So I am absolutely terrible about remembering to write these, but I really wanted to make sure I wrote one for Shane.  I utilized his services earlier this year for some new window screens and a quote on a new patio screen door, and I could not have been more pleased.  I've done a lot of renos to my place, so I've dealt with a fair share of people, and he absolutely stood out to me.  When I saw Veteran Owned, I definitely at least wanted to get a quote, but as soon as I met him, I just had a really good feeling about him.  He looked over everything I wanted done, and even said he'd be able to tune up my sliding glass patio door (which I thought I was going to have to go with yet another company for)!  I gave him all of my concerns, and he had an answer for every single one.  He even said to me 'I could tell you you need this and that, but you don't.  You don't need new unless you really want them.'  That floored me; you rarely ever get that kind of honesty!  I think I had one more quote that I was getting, but when he left, I just knew that I was gonna go with him.  And I could not be happier with the work he did.  He put new screens on my window, new screen in my screen door & tuned it up (rather than talking me into a brand new one!), and tuned up my patio door as well, and all for an absolutely reasonable price.  

He works hard, he communicates, he's honest & polite; if you don't call him for at least a quote, you're missing out on an opportunity to work with and support a great business.

Also, for sure gave his information to a friend when she needed some repairs, and to my mom when her patio screen door was damaged.  And I will continue to refer him to anyone I can!

I hired this company a couple different times. The first time I needed a brand new door built along with a wall and they made it look seamless, as though it had been there originally with the house. Absolute perfection! Second job I had them do was removing a tree that fell on my home during a monsoon. They were able to come out very quickly and not only remove the tree, but fix the roof as well! I highly recommend using this company!

I reach out to a few mirror and glass companies on a Saturday. I needed a mirror replaced ASAP.
Az Glass & Mirror got back to me the same day and offered to come out on Sunday or Monday. Az Glass & Mirror had the best price and got the job done. I'm very happy and would use them again.

Very happy I went with Mountain View. I had a cracked and stained semicircular window above the main picture window at the front of the house and most other window repair companies wanted much more to repair. I went with Mountain View a little worried the quality might not be as good because of the reasonable price but the new window looks great. I am very happy to have received both a great quality job and great price.

Had a great experience with ABC Glass. They were honest, fair and provided great quality work. They were able to match my existing windows with replacements that were perfect. The installers arrived on time and performed with experience and skill. They also left the job site clean. We  were so pleased with the work performed in our home that my husband recently contracted with them to build-out the new office space for his company. We would recommend ABC Glass to anyone needing glass work.

Sorry for the late post-We highly recommend AZ Valley. The Dans were fantastic. We had a big, fairly complicated job. When we had an issue Dan was there to help us out and make sure we were completely satisfied.  We love the work they did and would use them again.

I called Demers glass last week for a quote or discussion about my broken window in my home. No one returned my call, However this being a few weeks later, I'd like to say that Demers Glass has called me several times like a good professional, they apologized and explained why I didn't get a call that first time. I'd like to try this company for my broken window. These days most places don't try very hard to get your business. Demers seems to be going s as nice and beyond to get in touch with me.Im going with them as soon as I can, and the verdict is still out on a review. Thank you. See you soon Demers Glass!

Came to my door unsolicited saying they were selecting 2 homes in the area to do window replacement for advertising basically all I had to do was put a sign in the yard and write a good review saying what I liked. This is a shady sales tactic and I wasn't about it. I did mention to him that HOAs do not allow advertising on signage in yards - seemed questionable at best.

Louis promptly responded to my quote request, priced our project competitively, did a tremendous job installing our shower doors. He is personable and professional and he works with your schedule. He is now my glass go-to-guy. I can recommend Vista View with 5 stars.

We used Golden Arrow to replace our back patio sliding doors. Their service was amazing from the time I reached out until they completed the job. Everything turned out very nice and I will be using Golden Arrow to replace other windows in my home. I have recommended them to my friends and family because I know they will do quality work.

I would recommend this company . The screens look great  I am happy with the whole process .They are well worth the cost and the piece of mind. Great customer service during the process. They are not cheap but  worth the investment.,If you can afford them its worth getting them done.Office staff is friendly and kept me up to date with all of the process and had great communication.

Great experience with Freelite in having 3 tube skylights installed. We were having the roof replaced at the same time and they worked with the roofing company to guarantee the roof warranty would stay valid after their work. Impressed with sales, office staff, installers and follow up. Thank you!

We had them install a custom glass/wrought iron screen door in our front door so we could get some extra light in our entryway. It took a little while because of the shipping ports were backed up, however, it's very much worth the wait. We couldn't be happier with the product and look! I'll definitely be recommending them to friends and family. (Local Door & Glass was the local installation company who also did a great job!)

