I had a good experience using this company remotely. Someone broke a pane in a french door, trying to break into my home. Mountain View Windows and More replaced the pane quickly and gave me the best price (I shopped around a little bit). They were always on time (for both the emasuring appointment and the installation appointment) and respectful of social distancing. It was really easy to pay them with a credit card through their online system.

I had a broken window and a couple that had condensation after all the rain.  Shane arrived on time for the estimate and was very polite and personable. His estimate was fair and the windows installed on time and the worksite left clean.  I could not be happier with the work performed and highly recommend Shane and Valiant.

I hired this company a couple different times. The first time I needed a brand new door built along with a wall and they made it look seamless, as though it had been there originally with the house. Absolute perfection! Second job I had them do was removing a tree that fell on my home during a monsoon. They were able to come out very quickly and not only remove the tree, but fix the roof as well! I highly recommend using this company!

I reach out to a few mirror and glass companies on a Saturday. I needed a mirror replaced ASAP.
Az Glass & Mirror got back to me the same day and offered to come out on Sunday or Monday. Az Glass & Mirror had the best price and got the job done. I'm very happy and would use them again.

Very happy I went with Mountain View. I had a cracked and stained semicircular window above the main picture window at the front of the house and most other window repair companies wanted much more to repair. I went with Mountain View a little worried the quality might not be as good because of the reasonable price but the new window looks great. I am very happy to have received both a great quality job and great price.

Run!!! I wanted a glass shower enclosure put in my daughters room so I called and booked an estimate- they called me the day of to say the installer was sick - then came out anyway and took measurements. A couple days later they gave me a quote  and told me I had to give them a $500 dollar deposit so I did. Weeks later I was called and was told they were ready to install it. The guy came out and the measurements were off so it didn't get installed- they told me they needed more parts to be ordered and that the first guy got it wrong. I was disappointed but said ok. I was then called a week later and was told - ok this time we are ready to go, so we set a date only to have them call that DAY and push it back again. Then they come out and guess what?!? Yup, wrong again! It didn't fit and now I am beyond annoyed so I call the owner and tell him how I should have to pay for any of the labor just the parts and he pulls funny business and gets an attitude with me, like this is my fault his employees can't do anything right. Long story short - he won't return my deposit and took no responsibility.

I had a great experience with AZ Valley Windows. They replaced a ton of windows in my house. My experience with the salesman as well as the installers was great. Dustin was very professional and did a awesome job getting everything completed on time. Despite material delays due to backlog windows were installed by time originally quoted. Would definitely recommend.

I've been trying to get in touch with someone to give me my quote but no one answers the phones. I had the measurements taken last week and need the job done asap but cant compare their quote with the others. I guess they dont want or need my business.

Came to my door unsolicited saying they were selecting 2 homes in the area to do window replacement for advertising basically all I had to do was put a sign in the yard and write a good review saying what I liked. This is a shady sales tactic and I wasn't about it. I did mention to him that HOAs do not allow advertising on signage in yards - seemed questionable at best.

Louis was fantastic! I was really worried about hiring the right person for the job but I am so happy I gave this job to them. He replaced the glass in five of our home windows. He came out very quickly for an estimate and completed the job before I even expected. He was very nice and knowledgeable and gave me a great price! Excellent product installed by skilled team.  Complete house window, two security screen doors and a sliding door install with additional fence gates to match front screen door.  Couldn't be happier.  First saw their product at SABA home show.  Hardware is professional grade.  Attention to detail and finish, owner takes pride in his team and conducted the final walk around.

This is our second time using Entry Brite; we replaced the remaining transoms windows and added two cabinets ( 4 doors) in our kitchen.  It changed the look of our house.  Kevin, Tim, and Chris are fantastic to work with, as with everyone we dealt with at Entry Brite.    We have one more project ( window) to replace and can't wait to work with them again.

This all started when I was looking to initially have some window glass replaced due to seal failure, then changing my thoughts to replacing a couple of windows, then re-thinking that it would look odd for my home. Hesitantly I started to get bids, which I highly recommend, not only for pricing comparison but also to get a feel for each company/sales pitch, etc.

Weathersby pricing was competitive. These are the reason I personally went with them:
*  They were not pushy but rather informative and assisted in choice options for each room window that varied.
*  I was concerned with how the old windows were being removed and the look with new windows on a stucco exterior and being properly sealed. Michael took the time to explain their process, which made me feel more at ease.
*  They were upfront about the timelines with the window ordering to install.

A shout out to Chris, Bubba, Tim, and Kirk for the largest picture window (7'-9 x 5'-9) installation, it was picture perfect .  They were on-time, professional, and cleaned up after window replacement.  Chris, how those windows fit just perfect with the existing raised stucco is amazing. I literally feel like I moved into a new home.

I personally went with the Milgard Tuscany Series. I know the Tuscany may cost more but living here in the blazing state of Arizona it was a COOL, right choice for me, well worth the look, comfort and view. I am sure there are others that have experienced something similar, where with the old windows I closed all the shutters and curtains to keep the sun heat out. Now with the new Milgard windows, my air-conditioners are running less times even with the shutters and curtains open all day.

I contacted Affordable Windows and Home Renovations, after I had contacted several other companies and I was at the end of my rope. It seemed like every company had some type of fast talker or some kind of scam with a gift card or free window. It seems like when companies find out they're dealing with a woman the price sky rockets. On my last stitch effort, I called Affordable Windows and they were very professional and prompt. Affordable Windows sent a guy out to measure what I needed and showed me the different Windows and Door options I could choose from. Affordable Windows and Doors also had a much faster turn around time than anyone else I had come across. When it came to pricing, I was blown away. Affordable Windows and Doors should change their name to Very Affordable Windows and Doors. I had the BEST experience with Affordable Windows and Doors, they were on time, did GREAT work, explained everything and also cleaned up a mess that wasn't even theirs. looking at the reviews on here, i see my issue is just the same as everyone else on here. I signed a contract back in June to have my sliding glass door replaced, i got a call on 7/25 that is was ready to install and i needed to set up a date. I have called 6 times now and not a single person has called me back. I am now wishing i came to read the reviews here first to see how bad their customer service really is.

Overall the experience with SR Glass was excellent.  We had two double pane windows replaced.
Angel and Dave did a great job in under an hour and the windows fit perfectly.  The cost was
a few hundred dollars less than another estimate we received.  We would definitely recommend
this company.
