I contacted Belsito Monday morning, they called me right away, and scheduled my appointment the following day since it was not a specified emergency, and I did not need immediate service.

They had honored all quoted prices stated over the phone. The tech arrived on time, and notified me 30 minutes prior. The plumber was personable and professional during every interaction while he was here. Josh came over, did a very thorough job at snaking out my drain, and went above and beyond cleaning up from the mess from the snake job.

My story may sound familiar. Cave Creek has had its share of construction cowboys and my house and septic were no exception. My builder put in a proper tank but took every shortcut possible and the icing on the poo cake was the inspection port into the second chamber was knocked over when it was buried and just covered up. For 27 years, this chamber was exposed to falling dirt into the chamber.

I was required to have a septic inspection and since I had no idea what was at issue but after a quick call to Black Mountain Septic, Jake arrived on short notice. The precision bucket digs to skirt around existing irrigation plumbing was a sight to see. In short order, I had a man trap installed and a compliant septic system access.

Had our air conditioning serviced . They were on time ; did a thorough inspection of our system. Recommend a few things that needed to be fixed . Did the repair . Leonardo was very nice , explained everything with pictures of before and after work was completed. Definitely would recommend them .

I just had my septic tank pumped out by Mike, and it was a pleasant experience,he had to do so much work just to gain access and he did it with a good attitude and like a super professional.  He even fixed the access point so that next time it is not as much work.  Of course I will be calling them back!  I really didn't think this was going to be so fast and easy but MIKE IS A PRO!!  I have not been this impressed by a service company in a long while. I couldn't have asked for better service than what I received with Advanced Septic. Got  3 previous job estimates from other local companies, and although advanced septic was more expensive than 1 other company I talked to, the service I received was exceptional. I was well educated, kept up to date on all repairs and the men that worked on my property were respectful and sooooo nice!!

If I ever need these services again, Ill DEFINITELY use Advanced Septic.

Ducks is a very professional organization. From the owner to the office down to the techs in the field. There are no perfect companies especially with the variety of individuals working. Ducks impressed me when I expressed a concern about an item that I thought should have taken care of. I spoke to the owner and he had the situation corrected within 24 hours. THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I was not able to hire Ron because of the distance involved.  Nevertheless, I am writing this review because Ron took extra time to discuss my problem and provide me with an overview of what I was facing.  Ron was professional, helpful and straight forward. Ron was kind enough to suggest a plumber who is located in my area.  His suggestion was perfect and my problem is solved.

I bought the softener and I needed someone to install it and Go Direct gave me the best prices and the work quickly was good.

We have used Desert Septic a couple times now.  They have exceptional customer service. We had a problem just before Christmas.  We called them and they came out and took care of things quickly and efficiently.  There prices are reasonable and the people are friendly and ready to help.

Gary and his crew at Mesa Septic  made the process of repairing our septic almost painless. They were responsive, professional, and personable.
The problem was diagnosed, explained thoroughly, and options were explored. Once we made a decision, the repair was done with alacrity.

I had a great experience with this company.  We needed a septic inspection completed for a short sale and they fit us in on our last day of due diligence.  The issue was that we had to locate the tank, and once we did that we discovered that it was only about  1'6 deep but the cap was halfway under a concrete walkway, and the cap was seal with concrete.  On top of that, there was a water pipe running right along where an impact hammer would have to be used to break the concrete seal, at an angle.  Though the initial suggestion was to reschedule (we did not have time for this), I helped dig to speed the process up but Juan did the lions share of the work.  He stayed, it took quite a few hours to even get to the point of inspection and we ultimately got the certification.

Technician was right on time. Was respectful and did a great job. Very informative too. Prices are fantastic at least for drain clearing. I would use them again.

While traveling thru the area, we had a black tank mishap and called RV Proctologist. Not only were they honest about what they could do for us, but they actually recommended a quick and easy fix for us so that we could keep traveling.... Instead of charging us for some work and making $$ off of us! As if that wasn't enough, they called back the next day to makes sure it worked....after not making a single cent from us!!! Showed me that they truly care and there are still good people out there! Thanks again!

Dave Matta fixed my plumbing problem. He was knowledgeable and efficient. He came with a smile on his face and went right to work to fix my problem.  I would recommend him to fix your drain back ups.

I was able to use these guys through a home warranty to do service (pumping my septic tank).  They contacted me quickly and scheduled service.  When on site Tom was able to help discuss some items regarding the septic and went above and beyond for explanation and discussion on how best to keep up the septic tank.

If you need someone with prompt, courteous service this is a great business.
