I was in a pinch with a plumbing emergency, and called all over town trying to find someone. Most companies wouldn't even give me an idea of a price range or they wanted to charge a service fee just to come out and give me an estimate. Others I called were not available for days. A friend gave me Freddy's number, and he rearranged his schedule to come to my house within a couple of hours. He was polite and professional, and he charged way less than I had expected to pay. On his way out, he came back and knocked on the door to show me the line to my main drain and explain how the valve worked and to be careful about the new plants I had planted around it to make sure I didn't cover it. He had already been paid and didn't need to show me that, but made a point to do it anyway. I would 100% hire him again! Don't even bother calling elsewhere!!

We added a bathroom and needed new plumbing installed. Joe responded to our call and came on time to give an estimate. The price was reasonable and he started the job as promised.

He and his crew were professional (e.g. they always made sure to clean up before they left for the day) and clearly knowledgeable (e.g. he helped design the new plumbing layout around the engineered trusses). Everything is working great and we have no complaints.

Summary: Diggers Plumbing is a reliable professional company. We would definitely contact him again for all future plumbing needs, and would be happy to recommend him to our family/friends too.

Dave is easy to work with, honest, and very helpful. The next time I need any backflow preventer valve work on the west or north side, I'll be calling him again.

These guys are great! They were at my house within a couple hours, Shane dove right in and fixed my sewer problem at a reasonable cost. They gave me some great tips on how to keep it running smooth. I would highly recommend this company.I will definitely use them again.

We are remodeling our two guest bathrooms. Yesterday Dax and his colleague installed a new tub and shower valve in the downstairs guest bathroom. They were friendly, professional and respectful. They also worked quickly and even though it took longer than expected (no fault of theirs, the shower kit I purchased didn't contain a necessary piece that they had to run to the supply store to buy) they stayed until the job was fully complete.

Disclaimer: we are are still in the midst of the remodel so I haven't actually used the tub/shower yet. I'll update this review once we do and once the upstairs bathroom is complete as well.

Good service and definitely the right price. Had these guys out twice - changed my water heater and cleared my main line from a massive clog. I got several quotes, did my research, and they're definitely giving the reasonable price both times. Techs were nice and right on time.

My clog was much worse than expected - had to use a variety of tools to clear the sludge. Tech was very diligent, didn't charge extra despite having to do more work than expected. Gave me a rundown and took videos. Absolutely trust his work and appreciate not being haggled.

I had a great experience with Rescue Plumbing. My main water line was leaking, I called them in the morning and they came out the same day to give me an estimate which was the lowest of 4 estimates I got. They were able to schedule and complete the work the next day. They were very courteous and professional, and I was impressed they tested all the  house water fixtures to make sure water pressure was OK. The work required them to go under the house, in which they discovered 2 leaks. I was so pleased with the work Enrique and his son did replacing the main water line, I hired them to fix the 2 leaks. I would definitely recommend using Rescue Plumbing, first class family operation!

We had a loss of cool air and neded repair on evap. cooler. Tech showed up within 2 hours of my call on a hot summer day, but after 5 minutes he had to leave because of feeling ill.
When I called back to see if we could have another tech come to work on our unit, they tell me they have only the one tech who works on air conditioner or evap coolers!
I also asked about an estimate of charges for replacing a water pump in the cooler and was told they need to look at it first and would not provide any kind of estimate!  Every company we have ever dealt with always have had set charges for things like replacing evap cooler water pump so that their techs know what to charge the customer when they are on the job. Saying they need to look first before providing any estimate seems very dodgy to me...

Don't bother calling them because they won't bother coming. We had a major water leak in the cement slab under our house. Called them at 7:30 on Monday morning. He said he couldn't come until Tuesday afternoon.
By 3:00 he didn't come or call us. My husband called and asked if he was still coming. He said yes-he was having trouble with his truck.
He never came and never called.
At 5:00 we called another plumber and they came by 8:00 the next morning.

Our dental office had a water leak and needed service FAST!
I spoke with Gaby who was able to get a plumber here within the hour.
Jody arrived sooner than anticipated and was clean, personable and very knowledgeable.
Our repair was completed at a very fair price.
I will be calling Walker Plumbing for all our plumbing needs in the future and highly recommend you do too!

We had a service call yesterday and the technician Matthew earned our business for Parker & Sons for life! He was professional, quick, and helped us understand our problem and how to resolve it. It was so easy to schedule an appointment, the communication and automated messaging were excellent, prices seem fair according to our standards. Thanks Parker & Sons, thanks Matthew!

These guys were GREAT!!! We were working on closing on our property and at the last minute, were asked for a septic certification certificate. We called around and not only were they able to come out for us the next day (which was a weekend), because we were closing on Monday but they were the best pricing (the others had hidden fees). They were prompt, on time, did a great job cleaning and certifying the septic system for us and we were able to finish our closing on time!

Avoid like the plague. Allow me to illustrate my extreme dissatisfaction with these professional ripoff artists.

It is currently August. The absolute hottest month of the Arizona summer. Our AC gave out and yesterday all of us, a family of 4 adults and 2 little girls, in 93 degree heat indoors and sweating from every pore we called the very first people we COULD. ACE Home Services.

Guy named Caleb comes out, fiddles around with our old unit, and after half an hour he comes down from our roof and tells us it's unfixable and that being an old 20 year unitl we need to replace it urgently, yadda yadda and quotes us... 11 grand for a 5ton unit we later on found out could be bought for 2.5k. After much protesting and negotiating we 'talked him down' to 8k. Which is an exorbitant amount of money. This is what happens when you are desperate and literally melting in the AZ heat. To make matters worse, this guy tells us that we should leave the house and go to a motel for the weekend (Yay! more money to spend after overcharging us 8 grand!) because it would be too hot for our little girls.

Next morning, we decided to look for a second opinion. Turns out there's another place, awesome reviews on yelp, called JMAC. THEIR tech not only arrived instantly after the call, he tells us that our AC runs fine and that mold in the motor is triggering the unit's automatic shutdown feature and that is why we're literally melting indoors. Well, he gives us an alternative. Buy a new unit for 4 grand OR keep the motor for 400. And if we buy the new unit, we get the motor over the weekend and they'll take it with them when they're done. A much more reasonable alternative AND very courteous and reasonable service.

So after this we call to cancel ACE, and Caleb calls us infuriated demanding to know why we're cancelling! After explaining, the guy calls my mother a fucking foreigner, all you foreigners are all the same and saying that she is a horrible unreasonable person for seeking a second alternative to his clearly commission based 8 grand ripoff festival.

So not only do these evil people hire racist assholes who are out to rip you off, BUT they would also condemn you to a weekend of Arizona hell 90+ degree indoor heat for an entire weekend 'while the unit comes in'. Your practices are EVIL, you are racists (my mother is a US Citizen and the only 'foreign' thing about her is her thick spanish accent) and you are the scum of the earth.

So as I stated to begin with, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. Avoid these people like they are throwing used needles full of AIDS virus at you. Don't let the heat force you into a bad decision. We are already looking at surcharges (15% restocking fee when they didn't even UNSTOCK anything!... they want to actually make us pay for literally NOTHING!) we will have to likely take these scum to court for.
