We are remodeling our two guest bathrooms. Yesterday Dax and his colleague installed a new tub and shower valve in the downstairs guest bathroom. They were friendly, professional and respectful. They also worked quickly and even though it took longer than expected (no fault of theirs, the shower kit I purchased didn't contain a necessary piece that they had to run to the supply store to buy) they stayed until the job was fully complete.

Disclaimer: we are are still in the midst of the remodel so I haven't actually used the tub/shower yet. I'll update this review once we do and once the upstairs bathroom is complete as well.

Good service and definitely the right price. Had these guys out twice - changed my water heater and cleared my main line from a massive clog. I got several quotes, did my research, and they're definitely giving the reasonable price both times. Techs were nice and right on time.

My clog was much worse than expected - had to use a variety of tools to clear the sludge. Tech was very diligent, didn't charge extra despite having to do more work than expected. Gave me a rundown and took videos. Absolutely trust his work and appreciate not being haggled.

Where is the 10 stars button.  This is the first plumber in  Phoenix that has shown me honesty, compassion, and integrity in my last 20+ years that I have resided in Phoenix.  They went out of their way to help me out after I had many companies drop the ball with me.  Everything that they said they would do, they did and my sewer line was replaced in record time by a friendly professionals that are licensed, bonded, and insured.  Look no further because these are the guys you can trust to get the job done at a fair price and on-time.  I will definitely be using them again as their customer service is impeccable.

I was referred to them by one of their previous customers who lives in Prescott. I called them asking for advice, and they stated they would be in the area the following week so they could swing by to take a look at the issue I was having. Turned out I had an issue with a cracked main and they identified where the cracks were, along with giving me several options for repair. They were prompt and identified the issues quicker than I would have thought possible and even let me see where the crack was through their eye in the pipe system. I have dealt with several valley plumbers and wish they were as up front as Rowdy is!

The absolute and only HVAC company I would recommend in the valley. I called them Saturday morning at 9 AM and had a technician at my door at 11 AM and was cooling by noon! I have been high grossed by plenty of other HVAC companies in the valley that seem very secretive and do not explain the repairs thoroughly. My technician Adam Went over every aspect of my system in detail. Explained to me the parts that they check. At no point did I ever feel like he was misleading me or trying to sell me something I did not need. Was able to diagnose and fix the problem right away! We are back to cooling! Highly, highly recommend this company.

My experience with Parker and Sons for a new AC unit was fantastic!! The salesman came out a couple of times, after I received several estimates (which I was not satisfied with in more ways than one) and he was very easy to work with, knowledgeable  and generous with discounts, timing and vouchers for maintenance. Not pushy, honest, and after hearing all kinds of nonsense and prices from other companies out there, I decided to spend $7,000 on a new indoor/outdoor Condo 15 SEER AC unit. My system was 20 plus years old, constantly freezing up and breaking down. They got me 0% financing, a $500 rebate, and led to APS discount for higher efficiency unit, plus 50% decreasein electric bill!!. They scheduled me right away, within days, and it was just at beginning of the summer heat. The team of 2 arrived at 7am, stayed almost 12 hours. Their work was professional,  detailed, clean with no issues. An electrical specialist came out to check on things and upgrade the fuses. All very friendly,  easy to work with. After a few days, another technician arrived with a new grill, helped with air flow and 5 annual maintenance vouchers. So! Thank you P&S for a great job! I sure appreciate you!!!

Honest pricing and a hard worker. Not only were these guys willing to work on a Sunday but they were able unclog our piping where another ''top rated big company'' failed twice.  They had a camera, which they used to show me the condition of my current plumbing before proceeding with the recommended repairs. I appreciate the honesty, fair pricing, and quality service. Our septic was serviced and the area was left level and cleaned. Would highly recommend.

ace repaired my ac last summer. it went out on a saturday. they replaced the fan motor and it took three days to complete.  they charged me over $1300. and told me it would be more if i didn't pay for a 4 year service agreement.  now the first service follow up.  they set an appointment a week in advance.  set a time with a two hour range.  they didn't show and didn't call until they miissed the time. then they wanted to reset a new time in a week.  they have my money and so they are doing work for a new, not yet paid client.  the work they did last summer took four visits and they didn't know how to complete the work.  very poorly run company.

Warning, don't use this service.  He only pumps out the water and not the sentiment.  Worst septic service in the valley.
