Had a bit of a septic overflow emergency and Jeff with Cartright's came out very quickly on his way back from another job.  He got the situation under control, and pumped out the septic tank and got everything moving again.  Thank you Jeff!

We recently bought a new home and are checking off fixes from our inspection. After getting a recommendation from our inspector, we decided to give this company a try! I am so happy we did!! These guys are awesome. They are quick to answer or return calls. Super patient as you attempt to explain to them what's happening. Haha! Prices are awesome! Work is clean, thorough and genuinely done with care! I've had three of them over so far and all three have been super pleasant and professional! I ask a lot of questions and they were all answered while being explained in a way someone outside of the business would understand! Nate's, Adam's and I unfortunately didn't catch the third guys name (I'm sorry!)...their work was amazing! Five stars all around. These are now our guys!

We are new to the world of septic, so I called Canyon State Septic based on a stellar recommendation from a neighbor. I didn't know if we needed regular maintenance or basically anything about being on septic. John answered the phone when I called and handled all of my questions right on the spot. He patiently took the time to explain the important precautions we should follow. When we do have a problem with our system, we will absolutely be calling them again for help. I can't recommend Canyon State Septic highly enough.

My daughter, Lydia, recently became a new home owner in Laveen. On Sunday evening, she called me panicked about sudden sewer waste coming through her shower. I researched and decided to explore Jason the Plumber primarily because he was located on that side of town. I called Jason anticipating no answer (it was Sunday, after all...).
Surprisingly, he did!

And even though he was on the road back to Phoenix from an out-of-town trip, he took the time and patience with me to explain and offer advisement on the particular problem. He then promised to contact me the following morning to arrange a visit to the home to assess the issue.
Still not the best part of this saga...

Later, the same evening, Jason called right after returning into town. He not only offered to make a trip to my daughter's home, but within a short time of arrival there, he completely resolved the problem! Lydia was so VERY impressed with his professionalism, quality of work, pricing and pleasant personality. She is also ecstatic that she's found her forever plumber - Jason the Plumber!!

I had a pipe burst behind my washer in the wall at night, the only way to stop the leak was to turn off the main water supply to the house. Macho came out the next day, gave me a bid, which was very reasonable. They did the repair the following day and also installed a new water heater. They were very professional, on time, and courteous. I would definitely use them again in the future. It was so nice to have somebody that I could depend on to do a good job. Thanks macho!

Vitaliy came by my house to do a water-softener install.  Price was very reasonable and his professionalism and workmanship were top-notch.  Will definitely have him back to do a few other jobs around the house.  He even hauled away the big box the softener came in even though I did not purchase it from him.  Excellent customer service!

I had Quality Pumping out a couple months ago to pump my septic system. He never informed me of the outlet piping was damaged, I had leaks above the lids and when I called them to ask them to come back to see why it was leaking they informed me that could not have someone out for at least a week I ended up calling Little Stinker and they informed me that the outlet pipe might be damaged. I ended up digging down to the outlet hole myself and found that the pipe was damaged and nothing was going out to the leach lines. I had Little Stinker come back out and they replaced all outlet pipes and it ended up costing me another $700.00. I'm not saying it was Quality's fault but the tech could have pointed out to me that the pipe was not right, after all....its their business to know these things, I would have gladly paid them to do the repairs when they were out here initially.

I needed my front hose bib replaced. After calling most of the plumbers in the southeast valley the best offer I had was for $250, other offers were to be charged $50 to just come out and give a quote! Luckily I called Elite Rooter before I gave up. They came out the same day for a free quote, only plumbing company I found that would do that. Later that week Michael Chavez came out and had the job done in a half hour, for a fraction of what the other companies would have charged! This company is great, professional, and won't overcharge. From now on when my friends need a plumber I will strongly suggest Elite Rooter. Seriously, I got very lucky by calling this company.

04/2019 - I was moving into a home that had some suspicious issues with the plumbing so I sought out someone to help me get information on what the real issues were with the septic system.

After careful consideration,  I contacted Rob to see what help he could offer.

Very very very glad that we did.  Saved us a ton of hassle and kept us from being taken advantage of.

Jerry came out at 12:00 on 4/26/2019 to unplug a clogged drain on my RV and charged me $125 for the service. I tried to pay him with a credit card but he could not get Bryan (owner) on the phone so I was to call Bryan later that day. I could not get him either. I called and left a message that the line he worked on was still not draining. He called me back on 4/29/2019 and told me to get some Organic Drain Cleaner and put in the line. I wanted to give him the credit card information to pay the bill but he said not at this time lets wait and see how it goes. I went to Home Depot and got what I thought would work. Bryan said it was the wrong thing. I said I would go back and get the right one. He said no you don't need to do that. Next thing I know, Jerry knocks on the door and hands me the right drain opener.  About 7:30 pm Bryan calls me to get the credit card information. Instead of a $125 charged to the card it was $207. Totally blindsided me with what he did. He is a dishonest businessman. I will never use him again and will never recommend him. It is now 8:00 pm and won't know until tomorrow if the drain will be ok. I will probably see him in court. What he did was so devious and underhanded. I think Bryan is also a preacher. WOW!!!!!

