Kelly at EOS was so easy to talk to and extremely knowledgeable. I ended up going with them for the higher efficiency panels I'd wanted for our current system. They made the whole process so easy. After looking around for fair price and the ability to install quickly; they came up with awesome pricing and actually listen to me. No one tried to BS me into more than I needed or wanted. They spent time answering my questions, and never talked over my head (so refreshing). They got me installed within two weeks of first contact! The new panels look great and you can tell the installer Chris loves what he does. Solar has saved me thousands and with these new added panels, I'm saving even more. Bye-bye APS, and thank you EOS! You're the best and I'm surly going to be sending everyone I know your way.

After doing a bunch of research on solar tubes manufacturers and installers, I ended up using GoGreen. They install the tubes that I found to have the highest quality and also the longest warranty (2.5 times longer than others). Not only that, they were competitively priced and warranty their work for as long as you own it (compared to 3 or 5 years elsewhere). The light from the tubes has really transformed my house, I couldn't be happier!

Fully willing to educate and I did not experience high-pressure sales. They were more interested in making me understand the benefits of going with their company than pressuring me to buy to make a sale.

Thank you so much for assisting us with going solar. We'd always wanted to, but we couldn't find a reliable partner to make the switch with. Your knowledge and expertise made the process much easier, and we really appreciate it. We are so glad we chose you and are looking forward to seeing the environmental and financial benefits of going solar. Thank you again for helping us make the switch to solar. It has been a pleasure doing business with you.

Skywells Solar Energy made solar buying experience so effortless. Every step of the way we were met with superb customer service. In particular, their representative Nik Shehaj was amazing. He educated my wife and I on solar technology, and then clearly laid out the benefits of switching to solar. Overall, Skywells Solar Energy is a consumer friendly company that is ultimately helping the environment.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I messaged Armstrong Service Electric after hours at 8pm regarding a circuit breaker malfunctioning and also wanted a quote on a car charger outlet installed in the garage. I received a response within minutes and was on the phone with an electrician that night. The electrician, Chris, came out the next day and gave me an estimate and was installing my new car charger outlet and resolving my electrical panel issue that same week. I had spoken with 3 companies prior, but the estimates were too expensive and two of them were booked out several days ahead. My panel works great now and my car is charging as we speak. The customer service I received was second to none and the price was icing on the cake. I would recommend Chris and Armstrong Service Electric to anyone without any hesitation!

I purchased an Amazon Local coupon for $47 for one hour of electrical services to have a switch plate changed behind one of our light panel switches. The electrician was relatively on time, and was able to confirm what the problem was in less than 10 minutes, during which time he voluntarily offered his opinion that the faulty/nicked wiring was the fault of immigrants who do not know how to pay attention to detail. He said he did not have a switch plate in the van, and that he would go to his next job (during the hour I paid for), pick up the part on the way back to my house, and replace it. He said the actual replacement would be 20 minutes once he returned. He called somebody back at his office to ask how to handle the Amazon Local coupon, a conversation I was not privy to. That took about 10 minutes. After he got off the phone, he proceeded to tell me that because it will turn into 2 visits, and the coupon is only for 1 visit, he would have to charge me for another hour at their regular rate, which was $76. I told him I would not pay for a second hour for a job that ultimately takes 30 minutes(10 minutes diagnostic, 20 minutes to replace) by his own estimation simply because he did not have a relatively common part in his van. Oddly, he then said he may have one in the van after all, after which I reminded him that his van was currently parked in front of my house. He went to check and came back about 10 minutes later and said he did not have one. I then told him that I could call the company and talk to somebody about it, and he said it was his call to make. That did not make sense, because earlier he said he had to call somebody to find out what to do. I assured him that I was fully prepared to pay for the part, just not the second hour of labor. He also blamed the person who took our initial phone call, because they did not write down the problem in a way that would lead him to believe it was a problem with the switch. He then, rather comically in my opinion, said he hopes we use Fox Electric again someday, then left with absolutely nothing fixed. You can draw your own opinions on whether or not to use this company, but I thought this experience might help some decide.

After notifying the company about the experience described above, the owner/manager was eager to remedy the problem, and did so at my earliest convenience. They stayed in touch over the weekend and a different technician came to our house early on Monday and finished the job in less than 20 minutes without any further charges other than the needed part. They followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied, and assured me that the above experience was not reflective of their standards of practice. Though I obviously cannot say the overall experience was perfect, I felt their follow-up with me was handled well. As such, I'm bumping up the rating to reflect their efforts to fix the problem.

