Although we ultimately decided to wait on going solar, I really appreciated Kevin's customer service. He was friendly, honest, straight forward, and answered all of my questions quickly. They were much less expensive than some other companies and right on par with a few others. They seem to give great value for their price and take great care in making sure they're giving their customers a quality product and putting them first. I told Kevin one of my concerns was service and follow through and I think if we had gone forward with installation, they would have been a solid choice.

We had to get a new roof on our home and so it was time to replace four solar tubes.  Elite did a fantastic job.  They did a very good job and came back to check everything after the roofers were done.  I would highly recommend them for solar tubes.

Call them for a price that is very good for their quality product.

Any time I am looking into a big project, or big purchase I like when the company I'm dealing with  knows their product inside and out. I had researched solar for awhile and the companies I met were helpful, but I didn't pull the trigger. I'm sort of glad I didn't because I wouldn't have met Ryan. We did a virtual call and it seemed more like solar 101 than a sales pitch. Good sales people are good at promising the world then you're passed off to another department. Ryan was my contact from start to finish. I'll admit I tried to sound like I wasn't REALLY interested but it was finally explained so simply that I had to finally do it. Now of course I'm thinking why did it take me this long to go solar? I missed out on  years of savings, but the credit has to go to Ryan and Green Muscle Solar,  he honestly came off as teacher, not a salesman. The installers were great, process was surprisingly simple. I'm skeptic with everything, but Ryan showed us how it works, showed us the savings and asked me 1 thing, if the expectations he he set played out, would  I  write a review, so here I am. To be honest,  I normally review when things are bad not good, but these guys earned a good review because I'm hard to please. I got the same equipment, same warranties and coverage as sunrun and Green Muscle was a better price. You're going to do what you want, but I found these guys to be better than the rest. Needless to say, I am glad I went with them. He did mention something that was pretty eye opening. I could pay APS for the rest of my days with the price going up every year. Or add solar, replace APS with a a solar bill that's 72 dollars less a month, and then I own it and don't have a solar or APS bill.  I hate that term " no brainer" but he was 100% correct.  I like these guys a lot! UPDATE AFTER BUSINESS COMMENT:
1st, I have to say that I dropped their rating to 1 star because Jamie M. just wants to argue. I would have been happy to go the other way in my review, but it seems he would rather argue, so I took it to one star. Yes, he sent me a private message and I thought that was good. I don't enjoy writing negative reviews, but I will always write the truth.
2nd. He says he never got my contact information or scheduled a day or time to meet. Well he is partially right. My contact information, as explained to his associate Nick, I chose to write to them from my personal email and told him what it was. That was to allow more space and it was easier. The yelp email actually says right on it " Reply on Yelp for a more convenient hiring experience or reply directly to this email". That is what I did. So no, it doesn't show in the Yelp communications as he says, because it was sent from my personal email. All this shows is that they don't go through their emails (or a lack of responsiveness). As to an appointment, in his email he wrote: " I have availability tomorrow afternoon or Thursday?" Sounds to me like he was offering an appointment. However, without a specific time, when I wrote through my personal email, I said I would need to have a time. I am posting the email with my personal info blacked out. HE NEVER WROTE BACK. Now let's just suppose that for some reason he didn't get my email. I don't know why he wouldn't since others get them, even other Yelp businesses. Again, more likely he thought it was spam or they just don't read email. But suppose... don't you think it would have been better to write back and say something like: " We are really looking forward to helping you, but unfortunately we haven't heard from you". That would have been far better than how he is handling this and I would have said, uh oh, the internet's version of the Bermuda Triangle struck again - and I would have sent it again or called. Simple solution! No argument, and likely a new customer. Not now.
3rd. He says that I wrote that if they didn't walk away, I would write another bad review. Wrong again, Jamie M. I would challenge him to post those words here from any email that I sent. He won't be able to do it, because I never said that. Again, I will be happy to post the email that I did write if needed... but I never said that.
4th. He talks about the yelp communication again as if repeating it will suddenly make it right. It won't because again, I didn't send through yelp, I used my personal email knowing it would be quicker and I would have more space. I did give his associate Nick my email, address ( with cross streets) and phone number. He had to have my phone number, because again, I didn't call Nick - HE CALLED ME! Hmmmm, now how would he get my phone number if I hadn't sent it? He actually called while I was on the phone with the solar company that said they worked directly with Fenix Pool and Solar. I am sure they could confirm that, but I will include a partial screen shot from my call log. It shows Fenix Pool calling me. When they called, it came up as unknown. I added the Fenix Pool logo when I expected to be working with them. Most people will recognize the green arrow coming in is an incoming call. I do that, just to show Jamie M is not being honest.
5th. He says I couldn't set an appt. Wrong again. I said I couldn't set on Thurs or Fri. due to doctor appts. I suggested other times or that they go to a search engine and view my property to see if there would be room for a non-roof placed system.
6th - He says "I called Thurs eve" and then 1 day later wrote a 2 star review.  My phone log clearly shows that their phone call to me was on 1/12 which in 2022 was on a Wed. NOT a Thurs.  My review wasn't written until Sat the 16th.  Yes, that is 4 days, what would you feel?  I did say that 4 days later I hadn't heard from them and that is true - so he only has his own company to blame.
7th -I copied this right from the private email he sent me ( where this would have been much better off handled), but he wrote: "I know Nick was working on your roof measurements and planning on send you your proposal this Monday." Again, I could post the whole email.  I wrote him back and said "I don't know why he was working on roof measurements, because I specifically said several times that I did not want a roof -based system." Others have explained to me, about the problem with a roof system since pool water is being pumped onto your roof and if there is ever a leak, you will have more than just a pool heat problem.  I said that over and over.  He said he understood.  Even if for some reason "he forgot", why not send a message or call after a few days " we didn't forget, should have it ready by next week."  THEY DIDN'T.  I heard nothing until I answered him back and in private where it belongs.  Since he chose to try to make things up here, I felt I had to respond here. My review stands - with a lower star rating

Vincent is first rate.  He was here when he said he would be.  Fixed a very bad situation to 100% satisfaction.  He has a customer for life.

