These guys are awesome. It's is easy to work with people who know what they are doing! I had Jake out and he was able to help me better understand solar and it's benefits! I guess working with the power companies can sometimes be hard from what I've heard but this process was very smooth. Install is quick and hassle free!

I finally decided to invest in solar and I was a bit overwhelmed at all of the choices in this oversaturated market. I got a business card from the owner at a farmer's market and chatted with him a bit. He was very friendly and answered all of my questions. I did take a bit of a chance as he had no reviews on Yelp yet or much of an online presence. However, I did feel confident in moving forward. Securing the permits and working with the power company did take a few months before we could actually do the install. The process and install did take a bit longer than expected, but the fair pricing and overall experience was worth it. The panels themselves are very sleek looking as well. There is definitely an upfront cost and investment, but it will pay for its self in time.

I started talking to Danielle about solar for our home since our electric bill was so high summer of 2019. She was so educated and had great customer service. Any question we had, she answered quickly. Brandon was also a pleasure to work with. He got our solar installed very quick after we made a great deal and he even threw in a free 65" tv to say thank you! Highly recommend Divine Solutions if you're thinking about buying solar for your home!

If I could I would give this company zero stars. The initial sales person and sales portion of this company was informative and helpful. They carefully walked me through the process and design. They also explained all of the rebates, and tax incentives available. Once we locked in the contract the problems began, during installation the company was delayed 2 days by the solar panels not arriving on time, then once they were delivered I had to help the delivery driver unload the panels. The next issue happened when the installers did not get all of the required materials, this caused another 2 days. The company did compensate me for the week I had to take off work, but this isn't the point. Next the wiring was apparent wrong so my app was not recording my production correctly, so they had to come back out and repair that. Then about 9 months later I had a solar panel blow off the roof of my house and total my BBQ island. Once again the company offered compensation and an extended warranty. If money was the only concern it would be fine but the repeated problems were extremely concerning.

Then the latest issue was the lack of communication and refusal to help me get the SCE SGIP rebate. I have been in contact with the company for 9 months working to get this rebate taken care of, the rebate that their sales person informed me of and promised me help with. I have been in contact with Mark Moreno, their VP of Operations, and two separate women Leah and Namitha. None have them addressed the concern and after an email chain that began in April 2021, the last email I received was from Mark in September stating that he would get back to me the next Tuesday. After 3 emails a month from me for the last 4 months I still have no responses.

This company is the classic scam company that gives solar a bad name, especially because it is the same company as Sunbound Solar -- same website, same address, same owners, same lack of contact methods.  Unless you want a quote!

The initial installation was not done correctly, when I saw the contracted help they had to do the install, it should have been a clue.  The company employee -- they have few -- then fixed the install.  Except, he didn't.  My system went live on 12/14/21.  Once I received access to the application to monitor the system two weeks later, noted that 11 of the 21 panels were not reporting.  Over the next 30 days, reached out to sales consultant and company employee multiple times to get someone to address.  Another subcontractor took  a look, said there was a wiring problem, plus much of the install was shoddy -- exposed wires, etc.  Since then, January 2022, there is no one to contact at the company.  All the contacts I had have left or are unreachable.

I looked at my contract to find another contact method, reached out to the number listed.  It was a former employee's cell phone number, who told me that he has been trying to get back pay from the company for the past 18 months.  He was happy to give me the owners' contact information.  Needless to say, multiple calls to each were never returned.  

So stay away from Elite/Sunbound, and the owners who are Eric Recchia and Wade Henry.  The salesperson was Kevin Ives.  If any of the above contact you, run away!

I currently have a solar system that is not connected to the grid.  All efforts to contact someone at the company gets me nowhere.  I have only received excuses and no return callbacks or answers. I contacted the City of OKC and they advised that Avvio has an issue with their electrical permit.  So I have been trying to contact Avvio to figure out how and when this will be corrected only voicemails and no reply to emails.  Seems like attorneys and new media to get the word out that this company is not reputable is where we are headed

I would Warn ALL Homeowners that if anyone from this company comes to your home and you choose Not to talk with them, they will not only grossly throw their cards on your driveway, in your yard, etc, they will also go above and beyond to Falsify Information about you, place Fake Craigslist Adds about your home and your personal belongings and even go as far as Slamming your Small Business if you own one, even if they've never used your service or inquired about such. Stay Far Far Away from this Extremely Rude and Unprofessional Company. Would NOT Recommend Ever!

Buyer beware. This company is a fraud. They use inferior products and refuse to pay their employees after they've completed the work. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH Dream Energy Solutions LLC!!!!
