Fixed our window to our patio door as promised and for a reasonable price. Quality install and quick communication. Took a little longer than expected to get the replacement glass but pleased with the end result.

I would very highly recommend this company.  Shane was very prompt and professional, and he did a top notch job on my window replacement. While he was at my home for the window replacement, I showed him a window screen that also needed to be replaced. He measured it and ordered a replacement for me at a great price. Couldn't be happier. I know who to call the next time I need any window work done.

I hired this company a couple different times. The first time I needed a brand new door built along with a wall and they made it look seamless, as though it had been there originally with the house. Absolute perfection! Second job I had them do was removing a tree that fell on my home during a monsoon. They were able to come out very quickly and not only remove the tree, but fix the roof as well! I highly recommend using this company!

We recently had all our windows replaced by Mountain Glass. We are very pleased with the quality of the product and the professional work done in their installation. It took some time to get the windows due to matters beyond their control, but Christine kept us informed throughout that time of their status. The crew was very professional, courteous and timely. They took pains to be sure there was minimal if any mess during the course of installation, and even rehung the blinds, a very pleasant surprise. ABC Glass charged me a restocking fee  even though I used them for 9 glass jobs totaling over $4000.  The restocking fee was actually because the manager did not want to refund onto a credit card and have to pay the card fee.  By the way we used most of the refund on a 9th job and he sent a check as the refund for the balance so he never had to pay that fee anyway.  
What happened is we broke a window at a customers house and called ABC glass just like we had 8 other times.  They got a quote together and ran my card for the total.  After a fee days our customer actually wanted to pay for the new glass because there was not enough proof that my company had actually broke the window in the first place.  So my customer ended up paying for the glass with her credit card and I asked for my card to be refunded.  The Manager said no way, it could only be used as a store credit or he would charge me the card fee of 4% for refunding my credit card.  REALLY!  after all the jobs we had already paid them?  I took the store credit and used most of it for a 9th job.  At that point I took all of ABC's invoices I had and called other glass companies.  I sent over the info on each job and asked for prices from them.  You know what one of the other company send back as quotes for the jobs that ABC had already done?  1/2 price for all but one job!  I couldn't believe it.  I was being charged twice as much money as ABC's competitors and this store manager was going to loose me as a customer over maybe $15 in credit card fees.  I would not recommend ABC glass to anyone after this experience.  I will never go back.  By the way after being in business for 21 years as a landscape maintenance company and having to pay for about 80 broken windows, I am a customer a glass company wants.

The installers Brandt & Jeff  did an absolutely wonderful Job installing new patio doors. They put down tarps to cover patio, vacuumed, stuccoed, sealed, cleaned etc. They were absolutely very professional.  Many thanks.

RMK Windows was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish on our window replacement project.  From our first meeting with Jake (sales rep), through the install process and then the demostration of their warranty commitment the RMK team was top notch.  We had recently purchased a 1980's home that had been remodeled inside and out except for the windows.  The energy and sound improvements with the new windows is incredible and look great too.  The smoothness of the windows to open and close is such an improvement over our original windows.  The installers were very profressional, cleaned up their work like they were never there, and were very thouruogh in showing us the operation of each window type that was installed.  After the windows were complete we noticed a blimish in one of the planes of glass and RMK was very quick to respond and have it replaced, a testiment to their warranty.  The process went so smooth from start to finish, we are happy to recommend RMK Windows to everyone we know!

I was so pleased to find Golden Arrow Glass Co.  They were incredibly responsive.  Each time I had a question, they responded immediately.  All of the people at Golden Arrow that we worked with were a pleasure.  I mentioned that they were so responsive, and Alex said they try to treat everyone as if they are family.  I truly believe that--because that is how we were treated.  The response time was fast, the bid was competitive, the glass came in very quickly--within two weeks, I think, and the installation was great.  
Great company.  I will use them again when necessary and I highly recommend them.

I first installed security screen masters back in 2011 in my first home. I never felt vulnerable leaving my window open.
We just installed screens in our 2nd home and added a hefty security  enclosure door in our front yard. Very very happy with the outcome and satisfied with their products. I highly recommend.

I was very pleased with the overall installation and service of Freelite.  Owner Chip Marvin came out initially to survey the project and was patient and informative during the discovery process.  He helped determine which Skylight would work best and in which area.  The crew worked hard and the texture & drywall technician was excellent.   The skylight looks fantastic and I would recommend this company to anyone in the market for a skylight or solar device.

I cannot tell you what a pleasure it was to work with this company. Tim and Kevin did a great job installing our new door and Mario painted it to perfection!!! I have a gorgeous door for a quarter of the price of a brand new door. I love how my front door looks now! It made a huge difference! The team works efficiently and professionally and they are all super sweet!! Took only a few hours to install. I highly recommend this company!!

We had all of our windows and patio doors replaced in 2017. In the following years we had a few problems with the patio doors. Each time I called, I got in the schedule and Chris came to fix the problems. Last week, I called because rain was dripping through one of my master bedroom window. Chris came again and made sure to put caulking around the outside of my window as it had deteriorated over time. He didn't charge for his service and I was happy to get the problem fixed. I am glad that even after several years after the new windows were purchased that are keeping their word at providing a warranty on their work and on their products.

READ the POOR REVIEWS! I wish I had read them prior to ordering ours in February. Salesman Rich stressed honesty and made several promises. I understand supply chain issues but how about being Sold based on a pitch rather than the truth from the office or manufacturer. Windows arrived in August not May. I ordered all new windows and install of a new slider, i had a contractor and electrician scheduled and tried to coordinate with Lifetime, never got one phone call and was stressed that on install date they would not bring out slider and I would be left with an opening in summer. Monday morning day of install with both my contractors on site, the installers called and of course the slider was not on the truck. After a brief convo it was relayed that the windows were black frames when I had ordered all white.  
This was a disaster and terrible communication, follow up and general consideration especially considering the cost was $25k. Choose someone else,  try using a contractor who will go direct to manufacturer, he saved me thousands and made educated improvements for window measurements and selections. My contractor got windows in 4 weeks,  combined multiple windows into larger glass/windows saved me and looks much better.  Do not use Lifetime Windows.

They were on time.  Courteous and knowledgeable.  Juan did a terrific job on our slider and screen.  Angel got our new window wheels installed in good time.  We were pleased with both men.  Thank you!
