He helped fixed several problems in my house in one trip without drama. I needed a faucet to be changed, water pressure problem, and gas line issue. He fixed all 3 in one trip for a fair price. He was also accomodating in working with my irregular schedule and came in a timely fashion.

I had a gas line that needed to be relocated and Joe came and did a great job . Cant even tell by looking that anything changed . great job. would highly recommend

We are remodeling our two guest bathrooms. Yesterday Dax and his colleague installed a new tub and shower valve in the downstairs guest bathroom. They were friendly, professional and respectful. They also worked quickly and even though it took longer than expected (no fault of theirs, the shower kit I purchased didn't contain a necessary piece that they had to run to the supply store to buy) they stayed until the job was fully complete.

Disclaimer: we are are still in the midst of the remodel so I haven't actually used the tub/shower yet. I'll update this review once we do and once the upstairs bathroom is complete as well.

Good service and definitely the right price. Had these guys out twice - changed my water heater and cleared my main line from a massive clog. I got several quotes, did my research, and they're definitely giving the reasonable price both times. Techs were nice and right on time.

My clog was much worse than expected - had to use a variety of tools to clear the sludge. Tech was very diligent, didn't charge extra despite having to do more work than expected. Gave me a rundown and took videos. Absolutely trust his work and appreciate not being haggled.

Friday's storm left us with a significant amount of damage to our property and our home one of which required a plumber. Rescue Plumbing promptly came to our rescue. They are so pleasant, professional, and kind.
We are very pleased with the work that was done on Saturday and the follow up call to confirm the work that will need to be done this week.

I had a badly clogged kitchen sink.  I tried plunging it over and over again, I snaked it up to about 9 feet, and used a thing called drain king which shoots water into the pipe from your garden hose (yes, I sealed the vent) and I finally gave up..I found this business (Rooter Hero) in the yellow pages, the paper kind, old school.  The ad promised 79.00 and they delivered on that.  I was going to use another popular Plumbing service but then I read alot of bad reviews on them, mostly on the high cost of what many customers said thought was not a big job.  The plumber that came to my house (Alex) was nice, professional and professionally snaked it up to  80 feet.  He had my sink clog free in just a little over 15 minutes.  I was relieved in so many ways.  And I thought the 79.00 cost was very much affordable.  I am a real customer who lives in Peoria, AZ

Do not use Parker & Sons...after having a contract with them and getting all the bi-annual check ups I've finally came to my senses and will never use them again.  The techs are constantly trying to talk you into buying unnecessary parts and services.  I give them one star for coming to your house quickly.  After that I say what a lot of other people say. They are major crooks!!!

These guys were GREAT!!! We were working on closing on our property and at the last minute, were asked for a septic certification certificate. We called around and not only were they able to come out for us the next day (which was a weekend), because we were closing on Monday but they were the best pricing (the others had hidden fees). They were prompt, on time, did a great job cleaning and certifying the septic system for us and we were able to finish our closing on time!

The technician was knowledgeable, patient and took his time to do the job. I bought the condo only last year and this was my first time getting a AC tune up done of the 31 year old!! AC unit and I do notice the difference from last year. Would call them again! Not giving five stars just because they missed my appointment  even after I confirmed a day before but could not answer phone at 7:30 am! the same day, but they did try to send the later that day.

Warning, don't use this service.  He only pumps out the water and not the sentiment.  Worst septic service in the valley.
