I have been trying to get ahold of someone with this company for months and still no answer! The entire process of installation has been difficult and hard to understand why not one person can answer a phone call!

I started talking to Danielle about solar for our home since our electric bill was so high summer of 2019. She was so educated and had great customer service. Any question we had, she answered quickly. Brandon was also a pleasure to work with. He got our solar installed very quick after we made a great deal and he even threw in a free 65" tv to say thank you! Great sales and installation experience, but everything since then have been a nightmare. The inspection process took a month or more due to the initial blueprints not matching what was installed on the roof, resulting in a failed initial inspection. Communication from Suntria has been minimal throughout the entire process; we only received the project manager's information after the panels were installed at the end of August. We now have a monthly bill for 30+ non-operational panels and no date for when they will be turned on.

Just finished getting my Solar Panels installed. Team 23, led by Toby and helped by Larry did a wonderful professional job installing the system.
I would recommend them to anyone.

I would recommend going solar with Avvio for so many reasons but savings money over time is the biggest benefit as a home owner. They also stay in contact you throughout the process and you can contact with any questions or concerns. We had a great experience because they answered all our questions, returned emails in a timely manner, and our salesman went above and beyond!!

we worked as subs for this company . they are disorganized and paid us with an a cancelled check . don't hire them
