I needed a plumber to repair a damaged pipe stat! I called and he was able to get out within about an hour or so which was amazing! His repair was done efficiently and at a very reasonable cost. I will definitely be calling this company again in the future for all my plumbing needs!

I had a gas line that needed to be relocated and Joe came and did a great job . Cant even tell by looking that anything changed . great job. would highly recommend

We are remodeling our two guest bathrooms. Yesterday Dax and his colleague installed a new tub and shower valve in the downstairs guest bathroom. They were friendly, professional and respectful. They also worked quickly and even though it took longer than expected (no fault of theirs, the shower kit I purchased didn't contain a necessary piece that they had to run to the supply store to buy) they stayed until the job was fully complete.

Disclaimer: we are are still in the midst of the remodel so I haven't actually used the tub/shower yet. I'll update this review once we do and once the upstairs bathroom is complete as well.

Good service and definitely the right price. Had these guys out twice - changed my water heater and cleared my main line from a massive clog. I got several quotes, did my research, and they're definitely giving the reasonable price both times. Techs were nice and right on time.

My clog was much worse than expected - had to use a variety of tools to clear the sludge. Tech was very diligent, didn't charge extra despite having to do more work than expected. Gave me a rundown and took videos. Absolutely trust his work and appreciate not being haggled.

I called Rescue Family Plumbing on a Saturday with a clogged toilet that needed to be fixed ASAP.  They came out within a few hours and fixed the problem immediately.  They are the best in the business.  Family owned, courteous, and honest.

Horrible experience.
Had my AC stopped working, and called them. The first guy came over and claim the Zone system board is broken, so he by passed the Zone system and open all the dampers (while he claim the dampers are normally closed). He came back the next day and replaced the Zone system board with more than $700 bucks.
The next day, I realized the dampers are all closed while AC is running, so I called them again.
The second guy came over and claim that the damper motor is broken.
He is also claiming that they cannot find any motor that can replace the motor, so they can only replace the entire damper for $1000 bucks each.
I decided to test everything myself and realized the motors are working properly, so I called them again.
The third guy came over and claim only the spring on damper is broken, but they will not offer to fix a spring .......... again they can only replace the entire damper for $1000 bucks each.
Eventually, I found a retro fit motor that does not require a spring and installed myself to fix the problem.
In the mean time, I also realized that Zone system board should only be $200 bucks while each damper should only be $300 bucks.
Also my dampers are normally open instead of closed.
I highly doubt they broke by damper springs and the original issue might not be the Zone system board.

Terrible terrible terrible customer service. They came out to do a septic certification at our house three weeks ago. Part of that process involved digging up the front yard. The guy says I'm all done and the yard was still all torn up. I said what about the yard and he said he needed to get a cap for the inspection pipe and he would be back in a couple days. That's was three weeks ago. We have called at least four times and each time he tells us he will be out in the morning and then never shows. Meanwhile our yard is a mess and a safety hazard with no cones or anything. Find somebody else for your septic needs.

I purchased a  air-conditioning unit from ACE home services 3 1/2 months ago. Their air conditioner unit broke down, just after 3 1/2 months. Causing water to run from my  attic  where the air conditioning unit is located, down to the lower level-causing ceiling damage and water damage to my attic. I called them out to fix the problem with their air conditioner unit.  It took two  technicians two different times to fix the problem-with their unit that they just installed 3 1/2 months ago. Both technicians tells me two different things.  It took over two weeks for them to fix the problem with their unit. Then when I finally got that problem fixed. I called and asked them to fixed the ceiling, that the water damage from their air conditioner unit had caused. Also replace the plywood that was water damaged  caused by their faulty unit.  They told me that they were not responsible for fixing those problems.  Even though their defective air conditioner unit is what caused the problems. I would not recommend anyone get a air conditioning unit from ACE home services.  Get your air conditioning unit from a more trustworthy company.

Warning, don't use this service.  He only pumps out the water and not the sentiment.  Worst septic service in the valley.
