Found this company on yep to install glass splash panels and glass shower doors on my bathrooms. The were priced very well. The custom shower doors were much cheaper than competitors. Staff is friendly and professional. I've recommended to all of my friends now to you too !

Hired Shane to fix a sliding window that wouldn't lock into place properly. The settling of the house made it so the existing lock wouldn't work. Shane went to town, trying several methods of repair but to no avail. He then had to special order a extra long lock to make it work AND painted it to match our color.

He went above and beyond to get the job done.

I hired this company a couple different times. The first time I needed a brand new door built along with a wall and they made it look seamless, as though it had been there originally with the house. Absolute perfection! Second job I had them do was removing a tree that fell on my home during a monsoon. They were able to come out very quickly and not only remove the tree, but fix the roof as well! I highly recommend using this company!

When I moved into my new home recently, I had a bear of a time finding someone to replace the broken glass of the outer pane on my bathroom window. After trying several window repair companies who told me they don't do glass, several glass companies who said they don't do windows, and one company who does window glass repairs but turned out to be flaky, I finally found ABC. They replaced my window glass today and I am very pleased with the results and the professionalism and reliability of this company. They have a very streamlined process where one person takes the orders and schedules the work, one person handles the payments, one team assesses and measures, and another team installs the new glass. Everyone that I worked with was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I am confident in the work they performed; they explained to me the appropriate type of glass for the job, matched the mullions of my new pane with that of the existing pane, and thoroughly cleaned up after the install to make sure no glass shards were left behind. I will definitely be using ABC again in the future.

During the recent windstorm, a bedroom window exploded into the bedroom of my kid's vacation rental.  They live in another state and had a renter schedule in a few days...so the need was urgent.  I called a few glass companies and couldn't really get any response or urgency on their part to help me out.  Then I called Demers and talked with Trish!  She was so helpful and understanding of my situation.  I was able to get this completely taken care of pretty much the same day.  While this was a pretty simple repair (window slider with a single pane), I so appreciated Trish's empathy, response and helpfulness in getting this repaired...and it was very reasonably priced.  Demers will be my only call the next time I have glass needs.

I used RMK windows to do a $9000 job on the home I'm living in, which included 2 sets of french doors replaced.  We needed new windows for a rental where the windows were a disaster and the heat in the home was terrible due to the window issues. Although I loved the service and the product from RMK on my home, I didn't want that kind of investment for a rental.  I got an estimate from another company.  RMK just happened to be coming to my home to do a repair (guaranteed for life) and I mentioned that I was having windows done at my rental. The guy from RMK asked if he could have a chance to put in a bid, to which I agreed.  As it turned out, I saved $1000's of dollars with RMK and got premium windows. The difference at the rental is remarkable, both in looks, but especially in cooling down the home.  RMK has been outstanding to work with, both before, during and after the installation.  I would definately recomend them when you're getting an estimate.

I started looking for someone to replace a broken glass  (a glass pane in a single hung window met a flying rock) in need of repair about 3 weeks ago.  I forgot that Yelp will help you link up with contractors on the app.   If you didn't know it, you can Start a project in the app and the app will help you find contractors.  I reached out to several contractors that way until I found VVGM.  Something about our first messages exchanged here and the positive reviews led me to believe I'd choose Louis.  After talks with several contractors, I decided Louis was the right person.   He was very straight forward and punctual for each appointment.  No fee to provide an estimate.   VVGM had fair competitive pricing and best of all... was fastest to be available to get the job done.  I was very pleased with the service I received during the glass replacement and the quality of the work done too.

I was so pleased to find Golden Arrow Glass Co.  They were incredibly responsive.  Each time I had a question, they responded immediately.  All of the people at Golden Arrow that we worked with were a pleasure.  I mentioned that they were so responsive, and Alex said they try to treat everyone as if they are family.  I truly believe that--because that is how we were treated.  The response time was fast, the bid was competitive, the glass came in very quickly--within two weeks, I think, and the installation was great.  
Great company.  I will use them again when necessary and I highly recommend them.

