There is never a good time for a water heater to die on you but 3 days before New Years Day is especially bad!!

I called 2 companies and they were both booked until January 3rd. Fortunately for me Freddy was not only open but returned my call within 10 minutes AND came to my house within 2 hours. I know very little about water heaters and my husband was at work. Ordinarily I don't like to deal with household repairs on my own because I feel like some men try to take advantage of my lack of knowledge but not Freddy. He told me it didn't make sense to spend the money on a repair because the heater was so old and in a week or so it would die again. I called my husband and Freddy explained everything to him. Five hours later we have a brand spanking new water heater with a 6 year warranty. It's so pretty too.  

Thank you Freddy and Michael (I think that was his assistant's name) for removing the old water heater and replacing it on very short notice. My cat who is very skittish liked Freddy too.

I had a gas line that needed to be relocated and Joe came and did a great job . Cant even tell by looking that anything changed . great job. would highly recommend

These guys are great! They were at my house within a couple hours, Shane dove right in and fixed my sewer problem at a reasonable cost. They gave me some great tips on how to keep it running smooth. I would highly recommend this company.I will definitely use them again.

We are remodeling our two guest bathrooms. Yesterday Dax and his colleague installed a new tub and shower valve in the downstairs guest bathroom. They were friendly, professional and respectful. They also worked quickly and even though it took longer than expected (no fault of theirs, the shower kit I purchased didn't contain a necessary piece that they had to run to the supply store to buy) they stayed until the job was fully complete.

Disclaimer: we are are still in the midst of the remodel so I haven't actually used the tub/shower yet. I'll update this review once we do and once the upstairs bathroom is complete as well.

Good service and definitely the right price. Had these guys out twice - changed my water heater and cleared my main line from a massive clog. I got several quotes, did my research, and they're definitely giving the reasonable price both times. Techs were nice and right on time.

My clog was much worse than expected - had to use a variety of tools to clear the sludge. Tech was very diligent, didn't charge extra despite having to do more work than expected. Gave me a rundown and took videos. Absolutely trust his work and appreciate not being haggled.

Rooter Hero to the Rescue! We were taken advantage of by a con artist working under someone else's contractors license. This person sold us many thousands of dollars of services to remodel our shower and after many excuses and delays, the shower was semi-complete. However, with the first use, it is obvious the shower was plugged. The other company called Rooter Hero to diagnose the problem when they could not. Rooter Hero discovered not only a pipe full of cement (under the slab of our home) but also uncovered the shoddy workmanship the other company did, using only temporary connections to smaller pipes than normally used. In fact, the temporary connections were already leaking! We had been taken advantage of a had a true mess on our hands BUT Rooter Hero has been with us every step of the way. They operate with true integrity and have done a perfectly correct job with the utmost level of professionalism and a level of customer service and support that is often unheard of today. They have helped us document and provided pictures of the incorrect work so that we can hopefully recuperate some of our money from the other company. They have provided caring, emotional support to us during this stressful and difficult time. I would not hesitate to use this company again and I will always sing their praises far and wide. Finding a plumber in Cordes Lakes isnt always quick or easy. I highly recommend Rowdy Rooter out of Humboldt. Professional, quick and honest communication. Father and son local business .. good guys for sure!

Love to start by saying they don't even deserve a one star...

My neighbor below me (I live in condos) has been having leaks in her garage every time I take a bath so we called this company in hopes of fixing the problem. Well they didn't and they came out 4 separate times to fix the leak that should have been fixed the first time.  The plumber stated to me well shit happens after I told him about my disappointment with the service we have been getting. He kept coming up with things it can possibly be.  I will be contacting the company in the AM for a full refund of service they didn't know how to provide. Shame on you for sending people that have zero knowledge in plumbing and fixing leaks.

Do not call this place if you care to have your problems fixed.. this caused me more of a headache then the leak itself

The technician who came out to inspect my AC/Heat unit and venting was very considerate. He was professional in his appearance and his skills. He wore a mask the entire time and observed all COVID protocols. His explanations were clear and I got a quote for additional work if I choose to. I didn't feel pressured to attend to those issues immediately and I appreciated that. He was right on time and phoned ahead. Seems like a good company.

I do not recommend this place.

I scheduled two separate appointments with Keith. Keith initially missed the first one & asked to reschedule to a later date. We agreed & rescheduled for later that week. When it comes time for the second appointment, Keith is a no show again. He has been ignoring my calls and voicemails as well.

How can a business expect to thrive if they give off such poor first impressions & are so careless about their own appointments? I gave them two separate chances and they have been a disappointment in both. I do not recommend this place.

I have seen their ads for years but have not had to call.  When I discovered a leak in one of our units, thought would give them a call.  Shocked to find out that they will be there that very afternoon and showed up 2 hours later.  Huge relief since 110 plus outside and have company coming.  Tech fixed the problem for less than $120 and we are good like new.  Surprised when I see the negative reviews but our case was positive.

Warning, don't use this service.  He only pumps out the water and not the sentiment.  Worst septic service in the valley.
