I had started to replace my toilet valve and bought all the parts. I ran into a bad compression ring and could not remove it. Being it was 11 at night I could not get the tool I needed so I called freddys plumbing.  He was out quick enough but charged extra for miles. Never exp that before but I do appreciate him being upfront and knocking off 5 bucks from the extra $20 he wanted. He was unorganized with all his tools thrown on the floor and could not find part he needed for his tool. He eventually was able to remove the ring but only after asking for my help holding a part his tool. I never rcved a receipt for the work and no booties on his feet when entering my home. I liked freddies attitude but for the money he needs to grow and be more professional.

I had a gas line that needed to be relocated and Joe came and did a great job . Cant even tell by looking that anything changed . great job. would highly recommend

Dave is easy to work with, honest, and very helpful. The next time I need any backflow preventer valve work on the west or north side, I'll be calling him again.

These guys are great! They were at my house within a couple hours, Shane dove right in and fixed my sewer problem at a reasonable cost. They gave me some great tips on how to keep it running smooth. I would highly recommend this company.I will definitely use them again.

We are remodeling our two guest bathrooms. Yesterday Dax and his colleague installed a new tub and shower valve in the downstairs guest bathroom. They were friendly, professional and respectful. They also worked quickly and even though it took longer than expected (no fault of theirs, the shower kit I purchased didn't contain a necessary piece that they had to run to the supply store to buy) they stayed until the job was fully complete.

Disclaimer: we are are still in the midst of the remodel so I haven't actually used the tub/shower yet. I'll update this review once we do and once the upstairs bathroom is complete as well.

Good service and definitely the right price. Had these guys out twice - changed my water heater and cleared my main line from a massive clog. I got several quotes, did my research, and they're definitely giving the reasonable price both times. Techs were nice and right on time.

My clog was much worse than expected - had to use a variety of tools to clear the sludge. Tech was very diligent, didn't charge extra despite having to do more work than expected. Gave me a rundown and took videos. Absolutely trust his work and appreciate not being haggled.

This company is AMAZING! About a week ago I noticed that my shower was draining very slow and my toilet was as well. I thought at the time that this was a minor issue and would be fixed with just a simple clearing of the drains.. When Mike came out, he was able to get them going again but he did say that there would be bigger issues if I did address them soon.. He worked with me since I was on a tight budget since I am a single mother. At the end when my pipes were fixed I was a very happy customer and pleased with the work they did.

I was referred to them by one of their previous customers who lives in Prescott. I called them asking for advice, and they stated they would be in the area the following week so they could swing by to take a look at the issue I was having. Turned out I had an issue with a cracked main and they identified where the cracks were, along with giving me several options for repair. They were prompt and identified the issues quicker than I would have thought possible and even let me see where the crack was through their eye in the pipe system. I have dealt with several valley plumbers and wish they were as up front as Rowdy is!

My review is not necessarily due to workmanship, as we were happy with the final outcome.  My negative review is due to the fact that the company is very quick to call you when you need service, but will not return a phone call when you are unhappy with the original work.  
We had risers added to our existing septic  system last year and the work was done by Walker Plumbing. Last month during a major rain storm the ground around both risers washed away and created a sink hole that caused a landscape rock to slide in to the hole, knock the riser off and fill the  septic full of water and mud.  Walker plumbing came back out to repair, but charged the full amount of the repair without assuming any responsibility for not compacting the dirt enough last year.  
All I really expected them to do was call me back, but after two weeks and three phone calls, I still have not received a phone call. Companies need to acknowledge that custom service goes beyond the completion of a job.

$700 to replace 20 ft of wire, Parker and Sons

This company diagnosed the wire from my thermostat to air handler was broken, 20 ft wire, in a one story house. They quote $700 to replace the wire. Air wasn't working, temperature outside 107 at 8 pm, they left without repair but got $79 for diagnosting.

I said how long you think it will take, 2 hours.  So $350 per hour I asked?  Parker and Sons get $350 per hour.

Jim Shorts from Vestal Mechanical came over said it wasn't the wire, it was the float switch.  He took it off the switch and said I didn't need it, replace $125.  My air is on a working great.

