I Appreciate these guys coming out and explaining the services and what they recommended for my septic system. They did a great thorough job, no surprise charges everything was upfront! I will be using them again and will be recommending them to my family/friends/neighbors.

Niemeyer crew is exceptional in every way.  They schedule quickly, arrive on time and really know their stuff - without any upselling or deceptive practices.  Some of the most honest people you will find in the industry - and great senses of humor to go along with it.  I call them anytime I have a plumbing issue even though I have a home warranty.  I'm happy to pay them because I know it will be done right the first time and everything they do was necessary.  Best of the best!

We are new to the world of septic, so I called Canyon State Septic based on a stellar recommendation from a neighbor. I didn't know if we needed regular maintenance or basically anything about being on septic. John answered the phone when I called and handled all of my questions right on the spot. He patiently took the time to explain the important precautions we should follow. When we do have a problem with our system, we will absolutely be calling them again for help. I can't recommend Canyon State Septic highly enough.

I have used Jason the Plumber several tines over the years. He is dependable and does quality work.  I prefer supporting a small business vs a corporate entity.

First found these guys on, uh, another recommendations site and was very pleased with the fast, thorough work. Hired them again for a second, messier job--not only was it done right, Vitaliy even cleaned up afterward! I've used a lot of plumbers that have been good to so-so, but these guys are by far the best and most reasonably priced.

I had Quality Pumping out a couple months ago to pump my septic system. He never informed me of the outlet piping was damaged, I had leaks above the lids and when I called them to ask them to come back to see why it was leaking they informed me that could not have someone out for at least a week I ended up calling Little Stinker and they informed me that the outlet pipe might be damaged. I ended up digging down to the outlet hole myself and found that the pipe was damaged and nothing was going out to the leach lines. I had Little Stinker come back out and they replaced all outlet pipes and it ended up costing me another $700.00. I'm not saying it was Quality's fault but the tech could have pointed out to me that the pipe was not right, after all....its their business to know these things, I would have gladly paid them to do the repairs when they were out here initially.

I want to give a review to Elite Rooter they came out to my house evaluated the situation took a camera and showed me the situation and gave me a wonderful price. The people there are wonderful Gilbert Suarez who was in charge of my job. He worked tirelessly and exceeded all expectations did a beautiful job a very professional very polite the other gentleman Keith Shannon was very to the point. What he waid that was going to do be done, was done. They did it in a very timely manner very professional and I would recommend them to everybody not just anybody but everybody these are the people that you want in your home very honest and upfront there's no gimmicks there's no games there's nothing they are wonderful. Called 4 times no answer and the voice mailbox was full???  Is this a professional business??? I doubt it. Absolutely ridiculous to not answer a phone call and have the mailbox full. I would doubt this company's ability to handle any business professionally when they can't even answer a phone call. WOW  go somewhere alse

Hired them to come out and pump our septic. Once they got there they soon started to sell us on needing some repairs to our tank, turned out to be total bs. We had the county inspector come out and it passed their inspection just fine. Stinker wanted to charge us $500 for unnecessary repairs.

Jerry came out at 12:00 on 4/26/2019 to unplug a clogged drain on my RV and charged me $125 for the service. I tried to pay him with a credit card but he could not get Bryan (owner) on the phone so I was to call Bryan later that day. I could not get him either. I called and left a message that the line he worked on was still not draining. He called me back on 4/29/2019 and told me to get some Organic Drain Cleaner and put in the line. I wanted to give him the credit card information to pay the bill but he said not at this time lets wait and see how it goes. I went to Home Depot and got what I thought would work. Bryan said it was the wrong thing. I said I would go back and get the right one. He said no you don't need to do that. Next thing I know, Jerry knocks on the door and hands me the right drain opener.  About 7:30 pm Bryan calls me to get the credit card information. Instead of a $125 charged to the card it was $207. Totally blindsided me with what he did. He is a dishonest businessman. I will never use him again and will never recommend him. It is now 8:00 pm and won't know until tomorrow if the drain will be ok. I will probably see him in court. What he did was so devious and underhanded. I think Bryan is also a preacher. WOW!!!!!

I called in an emergency, they were at my place within an hour.  Great service.  The technician was very knowledgeable, hard working and did a great job.  I would highly recommend Sunset Septic Services and would not hesitate to call them in the future...actually, I don't think I would call anyone else.

We moved in recently to a cabin and after a couple weeks only, the toilets would not flush down. Called Wrangler plumbing and received same day service with two very nice young men who fixed the problem. I highly recommend them and plan on having them back to winterize all the plumbing.  Thanks, Charlie and sons!

I am an out of town landlord and my rental had a sink hole in the backyard.  It took us a while to figure out how to get it fixed. After calling the city and being told they would have to pull the blue prints for the house to see if it may be an old septic system, and that would take up to 6 weeks to do.  They suggested I call a plumber. Called a plumber and explained what happened and they referred me to Coopers Sewer & Drain. Called Coopers and explained what was happening and was told they would send someone out to look at it. I believe the owner went out.  He called me from the rental and explained that it was an old septic system that had collapsed. When the house was put on city sewer the owners didn't take care of the septic system like they were supposed to.  I was seeing cha-ching cha-ching cha-ching.  I was not happy.  Coopers gave me an estimate that was MUCH lower than I had feared.  I said do it, they scheduled it for the next Thursday (only a few days away) and they brought in a backhoe and dug it out, added dirt, tamped it down and made sure it wouldn't sink.  The amount to fix it was on the low end of their estimate which made me VERY happy.  Today (almost 6 months later) you can't even tell there was a sink hole.  Coopers was very professional, kept me in the loop and called me for payment and took payment over the phone.  I highly recommend this company.

The following is what I reported when they finished the job in June. The system was not working properly when they left and it has been backing up into my shower. After paying over $700 for a service, I do not expect a failed system.  They refuse to come back out and drain it again or make it right.

I am reporting what is on my invoice because it seems high compared to what I read it should be. If it is fair and justifiable, then others will know ahead of time and agree or disagree. $425 for 1250 gallons to pump (on the high end). Then $125 for hydrojetting ???. Then $180 for digging. They left and came back with a backhoe. $730 is total due and my shower still does not drain. They say it needs to be rooted. For that much money, it would be nice to have it all running, but they said they do not have the proper tools for that.
I was charged 34 cents per gallon, even though the website says 25 cents per gallon. Read the fine print. It says it expires on Memorial Day, but they still have not updated their website.

A Greener Life does not have the expertise or experience to be in this business. After charging me more than double what others charge, they left me with a problem that went on for months, before I got the courage to call someone else, APES plumbing. Once I had the expertise and experience I needed, the problem was solved quickly once and for all.

My experience with A Greener Life is that they are incompetent, inexperienced and unethical. Use someone else who knows what they are doing and will solve your problem.
