These guys were great! Carlos, Mark and the camera tech were prompt, courteous, went beyond to try and fix my plumbing issue. Carlos offered to go and get ME a drink from the store or asked if I needed anything. He kept me in the loop during the WHOLE process. He didn't just go from one end of the house to the next without letting me know what he was doing. I HIGHLY recommend this company. I will never go to Bill Howe again. I only wish they had Venmo so I could send them a tip! Thanks again, guys!  :)

Kyle and Kevin are life savers, they really are a good team. I've found it to be very difficult to find trustworthy, genuine contractors and I gotta say, if you're looking for a plumber, look no further than this company and these two. They gave me honest opinions and fair prices. Also right after they JUST left my house after giving me an estimate for something completely unrelated, they made sure to come right back and help with a new leak I noticed right after they had left (bad timing). The leak was unfortunately created by a different plumber's shoddy work, which they gave me a few options to choose from to take care of it, I ultimately decided on having them repair it to make sure it got done right this time around. I'm thankful they were available to help fix it and made the time to come back. I highly recommend them!

We needed our grease trap pumped out, so we called several grease trap cleaning companies in our area for quotes. We wanted a company that had the best price and service in town, and Phoenix Grease Trap Services quoted us the best price over the phone. They scheduled us for the day and time we requested. They were punctual and were in and out without any issues. We will be using their company from now on.

Zest plumbing and drain was so friendly, easy to work with, reliable and very responsive. This is our second time using them, and Tyler as a technician. We are very picky about who we have in our home, and we could not have been happier with the work Tyler did!! 10 out of 10 would recommend. We will be lifelong customers. I am a handy woman and manage 60 apartments. Robert has been a life save on every occasion I have called him. Unfortunately, these are older apartments so I see Robert more then I'd like but, when I do have to make that call I know my problem will be fixed correctly and at the best price! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.  They over-charge for labor on a simple job.  They will never give you the price up-front and they will  make a mountain out of a mole-hill.  They truly are intent on charging whatever they want after the fact.     FIND ANOTHER COMPANY!     These other YELP reviews are phony.

We just hired Williams to fix severe problems with irrigation in the house we recently purchased.  Nate showed up to investigate the day I contacted him, on time. Our HOA was about to fine us and we needed help. Nate thoroughly analyzed the problems in our yard, and suggested that he replace most of the system,  but retain the few serviceable components.  
He and his crew showed up as expected, did exactly what he had recommended, and a little more as he discovered even more problems underground. He kept the original price even though he ended up doing more work than planned.

He then returned twice after the fact to make adjustments needed due to tree installations.  His price to perform the work was comparable to other quotes we obtained from other vendors.  Throughout our experience, Nate was responsive to our needs, and kept in the mind the pressure being exerted by the HoA.

He did a fine job, and we will continue to use Williams Sprinkler for our ongoing needs as we continue to develop our property.

These guys are awesome. They did several plumbing updates and changes during the complicated and full remodel of my home. Water heater, toilets, kitchen and master bath are just some. Reasonable prices and a professional attitude always plus a great sense of humor always. Dave and Mitch did a great job and I highly recommend them to anyone.

Everything of course happens on a Friday!!! Now mind you this is not just a regular Friday, but it was Good Friday so my expectation on calling a plumber, let alone, having someone come out the same day is just absolutely unheard of right??? Wrong!!! Jimenez Plumbing is absolutely AMAZING!!! Their response time is phenomenal!!! I noticed a leak in my front yard on my way to work and called Jimenez Plumbing. I had never heard of them but noticed they had GREAT ratings! When I called I was greeted with a very polite, professional person on the other end of the phone named Sandra. Right away she told me she would have someone out in a couple of hours. Low and behold she sure did!!! Not only did Eugenio (the owner himself) and Felix show up but they fixed my leak and also did a little extra project for me while out there too. Their price is reasonable too!!! I will be recommending them to family & friends if anyone ever has plumbing issues!!! Thank you Sandra, Eugenio & Felix. I appreciate you all! Happy Easter!!!

Mike came to install a tankless water heater in March. Did a fantastic job. However in June we found out the hard way that the unit was not ventilated properly. I called at 11 PM and got Erin. She  was very helpful and had Mike connect with me immediately. Mike came out and reworked the ventilation as well as had Mike M come out and tweak the unit itself so it burned more efficiently.
Fantastic teamwork and even better attitude of service. Thanks Plumbing Masters.

Just a shout out to ALLPRO and the team, that in a crunch time situation, came out and handled a job with the speed and care needed to get us ready to open and operate.  Special thanks to Julio who started the ball rolling and then involved Tim who then called upon his team, Mike and Jose, who did the actual work. These two were so customer service oriented and professional I wanted to hire them for myself. Thanks for a job well done. In this day and age it means everything to small businesses to stay open. Appreciate you !

Beware!!  Especially if contemplating major plumbing repairs! He is not licensed - has appropriated the name of a bonded,licensed plumbing company by nearly same name (go with Cobra Rooter- on Meadowbrook- and you will be beyond satisfied). No- Josh with Cobra Plumbing on Camelback did not provide reputable repairs. I removed past negative review after he refunded 500 of my over $1,000.00 expense- which showed some professionalism--but now my tenant notices a pungent sewer smell near his other repair. I will soon be out more money to get a bonded plumber to properly excavate, diagnose and repair my apparent sewer leak in laundry room. You have been warned! Josh thinks he is doing legitimate work- but he lacks the credentials and knowledge to even use correct parts. He needs to do much better to retain clientele- starting with a company name change and why not get your Contractor's license?

As usual Vets saved the day.  Have used for years. Ernie is a total asset to this company.

Getting a quote was great and they were able to get us a discount on a unit that was already in the warehouse. Install was great as well and everything was done in a day. Tried to get a rebate for the new unit throughout electricity provider APS and that's where the experience became subpar. Their customer service reps were very nice and helpful but their rebate person Zacora did not respond to emails or follow up. We had 3 months to file the rebate with APS but it looks like we're giving up on that due to lack of follow-up and apparently their termination of rebate contract with APS.

Had Doug fix a septic system that was improperly installed and couldn't be serviced. He replaced the vault risers, repaired discharge pipe plumbing, repaired flush line end caps and repaired inlet pipe to tank. He had a helper with him. They arrived a little late and worked the full day. All looks better and seems OK after 1 week. I'll need to rake everything smooth as they did some backhoe work. The only negative was that they left all the trash for me to figure out what to do with. 2 very heavy concrete covers and three old plastic vault risers. No idea what / how I'm going to dispose. At the end, I asked him about them and he said I could plant flowers in them or use them to hold up a deck umbrella. Hmmmm. Nice excuse. ha ha. Next time, I'll make sure that trash disposal is part of the deal. I would use him again, including haul off of the trash.
