Had a horrible situation at my newly purchased home when a valve for the washer was completely broken and water went flying out everywhere. Casey came to the rescue fixed the broken valve and called some guys over to try and salvage as much as possible. Highly recommend and will not disappoint.

Kyle and Kevin are life savers, they really are a good team. I've found it to be very difficult to find trustworthy, genuine contractors and I gotta say, if you're looking for a plumber, look no further than this company and these two. They gave me honest opinions and fair prices. Also right after they JUST left my house after giving me an estimate for something completely unrelated, they made sure to come right back and help with a new leak I noticed right after they had left (bad timing). The leak was unfortunately created by a different plumber's shoddy work, which they gave me a few options to choose from to take care of it, I ultimately decided on having them repair it to make sure it got done right this time around. I'm thankful they were available to help fix it and made the time to come back. I highly recommend them!

We needed our grease trap pumped out, so we called several grease trap cleaning companies in our area for quotes. We wanted a company that had the best price and service in town, and Phoenix Grease Trap Services quoted us the best price over the phone. They scheduled us for the day and time we requested. They were punctual and were in and out without any issues. We will be using their company from now on.

First time with Zest. Made an appointment online and a tech was able to come out the same day! Really great how they provide free estimates for everything so you know what you're getting into. Dalton was very friendly and knowledgeable with our small fridge issue. He fixed everything quickly and answered all of our questions before leaving. We will definitely be calling them again with any other issues that arise in the future!

I called Rooter Man late in the afternoon on a Friday because my sewage drain was clogged and backing up into various house drains.  I was promptly scheduled for a Saturday morning appointment.  Roy showed up right on time, even though it was pouring rain.  Once the rain let up, he used his snake to clear the drain, and then his camera to verify that everything looked clear.  This was a very stressful situation for us since we couldn't shower or use much water.  We were so grateful that we found Roy and Rooter Man.  I would not hesitate to call him again if we ever have a clogged drain of any kind.  Very honest, patient, and straightforward.  Great service!!!!

Every once in awhile you find a business that does EVERYTHING right. And it's usually when you least expect it. I had a leak in my home sprinkler system and needed it taken care of ASAP. So I called the FEC and I was greeted with an incredibly friendly and knowledgeable person on the other end of my call. She was so nice. She was honest and up front about pricing. Skip ahead to the service and Scott shows up. To say that he was both friendly and professional is a gross understatement. Scott told me what needed to be done and he did it. His son ended up coming by to help finish the project. From beginning to end, this company could not have been better. I'm remarkably impressed with everyone involved. Thank you to your entire staff. What a team you have!!

Very impressed with the professionalism as well as quality of work.  Asked for an estimate on Monday. Nate showed up exactly at the time he said he would. Went ahead with a whole new piping. I'm 75 years old and I've used plumbers in six states and in multiple cities in some of those states.  If I hade to rate Affordable Plumbing Solutions compared to everyone else I've used, there is absolutely no comparison.  I recently had to replace all hardware on top and underneath a bedroom sink due to a leak.  Two plumbers couldn't find the leak, a third gave me an estimate of $1700 and a fourth $750.
This problem went on for weeks.  I finally found Affordable Plumbing Solutions and he gave me an estimate of between $300 and $350.  The spread was due to not knowing how much the Faucet would cost.  He went to the house late Tuesday to see what he would need and fixed everything first thing the next morning.  My tenant called me to tell me how great they were.  Save yourself the trouble of finding a Plumber and call Affordable Plumbing Solutions firs

Great response time to a last minute needed repair!  Showed up on time, did the job quick -- even had to run out to a couple stores for the right hose.  Great price too!

I was having plumbing trouble so I went ahead and called plumbing masters. They had Mike over in no time, he was friendly and professional he really made sure I understood everything that was wrong and how he'd fix it. I'm so glad I called them truly such a life saver !!

Just a shout out to ALLPRO and the team, that in a crunch time situation, came out and handled a job with the speed and care needed to get us ready to open and operate.  Special thanks to Julio who started the ball rolling and then involved Tim who then called upon his team, Mike and Jose, who did the actual work. These two were so customer service oriented and professional I wanted to hire them for myself. Thanks for a job well done. In this day and age it means everything to small businesses to stay open. Josh came late on a Saturday as we had sewage backing up in our house. He worked extremely hard to help us with our particularly difficult problem. More than clean, pleasant, affordable. Highest possible recommendation!

Two stars since the rep on the phone was very knowledgeable and helpful. Everything was downhill from there. The guy they sent out seemed resentful that they even sent him to my house. He complained that he was too old to be working full time and the new owner didn't understand this. That wasn't even the worst part. He overwhelmingly complained that my septic system wasn't setup right (like complaining would make things better). Was grossly over charged for his trouble shooting suggestions which now I realize was just a way to upsell. Upset with this place, upset with myself for not realizing these tactics until after the fact. 395$ later I'm no closer to getting my septic service resolved; but one thing's certain, they're not getting anymore of my money.

Seven trips to our home and the Good Guys from Goettl still have not fixed the furnace problem. They have not called us back when they said they would. They have not shown up within the time the said they would. They brought the wrong part to replace our furnace even though I encouraged the technicial to take the old part with him to make sure he got the right part. His response I wrote down what I need and then had to come back to the house because he didn't have the correct information. Wrote down more info and came back with the wrong part. Finally took the part with him for comparison. One time we were given a 3pm to 5pm time slot. We finally called Goettl at 7pm. They told us they were running late and it would be after 9pm before they could come out. But also acknowledged they did not have the part needed for the repair. Guess they needed to come out again to write down more information. And of course during each of these 7 trips, we had to take time off work to meet them at the home. Seven trips and counting. Three hours ago they told us they would call us right back to let us know when they would be out today. This after telling me yesterday you will be top priority tomorrow.
Gust and Adam Goettl must be turning over in thier graves. Those two men were brilliant with Gust being a member of the AZ Business Hall of Fame. The current crop at Goettl that we've dealt with...not a good experience. Wolff Mechanical here we come.

Had Doug fix a septic system that was improperly installed and couldn't be serviced. He replaced the vault risers, repaired discharge pipe plumbing, repaired flush line end caps and repaired inlet pipe to tank. He had a helper with him. They arrived a little late and worked the full day. All looks better and seems OK after 1 week. I'll need to rake everything smooth as they did some backhoe work. The only negative was that they left all the trash for me to figure out what to do with. 2 very heavy concrete covers and three old plastic vault risers. No idea what / how I'm going to dispose. At the end, I asked him about them and he said I could plant flowers in them or use them to hold up a deck umbrella. Hmmmm. Nice excuse. ha ha. Next time, I'll make sure that trash disposal is part of the deal. I would use him again, including haul off of the trash.
