Freddy definitely deserves a 5 Star review. I would give him more stars if I could. He was honest clean and friendly. He goes above and beyond to make sure to help the customer. I had a leaking, low pressure 20 year old rusted sink and he repaired the job immediately. He gave us a reasonable quote in the beginning and stuck to it.I have already recommended him to friends.

We added a bathroom and needed new plumbing installed. Joe responded to our call and came on time to give an estimate. The price was reasonable and he started the job as promised.

He and his crew were professional (e.g. they always made sure to clean up before they left for the day) and clearly knowledgeable (e.g. he helped design the new plumbing layout around the engineered trusses). Everything is working great and we have no complaints.

Summary: Diggers Plumbing is a reliable professional company. We would definitely contact him again for all future plumbing needs, and would be happy to recommend him to our family/friends too.

Dave is easy to work with, honest, and very helpful. The next time I need any backflow preventer valve work on the west or north side, I'll be calling him again.

We are remodeling our two guest bathrooms. Yesterday Dax and his colleague installed a new tub and shower valve in the downstairs guest bathroom. They were friendly, professional and respectful. They also worked quickly and even though it took longer than expected (no fault of theirs, the shower kit I purchased didn't contain a necessary piece that they had to run to the supply store to buy) they stayed until the job was fully complete.

Disclaimer: we are are still in the midst of the remodel so I haven't actually used the tub/shower yet. I'll update this review once we do and once the upstairs bathroom is complete as well.

Good service and definitely the right price. Had these guys out twice - changed my water heater and cleared my main line from a massive clog. I got several quotes, did my research, and they're definitely giving the reasonable price both times. Techs were nice and right on time.

My clog was much worse than expected - had to use a variety of tools to clear the sludge. Tech was very diligent, didn't charge extra despite having to do more work than expected. Gave me a rundown and took videos. Absolutely trust his work and appreciate not being haggled.

I had a great experience with Rescue Plumbing. My main water line was leaking, I called them in the morning and they came out the same day to give me an estimate which was the lowest of 4 estimates I got. They were able to schedule and complete the work the next day. They were very courteous and professional, and I was impressed they tested all the  house water fixtures to make sure water pressure was OK. The work required them to go under the house, in which they discovered 2 leaks. I was so pleased with the work Enrique and his son did replacing the main water line, I hired them to fix the 2 leaks. I would definitely recommend using Rescue Plumbing, first class family operation!

Gerry was out in one hour. Most other plumbers that I called were booking out 24-48 hours . Gerry was not only extremely knowledgeable but he took pride in doing the job right! The cost was very reasonable and considering the quality of the work it was an amazing value. Save yourself some time and call  Rooter Hero first.

Don't bother calling them because they won't bother coming. We had a major water leak in the cement slab under our house. Called them at 7:30 on Monday morning. He said he couldn't come until Tuesday afternoon.
By 3:00 he didn't come or call us. My husband called and asked if he was still coming. He said yes-he was having trouble with his truck.
He never came and never called.
At 5:00 we called another plumber and they came by 8:00 the next morning.

The absolute and only HVAC company I would recommend in the valley. I called them Saturday morning at 9 AM and had a technician at my door at 11 AM and was cooling by noon! I have been high grossed by plenty of other HVAC companies in the valley that seem very secretive and do not explain the repairs thoroughly. My technician Adam Went over every aspect of my system in detail. Explained to me the parts that they check. At no point did I ever feel like he was misleading me or trying to sell me something I did not need. Was able to diagnose and fix the problem right away! We are back to cooling! Highly, highly recommend this company.

Update:  Parker & Sons contacted me and made it right.  The plumbers who came out were courteous, clean and fast.  I'm happy with the outcome.

One star only because I have to select at least one.  We recently arranged to purchase and have a toilet installed from Home Depot.  We asked about the installation costs and were given a quote we accepted at Home Depot.  Parker & Sons calls right away and sets up an appointment.  The day of the appointment, they call ahead and quote a price 3 times the original quote we received at Home Depot.  No thank you.  I'm sure we can find a handyman for less.  Highway Robbers.  We will never do business with them.

Terrible terrible terrible customer service. They came out to do a septic certification at our house three weeks ago. Part of that process involved digging up the front yard. The guy says I'm all done and the yard was still all torn up. I said what about the yard and he said he needed to get a cap for the inspection pipe and he would be back in a couple days. That's was three weeks ago. We have called at least four times and each time he tells us he will be out in the morning and then never shows. Meanwhile our yard is a mess and a safety hazard with no cones or anything. Find somebody else for your septic needs.

When using Ace for air conditioning issues PLEASE make sure you get quotes from other companies. I have had issues with them trying to substitute a cheaper unit on my previous house, minor thermostat & filter issues that took over a year to resolve.
My current experience was a blower motor that went out within 30 days of the warranty expiration. Of course, they said its a special motor that has to programmed at the factory so its more expensive than a normal motor. These people overcharged the lady that originally purchased the unit, did not put in air returns, sold her an expensive maintenance program. Because of the way it was installed they had no filters to replace, they couldn't get to the coils to clean them so....
Anyway found a great A/C company to come out & pop a motor in, clean the dirty contacts for hundreds less than their quote. Just a regular blower motor, nothing special about it.
Please do your research!!!!!

Where to start with piece of crap with the following email: [email protected]. It should [email protected]. Yelp should allow a section where we can give negative stars, as the service AZ Affordable Sewer & Drain was flat out fraud!

They provided a service to clean out a Septic Tank, charged $500, and only pumped out half the tank... Really? This is unethical business practices, which should and will be reported.

Anyone looking to throw money away and want to waste oxygen having AZ Affordable Sewer & Drain out of Apache Junction come service your Septic Tank.. Then give them a call. The only thing they are good at cleaning is their own butts...
