We are remodeling our two guest bathrooms. Yesterday Dax and his colleague installed a new tub and shower valve in the downstairs guest bathroom. They were friendly, professional and respectful. They also worked quickly and even though it took longer than expected (no fault of theirs, the shower kit I purchased didn't contain a necessary piece that they had to run to the supply store to buy) they stayed until the job was fully complete.

Disclaimer: we are are still in the midst of the remodel so I haven't actually used the tub/shower yet. I'll update this review once we do and once the upstairs bathroom is complete as well.

Good service and definitely the right price. Had these guys out twice - changed my water heater and cleared my main line from a massive clog. I got several quotes, did my research, and they're definitely giving the reasonable price both times. Techs were nice and right on time.

My clog was much worse than expected - had to use a variety of tools to clear the sludge. Tech was very diligent, didn't charge extra despite having to do more work than expected. Gave me a rundown and took videos. Absolutely trust his work and appreciate not being haggled.

One of my furbabies was missing for over 24 hours when I decided it was time to get some help from a pipe camera. My technician arrived within 30 minutes of my call and was set up within 5 minutes to run the pipe camera into his den. After not locating him in the rabbit den, Rick moved the camera to the turtle's den and there he was. Stuck, injured, but alive!  I would have had to tear both dens apart to accomplish what Rooter Hero did in 5 minutes. I am eternally grateful and they've earned my business for life. Thank you!

I was referred to them by one of their previous customers who lives in Prescott. I called them asking for advice, and they stated they would be in the area the following week so they could swing by to take a look at the issue I was having. Turned out I had an issue with a cracked main and they identified where the cracks were, along with giving me several options for repair. They were prompt and identified the issues quicker than I would have thought possible and even let me see where the crack was through their eye in the pipe system. I have dealt with several valley plumbers and wish they were as up front as Rowdy is!

Was referred to them from a plumbing company that could not come out to my house for a week. Walker plumbing also said 4/5 days, when I said I just needed faucet handle put on tub, they had someone come out in 2-3 hours. Here's the catch! 495.00, for 40-45 minutes. Then it leaked within 2 days. Unbelievable

I've had two instances within a matter of months where I had a water heater go out and a water line leak outside of my property causing serious issues.  Josh came out to service the water heater and did an excellent job quickly diagnosing and providing me with options to replace same-day.  My outside water leak was diagnosed in the afternoon and repaired/serviced first thing the next day by Marcos.  These guys know all know how to provide fast and efficient service - any delays were communicated to me PRIOR to the delay and I've never had a BETTER customer experience in dealing with serious issues with home ownership.  I highly recommend and refer Parker & Sons as my Go-To team!  Thank you Josh & Marcos for all of your help - I hope not to see you again although if it is needed, I am happy and confident to make the call to your company!

Called the Ideal made an appointment for septic job. No problem thus far.
On the day of the appointment nobody showed up. Called twice. No answer. Left messages. Nothing.

They are not honest. I would like to give them zero too. satay away. I called for a regular check wich was in my warranty. Start telling me that they are different company and they don't cover the pieces, I was surprised because I have ten years warranty and my AC is 4. So ok  They started asked for $500 my husband said is to much he try to charge for a warranty, we thought what if they change their mind as they did? so we decided to have a second opinion so the technician Maruska asked for $75 for the diagnosis, my husband get in to the home for a check and telling me so I went to talk with Maruska that is a misunderstanding this wasn't a conversation that I had with the company they told me if is less than 10 years old it will be No cost, suddenly he was so aggressive and tell me I am going to call the police right now you have five minutes I almost have a heart attack, i felt so bad in this time my husband came with the check. Later I call to the company and explain every thing and they told me that the manager was in a meeting but he will call me, but they never call me back.
Not to mention that they supous to come between 8 and 11 PM more than 3 hours later, I had to cancel because it was the first when they told me that they call me and I didn't have any phone call for them. This situation was one of the worst situation That I have had in my entire life. I felt in a trap in my own house.

Warning, don't use this service.  He only pumps out the water and not the sentiment.  Worst septic service in the valley.
