Had a bit of a septic overflow emergency and Jeff with Cartright's came out very quickly on his way back from another job.  He got the situation under control, and pumped out the septic tank and got everything moving again.  Thank you Jeff!

Drain completely stopped up two days before Christmas. Niemeyer Brothers came out the same day I called. Plumbers were courteous and professional. My drain was a mess.Very difficult to get to the clog. They took it as a challenge and kept at it until it flowed better than it has in 30 years. It took some time but they were kind enough to bill me less which made me very happy. I also had them replace the faucet and water dispenser too and they did a great job. They took care and cleaned up nicely afterwards. Very happy customer.

We are new to the world of septic, so I called Canyon State Septic based on a stellar recommendation from a neighbor. I didn't know if we needed regular maintenance or basically anything about being on septic. John answered the phone when I called and handled all of my questions right on the spot. He patiently took the time to explain the important precautions we should follow. When we do have a problem with our system, we will absolutely be calling them again for help. I can't recommend Canyon State Septic highly enough.

Needed help with shower repair. Cartridge got stuck inside and couldn't get it out to replace. Called Jason morning, he was here within few minutes and fixed it. Shower is back to normal and working condition in no time. Highly recommend!!

Just had Alfredo come and fix our very difficult and complicated plumbing for our main drain line that ran through two other units.

Vitality and his crew are hard working pros. They worked their a**es off re-configuring my bathroom plumbing for a remodel and installed a new loop for my water softener. Prices are the beat in the valley and the craftsmanship is second to none.

Called Mike to come over and solve a problem with a shower valve. He did outstanding work and fixed the problem and got everything working as original. He did the work at a very fair price and I will call Mike at Backwater Plumbing for all my plumbing needs.

I had Quality Pumping out a couple months ago to pump my septic system. He never informed me of the outlet piping was damaged, I had leaks above the lids and when I called them to ask them to come back to see why it was leaking they informed me that could not have someone out for at least a week I ended up calling Little Stinker and they informed me that the outlet pipe might be damaged. I ended up digging down to the outlet hole myself and found that the pipe was damaged and nothing was going out to the leach lines. I had Little Stinker come back out and they replaced all outlet pipes and it ended up costing me another $700.00. I'm not saying it was Quality's fault but the tech could have pointed out to me that the pipe was not right, after all....its their business to know these things, I would have gladly paid them to do the repairs when they were out here initially.

Absolutely terrible service, they came Friday to retrieve something from our toilet that our two year old flushed down, but were unsuccessful. The worker, Jesus, then told us he got his tool stuck and he needed to replace our brand new toilet for $650. I said no thank you as this was way too much for replacing a toilet. I asked for him to have his owner, or whomever in charge because he did not seem competent and I wanted to get our issue fixed. The icing on the cake is the way he left the toilet and pipe exposed. Jesus was incompetent, rude, and unprofessional. I would give zero stars if I could.

Called 4 times no answer and the voice mailbox was full???  Is this a professional business??? I doubt it. Absolutely ridiculous to not answer a phone call and have the mailbox full. I would doubt this company's ability to handle any business professionally when they can't even answer a phone call. WOW  go somewhere alse

We asked our neighbors who they used for their septic issues and they recommended Little Stinker.  Although we saw negative reviews from others online, we decided to trust the experiences of our elders and called Little Stinkers.  They came out the same day.  It took about 15 minutes to look at, resolve the issue, and write us a receipt.  Turns out it was a simple clog, and we also found out the tub does not go to grey water which we will have to reroute.  Nice people, quick service, and will recommend.  Thank you!

Jerry came out at 12:00 on 4/26/2019 to unplug a clogged drain on my RV and charged me $125 for the service. I tried to pay him with a credit card but he could not get Bryan (owner) on the phone so I was to call Bryan later that day. I could not get him either. I called and left a message that the line he worked on was still not draining. He called me back on 4/29/2019 and told me to get some Organic Drain Cleaner and put in the line. I wanted to give him the credit card information to pay the bill but he said not at this time lets wait and see how it goes. I went to Home Depot and got what I thought would work. Bryan said it was the wrong thing. I said I would go back and get the right one. He said no you don't need to do that. Next thing I know, Jerry knocks on the door and hands me the right drain opener.  About 7:30 pm Bryan calls me to get the credit card information. Instead of a $125 charged to the card it was $207. Totally blindsided me with what he did. He is a dishonest businessman. I will never use him again and will never recommend him. It is now 8:00 pm and won't know until tomorrow if the drain will be ok. I will probably see him in court. What he did was so devious and underhanded. I think Bryan is also a preacher. WOW!!!!!

Sunset came out within days to inspect and drain our septic system. They suggested a repair, which we gladly ask them to complete. They are fast and affordable. Thanks, Paul

Great personal service

Used this place before and was satisfied with there service for septic wait removal. 7 years later we call to use them again and they charged us twice as much as last time and spent less time draining the septic tank and he was rude and seem to be in a hurry to get on out of there, and we didn't feel like they did not do a good and quality job. 6 month later its full again. And won't help us out with this bad service they did for us.  Would never recommend to anyone find a better company to do business with.

If you want to be lied to and overcharged these are the people you want.
Not only were we grossly overcharged from their original quote but the worker that added the invoice made a $200 mistake in his favor which we were never given credit for.
