As a landlord, with many rental properties in the west valley, we needed a new plumber who would make the process quick and easy.

1. He fixed the water main break same day. Note: he was at the home until 10:45pm
2. He sent me photos of the problem, the progress, and the final product.  
3. He was cost and time affective.

Freddy let me know he is even willing to help at 3am on a Sunday!

We are remodeling our two guest bathrooms. Yesterday Dax and his colleague installed a new tub and shower valve in the downstairs guest bathroom. They were friendly, professional and respectful. They also worked quickly and even though it took longer than expected (no fault of theirs, the shower kit I purchased didn't contain a necessary piece that they had to run to the supply store to buy) they stayed until the job was fully complete.

Disclaimer: we are are still in the midst of the remodel so I haven't actually used the tub/shower yet. I'll update this review once we do and once the upstairs bathroom is complete as well.

Good service and definitely the right price. Had these guys out twice - changed my water heater and cleared my main line from a massive clog. I got several quotes, did my research, and they're definitely giving the reasonable price both times. Techs were nice and right on time.

My clog was much worse than expected - had to use a variety of tools to clear the sludge. Tech was very diligent, didn't charge extra despite having to do more work than expected. Gave me a rundown and took videos. Absolutely trust his work and appreciate not being haggled.

They were able to come out the same day when our septic backed up and looked things over and recommended to wait until after we got the septic tank pumped out to not waste money.  Once I remembered where the other cleanout was in the house I had them come back out and snake the pipes anyways and they were able to clear the blockage caused by our septic tank needing to be pumped.  They were very nice and did a great job.

Great work on this company I love the fact that they contacted me the son, on everything before they started their work, I really appreciate the fact that they weren't trying to take advantage of my elderly mother Mildred, Joel And Alex did amazing work with our water heater I really do recommend them

Don't bother calling them because they won't bother coming. We had a major water leak in the cement slab under our house. Called them at 7:30 on Monday morning. He said he couldn't come until Tuesday afternoon.
By 3:00 he didn't come or call us. My husband called and asked if he was still coming. He said yes-he was having trouble with his truck.
He never came and never called.
At 5:00 we called another plumber and they came by 8:00 the next morning.

Walker plumbing was excellent they came out on time. Tech was very thorough and got the job done in the right amount time I felt I was not overcharged and told me everything that he needed to do great company would recommend them for any of my friends thank you for coming

I'm adding this now because it just happened and it's fresh in my mind.  The technicians who work for Parker and Sons seem like good, honest guys and they are always very nice.  The people who work in the office leave a lot to be desired and as a company they WAY over charge.

We had a fan motor go out in our air conditioner so I called them because we're on their service plan.  They came out the same day and the guy was really nice.  His quote for a new fan motor was $640.  Ouch!  Luckily we have a good friend who offered to help us and look around to find someone who could do it for less.  He did and it ended up costing us $238.  That's a big markup Parker and Sons!

When they called me the next day to come and install the new motor I told them that we were going to look for a less expensive option but I wanted my old motor back that the technician took.  The lady on the phone was quite rude and I got nothing but No's.  When I told her I wanted the broken part back she insisted that the technician had to re-install the broken fan back in the AC unit.  That seemed pointless but she wouldn't relent.  She even called her supervisor and came back with the same answer.  

When she called me back she asked if I or someone would be here to pay the $69 service fee from the day before.  Never mind that the technician told my husband he wasn't charging him, apparently if you don't do the work with them then you have to pay.  I told her I wasn't sure if I would be home so they could just mail me a bill.  She refused (another No to the customer).  I told her to keep the motor and I'll keep my $69.  She didn't like that idea either.

My current plan is to have them out to check out the units before winter to make sure they are okay but then I'll be ending my service contract.  They have good guys but the office customer service and especially the cost are not worth it.

These guys were GREAT!!! We were working on closing on our property and at the last minute, were asked for a septic certification certificate. We called around and not only were they able to come out for us the next day (which was a weekend), because we were closing on Monday but they were the best pricing (the others had hidden fees). They were prompt, on time, did a great job cleaning and certifying the septic system for us and we were able to finish our closing on time!

Ace Air is the best. We had our unit go out on the hottest day of the year and they came through bigtime. We didn't even go one night without air. They had two great guys out that afternoon to install our new high efficiency system and they did a fantastic job. They were friendly and very knowledgable and really seemed to care about getting everything done just right. I will recommend you to all my friends and neighbors. Thanks again!!!

Where to start with piece of crap with the following email: [email protected]. It should [email protected]. Yelp should allow a section where we can give negative stars, as the service AZ Affordable Sewer & Drain was flat out fraud!

They provided a service to clean out a Septic Tank, charged $500, and only pumped out half the tank... Really? This is unethical business practices, which should and will be reported.

Anyone looking to throw money away and want to waste oxygen having AZ Affordable Sewer & Drain out of Apache Junction come service your Septic Tank.. Then give them a call. The only thing they are good at cleaning is their own butts...
