Once again my ancient pipes were acting up. everything was backing up in to my bath tub. I called 4 plumbers this week, the first one refused to work on my problem (he's getting a special review), of the remaining 3 only Freddy returned my call today.

Freddy arrived in the time frame he said he would, dressed appropriately, and was very courteous. I showed him all of the special plumbing we had. Unlike other plumbers I have used in the past he listened, didn't complain or curse, even though he had to spend a couple hours on my roof in the searing heat.

His quote and final price were reasonable and the same. There were no surprise charges.

I had a gas line that needed to be relocated and Joe came and did a great job . Cant even tell by looking that anything changed . great job. would highly recommend

Dave is easy to work with, honest, and very helpful. The next time I need any backflow preventer valve work on the west or north side, I'll be calling him again.

We are remodeling our two guest bathrooms. Yesterday Dax and his colleague installed a new tub and shower valve in the downstairs guest bathroom. They were friendly, professional and respectful. They also worked quickly and even though it took longer than expected (no fault of theirs, the shower kit I purchased didn't contain a necessary piece that they had to run to the supply store to buy) they stayed until the job was fully complete.

Disclaimer: we are are still in the midst of the remodel so I haven't actually used the tub/shower yet. I'll update this review once we do and once the upstairs bathroom is complete as well.

Good service and definitely the right price. Had these guys out twice - changed my water heater and cleared my main line from a massive clog. I got several quotes, did my research, and they're definitely giving the reasonable price both times. Techs were nice and right on time.

My clog was much worse than expected - had to use a variety of tools to clear the sludge. Tech was very diligent, didn't charge extra despite having to do more work than expected. Gave me a rundown and took videos. Absolutely trust his work and appreciate not being haggled.

Friday's storm left us with a significant amount of damage to our property and our home one of which required a plumber. Rescue Plumbing promptly came to our rescue. They are so pleasant, professional, and kind.
We are very pleased with the work that was done on Saturday and the follow up call to confirm the work that will need to be done this week.

Bad service.  Work by Danny resulted in flooding of my home and follow up by his supervisor Louis resulted in yet another leak from the valve that was installed due to poor workmanship.  Finally had someone named Cody show up at my home without anyone advising that they were coming and demanded that I come home to let them in.  Worst service I have ever received from anyone in the service industry and resulted in thousands of dollars of damage to my home.  Please do NOT do work with these people.

Don't bother calling them because they won't bother coming. We had a major water leak in the cement slab under our house. Called them at 7:30 on Monday morning. He said he couldn't come until Tuesday afternoon.
By 3:00 he didn't come or call us. My husband called and asked if he was still coming. He said yes-he was having trouble with his truck.
He never came and never called.
At 5:00 we called another plumber and they came by 8:00 the next morning.

Was referred to them from a plumbing company that could not come out to my house for a week. Walker plumbing also said 4/5 days, when I said I just needed faucet handle put on tub, they had someone come out in 2-3 hours. Here's the catch! 495.00, for 40-45 minutes. Then it leaked within 2 days. Unbelievable

I called Parker and Sons on a Friday night at 7pm after a water heater failure.  Josh was soon @ our house assessing the situation.  He drained the WH and making sure we were set for the night.  He arranged for a replacement WH to be installed the next morning.  Dean arrived Saturday and got going with his work.  When he was done, he walked me through the install, the ins and outs of what was there, and the purpose of everything.  Both Josh and Dean gave me their cards with their cell numbers and said to call/text anytime.  They have both responded to follow-up questions very quickly.  I'm a Parker and Sons fan as well as Josh and Dean.

Terrible terrible terrible customer service. They came out to do a septic certification at our house three weeks ago. Part of that process involved digging up the front yard. The guy says I'm all done and the yard was still all torn up. I said what about the yard and he said he needed to get a cap for the inspection pipe and he would be back in a couple days. That's was three weeks ago. We have called at least four times and each time he tells us he will be out in the morning and then never shows. Meanwhile our yard is a mess and a safety hazard with no cones or anything. Find somebody else for your septic needs.

Anyone who rips off the elderly are the lowest of low in my book!!! They charged my 84-year old mother $1980 to replace a 50-gallon water heater. Unfortunately she does not know about Yelp and did not ask me before calling them. I called them to find out what else they did to warrant that excessive charge and I got the classic run-around! Fortunately, she put it on her credit card so now I am working with them to dispute the charge. DO NOT USE!

Where to start with piece of crap with the following email: [email protected]. It should [email protected]. Yelp should allow a section where we can give negative stars, as the service AZ Affordable Sewer & Drain was flat out fraud!

They provided a service to clean out a Septic Tank, charged $500, and only pumped out half the tank... Really? This is unethical business practices, which should and will be reported.

Anyone looking to throw money away and want to waste oxygen having AZ Affordable Sewer & Drain out of Apache Junction come service your Septic Tank.. Then give them a call. The only thing they are good at cleaning is their own butts...
