This was hands-down the best experience I've ever had with a plumber: if Yelp had 6 stars, I'd give it.
The wife and I woke up, went through our morning routine, and wound up with not one but TWO flooded bathrooms. It turns out that we had two problems: a clogged pipe to the street flooded one toilet, and the other had a broken wax seal that leaked out onto the floor. Freddy showed up in less than an hour, was friendly and talked me through our problems, had everything he needed to get the job done, and offered a very reasonable price for the fix. The whole time he worked he walked me through everything he was doing. I came away feeling like I learned something from the experience, so it wasn't just a chore.
I called a couple other plumbers, and I was told that it would be $40 just to show up and the that they couldn't come until the next day. They need to realize that Freddy's Plumbing is the way service should be.

We added a bathroom and needed new plumbing installed. Joe responded to our call and came on time to give an estimate. The price was reasonable and he started the job as promised.

He and his crew were professional (e.g. they always made sure to clean up before they left for the day) and clearly knowledgeable (e.g. he helped design the new plumbing layout around the engineered trusses). Everything is working great and we have no complaints.

Summary: Diggers Plumbing is a reliable professional company. We would definitely contact him again for all future plumbing needs, and would be happy to recommend him to our family/friends too.

Dave is easy to work with, honest, and very helpful. The next time I need any backflow preventer valve work on the west or north side, I'll be calling him again.

These guys are great! They were at my house within a couple hours, Shane dove right in and fixed my sewer problem at a reasonable cost. They gave me some great tips on how to keep it running smooth. I would highly recommend this company.I will definitely use them again.

We are remodeling our two guest bathrooms. Yesterday Dax and his colleague installed a new tub and shower valve in the downstairs guest bathroom. They were friendly, professional and respectful. They also worked quickly and even though it took longer than expected (no fault of theirs, the shower kit I purchased didn't contain a necessary piece that they had to run to the supply store to buy) they stayed until the job was fully complete.

Disclaimer: we are are still in the midst of the remodel so I haven't actually used the tub/shower yet. I'll update this review once we do and once the upstairs bathroom is complete as well.

Good service and definitely the right price. Had these guys out twice - changed my water heater and cleared my main line from a massive clog. I got several quotes, did my research, and they're definitely giving the reasonable price both times. Techs were nice and right on time.

My clog was much worse than expected - had to use a variety of tools to clear the sludge. Tech was very diligent, didn't charge extra despite having to do more work than expected. Gave me a rundown and took videos. Absolutely trust his work and appreciate not being haggled.

I called Rescue Family Plumbing on a Saturday with a clogged toilet that needed to be fixed ASAP.  They came out within a few hours and fixed the problem immediately.  They are the best in the business.  Family owned, courteous, and honest.

I had a water heater that bursted and flooded the garage and underneath the pedestal structure of the house.  Got an insurance claim and had everything dried out and pedestal structure reconstructed.  Rooter hero did the removal and install of new heater, it was professionally done and very good job to Bobby, appreciate it.  Insurance company had asked me to hold onto the old broken heater for a while but in a few days was adviced i can dump it already.  I just had city do bulk trash pickup for me before this so i was told they would be able to pick up for me in 6 weeks else, i had to pay a fee.  I thought of calling Rooter hero and sure enough Bobby came to pick it up and dump the old heater for me.   Going beyond expectations,  thanks!

Was referred to them from a plumbing company that could not come out to my house for a week. Walker plumbing also said 4/5 days, when I said I just needed faucet handle put on tub, they had someone come out in 2-3 hours. Here's the catch! 495.00, for 40-45 minutes. Then it leaked within 2 days. Unbelievable

Our water heater started leaking badly. Fortunately all the water was diverted to our side yard and didn't flood the garage. I contacted several companies and Parker and Sons responding quickly with an excellent quote. Ours is power vented so it isn't an easy install and difficult to find a replacement quickly. Josh was out early the next morning and did a fantastic job on the replacement. He was professional and did a thorough cleanup after. The only replacement they could find was all the way across the Valley and a higher end model than they quoted but they honored the original estimate. I would definitely use them again!

These guys were GREAT!!! We were working on closing on our property and at the last minute, were asked for a septic certification certificate. We called around and not only were they able to come out for us the next day (which was a weekend), because we were closing on Monday but they were the best pricing (the others had hidden fees). They were prompt, on time, did a great job cleaning and certifying the septic system for us and we were able to finish our closing on time!

Ace no showed for our pre install appointment after I had my dad wait at the house all day for them. I had just talked to ace the previous day too and they said they would be there!

As far as their integrity, Check out the dateline NBC TV show. Ace air was on it and got caught scamming customers.  Unfortunately, this company installed ac units in my house two months ago. So far no problems with the units, but ace told us we didn't have to make payments for a year and wrote 18 months, same as cash on the finance agreement.  Then we started get late charges.  Turns out Ace lied and told us we didn't have to make payments when we actually did. I wonder how much they profit from this.  I wouldn't recommend trusting this company. Of course when I called about the financing issue (tried several people in the office) no one bothered to call me back and I kept getting transferred to voicemails.  Ace takes their money and runs.  Don't trust them!  There are more honest companies out there.

Warning, don't use this service.  He only pumps out the water and not the sentiment.  Worst septic service in the valley.
