Had an awesome experience! Called with a leaky tub and he fixed it, but let me know there was a larger problem that would need to be dealt with or the problem would keep happening. Turns out he was exactly right and I just had him fix the larger problem for me. I have an older home built in the 1950's and it was no problem at all. I would definitely recommend him for any plumbing work you need done.

I had a gas line that needed to be relocated and Joe came and did a great job . Cant even tell by looking that anything changed . great job. would highly recommend

Dave is easy to work with, honest, and very helpful. The next time I need any backflow preventer valve work on the west or north side, I'll be calling him again.

These guys are great! They were at my house within a couple hours, Shane dove right in and fixed my sewer problem at a reasonable cost. They gave me some great tips on how to keep it running smooth. I would highly recommend this company.I will definitely use them again.

We are remodeling our two guest bathrooms. Yesterday Dax and his colleague installed a new tub and shower valve in the downstairs guest bathroom. They were friendly, professional and respectful. They also worked quickly and even though it took longer than expected (no fault of theirs, the shower kit I purchased didn't contain a necessary piece that they had to run to the supply store to buy) they stayed until the job was fully complete.

Disclaimer: we are are still in the midst of the remodel so I haven't actually used the tub/shower yet. I'll update this review once we do and once the upstairs bathroom is complete as well.

Good service and definitely the right price. Had these guys out twice - changed my water heater and cleared my main line from a massive clog. I got several quotes, did my research, and they're definitely giving the reasonable price both times. Techs were nice and right on time.

My clog was much worse than expected - had to use a variety of tools to clear the sludge. Tech was very diligent, didn't charge extra despite having to do more work than expected. Gave me a rundown and took videos. Absolutely trust his work and appreciate not being haggled.

I called Rooter Hero because my garbage disposal was clogged. They sent Bobby out promptly. He unjammed my disposal and left me a tool to do it myself in the future. I appreciate the extra time he took to teach me about disposals. I'll definitely recommend Bobby and Rooter Hero plumbing in the future.

The absolute and only HVAC company I would recommend in the valley. I called them Saturday morning at 9 AM and had a technician at my door at 11 AM and was cooling by noon! I have been high grossed by plenty of other HVAC companies in the valley that seem very secretive and do not explain the repairs thoroughly. My technician Adam Went over every aspect of my system in detail. Explained to me the parts that they check. At no point did I ever feel like he was misleading me or trying to sell me something I did not need. Was able to diagnose and fix the problem right away! We are back to cooling! Highly, highly recommend this company.

Not recommended.  Very expensive.  Tries to push new A/C units and service policy.  

I called them to check the status of my A/C which wasn't as cold as it should be.  Before they even started the diagnostics, the technician explained to me how much of a money pit my A/C unit was, how the main air transfer shaft was for a different AC unit (no it wasn't!), and how I should buy a new unit.  Again, let me reiterate, he hadn't even started inspecting the unit.  Also my unit was only installed 5 years ago. (but out of warranty)  And the part he said was old and wrong, well it's a custom part that ONLY fits my A/C unit to the hole in the roof.  He was totally trying to sell smoke up my you-know-what.  

Turns out my unit was low on the freon.  The typical A/C guy response is there must be a leak.  Well besides that, he said it would cost thousands to diagnose the leak, so I should consider buying a new unit.  He must work on commission as was really trying to push this new unit.  I told him to fill it up, and if I have problems, I'll go from there.  

As for the inspection, all the tests turned up fine.  The unit was clean on the inside, motors were running in top order, there was nothing obvious or wrong.  Just the low freon.  

Anyways, he filled up the freon.  Said he put in 5 pounds but only charged me for 4.  And the total bill?  $400!!  Do you know how much freon costs?  About $5 per pound.  So that's a $380 markup before business expenses.  On top of that he tried to push the service agreement virtually guaranteeing another free visit pushing expensive services.  No thank.  

On the plus side, they did wear disposable booties when they walked in the house.

I don't recommend Parker and Son's.  They are big company with high expenses and charge their customers up the wazoo.  I see their trucks all the time, and it makes me cringe that I used these guys ONCE.  Never again.

These guys were GREAT!!! We were working on closing on our property and at the last minute, were asked for a septic certification certificate. We called around and not only were they able to come out for us the next day (which was a weekend), because we were closing on Monday but they were the best pricing (the others had hidden fees). They were prompt, on time, did a great job cleaning and certifying the septic system for us and we were able to finish our closing on time!

Worked with Nick on a AC service, a replacement evap cooler quote and the install. Nick was awesome. Returned calls quickly, kept me apprised on appointment times or delays. Nick was always early for my appointments. The evap install price matched the quote and he stopped by after it was installed to make certain everything was working and up to his standards.  ACE and especially Nick will have my business for a long time to come.

Warning, don't use this service.  He only pumps out the water and not the sentiment.  Worst septic service in the valley.
