My kitchen sink needed to be unclogged at 10:00pm on a Saturday night!   It was late, I figured it would be EXTREMELY expensive, but I gave Freddy a call any way.  To my surprise, his quote was very reasonable and came to my house within less than 45 minutes!  Being that my house/pipes are old, having plumbers come out is a routine event.  I haven't always had pleasant experiences with previous plumbers., but I was impressed with Freddy.  He was extremely timely, determined to tackle my crazy clog, was very knowledgable, pleasant, and reasonably priced (for late night).  He was at my house for 3.5 hours until 2:30am and never wavered from being determined to satisfy my plumbing issues at the price he quoted.
I feel VERY confident that the pipes will stay unclogged for many years to come.  I would, highly recommend Freddy Rooter to any one who wants someone reliable, determined, and reasonably priced!  I know I gave him a 5 star, but if I could throw in a few more stars, I WOULD!!!

We are remodeling our two guest bathrooms. Yesterday Dax and his colleague installed a new tub and shower valve in the downstairs guest bathroom. They were friendly, professional and respectful. They also worked quickly and even though it took longer than expected (no fault of theirs, the shower kit I purchased didn't contain a necessary piece that they had to run to the supply store to buy) they stayed until the job was fully complete.

Disclaimer: we are are still in the midst of the remodel so I haven't actually used the tub/shower yet. I'll update this review once we do and once the upstairs bathroom is complete as well.

Good service and definitely the right price. Had these guys out twice - changed my water heater and cleared my main line from a massive clog. I got several quotes, did my research, and they're definitely giving the reasonable price both times. Techs were nice and right on time.

My clog was much worse than expected - had to use a variety of tools to clear the sludge. Tech was very diligent, didn't charge extra despite having to do more work than expected. Gave me a rundown and took videos. Absolutely trust his work and appreciate not being haggled.

Friday's storm left us with a significant amount of damage to our property and our home one of which required a plumber. Rescue Plumbing promptly came to our rescue. They are so pleasant, professional, and kind.
We are very pleased with the work that was done on Saturday and the follow up call to confirm the work that will need to be done this week.

Don't bother calling them because they won't bother coming. We had a major water leak in the cement slab under our house. Called them at 7:30 on Monday morning. He said he couldn't come until Tuesday afternoon.
By 3:00 he didn't come or call us. My husband called and asked if he was still coming. He said yes-he was having trouble with his truck.
He never came and never called.
At 5:00 we called another plumber and they came by 8:00 the next morning.

Was referred to them from a plumbing company that could not come out to my house for a week. Walker plumbing also said 4/5 days, when I said I just needed faucet handle put on tub, they had someone come out in 2-3 hours. Here's the catch! 495.00, for 40-45 minutes. Then it leaked within 2 days. Unbelievable

I recently purchased my house and wanted to be proactive and get a tune-up done before it got hot. I am finding out their tune-up is basically an inspection that comes with a VERY expensive list of recommended items. They recommended $2700. My biggest shock was that their website says they focus on cleaning and dust-- but the quote showed almost $800 to clean the fan blades and the coils! That is such an obscene amount. I would expect a tune up would at least consist of wiping down the fan blades in the blower!
I am regretting that I signed up for their package- $120 a year to come out twice a year to inspect the AC is not what I was expecting. Time to shop around and get an AC company that will actually do something.

Terrible terrible terrible customer service. They came out to do a septic certification at our house three weeks ago. Part of that process involved digging up the front yard. The guy says I'm all done and the yard was still all torn up. I said what about the yard and he said he needed to get a cap for the inspection pipe and he would be back in a couple days. That's was three weeks ago. We have called at least four times and each time he tells us he will be out in the morning and then never shows. Meanwhile our yard is a mess and a safety hazard with no cones or anything. Find somebody else for your septic needs.

On Saturday, August 3rd, my A/C went out.  I called several companies and Ace Home Services was able to come out on Sunday, August 4th to check it out for a $80 fee.  The rep, Jose, arrived and, within minutes, diagnosed the problem as a bad compressor.  He quoted me $6600 for a new compressor or $8900 for a whole new A/C unit.  With their financing, I would have paid just over $14,000.  Now, I know very little about A/C units, but luckily, I got in touch with someone who does.  She said that $8900 was a little high for a unit and I should get a second quote.  Luckily, I listened to her and told Jose I would call him when I was ready to proceed.  I got a referral from a really good friend of mine, who I trust.  The referral was a small business and it took them a few days to get out to take a look at it.  Talking to the owner on the phone, he pointed out that, if the compressor was bad, the unit would still run - it would just blow hot air.  Since it didn't run at all, his theory seemed plausible.  He arrived and it turned out, he was correct.  The problem was with a blown $4.00 fuse.  Within 10 minutes, he had my A/C back up and running, for $13,996 less than Ace wanted to charge me.

Now, either the tech was incompetent and didn't know about the fuse or dishonest and saw a way to make an easy commission off someone who didn't know much about A/C units.    I'm not sure if this is a top-down policy or a rogue sales agent, but either way, this kind of salesmanship is reprehensible.  Basically, I spent $80 to be lied to.  

Before I post any negative reviews on Yelp, I always give the company a chance to explain. Since I was ignored, I am guessing that this guy was doing EXACTLY what he was told to do and the whole company is crooked.  What other explanation?  Find another company to fix your A/C.

Warning, don't use this service.  He only pumps out the water and not the sentiment.  Worst septic service in the valley.
