We were moving to a new house and working under a tight time frame to get the floors done before we moved in. I called Jed just a few weeks prior to when we needed to start the work and even though he was very busy at the time, he made sure to make time and get our floors to fit in his schedule. He was always very prompt, he communicates well and his employees were very professional and considerate. Jed wants to make sure that the customer is happy and won't stop until that happens. We had some unexpected issues come up with the floors he had to work with and he effectively problem solved and did the job well. We would recommend him without reservation.

Juan came out for an estimate.  Very nice and prompt, however we never received a follow up with an estimate.  It's been about 2 months.  
You never get a second chance to make a good first impression.

Update to Original Review

I received the quote from Juan this morning (a few hours after original post).   Looks like he did send the quote mid-December 2021, however I never received the quote.   I'm changing my rating and will update if we chose this contractor for our project.

Our pool deck just got done! Daniel came by to do a final walk thru so it's still brand new but so far, we love it! Daniel was very professional! Really nice guy and easy to work with. Very reliable and seems extremely trustworthy. It's always easy to do business with someone you like! He came out several times to give us suggestions/estimates since we were throwing around a few different options for design. Not once did he act like it was a waste of his time and we all know that this economy right now is thriving so it's not like he didn't have other jobs. He would text us and keep us in the loop on when his crew was coming out and what they were going to be doing that day. Communication and keeping your word  is so appreciated and rarely done these days! Can't wait to have a party and show off our new patio and deck! Thank you Copper Sky Concrete! Highly recommend this company!

We are expanding our patio, and needed concrete. We received a few referrals for some companies, but B&D were the cheapest by far. We talk to them on Wednesday and scheduled the work to be done on Friday. It was done in one day, and it looks fantastic. They did an awesome job. I would highly recommend them.

Amazing customer service from start to finish! Ariana was so professional and easy to work with. I texted her a pic of my fountain that required maintenance. She had a very reasonable quote within seconds texted to me. Scheduling was hassle-free as well. They texted when they were on their way and they showed up within the time frame promised. Sylvester and Ariana know their fountains. Mine looks amazing again and it is running better than ever. I will definitely be using their company from now on!

I wanted to have an attractive and sturdy slump-block mailbox built.  I checked out various contractors who have built them around town.  Building Block Masonry was the only contractor who knew exactly what was required to build a solid, stable and very attractive mailbox.  The others wanted to skip important details (like using rebar to make a very sturdy mailbox).  Not to mention that the owner came personally to my home and listened to exactly what I wanted.  I expected just a simple mailbox, but he actually had some very creative ideas.  I am very happy with my new mailbox and it has added to the value of my home (my neighbors love how it looks too).  Also, I was impressed that the owner was prompt and if I called, he got right back to me.  The workers were great and (although I am a very particular person in what I want), they were patient with me until things were exactly the way I wanted.

Metro Concrete installed a complete front patio and overlay on my front driveway.  They were on time and on schedule for every appointment, and the job was done in a timely manner.   I am so happy with the finished product.  Thank you for all your help, making my front yard look amazing.  I will recommend them to everyone.

We hired Patterson Paving to do an asphalt overlay of our driveway and cut/haul away some existing driveway.  We met with Sean for the bid and he was very professional and understood our concept.  He provided a drawing of the new driveway and a fair bid/proposal.  Patterson was also very flexible as far as timing.  They did the demo and we did landscaping, then, they came back for the overlay on our schedule.  The overlay looked nice, but they left a huge mess after the job.  I know asphalt is a messy business, but they could have done a better clean-up job.  There were puddles of oil, chunks of asphalt in the desert, asphalt on our garage door and siding, brown sludge on the road, and most of all black tar tire tracks going everywhere at the end of our driveway.  I told Sean and he had his guys come back the next day to clean the concrete at the end of our driveway.  It was a slight improvement, but my husband and I spent hours further cleaning up the tar on our house and at the end of the driveway.  I would have rated them higher if they had cleaned up better or prevented the mess in the first place.  They may be more used to doing parking lots than residential homes.

I had All Terrain Landscaping come out to look at my trees. Jamie was informative and knowledgeable about my landscaping. He gave me advice on how to care for all of plants including my trees that I was sure was dying. I told him about the sprinklers that stopped working in our backyard. Jamie offered to replace a part for a reasonable fee.  I had my sprinklers running in 30 min, I had other quotes to fix this same problem for 1,700$ and he fixed it for 150$

I had an appointment with them and they never showed up and never called to reschedule or apologize..

We wanted to redo the area around our pool and expand the living space with travertine. Jose gave an on the spot estimate and began work the following week. He communicated every step of the way and completed everything above expectations. He really takes pride in his work. Others I called never completed bidding or stopped returning calls. He sent me photos of the work on the days I couldn't be at the house. We decided to add a barbecue as well and he helped with all the details and it also turned out better than expected. I can't say enough good things about this project. It has been one of the best renovation experiences we have had!

I recently had concrete slab stitching done by Gaje. Owner J R is really pleasant to work with. The crew was on time to start and one time to complete. Workmanship is good. I will come back in a year or so to comment on the longivity of the fix. So far I am happy. I would recommend Gaje to anyone that needs floor stitching.

I've been in my house less than a year and my driveway needed to be replaced. Ugh! John did an absolutely beautiful job and was by far the most affordable. His attention to detail is outstanding. Honest, highly skilled, and detail oriented. You won't find better.

Had an old plaster pool that was in need of some TLC reached out to multiple companies to figure out  timelines and costs. Pool Remodeling Brothers came through, they were competitively priced and there timeline from start to finish was just under 2 weeks. The final product looks amazing, can't wait to enjoy it this summer! Will definitely be calling when I'm ready to redo the pool deck.
