Wow, great customer service and a pleasure to work with.  Had our complete home sun screened.  They were a bit more money than some of the other quotes but their professionalism had my trust.  They showed up when they said they would and did an outstanding job.  I highly recommend this company.  I was very impressed by this company and their services.  An actual contractor that the owner stops by and supervises the work being done

Problem with solar panel the failure of the freeze safe prevention system water inside froze and burst the pipes burst beyond repair.
Water pouring like a water fall not sure how long happened 12/22/17 Jim owner came very quickly made sure water on and that I would have hot water. Reasonable price to come out.  Sent propsal for replacement 12/26/17  I have to wait for Home owner Insurance Adjuster to come out contacted insurance 12/23/17 Thank you so very much for making a situation go so smooth. Will use them to put in my solar panel and it's components.  Nice to have a company come out when they say they would and no hidden charges that hard to find these days.

My family and I had a great experience working with Phoenix Window Shades and team! He was very professional, honest and efficient. He gave us recommendations based on what would be for us vs. what's best for his pockets. The shades are durable and have helped lower our electric bill! I would recommend anyone looking for shades to Phoenix Window Shades!

No customer service whatsoever left several messages to call me back on the dismal power credits. Crickets that's all you get is crickets

I found DTL through the Home Depot Trusted Associates  Program.  I took estimates for installing 5 fans, 2 of which required installing new wiring, fan braces, and switches.  They were the second lowest bid out of 4, but because Home Depot had done a background check I went with DTL because nobody could be home while they did the work.  They arrived early, completed the work in a timely manner, and even installed an electric outlet on the ceiling of my back porch where I will be installing a TV.  I can attest to their professional work and expertise.  Need some electrical work done call these guys!

I just had my install completed.  Amanda made sure I was educated fully before making my decision.  The process and install went very smoothly.  My PM, Brian, was fantastic as well.  Every one of the products they carry are top quality.  This company is highly qualified and they do a flawless install.  Highly recommended!!

I highly recommend!!! I can't say enough about how the Elite solar tube lights have changed the feel of my home, it's no longer a dark cave and has a new welcoming feel with the lights. I no longer need to use electric lights during the day! Fast and easy to order and have installed. AND you get a tax credit when you install these, That's a Win!

Very poor customer service! Paid 30 k for a system and nobody showed us how to turn it on! Had to learn how off YouTube. Now 4 months down the road our system isn't meeting the company's " production guarantee " nobody will return our messages definitely use another company if you're considering solar!

These guys were really great to work with. I never thought I would get solar after all of the negative things i had heard about it, but I'm glad these guys were able to change my mind! A year ago Keaton came to my house after helping a few of my neighbors set up their systems to see if I was interested. I was skeptical but I sat down with Keaton and he gave me a break down of how solar would work specifically with my house, and the savings seemed to be good to be true. A year later and everything he promised came true! The install went great and I've saved over $1000 compared to the year before. Great company all around!!

I called trying to get a quote, and the owner, Dylan, answered and said "0-0-0, is that really your number?" and then abruptly hung up on me. I called back and a female answered with some random greeting. I told her I was trying to reach Dylan about some solar panels. She said "hang on" and there were clear sounds in the background of a bar. Dylan came back on the phone and I explained that I just called and was looking to get a quote regarding solar panels. He told me that he was now in the fried chicken business. Anyone looking for a serious business should steer clear!

Absolutely the worst company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

This letter is to inform you that I, Joseph do not accept this debt.
For the following reasons I have repeatedly requested in writing that Vivant Solar remove their equipment from my home.

1. Vivant Solar did not convey at the time of contract that my system would be the first attempted to get approved in my area.

2. Vivant Solar did not inform me of the errors made upon installation causing months of delay & resulting in Vivant Solar being in breach of contract.

3. Vivant Solar proceeded to threaten me with a lawsuit instead of correcting the problem within the timeframe of the contract.

4. Due to the negative & unprofessional conduct of Vivant Solar, I no longer feel confident being they have been unable to meet the requirements of installation & approval. At the very least, I should have received better customer support by Vivant Solar explaining in detail the unprecedented delay.
