We have a leak that we don't know if it is coming from the roof or the window. We were getting differing opinions, so we had Valiant (Shane) come out to do an inspection.  Shane was very honest, and told us it was definitely coming from our roof.  We appreciated how quickly he came to our house, and how honest he was.  I have already recommended this company to others in our community.

I hired this company a couple different times. The first time I needed a brand new door built along with a wall and they made it look seamless, as though it had been there originally with the house. Absolute perfection! Second job I had them do was removing a tree that fell on my home during a monsoon. They were able to come out very quickly and not only remove the tree, but fix the roof as well! I highly recommend using this company!

I reach out to a few mirror and glass companies on a Saturday. I needed a mirror replaced ASAP.
Az Glass & Mirror got back to me the same day and offered to come out on Sunday or Monday. Az Glass & Mirror had the best price and got the job done. I'm very happy and would use them again.

We had all but 5 windows that needed glass replaced.  Mario and Christina were very professional and delivered on everything promised.  The quality of workmanship was great which is obviously so impartant when you have this work done.  It is an investment in our home and we are glad we chose this company.

When I moved into my new home recently, I had a bear of a time finding someone to replace the broken glass of the outer pane on my bathroom window. After trying several window repair companies who told me they don't do glass, several glass companies who said they don't do windows, and one company who does window glass repairs but turned out to be flaky, I finally found ABC. They replaced my window glass today and I am very pleased with the results and the professionalism and reliability of this company. They have a very streamlined process where one person takes the orders and schedules the work, one person handles the payments, one team assesses and measures, and another team installs the new glass. Everyone that I worked with was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I am confident in the work they performed; they explained to me the appropriate type of glass for the job, matched the mullions of my new pane with that of the existing pane, and thoroughly cleaned up after the install to make sure no glass shards were left behind. I will definitely be using ABC again in the future.

I had this company install an enlarged picture window in our kitchen. Jerry, the salesman came out to the house gave us a quote for the work which was only for the cutting of the wall and put the window in place. It took 7 weeks for the window to be delivered. Never heard from Jerry again. Very pricey to say the least but it was the only company in town that would install one window. I did not need 3 or more. Be certain that you understand that the plaster, painting,etc will be a separate charge. The day after, another gentleman came out and repaired the outside stucco around the glass, but no painting.  Dustin and his partner did a fine job on the install and John was good as well to repair the outside wall. I was very surprised that Jerry, or someone from the office NEVER  called to see if all was satisfactory. This is poor communication on this company's behalf. Be certain to ask ALL the questions you need at the first appointment so you will understand what work will/will not be done for your price quote.Hopefully the company will call you to follow up on the work done to see if all was satisfactory.

Demers glass company is very reasonable, however their employees are not very professional. It doesn't matter if you are off the job, don't wear your work shirt and act rude in a bar etc. it's a reflection of the company and who they employ. Just sayin

We used RMK windows to install all new windows and 2 sliding doors in our home. The installation team is awesome; they keep to the scheduled date and time as promised, clean up debris, and work until the job is completed.  The sales team offers very competitive pricing, and our salesman, Josh, was very easy to work with and always returned our calls promptly.

There were a few issues with our order, (NO FAULT OF RMK)
and Brian, the owner was quick to sort it out and get it corrected quickly. Their customer service is what makes RMK stand out from the others, they don't stop until you are completely satisfied with everything. I would rate them a 10 plus!  I would not hesitate to refer them to anyone looking to replace windows or doors!

Luis was amazing, professional to my liking, nice, and he almost got jumpedby my neighbors lol lol (sorry about that again). Our sliding patio door was super hard to open and close and he replaced the rotors. He did great work and I will definitely use him again and refer him to friends.

I had projects that weren't appropriate for this company, but the two guys who showed up checked all my windows anyway for free. As a female first-time home buyer, I appreciated the check. Great company -- would call them again!

