The owner called me the same day. He sent out a repair person in less than 24 hours. Not only did they do a good job but they charged the price quoted. The repair tech was very nice. He explained what he was doing and why. They are taking safety precautions and don't leave a mess behind. I would use them again.

Shane is very professional and always on time. He came and fixed our patio door glass. I highly recommend him. He knows what he is doing. I'm super happy with his service and will always call him for any future issues.

I hired this company a couple different times. The first time I needed a brand new door built along with a wall and they made it look seamless, as though it had been there originally with the house. Absolute perfection! Second job I had them do was removing a tree that fell on my home during a monsoon. They were able to come out very quickly and not only remove the tree, but fix the roof as well! I highly recommend using this company!

I reach out to a few mirror and glass companies on a Saturday. I needed a mirror replaced ASAP.
Az Glass & Mirror got back to me the same day and offered to come out on Sunday or Monday. Az Glass & Mirror had the best price and got the job done. I'm very happy and would use them again.

We needed something to protect our windows as we live on a golf course. Mario came to our home and suggested window screens mounted away from the glass about two inches and had other customers that were very please with that solution.

We were please with the very reasonable quote and placed an order with Mountain View Glass and Mirrors for the screens and they were installed today. They look beautiful and give us peace of mind in reducing the glass breakage we have had for years. The installation was very professional and perfectly installed.

I had this company install an enlarged picture window in our kitchen. Jerry, the salesman came out to the house gave us a quote for the work which was only for the cutting of the wall and put the window in place. It took 7 weeks for the window to be delivered. Never heard from Jerry again. Very pricey to say the least but it was the only company in town that would install one window. I did not need 3 or more. Be certain that you understand that the plaster, painting,etc will be a separate charge. The day after, another gentleman came out and repaired the outside stucco around the glass, but no painting.  Dustin and his partner did a fine job on the install and John was good as well to repair the outside wall. I was very surprised that Jerry, or someone from the office NEVER  called to see if all was satisfactory. This is poor communication on this company's behalf. Be certain to ask ALL the questions you need at the first appointment so you will understand what work will/will not be done for your price quote.Hopefully the company will call you to follow up on the work done to see if all was satisfactory.

Unfortunately, this company has earned one star based solely on the quote process. I requested a quote and was scheduled for a few weeks down the road. The day before that initial appointment Demers called to reschedule, which was fine. The day of the rescheduled appointment, Demers called to reschedule for a 3rd time. I said I was not able to reschedule again. They ultimately sent Chad (I believe that was his name) out to give us a quote. It was immediately obvious that he did not want to be working. We told him what we were interested in and he showed no interest in discussing options with us. He flatly told us that he did not have any brochures or samples to show us and implied that anything other than vinyl windows would be too expensive. (He had no idea what our budget is). He measured out windows and told us to expect a quote in a few days. It has been 16 days and we have not heard a thing. So, maybe the windows would have been epic and the installers would have been experts, but the quoting process was a disaster.

Most businesses tell you they will guarantee things get done right to get your business. Brian from RMK (owner) will stand behind it.

Our house had a pretty complicated window in it, the first attempt to replace it was a bit of a struggle. Brian's team immediately let me know, did not try to cover it up/pass it off as okay. They ended up reordering it (perhaps at a great cost, not sure who ended up footing the bill) Brian was 100% attentive to making sure I was satisfied. He took care of that bigger issue and some smaller (perhaps nit-picky things) He never pushed to get the second half of the bill paid, his focus was on finishing the job, not getting paid for the job.

As a side note he was incredibly aggressive about pricing and ended up beating my other quotes by quite a bit.

Small businesses like this are increasingly rare, all too common are the businesses too big to care about each customer, but RMK is different. I would recommend them to anyone.

Vista view responded quickly, came to my home and gave me a price right away. A better price than any other company. Louis was professional and friendly. My order was on time and installed quickly. One of the best service experiences I've ever had. I would highly recommend this glass company!

Alex and his team were referred to me by another one of his existing or past customers. I had a sliding glass door that had cracked and broke into pieces due to the recent summer heat wave.

I had reached out to other companies and most were not responsive or just plain incompetent.

Alex and his team came onsite to measure the glass and then contacted the manufacturer to place the order for the specialized glass.

After waiting about two weeks, he scheduled time with me to replace the glass.

His team came onsite and cleaned up after themselves, after installing the new glass.

Excellent product installed by skilled team.  Complete house window, two security screen doors and a sliding door install with additional fence gates to match front screen door.  Couldn't be happier.  First saw their product at SABA home show.  Hardware is professional grade.  Attention to detail and finish, owner takes pride in his team and conducted the final walk around.

