I hired this company a couple different times. The first time I needed a brand new door built along with a wall and they made it look seamless, as though it had been there originally with the house. Absolute perfection! Second job I had them do was removing a tree that fell on my home during a monsoon. They were able to come out very quickly and not only remove the tree, but fix the roof as well! I highly recommend using this company!

I reach out to a few mirror and glass companies on a Saturday. I needed a mirror replaced ASAP.
Az Glass & Mirror got back to me the same day and offered to come out on Sunday or Monday. Az Glass & Mirror had the best price and got the job done. I'm very happy and would use them again.

Mountain View Glass provided us with exceptional 5 Star service! We called to get a bid for glass replacement in our French door; Mario arrived on time and measured our door to prepare a bid. Later that afternoon, we received a very thorough bid including type of glass, project details and requirements along with the warranty description. We were pleased with the bid and today our glass was installed! Mario did spectacular work removing the existing glass and installing our new glass! Thank you for your outstanding service!

I ordered a glass piece and am extremely satisfied at the cut and quality I was given, when I placed the order over the phone, since this was already something I had ordered before, I was told I would be charged 1/2 to place the order and pay 1/2 when I picked it up, turns out my card was never charged the first time, so to my surprise when I picked up the piece having to pay the full price... dumb! The worst of it all is they just hand you the solid piece of glass... when I asked for cardboard or something . The woman at the front desk informed me they don't do any packing... ummm really?! Your a store full of glass and you aren't going to have enough courtesy to properly wrap the finished product in order to prevent it from breaking?! So now I have to drive to wherever I'm going in hopes that my finished product that I just spent $100 on doesn't not break... thanks ABC Glass you guys are superb...

I had this company install an enlarged picture window in our kitchen. Jerry, the salesman came out to the house gave us a quote for the work which was only for the cutting of the wall and put the window in place. It took 7 weeks for the window to be delivered. Never heard from Jerry again. Very pricey to say the least but it was the only company in town that would install one window. I did not need 3 or more. Be certain that you understand that the plaster, painting,etc will be a separate charge. The day after, another gentleman came out and repaired the outside stucco around the glass, but no painting.  Dustin and his partner did a fine job on the install and John was good as well to repair the outside wall. I was very surprised that Jerry, or someone from the office NEVER  called to see if all was satisfactory. This is poor communication on this company's behalf. Be certain to ask ALL the questions you need at the first appointment so you will understand what work will/will not be done for your price quote.Hopefully the company will call you to follow up on the work done to see if all was satisfactory.

100% in love with Demers! DG has an amazing staff, they are organized, easy to work with and knowledgeable. If you haven't tried them, I would highly recommend you do. Definitely will call for my next project!

Our house had a pretty complicated window in it, the first attempt to replace it was a bit of a struggle. Brian's team immediately let me know, did not try to cover it up/pass it off as okay. They ended up reordering it (perhaps at a great cost, not sure who ended up footing the bill) Brian was 100% attentive to making sure I was satisfied. He took care of that bigger issue and some smaller (perhaps nit-picky things) He never pushed to get the second half of the bill paid, his focus was on finishing the job, not getting paid for the job.

As a side note he was incredibly aggressive about pricing and ended up beating my other quotes by quite a bit.

Small businesses like this are increasingly rare, all too common are the businesses too big to care about each customer, but RMK is different. I would recommend them to anyone.

Very disappointed when we went to park today to see your company vehicle taking up the handicapped parking despite many open spaces in the lot.  And poorly parked at that. Ended up parking farther away because the other handicapped spot was taken when I got here

I first saw Security Screen Masters at the Home Show at the TCC.  That's when I saw big Ed beating the snot out of what looked like a screen.  I was intrigued and began to do my home work.
Several months later I had them give my an estimate and a week later purchased the screens for my home.

IT HAS BEEN THE BEST INVESTMENT FOR MY HOME IN YEARS!!!!

