I had a great experience beginning with Julie in their office, she was friendly and informative. Craig came out and gave us an estimate. He professional, and knowledgeable and was able to show us the product right in their truck. After looking at a couple other options we decided to purchase from them. The installation was scheduled quickly which is a miracle with all the back orders we experience elsewhere due to COVID. On installation day they were on time and where in and out very quickly with minimal disruption. The screens looked great!  Two days later my dog ran through one of the screens and pulled it all the way out. Craig came back out a few days later and repaired it an no cost! Overall excellent product and excellent customer service. I will use them again and highly recommend.

Sevy owns and operates this business. He is an upright man. He is honest and ethical and does fantastic work. I used him ten years ago to replace all windows in my house and blow out two windows to make doors with side lights. Two years ago I had to have him back to replace one of the doors because the sprinklers had damaged the wood. He designed and manufactured a specialized metal frame for that door so it wouldn't happen again.

My neighbors down the street saw the quality of his work and also hired him to replace all of their windows. They, too, were completely satisfied. I would not hesitate to use Sevy and A Pro again in the future.

Affordable Windows of Arizona (AWOA) replaced our outdated and worn sliding glass door with a Simonton Patio door.  The appearance, quality and functionality of this door is second to none. Jason AWOA Sales Manager, was very knowledgeable and helpful in facilitating our selection of a door suitable to our tastes, needs and one that would best serve us here in the warm Sonoran Desert climate of Central Arizona.  I must add that their installation team was very professional and efficient in the installation of the new door.  They estimated that it would take approximately 3 hours to complete the installation and did so within 10 minutes of the estimated time, including their cleaning up afterwards leaving everything in total order. Hunter Fitch at State 48 provided nothing but exceptional customer service and quality doors that made a huge difference in our home.  He really went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% satisfied.  The price was much more reasonable then the other companies that gave us quotes.  I recommend this business to anyone who wants to pay a fair price and receive professional service and a quality product.

I'm very particular with who I have work on my home, I've done all the hard work for you! I had 6 window company's come to my home and provide quotes to replace all of the windows and a sliding door in my house (1 sliding door & 14 windows - all different sizes)
Ferguson Exteriors was quote #5.  By this time I felt like a pro, I had more knowledge of windows/installation and the process gathered from the other vendors than I thought possible. I felt I could no longer be fooled or made to believe anything from the truth.
Robert came out to provide my quote, he arrived on time, he was knowledgeable and polite, offered recommendations, provided me with all the information on the company and the different window options, not to mention he was patient to answer all and any questions I had (I had a lot).
Without a large presence on Yelp I was a little nervous to pick this company but I'm so happy I that I did!  Even my neighbors were impressed!
There was always an open line of communication during the waiting process for windows to arrive. The installers completed the job in 1 full day, they worked well and efficient - they even cleaned up very nicely after they completed the job.

Had an accident and my front window shattered! Didn't think I would be able to get someone out till next week and I was stressing like crazy!!!!! Called Duarte and they were at my home within three hours. They were professional, very kind and quick! They had the new window installed in less than thirty minutes! They are low cost with high value. Something that is definitely hard to find these days. I will recommend them to anyone! Outstanding service and professionalism!!!!

Ricardo's crew did a great job fitting new Anderson windows in my 1979 block home. They were on time, did an A+ job on the install, and were clean and courteous.

Today I had a gentleman named Steven come out to give me an estimate on my roof he was super nice honest with me walk me through everything he was going to do show me pictures he was going to take and very thorough and very nice

Met Brian the owner and had Britt (one of the employees there) help us with setting up for a project.  I spent a lot of time working with Britt on deciding on the options, estimate, etc.  At the 11th hour, Britt jacked up the estimate by 20% and refused to explain why.  Brian would not return our calls.  If this is how the business deals with you before they get your money, don't walk, run away!

We looked at all options out there to for a sliding glass door for our second story home. We were able to find a product with Pella that met all of our needs. From the sales process with Justin Meyer to scheduling and having an installer come out to scope out the project, the entire process was great. Would highly recommend Pella and their service to anyone. Nice to have some Midwest hospitality during the process.

I've had a few job's done for me by Alliance, latest being patio screens and rollers
on sliding glass door, they did an excellent job on both items. I feel that the price
was fair. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

We were in Phoenix for a show and as we were setting up realized we hadn't packed two pieces of glass needed for our display case. With a quick call to K & K we were assured by Tami that they could cut the pieces for us and have them ready in just an hour and a half. The pieces came out perfectly and very reasonably priced. Totally happy with this experience in customer service.

He's full of crap( with his pathetic excuses), but then again he'd have to, to justify why I would prefer to spend $30k ~ when the 15k was DOUBLE what the appropriate amount (according to Hunter Douglas specialist in the area)! So far he's given more attention to his review than to the original problem!!! He's a waste and so was his employee... I still recall what she said when she came to my home, with BBB...  I'm sorry. That was it!!! 30 thousand dollars later, you get an I'm sorry~ good luck if you believe this piece of garbage owner and the uninformed salespeople. This Anthony is abusive and ignorant.

Btw, he never even admitted his errors after reading the 15 page report from Hunter Douglass. Maybe they should strip him of the line of products! That would be karma!

I moyses Zelle Mr. Curic a $250 deposit in order to start the order of shower pivoting glass door   , Yasmin curic never gave me proposal contract , I didn't feel comfortable from the start , he communication skills are not for the public maybe with contractors only , I am very disappointed with the whole experience, his not honest in business at all , no transparency or loyalty . I had to threaten by knocking on his door because he didn't respond or return my phone calls , he only texts because apparently he thinks his in millennial mental age . For him to return my $250 deposit I had to knock on his door residence , money is hard for me to earn , for him to abuse me this way. There is no peace of mind when doing business with Yasmin Curic. He probably won't care about this review , because he says he makes a ton of money with contractors and little people like me who find him on a google search aren't his main priority.
