Louis from Belsito Plumbing was awesome. I had a broken valve, a leaky tap outside and a couple of leaky faucets and all needed replacing. He did the work quickly and efficiently and was reasonably priced. Cleared up after too, other than the paperwork for the new faucets warranty nothing was left for me to do but put things back into cabinets. Great turnaround too, from the first call to job being scheduled was only a couple of days. Rachel in the office was great as well. I will absolutely use them again.

I needed an emergency water shut off valve replaced when Spencer's delivered a new dishwasher, but was unable to complete the install. Larry came out the same day as I called, and got the job done perfectly and quickly. It is always great when a company does what they say they're going to do, and they do it well.

My story may sound familiar. Cave Creek has had its share of construction cowboys and my house and septic were no exception. My builder put in a proper tank but took every shortcut possible and the icing on the poo cake was the inspection port into the second chamber was knocked over when it was buried and just covered up. For 27 years, this chamber was exposed to falling dirt into the chamber.

I was required to have a septic inspection and since I had no idea what was at issue but after a quick call to Black Mountain Septic, Jake arrived on short notice. The precision bucket digs to skirt around existing irrigation plumbing was a sight to see. In short order, I had a man trap installed and a compliant septic system access.

Kyle and Travis our install technicians were right on time, walked us through the process, and kept me informed during the whole instillation! This company is wonderful.  The guy came the very next morning.  He was friendly,  professional, and gave us good advice.  The price was reasonable too.  We will be staying with them for a long time, and we highly recommend them!

Horrible I would never recommend them. They came and pumped my septic and never checked for problem. In 3 weeks after they pumped I had problems with it full again. They would not come out and look at what was happening, they just wanted to come pump again and charge me again. It took several hours to find someone who would come out and check it septic to see what happened. The leachfield was never checked and it was the problem.  Duck septic should have checked this and know there was a problem that will cause me several thousand dollars that they should have found. They refused to come out, when I ask for help from them instead of coming out to check it they just called. Poor service, unconcerned for what you need.

I tried to clean kitchen pipes and use drain snake to unblock kitchen sink but to no avail. Ron was quick to respond and fixed the blockage in no time. Definitely recommend him.

Jorge did a Great job!  He was on-time, worked professionally and proficiently.  Kept us informed as he worked through the installation, and walked us through how often to change the filters and membrane in our new RO system.  He made sure we were pleased with his performance.  Will definitely use them again!  Pricing was much more reasonable than 4 other quotes I received from larger companies.  Saved over $350 by using Go Direct!

Great service at the best prices around.  Highly recommended and would use again in a heartbeat.  Needed a septic pump and cert to sell house.  They discovered a broken riser at the time which they came back to replace as soon as the part came in.  Easy to work with and great service!

My mom and dad were having trouble with their septic system in Apache junction az. They were very polite and professional. Got out quickly and figured out the issue. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone in Arizona needing septic repair or septic certification.

We have used them for years.  Had a septic overflowing on Saturday and was told they would be here between 11-1 on Monday.  They called and said they would be here in 25-35 minutes around 11:30.  We said great.  The office then called and told us he had another appointment and wouldn't be there until 2:30 or 3 at the earliest.  I run a business with scheduling and she was extremely rude about it.  I got the feeling she was trying to squeeze someone in ahead of us.  If I had known they were going to be so late I would have called someone else.  In fact Reddi services was able to get here quickly.  Pretty sad that a long relationship has to end this way.

Not helpful. We booked a time for a rep to come out because we want to replace both our septic tank and our leach field. Instead of coming to our home, the rep called at the appointment time and gave some info, but ultimately wouldn't come to our house or answer any specifics unless we booked a $3500 excavation of our current tank.

Update - adjusting my review - they did call back later and say they would send out a tech to look at our yard. We decided to pass.

I am new to the area and needed a repair to my RV toilet. There isn't much available locally in the way of service and RV Proctologist is highly advertised. I looked up the website to get information and saw that they have good reviews. There was a place to request a quote through email, which I did. I got no response. Then the website had a couple of different phone numbers, and the website said that due to back log to text one of the numbers, which I did and again got no response. So on January 31 2023 I called the service number. I spoke to the owner's wife. She took my information, address, phone number etc. and I explained my situation. I already knew that it was probably going to be better to replace rather than repair, which she confirmed. She explained that I would need to purchase the toilet and that the owner would install the new toilet. While I was on the phone, she asked him about it and he quoted a price that I agreed to. She said he would not have availability until the following Tuesday, February 6th. I agreed, as I understand that they are busy and I am in no real hurry. She said he would call with a time. Then...  Ghosted. To this date, I never heard from them at all. I ended up replacing the toilet myself, which is fine in the long run because I learned a lot and saved quite a bit of money. Although being Ghosted turned out to be a positive for me, the fact that there was absolutely no response to email, text and finally to a phone conversation is very poor customer service. I completely understand being busy and backed up...  but the least that a business can do is communicate.

Chris Groth was the utmost professional, respectful and had exceptional customer service skills. Didn't waste a moment and got right to the problem with our kitchen sink not working correctly. Knew we were in good hands from the start. Made us feel confident and positive with his great attitude and passion for what he does. Fair, humble, trustworthy and honest in all ways. Affordable and fair which was worth it all!!! So organized and beyond impressive!!! We would suggest him and his company to all we know!!! Would add more stars if available!!!!

I would give them zero stars if possible. These people are highly incompetent and frankly, abusive. I called them to repair a valve well above the water line to my lift station. Due to my past experience, I asked the service tech to call me prior to leaving, or doing anything. I had specific pertinent info which needed to be communicated so as to not waste their, or my time.

Instead of doing that which a second-grader would understand, the tech never called. He instead went to the site and pumped the station. He performed an unauthorized and unnecessary service. Paradise Valley Septic then called and asked me to pay $295 for this operation! I told them I would be willing to pay, despite their lack of communication prior if they could explain the necessity of the operation.

Amazingly enough, they never addressed the very reason I called in the first place. If these people were surgeons I would have just received a tonsillectomy when my appendix burst!

An hour later the office staff called to state Bob, the manager/owner had asked if I would accept an $80 service charge.

I indicated I would if they could address the leaking valve within the next few days. They said that repair would be $250.99. I agreed and they scheduled the appointment for 8:00 on Thursday at 3:30 PM the previous day.

At 9:22 on Thursday morning I called again as they had not shown. I was told Bob had just arrived back in town and had; flagged the account for non service due to non payment . Amazing!

I have a credit score and over 800. This place didn't even do me the professional courtesy or contacting me. I had to contact them when they were a no show.

I have never experienced this level of idiocy in any business in my 47 years on the planet. To make matters worse, they're abusive.

Soooo, here we now sit, stinky, with stacked dishes, and rancid toilets due to these pros. Way to go PV Septic.

My advice, run fast and run far from these nincompoops.
