Had a bit of a septic overflow emergency and Jeff with Cartright's came out very quickly on his way back from another job.  He got the situation under control, and pumped out the septic tank and got everything moving again.  Thank you Jeff!

We are new to the world of septic, so I called Canyon State Septic based on a stellar recommendation from a neighbor. I didn't know if we needed regular maintenance or basically anything about being on septic. John answered the phone when I called and handled all of my questions right on the spot. He patiently took the time to explain the important precautions we should follow. When we do have a problem with our system, we will absolutely be calling them again for help. I can't recommend Canyon State Septic highly enough.

Was referred by a friend had a few other plumbers come out and they could not fix the issue.  Jason came out on a Sunday and fixed the issue in a matter of minutes came prepared with parts explained a few things and was very fair priced I will definitely recommend his company.  I was super impressed.

A surprisingly positive septic experience!

When selling our 55 year old home required a septic inspection, we called Macho Contracting which was recommended by a few of our neighbors.  After the inspection, Robby reported to me with photos of the tank and the area in need of repair.  The buyer then requested confirmation of the distribution type. Appreciating the urgency of the request during the short inspection period, the crew quickly probed the area and found issues.  They alerted us to the problem immediately, showed us the problem areas in person and also in photos and live video feed, and discussed solutions.  Macho addressed the issue within our tight time frame at a reasonable price.  
The entire team worked on our case: Tabitha, Robby, Danny, Joel and owner Alfredo. They were extremely polite, responsive, and communicative during our urgent week, ultimately ensuring the timely close on the sale of our house.  We highly recommend Macho Contracting and their top notch crew.

In March of this year, I contracted this pumping service.  Not only did they do a stellar job, I was informed, unfortunately, of the very shoddy job performed by the last pumping company I used.
The service tech had to do additional work to properly perform his task and the information he gave me was invaluable.
As an added bonus, I had risers installed to make the next time that much easier, something I was never offered from the other company.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone requiring septic tank work.

Vitech Mechanical. Contact Vitaliy @ 480-452-5790  I called him yesterday after seeing his name on nextdoor.com and also checking reviews. He came so highly rated everywhere I looked. We scheduled for today. He was great. Called ahead as promised and came on the early end of the window.
He was quick and efficient. I felt like he was very reasonable on his work and didn't try to up sell a thing.
This was a very refreshing feeling compared to the dread I have in calling out any service people.

Mike Installed our brand new water heater a year ago he was easy to work with  and communicative.

We've also hired him to install our water line for fridge for ice maker. I would highly recommend using Mike.

I had Quality Pumping out a couple months ago to pump my septic system. He never informed me of the outlet piping was damaged, I had leaks above the lids and when I called them to ask them to come back to see why it was leaking they informed me that could not have someone out for at least a week I ended up calling Little Stinker and they informed me that the outlet pipe might be damaged. I ended up digging down to the outlet hole myself and found that the pipe was damaged and nothing was going out to the leach lines. I had Little Stinker come back out and they replaced all outlet pipes and it ended up costing me another $700.00. I'm not saying it was Quality's fault but the tech could have pointed out to me that the pipe was not right, after all....its their business to know these things, I would have gladly paid them to do the repairs when they were out here initially.

I was a victim of the great TP shortage of 2020. I bought a bio bidet toilet seat with manual bidet during this crisis. Lucky for me I was able to get more toilet paper before I ever installed it.

After getting tired of looking at the box and finding out the health benefits of using a bidet over TP, I decided to go ahead and install it.

I installed and started having issues with one of the valves. When I spoke with Bio bidet I was given information that further complicated the install. At this point I was going to need to correct some of the alignment issues with a fill valve I was not familiar with. I decided to call a plumber than deal with any further problems.

Elite was able to book me for the next day in the early afternoon. Brian was the tech that was dispatched. Went over everything I did and what Bio had instructed me. Brian easily diagnosis the issue and fixed the problem. It maybe took all of 10 mins to correct it. Brian had felt that I did not get all the value from the service charge since it was lighter job. Even though I was completely happy with the work and charge, he went ahead and looked over the bowl and found more issues that could lead to future problems. He adjusted the fill value away from the inner bowl to prevent overfill, checked the valves and replaced some of the rings/Teflon on seals.

Way above anything I asked for. This company will now be my go to plumber.

04/2019 - I was moving into a home that had some suspicious issues with the plumbing so I sought out someone to help me get information on what the real issues were with the septic system.

After careful consideration,  I contacted Rob to see what help he could offer.

Very very very glad that we did.  Saved us a ton of hassle and kept us from being taken advantage of.

Rob is competent, experienced, and thorough.  There is no better a person or company to call for anything septic related.  

Seriously was a big help to my family.

We had Little Stinkers out  late summer of 2012to determine if our new to us cabin had a septic or cesspool .  They said it was a cesspool even though it had a cement vault.  Several thousand dollars later we discovered that what we have is a septic tank, not a cesspool.  Little Stinkers did not do what they were paid to do and we have spent the last almost 2 years with Coconino County and engineers getting an approved septic system...for NOTHING.  Today the county told us that our (original) septic system is viable and to use it.  To say that we are not happy with Little Stinkers is a gross understatement.  They cost us thousands of dollars and almost 2 years of work and aggravation.  They are nice guys, but I'd rather have someone that knew what they were doing.  I hope this helps someone from being in this position.

Jerry came out at 12:00 on 4/26/2019 to unplug a clogged drain on my RV and charged me $125 for the service. I tried to pay him with a credit card but he could not get Bryan (owner) on the phone so I was to call Bryan later that day. I could not get him either. I called and left a message that the line he worked on was still not draining. He called me back on 4/29/2019 and told me to get some Organic Drain Cleaner and put in the line. I wanted to give him the credit card information to pay the bill but he said not at this time lets wait and see how it goes. I went to Home Depot and got what I thought would work. Bryan said it was the wrong thing. I said I would go back and get the right one. He said no you don't need to do that. Next thing I know, Jerry knocks on the door and hands me the right drain opener.  About 7:30 pm Bryan calls me to get the credit card information. Instead of a $125 charged to the card it was $207. Totally blindsided me with what he did. He is a dishonest businessman. I will never use him again and will never recommend him. It is now 8:00 pm and won't know until tomorrow if the drain will be ok. I will probably see him in court. What he did was so devious and underhanded. I think Bryan is also a preacher. WOW!!!!!

The service tech was very friendly and knowledgeable! We had no idea where our septic tank was. But he was skilled and found it on his first try! Sunset Septic will definitely be our go to from now on!

We moved in recently to a cabin and after a couple weeks only, the toilets would not flush down. Called Wrangler plumbing and received same day service with two very nice young men who fixed the problem. I highly recommend them and plan on having them back to winterize all the plumbing.  Thanks, Charlie and sons!

Called them up.  Receptionist was very friendly and professional.  Called us when their service man was on the way.  The service man unplugged our septic system within minutes.  Another septic tank service had come earlier, he said he had to dig in order to be able to do anything, that it was impossible to just clean the system, that we had to replace the entire system and a lot more misinformation....
I am glad we called Cooper's!

I would not recommend this company to do any work on a septic system.  They worked on our system two years ago and we had to have another company come back this year to actually fix it right.  They didn't even answer the phone number I had for them this year so I'm not even sure they are still in business.  Go elsewhere if you want your septic system to get fixed right.
