The service was very good. He was quick and talked to me the entire time I have a rental home with renters and he was very accommodating. He came out twice and the first time I was a little skeptical but the second time he was so good! Everything is great he was so FAST and ACCOMMODATING. We added a bathroom and needed new plumbing installed. Joe responded to our call and came on time to give an estimate. The price was reasonable and he started the job as promised.

He and his crew were professional (e.g. they always made sure to clean up before they left for the day) and clearly knowledgeable (e.g. he helped design the new plumbing layout around the engineered trusses). Everything is working great and we have no complaints.

Summary: Diggers Plumbing is a reliable professional company. We would definitely contact him again for all future plumbing needs, and would be happy to recommend him to our family/friends too.

Dave is easy to work with, honest, and very helpful. The next time I need any backflow preventer valve work on the west or north side, I'll be calling him again.

We are remodeling our two guest bathrooms. Yesterday Dax and his colleague installed a new tub and shower valve in the downstairs guest bathroom. They were friendly, professional and respectful. They also worked quickly and even though it took longer than expected (no fault of theirs, the shower kit I purchased didn't contain a necessary piece that they had to run to the supply store to buy) they stayed until the job was fully complete.

Disclaimer: we are are still in the midst of the remodel so I haven't actually used the tub/shower yet. I'll update this review once we do and once the upstairs bathroom is complete as well.

Good service and definitely the right price. Had these guys out twice - changed my water heater and cleared my main line from a massive clog. I got several quotes, did my research, and they're definitely giving the reasonable price both times. Techs were nice and right on time.

My clog was much worse than expected - had to use a variety of tools to clear the sludge. Tech was very diligent, didn't charge extra despite having to do more work than expected. Gave me a rundown and took videos. Absolutely trust his work and appreciate not being haggled.

Rescue Plumbing Services is such an amazing company! All the services I requested was completed in such a professional manner. I needed the shutoff valve replaced in the bathroom sink, the plumbing under the sink and the faucet replaced. I was trying to DIY it myself, but failed. They were here in no time and corrected and completed the work with no issues and in a timely manner. I was so pleased with their work I then requested a shower head replacement, kitchen water shutoff valves replacement, under kitchen sink plumbing, water filter install, garbage disposal install and dishwasher install. I was pleased with all the work completed! I love that when you call, Yolanda is always able to accommodate the date and time for the service. Enrique is very professional with his work. Rooter Hero to the Rescue! We were taken advantage of by a con artist working under someone else's contractors license. This person sold us many thousands of dollars of services to remodel our shower and after many excuses and delays, the shower was semi-complete. However, with the first use, it is obvious the shower was plugged. The other company called Rooter Hero to diagnose the problem when they could not. Rooter Hero discovered not only a pipe full of cement (under the slab of our home) but also uncovered the shoddy workmanship the other company did, using only temporary connections to smaller pipes than normally used. In fact, the temporary connections were already leaking! We had been taken advantage of a had a true mess on our hands BUT Rooter Hero has been with us every step of the way. They operate with true integrity and have done a perfectly correct job with the utmost level of professionalism and a level of customer service and support that is often unheard of today. They have helped us document and provided pictures of the incorrect work so that we can hopefully recuperate some of our money from the other company. They have provided caring, emotional support to us during this stressful and difficult time. I would not hesitate to use this company again and I will always sing their praises far and wide. Finding a plumber in Cordes Lakes isnt always quick or easy. I highly recommend Rowdy Rooter out of Humboldt. Professional, quick and honest communication. Father and son local business .. good guys for sure!

Had a great experience with this company.  Joey came to our house and diagnosed the plumbing problem immediately! came up with a plan and was able to complete this plan at a timely bases and at a very reasonable rate.  Joey has great customer service skills and I enjoyed him very much!  I certainly would recommend this company for any plumbing or hvac needs!

I need to disclose that we did not use Parker and Sons for our A/C replacement but I wanted to leave a positive review anyway.

We needed our 15 year old unit replaced. The home Warrantee people, Parker and two other companies all agreed ours was done. I called Parker because they had done a repair for my brother and they had been honest and treated him well. He had been told by another company that he needed a replacement but Parker found the real problem and fixed it for under $100.  

They came to our house and did a lot of diagnostic work and proposed both Lennox and Bosch. Both are good systems and I was happy with the repair guy who came out and then the sales person who came out because the repair guy agreed it did not make sense to repair our unit.

We had three companies look at the job and we did not choose the cheapest proposal because the cheapest one used a manufacturer I did not see as the quality we were looking for.

In the end we elected to have the company we had been using install a new Trane unit. The decision was primarily based on a big price difference, and that we could stay with company that had been doing our maintenance for years, but ,had the cost been closer I would not have hesitated to use Parker and Sons.

Keith has been wonderful to work with! He has been courteous, honest, helpful, and prompt with all of our needs. We have had lots of questions and he has been there to answer every one of them. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would recommend Ideal ten times over.

Where to start with piece of crap with the following email: [email protected]. It should [email protected]. Yelp should allow a section where we can give negative stars, as the service AZ Affordable Sewer & Drain was flat out fraud!

They provided a service to clean out a Septic Tank, charged $500, and only pumped out half the tank... Really? This is unethical business practices, which should and will be reported.

Anyone looking to throw money away and want to waste oxygen having AZ Affordable Sewer & Drain out of Apache Junction come service your Septic Tank.. Then give them a call. The only thing they are good at cleaning is their own butts...
