Initial contact with Eddie was quick. We got someone on site to take measurements for a new shower glass door the next day and a quote for the work the following day. However, Eddie was quick to assume that we wanted the minimum set up; options of color and hardware were not provided. I had to ask for the shower glass to have a pull handle instead of the standard puck that would have been installed had I not asked. After details were clarified, a 50% payment was requested 4 days after initial contact.

After payment, it felt like Eddie was ghosting me. He was unresponsive to Yelp messages that were marked as 'read' and did not provide updates on delivery or installation dates unless I asked. A typical pattern would be Eddie telling me that he'd update me by the end of the week, only to tell me that he'd update me the following Monday. When a date was scheduled, Eddie would push it back further. Eddie did not provide me with reasons for the setbacks; I had to ask what the reason for the delay was and only then was a reason provided. Three weeks from the initial payment had passed when I requested a refund and cancellation of the order, to which I was advised by Eddie that payment is not refundable. This was not explained at the time of payment nor did we receive anything in writing that states a non refundable agreement. While some of the setbacks and delays were understandable, the lack of communication is inexcusable.

28 days passed between payment and installation. After installation, it was noticed that two pieces of hardware did not match the color of the rest of the hardware. Eddie told me that I would have to contact him to request replacement parts. I reached out 13 days after installation for replacement parts and was asked to contact him back in a month and a half due to a back order. When I contacted Eddie again after a month and a half, he gave me the same pattern as before for follow up: he said he'd let me know the following Monday (he didn't), then he said by end of business the next day (he didn't), then he said a 5-7 business day turnaround, only to tell me two days later that I have been put on a 2-3 month waiting list for the individual parts. We'll see if the parts actually come in by the estimation given of mid June / early July, which will be 6 months after installation and 7 months after initial contact.

TLDR: The glass, hardware, and installation look alright (you get what you pay for), however communication and service was incredibly poor. As a customer, I initiated more communication and prompted follow up more times than I should have. The business should be providing the consumer with updates without the consumer having to ask, and should be taking ownership for a project that is clearly not finished. Eddie takes no accountability whatsoever. For that reason I will not be recommending this business to anyone.

Super nice guy.  Came right on time.  Saved me money bc it was a simple window fix when I thought I might need a new window.

I hired this company a couple different times. The first time I needed a brand new door built along with a wall and they made it look seamless, as though it had been there originally with the house. Absolute perfection! Second job I had them do was removing a tree that fell on my home during a monsoon. They were able to come out very quickly and not only remove the tree, but fix the roof as well! I highly recommend using this company!

I reach out to a few mirror and glass companies on a Saturday. I needed a mirror replaced ASAP.
Az Glass & Mirror got back to me the same day and offered to come out on Sunday or Monday. Az Glass & Mirror had the best price and got the job done. I'm very happy and would use them again.

We have used Mountain View Glass And Mirrors for our glass needs for years and have found their service to be exceptional. Always pleased with their work and have always been great to work with.

We needed something to protect our windows as we live on a golf course. Mario came to our home and suggested window screens mounted away from the glass about two inches and had other customers that were very please with that solution.

We were please with the very reasonable quote and placed an order with Mountain View Glass and Mirrors for the screens and they were installed today. They look beautiful and give us peace of mind in reducing the glass breakage we have had for years. The installation was very professional and perfectly installed.

Well I was referred to this company by another glass replacement company that does not do second floors. I call and a woman answers and says hello rather short. Not Hello ABC Glass , etc. how can I help you ....and then proceeds rather rudely to say I am with a customer, give me your number and I will call you back after I am done with this customer. Never called me back. Don't think I want to work with a company if this is the way they welcome your call for new business. Shame on you.

Sorry for the late post-We highly recommend AZ Valley. The Dans were fantastic. We had a big, fairly complicated job. When we had an issue Dan was there to help us out and make sure we were completely satisfied.  We love the work they did and would use them again.

We had asked Demers to give us a proposal for the replacement and repair of several of our windows.  They initially came out and walked through our house and identified which windows needed to be repaired and or replaced.  We received the bid from them, but it didn't match what we discussed.  We have tried to call several times to get it corrected.  They have not responded to any of our calls and don't seem interested in doing our project at all.  They're followup and customer service don't seem to be very important to them.  I would not recommend calling them if you actually want your windows repaired.

