Had a bit of a septic overflow emergency and Jeff with Cartright's came out very quickly on his way back from another job.  He got the situation under control, and pumped out the septic tank and got everything moving again.  Thank you Jeff!

We recently bought a new home and are checking off fixes from our inspection. After getting a recommendation from our inspector, we decided to give this company a try! I am so happy we did!! These guys are awesome. They are quick to answer or return calls. Super patient as you attempt to explain to them what's happening. Haha! Prices are awesome! Work is clean, thorough and genuinely done with care! I've had three of them over so far and all three have been super pleasant and professional! I ask a lot of questions and they were all answered while being explained in a way someone outside of the business would understand! Nate's, Adam's and I unfortunately didn't catch the third guys name (I'm sorry!)...their work was amazing! Five stars all around. These are now our guys!

We are new to the world of septic, so I called Canyon State Septic based on a stellar recommendation from a neighbor. I didn't know if we needed regular maintenance or basically anything about being on septic. John answered the phone when I called and handled all of my questions right on the spot. He patiently took the time to explain the important precautions we should follow. When we do have a problem with our system, we will absolutely be calling them again for help. I can't recommend Canyon State Septic highly enough.

I picked Jason the Plumber because they are close and I needed a plumber so that the water  leak could be fixed and I could get my water turned back on. This was a Saturday. He responded very quickly and showed up within 30 minutes. He was very courteous and explained what he was doing along the way. A valve and hose needed to be replaced because I was trying to add an RO system in my kitchen. He had the valve and hose replaced quickly, the charge for parts was very reasonable and so was the labor. I would have expected a higher charge even on a weekday. I have placed the number in my phone and will consider to use Jason the Plumber for any future plumbing need.

Alfredo and his team are the best. We had Alfredo, Joel, Alexis, and Daniel come to our house to abandon our sceptic tank and replace our or broken toilet. They are honest, hardworking, and responsive people.

I HIGHLY recommend using Macho Contracting for your house hold contracting/plumbing needs. I look forward to using them again in the near future.

In March of this year, I contracted this pumping service.  Not only did they do a stellar job, I was informed, unfortunately, of the very shoddy job performed by the last pumping company I used.
The service tech had to do additional work to properly perform his task and the information he gave me was invaluable.
As an added bonus, I had risers installed to make the next time that much easier, something I was never offered from the other company.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone requiring septic tank work.

Vitaliy came to my house a few weeks ago to help me drain my hot water heater. We found a lot of calcium deposits as expected. A homeowner should drain their heater every 6 months to a year depending on usage. While he was at the house he also came upstairs to check our master bath room shower drain. His snake was more effective than Draino.

Next he walked 10 feet to my wife's drain on her side of the bathroom. Having a woman with long hair before us and my wife also having long hair, lets just say he was able to open the drain. Happy to have a good plumber local to me!

Mike Installed our brand new water heater a year ago he was easy to work with  and communicative.

We've also hired him to install our water line for fridge for ice maker. I would highly recommend using Mike.

Tommy was extremely helpful at helping us troubleshoot our plumbing issue. We were concerned it was a septic issue but Tommy helped us figure out it was actually a plumbing issue. We will definitely use quality pumping when we need our septic pumped!

I had a drop in water pressure, and Brian from Elite Rooter came over right when expected to take a look at thing.  There turned out to be no issue, but the inspection was free, and Brian was very helpful.  I will absolutely be using Elite Rooter again!

Called 4 times no answer and the voice mailbox was full???  Is this a professional business??? I doubt it. Absolutely ridiculous to not answer a phone call and have the mailbox full. I would doubt this company's ability to handle any business professionally when they can't even answer a phone call. WOW  go somewhere alse

We had Little Stinkers out  late summer of 2012to determine if our new to us cabin had a septic or cesspool .  They said it was a cesspool even though it had a cement vault.  Several thousand dollars later we discovered that what we have is a septic tank, not a cesspool.  Little Stinkers did not do what they were paid to do and we have spent the last almost 2 years with Coconino County and engineers getting an approved septic system...for NOTHING.  Today the county told us that our (original) septic system is viable and to use it.  To say that we are not happy with Little Stinkers is a gross understatement.  They cost us thousands of dollars and almost 2 years of work and aggravation.  They are nice guys, but I'd rather have someone that knew what they were doing.  I hope this helps someone from being in this position.

Beware...they provided an incomplete inspection and recommended unnecessary repairs.  They did not answer questions on the inspection report honestly.

I ended up with three people here trying to fix my problems. They were all friendly and professional!  I will call them back if another problem arises!

We just had this company out to inspect our system before we sell our house.  Jerry and Jody were amazing!!   Very professional and informative. I will definitely use Cooper's in the future .   Thank you!!

We would not recommend this company.  Reason is we asked for a quote on the work to be done after the first initial visit.  We waited 3 days and I still had not received a quote so I called again and they said it would be between 1500 and 2800.  We needed the work done so they came and replaced a small line that roots had grown in and pumped tank and it was 2500.  We felt for the time spent with the excavator charges were way high at 1200 then parts and labor were 600 and pumping 750.  This was a simple dig and replace a 3ft pipe.  We felt ripped off.  I will say the technicians were nice.
