I had a leak underneath the slab of my driveway. I called the city and told me to look for a plumber. Looking at Freddy's reviews in Yelp, I decided to call him and a few other companies. The only one who responded on the same day was Freddy. He came to my house, did a reasonable estimate and said he could get the work done on the same day. Great so far. I had no idea who could fix something underneath the slab and cutting concrete makes anyone nervous, but Freddy seemed to know what he was doing.

Next day... the leak is back! I know what you are thinking. Oh my god, what if he doesn't come back? What if I have to pay more? I started panicking and reading at Freddy's bad reviews here at Yelp. Wife starts to go crazy.

So I text him and he responds within a few hours saying that he can come to my house right away! Yes! It was about to be nighttime so I said please come next morning. Next day, I'm at work and Freddy is already working on the problem. He texts me that the line broke in another spot. Texts me pictures. Most people would think that the problem is that the plumber is incompetent but they would be wrong. Freddy explains step by step what he thinks it's the problem with nothing to hide. He explains that the material the line is made of the best (PEX) and even the width for my house is great (1.25 inches). This isn't supposed to have happened.

Freddy even called the city from his phone trying to fight for me. He thought outside of the box and was wondering if I could pay less by installing a sub-meter on the other side of the driveway and we can throw a new line. No go on that as the city charges $3400 to do it. Just crazy. He fixes the second leak and gives me options for the future and permanent repair. I have to replace my entire line because it's obvious it's deteriorated. I should have let someone bring some boring equipment and replace the line from the get go.

My experience is that this job was hard because it's tough to figure out why is there a leak on a recently new PEX line (my house was built in 2006). I went with the easy fix because of the money but it's good to have Freddy who knows that a job well done would cost more. I am giving Freddy five stars because of his honesty, service and quick response times. If you have found what I've said to be useful, please click on the button below. We added a bathroom and needed new plumbing installed. Joe responded to our call and came on time to give an estimate. The price was reasonable and he started the job as promised.

He and his crew were professional (e.g. they always made sure to clean up before they left for the day) and clearly knowledgeable (e.g. he helped design the new plumbing layout around the engineered trusses). Everything is working great and we have no complaints.

Summary: Diggers Plumbing is a reliable professional company. We would definitely contact him again for all future plumbing needs, and would be happy to recommend him to our family/friends too.

Dave is easy to work with, honest, and very helpful. The next time I need any backflow preventer valve work on the west or north side, I'll be calling him again.

We are remodeling our two guest bathrooms. Yesterday Dax and his colleague installed a new tub and shower valve in the downstairs guest bathroom. They were friendly, professional and respectful. They also worked quickly and even though it took longer than expected (no fault of theirs, the shower kit I purchased didn't contain a necessary piece that they had to run to the supply store to buy) they stayed until the job was fully complete.

Disclaimer: we are are still in the midst of the remodel so I haven't actually used the tub/shower yet. I'll update this review once we do and once the upstairs bathroom is complete as well.

Good service and definitely the right price. Had these guys out twice - changed my water heater and cleared my main line from a massive clog. I got several quotes, did my research, and they're definitely giving the reasonable price both times. Techs were nice and right on time.

My clog was much worse than expected - had to use a variety of tools to clear the sludge. Tech was very diligent, didn't charge extra despite having to do more work than expected. Gave me a rundown and took videos. Absolutely trust his work and appreciate not being haggled.

They were able to come out the same day when our septic backed up and looked things over and recommended to wait until after we got the septic tank pumped out to not waste money.  Once I remembered where the other cleanout was in the house I had them come back out and snake the pipes anyways and they were able to clear the blockage caused by our septic tank needing to be pumped.  They were very nice and did a great job.

Mario had a job tasked to him that was plagued with challenges. The job took some extra time but he continually showed up and pressed through for a 100% job completion. Thank you Mario.

Finding a plumber in Cordes Lakes isnt always quick or easy. I highly recommend Rowdy Rooter out of Humboldt. Professional, quick and honest communication. Father and son local business .. good guys for sure!

My review is not necessarily due to workmanship, as we were happy with the final outcome.  My negative review is due to the fact that the company is very quick to call you when you need service, but will not return a phone call when you are unhappy with the original work.  
We had risers added to our existing septic  system last year and the work was done by Walker Plumbing. Last month during a major rain storm the ground around both risers washed away and created a sink hole that caused a landscape rock to slide in to the hole, knock the riser off and fill the  septic full of water and mud.  Walker plumbing came back out to repair, but charged the full amount of the repair without assuming any responsibility for not compacting the dirt enough last year.  
All I really expected them to do was call me back, but after two weeks and three phone calls, I still have not received a phone call. Companies need to acknowledge that custom service goes beyond the completion of a job.

Had them out today to try and fix a AC unit. The tech was here maybe 20 minutes told me the problem was the compressor and was gonna cost $5k to $7k. Or I could get an new unit for $10k to $12k. I had two more AC companies out. One actually fixed the unit and it was the motor at a significantly less cost to me. In addition I got quotes on units from $5500-$7200.
I feel like it was a total scam and they didn't try to actually help me. They charged me the $79 fee and up sold units. I will NEVER use them again.

Terrible terrible terrible customer service. They came out to do a septic certification at our house three weeks ago. Part of that process involved digging up the front yard. The guy says I'm all done and the yard was still all torn up. I said what about the yard and he said he needed to get a cap for the inspection pipe and he would be back in a couple days. That's was three weeks ago. We have called at least four times and each time he tells us he will be out in the morning and then never shows. Meanwhile our yard is a mess and a safety hazard with no cones or anything. Find somebody else for your septic needs.

The ACE AIR service technician Rick was a super great guy. He came to the house on time and preformed the preventive maintenance on our HVAC system. Rick explained everything he did so we could understand what he was doing. He also had recommendations on how to improve the use our HVAC system. We have used ACE AIR for the past 6 years. We would recommend ACE AIR to anyone that wants professional HVAC service.

Where to start with piece of crap with the following email: [email protected]. It should [email protected]. Yelp should allow a section where we can give negative stars, as the service AZ Affordable Sewer & Drain was flat out fraud!

They provided a service to clean out a Septic Tank, charged $500, and only pumped out half the tank... Really? This is unethical business practices, which should and will be reported.

Anyone looking to throw money away and want to waste oxygen having AZ Affordable Sewer & Drain out of Apache Junction come service your Septic Tank.. Then give them a call. The only thing they are good at cleaning is their own butts...