I do not recommend this place.

I scheduled two separate appointments with Keith. Keith initially missed the first one & asked to reschedule to a later date. We agreed & rescheduled for later that week. When it comes time for the second appointment, Keith is a no show again. He has been ignoring my calls and voicemails as well.

How can a business expect to thrive if they give off such poor first impressions & are so careless about their own appointments? I gave them two separate chances and they have been a disappointment in both. I do not recommend this place.

Waste on Money.  Not trust worthy.   Don't buy the Service contract it saves you no money.  Ace inflates going rates by 50-60% over the average cost of repairs and offers the customer a 20% discount if in their service contract .  I researched a quote I was given by Ace and found I could get the same job done without a contract for 40-60% less through more reputable factory recommended local air companies, I called 2 companies and both came in significantly less over the phone to do the same job Ace was quoting.  Look up the Factory maker of your air unit online and you will see a list of recommendations.   I also believe Ace technicians are awarded for the volume they bring in for their work.  Their calls are not Service calls they are Sales calls.  What can we sell this customer in distress?  Either they are on Commission or pressured to recommend the most expensive options. They play like they care,  though in all reality they have to fall back on company policy and company pricing that is inflated beyond reason!   Sample # 1. My air conditioner was under warranty, though the tech failed to mention this when he said he would give me the part for free if I purchased the service contract.  NICE SCAM! don't tell the customer the part is free through warranty and act like Ace is doing the customer a favor by offering the part for free if you purchase this 2 year service plan.  Example # 2.  I had my Air looked a recently by ACE  and again the Air conditioner is under warranty.  Prior to the current Tech knowing it was under Warranty he was quick to advise to replace the entire air unit from the outside unit to the unit in the Attic.  an 8K job.  REPLACE IT ALL SEEMED TO THE THE MOTTO.   Little did he know,  The Air unit was under factory Warranty. Nothing needed replacing that wasn't covered under the warranty.    Example #3.  Now I'm giving Ace the opportunity to fix the Air unit  Under the Factory Warranty.  With this Warranty the replacement of  the part is covered though the labor is not.  Ace wanted to charge me the same price to install a part in my air conditioner as it would cost to replace the entire unit...parts and all if I didn't' have a warranty.  HOW CONVENIENT FOR ACE.  to have standard pricing that is 50% higher than the 2 quotes I received for same job.    I let the Ace Tech listen to the advice on speaker phone from another company as they quoted me what it would cost to replace the warrantied part.  The cost was 55% less than the fees Ace Charges.  I called 3 total companies both were 50-55% less than Ace.   I offered Ace to do the job for the same price considering I had their service contract  and  they refused to accept a fair market pricing structure for their client.  Example #4  ACE TECHNICIANS ARE TRAINED TO HARD SELL... How?  they quote you ridiculous  pricing on parts to make you believe you can't  get a better deal anywhere else.  I was told during my most recent engagement with ace that all these parts cost so much money with this quoted job.  as for the reason for the high pricing to repair.... though after some research I was able to learn that the replacement parts Ace mentioned were included in the Factory Warranty.  Though for further interest I looked into the cost of these parts Ace quoted.    I called and asked a  parts dealer what the cost of a part which Ace quoted $300 and the other company confirmed the part is only a $25 part.   REALLY? WOW!!  

As a business owner and service provider myself,  I find Ace in my opinion to be a sorry excuse for an American Company that cares about their customers. Again from my experience,   They only care about the bottom line taking from the the customer to feed their own bank accounts.

Where to start with piece of crap with the following email: [email protected]. It should [email protected]. Yelp should allow a section where we can give negative stars, as the service AZ Affordable Sewer & Drain was flat out fraud!

They provided a service to clean out a Septic Tank, charged $500, and only pumped out half the tank... Really? This is unethical business practices, which should and will be reported.

Anyone looking to throw money away and want to waste oxygen having AZ Affordable Sewer & Drain out of Apache Junction come service your Septic Tank.. Then give them a call. The only thing they are good at cleaning is their own butts...
