We couldn't be happier with our new stained concrete floors.  Jed and his crew were very professional and accommodating.  I wasn't sure exactly what colors I wanted when we started, they were very patiemt and made sure I saw samples before they started.

Honest, Professional, Respectful is what Windmill Landscaping is about. They are the only company that responded / kept appointment out of the 7 that I contacted on Yelp.   Juan is the most professional landscaper that you could hope to hire.  On time and follows up to all communications within a day.  He was infinitely patient with all of our changes, as our smallish project turned into a huge one.  Anything and everything I wanted a change on (many of those) was met with Juan's Not a problem, we can do that.  We ended up with two new fake grass areas (dogs LOVE their doggy grass), new back wall, huge paver patio, planting of my cocktail grove (lemon, orange and lime), many palms and most importantly, fixing my ancient irrigation system.  If Juan wasn't happy with the work done he would call it to my attention and have it fixed.  Worth every penny having the peace of mind that your contractor is ethical and knowing he expects the same amount of professionalism from his sub contractors.  Soon it is the front yard re-do and I would never use anyone else.  I have already referred him to a friend.

We decided to have our rear patio and front porch upgraded and refinished from plain concrete. Daniel from Copper Sky Concrete came out to show us the different possible finishes we could have, the different looks they would give, and took measurements. A couple of days later I received his quote which was detailed and seemed very reasonable.  After the work was completed, we were very happy with the end result.  Daniel's workers were efficient, professional and friendly.  They cleaned up after themselves before leaving for the day.  About a week after the work was finished, Daniel made another trip to our house to see what we thought of the outcome.  He was happy that we were happy.  I highly recommend Copper Sky Concrete for any refinishing and resurfacing needs you may have.

We are expanding our patio, and needed concrete. We received a few referrals for some companies, but B&D were the cheapest by far. We talk to them on Wednesday and scheduled the work to be done on Friday. It was done in one day, and it looks fantastic. They did an awesome job. I would highly recommend them.

We bought a house with 2 fountains that didn't work. Jared's came out and fixed both of them and we now have 2 beautiful water features. They were responsive and communicated well. They did a thorough job in an efficient and clean manner. Would highly recommend for all of your fountain needs.

I contacted Roman based on a neighbors suggestion.  Being new to AZ I didnt have a clear idea of the work that needed to be done.  Roman scheduled the appt for next day.  When he arrived he walked around my 1.5 acres and explained that trees and bushes needed to be trimmed. And the ground cover needed to be cleared.  He and his crew showed up the next day and performed a masterful job of getting my property looking awesome. I highly recommend Roman....

As a general contractor, finding quality subcontractors that get the job done right and fit our budget is imperative. Luckily, we won't ever have to worry about finding another concrete contractor. I give enough negative reviews when justified.  But when a company/contractor is good I MUST report it.  Dave came out for an estimate.  We had received 1 other estimate and it was almost 2x as much.  I was in shock!  I had another company quote me based on square footage.  Dave's price was still a few hundred less than the person that quoted without looking based on square footage alone.  We had kool decking applied on our large back covered patio (which had a large crack and just needed some love) & a small front entry way patio.  They were only a week or so out from when we called to schedule.  The two guys that laid down came early and finished it all in one day.  We were told it would be a 2 day project but the weather conditions were just right to get it done in 1.  We could not have been happier with the finished product.  Don't bother shopping around.  Trust me, I always try to get 3 or 4 estimates but I can assure you this is the only one you need.

I called in earlier this afternoon for a quote to repair some loose pilaster caps on my fence. Bob the owner took my call and said that he could come out in a few hours to take a look. Not only did he do that, he completed the repair work today as well in about an hour! Super reasonable pricing and very nice work. I'd highly recommend this company for your masonry needs.

Metro Concrete installed a complete front patio and overlay on my front driveway.  They were on time and on schedule for every appointment, and the job was done in a timely manner.   I am so happy with the finished product.  Thank you for all your help, making my front yard look amazing.  I will recommend them to everyone.

