Had a bit of a septic overflow emergency and Jeff with Cartright's came out very quickly on his way back from another job.  He got the situation under control, and pumped out the septic tank and got everything moving again.  Thank you Jeff!

We called Niemeyer a couple of months ago to come out and re-route/move our washer and dryer.  They had to come extend and move the water supply lines, drain line, and gas line.  They came out promptly and finished quickly in one afternoon.  The tech they sent out was great, he was informative and knowledgeable about what he was doing.  After our good experience with Niemeyer we then referred them to a friend who has had them come out twice, once to install a new water heater and a second time to do a few other things as part of a remodel.  Our friend was also extremely pleased with their timeframe, work quality and their competitive prices.  He had previously had other companies scheduled to install his water heater who did not show up more than once, Niemeyer showed up the first time and got the job done.

I was just looking them up to refer them to my sister as well who is in need of a plumber and saw their Yelp page and wanted to leave them the feedback they deserve.  Good prices, fast service, good all around plumbers.  I will continue to use them for any plumbing needs and continue to refer them to anyone who needs a plumber.  It's hard to find a good trade company and it was awesome to find this great company!

We are new to the world of septic, so I called Canyon State Septic based on a stellar recommendation from a neighbor. I didn't know if we needed regular maintenance or basically anything about being on septic. John answered the phone when I called and handled all of my questions right on the spot. He patiently took the time to explain the important precautions we should follow. When we do have a problem with our system, we will absolutely be calling them again for help. I can't recommend Canyon State Septic highly enough.

I needed a water heater replaced but I really kinda wanted something better then what I had, which was a stock 50Gal Electric bradford white. Good unit, but nothing extraordinary. I started a spreadsheet to evaluate about a dozen plumbing outfits. After some online research I dropped this to just five. Jason won and I am very pleased with the results.
It took a while to get a hold of some one, however after about a month of back and forth they were able to help me find exactly what I wanted. Once that was take care of and the supplier issues were resolved (I wanted something special) they were able to move things around and schedule me for just a few days out and installed a very nice hybrid heat pump unit for under half of what any one else was quoting.

Good:
1) They will work with you to get you exactly what you want.
2) They do quality work and have some kind of warranty, though I suspect I will not be using it.
3) They are seriously worth the price! On the base unit I was looking at they were 15% - 30% cheeper then competitors. On the higher end unit I had installedJason was %55 cheeper. Mind you the competitor assured my their $3500 unit had a lifetime warranty while the one I got with Jason only has only a 12 -17 year warranty depending on what fails, but I am probably going to move in 5-10 years so that was OK with me.
4) Honest ! So I am not a total noob, and some companies I was looking at where telling me so much BS about how they need to do this and that for code and that was total BS. I know because I know the code, but also I know codes changed so I went and looked it up and code had not changed. But not Jason, Jason's office manager Twila told me everything she new and when she did not know she checked with one of the plumbers or suppliers or looked it up her self. And another was like - oh we will need to rip out all of this and re-drywall and re-paint and rebuild this platform etc. While, in all truth, this is not bad advice, a quick cavity probe showed it was completely unnecessary. And the price for this extra work absolutely outrageous.
5) Quality. One thing I notices is that it was just really well done. And while flex pipe is allowed, and one of the competitors I had out to give me a quote mocked the coper flex line I had because they only use high quality aluminum flex line, Jason hard piped it. He took the time to hard pipe / solder coper on every thing but the condensate lines, which was awesome! Not only does it look good it will last!
6) He did not complain about the cramped work space and cleaned up everything when he was done.
7) They never hard sell you. One competitor gave me the whole You need to accept this quote now or DOOM speech and most of them insisted on phone conversations where they would hard sell you. I mostly delt with Twila the office manager and she just worked with me to find an option I liked.

Bad:
1) It was hard to get ahold of them. I sent a generic quote request and had to send a second one before I got a response
2) They don't communicate by email - I know this is common for all of them but I really prefer email to actually talking to people.

Just had Alfredo come and fix our very difficult and complicated plumbing for our main drain line that ran through two other units.
He was thoughtful and provided good insight and care to the work that was needed. I appreciate his hard work and professionalism that required 4 total visits.  I would recommend him and the expertise he provided.  Thank you Alfredo!

Vitaliy came to my house a few weeks ago to help me drain my hot water heater. We found a lot of calcium deposits as expected. A homeowner should drain their heater every 6 months to a year depending on usage. While he was at the house he also came upstairs to check our master bath room shower drain. His snake was more effective than Draino.

Next he walked 10 feet to my wife's drain on her side of the bathroom. Having a woman with long hair before us and my wife also having long hair, lets just say he was able to open the drain. Happy to have a good plumber local to me!

If I could give zero stars I would. Never responded to texts or calls until day of installation when mike finally called back he responded with I don't even know who you are, after saying he received my text over a week ago. I had Lowe's switch installers

Tommy was extremely helpful at helping us troubleshoot our plumbing issue. We were concerned it was a septic issue but Tommy helped us figure out it was actually a plumbing issue. We will definitely use quality pumping when we need our septic pumped!

Had Soro and Joel here. I just moved into this house and needed to locate the sewer clean out drain so I could drain my pool. They located it 6ft underground dug it up and brought it to ground level for me. They were very professional and courteous and informative. They let me know what they were doing. I feel they were very reasonable and didn't nickel and dime me. I would HIGHLY recommend these guys for any plumbing needs. They will be my go to guys before I ever call anyone else.

04/2019 - I was moving into a home that had some suspicious issues with the plumbing so I sought out someone to help me get information on what the real issues were with the septic system.

Sunset septic Expanded my orenco advantex alternative septic system and did a good job.  Their team is very friendly and I could feel their honesty and good character throughout the process.  They would have a perfect 5 if they just had a little more follow up.  But overall I think they were very good and reasonably priced.

Great personal service

Extremely good service.  Big Bang for my buck.  Excellent friendly employees.  Rusty came within the hour I called.  He asked first about problem & listened to me as I explained and then went to work and fixed the problem.  He showed me the water flow in the drain, explained how to keep it clean.   They are the best.  Thank you as a business but mostly thank you Rusty for everything you did to help us out today.
