I have used Freddy several times now, and everytime he's been great.  From replacing a hose bib that would stop dropping and ended up being a huge pain that he gladly took care of and only charged what he originally quotes me, to installing 2 water heaters(today he was in and out in about an hour to install one).  He even did a toilet at one of our rental properties.  He reliable, personable, honest and reasonable.  And also, I noticed some people saying he gives discounts for good yelp reviews.  If he does, he didn't offer one to me, and it wouldn't matter anyway...he's that good.

I had a gas line that needed to be relocated and Joe came and did a great job . Cant even tell by looking that anything changed . great job. would highly recommend

These guys are great! They were at my house within a couple hours, Shane dove right in and fixed my sewer problem at a reasonable cost. They gave me some great tips on how to keep it running smooth. I would highly recommend this company.I will definitely use them again.

We are remodeling our two guest bathrooms. Yesterday Dax and his colleague installed a new tub and shower valve in the downstairs guest bathroom. They were friendly, professional and respectful. They also worked quickly and even though it took longer than expected (no fault of theirs, the shower kit I purchased didn't contain a necessary piece that they had to run to the supply store to buy) they stayed until the job was fully complete.

Disclaimer: we are are still in the midst of the remodel so I haven't actually used the tub/shower yet. I'll update this review once we do and once the upstairs bathroom is complete as well.

Good service and definitely the right price. Had these guys out twice - changed my water heater and cleared my main line from a massive clog. I got several quotes, did my research, and they're definitely giving the reasonable price both times. Techs were nice and right on time.

My clog was much worse than expected - had to use a variety of tools to clear the sludge. Tech was very diligent, didn't charge extra despite having to do more work than expected. Gave me a rundown and took videos. Absolutely trust his work and appreciate not being haggled.

Friday's storm left us with a significant amount of damage to our property and our home one of which required a plumber. Rescue Plumbing promptly came to our rescue. They are so pleasant, professional, and kind.
We are very pleased with the work that was done on Saturday and the follow up call to confirm the work that will need to be done this week.

Unfortunately zero stars are not possible. This company is incompetent and dishonest.  We had a leak under our kitchen sink and called what we thought was Steven's Plumbing.  We were not informed, but as it turned out, Rooter Hero had bought out Stevens.  Three plumbers came to our home.  They put a camera down the sewer line without asking if the charge would be accepted and fixed the plumbing under the sink.  This took over three hours.  The end result was a $402 charge.  After they left, the leak under the sink was much worse.  They also advised that our sewer system need to be flushed, a $2,500 cost and that our sewer line would need to be replace, a $22,000 cost.  Correct, $22,000 you are not misreading. They forgot to press record when they put the camera down the sewer line but assured that the line had not been graded properly and the joins were compromised.  They also offered coupons and a payment plan to help us with the nearly $25,000 needed to correct our serious plumbing issue.  We then called three more companies.  All three, after scoping the line, stated there was minimal to no problem with the sewer line.  One of the companies, Parker and Sons, did not charge for the call because their policy is that second opinions are free. Parker and Sons is now our go-to plumbing company.  Rooter Hero, you had your chance.

Finding a plumber in Cordes Lakes isnt always quick or easy. I highly recommend Rowdy Rooter out of Humboldt. Professional, quick and honest communication. Father and son local business .. good guys for sure!

Amazing customer service. After I contacted them they showed up at 8 the next morning to get measurements and a list of materials for the job. Already knew I needed a new AC unit and they were able to get me in 3 days later. Day of install they showed up at 8 and job was done at 11:30, even fixed a crack I had on my roof. Their whole crew was very polite and left my house cleaner than when they showed up. Highly recommend to anyone who needs HVAC or plumbing needs.

I had a complete soft water system and RO system installed in my new Condo.  Ramesh did a phenomenal job...added a few extras to make things a little easier.  I'm super happy how everything looks and works!

These guys were GREAT!!! We were working on closing on our property and at the last minute, were asked for a septic certification certificate. We called around and not only were they able to come out for us the next day (which was a weekend), because we were closing on Monday but they were the best pricing (the others had hidden fees). They were prompt, on time, did a great job cleaning and certifying the septic system for us and we were able to finish our closing on time!

Absolute and complete scum of the Earth, without a doubt the worst AC company in the valley. When I speak with other contractors, not even just AC people but anyone, and mention the name, they all balk at this company and appear disgusted just to hear it uttered. No, I'm not making this up, I've actually tried it many, many times to see if I can find anyone that speaks highly of them. So far, not a single person has had anything good to say about this company. What a surprise.

I had these 'people' install a full system at my home a number of years ago. They did shoddy work and physically damaged my home inside and out, then tried to wiggle out of paying for the repairs that their own people (subcontractors) were too incompetent to carry out. I had in writing that they were responsible for all repairs and they still tried to get out of it and leave me with hundreds of dollars of expense. I eventually go them to pay, but not without having to complain to just about everyone in the company and ask if I needed to file a complaint with the registrar of contractors.

I would never, ever, not in a million years, do business with these folks again, not even if you paid me. It is not worth the hassle and not worth all the lies and hidden costs, damage to your home and shoddy equipment. I am still, to this day, years later, paying the price for their unethical, unqualified and incompetent installers, techs and salespeople. I have told everyone who would listen that they need to avoid these clowns and I continue to do so whenever the topic comes up in discussion or I hear anyone mention air conditioning. Nobody should have to deal with a bunch of unmitigated, profiteering, unethical poseurs passing themselves off as a some kind example for other AC companies to follow. Whenever i see their self-aggrandizing, 'We're so ethical and awesome!' advertisements, it makes me want to throw up. Nothing could be further from the truth.

Do business with these people at your own peril.
