I have had ongoing plumbing issues in my kitchen with water from the pipe backing up into the sink. A few plumbers would come out, break up the clog and leave. Last year one charged $1400 to flush the pipe to the street he was here 15 minutes and left. So when the problem returned this week, I was afraid I'd be out $1000.

Enter P&L Plumbing. Kevin quoted me a reasonable price to hydro jet the pipes all the way to the street. The best part was he provided before and after video proving the work was done.

When all was said and done, Kevin completed the work in the timeframe he told me and I saved $50. These are the guys you want to call. Guaranteed I will be calling them after the new year for other projects as we work on our house.

We needed our grease trap pumped out, so we called several grease trap cleaning companies in our area for quotes. We wanted a company that had the best price and service in town, and Phoenix Grease Trap Services quoted us the best price over the phone. They scheduled us for the day and time we requested. They were punctual and were in and out without any issues. We will be using their company from now on.

My local handyman referred this plumbing outfit for a job. I couldn't write this positive review fast enough. Ben, the plumber that showed up assessed my situation which has been troubling me for months remedied the problem and the pricing was extremely affordable as the name suggests! It's great having a great plumber to turn to when in need.

5-star service and price. -1 star for scheduling / not being on time.

Part of the main sewer line in my home clogged on a Thursday night-- half the house backed up. Called Option One on Friday morning at 9am; I was told they could be there between 11am-1pm, which is fine. At 12:45pm I get a call from dispatch that they are still on another job and asking if I can wait a little longer; that's okay, and I appreciate that they are keeping in contact. So I wait, and wait some more. Then it's 4pm and I still haven't heard anything. At this point I have other plans for the evening so I have to call back and reschedule for Saturday morning.

BUT, when Jesse showed up on Saturday (on time), he was professional, cleared the clog, and gave me some invaluable tips on drain maintenance for my particular problem. And the total was only $49.50, as advertised-- the cheapest drain cleaning service I've ever had, by far.

I was bothered by the scheduling issue, but for the great service and price I'd definitely call them again to clear a drain.

Great service at an affordable price. If you want honest and professional work, these are the guys to call.

Just moved to Scottsdale and needed to have our fire sprinkler system inspected and turned off while having a new furnace installed in the attic.  Scott came out right away, did the inspection and gave me training on our system that I did not have.  Highly recommended

I had previously given Nate's company a 4.  But after contacting him last week, we'll that is he only answered me on Yelp, he still says that if your irrigation or drip system is 10 years old, he doesn't guarantee his work!  My husband found the leak that he supposedly fixed, and it hadn't been fixed.  I paid Nate almost $400 bucks in October and he won't come out to make it good.  I won't be using this company again.

These guys are awesome. They did several plumbing updates and changes during the complicated and full remodel of my home. Water heater, toilets, kitchen and master bath are just some. Reasonable prices and a professional attitude always plus a great sense of humor always. Dave and Mitch did a great job and I highly recommend them to anyone.

Everything of course happens on a Friday!!! Now mind you this is not just a regular Friday, but it was Good Friday so my expectation on calling a plumber, let alone, having someone come out the same day is just absolutely unheard of right??? Wrong!!! Jimenez Plumbing is absolutely AMAZING!!! Their response time is phenomenal!!! I noticed a leak in my front yard on my way to work and called Jimenez Plumbing. I had never heard of them but noticed they had GREAT ratings! When I called I was greeted with a very polite, professional person on the other end of the phone named Sandra. Right away she told me she would have someone out in a couple of hours. Low and behold she sure did!!! Not only did Eugenio (the owner himself) and Felix show up but they fixed my leak and also did a little extra project for me while out there too. Their price is reasonable too!!! I will be recommending them to family & friends if anyone ever has plumbing issues!!! Thank you Sandra, Eugenio & Felix. I appreciate you all! Happy Easter!!!

I was having plumbing trouble so I went ahead and called plumbing masters. They had Mike over in no time, he was friendly and professional he really made sure I understood everything that was wrong and how he'd fix it. I'm so glad I called them truly such a life saver !!

Just a shout out to ALLPRO and the team, that in a crunch time situation, came out and handled a job with the speed and care needed to get us ready to open and operate.  Special thanks to Julio who started the ball rolling and then involved Tim who then called upon his team, Mike and Jose, who did the actual work. These two were so customer service oriented and professional I wanted to hire them for myself. Thanks for a job well done. In this day and age it means everything to small businesses to stay open. Two stars since the rep on the phone was very knowledgeable and helpful. Everything was downhill from there. The guy they sent out seemed resentful that they even sent him to my house. He complained that he was too old to be working full time and the new owner didn't understand this. That wasn't even the worst part. He overwhelmingly complained that my septic system wasn't setup right (like complaining would make things better). Was grossly over charged for his trouble shooting suggestions which now I realize was just a way to upsell. Upset with this place, upset with myself for not realizing these tactics until after the fact. 395$ later I'm no closer to getting my septic service resolved; but one thing's certain, they're not getting anymore of my money.

Heard an ad on Radio for Goettl replacing Bathroom Fans. I have two that I wanted to replace and called for a quote. Refused to give me a quote over the phone and told me that I would need to pay a $79.00 Service Call and then the Technician would tell me what it costs to replace these fans. I do not need any additional service, just wanted to simply replace these two bathroom fans. Needing to pay for a service call, in order to get a quote, makes Zero sense. Definitely makes me question their motive and business practices.

Had Doug fix a septic system that was improperly installed and couldn't be serviced. He replaced the vault risers, repaired discharge pipe plumbing, repaired flush line end caps and repaired inlet pipe to tank. He had a helper with him. They arrived a little late and worked the full day. All looks better and seems OK after 1 week. I'll need to rake everything smooth as they did some backhoe work. The only negative was that they left all the trash for me to figure out what to do with. 2 very heavy concrete covers and three old plastic vault risers. No idea what / how I'm going to dispose. At the end, I asked him about them and he said I could plant flowers in them or use them to hold up a deck umbrella. Hmmmm. Nice excuse. ha ha. Next time, I'll make sure that trash disposal is part of the deal. I would use him again, including haul off of the trash.
