I had a problem with my drainage pipes, toilets overflowing. I called Freddy at 10pm  texted him my address and he was at my house within 20min.   Freddy was nice, professional, fast, clean, and very reasonable with his price.  I hope you hire him. You will NOT  be disappointed.

We added a bathroom and needed new plumbing installed. Joe responded to our call and came on time to give an estimate. The price was reasonable and he started the job as promised.

He and his crew were professional (e.g. they always made sure to clean up before they left for the day) and clearly knowledgeable (e.g. he helped design the new plumbing layout around the engineered trusses). Everything is working great and we have no complaints.

Summary: Diggers Plumbing is a reliable professional company. We would definitely contact him again for all future plumbing needs, and would be happy to recommend him to our family/friends too.

Dave is easy to work with, honest, and very helpful. The next time I need any backflow preventer valve work on the west or north side, I'll be calling him again.

We are remodeling our two guest bathrooms. Yesterday Dax and his colleague installed a new tub and shower valve in the downstairs guest bathroom. They were friendly, professional and respectful. They also worked quickly and even though it took longer than expected (no fault of theirs, the shower kit I purchased didn't contain a necessary piece that they had to run to the supply store to buy) they stayed until the job was fully complete.

Disclaimer: we are are still in the midst of the remodel so I haven't actually used the tub/shower yet. I'll update this review once we do and once the upstairs bathroom is complete as well.

Good service and definitely the right price. Had these guys out twice - changed my water heater and cleared my main line from a massive clog. I got several quotes, did my research, and they're definitely giving the reasonable price both times. Techs were nice and right on time.

My clog was much worse than expected - had to use a variety of tools to clear the sludge. Tech was very diligent, didn't charge extra despite having to do more work than expected. Gave me a rundown and took videos. Absolutely trust his work and appreciate not being haggled.

I called Rescue Family Plumbing on a Saturday with a clogged toilet that needed to be fixed ASAP.  They came out within a few hours and fixed the problem immediately.  They are the best in the business.  Family owned, courteous, and honest.

Scheduling an appt was easy and they were able to have a technician out to me within a timely manner. My technician Adrienne called me when he was 10 minutes away and was prompt and professional, he snaked our drain in about 20 minutes. I trusted his work and what he was doing because he explained everything that he was doing, and when he was done made sure the drains were working like I'd expect them to, will use Rooter Hero next time I'm in need of a plumber.

I was referred to them by one of their previous customers who lives in Prescott. I called them asking for advice, and they stated they would be in the area the following week so they could swing by to take a look at the issue I was having. Turned out I had an issue with a cracked main and they identified where the cracks were, along with giving me several options for repair. They were prompt and identified the issues quicker than I would have thought possible and even let me see where the crack was through their eye in the pipe system. I have dealt with several valley plumbers and wish they were as up front as Rowdy is!

My review is not necessarily due to workmanship, as we were happy with the final outcome.  My negative review is due to the fact that the company is very quick to call you when you need service, but will not return a phone call when you are unhappy with the original work.  
We had risers added to our existing septic  system last year and the work was done by Walker Plumbing. Last month during a major rain storm the ground around both risers washed away and created a sink hole that caused a landscape rock to slide in to the hole, knock the riser off and fill the  septic full of water and mud.  Walker plumbing came back out to repair, but charged the full amount of the repair without assuming any responsibility for not compacting the dirt enough last year.  
All I really expected them to do was call me back, but after two weeks and three phone calls, I still have not received a phone call. Companies need to acknowledge that custom service goes beyond the completion of a job.

In this day and age (Covid, companies having a hard time with hiring and getting parts) and being relatively new to the area I was apprehensive in looking for a plumber.
I called on a Sunday as our water heater had failed. They quickly let us know it wouldn't cost anymore than any other day, no premium for it being Sunday. Tuesday morning They sent out Damien Bustamante, I have total respect for this man. He was professional, punctual, and thorough. Damien is a journeyman at his trade for sure. He took time with us in educating us as to the issues we had and how they would be addressed. As Damien finished the job he found another issue we had that we weren't even aware of, a slab leak. He then stepped us through the steps in locating it and what the possible fix would be. The company quickly sent out another technician (Jake) to verify and locate the problem area, another good experience with someone that knows their trade. The next day Damien and his colleague (Joe) returned to fix the slab leak totally rerouting the plumbing.
I am so glad we found this company, can't say enough good things about them and our experience.

Called the Ideal made an appointment for septic job. No problem thus far.
On the day of the appointment nobody showed up. Called twice. No answer. Left messages. Nothing.

Will. Not. Stop. Calling. I used them 5 years ago and they have been blowing my phone up ever since. I have asked repeatedly for them to stop and rwmove my number  but, they cant stop wont stop. The service was fine i just wanted a tune up. Unfortunatly i got more then that. I will try George next time because at this point I dont want to encourage them.

Warning, don't use this service.  He only pumps out the water and not the sentiment.  Worst septic service in the valley.
