I put off getting my screens replaced as I expected it to be a hassle.  Exactly the opposite was my experience with these people.  I completely agree with everything Joe said about this company!  Professional, clean, courteous, reasonably priced...you name it, they are it.  They come to your home and make the screens right on the spot.  They also have different kinds of screens on their vehicle, depending on what you want.

You'd never guess I would recommend these people would you?

One more thing.  They have a minimum order for the number of screens if you want to make an appointment.  I only needed two made.-less than their minimum number.  Here is how they handled it.  They determined when they'd be in my area at another job.  If I could be at  my home when they were finished with that one, they would come to my place as soon as they were done.  It worked out perfectly.

Reasonable price to come out.  Sent propsal for replacement 12/26/17  I have to wait for Home owner Insurance Adjuster to come out contacted insurance 12/23/17 Thank you so very much for making a situation go so smooth. Will use them to put in my solar panel and it's components.  Nice to have a company come out when they say they would and no hidden charges that hard to find these days.

My family and I had a great experience working with Phoenix Window Shades and team! He was very professional, honest and efficient. He gave us recommendations based on what would be for us vs. what's best for his pockets. The shades are durable and have helped lower our electric bill! I would recommend anyone looking for shades to Phoenix Window Shades!

I shopped a lot. Rooftop was my selection. I spoke with one of their partners and the owner of who does the installations. Both were great experiences and the final install, despite delays with the city (outside of their control) went quite well. I have to especially compliment Danielle who was super expectational throughout the project, and had A+ communication. Excited to see my first APS bill. I would recommend to my friends and family!

I just had my install completed.  Amanda made sure I was educated fully before making my decision.  The process and install went very smoothly.  My PM, Brian, was fantastic as well.  Every one of the products they carry are top quality.  This company is highly qualified and they do a flawless install.  Highly recommended!!

We moved into a home where the front bathroom lacks any natural lighting. Today, Jovane installed a solar tube for us.... he accommodated our schedule and the light looks great. Now, there isn't the "cave" atmosphere and we love it..... I'll upload some photos soon.

It's been well over a year. So far the system has been reliable. ABP designed the system for break even on our electrical bill. While the production of the panels exceeds their estimate, we have gone from a $3,923.41 APS annual bill to $822.47. While we did not break even, we saved $3100.94.

My gripe a year after is that our salesman, John Himstreet out right lied to us about about pigeon problems. He did promise us a pigeon barrier which the company said they didn't offer. John told us that we shouldn't worry because there wasn't enough space underneath for the pigeons to access. Well, with wing and rain, we noticed large amounts of droppings around our house. Well I went up there last week and was shocked and disgusted to find piles of pigeon poo, dead birds and eggs. John is a pathological liar. Avoid, avoid, avoid! The pigeon service said that solar companies frequently lie about pigeon access. The company said a 3" gap is all that it takes. I wish I had known this when the system was installed. Plan on adding just over $1200.00 to get the work done!

Everything was done professionally and in a timely manner. Tate was awesome in describing the benefits of having solar and what it means for the equity in my home. The panels are sleek and are top notch. They are all black with none of the white lines those older ones have so they look really cool. Definitely recommend since you also get a pretty big tax credit for getting solar. Very pleased with Tate and the company as a whole.

I called trying to get a quote, and the owner, Dylan, answered and said "0-0-0, is that really your number?" and then abruptly hung up on me. I called back and a female answered with some random greeting. I told her I was trying to reach Dylan about some solar panels. She said "hang on" and there were clear sounds in the background of a bar. Dylan came back on the phone and I explained that I just called and was looking to get a quote regarding solar panels. He told me that he was now in the fried chicken business. Anyone looking for a serious business should steer clear!

If I could give them a 0 I would. Scam Sales, horrible app and billing system. Non responsive customer care and Sales with no way to escalate. We've never received the $500 referral bonus promised for referring friends after months of following up. We're stuck with horrible service way more expensive than quoted. Our system was set up with not enough panels because they don't want to pay for the box now the system will never produce enough so we'll always be paying out the nose. We're now paying more than we did before with APS and after multiple tech visits confirming it's the system not our usage we still can't get a call back. We are extremely conservative with our usage with only 2 members in the family and now we pay more for less service and are uncomfortable in our own home. Horrible wish I'd never been suckered by their false promises I should've researched the BBB claims from others with the same issues