I just had security screens installed on all the windows in my house. I'm very pleased with the whole process from the initial estimate to the final installation.  Everyone at Security Screen Masters was friendly, knowledgeable and professional.   I love my new screens-they  are well worth the cost!

My husband and I have used Freelite services for several projects in our home including skylights, total replacement of all our windows and exterior doors, including a decorative front door, plus specialty indoor room doors and closet doors.  Every project was completed on time and in the manner expected.  We have referred several of our neighbors to Freelite and have heard great comments from them after also using Freelite for windows and doors.  Chip Marvin is easy to work with and has good ideas when asked.  All the workmen did a great job and were clean and presentable plus they left our home in great condition when the work was finished.  I recommend Freelite to anyone who wants top notch service!

I cannot tell you what a pleasure it was to work with this company. Tim and Kevin did a great job installing our new door and Mario painted it to perfection!!! I have a gorgeous door for a quarter of the price of a brand new door. I love how my front door looks now! It made a huge difference! The team works efficiently and professionally and they are all super sweet!! Took only a few hours to install. I highly recommend this company!!

We had all of our windows and patio doors replaced in 2017. In the following years we had a few problems with the patio doors. Each time I called, I got in the schedule and Chris came to fix the problems. Last week, I called because rain was dripping through one of my master bedroom window. Chris came again and made sure to put caulking around the outside of my window as it had deteriorated over time. He didn't charge for his service and I was happy to get the problem fixed. I am glad that even after several years after the new windows were purchased that are keeping their word at providing a warranty on their work and on their products.

I recently purchased a 50 yr old home on the golf course in Sun City, complete with 50 yr old single pane etched windows!  Went to the home show in January and stopped by several window replacement booths and arranged for on site quotes.  Rick from Affordable Windows was the 2nd company who showed me the product, did an excellent job of explaining the product and gave me a quote.  I was so impressed, that I got on the phone and cancelled the appts. with the other companies.  Jeff came out to do an accurate measurement of the 8 windows and indicated the windows would be installed in about 3 weeks.  As promised, Mat and Dave showed up this morning promptly at the designated time, worked extremely efficiently, neat and careful, and personable.  The job was completed by 12:30, just over 4 1/2 hrs later.  Now I can sit on my couch and watch the golfers through my beautiful windows.....just like watching the Golf Channel in HD!!  I would highly recommend this company for their knowledge of product and installation!  Well done!

I made an appointment with lifetime windows for full window and door replacement in my home. When I made the appointment I was asked if I was the sole decision-maker in my house and I told them I would be making decisions for this project. They sent out a sales person who arrived late and without a mask, contrary to their posted COVID protocols. The sales person asked me if I was the sole decision-maker and I told her that I would be sharing this information for final decision making with my spouse (note that I had already interviewed several local companies, this one is not special). The salesperson insisted, I informed her that I found it offensive that she required my husband to be at home in order to talk about their service. She informed me that it was so nothing would get lost in translation, so that I wouldn't get the information wrong when I told him. Great. Now she's offended me twice. I told her that if she insisted on waiting for my husband that she would be waiting forever. Then she packed up and left. Just like that, so much for professionalism.

As I mentioned, I have interviewed several companies and not a single one has sent out a salesperson without a mask, not a single one insisted that both homeowners be present, and not a single one has acted unprofessionally until Lifetime.

This company seems completely out of touch with how families operate. Even if given the benefit of the doubt which they do not deserve, in a time where it is a complete luxury to have a midday appointment in your home to discuss window replacement it is absolutely unreasonable to ask for all home owners to be present.

I gave the company a 5 star review on Facebook and just wanted to send an update regarding the tech who came out to do the last install at my house.  the Company service was efficient, friendly, timely and we were more then satisfied to give a honest review of 5 stars. What left a bitter taste was that the tech Jon, gave me a Starbucks card for a cup of coffee, as thank you for taking time to review the service and company. When I went to use the card for a cup of coffee, it was empty. I bought my own cup of coffee and this is a review on the tech not the company's
service.
