Our regular plumber is great, but a little pricey, so we decided to try someone new.  Belsito's rating on Yelp made us give them a try.  We called on a Saturday afternoon for a non-emergency.  They told us someone would call us back and let us know when they could come out.  About an hour later the doorbell rang and it was the plumber.  Luckily we were home as we never got a call.

The plumber was friendly and got right to work.  He was able to take care of one problem, but needed a part for the second one.  It turned out that he could not order the part (??) and we had to do it ourselves.  Once the part arrived about a week and a half later, the plumber came back out to finish the work.

He did a decent job and was a nice guy.  But, they were extremely expensive.  We certainly did not save any money going with Belsito.  Also, when he was out the first time the plumber left some dirt on our carpeted steps.  He was wearing booties, so not sure how he got the dirt there.  It was easy to clean up, so not a huge problem.

What is important to me in my decision making are the people and that companies arrive at the appointment time they've set.

Couldn't be happier! I am completely satisfied with the service I received from Chris and Flush King. My home warranty company wouldn't help me with my plumbing issue because the drain access was located on the roof of my older townhome. I began searching on Yelp and contacted several plumbing companies, none of which could see me for an estimate for 2 days.   When I called Flush King I had to leave a message, but Chris called me back in less than 5 minutes. I explained the situation and he knew exactly what the issue was and gave me a reasonable quote right over the phone. He then arrived at my place within an hour and then proceeded to fix the problem in minutes.

Not only was he courteous and professional, he was very informative and supplied me with a video to show me the problem and what to do to prevent future issues. The service was affordable and speed of service...well, I haven't experienced anything this quick before. I told him he was at the top of my list for any future jobs. Keep up the great work!

This is an amazing company and if you are having septic issue, this is the place to go and Jake is the guy you WANT to talk to. There is nothing they haven't seen and they will fix your issue.

My story may sound familiar. Cave Creek has had its share of construction cowboys and my house and septic were no exception. My builder put in a proper tank but took every shortcut possible and the icing on the poo cake was the inspection port into the second chamber was knocked over when it was buried and just covered up. For 27 years, this chamber was exposed to falling dirt into the chamber.

I was required to have a septic inspection and since I had no idea what was at issue but after a quick call to Black Mountain Septic, Jake arrived on short notice. The precision bucket digs to skirt around existing irrigation plumbing was a sight to see. In short order, I had a man trap installed and a compliant septic system access.

We had waited a ling time yo pump our septic tank. Several neighbors had AAmerican and were satisfied. We had an appointment within several days of our request. Prior to the visit, I provided pictures. Very professional. Would definitely recommend.

Great service. Prompt, friendly and professional. I'll never use a different septic service.

Horrible I would never recommend them. They came and pumped my septic and never checked for problem. In 3 weeks after they pumped I had problems with it full again. They would not come out and look at what was happening, they just wanted to come pump again and charge me again. It took several hours to find someone who would come out and check it septic to see what happened. The leachfield was never checked and it was the problem.  Duck septic should have checked this and know there was a problem that will cause me several thousand dollars that they should have found. They refused to come out, when I ask for help from them instead of coming out to check it they just called. Poor service, unconcerned for what you need.

Ron came to my house a few weeks ago! Our shower drain had backed up quite a few times, which we often tried to clear with Drano (which Ron later advised me against it). Then, our toilet began to clog up. After hours of letting it sit and plunging it to death, I finally knew I needed help! I went on to Yelp and found Ron's $59 deal. His reviews sounded great, so I called him. To my surprise, he came by the same day - within two hours of my call! He was very professional, personable, and knew what he was doing! He cleared the drain with the rooter and made my day!! Thanks Ron!

I was a little hesitant to use this company due to the low number of yelp reviews but they were great!  Their pricing was also significantly less than other quotes I received. I was worried that maybe they were lacking in technology and experience.  I was wrong.  They were knowledgeable and experienced and did an amazing job at a much lower rate.  I would definitely recommend them!

We recently used Desert Septic to help us resolve an issue we had with our septic system. I can't say enough good things about this company. George was very helpful with solutions saving us a lot of expense with our repair. This will be our go to company for all our future septic service needs.

Customer service of this company was outstanding. Gary was willing to help us when no one else would on a Sunday. They were there first thing Monday morning to fix and gave us great service. We will never use another company and will recommend them to anyone needing help.

Awesome help, responded very quickly, and met me to examine the damage I'd done to my black water valve and outlet.  Provided options based on how long it'd take and how much I was willing to pay.  Done with the job within an hour and a half of initial contact!  Pleasant, fast, flexible - what more could I ask?
