I had a clogged toilet.  I researched plumbers on YELP and called some with the highest ratings. I got answering machines and answering services.  This was on a weekday during business hours. Two companies out of the seven I called me back and said that they couldn't get to me until next week, and two turned down the work because they were so busy.  Freddy was the only one who promptly returned my call and said he would try to get to my problem that same day.  He promised to text me to let me know when expect him.  He sent me a text within the hour and he was there when he said he would be.  He looked at my toilet and gave me a couple of options.  If auguring worked - great - we would be done.  But if it didn't (my house is old and the plumbing is rusty) he said he might have to pull the toilet and snake it.  I watched him try without success to break through the blockage with the augur.   He said that my toilet had to be pulled so he could get to the blockage.  My thought was that he would have to reschedule because this was on such short notice.  I was pleasantly surprised that he proceeded to do the repair right then and there.  He was finished in a little over an hour, he had all of the parts he needed and he left the bathroom cleaner than when he started.  The toilet is working great.  The price was very reasonable.  Freddy was neatly dressed in a uniform (very important when identifying someone at the door), polite, and very professional.  I will keep his number and recommend him to my friends an coworkers.

I had a gas line that needed to be relocated and Joe came and did a great job . Cant even tell by looking that anything changed . great job. would highly recommend

We are remodeling our two guest bathrooms. Yesterday Dax and his colleague installed a new tub and shower valve in the downstairs guest bathroom. They were friendly, professional and respectful. They also worked quickly and even though it took longer than expected (no fault of theirs, the shower kit I purchased didn't contain a necessary piece that they had to run to the supply store to buy) they stayed until the job was fully complete.

Disclaimer: we are are still in the midst of the remodel so I haven't actually used the tub/shower yet. I'll update this review once we do and once the upstairs bathroom is complete as well.

Good service and definitely the right price. Had these guys out twice - changed my water heater and cleared my main line from a massive clog. I got several quotes, did my research, and they're definitely giving the reasonable price both times. Techs were nice and right on time.

My clog was much worse than expected - had to use a variety of tools to clear the sludge. Tech was very diligent, didn't charge extra despite having to do more work than expected. Gave me a rundown and took videos. Absolutely trust his work and appreciate not being haggled.

My garbage disposal clogged the night before and I had to wait until I got off work to call. I called around 4:15pm and Clarence was at my house by 6:30pm! He was so kind and professional. Finding a plumber in Cordes Lakes isnt always quick or easy. I highly recommend Rowdy Rooter out of Humboldt. Professional, quick and honest communication. Father and son local business .. good guys for sure!

My review is not necessarily due to workmanship, as we were happy with the final outcome.  My negative review is due to the fact that the company is very quick to call you when you need service, but will not return a phone call when you are unhappy with the original work.  
We had risers added to our existing septic  system last year and the work was done by Walker Plumbing. Last month during a major rain storm the ground around both risers washed away and created a sink hole that caused a landscape rock to slide in to the hole, knock the riser off and fill the  septic full of water and mud.  Walker plumbing came back out to repair, but charged the full amount of the repair without assuming any responsibility for not compacting the dirt enough last year.  
All I really expected them to do was call me back, but after two weeks and three phone calls, I still have not received a phone call. Companies need to acknowledge that custom service goes beyond the completion of a job.

Awesome customer service! We will be customers for as long as we live in this area. Another AC company either lied to us or didn't know what they were doing, because when our tech, Anthony, showed up he was able to figure out the root of the problem in a matter of minutes. It turned out to be an easy $300 fix, instead of replacing our entire AC unit like we had been told by another company.

Terrible terrible terrible customer service. They came out to do a septic certification at our house three weeks ago. Part of that process involved digging up the front yard. The guy says I'm all done and the yard was still all torn up. I said what about the yard and he said he needed to get a cap for the inspection pipe and he would be back in a couple days. That's was three weeks ago. We have called at least four times and each time he tells us he will be out in the morning and then never shows. Meanwhile our yard is a mess and a safety hazard with no cones or anything. Find somebody else for your septic needs.

beware of this company. they have their way to trick you if you are not very savy about repair parts.  they argue with lies to their customers!
for a 30$ part, they have charged us 300$  and for a 10 cents wire nut, they charged us 186$. we have been trying to get a hold of someone to help us correcting this but have called many times and they refuse to even call us back. once they get a hold of your credit card number! they wont want to go back to you with any answers and will keep telling you that some manager will call you back tomorrow but they never do.

update: they called immediately after reading my reviews. a very rude man that refused to fix our problem and instead treated us in a very disrespectful way. again: never again requesting service from these thieves!

Warning, don't use this service.  He only pumps out the water and not the sentiment.  Worst septic service in the valley.
