We are remodeling our two guest bathrooms. Yesterday Dax and his colleague installed a new tub and shower valve in the downstairs guest bathroom. They were friendly, professional and respectful. They also worked quickly and even though it took longer than expected (no fault of theirs, the shower kit I purchased didn't contain a necessary piece that they had to run to the supply store to buy) they stayed until the job was fully complete.

Disclaimer: we are are still in the midst of the remodel so I haven't actually used the tub/shower yet. I'll update this review once we do and once the upstairs bathroom is complete as well.

Good service and definitely the right price. Had these guys out twice - changed my water heater and cleared my main line from a massive clog. I got several quotes, did my research, and they're definitely giving the reasonable price both times. Techs were nice and right on time.

My clog was much worse than expected - had to use a variety of tools to clear the sludge. Tech was very diligent, didn't charge extra despite having to do more work than expected. Gave me a rundown and took videos. Absolutely trust his work and appreciate not being haggled.

Friday's storm left us with a significant amount of damage to our property and our home one of which required a plumber. Rescue Plumbing promptly came to our rescue. They are so pleasant, professional, and kind.
We are very pleased with the work that was done on Saturday and the follow up call to confirm the work that will need to be done this week.

I received the reply to my review from the owner of Rooter Hero. He asked me to call him directly so I thought why not.I wasn't sure what to expect, but he apologized for his delayed response and for the terrible service I received.He has new management now and would like to make it right, he said he will refund my money and send me a gift card which i received today. So I want to say Mike (the owner) did what he said he was going to do and thank you for keeping your word. That is what a honest business man does.

Finding a plumber in Cordes Lakes isnt always quick or easy. I highly recommend Rowdy Rooter out of Humboldt. Professional, quick and honest communication. Father and son local business .. good guys for sure!

Our AC stopped working in the heat of the summer!  I called Walker plumbing and HVAC they were able to send technicians out right away.  Everyone was courteous and helpful.  They explained the problem and process each step of the way.  We were able to get our AC back up and running the same day.

Scheduled a air duct cleaning with on the phone with Luke. He explained all to be done, including inspection and cleaning of coils, and unit on the roof. A week later the crew showed up, and told me anything on the roof is extra. I called Parker & Sons, and Luke was unavailable, but the gentleman on the phone, told me what I did not want to hear. Roof was extra. I was warned that this would happen with Parker & Sons, so I asked immediately, when crew arrived. I had them pack up, and not do the work. Now going with Arizona Vent Cleaners, as this is my second problem with Parker & Sons....

I do not recommend this place.

I scheduled two separate appointments with Keith. Keith initially missed the first one & asked to reschedule to a later date. We agreed & rescheduled for later that week. When it comes time for the second appointment, Keith is a no show again. He has been ignoring my calls and voicemails as well.

How can a business expect to thrive if they give off such poor first impressions & are so careless about their own appointments? I gave them two separate chances and they have been a disappointment in both. I do not recommend this place.

I am so disappointed with ACE AIR. They over promise and under deliver. They will promise you everything in order to get the sale but as soon as the sale is done then they will not get back to you.  Starting from day one of installation, we were told and promised that the AC units will be installed and complete within a day.  Some of the guys installing the unit decided to leave half day and then left two other guys but they didn't finish until late so a total of about 12 hours STILL NOT COMPLETE and they broke through the drywall with a big hole in the ceiling. Thankfully that was taken when I called in to the company for repairs at their own convenience... They also promised that we will be getting the tax credit forms for federal and APS as soon as they install. ONCE again NOT TRUE.  One week went by, two weeks went by then I called. Every time I call the sales rep Joe will either say he is in the office or going into the office and will get it done for me. Then NOTHING! I was told there were some personal changes in office so was given Alisa as the new person to contact. I called to leave two voicemails never called back. I called again next day finally she said that she has the information and will send it out. I asked for her to send me an email to confirm, she promised she would but NEVER did. I called next day letting her know I haven't received email, no response. I called APS to check and see if the form has been sent, nothing has been sent. I called again to ask her and she said she sent it earlier in the week. When I asked why not the email she has no response and lied again saying she sent in.  I asked her to send it to me again and offered that I will send it myself I just need the information from the contractor filled out. She said she would send me fax and email to review. What does she send over, a BLANK rebate form... I could have gotten that on APS website myself. When I called and asked again as well as emailing her, she once again did not respond back to me until over a week. She finally picked up phone and said will send me another one, this time she filled some information out but the original copy with our signatures were not there, tech signature was also not there. So what's the point of the form... Once again she lied and said she sent it to APS when I called and checked but APS has no tracking of this.  When I called the sales rep Joe about this he said he would go to office to get forms and deliver it to the house due to the inconvenience.  What did he do, I called him in morning and he once again said he is going into the office and said will drop it off but lied again. He did not show up, did not call, nor respond back to my messages.  Nothing once again with ACE Air. I would call the main office line to speak with manager, Kelly, NOTHING. I called to see if anybody over there has any form of customer service or I can simply get the forms that were promised to us for our tax rebate, NOTHING. They have been lying about their process and do not call people back.  I am in the service industry and this is so unacceptable.  I would not recommend anyone using ACE AIR. Till this day, over a month now still nothing... Perhaps I may need my attorney to call them and they can pay the interest of the $850 that we would have from the tax rebate...
Once again, I do not recommend ACE AIR to anyone. I thought I did my research but obviously, they lied multiple times and do not care about customer service. Good luck to all!

Where to start with piece of crap with the following email: [email protected]. It should [email protected]. Yelp should allow a section where we can give negative stars, as the service AZ Affordable Sewer & Drain was flat out fraud!

They provided a service to clean out a Septic Tank, charged $500, and only pumped out half the tank... Really? This is unethical business practices, which should and will be reported.

Anyone looking to throw money away and want to waste oxygen having AZ Affordable Sewer & Drain out of Apache Junction come service your Septic Tank.. Then give them a call. The only thing they are good at cleaning is their own butts...
