Freddy is amazing. We called him on Tuesday  and he was willing to come out to check out our shower right there and then. Already, that level of attentiveness was excellent, these days you call a service provider and they schedule you out a week or two later. We explained how our apartment building had it scheduled water shut off for that Wednesday and he could come out then.

He did and it was the time he said he would (not 15 mins late like past plumbers we've had). Then what started out as a simple job turned nightmare when it was discovered upon removing the shower knob that there were stripped bolting and clogged filters, a mess unseen before. But he went forward exhausting all methods on trying to fix the problem. When all seemed lost, Freddy was upfront and told us possible solutions and reasonable estimates. (We were against the clock as the apartment complexes water systems were coming back online and water would be shooting out everywhere.)

But before going with the possible solutions he continue to try to fix the problem and did. However a part was missing but instead of sending one of us to get the part, Freddy went out bought the part himself and fixed the knob.

After all of this his cost was extremely reasonable especially considering all the bumps in this seemingly simple job.

We added a bathroom and needed new plumbing installed. Joe responded to our call and came on time to give an estimate. The price was reasonable and he started the job as promised.

He and his crew were professional (e.g. they always made sure to clean up before they left for the day) and clearly knowledgeable (e.g. he helped design the new plumbing layout around the engineered trusses). Everything is working great and we have no complaints.

Summary: Diggers Plumbing is a reliable professional company. We would definitely contact him again for all future plumbing needs, and would be happy to recommend him to our family/friends too.

Dave is easy to work with, honest, and very helpful. The next time I need any backflow preventer valve work on the west or north side, I'll be calling him again.

We are remodeling our two guest bathrooms. Yesterday Dax and his colleague installed a new tub and shower valve in the downstairs guest bathroom. They were friendly, professional and respectful. They also worked quickly and even though it took longer than expected (no fault of theirs, the shower kit I purchased didn't contain a necessary piece that they had to run to the supply store to buy) they stayed until the job was fully complete.

Disclaimer: we are are still in the midst of the remodel so I haven't actually used the tub/shower yet. I'll update this review once we do and once the upstairs bathroom is complete as well.

Good service and definitely the right price. Had these guys out twice - changed my water heater and cleared my main line from a massive clog. I got several quotes, did my research, and they're definitely giving the reasonable price both times. Techs were nice and right on time.

My clog was much worse than expected - had to use a variety of tools to clear the sludge. Tech was very diligent, didn't charge extra despite having to do more work than expected. Gave me a rundown and took videos. Absolutely trust his work and appreciate not being haggled.

My husband and I have used their services on various occasions for sink repairs, unclogging toilets, and main sewer line repairs. These guys tried to rip me off!  I had a clogged drain so they quoted me $79 and sent out their rep.  Really nice guy, he said he suspected I have a BIG problem but snaked out the drain anyway and I paid my $79.  He said he and his master plumber boss would come back with a camera and figure out exactly what the BIG problem was.  Sure enough, they came back with their camera and figured out how BIG my BIG problem really was.  it was $4000 BIG.  I said I'd think about it, not really believing them because I'd had the drain snaked before and it worked fine and since it had just been snaked again, it would be good for now.  2 days later, the drain backed up again.  They said the only thing that would fix it would be the $4000 repair.  I decided to call out another company and they cleared it with a cutting blade for $125.  The 2nd company said that Rooter Hero didn't really snake it properly in the first place, they just ran a half-inch snake which reclogged as soon as a piece of toilet paper went down the drain.  I knew what they were telling me didn't make sense and I'm glad I didn't trust them.  No one should.  These kinds of thieves should not be allowed to operate the way they do.  Shame on you and shame on you Rooter Hero.  One day, you will realize that thieves never prosper.

I was referred to them by one of their previous customers who lives in Prescott. I called them asking for advice, and they stated they would be in the area the following week so they could swing by to take a look at the issue I was having. Turned out I had an issue with a cracked main and they identified where the cracks were, along with giving me several options for repair. They were prompt and identified the issues quicker than I would have thought possible and even let me see where the crack was through their eye in the pipe system. I have dealt with several valley plumbers and wish they were as up front as Rowdy is!

We had a bit of an emergency with another hot water heater. Lived in AZ for 11 years and just went through our 3rd AO Smith hot water heater. Decided it was time to switch over to tankless. I reviewed plumbers and looked at their capabilities.  I contacted 4 companies who met my criteria for quotes. Walker Plumbing is Rosie on the House certified, that means a lot to me. I have used several vendors who meet that certification and have never been disappointed.  I called and spoke with Gabby who contacted Jody Grafft (the plumbing technician). Jody called me and diagnosed the issue, answered questions for me, and let Gabby know what to quote for my home.
I reviewed the quotes and decided to go with Walker and Jodi.  After calling Gabby, and setting the appointment, two days later, my system (which was in stock) was installed.
Jodi could not have been more professional. He answered my questions, and I had many.  He worked quickly, neatly, and with expertise that made me feel comfortable with my decision to go tankless. His piping work was art-like.
He walked me through the operation and use of the system and suggested that I set up the yearly service in my calendar.
Walker Plumbing and Jodi Grafft specifically are highly recommended by me from now on.

If you are a single woman in need of a water heater or any other sort of plumbing service, do not use Parker & Sons. They will assume you are an idiot and try to take advantage of you by overcharging for their products and services. I needed a basic 50 gallon electric water heater replaced in my easily accessible garage. The technician told me I was looking at $2,000. But wait, he would give me a $500 discount they only give to consumers who purchase their yearly maintenance plan. He also tried to sell me on an expansion tank for an additional $300 (when I can get an expansion tank kit for $50 at a home improvement store).  Come on, really? Do they think all women are complete airheads and don't know how to use Google? I had a general idea beforehand of what to expect to pay, and the amounts he was coming up with were absolutely outrageous. Oh, and I forgot to mention that he also gave me the option to buy a water heater on my own and Parker & Sons would install it for $600. Are you kidding me???!!! I immediately made the decision to look for another service provider. I stumbled across Newtech Plumbing Solutions. Their prices are clearly advertised on their website . . . $695 for a 50 gallon electric water heater AND installation. I thought this was way too good to be true.  But sure enough, Newtech Plumbing Solutions came out the very next day and installed a water heater in under an hour for the exact same price quoted on their website. Thank God for honest businesses like Newtech Plumbing Solutions. I don't know what kind of BS Parker & Sons is trying to pull, but consumers beware, especially if you're a woman!!!

Keith has been wonderful to work with! He has been courteous, honest, helpful, and prompt with all of our needs. We have had lots of questions and he has been there to answer every one of them. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would recommend Ideal ten times over.

Needed to replace 20 year old 5 Ton Whirlpool 10 seer unit. Bad coils in Attic. Spending a little more money for efficiency in 26 seer model and Carrier Infinity system that includes a heater. Ac unit and thermostat. Dan was helpful technician who was knowledgeable and patient. Gave me options but had to deal with the reality of poor inventory.

Where to start with piece of crap with the following email: [email protected]. It should [email protected]. Yelp should allow a section where we can give negative stars, as the service AZ Affordable Sewer & Drain was flat out fraud!

They provided a service to clean out a Septic Tank, charged $500, and only pumped out half the tank... Really? This is unethical business practices, which should and will be reported.

Anyone looking to throw money away and want to waste oxygen having AZ Affordable Sewer & Drain out of Apache Junction come service your Septic Tank.. Then give them a call. The only thing they are good at cleaning is their own butts...