We were in the market to get new windows when I opened the door to a salesperson for RMK windows and we set up an appointment for an estimate.  While the person giving the estimate did win my trust during this appointment that was all about to change.  I had requested windows be installed prior to Thanksgiving but was told that they would try but it would most likely be the week following.  After not hearing back from anyone before Thanksgiving and the week after had passed I finally had to call to see when they were planning on installing. We were not on their install list at that time, I had to explain what I was promised installation during these times then received a call back to say they would be out the following week and I would be receiving a call from the installer, time came and went with no call.  I called again and finally the installer called me back and in his words they had to squeeze some bigger jobs in before mine and once those were done they would be out.  Good to know that my time was not as valuable as the bigger paying jobs.  This set the course for our experience throughout the install nothing but excuses for being late and only having one person on the job.  They said they would clean up their mess outside before leaving but no, I had to crawl around picking up broken glass all around the outside of my home which was not appreciated.  Bottom line we do like our windows, thank god, but the customer service and installation needs more than alot of work.  Nobody ever even checked up on us after to see if everything was good or not.  I cannot recommend RMK to anyone else to purchase windows from.

Dedicated, honest, trustworthy, fairly priced and shows up and communicates well during all of the stages of the project.
After getting blind quotes and opinions to replace all of the non working windows for over $5K!, Louis showed up in person and his suggestions saved me nearly $4.5K!

Landscaper broke my window with a rock, Golden Arrow was out here the next Day for an Estimate, I called Pella Windows & Doors... They wanted twice as much and wanted to replace the entire window...You can tell Golden Arrow Glass has true skilled professionals in the trade they did an amazing job. 5 Stars! Plus, I am in Fountain Hills, finding repair people to come out here is hard enough as it is, I hope these guys take all of Fountain Hills business, its a gold mine. Good luck! I'll be calling them in the future for sure!

This was our second job w/Security Screen Masters. They did such a fantastic job with our front door and rear sliders we brought them back for a couple smaller doors (from kitchen & master bedrm) that also open onto the rear patio. From start to finish, the whole experience was first-class, and the finished products are functionally and aesthetically excellent. Good communication, frequent updates while awaiting installation, efficient and pleasant installer--all good!

I was very pleased with the overall installation and service of Freelite.  Owner Chip Marvin came out initially to survey the project and was patient and informative during the discovery process.  He helped determine which Skylight would work best and in which area.  The crew worked hard and the texture & drywall technician was excellent.   The skylight looks fantastic and I would recommend this company to anyone in the market for a skylight or solar device.

Quality company, quality product and very efficient and expert installation. We had our pantry door redone with an iron and glass insert and it turned out beautiful, Would highly recommend. Thanks to the whole team for a job well done!

I called to make an appointment.  I was told appointments are at 2 weeks out.   Took my name and information and was given a date and time.  I called 5 minutes before scheduled appointment to confirm and was told I wasn't in their book.  I was then told the owner's wife would call me back.  She never did.  Glad this happened as I would not want to hire any company that can't track appointments and don't care about missed appointments that wasted and delayed customer time.   Find someone else who cares.  Beware of this one.

Great Company to work with, I pretty much never write reviews however in this case I wanted to share my experience with Affordable Windows.  Let's start with the basics, staff was very easy to work with, everyone showed up when they were supposed, everyone was very knowledgeable about the product and process.  The windows are great and more importantly made for the Arizona weather and dust.  However a true testament of a company is when the customer has an issue.  I misunderstood part of the contract, it was there black and white however when I called with my concern I received an immediate response from the manager Jessica.  She explained everything and even though I had signed the contract and they owed me nothing it was more important to Affordable Windows that I was satisfied.  They ended up paying for an additional window at no charge to me.  I was shocked and of course extremely happy and grateful that I had found a company with this kind of integrity.  I still have more windows to go and I will definitely be purchasing and having them installed through Affordable Windows.

Chris Fout did an excellent job on the home visit.  Friendly and knowledgeable.  Great product selection.

I would give this place zero stars if I could, for the headache that this place has caused me and my husband.

SR Windows and Glass has given me the absolute worst customer service experience that I have ever received.

I have had a technician come to my home once, to measure the window. I was told that I would have a quote within 24 hours. I hear nothing from the technician or the company. I call them after a few days and am told that the technician is off right now, and that I would have to wait even longer just for a quote. Instant. What a lie.

Then, I waited two weeks for the repair to actually occur.

This company then took my money as a deposit and promised a repair person today.

I arrive home and my window is still broken (this place took our money AND failed to do the job that we paid them for), and the company has informed my husband that we should take our business elsewhere. All after we had waited two weeks for them to follow up with us.

Communications with staff (when they actually picked up the phone) at this company were unprofessional and rude. I was told by a staff member that I do not know what I'm talking about when describing the tedious process of trying to reach these people.

I am disgusted at the lack of respect and customer service offered by this business.

Save yourself a headache and some money, and go elsewhere.
