Sal came out and gave us an estimate and then came out again the next day to help us with a leak in our drip system that started when another company came out to test the system.  We were so appreciative that he came out and helped us because the other company would not come back out and wanted us to wait and have water leaking around our home's foundation.  Sal installed a new drip system and we are excited to have him continue to maintain our yard.  We will also be having him put grass in our backyard when we are ready and he already set up the system so it will be ready when we are.

We did a complete remodel of a 1960 house and of course our plans included the floors. Our general contractor put us in touch with Jed and we are happy he did.

Luckily most of the house had been carpeted and the floor was in good shape. Jed came out, looked over everything and outlined the process. The floor was a colored concrete (brown) and we were originally thinking of leaving them that color. Jed took the time to show us different color samples and make a recommendation on what color he thought we should go with. We were still unsure so after they ground down the first layer, he did a couple color samples in the area we knew the fridge would go. We decided to go with Jed's recommendation and make the floors a little darker than the original color and it looks great. It was the right call for sure.

One area we were concerned about was the dining room, which had old linoleum squares laid on with thick black glue. Jed was upfront and told us their may be ghosting from the old tiles but his team did a great job and there is no sign of the old tiles at all. They also filled in all the cracks and holes left from carpet tacks, etc. in such a way that their appearance is minimal (and if anything adds a little historical character to the house).

We are very happy with the way our floors turned out and highly recommend Jed and his team.

We decided to have our rear patio and front porch upgraded and refinished from plain concrete. Daniel from Copper Sky Concrete came out to show us the different possible finishes we could have, the different looks they would give, and took measurements. A couple of days later I received his quote which was detailed and seemed very reasonable.  After the work was completed, we were very happy with the end result.  Daniel's workers were efficient, professional and friendly.  They cleaned up after themselves before leaving for the day.  About a week after the work was finished, Daniel made another trip to our house to see what we thought of the outcome.  He was happy that we were happy.  I highly recommend Copper Sky Concrete for any refinishing and resurfacing needs you may have.

We are expanding our patio, and needed concrete. We received a few referrals for some companies, but B&D were the cheapest by far. We talk to them on Wednesday and scheduled the work to be done on Friday. It was done in one day, and it looks fantastic. They did an awesome job. I would highly recommend them.

They replaced a pump for us a few years ago and I called them again for a pump repair and replacing the bowl of the fountain. They were prompt and efficient at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

I put out a contractor request on Yelp for bids to fix a few loose cement blocks in the fence in my yard. Roman Landscape was one of the first companies to reply, they came out to my house that same day, and they fixed the fence the very next day.  They were able to negotiate a fair price with me as well.  They communicated with me consistently and often.  They are extremely polite, and the workmanship looks great.  Would absolutely recommend!

As a general contractor, finding quality subcontractors that get the job done right and fit our budget is imperative. Luckily, we won't ever have to worry about finding another concrete contractor. I wanted to have an attractive and sturdy slump-block mailbox built.  I checked out various contractors who have built them around town.  Building Block Masonry was the only contractor who knew exactly what was required to build a solid, stable and very attractive mailbox.  The others wanted to skip important details (like using rebar to make a very sturdy mailbox).  Not to mention that the owner came personally to my home and listened to exactly what I wanted.  I expected just a simple mailbox, but he actually had some very creative ideas.  I am very happy with my new mailbox and it has added to the value of my home (my neighbors love how it looks too).  Also, I was impressed that the owner was prompt and if I called, he got right back to me.  The workers were great and (although I am a very particular person in what I want), they were patient with me until things were exactly the way I wanted.

It doesn't get any better than this. First off, let me say I've experienced the worst of the worst when it comes to contractors so I know how bad it could be. However, All Terrain is the most professional, friendly, efficient and prompt company I've ever worked with. Adam came out and talked with us about our yard and I basically told him to do whatever he thought would look the best, because I read the reviews here and trusted that he knew what to do. I am SO glad I did!
The yard was completely transformed from dust/dirt to a beautiful and aesthetically pleasing hardscape. I was amazed at how much everyone got done in only 8 hours (it took 6 men working to get that done). I had total confidence in everyone from Michelle who answers the phones to Adam, who came out so quickly to the hard workers that were so meticulous and professional at the job site. I would recommend All Terrain to anyone wanting to avoid the pitfalls of cheap or DIY projects. These guys are professionals. Cleaned up after themselves, and advised us on how to care for the yard.
I will be calling All Terrain to maintain this beautiful yard and may ask about the back yard now!

Update: unfortunately I had to adjust my rating after work was done because of the lack of aftercare and followup. Adam advised me to call once grass began to come up for treatment, which is essential when you don't put down landscaping fabric, as Adam suggested when he gave the initial estimate.
I called repeatedly every day for a week, being told by the very nice receptionist that he would call me back, and would come out later in the week. Calls were never returned and weed/grass control had to be contracted to someone else.
seems like he just couldn't be bothered to provide the promised work which was a small job, once the major work had been completed. Very disappointing because of the great reviews here and the exceptional work done up to this point.

I needed weed removal, pre-emergent spray to prevent regrowth, pruning of shrubs and a tree - I called Raul for an estimate and he scheduled a visit for the next day.  Raul was on time and listened closely to my requests and explained what he could do. Discussed time schedule and cost, then scheduled start date. He was on time and started work immediately with a helper. Job was scheduled over two days - one afternoon and following morning. First day they completed all but spraying of yard which he performed on time the next morning. Their performance was beautiful - pruning and trimming was complete and the results were neat and made me very happy. So relieved to see everything look neat again! Raul has a wonderful smile, is professional and friendly. He works steadily, cleans up completely, is skilled at his work, and proud to do a good job.   I was happy to find that Raul lives up to his fine reputation on YELP reviews. Thank you Raul!

Jose came out the same day and filled out a couple of concrete trenches. He gave us the best quote and eta from all the other contractors. Happy with his service and would recommend him to anyone.

I recently had concrete slab stitching done by Gaje. Owner J R is really pleasant to work with. The crew was on time to start and one time to complete. Workmanship is good. I will come back in a year or so to comment on the longivity of the fix. So far I am happy. I would recommend Gaje to anyone that needs floor stitching.

Had an old plaster pool that was in need of some TLC reached out to multiple companies to figure out  timelines and costs. Pool Remodeling Brothers came through, they were competitively priced and there timeline from start to finish was just under 2 weeks. The final product looks amazing, can't wait to enjoy it this summer! Will definitely be calling when I'm ready to redo the pool deck.
