Although we ultimately decided to wait on going solar, I really appreciated Kevin's customer service. He was friendly, honest, straight forward, and answered all of my questions quickly. They were much less expensive than some other companies and right on par with a few others. They seem to give great value for their price and take great care in making sure they're giving their customers a quality product and putting them first. I told Kevin one of my concerns was service and follow through and I think if we had gone forward with installation, they would have been a solid choice.

We had to get a new roof on our home and so it was time to replace four solar tubes. Elite did a fantastic job. They did a very good job and came back to check everything after the roofers were done. I would highly recommend them for solar tubes.
Call them for a price that is very good for their quality product.

We had to have our roof replaced and contacted the manufacturer of the solar panels (First Solar) and was advised I needed to use one of their certified installers to maintain the warranty. Luckily I found Green Muscle on their website. Brent responded quickly with a quote and a promise they would work with the roofer schedule so we were without solar for a minimal time. His quote was less than other certified installers and the service was excellent. Everything was completed on time by a professional team.
I highly recommend Green Muscle.

I have had the pleasure of working Sarina Martinez for the last six months during the installation of my solar panels. Serena has been a pleasure to work with. She has quickly provided me with information and helped to solve any problems that have occurred. In general For Energy has delivered all that I have asked for during the house retrofit and the solar installation.

Very impressive service. They contacted us right away to schedule a visit for an in- person quote. Quote process was thorough and Rob was a real pleasure to work with. Quoted price was reasonable and the company is vet friendly. Installation occurred within mere days due to a cancellation, but expect about two weeks. The crew, including James and Eddie were great! Very friendly and Eddie's 20 years of pool experience was evident in the careful and meticulous work he did, even improving the current pump manifold configuration. They spent the entire day and checked and rechecked their work thoroughly. Our pool is already warming up and it was a true pleasure to work with this fine company and superb employees. Even the company founder, Jamie came by to meet us and check on the progress. Felix has my top endorsement!

I should have written a review years ago when we started using these guys. Nevertheless, what a great group ... from the folks who schedule our appointment to the folks that show up to pump our above ground 300 gallon septic tank. We are full time RVers that over winter in AZ while tending to some seasonal business. We stay on some property in Waddell and have Septic Technologies pump our tank every 6-8wks. We have used them now roughly a dozen times and have found them to be super accommodating, professional, helpful and just about every other adjective you would use for a business you enjoy working with. Hard working and descent people are what gives me faith in our future and not to be over dramatic but these folks epitomize that statement.

The last thing anyone wants to deal with is a septic issue, and finding someone that will give you both good service as well as an honest assessment is rare. Though we weren't able to schedule them exactly when we wanted them (they were extremely busy), I'm so glad we waited and had Abel come out. He was very thorough, walking me through the process, and charging me what I think is a very reasonable rate.
I would recommend this company if you looking for quality work from a reputable company that is not putting it's interests above those of its customers. I'll definitely be using them for all of my future septic needs.

Our septic tank decided it was full in the middle of night. I called left a message they got back to me in the morning. Said they were on there way to a job but would be here in the afternoon. True to there word. We were back working, they are very polite and clean up afterwards. I would use them again. Never had a septic system before (city girl). Now will be on a maintenance program every three to five years. They also showed me how the system works.

Cannot thank Jay and his crew enough!! We needed an emergency septic pump and he came out the same day, despite having his entire day booked. It's so nice to know that there are still companies out there that know the true definition of customer service. Not only did he come out immediately to clean the filter and remove the sludge, so we were able to use our toilets right away, but he came back a second time to empty and thoroughly clean the septic tank when his truck was done servicing others. Do NOT hesitate to hire them. Your tank will be the cleanest it's ever been. Thanks so much, guys!!!

I had my older septic system inspected by a different company. They messed up the inspection report, first saying I needed a complete new system, then said I needed a new rear baffle. Waited almost two weeks for an appt with them, they had to find a crew that would actually go into the tank for repairs. I called several times and they said they'd call me back that day. After the run around and waiting for what I thought was a dangerous repair, I called Sewer Time and spoke to I believe, John. Within the first two minutes of speaking with him, he put me at ease, his knowledge of systems and explaining no one has to go into the tank and no, I do not need a new system and his crew could come out and look the next day.
I called the first company to cancel any further search for a crew, they sent a proposal and said oops, we have you scheduled for the next week. John sent a proposal which was below the first company and for better work.
Sewer Time came out the next day, prepared to work. looked at my system, found an access door where the repair needed to be done, fixed the issue and upgraded my lids/risers all the while, explaining to me what was going on.
Excellent work and communication by the crew. The only minor issue I had is that when digging with the excavator they hit a waterline, fixed one part of it, discovered after they left that there was another part broke. plus they did not spread out the dirt left from digging. Those are not big issues.
I highly recommend this company for their communication, letting you know upfront every step of the way, the pricing is great and work wonderful. Wish I found them first instead of going with a bigger, well known name company.

