We are remodeling our two guest bathrooms. Yesterday Dax and his colleague installed a new tub and shower valve in the downstairs guest bathroom. They were friendly, professional and respectful. They also worked quickly and even though it took longer than expected (no fault of theirs, the shower kit I purchased didn't contain a necessary piece that they had to run to the supply store to buy) they stayed until the job was fully complete.

Disclaimer: we are are still in the midst of the remodel so I haven't actually used the tub/shower yet. I'll update this review once we do and once the upstairs bathroom is complete as well.

Good service and definitely the right price. Had these guys out twice - changed my water heater and cleared my main line from a massive clog. I got several quotes, did my research, and they're definitely giving the reasonable price both times. Techs were nice and right on time.

My clog was much worse than expected - had to use a variety of tools to clear the sludge. Tech was very diligent, didn't charge extra despite having to do more work than expected. Gave me a rundown and took videos. Absolutely trust his work and appreciate not being haggled.

Rescue Plumbing Services is very dependable and their customer service is impeccable. They are on time and transparent with their work. My husband and I have used their services on various occasions for sink repairs, unclogging toilets, and main sewer line repairs. If you are looking for a high quality company, I would highly recommend Rescue Plumbing Services.

I called the day before to schedule the unclogging of my main sewer pipe.
They gave me an appointment for 9:30 .
The next morning a representative called me around 10:15 to inform me that they were so busy that they couldn't do my job that day.
I cancelled the job and found a plumber in Tempe with great reviews on Yelp.
I called and 3 hours later the job was done for a lower price.
Bottom line- they're too big to take care of you -

Finding a plumber in Cordes Lakes isnt always quick or easy. I highly recommend Rowdy Rooter out of Humboldt. Professional, quick and honest communication. Father and son local business .. good guys for sure!

I scheduled two separate appointments with Keith. Keith initially missed the first one & asked to reschedule to a later date. We agreed & rescheduled for later that week. When it comes time for the second appointment, Keith is a no show again. He has been ignoring my calls and voicemails as well.

How can a business expect to thrive if they give off such poor first impressions & are so careless about their own appointments? I gave them two separate chances and they have been a disappointment in both. I do not recommend this place.

I got a recommendation from a family member for Ace home services. I needed to have my air conditioner looked at, and was a little concerned to turn it on until it got fixed. I called the office to see if they could send someone out and they said they could have someone there in a couple hours. That was so fast I wasn't even prepared so we booked for them to come later that evening. They sent Javier out. Javier was super knowledgeable and very professional. I felt comfortable having him around the house. One of the things I appreciated most about him is that he took time to explain options to me. I probably asked upwards of 100 questions, and he took time to answer all of them in a way that I could understand. I was very happy with the work that was done and my air conditioner is working better than it has in a long time. I would recommend Javier and Ace to anyone who is looking for an air conditioner tuneup or repair.

Warning, don't use this service.  He only pumps out the water and not the sentiment.  Worst septic service in the valley.