We recently had all our windows done with the security screens.  Not only do they look beautiful we feel very safe.  I am so happy. They aren't cheap however you can't put a price on your safety.  We live in the Phoenix area. I would recommend this company and if you can afford them get it done. Worth the investment.  The office staff is very friendly and accommodating.  I loved working with Carey  the Manager very nice  and the installer Matt was very efficient and knowledgeable.  They really want you to be happy with the product.  LOOK INTO GETTING THEM!!

After my parents had their windows done, I decided to look at the two companies they had been to, and while the other company didn't call me back, Freelite did and was on time to almost every appointment except for one, where the gentleman called ahead 20 minutes before to let me know he was going to be 10 minutes late. Things can always go wrong but communication is amazing!

The windows are now installed and they look amazing, keep out the dust and elements, and are starting to open better now that they're getting worn in (1 week).

The installers themselves were very careful to not leave a mess or damage my new floors. They blanketed my house with plastic and carefully carried everything where they needed it, and when they left, there was no mess. All I had to do was a little bit of repainting which was mentioned to me ahead of the quote signing. Finally, although fortunately nothing went wrong, they graciously provided proof that they are licensed, bonded, insured, and installers are worker's comp covered.

The ONLY downside is that I had some trouble getting my quote back via e-mail, but they were apparently having problems with their computer systems. Regardless, the end result was worth it as all 15 of my questions and concerns were answered and the quote was accurate and the product is fantastic!

Can't say enough good things about this company. They just finished installing a glass and wrought iron panel and screen in my entry door. It is beautiful. Love the fact the glass opens so that I can get a cross breeze through the house in cooler months. Chris, my initial contact with the company was terrific . Even though they do not have a showroom he assured me that they wouldn't get paid until we were satisfied and that if I was unhappy with the color powder coat I chose or the style they would switch it out, no charge. He also assured me that if the glass insert which opens needed adjusting in the future they would come out and take care of it. Tim the installer was great as well. He was very pleasant and had the work done quickly and cleaned up the glass and the floor before he left. I would definitely recommend this company. Now I can't wait until the weather cools down a bit so I leave my door open!

EVERY single person that I dealt with at Weathersby Windows was knowledeable and polite. I am an existing customer and when contacting the store the folks there want to bring resolution to my requests.  Other competitors bring up obstacles.  I had unfortunately bought  a couple of windows and a sliding door from a national seller and it has been nothing but trouble. They are into their 9th month and still do not have the installation completed.
The Weatersby Windows sales-person (Vinnie) was perfect.  He stayed on top of the intallation project from start to finish and kept us informed about appointments.
The reason I gave them a 5-STAR rating is that there is not one single thing I would change about how the entire process flowed.
And equally important is that these windows work like magic.  We wish we had bought them years ago.

These windows are a good value compared to the others I shopped, and the installers, Nate and Sean, are great.  They've worked in my house 3 times now, and do an excellent job of installation and cleanup.   Definitely recommend.

I made an appointment with lifetime windows for full window and door replacement in my home. When I made the appointment I was asked if I was the sole decision-maker in my house and I told them I would be making decisions for this project. They sent out a sales person who arrived late and without a mask, contrary to their posted COVID protocols. The sales person asked me if I was the sole decision-maker and I told her that I would be sharing this information for final decision making with my spouse (note that I had already interviewed several local companies, this one is not special). The salesperson insisted, I informed her that I found it offensive that she required my husband to be at home in order to talk about their service. She informed me that it was so nothing would get lost in translation, so that I wouldn't get the information wrong when I told him. Great. Now she's offended me twice. I told her that if she insisted on waiting for my husband that she would be waiting forever. Then she packed up and left. Just like that, so much for professionalism.

As I mentioned, I have interviewed several companies and not a single one has sent out a salesperson without a mask, not a single one insisted that both homeowners be present, and not a single one has acted unprofessionally until Lifetime.

This company seems completely out of touch with how families operate. Even if given the benefit of the doubt which they do not deserve, in a time where it is a complete luxury to have a midday appointment in your home to discuss window replacement it is absolutely unreasonable to ask for all home owners to be present.

Overall the experience with SR Glass was excellent.  We had two double pane windows replaced.
Angel and Dave did a great job in under an hour and the windows fit perfectly.  The cost was
a few hundred dollars less than another estimate we received.  We would definitely recommend
this company.
