Man I'm so glad I called Leak Detective. They we able to come the same day and figure out my leak issue with my pool. Oh I should mention i called another reputable leak company the same day and as of this writing they still haven't called back. I'm glad they didn't.  Lyle was laid back but professional. He explained everything and gave me options at the end of the process. I now have a pool that doesn't require filling every couple of days!

I have called them many times to work on my rental in Phoenix.  There friendly, with reasonable pricing,  they do a wonderful professional job.  Highly recommend them!!!

Bob is an awesome plumber, has a fantastic attitude, is extremely well-priced, paid close attention to detail, and went above and beyond what was asked of him.  He came to my home this morning, joked with my children, did a fantastic job with the plumbing job, and even checked an additional leak in my upstairs bathroom.  I'm so happy I found him, I can't recommend him highly enough, and he will be my first choice in plumber moving forward!

It seems rare these days to give a 5 star review but Second Opinion Plumbing definitely deserves it. I had a crack in my cast iron sewer pipe and another company came out yesterday and gave me an outrageous quote. It stressed me out and I knew I had to get a second opinion so when I ran across the name of this company I had to call. I called this morning and spoke with Ryan. He asked a few questions. I sent him pictures of the pipe. He came by to give me a free estimate. Quoted me about $400 to replace the 8 foot pipe, which was far below what the other company quoted me. I said when you can you do it. He said now and had the job finished within an hour. Truly not what I expected. He was a cool guy, left no mess and honored his price. There were no surprises, just excellent work. Easy and simple. If you get a quote from any other company, definitely get a quote from second opinion before you agree to the work. I'm so relieved I called today. Thank you Ryan !!!

Frank, the owner, is very rude.  He did not behave in a professional manner at all.  I had some problems with the pump he installed and he got very defensive and acted as though it was my fault.  Instead of doing his job, he told ME to take the pump to the place where HE bought it.  (The amount I paid for the original job was very high, definitely not worth it!)

Jking excavating did a great job for us we are delivered about 18 tons of rock to our home Jason came out and did a fine job spreading it out make it look great I've seen some of those other work very impressed fair honest and on time you can't use a better excavating company then Jking excavating.

I would give them zero stars but that is not available. This company came to my home with the wrong equipment, performed no work and then sent me an invoice for $300 dollars. They had a truck which they said weighed 100,000 pounds loaded and would most likely cause serious damage to my driveway if they attempted to drive down it. And in addition, they did not have a hose of sufficient length to perform the work. Considering they had been at my house several days earlier, their failure to bring the proper vehicle, tools and equipment is astonishing. I would not recommend them to fix a leaky faucet, let alone to drain and inspect my septic tank, which they claim to be their business.  I would like to note that my initial interaction with the office staff was very pleasant and they seemed very helpful.  However, when I tried to call them after they failed to perform the work they would not return any of my calls.

I called this company to come look at my septic system that was leaking above ground.  He told me I needed to have my system pumped. I gave him the cash and he didn't have the change to break it and give me my change.  When I went to my backyard to see if they were done they had left no more than 10 minutes after so call pumping my tank.  They never gave me my change ok fine. Two days later the same problem with the leaking system into my yard happened again. I called them to inform them and he chewed me out said it was because my washer empties into the tank and I need a repair.  He said all he can do is pump it again. I asked him why would it need to be pumped if it was emptied two days prior. He then proceeded to yell at me and told me to call someone else and hung up on me. I had a reputable professional company come and they tell me it was never pumped the tank is completely full hence the overflowing in to my yard.  I am going to sue this man and his stealing my hard earned money. I am a single mother of 3 children he has no right to steal from me or anyone else.  He needs to be put out of business. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT TAKE A CHANCE on him. There are plenty of companies who know how to be honest and do the job they are paid for.

So I sent a text to this plumber asking why his rates are so high. This is What I got back.
