So I stupidly lost  a family charm down the drain at 9:30 PM, I call around and the other plumbers want me to hang around from 9am-1pm or 1pm-5pm, but me like everyone else out there has a job that they really can't/shouldn't miss.

I call Freddy at 9:30PM and he nicely agrees to show up that night to help me retrieve this pendant.  

He arrives promptly around 10, fixes the problem, I find my charm to my relief.  He charged me exactly what he quoted over the phone, much cheaper than the other places I called who wouldn't come till tomorrow.  By tomorrow my charm could be floating in the Pacific Ocean (realistically it would be under the building roting for eternity with the mutant goldfishes, alligators, and what not).  

Overall, it was quick, and convenient.  I would recommend Freddy to others.

I had a gas line that needed to be relocated and Joe came and did a great job . Cant even tell by looking that anything changed . great job. would highly recommend

Dave is easy to work with, honest, and very helpful. The next time I need any backflow preventer valve work on the west or north side, I'll be calling him again.

These guys are great! They were at my house within a couple hours, Shane dove right in and fixed my sewer problem at a reasonable cost. They gave me some great tips on how to keep it running smooth. I would highly recommend this company.I will definitely use them again.

We are remodeling our two guest bathrooms. Yesterday Dax and his colleague installed a new tub and shower valve in the downstairs guest bathroom. They were friendly, professional and respectful. They also worked quickly and even though it took longer than expected (no fault of theirs, the shower kit I purchased didn't contain a necessary piece that they had to run to the supply store to buy) they stayed until the job was fully complete.

Disclaimer: we are are still in the midst of the remodel so I haven't actually used the tub/shower yet. I'll update this review once we do and once the upstairs bathroom is complete as well.

Good service and definitely the right price. Had these guys out twice - changed my water heater and cleared my main line from a massive clog. I got several quotes, did my research, and they're definitely giving the reasonable price both times. Techs were nice and right on time.

My clog was much worse than expected - had to use a variety of tools to clear the sludge. Tech was very diligent, didn't charge extra despite having to do more work than expected. Gave me a rundown and took videos. Absolutely trust his work and appreciate not being haggled.

Rescue Plumbing Services are WONDERFUL!!!!!
Friday's storm left us with a significant amount of damage to our property and our home one of which required a plumber. Rescue Plumbing promptly came to our rescue. They are so pleasant, professional, and kind.
We are very pleased with the work that was done on Saturday and the follow up call to confirm the work that will need to be done this week.

Owner , Dustin, called at 8 am and said he would be out that day to install my new water heater.  I asked him if he would be doing it himself.  He said yes.  I informed him I would like to be here during installation.  Hours went by and I finally got a text at 2pm stating someone is going to my house now.  The tech actually was already at my house my babysitter told me.  I was very upset.  I should have been called BEFORE someone was at my house and a time should have been discussed.   I am not just sitting around my house all day waiting for someone to show up with no notice.   I informed him I was not home and I specifically told him I wanted to be there.  Also, I was upset he sent some other tech after he told me he would be doing it himself.  I agreed to let that technician take out the heater and I would be home by the time the other one went in.  I arrived at home to find nothing had been done.  I had to call him when I got home and asked him why it wasn't removed.  He said he sent the tech to another job.  I asked him again if this is going to be done today.  He said YES!  However, 5:00 comes around with no call from Dustin.  He text me at 5:00 asking if I needed it done tonight or can it wait until tomorrow.  I text him back and said I really need it tonight.  I have been without hot water for 3 days already.  I have 4 kids and we all need a shower.  Five minutes later I got a phone call from someone else in his company , since he didn't want to tell me himself, saying a technician had a death in the family and could not do it tonight.  Really?!  5 minutes late all the sudden their is a death?!  He was just hoping I would let him off the hook and tell him he could come tomorrow morning and when I didn't say that he made his buddy call me with a an excuse. What a horrible excuse.  At least be honest.  I was extremely upset.  I called the next day and Dustin was very rude could clearly care less about customer service.  I ended up having to find another company to do the work.  Luckily the next company was AWESOME!  He could have had a customer for life if he could have just been honest and followed through with what he told me he was doing.  He has now not only lost my business but he has lost my grandma's as well (who was a previous customer).  We will be taking all our business to the new company I found.

Parker and sons misdiagnosed my Carrier heat pump!  I was quoted a $1480 repair to replace a gas valve and igniter...eeks!  The technician highly recommended replacing the 10 year old unit which would of cost me thousands of dollars,  I didn't have due to becoming a widow 6 months ago and paid high funeral costs.  I thought I could go the season without the heat but it became too cold in January 2017, so I called Gott AC.  They said it was misdiagnosed and replaced a control board which was a third of the original quote from Parker and Sons.  PLEASE get a second opinion when quoted an expensive repair or replacement!

I do not recommend this place.

I scheduled two separate appointments with Keith. Keith initially missed the first one & asked to reschedule to a later date. We agreed & rescheduled for later that week. When it comes time for the second appointment, Keith is a no show again. He has been ignoring my calls and voicemails as well.

How can a business expect to thrive if they give off such poor first impressions & are so careless about their own appointments? I gave them two separate chances and they have been a disappointment in both. I do not recommend this place.

On a 2 1/2 year old property ACE Home Service was called out for a routine maintenance. The house has two Carrier units that had no known issues. They charged $229.22 x 2 for cleaning coils for a total of $458.44 (for cleaning coils!!). They also charged $156 for a plenum sealing sealing. Generally metal tape or an adhesive would be applied to the point of leaking air. The bill totaled $$614.44. This work was completed under the coverage of a PMA. These charges are outrageous and should be known to the general public. The tech made no comment as to measuring the split. An elderly woman paid the bill without question. The company referenced a reduced cost of $274.95 due to the PMA on the invoice. The public should be very aware of this companies rates for the services rendered.

Where to start with piece of crap with the following email: [email protected]. It should [email protected]. Yelp should allow a section where we can give negative stars, as the service AZ Affordable Sewer & Drain was flat out fraud!

They provided a service to clean out a Septic Tank, charged $500, and only pumped out half the tank... Really? This is unethical business practices, which should and will be reported.

Anyone looking to throw money away and want to waste oxygen having AZ Affordable Sewer & Drain out of Apache Junction come service your Septic Tank.. Then give them a call. The only thing they are good at cleaning is their own butts...
