Freddy came to my home to install a new toilet. Very fair price. Cheaper than the other 3 plumbers quotes. I mentioned there was a rusted pipe beside the tub that had tree roots growing in it based on the plumber who was here to unclog the drain. I was quoted me $2,700, minus the money for the drain cleaning and a $100 discount from the boss for the grand total of $2,450. I showed Freddy the picture and video and he said the hydrojet would clear out those branches and the pipe doesn't look that bad. The branches were small and he was confident that the could remove them with the hydrojet. You'll never guess how much? $299! Yes a whole $2,400 cheaper and the roots are ALL gone and the water is running better than it ever has. So if you need any plumbing done call Freddy. Don't bother with the others. If you want a plumber who knows what he's doing and is efficient, timely and reasonably priced, then Freddy is the one. Most of the time you don't have time to shop around for a plumber, so don't, just call Freddy. No doubt I will be calling Freddy again and will recommend him to my friends and family. Thank you Freddy for making my day.

I had a gas line that needed to be relocated and Joe came and did a great job . Cant even tell by looking that anything changed . great job. would highly recommend

These guys are great! They were at my house within a couple hours, Shane dove right in and fixed my sewer problem at a reasonable cost. They gave me some great tips on how to keep it running smooth. I would highly recommend this company.I will definitely use them again.

We are remodeling our two guest bathrooms. Yesterday Dax and his colleague installed a new tub and shower valve in the downstairs guest bathroom. They were friendly, professional and respectful. They also worked quickly and even though it took longer than expected (no fault of theirs, the shower kit I purchased didn't contain a necessary piece that they had to run to the supply store to buy) they stayed until the job was fully complete.

Disclaimer: we are are still in the midst of the remodel so I haven't actually used the tub/shower yet. I'll update this review once we do and once the upstairs bathroom is complete as well.

Good service and definitely the right price. Had these guys out twice - changed my water heater and cleared my main line from a massive clog. I got several quotes, did my research, and they're definitely giving the reasonable price both times. Techs were nice and right on time.

My clog was much worse than expected - had to use a variety of tools to clear the sludge. Tech was very diligent, didn't charge extra despite having to do more work than expected. Gave me a rundown and took videos. Absolutely trust his work and appreciate not being haggled.

My husband and I have used their services on various occasions for sink repairs, unclogging toilets, and main sewer line repairs. These guys are con artists. Our pressure vacuum breaker was leaking, so I contacted Rooter Hero to fix it. Someone came out and quoted us $1019 to replace it. He said the part alone cost $600. A quick Google search revealed that the part could be obtained for less than $100 from Amazon, Home Depot, or many other places. We said no thanks. We had someone from another company come out a replace the part for $100. Rooter Hero plumbing literally quoted us more than 10 times what another company charged, and lied to us about the cost of the part.

The absolute and only HVAC company I would recommend in the valley. I called them Saturday morning at 9 AM and had a technician at my door at 11 AM and was cooling by noon! I have been high grossed by plenty of other HVAC companies in the valley that seem very secretive and do not explain the repairs thoroughly. My technician Adam Went over every aspect of my system in detail. Explained to me the parts that they check. At no point did I ever feel like he was misleading me or trying to sell me something I did not need. Was able to diagnose and fix the problem right away! We are back to cooling! Highly, highly recommend this company.

Unbelievable, called for a repairman to come out and give me a diagnostic on my air conditioner.  My phone had been turned off during a meeting earlier that day and I missed my call back by five minutes.  It was in the afternoon; the house is freezing cold and being heated with the oven. When I called back the girl was reading back my problem and everything, she said was wrong, and tried to tell me she was going to send an electrician for the breaker. I said the breaker was for the air conditioner/heater, and I needed a repair man for my air conditioner.  Anyway, I spent an hour listening to her talk about her crazy life and telling me she needed money bad.  Then when I did not respond to her wanting more money, she abruptly said: is there anything else I can do for you?  I said no, I just need a repairman.... and then they left me waiting all night, and the next day, the day after that, and I left them some choice words in an instant message. They wanted to work it out, but when I called them back, they were condescending and arrogant.  and ultimately told me I would need to wait two weeks!

I do not recommend this place.

I scheduled two separate appointments with Keith. Keith initially missed the first one & asked to reschedule to a later date. We agreed & rescheduled for later that week. When it comes time for the second appointment, Keith is a no show again. He has been ignoring my calls and voicemails as well.

How can a business expect to thrive if they give off such poor first impressions & are so careless about their own appointments? I gave them two separate chances and they have been a disappointment in both. I do not recommend this place.

i am not sure how the service ace provides is because THEY NEVER SHOWED UP!  i was told that a tech would be by my house from 10am to 12pm on thursday.  i took off time from work to be here and nothing...  i called at 2pm...   they told me the tech was running late and would be here shortly.   i waited some more...  and then waited some more..   heck i am still waiting because they never showed up!   bad company, bad business.   on the phone they tried to make me scam my insurance company into giving me a free a/c due to hail damage i told them i did not get any hail and they said they can make it look like it did.  bad bad bad!  

all i wanted was a pre summer a/c inspection and duct cleaning but i have to get a different company and lose more money for being off working.

Run from this company!  Run fast!

Where to start with piece of crap with the following email: [email protected]. It should [email protected]. Yelp should allow a section where we can give negative stars, as the service AZ Affordable Sewer & Drain was flat out fraud!

They provided a service to clean out a Septic Tank, charged $500, and only pumped out half the tank... Really? This is unethical business practices, which should and will be reported.

Anyone looking to throw money away and want to waste oxygen having AZ Affordable Sewer & Drain out of Apache Junction come service your Septic Tank.. Then give them a call. The only thing they are good at cleaning is their own butts...
