Although we ultimately decided to wait on going solar, I really appreciated Kevin's customer service. He was friendly, honest, straight forward, and answered all of my questions quickly. They were much less expensive than some other companies and right on par with a few others. They seem to give great value for their price and take great care in making sure they're giving their customers a quality product and putting them first. I told Kevin one of my concerns was service and follow through and I think if we had gone forward with installation, they would have been a solid choice.

We had to get a new roof on our home and so it was time to replace four solar tubes.  Elite did a fantastic job.  They did a very good job and came back to check everything after the roofers were done.  I would highly recommend them for solar tubes.

Green Muscle Solar was fantastic to work with! We needed our roof repaired and Brent was prompt with a quote to remove our solar panels, scheduled quickly to remove and to later replace the system on the roof! His team found a burnt out connection, fixed it and we're making solar energy again. They couldn't be nicer or more professional. We highly recommend their services!

Solar companies are a dime a dozen these days. The most common complaints I hear about solar companies have to do with dishonesty, no interest from the company in the customer experience after the contract is signed, bad communication, and bad install experience (home damage etc). Well these happen to be the main reasons I will recommend everyone I know to For Energy. Eric my sales person was straight forward and honest about the price, contract terms, timelines for the process, limitations, and expectations. I've interacted with multiple people at the company during my process and had a consistently positive and helpful experience. No wonder they have so many good reviews like mine. I got the best price I could find from ForEnergy but I would recommend them even if I had to pay a little bit more. They are the real deal.

Crew did an awesome job. Guys were very respectful and friendly. Office staff was very kind and as well. I literally called to schedule service and to my luck someone had canceled so they offered to come out the same day!! All my questions were answered and the amount  I paid was very reasonable. All in All great service!!!

Wish I could give them zero as that is all they deserve. I recently moved here from the East Coast and when you buy a home in Az, the owner is responsible to have the septic tank cleaned which they did. It was exactly a year ago that A to Z cleaned the septic. I have had a backup and my plumber told me there was a problem with the tank and that there was some sort of backup. I found the receipt from the previous owner and since it has only been one year and only one person lives here, I called to get them to come and take care f the problem as it should be under warranty. The girl that answered the phone was rude and short with me and literally said, how should i know how much usage, maybe you backed it up. When I explained to her that I have  only been here for a year and that mis is impossible for one person to create such a situation in such a short amount of time she finally agreed to call the owner and have him call me directly, that was over a week ago and HE NEVER BOTHERED TO CALL ME BACK!!! UNACCEPTABLE. BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THEM, THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR WORK!!!!

What a find!!  Call them ! I called about a dozen septic companies to pump and inspect our septic.  I mostly heard we don't service Wittmann AZ.  Then I found a company that did and they postponed twice over 3 days and then canceled because they are not able to inspect.  

Then through chance I got the name and number for Circle J Septic.  Fast. Polite.  Efficient!  Really great guys.

Everyone knows that a septic back up is not any ones idea of a good time.  That being said, Jay from Best Way Sewer and Drain made the situation a bit more bearable.  He was here as promised, efficient and very knowledgeable.  He gave us the ability to use our facilities with a minimum of disruption.  I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I had my older septic system inspected by a different company. They messed up the inspection report, first saying I needed a complete new system, then said I needed a new rear baffle. Waited almost two weeks for an appt with them, they had to find a crew that would actually go into the tank for repairs. I called several times and they said they'd call me back that day.  After the run around and waiting for what I thought was a dangerous repair, I called Sewer Time and spoke to I believe, John. Within the first two minutes of speaking with him, he put me at ease, his knowledge of systems and explaining no one has to go into the tank and no, I do not need a new system and his crew could come out and look the next day.
I called the first company to cancel any further search for a crew, they sent a proposal and said oops, we have you scheduled for the next week. John sent a proposal which was below the first company and for better work.
Sewer Time came out the next day, prepared to work. looked at my system, found an access door where the repair needed to be done, fixed the issue and upgraded my lids/risers all the while,  explaining to me what was going on.
Excellent work and communication by the crew. The only minor issue I had is that when digging with the excavator they hit a waterline, fixed one part of it, discovered after they left that there was another part broke.  plus they did not spread out the dirt left from digging.  Those are not big issues.
I highly recommend this company for their communication, letting you know upfront every step of the way, the pricing is great and work wonderful.  Wish I found them first instead of going with a bigger, well known name company.

I can't say enough about this company, especially Ed. I'm a local real estate agent and he talked with me for 20 minutes about a property my client was selling, giving me the ins and outs of septic tanks. He goes above and beyond and is SO knowledgeable!

We have had major septic tank issues recently and I called East Valley Septic this morning and Kelly answered right away and came that morning to help us.
I will never use another septic tank company to pump our tank!  East Valley Septic does it right, I was very impressed with them and will refer to all my family and friends!

If you've been considering solar, set up an appointment with Sun Solutions! Our rep Aaron Karkhoff  made us feel very informed and comfortable about our decision to go solar. I am not one to typically make a big financial decision very quickly, and Aaron's knowledge and approach made me feel very comfortable with my decision. He was extremely thorough with all the information he provided, and answered all our questions before we could even ask them. We did not feel pressured to make a decision. Throughout the process so far, there has been excellent communication. We always know what is currently going on and what the ext step is! Trespass again and charges will be filed.

The salesman at Costco was nice, and he offered to schedule us for a free evaluation of our home, in the window of 9-11 AM.  I went to our new house and sat around for four hours, waiting and no one showed up.  No call or email either.  So Sunrun might be a good solar company.... but I'll never know.