Great company, good service, professional. Gilbert and Effren were prompt and efficient, friendly, and did a great job inspecting my septic tank. The work was done quickly without mess or hassle. The ladies I dealt with on the phone were wonderful. I would recommend using Septic Technologies for your septic needs. Their price was fair and they handled my transaction above my expectations.

Abel, has worked on our septic system a few times, as the original system was now installed correctly by the original builder. As the system failed from time to time a plumber came and only desired to rip us off.

Abel has all the equipment necessary and the knowledge to fix anything on these systems.

He was fair in his pricing and stayed until the job was done correctly.

Circle J Septic was able to schedule my septic pump & certification within 1 week.   Josh & Michael actually arrived a bit early which we appreciated & completed the job professionally & promptly.   We learned a lot about septic systems while they were working.  They are great guys, very friendly & personable.  I would 100% recommend Circle J Septic to anyone needing septic pumping and/or certification.

Family owned business. Needed septic pumped and inspected. Showed up on time.  Did what they were scheduled to do!  Experienced, efficient (and didn't leave my property messed up !)   The quick turnaround for paperwork (the ADEQ report) and billing was great !!

I used sewer time for a septic tank install. They came in and took over a job that another contractor had dropped the ball.  Our construction was on hold until the septic tank was installed and sewer time stepped in and saved the day! They were easy to work with and were responsive to questions and worries. Fast, easy and reliable.

This is the go to outfit for septic in Cave Creek. They've been servicing systems here for years. Very responsive and knowledgeable.

Called at 7 a.m. Kelly was at my house at 8:10. Pumped the septic tank, then realized the backup in my house was caused by a blockage. Kelly said I can't leave you with this problem. Kelly proceeded to remove the blockage in just a few minutes. If you want professional, honest service at a great price, look no further.

We met with a salesman who was very nice and took the time to explain everything to us. We read over the contract and a few days later agreed to it. At first everything was going good until the first instillation crew. That crew left many projects unfinished and we had no follow up until I contacted the company to inquire about the incomplete job. We had an appointment with the power company to install a new breaker box to fit the solar we had "installed". The day of our appointment the power company arrived (5 min early) and waited for about 30 minutes. Sun Solar didn't arrive for several hours so the breaker box install was never completed and we were moved to the bottom of the APS wait list which ended up being about 3 months. The second crew came out along with a quality control inspector for the company and pointed out incomplete and improperly installed solar panels. The second crew then replaced tiles with black when roof is brown. Finally got a new breaker box install date for a Monday and the Friday before we get a call from our representative, after 5PM when all managers, supervisors and anyone in charge are already gone for the weekend, who told us they had to cancel and they didn't have a new date. The following week a "manager" called us and the excuse they gave was that a contractor went into their yard and took nothing except our breaker box. Again, the company failed so now we have to get pushed to the bottom of the list. Again, not due to anything we or APS have done. We have a new install date so we will see how that goes.

I have reached out to management and upper management to try and resolve all these issues at the lowest possible level but they either respond and say they will "look into it" (Same response each time, when we get one.  How many times are you going to give that response instead of actually looking into it and making some sort of effort to actually resolve it?) or completely ignore us and shine us on. Due to these excessive delays we have been unable to do electrical upgrades in our garage which is how we power tools to help earn income for our family so we are loosing out on money with each passing day.

Overall the lack of communication, work ethic and customer service is terrible despite us purchasing a $45,000 system with cash which we have already paid half of and we still can't get clear answers or explanations from anyone there. I am surprised a company with good reviews would treat their customers this way. I would stay away if you can but if not document everything that happens with this company.

I received a phone call the day before to schedule a date and time for the installers to come and install the solar panels on our roof. The installers ( Luis team 20) arrived on time and due to the rainy weather inquired if I wanted them to go ahead with the install. After some discussion, it was decided that the installation would be done that day. The installers were very polite and professional. The work was done in a timely manner and it appeared that the team worked very well together. Luis had me come out and check the completed job and answered any questions that I had about his portion of the installation.

DO NOT USE SUNRUN! The reps that come to the house lie to you and they rope you into an insane contract.  Less than a year after call system was installed, we found out through a home inspection and that our roof needed to be replaced. Sunrun stated they do a roof inspection before installation of the panels but they do not, that is a lie. It's a scam. They now we're trying to charge us nearly $10,000 to have the panels taken down and then reinstalled so that we can repair our roof. They also damaged over 50 tiles during the installation and did not tell us, further damaging the roof.  Terrible customer service.  They also lie that you won't have an additional APS bill and you definitely will!