We hired Patterson Paving to do an asphalt overlay of our driveway and cut/haul away some existing driveway.  We met with Sean for the bid and he was very professional and understood our concept.  He provided a drawing of the new driveway and a fair bid/proposal.  Patterson was also very flexible as far as timing.  They did the demo and we did landscaping, then, they came back for the overlay on our schedule.  The overlay looked nice, but they left a huge mess after the job.  I know asphalt is a messy business, but they could have done a better clean-up job.  There were puddles of oil, chunks of asphalt in the desert, asphalt on our garage door and siding, brown sludge on the road, and most of all black tar tire tracks going everywhere at the end of our driveway.  I told Sean and he had his guys come back the next day to clean the concrete at the end of our driveway.  It was a slight improvement, but my husband and I spent hours further cleaning up the tar on our house and at the end of the driveway.  I would have rated them higher if they had cleaned up better or prevented the mess in the first place.  They may be more used to doing parking lots than residential homes.

Raul has never actually done work for me. I contacted him based on all the positive reviews I read on here. I scheduled an appointment for an estimate on mowing grass, spraying a few weeds (literally as few), then maintaining the yard by coming back every 2 weeks.
To mow my grass, front and back, Raul quoted me $180.00 To say I was shocked would have been an understatement.  The last landscaper I had moved out of State, hence why I needed a new one, and he charged  me $110/month and mowed the grass once a week.  The grass hadn't been cut in 3 weeks, so it's not to say I had a forest growing. I wanted to  include pictures with my review to give a very clear idea of what Raul believed was $180.00 worth of work and worth $160/month to mow the grass twice a month.
Since Raul left last week, I received 2 other quotes. The final price I paid to mow my grass (front and back) was less than $100.00 and the monthly cost for once a week mowing is also $100/month. Raul, I have no trees, no shrubs nothing for you to cut other than grass and yet for less than an hours worth of work, you believed this was worth $180 of your time? A yard the size of a small putting green in front and back.
Sorry Raul, I disagree with your pricing.  I think you came to my home and made a lot of assumptions, including that I would pay something so astronomical to mow grass. The price Raul wanted to charge was nothing less than gouging.

Jose was very responsive and replied right away to my request and every time I texted him. His team did a great job on my stucco and stone pillar repair. They even fixed my patio shades which got messed up on the last windy day. Also trimmed and cleaned up the front yard. Very thorough and excellent work.

I recently had concrete slab stitching done by Gaje. Owner J R is really pleasant to work with. The crew was on time to start and one time to complete. Workmanship is good. I will come back in a year or so to comment on the longivity of the fix. So far I am happy. I would recommend Gaje to anyone that needs floor stitching.

~We decided to fill in the living room of our home.   John (the owner) returned my call within an hour.  I sent him pictures and dimensions of the room and he texted back a price for the job and emailed a written estimate in 30 minutes! Of all the contractors I called, Midwest was the ONLY company to automatically include the placement of rebar to hold the concrete in place.
~All I can say about their work is this: John and his crew was on time, professional, friendly, knowledgable, efficient, clean, timely and meticulous!  Everything consumers hope for!
~ Added note: I didn't know anything about the necessity of rebar or other aspects of filling in sunken rooms but since Midwest did the job, SEVERAL other contractors who have come to our house to bid on other work have told me that Whoever did your concrete did a great job!  and asked for his info. for themselves.
~I got lucky I found a contractor like John views his work/company the old school way.  He cares and will do a great job for you too!!  
~Do yourself a favor and choose Midwest Concrete! (Mic drop!)

Someone on Nextdoor recommend Pool Remodeling Brothers. Based on their recommendation I reached out to Jose for an estimate. They were responsive and got our pool fixed within a week of contacting them. We had some cracks in our pebble in the steps and we couldn't get anyone to call us back or do the job because it wasn't worth their time for what they would make on the job. Because they took on our little job we will be using them for our pool remodel in 2-3 years because our pebble is old and wearing out.
