Jed and his team did a fantastic job on my front and back patio. First they removed the 12 year old tile. Next they grind the concrete and finish it with a sealer. The concrete is over 60 years old and it looks great! The crew is prompt and hard working. Jed came every morning to check in with me and provided details on finishing the job. I searched for a long time to find the right company to do this job. Great customer service! No doubt the best in the business.

My wife and I decided it was time to have our pool deck resurfaced, (approximately 600 sq ft deck), so we solicited bids from 5 different local companies, including the  pool manufacturer who originally installed the pool in 1979. (See my separate review for that  company). From moment we first contacted Daniel Baeza with Copper Sky Concrete, he was completely attentive and engaged with us as we outlined the project work scope.

Of the 5 bids, three of them were very competitive, as they were literally within dollars of each other, had similar timeframes on the project completion time, and all offered a 2 year warranty on the pool deck resurface. But my wife and I both agreed that we should go with Copper Sky for the job.

Daniel was very attentive to my follow up questions, as I contacted him several times during the selection process, as well as in preparation for the commencement, starting, during, and after completion of the project. I can't say enough about his genuine consideration and professionalism that he displayed to us.

The work was started exactly on time, and was actually completed a day ahead of schedule. (We were told 3-4 days and the work was actually completed in 2 days, with the crew returning on the morning of the 3rd day to remove the protective cover from the pool and clean-up the entire work area).

The quality of the pool deck resurfacing was all that we could have asked for, and we are very pleased with the product. I would highly recommend Daniel Baeza and Copper Sky Concrete for your pool deck resurfacing project, or any other project that this company contracts to do for you. We are expanding our patio, and needed concrete. We received a few referrals for some companies, but B&D were the cheapest by far. We talk to them on Wednesday and scheduled the work to be done on Friday. It was done in one day, and it looks fantastic. They did an awesome job. I would highly recommend them.

We had Jared and Ariana come to fix and clean out our 3 fountains. They were great! When they arrived, which were on time, they found the problem and fixed it same day.  Very reliable and will definitely use them again when we need help. Thanks guys!

Mel and his crew are top notch!   Our house had a master bedroom where half of the floor was raised 6 inches higher than the rest of the floor in the house.  Additionally, we had a brick porch patio that was uneven and falling apart.   Mel and his team were on time, cleaned up each day, and did a fantastic job.   In less than a week, we have a leveled bedroom floor and a new front porch.  Couldn't be happier!

These guys did a great job . Very professional. Completed the repair,paint and seal all in one day. Our pool deck looks brand new !

TLDR: is it the cheapest place in town? No. But you get what you pay for, their customer service was great, and they did a great job. Definitely worth it, and I would use them again in a heartbeat.

The old cast iron pipe in our house rusted and burst so we had a plumber come out to fix and repair the pipe. In doing so he had the break up a lot of the block wall bricks.  I looked online and found a few companies to repair the wall.  Building Block was one of the first to contact me with a quote, all they needed was a picture of the holes in the wall. Well then I slacked off because of the holidays and generally being lazy.  I contacted them again, saying I understood if it needed to be rebid since it had been a couple of months.  To my pleasant surprise, they honored the original quote. They were able to squeeze me in pretty shortly after that. The guys in the crew were very nice and they did a great job repairing the wall.  Bob called and came by to check on the job.  The crew also came out the next day to paint the wall and they did a great job matching the existing paint. So overall I was very pleased with the experience, price, and quality of the repair. Would definitely use them again.

Metro Concrete installed a complete front patio and overlay on my front driveway.  They were on time and on schedule for every appointment, and the job was done in a timely manner.   I am so happy with the finished product.  Thank you for all your help, making my front yard look amazing.  I will recommend them to everyone.

This is one of the best experiences with construction we have had. This company is responsive, does what they promise, keeps their schedule, is clear and communicates well regarding the job. And finished ahead of schedule.

All Terrain Landscaping went above and beyond for me. They were able to fit me in quickly, showed up exactly on time, worked quickly, and did a super clean-up.  This job was to remove twenty-year-old shrubs along our front walk and entryway. The roots ran so deep and were so entrenched it really took a large effort to remove them. Neal, the team leader, was very friendly and knew exactly what he was doing. He and his crew left the place looking clean and sharp. He also gave me some good advice on what plants would now grow well in this area. They also capped off the drip irregation lines we no long need.  Could hardly tell large plants had ever even been there. There are several other landscaping projects I'm contemplating and now know that All Terrain Landscaping is the company I'll use if I should move forward with them. They know their business, are honest, and great to work with. Five Stars Plus!

Raul and his crew recently helped transform my front yard into the talk of the neighborhood. They ripped out two overgrown trees and a walkway that was falling apart and were able to not only plant new trees and plants, but also install an amazing new paver walkway with custom lighting. Raul was extremely patient as I was awaiting all the HOA approvals and once we got the green light, he and his team were able to get us scheduled and completed in under 2 weeks. My wife and I could not be happier with the job these guys have done and are looking forward to having them back out to do the sides and backyard in the near future. We have had a dozen neighbors stop by and compliment their work and even a couple of neighbors that have already hired them to work on a project or two on their houses. Thank you again Raul.

We absolutely love all the work Jose and the G&S team has done. We have used them 3 times- we first used them to do our yard once we moved into our new home. They installed our turf, pavers, drip lines, outdoor lighting and did all our plants/trees. We had them back out to instal a pergola outback, which turned out beautiful! Jose was just out in October of 2022 to extend our patio and we couldn't be more happy with the work.

Contacted Gaje Contracting, LLC for concerns in my foundation and stem wall. First impressions, Jill (receptionist) was prompt and professional when calling me from my online inquiry. The day of the inspection, Cody (the inspector) called with a 30 min arrival notice which was much appreciated. He was clean, professionally dressed, and kind. During his inspection, he was patient, warm, and extremely informational. He demonstrated how and where the foundation was cracking in a 3D visual model on his ipad and educated me on what to look out for as the crack isn't to the point of repair just yet.  While he was here, he graciously offered to tour the outside of the home to inspect my stem wall. I felt 100% at ease and confident in his skills, capabilities, and knowledge. Very impressive experience from start to finish.  Without hesitation would I recommend Gaje Contracting, LLC but I will be returning at the time the crack needs repair. Someone on Nextdoor recommend Pool Remodeling Brothers. Based on their recommendation I reached out to Jose for an estimate. They were responsive and got our pool fixed within a week of contacting them. We had some cracks in our pebble in the steps and we couldn't get anyone to call us back or do the job because it wasn't worth their time for what they would make on the job. Because they took on our little job we will be using them for our pool remodel in 2-3 years because our pebble is old and wearing out.