Called Weathersby Windows to schedule the Always Complimentary Estimates to replace my sliding patio door. They refused to come out unless I replaced a minimum of 5 windows or doors. I only need a new patio door. So much for their No pricing games. Unethical business practice requiring you to purchase more than you need or want.

It's when issues emerge that a company's true integrity and customer service (or lack thereof) become apparent. Fast forward 5 MONTHS and this job is still not complete. We wanted our windows replaced before summer hit so we had an in-home estimate on March 8th, 2021. The written estimate of completion of installation of all windows was 6-8 weeks, perfect timing. 8 weeks blew by with no call and finally we got to schedule for June 7th, however instead of the whole house at once they said only be part of the windows that are ready. We would not receive the entire front of the house which is the main reason we were replacing windows due to direct sunlight and one of those windows was a priority due to prior incorrect installation.
Nearing double their written estimate of completion and in the full summer heat we called again asking for the status of the completion of our installation We voiced our disappointment about the delay and the impact on our electric bill and Diane on the phone continued to point out that 6-8 weeks was just an estimate. Eventually she said she would relay our concerns to the owner (clearly to get us off her back to end the call). We never heard back.
July 9th we get a call that our windows are ready for install so we schedule ASAP for July 21. The evening before on July 20th at 4pm we get a call from a man who works for the builder of the actual windows explaining that two of the windows are still not ready and there will be no installation the next morning. We never received any communication about the schedule change from Affordable.
July 29th the installers come to complete the job but before leaving notify us that two of the windows will need to be replaced because the film was installed incorrectly when the window was made. Furthermore, WE realize another of the windows they installed in the front is missing the grid. While the installers were at our house one of them said You know the stucco guys are coming tomorrow at 8am, right? Sure didn't! The stucco employee arrived to our house and rang the bell at 7:20am the next morning apologizing that he was told about the job last minute and didn't have our number to call about his arrival. Wish I could say I was surprised by another lack of communication.
Here's where things REALLY turn south. We tried to voice our disappointment to the vice president Bill and only got that's a shame so next we speak to the owner. He says there was a perfect storm with this job. He insists that Jamie apologized to us and that he hears her apologize all the time (so they regularly make this many mistakes?) and mentions recordings as if to prove this. If he means voicemails we have none with apologies but it sounds as though they record phone conversations without the customer consent. He also attempted to deflect our issue with the poor communication with the installation being rescheduled last minute and not being told of the stucco install, demonstrating a complete lack of respect for his customers and their time. He insisted that he communicated the stucco install: in reality he mentioned that they would need to do stucco work when he was at our home measuring for a second time on APRIL 6th. No, I don't consider that scheduling with the homeowner when it ended up being JULY 30th. In regards to the mistakes of sashes and the window not having the grid he again deflected saying you expect perfection. No, we expect accuracy when you've been sitting on this job for 5 months and this costs us a small fortune. We had their checklist in hand with window measurements and which windows had a grid from the contract. He said he doesn't check the checklist, no one does. and that  you just want to yell.
This company refused to take any responsibility for delays, lack of communication, poor customer service, and mistakes on the product itself. Integrity and quality customer service mean acknowledging issues, taking responsibility for mistakes, showing respect to your customer's time, and ensuring your customer receives a quality product with a quality experience. The company instead deflected issues and readily admitted to mediocrity in its product. I understand a pandemic presents challenges in supplies but we scheduled a YEAR into the pandemic: if 6-8 weeks was impossible they should have been up front with that back in March. If your meal at a restaurant takes too long or is delivered inaccurately the restaurant would do something to make it right- comp the meal, send a new one, offer a gift card to return, SOMETHING. Blaming the supplier isn't going to cut it. Take responsibility and make things right. Credit us for our increased SRP bills, discount windows that were incorrect, SOMETHING. Later that evening we received an email from Jeff apologizing for the phone call and the issues we experienced. Unfortunately the damage was done and it was likely only to save face. Save your time and money and shop elsewhere!

Very poor customer service on a window replacement under warranty damaged window was less than 3 months old. Took nearly a year to replace cracked window! Cannot recommend this business for any new products. Took issue up to owner level within organization, with no resolution or satisfactory explanation for awful service. Marvin Windows should be ashamed for their relationship with this installation company.

We had a window replaced and new glass installed on another window.  The window job was unusual because siding could not be removed to access the flange holding the window in place.   The SR team figured out a solution, worked through a few challenges,  and got the job done.  Special thanks to Danielle who kept us informed and Angel who did a great job with the installation.   We will use SR Window and Glass in the future and highly recommend them.