Four light fixtures replaced (not broken), 4 LED bulbs and 1 and a half hours labor, and was charged $550! Is that appropriate??? When I called Kevin for an explanation, he became very defensive and kept repeating that I agreed to pay $400 for 3 fixtures to be installed. When I explained that I thought it was much more involved than it was (each fixture took all but 15 minutes to install) he became even more defensive! He essentially charged me $550 for what a handyman could have done for $40/hr. And that was after waiting almost 2 weeks for them to give me an appointment?Would stay clear away from these thieves! I will apologize if my shock is unwarranted.

I heard about Solar Sandy on 550 AM. I called her and set an appointment. She provided me with a quote and information on the process. She explained her background and her theory on why she selected the number of panels and what the target for production will look like. I have a background in Solar Sales back in 2014. Since then, a lot has changed. She provided me with information suitable to my need and so we went with her plan and signed the contracts to get this going.
I debated between 4 and 5 stars based on one thing: The radio ads say you won't have a payment for one year. For us, this was not exactly true. We do have some payments now that it is up and running (This week). I inquired from Sandy on this and she explained that she created a savings which reduced our monthly bill. The savings was equal to a bit more than our total first year of billing. I accepted her explanation but hearing those ads makes me feel like it is not 100% true because payments are made in the first year. I just have a years worth of payments saved from the cost of the unit.
Back to the positive. During my building of my unit from start to finish, I had some issues with the company selected to install. Mostly communication problems with them. When I had such problems I could simply text Sandy, day or night, and she would respond to me quickly and provide me with help. She would contact the install company and have them reach out to me in a timely manner. She gave me a name and number for a rep working with her on my project. That helped too.
When the install company (A Separate Review for them) had a problem which set me back a few months, Sandy helped me in this process. She had the install company pay for my first bill when it was due. She also sent my wife and I a rather generous gift card to make amends for the frustration of the delay in finishing the project.
All said and done, my project is completed and I am not on solar power. To be fair, some of the issues with the install were out of her and the install companies power (no pun intended). It had to do with getting APS and the County Inspector to be present for a change in my breaker box. That change also ended in a screw breaking which made the job incomplete. We had to wait a month and a half for the APS and Inspector to reschedule just to complete this needed step.
Over all, I highly recommend Solar Sandy. She has been good from start to finish and very encouraging. I plan to give a follow up review in one year from now to state how on track her planned system is for our family.

Blue Plumbing Phx saved our holiday! On Thursday at 4pm, 3 hours before family were due to fly in, I noticed water leaking from under the hot water heater in the garage. oh no! This was the worst timing AND up against a major holiday weekend that we were hosting! We called Blue Plumbing Phx and they had someone out to see us within an hour. We had called other so-called 24/7 emergency plumbing services but none could see us same day.
Blue Plumbing Phx not only diagnosed a leaky pipe in the wall, but did not try to sell us a hot water heater or anything else. They quickly, efficiently fixed the leaky pipe and stayed OVER TIME to do it.
I cannot express how grateful I am to Blue Plumbing Phx. You saved the day!
I highly recommend Blue Plumbing Phx!
Thank you

Once again, I dealt with the exact same issues as in so many other reviews.
Zenernet is the worst possible choice you could make to install a solar system. Granted getting Solar installed in San Jose (dealing with all the city permits, inspections, and lets not forget our friends at PG&E) is not a cake walk. But DO NOT USE ZENERNET if you want to keep your blood pressure under control.

RUN from this company. Glenn Williams is a fraud and lacks even a shred of integrity. Glenn sold me an off grid solar system that was inadequate per his own engineer. The Engineer told me that Glenn's system would ruin my brand new HVAC unit! Glenn even admitted to me that he did not do his own due diligence before he sold it to me, but that he would not take it back even though the system hadn't been used. Makes me wonder if the batteries Glenn sold me were outdated and he knew it. Glenn proceeded to call me names when I would try and reason with him. I have been flexible with offering a payment program. People like this shouldn't be allowed to hang a shingle on their door. Beware, he writes his own positive reviews.

Emergent is a sales company for solar. Another company (Harmon Solar) does the installation.
After signing up, having a credit check, having a roof inspection, having holes cut in my ceiling, and holes patched, and changing my APS electric to a regular plan from a savings plan....Emergent has been silent for months.
No response from the salesman or anyone else at the company. Learned they just sent my contract over to the installer (Harmon Solar), 3 months later.
Guess they are spreading out the contracts to get steady pay, and to hell with the customer.
Meanwhile, I received THE HIGHEST FALL ELECTRIC BILLS from APS I've ever had.