I had a septic tank emergency and Ed was the only one that took the time to ask me pertinent questions about my situation and give me answers to help resolve them. He took time to review the map of where my septic is located and to educate me on how the system works. He offered to walk us through how to clean the filter over the phone. Even though he was too far to come service my system, he went above and beyond to help me as best he could even though he knew I was not able to use his service. He is extremely knowledgeable and I highly recommend him and his company.

Called at 7 a.m. Kelly was at my house at 8:10. Pumped the septic tank, then realized the backup in my house was caused by a blockage. Kelly said I can't leave you with this problem. Kelly proceeded to remove the blockage in just a few minutes. If you want professional, honest service at a great price, look no further.

So I a running a follow up to a previous review I posted earlier.
I want to start by saying from sales to instillation this company was great. They use Titan solar to do the work as far as installing and maintaining the system. This company has been nothing but spectacular from installing the system to answer all my questions and to continue to have top notch customer service. It's no wonder why Sunsolar contracts them out.
The 1 negative to Sunsolar was that the salesman didn't know about the consumption meter that is available. This meter is key when using the solar edge app to monitor your system. With out it you will see only what your system produces. With it you not only see what your system is producing but what the electric company is exporting and importing as well as what your home is using. A very helpful tool so you can make changes to habits in controlling the cost of electricity. Sunsolar did make good on the fact that they were unaware of the existence. Which I was very impressed by this.
So I would like to give you my opinion on going solar as a whole. You have 3 options in getting a system. Buying it outright, Financing, or leasing. I will be focusing on my particular system and APS is my electric company
Let me start with how this all works. You give the salesperson copies of your current usage so they can construct a system comparable to what you spend. You are enticed by the incentives the government offers. And they come up with a number of panels and system.
Having financed this incentive means nothing. To keep my monthly payment for the next 25 yrs I have to put it back into my loan. If I don't, the monthly loan goes up $50 or so. Could be a coincidence but my monthly bill was close to the average payment of APS. The plus side is that would not change based on usage.
Another flaw in this system is APS exports your systems production. What your currently not using APS exports and pay a small fee per kilowatt. Nowhere near what they charge when your system is not working. plus you don't get to charge APS the numerous different fees they charge you. So in most cases you will pay APS something at the end of your billing cycle. APS does payout at the end of the year, any credit balance that is on your account. In the winter months you probably wont see a bill from APS if your a miser like me. But you can be sure that your in the summer months you will be paying both an aps and loan bill.
In closing I would like to say I am just a consumer. I have gotten a lot of knowledge from YouTube videos and CS reps from both Sunsolar and Titan.
I believe buying a system outright is the route to go. Your bill from the electric company will surely be much lower than you used to spend and you will probably get money back at years end.
Weather you finance or buy it outright. I would highly recommend including the optional consumption meter so you can monitor and make adjustments to your daily consumption.
I am unaware if there is a system with battery storage which would store what you don't use during the day and draw from it at night when the system is off before drawing power from APS. That would be awesome and make this whole solar more attractive
Do your homework and research all options before making this decision is the best advice I can give. Good luck

RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! We signed up at the home show with this company and have had regrets every since. The salesman John was nice and did a great job but that is where any goodness stops. This company will show up randomly without doing the descent thing and make an appointment to come out. The plans they submitted were not the same as the work they completed, so we failed inspection. Called for 3 weeks to find out when they were going to come fix their mistake and we always got "the team isn't responding". Asked to talk to a supervisor and nobody ever called back. The lady that answers the phone will tell you she will call you back and then she doesn't. Finally someone showed up the other day and instead of fixing the work they did wrong, they just replaced the permits with new ones for the wrong work they did. This company has got to be the worst example of customer service I have seen. We were told we would get a "promotional rebate" once the work was done and well the work is done and no rebate so far. But you bet they turned in everything to the finance company for their payment. Just made my first payment on solar panels I'm not even able to use. Look elsewhere!!!
