My hot water heater was shutting off every other day.  I called a few folks but found a review for Freddy on Next Door that led me to believe he would match my needs.  Well, he more than matched.  He replaced my out of code and gerry rigged hot water heater at the most reasonable price I could imagine.  Forget those folks that advertise...they were three times the price. Job was done quickly and very very cleanly.  Hire this guy.  He's terrific.

I had a gas line that needed to be relocated and Joe came and did a great job . Cant even tell by looking that anything changed . great job. would highly recommend

We are remodeling our two guest bathrooms. Yesterday Dax and his colleague installed a new tub and shower valve in the downstairs guest bathroom. They were friendly, professional and respectful. They also worked quickly and even though it took longer than expected (no fault of theirs, the shower kit I purchased didn't contain a necessary piece that they had to run to the supply store to buy) they stayed until the job was fully complete.

Disclaimer: we are are still in the midst of the remodel so I haven't actually used the tub/shower yet. I'll update this review once we do and once the upstairs bathroom is complete as well.

Good service and definitely the right price. Had these guys out twice - changed my water heater and cleared my main line from a massive clog. I got several quotes, did my research, and they're definitely giving the reasonable price both times. Techs were nice and right on time.

My clog was much worse than expected - had to use a variety of tools to clear the sludge. Tech was very diligent, didn't charge extra despite having to do more work than expected. Gave me a rundown and took videos. Absolutely trust his work and appreciate not being haggled.

I had a great experience with Rescue Plumbing. My main water line was leaking, I called them in the morning and they came out the same day to give me an estimate which was the lowest of 4 estimates I got. They were able to schedule and complete the work the next day. They were very courteous and professional, and I was impressed they tested all the  house water fixtures to make sure water pressure was OK. The work required them to go under the house, in which they discovered 2 leaks. I was so pleased with the work Enrique and his son did replacing the main water line, I hired them to fix the 2 leaks. I would definitely recommend using Rescue Plumbing, first class family operation!

I had a water heater that bursted and flooded the garage and underneath the pedestal structure of the house.  Got an insurance claim and had everything dried out and pedestal structure reconstructed.  Rooter hero did the removal and install of new heater, it was professionally done and very good job to Bobby, appreciate it.  Insurance company had asked me to hold onto the old broken heater for a while but in a few days was adviced i can dump it already.  I just had city do bulk trash pickup for me before this so i was told they would be able to pick up for me in 6 weeks else, i had to pay a fee.  I thought of calling Rooter hero and sure enough Bobby came to pick it up and dump the old heater for me.   Going beyond expectations,  thanks!

Owner , Dustin, called at 8 am and said he would be out that day to install my new water heater.  I asked him if he would be doing it himself.  He said yes.  I informed him I would like to be here during installation.  Hours went by and I finally got a text at 2pm stating someone is going to my house now.  The tech actually was already at my house my babysitter told me.  I was very upset.  I should have been called BEFORE someone was at my house and a time should have been discussed.   I am not just sitting around my house all day waiting for someone to show up with no notice.   I informed him I was not home and I specifically told him I wanted to be there.  Also, I was upset he sent some other tech after he told me he would be doing it himself.  I agreed to let that technician take out the heater and I would be home by the time the other one went in.  I arrived at home to find nothing had been done.  I had to call him when I got home and asked him why it wasn't removed.  He said he sent the tech to another job.  I asked him again if this is going to be done today.  He said YES!  However, 5:00 comes around with no call from Dustin.  He text me at 5:00 asking if I needed it done tonight or can it wait until tomorrow.  I text him back and said I really need it tonight.  I have been without hot water for 3 days already.  I have 4 kids and we all need a shower.  Five minutes later I got a phone call from someone else in his company , since he didn't want to tell me himself, saying a technician had a death in the family and could not do it tonight.  Really?!  5 minutes late all the sudden their is a death?!  He was just hoping I would let him off the hook and tell him he could come tomorrow morning and when I didn't say that he made his buddy call me with a an excuse. What a horrible excuse.  At least be honest.  I was extremely upset.  I called the next day and Dustin was very rude could clearly care less about customer service.  I ended up having to find another company to do the work.  Luckily the next company was AWESOME!  He could have had a customer for life if he could have just been honest and followed through with what he told me he was doing.  He has now not only lost my business but he has lost my grandma's as well (who was a previous customer).  We will be taking all our business to the new company I found.

They do a lot of advertising through TV and other agencies. Now I know who is paying for the advertising...us consumers. Is trying to upsell a job that other plumbers charge $150 for to $450 ethical? Deserving of BBB rating which is also a joke! I knew already they overcharge for A/C jobs but I decided to call them for a plumbing job. Yes, they over charge for Plumbing too.

Called the Ideal made an appointment for septic job. No problem thus far.
On the day of the appointment nobody showed up. Called twice. No answer. Left messages. Nothing.

Do not use them. They advertised a $49 tune up and you get these Premium Filters that will last years and you can wash them. Turns out we didn't get these filters what is why my wife booked service in the first place and when I asked we got some material the service guy cut out with a box cutter. Does fit and the suctions creates exposed sides so the filters are useless especially when you have people that have allergies in the home! I called several times and was told management would call me back and guess what no one did and they took the money for the tune up and the work that we had done: I say never again avoid these people like the plague as there is a very good reason they spend as much money as they do t be all over billboards all over the city! The service tech and the lady that took my calls seem nice enough but if the management and leadership does not care about customer service then they will not get any repeat business from me and I hope this post costs them thousands of service calls; go someone else!

Where to start with piece of crap with the following email: [email protected]. It should [email protected]. Yelp should allow a section where we can give negative stars, as the service AZ Affordable Sewer & Drain was flat out fraud!

They provided a service to clean out a Septic Tank, charged $500, and only pumped out half the tank... Really? This is unethical business practices, which should and will be reported.

Anyone looking to throw money away and want to waste oxygen having AZ Affordable Sewer & Drain out of Apache Junction come service your Septic Tank.. Then give them a call. The only thing they are good at cleaning is their own butts...
