Very professional, reasonable prices, on time, all work guaranteed. Talked me through all options and let me decide. Work was excellent.  To clear drain the option i decided upon was cutting into masonry wall. Pipe & wall repaired and painted looks good as new!

We added a bathroom and needed new plumbing installed. Joe responded to our call and came on time to give an estimate. The price was reasonable and he started the job as promised.

He and his crew were professional (e.g. they always made sure to clean up before they left for the day) and clearly knowledgeable (e.g. he helped design the new plumbing layout around the engineered trusses). Everything is working great and we have no complaints.

Summary: Diggers Plumbing is a reliable professional company. We would definitely contact him again for all future plumbing needs, and would be happy to recommend him to our family/friends too.

Dave is easy to work with, honest, and very helpful. The next time I need any backflow preventer valve work on the west or north side, I'll be calling him again.

These guys are great! They were at my house within a couple hours, Shane dove right in and fixed my sewer problem at a reasonable cost. They gave me some great tips on how to keep it running smooth. I would highly recommend this company.I will definitely use them again.

We are remodeling our two guest bathrooms. Yesterday Dax and his colleague installed a new tub and shower valve in the downstairs guest bathroom. They were friendly, professional and respectful. They also worked quickly and even though it took longer than expected (no fault of theirs, the shower kit I purchased didn't contain a necessary piece that they had to run to the supply store to buy) they stayed until the job was fully complete.

Disclaimer: we are are still in the midst of the remodel so I haven't actually used the tub/shower yet. I'll update this review once we do and once the upstairs bathroom is complete as well.

Good service and definitely the right price. Had these guys out twice - changed my water heater and cleared my main line from a massive clog. I got several quotes, did my research, and they're definitely giving the reasonable price both times. Techs were nice and right on time.

My clog was much worse than expected - had to use a variety of tools to clear the sludge. Tech was very diligent, didn't charge extra despite having to do more work than expected. Gave me a rundown and took videos. Absolutely trust his work and appreciate not being haggled.

They were able to come out the same day when our septic backed up and looked things over and recommended to wait until after we got the septic tank pumped out to not waste money.  Once I remembered where the other cleanout was in the house I had them come back out and snake the pipes anyways and they were able to clear the blockage caused by our septic tank needing to be pumped.  They were very nice and did a great job.

Installed an ADA toilet that was very difficult to find due to the type of installation required at my Sun City home. I highly recommend these two men. They kept me informed of all the special parts they needed to find in order to get this done correctly.

Amazing customer service. After I contacted them they showed up at 8 the next morning to get measurements and a list of materials for the job. Already knew I needed a new AC unit and they were able to get me in 3 days later. Day of install they showed up at 8 and job was done at 11:30, even fixed a crack I had on my roof. Their whole crew was very polite and left my house cleaner than when they showed up. Highly recommend to anyone who needs HVAC or plumbing needs.

In the past I have used this company and had nothing but good experiences.  This time not so much. The whole process has been frustrating. For him to do his job we had to turn our water off all day, which was fine but at the end of the day when he turned it back on, he told my father, the water isn't getting hot, must be because the hot water tank is so far away, so he knowingly left us with no hot water and when I called him about a hour later he said he was unavailable and I would have to wait till tomorrow between 9 and 10 when he was available to get my hot water turned back on. He also stated he was the only one in the company who had the tool to fix my problem. How is it that this big of a company only has one tool to fix this type of problem? Ummmm nope! I called the office and let them know what was going on and all they could say was they would email his boss and have him call me. I accepted that answer and gave them a hour to respond. No response so I called back and  was told again they would email this guy, which was unacceptable to me because it was 430pm and I'm sure he's already left or going to leave shortly. They finally, after I became very upset with the answers I was getting from them, offered to have another tech come to do a temporary fix until the other gentleman could get here. I'm not a plumber but how is this issue temporarily fixed?  And without the only tool the company has? Idk.  But They did send a tech out and the problem was fixed. No tool needed..... I understand mistakes happen but being blown off by a company I am paying a lot of money to do a job professionally and properly is completely unacceptable. The manager didn't return my phone call until 1230 the next day. The tech had already come back to my home to finish the job and didn't say one word to me about the hot water issue, which says to me he really didn't care but that's ok to. Their job is complete at my home and I will never use their services again. It's not easy dealing with flooding and unexpected issues in the first place, Parker and sons and the ppl they referred us to caused more stress and I won't be using this company again.

Keith has been wonderful to work with! He has been courteous, honest, helpful, and prompt with all of our needs. We have had lots of questions and he has been there to answer every one of them. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would recommend Ideal ten times over.

Things don't always go right, but when they don't it's great to have a company stand behind their name and make things good.  

I had a negative experience with one of the technicians; he was curt and I felt the charges were very high.  Two days later when things were still not working correctly another technician came; he was professional and helpful, but I still felt the charges were too high.  I contacted another company and was satisfied with their service and prices.

I contacted Cool Ace by email and detailed my concerns. I received a phone call from them the following morning.  The gentleman who phoned was apologetic, assured me that the first technician would be reprimanded, and offered to refund more than I requested.  The check has arrived and I will consider using them again.

Warning, don't use this service.  He only pumps out the water and not the sentiment.  Worst septic service in the valley.
