Our main line backed up into our kitchen sink at 5:15am (ughhh the smell!!), contacted Rooter Ranger Plumbing at around 6:30am, they got back to me within a short timeframe and set-up for a technician to come out, Gabe, who arrived around 10am.  Upon inspecting the issue and clearing the sink he brought in Mike to run a camera and see exactly what was preventing the snake from moving forward.  35+ years of gunk and never cleaned before mains that run out about 120 feet from the house to the city line, is what was causing the problem.

They let us know our options, we went with the hydro jet option, expensive but Alfredo did a wonderful job in clearing the lines, by 9pm the problem was solved for good.

Mike came back out to video the lines, a world of difference in the two videos letting us know we got our money's worth when all the lines were cleared, except for a portion running from the end of our line to the city line where there was a lip.  Alfredo came back out the next day and cleared that part out also.  Definitely will be using these guys again, thanks so much!

Kyle did a great job.  Arrived on time and went straight to work.  Fixed the problem and clean everything up when finished.  Couldn't ask for more.

We needed our grease trap pumped out, so we called several grease trap cleaning companies in our area for quotes. We wanted a company that had the best price and service in town, and Phoenix Grease Trap Services quoted us the best price over the phone. They scheduled us for the day and time we requested. They were punctual and were in and out without any issues. We will be using their company from now on.

My local handyman referred this plumbing outfit for a job. I couldn't write this positive review fast enough. Ben, the plumber that showed up assessed my situation which has been troubling me for months remedied the problem and the pricing was extremely affordable as the name suggests! It's great having a great plumber to turn to when in need.

Isaiah was a trooper and did not give up! My dishwasher was coming up my bath tub in my front bathroom and I have 2 additional bathrooms in the back of the house. Unfortunately, my line is up on my roof. That being said, he snaked the lines who knows how many times and everything is in great working condition. Thank you so much! You have a customer and excellent review for anyone I know that needs a plumber!!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.  They over-charge for labor on a simple job.  They will never give you the price up-front and they will  make a mountain out of a mole-hill.  They truly are intent on charging whatever they want after the fact.     FIND ANOTHER COMPANY!     These other YELP reviews are phony.

These guys did a great job from start to finish. Nate the owner was on site everyday making sure that the things we discussed were happening. Everyone on the job spoke English as well. The prices we were expecting the job to cost was exactly what we paid and very reasonable.  My yard was all dirt and rock they started on Monday and by friday the job was done.

I contacted Dave as he had done some work for my wife when she had a house in Prescott. Now that we had a place in Chino Valley we have a well with a high level of arsenic. Our first conversation with Dave was that we should go ahead and purchase the equipment we need and he would do the installation.

Over the next month or so we did the research and purchased a water softener, reverse osmosis system and a couple of other items including a new kitchen sink.

We made an appointment and Dave came out. Three-steps out of the truck he calls my wife a cougar but I let it go. Whatever?

Next, he tells me I should not have bought the water softener as there is a better product on the market that he sells. I'm sure he is correct; however, my softener is not returnable.

Dave also tells me my Wellmate water pressure take is no longer working, that the bladder is shot. He can tell this be just feeling the tank.

He has to rush off and we consider all of this.

The next day I text him and ask for a written estimate to do the installation and he DECLINES the work.

I the meantime I purchased a replacement Wellmate tank and retained a new plumber (review coming).

THE KICKER...

MY OLD WELLMATE PRESSURE TANK WAS JUST FINE! It just needed to be re-pressurized.

Everything of course happens on a Friday!!! Now mind you this is not just a regular Friday, but it was Good Friday so my expectation on calling a plumber, let alone, having someone come out the same day is just absolutely unheard of right??? Wrong!!! Jimenez Plumbing is absolutely AMAZING!!! Their response time is phenomenal!!! I noticed a leak in my front yard on my way to work and called Jimenez Plumbing. I had never heard of them but noticed they had GREAT ratings! When I called I was greeted with a very polite, professional person on the other end of the phone named Sandra. Right away she told me she would have someone out in a couple of hours. Low and behold she sure did!!! Not only did Eugenio (the owner himself) and Felix show up but they fixed my leak and also did a little extra project for me while out there too. Their price is reasonable too!!! I will be recommending them to family & friends if anyone ever has plumbing issues!!! Thank you Sandra, Eugenio & Felix. I appreciate you all! Happy Easter!!!

Mike came to install a tankless water heater in March. Did a fantastic job. However in June we found out the hard way that the unit was not ventilated properly. I called at 11 PM and got Erin. She  was very helpful and had Mike connect with me immediately. Mike came out and reworked the ventilation as well as had Mike M come out and tweak the unit itself so it burned more efficiently.
Fantastic teamwork and even better attitude of service. Thanks Plumbing Masters.

Just a shout out to ALLPRO and the team, that in a crunch time situation, came out and handled a job with the speed and care needed to get us ready to open and operate.  Special thanks to Julio who started the ball rolling and then involved Tim who then called upon his team, Mike and Jose, who did the actual work. These two were so customer service oriented and professional I wanted to hire them for myself. Thanks for a job well done. In this day and age it means everything to small businesses to stay open. Initially their price seemed fair and they could come out quickly so I was eager to give them my business. Apparently, the receptionist didn't ask enough questions to give the proper quote. The man that came out to do the work didn't tell me there was going to be an extra charge before starting. He knocks on the door says is done and I am ready to pay $315 as I was quoted and the amount of cash I had. He said it would be $440, so I had to give him my debit card that he wrote down in their archaic unsecured method. My biggest issue is the complete lack of communication from the man who came out. If you are going to change the price (especially because of YOUR error) you need to say it BEFORE you start work.

Goettl is probably the best company for AC replacement (that I called), the tech (Brandon) seems very sharp and knows the stuff. I researched some detailed information after several service calls that were felt like I was wasting money. Goettl is the same as any other big AC company, they are there to make BIG profit off of you. I mean like more than half of the cost is straight profit. Don't waste money on big companies that way over charge on everything. Call around, especially the local Handyman with the right certifications. They are much cheaper and just as good (but you can still do better as I found out later).

Had Doug fix a septic system that was improperly installed and couldn't be serviced. He replaced the vault risers, repaired discharge pipe plumbing, repaired flush line end caps and repaired inlet pipe to tank. He had a helper with him. They arrived a little late and worked the full day. All looks better and seems OK after 1 week. I'll need to rake everything smooth as they did some backhoe work. The only negative was that they left all the trash for me to figure out what to do with. 2 very heavy concrete covers and three old plastic vault risers. No idea what / how I'm going to dispose. At the end, I asked him about them and he said I could plant flowers in them or use them to hold up a deck umbrella. Hmmmm. Nice excuse. ha ha. Next time, I'll make sure that trash disposal is part of the deal. I would use him again, including haul off of the trash.
