I cannot say enough positive things about Cartright's Drain Service! I originally meet Rob when I first purchased my home and ran into some plumbing issues on my older home. He came out and ran a camera down the drains. He was able to diagnose that the previous workers plumbed my pipes so that crap had defy gravity by going up and then taking a sharp curve before hitting the city's sewer line. Well that was not very efficient for me as I always had things sitting in my pipes until there was enough pressure to push things through. He provided me with an estimate on replacing the old cast iron pipes with the standard PVC pipes. He set up an appointment date with me and took care of the rest. Now everything that goes down my pipes takes a 6 foot ride before hitting the city's sewer line! That was a well deserved praise from 2 years ago.

I recently had another issue. I had water running through the hallway wall  when using the shower. I called Rob and 20 minutes later he was at my house and diagnosing. A broken pipe under my tub was the culprit. He scheduled a time about two weeks out to come and demo the tub, installed new pipes, and the new tub. He is there on time, gets the job done, and is out. The only problem is that he is so great at what he does, he is always busy. He has contracts with a couple different cities as well as a huge list of highly satisfied clients.

Niemeyer crew is exceptional in every way.  They schedule quickly, arrive on time and really know their stuff - without any upselling or deceptive practices.  Some of the most honest people you will find in the industry - and great senses of humor to go along with it.  I call them anytime I have a plumbing issue even though I have a home warranty.  I'm happy to pay them because I know it will be done right the first time and everything they do was necessary.  Best of the best!

We are new to the world of septic, so I called Canyon State Septic based on a stellar recommendation from a neighbor. I didn't know if we needed regular maintenance or basically anything about being on septic. John answered the phone when I called and handled all of my questions right on the spot. He patiently took the time to explain the important precautions we should follow. When we do have a problem with our system, we will absolutely be calling them again for help. I can't recommend Canyon State Septic highly enough.

I picked Jason the Plumber because they are close and I needed a plumber so that the water  leak could be fixed and I could get my water turned back on. This was a Saturday. He responded very quickly and showed up within 30 minutes. He was very courteous and explained what he was doing along the way. A valve and hose needed to be replaced because I was trying to add an RO system in my kitchen. He had the valve and hose replaced quickly, the charge for parts was very reasonable and so was the labor. I would have expected a higher charge even on a weekday. I have placed the number in my phone and will consider to use Jason the Plumber for any future plumbing need.

I had such a positive experience with Macho Contracting. I needed to have the water main line replaced. Danny and Robert were great - they were knowledgeable, professional and also cared about the customer experience. I highly recommend Macho Contracting.

In March of this year, I contracted this pumping service.  Not only did they do a stellar job, I was informed, unfortunately, of the very shoddy job performed by the last pumping company I used.
The service tech had to do additional work to properly perform his task and the information he gave me was invaluable.
As an added bonus, I had risers installed to make the next time that much easier, something I was never offered from the other company.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone requiring septic tank work.

I have bee in the process of readying my rental home to sell and a few plumbing issues (among others) have come up requiring repair or replacement. A friend recommended Vitaliy at VITech and I have used his services twice in the last couple of months. Both times, Vitaliy was highly responsive by phone and showed up quickly and on time, keeping in contact with me by text regarding arrival time. Once he arrived, he took care of the problem quickly and efficiently. He was knowledgeable, straight forward, honest, fair and much lower priced than I expected! I highly recommend Vitaliy for any plumbing needs you may have!

Don't waste your time with these clowns ! they will take your money and do a horrible job while doing so.

I had Quality Pumping out a couple months ago to pump my septic system. He never informed me of the outlet piping was damaged, I had leaks above the lids and when I called them to ask them to come back to see why it was leaking they informed me that could not have someone out for at least a week I ended up calling Little Stinker and they informed me that the outlet pipe might be damaged. I ended up digging down to the outlet hole myself and found that the pipe was damaged and nothing was going out to the leach lines. I had Little Stinker come back out and they replaced all outlet pipes and it ended up costing me another $700.00. I'm not saying it was Quality's fault but the tech could have pointed out to me that the pipe was not right, after all....its their business to know these things, I would have gladly paid them to do the repairs when they were out here initially.

Called out this company for a main line backup. After another company came and they wouldn't even bother unclogging it.... Anyway elite rooter sent Will  and he was able to unclog our main line due to roots within minutes. He gave us a few suggestions, was very helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend.

Called 4 times no answer and the voice mailbox was full???  Is this a professional business??? I doubt it. Absolutely ridiculous to not answer a phone call and have the mailbox full. I would doubt this company's ability to handle any business professionally when they can't even answer a phone call. WOW  go somewhere alse

They came out on the same day! Assessed our situation and recommended some adjustments to our septic system. They only do service, no repairs. But they recommended a local business that could do the adjustments so that they could service our system. Very helpful. Thanks Little Stinker!

Jerry came out at 12:00 on 4/26/2019 to unplug a clogged drain on my RV and charged me $125 for the service. I tried to pay him with a credit card but he could not get Bryan (owner) on the phone so I was to call Bryan later that day. I could not get him either. I called and left a message that the line he worked on was still not draining. He called me back on 4/29/2019 and told me to get some Organic Drain Cleaner and put in the line. I wanted to give him the credit card information to pay the bill but he said not at this time lets wait and see how it goes. I went to Home Depot and got what I thought would work. Bryan said it was the wrong thing. I said I would go back and get the right one. He said no you don't need to do that. Next thing I know, Jerry knocks on the door and hands me the right drain opener.  About 7:30 pm Bryan calls me to get the credit card information. Instead of a $125 charged to the card it was $207. Totally blindsided me with what he did. He is a dishonest businessman. I will never use him again and will never recommend him. It is now 8:00 pm and won't know until tomorrow if the drain will be ok. I will probably see him in court. What he did was so devious and underhanded. I think Bryan is also a preacher. WOW!!!!!

Sunset septic Expanded my orenco advantex alternative septic system and did a good job.  Their team is very friendly and I could feel their honesty and good character throughout the process.  They would have a perfect 5 if they just had a little more follow up.  But overall I think they were very good and reasonably priced.

Well, the plumber fixed my broken pipe but didn't have the parts to finish the job, so he left a big muddy hole in the front yard with instructions on where I could get the final part to install and fill in the hole myself. I did all of that, but: I. Am. Not. Impressed.
I will not use them again.
P.S. the part was available at Pine Hardware, 5 minutes away...

This company does NOT stand behind their work.  I paid them to put in an access riser so that we could empty the motorhome into our septic tank.  After they left I realized that it was not installed correctly.  (The 6 riser isn't attached to the septic tank and there is a 4 opening in the tank.  So when we dump the motorhome only about 1/2 of the contents make it into the tank, yuck!!)

So I called.  The lady on the phone was nice and said someone would call me back.  They didn't.  I waited a few days and nothing.

So I called again.  She was nice again, said she would send someone out.  They never called me back.  So I waited a few days....

And I called.  And she apologized and said someone would come today.  They never showed up.

So I called.  5 TIMES!  I have called them 5 times over the last 2 weeks.  They won't come back.  They won't call me back.  They have left me with a septic tank that is not connected to the access riser.  When I call they apologize and promise to call me back and NO ONE EVER CALLS ME BACK.

I guess I will now have to pay another company to dig it all back up and fix their halfassed job.  Very disappointing.  Steer clear.  If you have a problem with their work they will not be coming back to fix it!

If you want to be lied to and overcharged these are the people you want.
Not only were we grossly overcharged from their original quote but the worker that added the invoice made a $200 mistake in his favor which we were never given credit for.
