I first used Cartright's a couple years ago. They inspected my septic when purchasing my home. They returned to fix my washer and dryer inlets.

Just had them back to the house today to move my shower drain. They are always polite and straight forward. They do great work and at a more than fair price. No B.S. or shady practices, and always on time!

I am a veteran and am very particular about who I have in my home. If you are looking for someone you can trust with your job or your money, look no further.

Niemeyer Brothers Plumbing has provided exceptional plumbing service for our personal residence and rental properties for over a year. Their knowledgeable and professional plumbers take care of all of our plumbing needs including emergency repairs, maintenance and remodeling.  They are efficient, accurate, and prepared, all with fair and competitive pricing. We are new to the world of septic, so I called Canyon State Septic based on a stellar recommendation from a neighbor. I didn't know if we needed regular maintenance or basically anything about being on septic. John answered the phone when I called and handled all of my questions right on the spot. He patiently took the time to explain the important precautions we should follow. When we do have a problem with our system, we will absolutely be calling them again for help. I can't recommend Canyon State Septic highly enough.

Jason and his staff where extremely helpful. When i called i spoke with Maria and Anthony and they answered my questions. I spoke with Jason 2 times over the phone. I explained to him my pluming situation (water heater not working)I told him i would provide the water heater and that he quoted me a price that included replacing the unit and the parts. It was vet reasonable and affordable. They asked me if my situation was an emergency, i told them i would like it done as soon as possible but was flexible. Jason told me to call him once i pick up my 50 gallon water heater. Once i picked it up i gave him a call and he said he would call me the next day with an ETA. The next day he called me at 130pm ish and arrived at my house Around 2pm. He explained to me what he was going to do and why. He answered all of my questions and before he started he went over my options again. Within 2 hours maybe less i had hot water again! I was planning on disposing my old water heater myself but Jason had it loaded on his work truck all ready and would haul it himself!!! Other plumbers charge for the haul of the old unit. I really hope i don't have any other plumbing issues - however i now have someone i can count on and trust. I highly recommend Jason the Plumber. He is a master of his craft!! Thank you.

I had such a positive experience with Macho Contracting. I needed to have the water main line replaced. Danny and Robert were great - they were knowledgeable, professional and also cared about the customer experience. I highly recommend Macho Contracting.

In March of this year, I contracted this pumping service.  Not only did they do a stellar job, I was informed, unfortunately, of the very shoddy job performed by the last pumping company I used.
The service tech had to do additional work to properly perform his task and the information he gave me was invaluable.
As an added bonus, I had risers installed to make the next time that much easier, something I was never offered from the other company.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone requiring septic tank work.

I contacted ViTech om 01/02/2017 for help with Residential Toilet install. My toilet was leaking clear water from under the pedestal. One day earlier I had spilled water on the bathroom floor. I removed the toilet finding the wax ring had disintegrated It appeared to me the toilet flange was bent and not usable.
ViTech stated they would replace the flange for $125 and re-install my toilet for $75.We set an appointment for 01/03/2017. About an hour later ViTech telephoned me indicating they could complete the job 01/02/2017, one day earlier. ViTech arrived on time. After inspecting the work area, the ViTech plumber advised me that the flange was usable and therefore there was no need to replace the flange. He installed my toilet in less than 45 minutes. Total charge to me was $75. These people are honest, knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend this company.

Don't waste your time with these clowns ! they will take your money and do a horrible job while doing so.

Tommy was extremely helpful at helping us troubleshoot our plumbing issue. We were concerned it was a septic issue but Tommy helped us figure out it was actually a plumbing issue. We will definitely use quality pumping when we need our septic pumped!

A big shout out to Brian and Junior for taking care of our plumbing emergency.  They worked long hours into the night to complete our pipe replacement.  They were courteous and polite at all times during their time at our residence.  These guys definitely had plenty of experience and displayed expertise in their trade.  Thanks Elite plumbing!

04/2019 - I was moving into a home that had some suspicious issues with the plumbing so I sought out someone to help me get information on what the real issues were with the septic system.

After careful consideration,  I contacted Rob to see what help he could offer.

Very very very glad that we did.  Saved us a ton of hassle and kept us from being taken advantage of.

Rob is competent, experienced, and thorough.  There is no better a person or company to call for anything septic related.

We asked our neighbors who they used for their septic issues and they recommended Little Stinker.  Although we saw negative reviews from others online, we decided to trust the experiences of our elders and called Little Stinkers.  They came out the same day.  It took about 15 minutes to look at, resolve the issue, and write us a receipt.  Turns out it was a simple clog, and we also found out the tub does not go to grey water which we will have to reroute.  Nice people, quick service, and will recommend.  Thank you!

