Awesome company!!! Ed (owner) was very helpful and honest.  Did exactly what he said, on time, on budget.  What a concept, COVID has become a excuse for crappy customer service, not here.  Installer was great!  We have done 4 security doors over the years and will not use any one but Mountain View from now on....

Shane is FANTASTIC!  I called him on Friday morning and he fit me in on Monday afternoon.  One of my windows was off track and I couldn't open it.   He fixed it in minutes.  He is fair, honest, nice, efficient, and knowledgeable!  Great customer service, you could ask for nothing more!  Everyone else wants to sell you new windows and Shane will fix them.

I hired this company a couple different times. The first time I needed a brand new door built along with a wall and they made it look seamless, as though it had been there originally with the house. Absolute perfection! Second job I had them do was removing a tree that fell on my home during a monsoon. They were able to come out very quickly and not only remove the tree, but fix the roof as well! I highly recommend using this company!

I reach out to a few mirror and glass companies on a Saturday. I needed a mirror replaced ASAP.
Az Glass & Mirror got back to me the same day and offered to come out on Sunday or Monday. Az Glass & Mirror had the best price and got the job done. I'm very happy and would use them again.

I had a great experience with AZ Valley Windows. They replaced a ton of windows in my house. My experience with the salesman as well as the installers was great. Dustin was very professional and did a awesome job getting everything completed on time. Despite material delays due to backlog windows were installed by time originally quoted. Would definitely recommend.

My quest began as such: need glass shelves for a buffet hutch. The bozos who moved it figured they didn't need to remove the existing glass shelves prior to moving; that didn't work out as planned. Hence, my hunt for glass shelves.
I looked EVERYWHERE & called just about EVERY glass business in the valley. Demers was one of 2 responses I received. I chose them because their prices were slightly less than the other. Once the ball was rolling, it was an easy process.
Trish and Tina were a pleasure to work with. They provided me with quotes on both anneal (less in price, not as strong) and tempered (stronger, able to hold more weight) glass. I chose tempered because I have a whole bunch of pretty glass nonsense to put on display. Once I signed the quote, it took about a week for the glass to be ready. For an extra fee, they deliver but I opted to pick up since they're only a few miles away. Look at my pics and see why I'm a happy old bird. I'd definitely use them again for any custom glass needs. We recently had new triple pane windows installed by RMK windows. We recently moved into a home built in the early 1900's. I'm pretty sure the windows were close to that old, so it was not a simple job. I couldn't have been more impressed! The process was seamless from start to finish. The salesman was professional and knowledgeable, but the crew that did the install were the true stars! They were efficient, fast and their work was impeccable. They were always respectful of our home and time. They showed up when they said they would and kept us apprised of when they would be done. When they were finished they cleaned everything up and took it with them. I would recommend them to anyone looking for new windows. I can already feel a difference in the temperature of our home.

Louis and the Vista View team did a great job installing two glass shower doors at our home. He was quick to respond via text with his availability and pricing. We ordered the products ourselves but wanted them installed by a professional. They turned out exactly how we wanted.

Landscaper broke my window with a rock, Golden Arrow was out here the next Day for an Estimate, I called Pella Windows & Doors... They wanted twice as much and wanted to replace the entire window...You can tell Golden Arrow Glass has true skilled professionals in the trade they did an amazing job. 5 Stars! Plus, I am in Fountain Hills, finding repair people to come out here is hard enough as it is, I hope these guys take all of Fountain Hills business, its a gold mine. Good luck! I'll be calling them in the future for sure!

I just had security screens installed by Tucson Security Screen Masters.  My neighbors actually had these installed around their entire home, and gave me the idea to check it out.  I did a lot of research on these, and got  a number of bids.  This is an investment for your home and your security.  I felt Security Screen Masters was the company to go with.  The sales process was simple, honest with a great product and NO pressure.   BJ Clifford was great to work with!!  No long sales pitch, no crazy sales gimmicks where your price today is XX and your price tomorrow is XX.    The price was the price.  Everything was amazing from the sales consult to the installation.  The installation team was phenomenal.  This has done wonders for my peace of mind.   They look beautiful on my home.   I have to say this was one of the better businesses in Tucson I have had the pleasure of working with!!

Fantastic job on the two Sun tunnels that were installed in my bathroom and kitchen. They really brighten up the two darkest rooms I had in the house.  Quick response when I contacted them for pricing and they were out and had them installed in my rather oddly asked for locations without any real issues and the work was top quality.  Thanks for the great job!

This is our second time using Entry Brite; we replaced the remaining transoms windows and added two cabinets ( 4 doors) in our kitchen.  It changed the look of our house.  Kevin, Tim, and Chris are fantastic to work with, as with everyone we dealt with at Entry Brite.    We have one more project ( window) to replace and can't wait to work with them again.

Me and my wife had our entire house done about 15 windows, new front door and the security door. Chris and his team were amazing and did everything they could to help us. Our house was built in the 1940s and gave Chris some curveballs. However, Chris and his team adjusted quickly and the project turned out amazing. Chris and his team are professionals and experts in their craft. I highly recommend Chris and his team at Weathersby they are top-notch!

Last winter I decided to replace my two 12 foot single pane patio doors with Affordable windows.  Jeff suggested using three 4 ft panels instead of four 3 ft panels.  Not only was it less expensive but it vastly improved the view.  I was going to go with dual pane but they convinced me to go with argon gas and I'm so happy with it!  Not only did it lower my utility bills $50/month this summer but the room is more evenly cooled and comfortable.  The installers knew exactly what they were doing even with these large doors.  I wish I'd gone with Affordable Windows for my other windows.  I'm in the process of a large addition and remodeling project and I'll definitely be calling Affordable Windows for all the doors and windows.

My contract was signed in September and it is  now the end of June and I'm still waiting for the job to be completed. (Well past the 22-24 weeks promised in my contract) The first crew came out and did such poor quality work that three other crews had to come out just to repair the mess that they made of my windows & sliding glass doors. 4 windows need to be replaced entirely and the stucco and frame work of my sliding glass doors are STILL have not been repaired. The front office does not communicate with the work crews or with the clients! Someone did leave a voicemail in early May telling me the new windows (to replace the 4 that had been damaged) would be here on May 17th. I haven't heard a word since. I would NOT recommend Lifetime Windows and Doors to anyone!

I recently needed one of my windows fixed due to a break . I contacted Danielle at SR glass company who was very understanding and helpful with my repair. I would recommend SR glass for repairs.
