Ok let's be honest, when you schedule an appointment to get your water heater replaced and only have your wife home to meet with the repairman you don't expect to not have it cost a fortune. Kevin not only responded on the weekend, not only came out first thing Monday morning, but didn't overcharge us for an unnecessary part! This company is reliable and honest! I will tell all my friends about Kevin and his crew! Other contractors quoted $1600-$2000, but Kevin came out and immediately identified it was just a thermostat and just replaced that part! A HUGE thank you to Kevin and P&L! Thank you guys for taking care of my water heater needs, you guys have a customer for life and I will tell all my friends about you guys.

We needed our grease trap pumped out, so we called several grease trap cleaning companies in our area for quotes. We wanted a company that had the best price and service in town, and Phoenix Grease Trap Services quoted us the best price over the phone. They scheduled us for the day and time we requested. They were punctual and were in and out without any issues. We will be using their company from now on.

We have called Affordable Plumbing over 5 times in the past 2 years for plumbing services such as removing and replacing faucets, fixing leaky commodes, clearing slow drains and replacing RO filters.  It is easy to schedule the service on their website and personnel arrive within the scheduled time.  They provide quotes for the cost of work to be performed and do the work very professionally.  The company is a joy to work with.

Quick reply & fantastic service for a residential sprinkler head leak. Nick Hollander also flushed the system & replaced a valve because Scottsdale water will clog up everything.  He was informative, quick & cleaned up afterward.  Great to find a contractor that knows their trade. Thanks. JJ

I messaged Nate at Williams late Sunday night, and he was out early Monday morning to fix a broken irrigation line that was flooding the yard and street. Also fixed some broken valves and adjusted my sprinkler heads.  Definitely plan to use them again in the future, excellent service.

Update:  We ended up having Nate add sod to our front yard and the change was fantastic.  Check out the Before/After photos.  :)

I'm 75 years old and I've used plumbers in six states and in multiple cities in some of those states.  If I hade to rate Affordable Plumbing Solutions compared to everyone else I've used, there is absolutely no comparison.  I recently had to replace all hardware on top and underneath a bedroom sink due to a leak.  Two plumbers couldn't find the leak, a third gave me an estimate of $1700 and a fourth $750.
This problem went on for weeks.  I finally found Affordable Plumbing Solutions and he gave me an estimate of between $300 and $350.  The spread was due to not knowing how much the Faucet would cost.  He went to the house late Tuesday to see what he would need and fixed everything first thing the next morning.  My tenant called me to tell me how great they were.  Save yourself the trouble of finding a Plumber and call Affordable Plumbing Solutions firs

Great response time to a last minute needed repair!  Showed up on time, did the job quick -- even had to run out to a couple stores for the right hose.  Great price too!

Mike came to install a tankless water heater in March. Did a fantastic job. However in June we found out the hard way that the unit was not ventilated properly. I called at 11 PM and got Erin. She  was very helpful and had Mike connect with me immediately. Mike came out and reworked the ventilation as well as had Mike M come out and tweak the unit itself so it burned more efficiently.

Just a shout out to ALLPRO and the team, that in a crunch time situation, came out and handled a job with the speed and care needed to get us ready to open and operate.  Special thanks to Julio who started the ball rolling and then involved Tim who then called upon his team, Mike and Jose, who did the actual work. These two were so customer service oriented and professional I wanted to hire them for myself. Thanks for a job well done. In this day and age it means everything to small businesses to stay open. I had a water leak with my pipes for my water heater. I called Cobra and Josh was very friendly and gave me an exact time he would come by, same day for the service. I called another place before and had no return call. He was prompt and extremely helpful in every way. He took care of the leak and suggested other items to maintain my water heater which he took care of as well. Josh was polite and professional.  Cobra Plumbing is great.

Two stars since the rep on the phone was very knowledgeable and helpful. Everything was downhill from there. The guy they sent out seemed resentful that they even sent him to my house. He complained that he was too old to be working full time and the new owner didn't understand this. That wasn't even the worst part. He overwhelmingly complained that my septic system wasn't setup right (like complaining would make things better). Was grossly over charged for his trouble shooting suggestions which now I realize was just a way to upsell. Upset with this place, upset with myself for not realizing these tactics until after the fact. 395$ later I'm no closer to getting my septic service resolved; but one thing's certain, they're not getting anymore of my money.

This is the second time they have been out to my house for normal bi annual check up.  The Tech's were respectful and very knowledgable.  They weren't their trying to upsale me on everything.  Great service!  Will continue to use them.

Had Doug fix a septic system that was improperly installed and couldn't be serviced. He replaced the vault risers, repaired discharge pipe plumbing, repaired flush line end caps and repaired inlet pipe to tank. He had a helper with him. They arrived a little late and worked the full day. All looks better and seems OK after 1 week. I'll need to rake everything smooth as they did some backhoe work. The only negative was that they left all the trash for me to figure out what to do with. 2 very heavy concrete covers and three old plastic vault risers. No idea what / how I'm going to dispose. At the end, I asked him about them and he said I could plant flowers in them or use them to hold up a deck umbrella. Hmmmm. Nice excuse. ha ha. Next time, I'll make sure that trash disposal is part of the deal. I would use him again, including haul off of the trash.
