, does what they promise, keeps their schedule, is clear and communicates well regarding the job. And finished ahead of schedule.

Four years ago I tried to save money on landscaping for a new home. Big mistake. Four months ago I searched for a quality landscaping service. Ultimately, I tentatively selected All Terrain Landscaping. Adam and Natalie came to the house on time, prepared and intent on honest service. I was immediately and pleasantly impressed. The design proposals and bid came and I was more impressed. They knew the terrain, drainage, water supply, plants and HOA limitations. It was a little more expensive but WORTH every penny - quality and service.
During the project, All Terrain was on time, easy to work with and went the extra mile on design, watering, soil, pavers, granite and plants. Most pleasant, efficient, hard working crew who thoroughly cleaned at the end of each phase. Adam and Natalie followed up on every phase and instructed on maintenance and function. The desert and eco- friendly landscape is beautiful. Plants (even a large ocotillo) are green, flowering and  thriving.
I have owned several homes and used different landscapers over many years. All Terrain is head and shoulders above the rest!

We had to dig up our front yard after our Palo Verde grew into our sewer line and we had to replace it. We hired Montoya's landscaping for a front yard remodel, paver reconstruction, and irrigation repair. Raul and his team are honest and hardworking. They definitely make sure the customer is satisfied with the project throughout the renovation and before the work is completed. My advice to any prospective customer is to clearly communicate what you want done - otherwise they might guess. We worked around this issue just fine and Raul made sure we were happy with the work. I definitely recommend.

Had a new build home that I needed front & backyard landscaping on. After a bad experience with the company who did my front yard I decided to go with Jose & his team for my back yard.  Jose and his team did an absolutely amazing job landscaping my entire back yard! In fact I've had him back out for multiple other issues for the front yard and he's been incredibly responsive, fixed my problem & was very reasonably priced! I ended up accidentally cutting the line to one of my drip systems and he came out right away to repair it for me. I highly recommend him & his team and I will continue to use him going forward! I couldn't be happier!

Contacted Gaje Contracting, LLC for concerns in my foundation and stem wall. First impressions, Jill (receptionist) was prompt and professional when calling me from my online inquiry. The day of the inspection, Cody (the inspector) called with a 30 min arrival notice which was much appreciated. He was clean, professionally dressed, and kind. During his inspection, he was patient, warm, and extremely informational. He demonstrated how and where the foundation was cracking in a 3D visual model on his ipad and educated me on what to look out for as the crack isn't to the point of repair just yet.  While he was here, he graciously offered to tour the outside of the home to inspect my stem wall. I felt 100% at ease and confident in his skills, capabilities, and knowledge. Very impressive experience from start to finish.  Without hesitation would I recommend Gaje Contracting, LLC but I will be returning at the time the crack needs repair. ~We decided to fill in the living room of our home.   John (the owner) returned my call within an hour.  I sent him pictures and dimensions of the room and he texted back a price for the job and emailed a written estimate in 30 minutes! Of all the contractors I called, Midwest was the ONLY company to automatically include the placement of rebar to hold the concrete in place.
~All I can say about their work is this: John and his crew was on time, professional, friendly, knowledgable, efficient, clean, timely and meticulous!  Everything consumers hope for!
~ Added note: I didn't know anything about the necessity of rebar or other aspects of filling in sunken rooms but since Midwest did the job, SEVERAL other contractors who have come to our house to bid on other work have told me that Whoever did your concrete did a great job!  and asked for his info. for themselves.
~I got lucky I found a contractor like John views his work/company the old school way.  He cares and will do a great job for you too!!

Someone on Nextdoor recommend Pool Remodeling Brothers. Based on their recommendation I reached out to Jose for an estimate. They were responsive and got our pool fixed within a week of contacting them. We had some cracks in our pebble in the steps and we couldn't get anyone to call us back or do the job because it wasn't worth their time for what they would make on the job. Because they took on our little job we will be using them for our pool remodel in 2-3 years because our pebble is old and wearing out.
