We needed our grease trap pumped out, so we called several grease trap cleaning companies in our area for quotes. We wanted a company that had the best price and service in town, and Phoenix Grease Trap Services quoted us the best price over the phone. They scheduled us for the day and time we requested. They were punctual and were in and out without any issues. We will be using their company from now on.

Cesar was terrific! He explained very much in detail what the problem was and how to fix it. He showed up very promptly and was a total professional. Don't mess around, use Zest.

I called Rooter Man late in the afternoon on a Friday because my sewage drain was clogged and backing up into various house drains.  I was promptly scheduled for a Saturday morning appointment.  Roy showed up right on time, even though it was pouring rain.  Once the rain let up, he used his snake to clear the drain, and then his camera to verify that everything looked clear.  This was a very stressful situation for us since we couldn't shower or use much water.  We were so grateful that we found Roy and Rooter Man.  I would not hesitate to call him again if we ever have a clogged drain of any kind.  Very honest, patient, and straightforward.  Great service!!!!

Every once in awhile you find a business that does EVERYTHING right. And it's usually when you least expect it. I had a leak in my home sprinkler system and needed it taken care of ASAP. So I called the FEC and I was greeted with an incredibly friendly and knowledgeable person on the other end of my call. She was so nice. She was honest and up front about pricing. Skip ahead to the service and Scott shows up. To say that he was both friendly and professional is a gross understatement. Scott told me what needed to be done and he did it. His son ended up coming by to help finish the project. From beginning to end, this company could not have been better. I'm remarkably impressed with everyone involved. Thank you to your entire staff. What a team you have!!

One of our valves would not shut off.  The repair guy was nice and agreed we needed a new diaphragm in the valve .  Diaphragms are around $5..  He didn't have them on the truck .  He did have new valves at $125.  These same valves are less than $20 at Home Depot.  He also said he'd have to replace a bunch of pipe to get the valve installed .  I've replaced these valves before and had no issues with the pipes.  I said goodbye.

Very good service, responded quickly to kitchen sink leak. On time, got in, got out, did a great job! Would highly recommend, great pricing.

Everything of course happens on a Friday!!! Now mind you this is not just a regular Friday, but it was Good Friday so my expectation on calling a plumber, let alone, having someone come out the same day is just absolutely unheard of right??? Wrong!!! Jimenez Plumbing is absolutely AMAZING!!! Their response time is phenomenal!!! I noticed a leak in my front yard on my way to work and called Jimenez Plumbing. I had never heard of them but noticed they had GREAT ratings! When I called I was greeted with a very polite, professional person on the other end of the phone named Sandra. Right away she told me she would have someone out in a couple of hours. Low and behold she sure did!!! Not only did Eugenio (the owner himself) and Felix show up but they fixed my leak and also did a little extra project for me while out there too. Their price is reasonable too!!! Mike came to install a tankless water heater in March. Did a fantastic job. However in June we found out the hard way that the unit was not ventilated properly. I called at 11 PM and got Erin. She  was very helpful and had Mike connect with me immediately. Mike came out and reworked the ventilation as well as had Mike M come out and tweak the unit itself so it burned more efficiently.

Just a shout out to ALLPRO and the team, that in a crunch time situation, came out and handled a job with the speed and care needed to get us ready to open and operate.  Special thanks to Julio who started the ball rolling and then involved Tim who then called upon his team, Mike and Jose, who did the actual work. These two were so customer service oriented and professional I wanted to hire them for myself. Thanks for a job well done. In this day and age it means everything to small businesses to stay open. I had a sump pump emergency...Vets Plumbing arrived this morning to pump it out. They responded very quickly. I called two other companies first. One company told me that they couldn't come out until this Friday, the other one told me next Friday. They are friendly and very professional. Call them first to save yourself some time.

Forget about hiring these folks!  They installed my new furnace and air conditioner two years ago and never came back to check their work ($10,000).  Three weeks ago, I called them to ask if they'd please check my air
conditioner for service and they said cost would be $199 up front
that would cover two years, furnace and a/c checks.  Otherwise,
the cost would be $129 each visit and if I chose that option, my
appt would be set up way far in advance from now.  They were
terribly busy.

My a/c is full of leaves, and I have tried to remove them myself but I
can't quite get them all removed.  Any cost would have to be paid
at the time of service.  Not sure how much, but I'm familiar with their routine.

My appt was set up two weeks down the road.  I waited around for
them to show at the appointed time, and got a call after hours that
they'd have to reschedule.  Too busy.  Second appt was cancelled at
5:30 p.m. because the worker in question sustained a work injury.
I refused to set up the third appointment.  I was never offered a contract
for maintenance, and they didn't care to do it.

In the past, they used the bully treatment to get my business.  When they came over to do an estimate, they said if I didn't take their deal, they
would have to charge me for the estimate.  So I proceeded.  They installed
a new incoming vent for the a/c and furnace to vent air in, but it's way
too high for me to reach, and I wanted it blocked off.  That will be my
next expense.

Proceed with this awful business at your own risk.  fyi:  I did request a refund of my $199 and received it shortly after informing them I wanted it.

Had Doug fix a septic system that was improperly installed and couldn't be serviced. He replaced the vault risers, repaired discharge pipe plumbing, repaired flush line end caps and repaired inlet pipe to tank. He had a helper with him. They arrived a little late and worked the full day. All looks better and seems OK after 1 week. I'll need to rake everything smooth as they did some backhoe work. The only negative was that they left all the trash for me to figure out what to do with. 2 very heavy concrete covers and three old plastic vault risers. No idea what / how I'm going to dispose. At the end, I asked him about them and he said I could plant flowers in them or use them to hold up a deck umbrella. Hmmmm. Nice excuse. ha ha. Next time, I'll make sure that trash disposal is part of the deal. I would use him again, including haul off of the trash.
