The technician is very patient and courteous.  He spent his time diagnose the problem but he didn't oversell unnecessary service.  Very honest.  Good company!

Called AAAA Westwood Septic after they had closed for the day.  Received a call back very shortly after and woman was very pleasant. She was able to send someone out the next day.  The gentleman that came to pump out the septic and cesspool was very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to.  Highly recommend AAAA Westwood for your septic/cesspool needs.

Chris was extremely responsive, professional, courteous, and reliable. My shower had an issue where only hot water came out, but Chris was able to stop by on the same day, at the last minute notice, to get this resolved. He provided exact quote upfront (I highly appreciate this) and the cost was reasonable. Highly recommended. A++!

This is an amazing company and if you are having septic issue, this is the place to go and Jake is the guy you WANT to talk to. There is nothing they haven't seen and they will fix your issue.

My story may sound familiar. Cave Creek has had its share of construction cowboys and my house and septic were no exception. My builder put in a proper tank but took every shortcut possible and the icing on the poo cake was the inspection port into the second chamber was knocked over when it was buried and just covered up. For 27 years, this chamber was exposed to falling dirt into the chamber.

I was required to have a septic inspection and since I had no idea what was at issue but after a quick call to Black Mountain Septic, Jake arrived on short notice. The precision bucket digs to skirt around existing irrigation plumbing was a sight to see. In short order, I had a man trap installed and a compliant septic system access.

This is the company to call for all of your septic issues.

I have been using Proskills for my HVAC needs and continued maintenance for quite sometime now. They have always been professional and exceptional at their work. I had Chase today who was training another person and do appreciate the level of information and customer svc that he passes on to the trainee who no doubt would also do exceptionally well. Very knowledgeable and provided sound advise. This company is my one-stop shop and

Mike came out to fix my outflow baffle.  It could have cost more but he came up with a cheaper solution.  From the first phone call, to the quick response time to the service and clean-up, these guys are by far better than anyone I have ever used in the past.  

I will never use a different septic service company again...better prices, more experience...and honestly...you could tell that Mike LOVED his job.  

People like that take pride in their work and really perform.  Also, he took before and after pictures to show the work that he performed inside the septic tank....yes...he had to climb in there to fix my issue.

Our relator brought in Advanced Septic during our sale.  
He did the inspection and repairs when we were out closing on our
new house.  Came back and he had DESTROYED a bunch of our yard.  
He drove up a dirt/stone retaining wall breaking it down.  He destroyed vegetation that had been planted to prevent erroision.  He scooped up and dumped boulders into a huge pile in a drainage ditch.  The amazing part?  There was ZERO reason for him to be on top of the retaining wall other than it was easier for him to dump his dirt there when digging.  The septic he was working on was at the end of a long, wide, open dirt driveway.  Disgusted!  His respose?  It was a hard job.  For which he charged us $6100 instead of the $4700 quoted.  Don't use this guy.

*updated review*   Terrible customer service from the office staff over a scheduling issue. I was ready to use another company when Ernie called and said he'd be right out. Ernie was professional and told us what the issue was with our septic tank and explained what we should and shouldn't do to keep it working smoothly.

I got Yelp just to give this God of a man a review. He is the savior of our backed up water lines after we had our wedding at our house with 53 people. Snaking our house and not having water/toilets for 24 hours is not ideal for a honeymoon, but alas there was light at the end of that clogged drain...and his name is Ron. Called him and he got to our house in 15 minutes. Stayed for about 15 minutes fixing the clog, and now I shall rave about him for years! :)

Jorge at Go Direct Plumbing was awesome! He responded immediately, quick to fit us in, friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. He had all of the parts with him that he needed to rebuild one of our toilets and the cable that regulates the water to the toilet. Their prices were very reasonable. He was able to understand everything needed without looking at it first after our phone consultation. We will definitely call him for any future plumbing needs we ever have. We recently used Desert Septic to help us resolve an issue we had with our septic system. I can't say enough good things about this company. George was very helpful with solutions saving us a lot of expense with our repair. This will be our go to company for all our future septic service needs.

