An actual good plumber...

In the process of moving, SW Gas said they couldn't turn on the water heater in our new place due to a bad install and potential CO leak.  Calling plumbers, we came across a bunch that made you feel as if you should be grateful to do business with them... on their lazy schedule... and with the privilege of paying them just to visit the West Valley.  And boy, could they sell you a bnch of other things you need.

Finally Yelp'd it and we found Freddy's Plumbing.  George came out in the morning, fixed the issues in a few hours, and cleaned up haphazard venting/piping into the ceiling while he was at it.  Things look textbook, now.  

We were able to move in and have hot water.  Price was in the range of the original estimate and was very reasonable.  Couldn't ask for anything more...

We added a bathroom and needed new plumbing installed. Joe responded to our call and came on time to give an estimate. The price was reasonable and he started the job as promised.

He and his crew were professional (e.g. they always made sure to clean up before they left for the day) and clearly knowledgeable (e.g. he helped design the new plumbing layout around the engineered trusses). Everything is working great and we have no complaints.

Summary: Diggers Plumbing is a reliable professional company. We would definitely contact him again for all future plumbing needs, and would be happy to recommend him to our family/friends too.

Dave is easy to work with, honest, and very helpful. The next time I need any backflow preventer valve work on the west or north side, I'll be calling him again.

We are remodeling our two guest bathrooms. Yesterday Dax and his colleague installed a new tub and shower valve in the downstairs guest bathroom. They were friendly, professional and respectful. They also worked quickly and even though it took longer than expected (no fault of theirs, the shower kit I purchased didn't contain a necessary piece that they had to run to the supply store to buy) they stayed until the job was fully complete.

Disclaimer: we are are still in the midst of the remodel so I haven't actually used the tub/shower yet. I'll update this review once we do and once the upstairs bathroom is complete as well.

Good service and definitely the right price. Had these guys out twice - changed my water heater and cleared my main line from a massive clog. I got several quotes, did my research, and they're definitely giving the reasonable price both times. Techs were nice and right on time.

My clog was much worse than expected - had to use a variety of tools to clear the sludge. Tech was very diligent, didn't charge extra despite having to do more work than expected. Gave me a rundown and took videos. Absolutely trust his work and appreciate not being haggled.

Don't bother calling them because they won't bother coming. We had a major water leak in the cement slab under our house. Called them at 7:30 on Monday morning. He said he couldn't come until Tuesday afternoon.
By 3:00 he didn't come or call us. My husband called and asked if he was still coming. He said yes-he was having trouble with his truck.
He never came and never called.
At 5:00 we called another plumber and they came by 8:00 the next morning.

Love to start by saying they don't even deserve a one star...

My neighbor below me (I live in condos) has been having leaks in her garage every time I take a bath so we called this company in hopes of fixing the problem. Well they didn't and they came out 4 separate times to fix the leak that should have been fixed the first time.  The plumber stated to me well shit happens after I told him about my disappointment with the service we have been getting. He kept coming up with things it can possibly be.  I will be contacting the company in the AM for a full refund of service they didn't know how to provide. Shame on you for sending people that have zero knowledge in plumbing and fixing leaks.

Do not call this place if you care to have your problems fixed.. this caused me more of a headache then the leak itself

They wanted to charge me more than double the cost of the actual repair of simply changing my fan motor. $830 versus $350. It actually cost me that plus 20 minutes of my time to repair. They will certainly do the job, but it CAN cost you a lot less.

If you want convenience at any price, go ahead and use them. But, if you want to save money then go to a YouTube video and figure out how to simply fix it yourself. YouTube saved me $500.

Called the Ideal made an appointment for septic job. No problem thus far.
On the day of the appointment nobody showed up. Called twice. No answer. Left messages. Nothing.

We would just like to take a moment to think Ace home services for a recent call out for our air conditioning units. We placed a call to Ace because our air conditioning was not working correctly and they had a technician (Ron) come out on the same day we placed the call which was amazing. Every place else we called was not available to help us same day. Ron did an amazing job at helping us understand what was going on with our air-conditioning units he was very professional. Ron was able to replace the part we needed and to get us back cooling in the same visit. We really appreciate the quick response and professionalism that we received. We will use Ace again.

Where to start with piece of crap with the following email: [email protected]. It should [email protected]. Yelp should allow a section where we can give negative stars, as the service AZ Affordable Sewer & Drain was flat out fraud!

They provided a service to clean out a Septic Tank, charged $500, and only pumped out half the tank... Really? This is unethical business practices, which should and will be reported.

Anyone looking to throw money away and want to waste oxygen having AZ Affordable Sewer & Drain out of Apache Junction come service your Septic Tank.. Then give them a call. The only thing they are good at cleaning is their own butts...
