We are remodeling our two guest bathrooms. Yesterday Dax and his colleague installed a new tub and shower valve in the downstairs guest bathroom. They were friendly, professional and respectful. They also worked quickly and even though it took longer than expected (no fault of theirs, the shower kit I purchased didn't contain a necessary piece that they had to run to the supply store to buy) they stayed until the job was fully complete.

Disclaimer: we are are still in the midst of the remodel so I haven't actually used the tub/shower yet. I'll update this review once we do and once the upstairs bathroom is complete as well.

Good service and definitely the right price. Had these guys out twice - changed my water heater and cleared my main line from a massive clog. I got several quotes, did my research, and they're definitely giving the reasonable price both times. Techs were nice and right on time.

My clog was much worse than expected - had to use a variety of tools to clear the sludge. Tech was very diligent, didn't charge extra despite having to do more work than expected. Gave me a rundown and took videos. Absolutely trust his work and appreciate not being haggled.

Rescue Plumbing Services is such an amazing company! All the services I requested was completed in such a professional manner. I needed the shutoff valve replaced in the bathroom sink, the plumbing under the sink and the faucet replaced. I was trying to DIY it myself, but failed. They were here in no time and corrected and completed the work with no issues and in a timely manner. I was so pleased with their work I then requested a shower head replacement, kitchen water shutoff valves replacement, under kitchen sink plumbing, water filter install, garbage disposal install and dishwasher install. I was pleased with all the work completed! I love that when you call, Yolanda is always able to accommodate the date and time for the service. Enrique is very professional with his work. They came quickly and replaced our water softener and hot water heater after our water softener began leaking. RJ was very helpful and personable and completed work efficiently. We were very happy with the work.

I was referred to them by one of their previous customers who lives in Prescott. I called them asking for advice, and they stated they would be in the area the following week so they could swing by to take a look at the issue I was having. Turned out I had an issue with a cracked main and they identified where the cracks were, along with giving me several options for repair. They were prompt and identified the issues quicker than I would have thought possible and even let me see where the crack was through their eye in the pipe system. I have dealt with several valley plumbers and wish they were as up front as Rowdy is!

It is rare that I submit reviews, for life is always super busy and there is never enough time it the day to take time out and actually write one.  However, my experience today with Walker Plumbing was so exceptional, I simply had to sit down to write this.  My gas direct vent hot water had been extremely resilient - lasting nearly 17 years - but it was finally time to be replaced.  Long story short, I decided to replace my failing unit with a tankless water heater for overall product quality, a superior warranty, product life, energy efficiency, and overall environmental sustainability.  Not knowing who to call, I first reached out to numerous contractors that I researched online.  Thank goodness a friend reached out and suggested Walker Plumbing.  My only regret is that I did not start my search with them, as I would have saved a good 10 hours researching and finding the right company for the job.  I obviously ended up choosing Walker Plumbing and it was by far the best decision.  They were super responsive, extremely reliable, professional, and reasonably priced.  For the purchase and installation of the exact same unit, other companies were quoting higher prices, some almost twice the price; and many were not nearly as professional as the team at Walker Plumbing. If you have a plumbing job that needs to be done, trust me and make Walker Plumbing your very first call; you will save so much time in your search for a reliable, honest, professional service organization that will provide quality work and will not rip you off.  Today, they most definitely gained a customer for life and I will be referring family, friends, and coworkers alike to Walker Plumbing!

Nightmare techs who attempt to hold you hostage and work on commission. I had a broken PVC water pipe outside, tech said he could not patch the PVC pipe with a guarantee, it would take a day for the glue to dry so no water, on and on with story after story, and to replace with all new copper for over $1200. I call the office and get the head honcho on the phone who tells me I misunderstood what I said next I can't type, trust me, I know what he told me. He's then sitting in the van for 10 minutes talking with his office. All of the sudden his tune changed, well how about that! He repaired it and then turned on the water. Apparently he had too much glue on the inside of the pipe and he clogged my Moen shower valve, so he had to then repair my shower. All this is taking about 4hrs to do. After 1 yr or so, the pipe failed again, I had the same repair done by a different outfit, the repair was cheaper, and so far good for the past 4yrs. Avoid if you can or get a second opinion via the office to make sure your not getting ripped off.

Called the Ideal made an appointment for septic job. No problem thus far.
On the day of the appointment nobody showed up. Called twice. No answer. Left messages. Nothing.

Poor communication between the office and the technician.  Originally promised to show up at 8:30 a.m., didn't show up until 10:30.  Dispatcher called at 8:00 to verify he would be there at 8:30.  Text message received at 8:56 a.m. that he was on his way.  Phone calls to the office elicited response that he was stuck in traffic, and on his way.   In discussing the coupon with the office the previous day, Christian said that a replacement filter was part of the coupon.  We even gave them the measurement (spoke to Julia).  Once the technician Brandon arrived, he said that no filter is included with the coupon and he wished the office wouldn't be telling people that.  He doesn't drive around with a bunch of filters in his truck.  First time using them.  I wouldn't use them again.

Where to start with piece of crap with the following email: [email protected]. It should [email protected]. Yelp should allow a section where we can give negative stars, as the service AZ Affordable Sewer & Drain was flat out fraud!

They provided a service to clean out a Septic Tank, charged $500, and only pumped out half the tank... Really? This is unethical business practices, which should and will be reported.

Anyone looking to throw money away and want to waste oxygen having AZ Affordable Sewer & Drain out of Apache Junction come service your Septic Tank.. Then give them a call. The only thing they are good at cleaning is their own butts...
