Kelly at EOS was so easy to talk to and extremely knowledgeable. I ended up going with them for the higher efficiency panels I'd wanted for our current system. They made the whole process so easy. After looking around for fair price and the ability to install quickly; they came up with awesome pricing and actually listen to me. No one tried to BS me into more than I needed or wanted. They spent time answering my questions, and never talked over my head (so refreshing). They got me installed within two weeks of first contact! The new panels look great and you can tell the installer Chris loves what he does. Solar has saved me thousands and with these new added panels, I'm saving even more. Bye-bye APS, and thank you EOS! You're the best and I'm surly going to be sending everyone I know your way.

I am very happy with my new 18" solar tube. It creates enough light that my great room is well lit so it no longer feels like a dungeon. And because the solar tube diffuses the impact of the sun there is no increase in the temperature of the room! That is something I can not say about a skylight that was installed in another room when I bought my house.  Also, the work was done professionally and the finished result looks great.

Fully willing to educate and I did not experience high-pressure sales. They were more interested in making me understand the benefits of going with their company than pressuring me to buy to make a sale.

So I was unbelievably satisfied with the customer service that Nik Shehaj from Skywell. He helped us from stage one and answered all our questions. Whenever we needed him he was right there to get things done. Not to mention the people who came to do the work were professional and they got things done in a timely matter. In a world where it's hard to find customer service, I was so pleased and impressed with how Nick handled all the process! If anybody is thinking about going solar or having work done on their house sky was the company to go through because you won't be disappointed it will get done and you'll have customer service the entire time. I highly recommend this to anybody who wants to use this company and I would use them for any future needs.

I messaged Armstrong Service Electric after hours at 8pm regarding a circuit breaker malfunctioning and also wanted a quote on a car charger outlet installed in the garage. I received a response within minutes and was on the phone with an electrician that night. The electrician, Chris, came out the next day and gave me an estimate and was installing my new car charger outlet and resolving my electrical panel issue that same week. I had spoken with 3 companies prior, but the estimates were too expensive and two of them were booked out several days ahead. My panel works great now and my car is charging as we speak. The customer service I received was second to none and the price was icing on the cake.  I would recommend Chris and Armstrong Service Electric to anyone without any hesitation!

I waited 3 weeks for an appointment and the night before I get informed that a particular tech is now not available so I would either have to have another electrician come out or reschedule. I agreed to another electrician to come out the next morning at 7am. Than on the morning of the appointment at 630am  I get a call that the electrician was running behind and wont be there until 9am. Than at 830 am I get another call that they have to reschedule for another day. So much for a 3 week appointment. now I'm left scrambling to find someone else. So disappointed considering all the great reviews.

Four light fixtures replaced (not broken), 4 LED bulbs and 1 and a half hours labor, and was charged $550! Is that appropriate??? When I called Kevin for an explanation, he became very defensive and kept repeating that I agreed to pay $400 for 3 fixtures to be installed. When I explained that I thought it was much more involved than it was (each fixture took all but 15 minutes to install) he became even more defensive! He essentially charged me $550 for what a handyman could have done for $40/hr. And that was after waiting almost 2 weeks for them to give me an appointment?Would stay clear away from these thieves! I will apologize if my shock is unwarranted.

Very happy with Sandy, she came and explain everything about solar. She took her time to answer all my concerns and questions.  Very professional and knowledgeable about everything solar!! thank you for taking you time with me .

I am so happy with my service with Blue Plumbing. They responded to my Yelp inquiry very quickly and were able to send a technician out within the hour. The tech, Mark, was knowledgeable and professional. He was able to fix my issue quickly and did a great job- he even helped me install my washing machine after replacing the pipes. I'm so impressed with this company and completely satisfied with their work! I'll use them again in the future.

My husband did extensive research when he started shopping around for a second system and a backup battery as we were screwed with the first company we went with. He chose this company based on their amazing reviews even though I didn't feel comfortable at all since it wasn't a local company. Another deciding factor was the rebate we were supposed to have processed for our battery which would ultimately make it free.

My husband dealt with Robert Healy (senior energy consultant) throughout the process and said he was extremely helpful and communicative. During installation, there was a lot of miscommunication in regards to what they said and what SCE told us, it almost felt like we were doing most of the leg work in processing everything. The installers would just show up whenever and although they were professional and polite, they would go missing for long periods of time while they took up all our garage space with the panels. They also had shut down our first system for a month which resulted in an outrageous electric bill for us. When I asked about that when they came back a month later, they said it shouldn't have been shut off and turned it back on.

In almost a year since having the panels, we still paid a bill every single month with a supposed 125% coverage. We went back and forth between this company and SCE with NO solution or help. We were frustrated and were told that it's because the weather was overcast and the panels weren't getting enough sun and that's why we were stuck with a bill.

Nearing a year later, we can't get a hold of anybody in regards to the battery rebate!! My husband has emailed and kept getting passed around over and over with now zero communication from this company. Robert emailed to tell my husband on January 5th 2022 that the rebate was being processed and it would go through by the 7th, that was the last we have heard on the rebate status and we have been ignored ever since.

I don't know if all solar companies are like the two we have used, but it's completely unacceptable and unprofessional. We wouldn't recommend them at all!

RUN from this company.  Glenn Williams is a fraud and lacks even a shred of integrity.  Glenn sold me an off grid solar system that was inadequate per his own engineer.  The Engineer told me that Glenn's system would ruin my brand new HVAC unit!    Glenn even admitted to me that he did not do his own due diligence before he sold it to me, but that he would not take it back even though the system hadn't been used.  Makes me wonder if the batteries Glenn sold me were outdated and he knew it.   Glenn proceeded to call me names when I would try and reason with him.  I have been flexible with offering a payment program.  People like this shouldn't be allowed to hang a shingle on their door.  Beware, he writes his own positive reviews.

Emergent is a sales company for solar.  Another company (Harmon Solar) does the installation.

After signing up, having a credit check, having a roof inspection, having holes cut in my ceiling, and holes patched, and changing my APS electric to a regular plan from a savings plan....Emergent has been silent for months.

No response from the salesman or anyone else at the company.  Learned they just sent my contract over to the installer (Harmon Solar),  3 months later.

Guess they are spreading out the contracts to get steady pay, and to hell with the customer.

Meanwhile, I received THE HIGHEST FALL ELECTRIC BILLS from APS I've ever had.
