I will definitely refer this business to everyone I know! Gus was kind, professional, all around great guy. The work he performed on my plumbing problems was absolutely fantastic! If I have plumbing problems in the future I will definitely call Rooter Ranger and request Gus!

After experiencing a sewer backup this morning, I called P&L Plumbing.  They responded immediately and were able to fix our problem.  They were very courteous and professional.  Both Kevin and Kyle were helpful in answering questions and were honest about possible future solutions to a root problem.  I will definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing issues!

We needed our grease trap pumped out, so we called several grease trap cleaning companies in our area for quotes. We wanted a company that had the best price and service in town, and Phoenix Grease Trap Services quoted us the best price over the phone. They scheduled us for the day and time we requested. They were punctual and were in and out without any issues. We will be using their company from now on.

These folks are on my speed dial. Yesterday a plastic valve in a PVC line on our patio broke and started spraying water, and Ben was here within an hour. He explained all the options to me clearly, quoted extremely reasonable prices, did good clean fast work, and didn't mind me watching and learning. (I know I've called them many times before, but I don't remember those details- just that they're worth calling again!)

Just moved to Scottsdale and needed to have our fire sprinkler system inspected and turned off while having a new furnace installed in the attic.  Scott came out right away, did the inspection and gave me training on our system that I did not have.  Highly recommended

I was having drip irrigation issues in several areas. Nate was able to come out and take a look the following day and then have a crew out the day after to get it fixed.  They explained everything as they went and were pleasant and cheerful despite the heat, and now we aren't having any more issues with the drip!

I'm 75 years old and I've used plumbers in six states and in multiple cities in some of those states.  If I hade to rate Affordable Plumbing Solutions compared to everyone else I've used, there is absolutely no comparison.  I recently had to replace all hardware on top and underneath a bedroom sink due to a leak.  Two plumbers couldn't find the leak, a third gave me an estimate of $1700 and a fourth $750.
This problem went on for weeks.  I finally found Affordable Plumbing Solutions and he gave me an estimate of between $300 and $350.  The spread was due to not knowing how much the Faucet would cost.  He went to the house late Tuesday to see what he would need and fixed everything first thing the next morning.  My tenant called me to tell me how great they were.  Save yourself the trouble of finding a Plumber and call Affordable Plumbing Solutions firs

Great response time to a last minute needed repair!  Showed up on time, did the job quick -- even had to run out to a couple stores for the right hose.  Great price too!

Mike came to install a tankless water heater in March. Did a fantastic job. However in June we found out the hard way that the unit was not ventilated properly. I called at 11 PM and got Erin. She  was very helpful and had Mike connect with me immediately. Mike came out and reworked the ventilation as well as had Mike M come out and tweak the unit itself so it burned more efficiently.

Just a shout out to ALLPRO and the team, that in a crunch time situation, came out and handled a job with the speed and care needed to get us ready to open and operate.  Special thanks to Julio who started the ball rolling and then involved Tim who then called upon his team, Mike and Jose, who did the actual work. These two were so customer service oriented and professional I wanted to hire them for myself. Thanks for a job well done. In this day and age it means everything to small businesses to stay open. Two stars since the rep on the phone was very knowledgeable and helpful. Everything was downhill from there. The guy they sent out seemed resentful that they even sent him to my house. He complained that he was too old to be working full time and the new owner didn't understand this. That wasn't even the worst part. He overwhelmingly complained that my septic system wasn't setup right (like complaining would make things better). Was grossly over charged for his trouble shooting suggestions which now I realize was just a way to upsell. Upset with this place, upset with myself for not realizing these tactics until after the fact. 395$ later I'm no closer to getting my septic service resolved; but one thing's certain, they're not getting anymore of my money.

Since Goettl is running $80 special to unclog a drain I decided to give them a try. I made an appointment in the morning and had a technician arrived within scheduled time frame. He examined the drain and quoted me $288. I asked what happened to the $80 special and he simply replied that I don't make the prices. I declined to have repair done and was promptly charged $79.95 service fee for not having Goettl do the repair. While I was aware of the service fee, I certainly didn't expect a $288 quote for a service which was suppose to be $80. Goettl's commercials are well done and I really expected service to reflect values stated in those commercials. They didn't. Complete failure to communicate or to create a positive impact. I certainly will not consider them for A/C unit I plan on having installed last month or to recommend them to any of may friends or associates.I really should have checked YELP rating for Goettl. Imagine that a 3 Star Rating equates to a failing grade.
After technician left I called another company which came in an hour later and unclogged the drain for nearly half of the price.

Had Doug fix a septic system that was improperly installed and couldn't be serviced. He replaced the vault risers, repaired discharge pipe plumbing, repaired flush line end caps and repaired inlet pipe to tank. He had a helper with him. They arrived a little late and worked the full day. All looks better and seems OK after 1 week. I'll need to rake everything smooth as they did some backhoe work. The only negative was that they left all the trash for me to figure out what to do with. 2 very heavy concrete covers and three old plastic vault risers. No idea what / how I'm going to dispose. At the end, I asked him about them and he said I could plant flowers in them or use them to hold up a deck umbrella. Hmmmm. Nice excuse. ha ha. Next time, I'll make sure that trash disposal is part of the deal. I would use him again, including haul off of the trash.
