Although we ultimately decided to wait on going solar, I really appreciated Kevin's customer service. He was friendly, honest, straight forward, and answered all of my questions quickly. They were much less expensive than some other companies and right on par with a few others. They seem to give great value for their price and take great care in making sure they're giving their customers a quality product and putting them first. I told Kevin one of my concerns was service and follow through and I think if we had gone forward with installation, they would have been a solid choice.

We had to get a new roof on our home and so it was time to replace four solar tubes.  Elite did a fantastic job.  They did a very good job and came back to check everything after the roofers were done.  I would highly recommend them for solar tubes.

I heard a Rosie-on-the house show about energy audits and it got me thinking that I should check it out. My girlfriend and I bought our house over a year ago and at the time I knew that we had a house with low insulation. So I put out a request for quotes on yelp for energy audits and FOR energy was the first to respond. Early bird gets the worm.

They had Jermaine and Alvin at my house at the scheduled time to do the energy audit. Little did I know that my house was in such bad shape specifically with insulation and duct work. Although I know little about HVAC and what not, the numbers did not lie. I had an intake that fed directly to my crawl space. Ergo, every time the AC kicked on, we were actually changing the temperature of the crawl space as well as the house.

FOR energy was good to their word at not only assessing our house needs but also at getting our house more insulated, at drastically improving our ducts and ensuring that when we ran the AC, we were experiencing it, not the crawl space. Their crew cleaned up after themselves and were polite.

I also appreciate their expertise. Initially I was told that they were going to put in an additional return for better insulation. But due to the nature of our house (flat roof), they would do a jump duct. I did not know what it was either. But that is the point. I did not need to know and their ability to reevaluate and provide something that would work is perfect for me.

My experience with Jeff was great. He was informative and had a clear eye for detail. I feel confident that this group will be able to objectively assess your house situation. For instance, I thought they were going to recommend getting a new AC unit which would have been pricey. They did not. The stated that it was good and it was everything else that was causing the challenges.

All in all, I am grateful they reached out to me when I put my request on yelp. You will be grateful too.

Arrived as promised and fixed the issue with the pool solar. Did not push anything that wasn't needed!

Wow these guys were great, I would give them 10 stars. Not only was their work great and clean, they advised me about a possible plant-root problem that may cause big problems in the future, so they are saving me big bucks for future repairs. Efren and Gilberto you guys are the academy award winners of the septic business. My neighbors have all asked me for their info.

Today was the second time we used AZ Septic.  Their service, quality and pride if workmanship is outstanding.  Our Service Tech, named Able S., was very professional and efficient. He had everything on his truck he needed and was even equipped for a few unexpected fixes. I highly recommend them.

Our septic tank decided it was full in the middle of night. I called left a message they got back to me in the morning. Said they were on there way to a job but would be here in the afternoon. True to there word. We were back working, they are very polite and clean up afterwards. I would use them again. Never had a septic system before (city girl). Now will be on a maintenance program every three to five years. They also showed me how the system works.

Family owned business. Needed septic pumped and inspected. Showed up on time.  Did what they were scheduled to do!  Experienced, efficient (and didn't leave my property messed up !)   The quick turnaround for paperwork (the ADEQ report) and billing was great !!

I had my older septic system inspected by a different company. They messed up the inspection report, first saying I needed a complete new system, then said I needed a new rear baffle. Waited almost two weeks for an appt with them, they had to find a crew that would actually go into the tank for repairs. I called several times and they said they'd call me back that day.  After the run around and waiting for what I thought was a dangerous repair, I called Sewer Time and spoke to I believe, John. Within the first two minutes of speaking with him, he put me at ease, his knowledge of systems and explaining no one has to go into the tank and no, I do not need a new system and his crew could come out and look the next day.
I called the first company to cancel any further search for a crew, they sent a proposal and said oops, we have you scheduled for the next week. John sent a proposal which was below the first company and for better work.
Sewer Time came out the next day, prepared to work. looked at my system, found an access door where the repair needed to be done, fixed the issue and upgraded my lids/risers all the while,  explaining to me what was going on.
Excellent work and communication by the crew. The only minor issue I had is that when digging with the excavator they hit a waterline, fixed one part of it, discovered after they left that there was another part broke.  plus they did not spread out the dirt left from digging.  Those are not big issues.
I highly recommend this company for their communication, letting you know upfront every step of the way, the pricing is great and work wonderful.  Wish I found them first instead of going with a bigger, well known name company.

I called Cave Creek Septic a couple of days before Christmas about an ongoing issue we were experiencing with our septic system backing up and they got back to me very quickly considering it was the holidays.

I was battling at cold and my voice was shot, so they happily accommodated me by texting me to help diagnose the issue we were experiencing.  Whoever it was that was texting me was clearly very knowledgeable as they were able to quickly diagnose the problem sight unseen.  When they came out, they were very professional and got to work right away.  The problem they thought it was ended up being accurate (filter cleaning) and they resolved it quickly.

What I really liked about the service is the technician was very helpful in answering all my questions.  He even showed me how to service the filter in the future which will save me from having to pay someone to come out regularly.  When it comes to pumping, they'll be who I have come out time and time again.

Cave Creek Septic truly is an asset to the community up here in the New River and Cave Creek area.

East Valley Septic really helped me out of a mess !!!!  My septic had backed up on a Sunday. I called other companies and was told the earliest would be Wednesday. Not acceptable. I called EVS and explained my situation Kelly took it to heart and told me he would try his best to get to me by the afternoon. He was good to his word and kept in touch with me all morning as to when he would arrive. He arrived when he said and went right to work on my issue. He also taught me important things about my system that I didn't know !!!
The service was outstanding and Kelly was so knowledgeable and professional I knew that I would use no one else !!!

Matt Sodt came out to explain everything about going solar. He was very personable, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and answered all our questions. He was able to get a specific system designed for our house during our meeting, went through a few different system  options and helped us make an informed decision that we are most comfortable with. He was very detailed in explaining the process from start to finish. I have always been skeptical about solar but after meeting with Matt, I'm looking forward to making this change. Thank you Matt.

Sunrun is the biggest mistake we've ever made! We moved back in September, everything was transferred over to the new owners and they still have been charging our account 5 months later ! I got so sick of it I blocked them from my bank ! I've called numerous times for a refund and still nothing! They claimed they stopped the charges but I just got a email stating they tried to charge my account again. Never I repeat never use Sunrun!
