I cannot believe the workmanship, response time (everything!) of Kevin who was my plumber.  This was a leak behind an inside wall that you can barely see after he was done, no drywall repair needed!

We needed our grease trap pumped out, so we called several grease trap cleaning companies in our area for quotes. We wanted a company that had the best price and service in town, and Phoenix Grease Trap Services quoted us the best price over the phone. They scheduled us for the day and time we requested. They were punctual and were in and out without any issues. We will be using their company from now on.

First time with Zest. Made an appointment online and a tech was able to come out the same day! Really great how they provide free estimates for everything so you know what you're getting into. Dalton was very friendly and knowledgeable with our small fridge issue. He fixed everything quickly and answered all of our questions before leaving. We will definitely be calling them again with any other issues that arise in the future!

Quick reply & fantastic service for a residential sprinkler head leak. Nick Hollander also flushed the system & replaced a valve because Scottsdale water will clog up everything.  He was informative, quick & cleaned up afterward.  Great to find a contractor that knows their trade. Thanks. JJ

One of our valves would not shut off.  The repair guy was nice and agreed we needed a new diaphragm in the valve .  Diaphragms are around $5..  He didn't have them on the truck .  He did have new valves at $125.  These same valves are less than $20 at Home Depot.  He also said he'd have to replace a bunch of pipe to get the valve installed .  I've replaced these valves before and had no issues with the pipes.  I said goodbye.

Dave at Affordable Plumbing knows plumbing. He offered great advice and answered all our questions. They removed an old reverse osmosis system, 3 old sink drains then installed quarter turn valves. After we had new counter tops installed they came back and installed a new garage disposal, 3 new sink faucets and drains. They look amazing! They paid attention to details, were neat and didn't make a mess. Affordable Plumbing is reasonably priced and very easy to work with. We will definitely use them again on our master bathroom renovation project. Highly recommend them!

Great response time to a last minute needed repair!  Showed up on time, did the job quick -- even had to run out to a couple stores for the right hose.  Great price too!

I was having plumbing trouble so I went ahead and called plumbing masters. They had Mike over in no time, he was friendly and professional he really made sure I understood everything that was wrong and how he'd fix it. I'm so glad I called them truly such a life saver !!

Just a shout out to ALLPRO and the team, that in a crunch time situation, came out and handled a job with the speed and care needed to get us ready to open and operate.  Special thanks to Julio who started the ball rolling and then involved Tim who then called upon his team, Mike and Jose, who did the actual work. Two stars since the rep on the phone was very knowledgeable and helpful. Everything was downhill from there. The guy they sent out seemed resentful that they even sent him to my house. He complained that he was too old to be working full time and the new owner didn't understand this. That wasn't even the worst part. He overwhelmingly complained that my septic system wasn't setup right (like complaining would make things better). Was grossly over charged for his trouble shooting suggestions which now I realize was just a way to upsell. Upset with this place, upset with myself for not realizing these tactics until after the fact. 395$ later I'm no closer to getting my septic service resolved; but one thing's certain, they're not getting anymore of my money.

I have used Goettl twice in the past week for two different plumbing needs.  They answered the phone right way with friendly customer servic people on the other end.  Shout out to Heidi!

Both times they were able to come out the same day.  Once to assist me with my leaky faucet and the other to install a new toilet.

Matthew was my technician both times and he was great!  I received a text message when he was on the way to my place, which was very convenient.  He was very professional.

Prices seem fair for same day service.  They don't charge extra fees to use a credit card, like some places do.

I will use Goettl again for my plumbing/air condition needs.

Had Doug fix a septic system that was improperly installed and couldn't be serviced. He replaced the vault risers, repaired discharge pipe plumbing, repaired flush line end caps and repaired inlet pipe to tank. He had a helper with him. They arrived a little late and worked the full day. All looks better and seems OK after 1 week. I'll need to rake everything smooth as they did some backhoe work. The only negative was that they left all the trash for me to figure out what to do with. 2 very heavy concrete covers and three old plastic vault risers. No idea what / how I'm going to dispose. At the end, I asked him about them and he said I could plant flowers in them or use them to hold up a deck umbrella. Hmmmm. Nice excuse. ha ha. Next time, I'll make sure that trash disposal is part of the deal. I would use him again, including haul off of the trash.