I called in an emergency, they were at my place within an hour.  Great service.  The technician was very knowledgeable, hard working and did a great job.  I would highly recommend Sunset Septic Services and would not hesitate to call them in the future...actually, I don't think I would call anyone else.

The people at Wrangler are good, honest people. They are a l local longtime family business. They know how important it is to do what is right, especially in a small town, in order to stay in business. I have had them to my house twice now. They told me what to do to avoid the problem in the future so they don't have to come back! Now I am calling them because I'm having a problem with my water heater. Great people! I'm really glad they're available here in Payson!

I have used Cooper's a couple of times in the past. Two years ago, almost to the day, I had them come out and pump my septic. I have a 1,000 gallon septic and they only pumped 750 gallons that time. We managed to make it to last week before having to have it pumped again. When I called, I questioned why my previous invoice was only 750 gal, I was told that the gauge must have gotten stuck. Nicky assured me that they get it all. She had my previous invoice info in front of her at this time and knew exactly what had been done January of 2013. They were prompt at getting someone out to my house, thank you. Same guy showed up, he pumped the tank, when he came in to let me know that he was finished, he asked me to flush the toilet. I did so. It went down. Mind you, this is only about 5 gallons of water. He stood in my living room the entire time. He NEVER watched the water actually flow into the tank!!! Later that evening, As I took a shower, the tub started to fill with water. It very slowly went down. As my kids showered after me, I went into the other bathroom only find that poo water was now filling my garden tub! Apparently, the pipes had slowly leaked just enough water to flush the toilet a couple of times before it would start filling up into my house. By the way, I paid to have 1,000 gallons pumped. I asked the tech how much he actually pumped, he went out and checked. Only 700 gallons this time! There is now an awful smell of septic gasses in my home all night and gurgling noises. First thing, the next morning, I called to get someone back out to my house. The woman, not Nicky, seemed to be understanding and said that she will let me know when she will have a truck available. Three hours later, still unable to flush a toilet, wash my hands or run water into a drain in any way, I called to see about an ETA. This time the woman, was extremely rude. She argued with me that she told me it would be in the afternoon sometime, which she had not, then I explained again that situation with the gasses coming up from my drains and reminded her that I was not only having an emergency here, but that I had already had someone out the afternoon prior and had already paid them! There was obviously an issue that needed to be fixed. How selfish to think that a job should have been correctly finished as a priority! After dealing with Miss Rude, someone showed up about an hour later. First thing he says as I opened the door, It would have been a $90 charge to snake that drain yesterday and it is still a $90 charge for me to do it today. Well, hello and how are you, is how I thought most greetings went in customer service, but guess not here. I explained to him that the tech never actually watched the water flow into the tank, repeatedly. He argued, repeatedly, that he talked to him and he said that he did. If you are standing in my living room, you are obviously not watching 5 gallons of toilet water flow into my septic tank, unless you have super powers, which I doubt. This guy must be related to the Miss Rude because he was incredibly ridiculous. He also argued with my 65 year old neighbor about the entire situation! Really?!?! If the pipe had needed to be snaked out the day before, it would have been nice to know before the tech left and I unknowingly showered with poo water backing up at my feet and then into my other bathtub. I would have had the darn thing dealt with. Why would I pay to have half of a job done and still not be able to use my plumbing? As for Cooper's, I told the rude muscle head guy to leave and I would gladly find another solution that didn't involve a company that couldn't finish a job properly. He had the nerve to tell me that he was not getting paid to be there at my house for this situation after I explained that I don't get paid for a second day of missed worked because the job was not done right the first time. Forgive me, but aren't you hourly? And I had already paid for a service that was only 70% done at best, just for the pumping, let alone that fact that I still had an issue. Very simple, had the job been done right, the first tech would have found that it was clogged in the 10ft section between the first clean out and the tank, could have charged me another $90 for a couple minutes worth of work and I would have not had the issues that followed and the company would have made a huge profit just to route the pipe that was completely accessible. He had never bothered to open the cap 10ft in front of the tank, if he had, he would have seen that this is where the issue was because when it was opened, poo water went flowing everywhere. That could have been a really quick fix for the money, what a shame. That is a loss for the company and the loss of a customer that will never recommend using this company again to anyone. What a shame, I like to stay with small local businesses when possible.

Greener Life saved the day when my delayed septic maintenance became an emergency. They arrived that same morning at the time given. Both gentlemen were knowledgeable and informative. An hour later done with the job. Both were nice. I would recommend this company and have to another household for near future service. Thank you.