I had an unfavorable septic inspection that needed repairs at our home in the east valley.
  After looking around I found Mesa Septic & Rooter. As A yelp contributor, I trust other yelper's ratings and Mesa Septic was one of  only 2 septic companies I found with a 5 star rating and I wasn't disappointed.
  Gary and his crew got right on it, repaired my problems and did it quick.
Gary, his wife Suzanne are excellent folks and his crew were some very nice people who are plenty capable and up to any septic, drain or rooter problems and then some.
Mesa Septic charged me a fair price, did quality work and didn't leave a mess behind them. 50 some odd years in business in Mesa says it all.
They wouldn't still be around if their quality and prices were poor.

Called this company the day after we noticed our water heater leaking. They were at my house within an hour, the rep was very professional pointed out that we would definitely need the water damage taken care of and called QuickRestore to also come out same day to get everything dried. I was so grateful for their kindness and honesty in such a stressful situation!!!

While traveling thru the area, we had a black tank mishap and called RV Proctologist. Not only were they honest about what they could do for us, but they actually recommended a quick and easy fix for us so that we could keep traveling.... Instead of charging us for some work and making $$ off of us! As if that wasn't enough, they called back the next day to makes sure it worked....after not making a single cent from us!!! Showed me that they truly care and there are still good people out there! Thanks again!

I am very disappointed in Reddi Services. If I could give them zero stars, I would. I have used them many times in the past with no issues. However, on March 20,, 2018 I called re: leaky shower valve. They set me up for service later that same day. I met the service person, Gerald, at my house around 11:20 a.m. (I am sure of the time because I looked at my clock at work before I left to go meet Gerald in order to estimate my arrival time to the dispatcher). Gerald had been to our house before to fix an outdoor faucet and had done a good job. He's personable, smart and efficient. When Gerald arrived I directed him to the bathtub and explained the problem. He noticed the leak, diagnosed it immediately, and told me he would also fix the slow drain in the same shower and replace the toe pop drain stop. I told him I would go to my room to change out of my work clothes. When I emerged less than five minutes later Gerald was no where to be found. I thought he was outside getting tools and parts from his truck, but I looked out the window and his truck wasn't there. He was gone for about 45 minutes to an hour. When he returned he turned off the water to the house and fixed the leak cleaned the drain, and installed the new top pop stopper. His labor was less than 1/2 an hour. I was impressed and pleased with his quick work, and asked him the price. He had not quoted the price to me before that point in time. The total bill was $693.44! I was shocked that he would charge so much for 1/2 an hour's work. He told me the parts alone were $200, which seems way to much for a tub stop and a rebuilt shower valve. So, he basically charged me $493.22 for 1/2 or labor. I paid him with a check without argument because I didn't want to get in an argument with him in my kitchen, and because my 13 year old son was home for Spring Break and I didn't want to put my son through a heated discussion which likely would have ensued had I questioned the bill. After Gerald left I called Reddi Services and informed the dispatcher of what happened. She was polite, and she said she would refer the matter to Gerald's manager. I then went to the bank and stopped payment on the check. I have owned three older homes in Central Phoenix over the years dating to 1994, and have used many plumbers, electricians, roofers, etc... over the years and have not had a similar problem, nor have I complained or questioned their bill. I believe I have a feel for the fair market price of these types of services, and what I was charged by Reddi Services was outrageous. My feeling is that the entire project, including parts, should have been no more than $200. I was told by the dispatcher that Gerald was going out of town  and would be gone for several days. We agreed that the matter would wait until he returned. Stay tuned. It will be interesting to see how they respond to this situation. As of now I would NEVER hire Reddi Services again, nor would I recommend them to anyone. Thank you for taking the time to read this review.

I used this company in March 2020 to inspect and drain my septic.  They overcharged me to drain the septic and would not pass the inspection unless I paid almost $7,200.00 to replace the leech pit.  This held up the close of escrow on my home.  
I had two other companies verify the work they wanted to do and both verified that the septic system was working properly.  
I would not recommend Paradise Velley Septic Service.  This is a dishonest company.