For the first time in years I'm able to sleep with the windows open at night and not live in fear of someone breaking in.  The screens are super easy to open from the inside to clean the windows and they have reduced some of my solar heat on my windows in the summer time helping to keep my house cooler.  I especially love my sliding screen door.  It's easy to open and close and I can leave my glass doors open all night with no worries.

The installation crew was very professional and polite and cleaned up after themselves.

You really do owe it to yourself to have the peace of mind of having Security Screen Masters on your windows and sliding glass doors.

I recently purchased my first vacation home in Scottsdale that needed a little TLC and being brand new to the area and out-of-state, I was nervous and stressed having to shop around locally to find out how to update about a  dozen windows and sliding doors since it is easy to be taken advantage of when you clearly don't know anything. Very stress free experience unlike some of the other local contractors and businesses I have been working with to rehab my new home. For the past 13 years I have used Entry Brite,  a decorative glass & door company for several of my homes, including my current home here in Encanterra. They have customized my entry doors,  as well as made custom french doors for my den. They do wonderful work, using your existing door to install your choice of glass inserts they have available. There are so many beautiful patterns and styles to choose from! I can't believe how much light the glass panels let in. The glass inserts change the whole look of a room or entry way not to mention adds curbside appeal when you view the front door from the outside ... Currently, we are discussing a custom door for our laundry room with smart area that we also use as an office.  Call them for a complimentary quote. They are the best, you will not be disappointed!

This all started when I was looking to initially have some window glass replaced due to seal failure, then changing my thoughts to replacing a couple of windows, then re-thinking that it would look odd for my home. Hesitantly I started to get bids, which I highly recommend, not only for pricing comparison but also to get a feel for each company/sales pitch, etc.

Weathersby pricing was competitive. These are the reason I personally went with them:
*  They were not pushy but rather informative and assisted in choice options for each room window that varied.
*  I was concerned with how the old windows were being removed and the look with new windows on a stucco exterior and being properly sealed. Michael took the time to explain their process, which made me feel more at ease.
*  They were upfront about the timelines with the window ordering to install.

A shout out to Chris, Bubba, Tim, and Kirk for the largest picture window (7'-9 x 5'-9) installation, it was picture perfect .  They were on-time, professional, and cleaned up after window replacement.  Chris, how those windows fit just perfect with the existing raised stucco is amazing. I literally feel like I moved into a new home.

I personally went with the Milgard Tuscany Series. I know the Tuscany may cost more but living here in the blazing state of Arizona it was a COOL, right choice for me, well worth the look, comfort and view. I am sure there are others that have experienced something similar, where with the old windows I closed all the shutters and curtains to keep the sun heat out. Now with the new Milgard windows, my air-conditioners are running less times even with the shutters and curtains open all day.

6 windows plus patio slider. Windows are only 1 day old so hard to comment on performance yet but wanted to compliment the install crew.
Dan and Dave showed on-time, walked me through the process and got straight to work. They were efficient, and not thrown by the unknown surprises our house threw at them. They left the work area very clean and other than new windows you would never know they were here.
Most impressive was attention to detail, they were both excellent , even at the end of a very long day.
Thanks also to Jack (sales) and the office staff who names I sadly have forgotten......

Very poor customer service on a window replacement under warranty damaged window was less than 3 months old. Took nearly a year to replace cracked window! Cannot recommend this business for any new products. Took issue up to owner level within organization, with no resolution or satisfactory explanation for awful service. Marvin Windows should be ashamed for their relationship with this installation company.

I gave the company a 5 star review on Facebook and just wanted to send an update regarding the tech who came out to do the last install at my house.  the Company service was efficient, friendly, timely and we were more then satisfied to give a honest review of 5 stars. What left a bitter taste was that the tech Jon, gave me a Starbucks card for a cup of coffee, as thank you for taking time to review the service and company. When I went to use the card for a cup of coffee, it was empty. I bought my own cup of coffee and this is a review on the tech not the company's
service.
