I hired this company a couple different times. The first time I needed a brand new door built along with a wall and they made it look seamless, as though it had been there originally with the house. Absolute perfection! Second job I had them do was removing a tree that fell on my home during a monsoon. They were able to come out very quickly and not only remove the tree, but fix the roof as well! I highly recommend using this company!

I reach out to a few mirror and glass companies on a Saturday. I needed a mirror replaced ASAP.
Az Glass & Mirror got back to me the same day and offered to come out on Sunday or Monday. Az Glass & Mirror had the best price and got the job done. I'm very happy and would use them again.

Mountain View Glass provided us with exceptional 5 Star service! We called to get a bid for glass replacement in our French door; Mario arrived on time and measured our door to prepare a bid. Later that afternoon, we received a very thorough bid including type of glass, project details and requirements along with the warranty description. We were pleased with the bid and today our glass was installed! Mario did spectacular work removing the existing glass and installing our new glass! Thank you for your outstanding service!

We didn't even mention that Michelle was pushing another frosted glass that she wanted us to choose right from the beginning. We told her THREE times that we didn't like the one that she tried to push on us. That was our first red flag with ABC Glass.
After checking other glass companies Lori, we found that even your original quote was high at $850.05 w/labor. Then you raised your quote to $993.98.
We received other quotes that are far cheaper for the same thing. See photo below of another company's quote that is nearly half the price.
ABC Glass is pushy, dishonest, and expensive. Not to mention the lies and BS we were handed. Buyer beware with this company.

I had this company install an enlarged picture window in our kitchen. Jerry, the salesman came out to the house gave us a quote for the work which was only for the cutting of the wall and put the window in place. It took 7 weeks for the window to be delivered. Never heard from Jerry again. Very pricey to say the least but it was the only company in town that would install one window. I did not need 3 or more. Be certain that you understand that the plaster, painting,etc will be a separate charge. The day after, another gentleman came out and repaired the outside stucco around the glass, but no painting.  Dustin and his partner did a fine job on the install and John was good as well to repair the outside wall. I was very surprised that Jerry, or someone from the office NEVER  called to see if all was satisfactory. This is poor communication on this company's behalf. Be certain to ask ALL the questions you need at the first appointment so you will understand what work will/will not be done for your price quote.Hopefully the company will call you to follow up on the work done to see if all was satisfactory.

We have lived in our house for three years and have always had hot spots. The front room our master bedroom and the babies room where always much hotter then the rest of the house. Our A/C unit could never catch up and would run all day trying to keep a temperature it couldn't reach especially in the afternoons. But after our new windows from RMK im glad to report the living room no longer needs a fan to keep us comfortable and the other rooms are as cool as the rest of the house. On top of that our A/C unit actually shuts off periodically. The day they installed the windows I was worried we would never get the house cooled back down till later in the day. They finished installation around 2pm and immediately felt the lack of heat coming through the windows and just a few hours later our A/C unit actually kicked off and we were floored by that. Great job and installation crew were courteous. Windows look great. I did wait 2 months to write the review as I wanted to see our energy bills. Installation happened 2 weeks into our billing cycle and our electric actually cost $50 less from the previous 2 years. Our next billing cycle from June 20 to July 20 wasn't as much of a savings but still atleast $50. But its because we started setting the A/C even lower at nights and during the day because who doesn't want to sleep cold. I bet anyone who installs the windows and really wants to test their limits of reducing their bill each month would see a huge savings. As for us, we are just way more comfortable then we have ever been in our house.

I messaged this provider and we agreed on an appointment time. He didn't show up and didn't let me know he wasn't coming. I tried to follow up with him to reschedule and I never heard from him again. Hopefully everything is okay, but it wasn't professional.

Alex and his team with Golden Arrow Glass were responsive to my requests. They were easy to work with on planning and installing my project. The estimate was very competitive and when they were taking measurements they were very precise.  
My finished job looks so wonderful that I arranging with them to have more work done.  Very professional throughout the project.  Respectful of my needs.

Freelite does excellent work. Chip came out to look at my three skylights, all about 35 years old, and explained clearly and carefully what needed to be done to replace them and what my options were. What's great is not just that the prices were competitive with other companies. Rather, from the initial consultation to the installation to the follow-up with paint and drywall they were on time and explained everything clearly and effectively.  Best of all, they did a really meticulous job. It also involved some drywall repair and paint in a very sunny north-facing Arizona room. Even small blemishes in this room are easily seen. There were none! And their painter - a shout out to Joe Lopez! - was so good that I hired him to do two other rooms that really need new paint. He is very, very good - a good communicator and extremely clean and courteous. In all, I am very, very pleased with my new skylights. We had them installed a year ago and there have been no problems of any kind. And it made such a difference in my AZ room that I decided it was time to remodel the kitchen.  Excellent company.

Never was able to purchase product. Was difficult setting appointment, then day of, no one called to confirm, so called them. Appointment was set, sales person 30 min. late. Called office, and they were pretty rude, saying people run late. He should have called. Well, he never did, and after way everything was handled, moving on to more professional companies. My time is valuable as well Weathersby. Sorry for inconveniencing you with expectation of respectfulness.

Will never use their services again. They won't schedule anything more than 5 days out making it prohibitively difficult to schedule at an available time. I have a full-time career and need to be able to plan in advance to ensure I can spend an entire day waiting on a service. They didn't call back after their first attempt to schedule and I had to reach out to them. Finally booked a 12pm appointment and they called at 2pm to say they weren't coming. It's been 2 months since I paid in full, up front, and I'm still waiting. Their contract releases them from all incompetence and holds the customer hostage.  They can basically burn your home to the ground and deny all responsibility... You have 72 hours to cancel, but they have an eternity to be incompetent.

I've used Home Depot multiple times and the sales rep from affordable Windows bashed them saying they were overpriced and used poor quality materials. Well I'm happy with what they sold me, they were on time, and diligently followed up with me to ensure satisfaction. I never had to babysit Home Depot.

READ the POOR REVIEWS! I wish I had read them prior to ordering ours in February. Salesman Rich stressed honesty and made several promises. I understand supply chain issues but how about being Sold based on a pitch rather than the truth from the office or manufacturer. Windows arrived in August not May. I ordered all new windows and install of a new slider, i had a contractor and electrician scheduled and tried to coordinate with Lifetime, never got one phone call and was stressed that on install date they would not bring out slider and I would be left with an opening in summer. Monday morning day of install with both my contractors on site, the installers called and of course the slider was not on the truck. After a brief convo it was relayed that the windows were black frames when I had ordered all white.  
This was a disaster and terrible communication, follow up and general consideration especially considering the cost was $25k. Choose someone else,  try using a contractor who will go direct to manufacturer, he saved me thousands and made educated improvements for window measurements and selections. My contractor got windows in 4 weeks,  combined multiple windows into larger glass/windows saved me and looks much better.  Do not use Lifetime Windows.

They were on time.  Courteous and knowledgeable.  Juan did a terrific job on our slider and screen.  Angel got our new window wheels installed in good time.  We were pleased with both men.  Thank you!