This company has no respect for the customer. They were supposed to put in 2 new leach lines on our septic system before we purchased our house. Instead, they only installed 1 new line and attached in to the old line that was already in place. We wanted to install a pool in our backyard. They were supposed to come and add a new line that would not be in the area that we wanted the pool. It took nearly 6 months to get the line put in and for the permit to be approved. They would never call or e-mail us to keep us updated. They wanted to charge us the same for 1 line as they charged the bank for 2 lines that were not put in. We asked them not to leave the access to the new leach line where it would be in the way of our entrance and they put it right in the middle of the entrance. Making it difficult to use the entrance. I will never use them or refer them to anyone. I gave 1 star only because I could not post without at least 1.

Great personal service

I have used Cooper's a couple of times in the past. Two years ago, almost to the day, I had them come out and pump my septic. I have a 1,000 gallon septic and they only pumped 750 gallons that time. We managed to make it to last week before having to have it pumped again. When I called, I questioned why my previous invoice was only 750 gal, I was told that the gauge must have gotten stuck. Nicky assured me that they get it all. She had my previous invoice info in front of her at this time and knew exactly what had been done January of 2013. They were prompt at getting someone out to my house, thank you. Same guy showed up, he pumped the tank, when he came in to let me know that he was finished, he asked me to flush the toilet. I did so. It went down. Mind you, this is only about 5 gallons of water. He stood in my living room the entire time. He NEVER watched the water actually flow into the tank!!! Later that evening, As I took a shower, the tub started to fill with water. It very slowly went down. As my kids showered after me, I went into the other bathroom only find that poo water was now filling my garden tub! Apparently, the pipes had slowly leaked just enough water to flush the toilet a couple of times before it would start filling up into my house. By the way, I paid to have 1,000 gallons pumped. I asked the tech how much he actually pumped, he went out and checked. Only 700 gallons this time! There is now an awful smell of septic gasses in my home all night and gurgling noises. First thing, the next morning, I called to get someone back out to my house. The woman, not Nicky, seemed to be understanding and said that she will let me know when she will have a truck available. Three hours later, still unable to flush a toilet, wash my hands or run water into a drain in any way, I called to see about an ETA. This time the woman, was extremely rude. She argued with me that she told me it would be in the afternoon sometime, which she had not, then I explained again that situation with the gasses coming up from my drains and reminded her that I was not only having an emergency here, but that I had already had someone out the afternoon prior and had already paid them! There was obviously an issue that needed to be fixed. How selfish to think that a job should have been correctly finished as a priority! After dealing with Miss Rude, someone showed up about an hour later. First thing he says as I opened the door, It would have been a $90 charge to snake that drain yesterday and it is still a $90 charge for me to do it today. Well, hello and how are you, is how I thought most greetings went in customer service, but guess not here. I explained to him that the tech never actually watched the water flow into the tank, repeatedly. He argued, repeatedly, that he talked to him and he said that he did. If you are standing in my living room, you are obviously not watching 5 gallons of toilet water flow into my septic tank, unless you have super powers, which I doubt. This guy must be related to the Miss Rude because he was incredibly ridiculous. He also argued with my 65 year old neighbor about the entire situation! Really?!?! If the pipe had needed to be snaked out the day before, it would have been nice to know before the tech left and I unknowingly showered with poo water backing up at my feet and then into my other bathtub. I would have had the darn thing dealt with. Why would I pay to have half of a job done and still not be able to use my plumbing? As for Cooper's, I told the rude muscle head guy to leave and I would gladly find another solution that didn't involve a company that couldn't finish a job properly. He had the nerve to tell me that he was not getting paid to be there at my house for this situation after I explained that I don't get paid for a second day of missed worked because the job was not done right the first time. Forgive me, but aren't you hourly? And I had already paid for a service that was only 70% done at best, just for the pumping, let alone that fact that I still had an issue. Very simple, had the job been done right, the first tech would have found that it was clogged in the 10ft section between the first clean out and the tank, could have charged me another $90 for a couple minutes worth of work and I would have not had the issues that followed and the company would have made a huge profit just to route the pipe that was completely accessible. He had never bothered to open the cap 10ft in front of the tank, if he had, he would have seen that this is where the issue was because when it was opened, poo water went flowing everywhere. That could have been a really quick fix for the money, what a shame. That is a loss for the company and the loss of a customer that will never recommend using this company again to anyone. What a shame, I like to stay with small local businesses when possible.

Greener Life saved the day when my delayed septic maintenance became an emergency. They arrived that same morning at the time given. Both gentlemen were knowledgeable and informative. An hour later done with the job. Both were nice. I would recommend this company and have to another household for near future service. Thank you.