I called for a quote on a skylight. Right on their website it say free estimates for skylight replacement. I was told on a phone 60.00 fee. I said it is free on your website. If you change the rules change your website. Then I was told I am mistaken that is for windows. Well not it wasn't. I have done business with you in the past . Not anymore. Keep your estimated because you are problematic just too expensive and that is why you now need to charge for free estimates.

I called this company for some help re a broken latch on the window insert in our wrought iron door; which was purchased (15yrs ago) by our builder.  The owner happened to pick up the phone and couldn't have been nicer.  He identified our need, called his NV factory, and ordered our part.  When I opened the priority box, I found the part and three extra (in case you need for future).  If I rec'd this service for such a small item, I'd use them for any door, window, glass insert etc.  Their products are beautiful and service, world class.  Thank you so much, you exceeded expectations.  Joe Straining, PV, AZ

This all started when I was looking to initially have some window glass replaced due to seal failure, then changing my thoughts to replacing a couple of windows, then re-thinking that it would look odd for my home. Hesitantly I started to get bids, which I highly recommend, not only for pricing comparison but also to get a feel for each company/sales pitch, etc.

Weathersby pricing was competitive. These are the reason I personally went with them:
*  They were not pushy but rather informative and assisted in choice options for each room window that varied.
*  I was concerned with how the old windows were being removed and the look with new windows on a stucco exterior and being properly sealed. Michael took the time to explain their process, which made me feel more at ease.
*  They were upfront about the timelines with the window ordering to install.

A shout out to Chris, Bubba, Tim, and Kirk for the largest picture window (7'-9 x 5'-9) installation, it was picture perfect .  They were on-time, professional, and cleaned up after window replacement.  Chris, how those windows fit just perfect with the existing raised stucco is amazing. I literally feel like I moved into a new home.

I personally went with the Milgard Tuscany Series. I know the Tuscany may cost more but living here in the blazing state of Arizona it was a COOL, right choice for me, well worth the look, comfort and view. I am sure there are others that have experienced something similar, where with the old windows I closed all the shutters and curtains to keep the sun heat out. Now with the new Milgard windows, my air-conditioners are running less times even with the shutters and curtains open all day.

From the very beginning, there seemed to be a lot of miscommunication.  The salesman, who came to my home and took a 50 percent deposit never told me that my windows would not be ordered until Affordable Windows was notified that my HOA had approved the installation of my new windows.  After my HOA informed me that my windows had been approved, as per my submission, I asked Affordable Windows if I could wait until the Fall to have the windows installed.   They said yes, but insisted on keeping my deposit, even though nothing had been ordered.   I was told that they would go ahead and put in the order and wait for me to call in the Fall.    When October came, I called to set up an installation appointment, and found out that nobody had ordered my windows again.   It was the end of October before my windows were installed.  While I love the windows themselves, I am completely unhappy with the damage done to my home during the installation.   When my kitchen windows were installed, the siding on the back of my house was damaged.   The installer left bare wood, some of which was unsanded and uneven.   Yet, I was told to pay the balance.  When I asked the installer for a referral on a painter to finish up the job, he promised to get back to me but never did.   I have not heard from anyone at Affordable windows since.  Nobody calling to check on my satisfaction, nobody to inspect the job, nobody that seems to care.........I will not recommend Affordable Windows to anyone because their customer service sucks.

READ the POOR REVIEWS! I wish I had read them prior to ordering ours in February. Salesman Rich stressed honesty and made several promises. I understand supply chain issues but how about being Sold based on a pitch rather than the truth from the office or manufacturer. Windows arrived in August not May. I ordered all new windows and install of a new slider, i had a contractor and electrician scheduled and tried to coordinate with Lifetime, never got one phone call and was stressed that on install date they would not bring out slider and I would be left with an opening in summer. Monday morning day of install with both my contractors on site, the installers called and of course the slider was not on the truck. After a brief convo it was relayed that the windows were black frames when I had ordered all white.  
This was a disaster and terrible communication, follow up and general consideration especially considering the cost was $25k. Choose someone else,  try using a contractor who will go direct to manufacturer, he saved me thousands and made educated improvements for window measurements and selections. My contractor got windows in 4 weeks,  combined multiple windows into larger glass/windows saved me and looks much better.  Do not use Lifetime Windows.

We are new here to Arizona and so finding companies you can trust is always a challenge BUT not when we called SR Windows & Glass!  What a blessing!  From the first call to request an estimate (which was FREE) we could already feel this was going to be a pleasurable experience!  One of the technicians Angel showed up and took accurate and quick measurements.  He was very polite and extremely knowledgeable! When we got the quote we were happy to get such a reasonable rate! All of the other glass companies will only come out for a base rate or  for only 3 or more windows. We only needed one and I love the fact that no job is too small for SR Windows and we were treated just as important as a big job!  Within one week Angel came back out and installed our window within record time! I HIGHLY recommend to request Angel for measurements and installation! Thank you SR Windows!
