I have been very nervous about getting solar on my home. There's are endless options out there but I couldn't have asked for a better experience than the one I had with avava. Everyone I came in contact with was absolutely amazing. My home looks amazing and they made everything so easy to understand. I would not recommend anyone else to take care of your solar needs. I finally decided to invest in solar and I was a bit overwhelmed at all of the choices in this oversaturated market. I got a business card from the owner at a farmer's market and chatted with him a bit. He was very friendly and answered all of my questions. I did take a bit of a chance as he had no reviews on Yelp yet or much of an online presence. However, I did feel confident in moving forward. Securing the permits and working with the power company did take a few months before we could actually do the install. The process and install did take a bit longer than expected, but the fair pricing and overall experience was worth it. The panels themselves are very sleek looking as well. There is definitely an upfront cost and investment, but it will pay for its self in time.

We didn't pay anything to get solar on our home and it's saving us a bunch. There was some extra work done on the outside panel, but we did not get charged thanks.

I started talking to Danielle about solar for our home since our electric bill was so high summer of 2019. She was so educated and had great customer service. Any question we had, she answered quickly. Brandon was also a pleasure to work with. He got our solar installed very quick after we made a great deal and he even threw in a free 65" tv to say thank you! Highly recommend Divine Solutions if you're thinking about buying solar for your home!

We gave been trying to contact Suntria who have taken over Premier Solar and our inverter is not reporting our production to our Electrical District 3 and so we are only showing the minimum of what we produce and being billed for a high usage whereas in January and February when the grids are producing the lowest of all months shows higher production than what we are producing now during the hottest months of the year. We tried to reach on every phone number for Suntria and SolarEdge and since SolarEdge advised to contact our installers which is Premier Solar (Now Suntria) we have left several messages, emails and every means of contacting yet no body from Suntria is contacting us back to resolve the issue. We are told we have to upgrade to a 5G Inverter and we have to pay for that, we agreed to pay for that as well but we are yet to get a call back from Suntria. Calls goes straight to voicemail. Our last option would be to contact the TV Chanel to air our grieve over the news so people should know what type of service we are getting from these Solar Companies. If this is happening now, we don't know what will be their warranty service since our units have 25 years warranty on them. SolarEdge also is of no help here. No live agent to help.

It's no surprise that the only good 5 star reviews are 2017 and 18 right after presentation or install. No good reviews after that. shows how terrible this company is. Stay away, do not trust them. They will rip you off and then just leave you hanging. I've called them several times and either get a  busy signal  or is goes straight to voice mail. The system was not set up the same way the salesperson presented it, and the system is 9 inches above the roof, after being told that pigeons should not be able to get under it because they are only a couple inches from the roof. I currently have one panel that is shattered and needs replaced. I was told and there website states they have a 25 yr warranty. however now that I need something fixed I can not get a hold of anyone, which is very frustrating. I spent to much money on this system to be ignored.

I'm absolutely 100% fed up with this company. I already told them to stop calling me. A few hours later they called again. Then I yelled at them and they called two more times and hung up. If it wasn't to screw with me then I don't know what it was. I can not deal with such unprofessional behavior. The company should be shut down and their leadership should end up in jail. Enough is enough!

This company must be finding people to work for them that don't know how to read no soliciting signs on doors seems from other reviews this is a consistent problem for this company

Buyer beware. This company is a fraud. They use inferior products and refuse to pay their employees after they've completed the work. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH Dream Energy Solutions LLC!!!!
