The owner called me the same day. He sent out a repair person in less than 24 hours. Not only did they do a good job but they charged the price quoted. The repair tech was very nice. He explained what he was doing and why. They are taking safety precautions and don't leave a mess behind. I would use them again.

Shane came out and measured and explained the replacing the window process. Had the quote back to us by that evening and went ahead and had him put in the order for the replacement. Once it arrived, he reached out to find a time that worked for our schedule to come back and install. Will recommend and use again.

I hired this company a couple different times. The first time I needed a brand new door built along with a wall and they made it look seamless, as though it had been there originally with the house. Absolute perfection! Second job I had them do was removing a tree that fell on my home during a monsoon. They were able to come out very quickly and not only remove the tree, but fix the roof as well! I highly recommend using this company!

I reach out to a few mirror and glass companies on a Saturday. I needed a mirror replaced ASAP.

I had met the owner from business meetings we both attended but I had never used them. Then one day sombody threw a rock through my office window. It was the week end and I called  ABC. They gave me advice and responded emmidiately. Unfortunatly the building owner wanted to use somebody else and it took several days. In addition the window was not the the right glass the first time. I should have insisted on using ABC.

Go forward a couple of years to a week ago. I broke the glass top on my desk. (No I am not going to tell you how that happend.)  I called and met ABC with a corner from my desk top and measurements. Their office called the next day and asked about what bevel I wanted and some other details. I got the glass today and it is an exact duplicate of the original. It fits perfectly and looks great.

I want to address the price issue because another poster felt ABC might be a little higher priced. Here's the deal. You can shop all day and do internet comparisons and you may find a cheaper provider but in the end isn't it about the quality of the job and the integrity of the people you work with?

If you answered no to that you are making a mistake with your money and your time. ABC did this job perfectly, on time, on budget, at a price well within the market for these jobs.They did not have to do it again and I did not have to return anything. I didn't have to argue about it and everybody I dealt with was pleasant, understandable and intelligent. I have had two car windows replaced in the last year by different companies approved by insurance. In both cases they did not show up on time, made errors (that gooy sealing stuff all over the dash) and didn't  seem to care if I was a customer or not.

Your time is worth something and when you waste time on looking for the cheapest provider you almost guarantee less quality and waste your precious time. Another way to look at that is your time is your life being spent. Do you really want to give up any of your life arguing and searching for cheaper deals? Look for people you can trust who value your life as you do and then use the time you saved taking annoying pictures of your grandkids.

Did you notice that Lori responds to Yelp posts? Both good ones and the ugly ones! How many businesses do you see that do that? It means they care and they pay attention to customers. Do yourself and your life a favor and call them when you break something glass.

Found them on yelp, took an extremely long time to get someone out to give a quote and the sales rep did not pull through.

Great from start to finish!  Sent a couple pictures of my broken window (golf ball) along with the size and got a estimate within an hour.  Dana called to set up a time for a tech to visit and confirm the size and scope of work    Chris came he next day and they confirmed price and lead time.  They quoted two weeks and called to schedule the install time as promised.  Chris called to confirm the install appointment and arrived advised who would be a later than scheduled.  Work was performed expertly and exactly as discussed.  New window and the work area were both clean when job was completed.  I would definitely recommend Demers and I will certainly use them again if another stray golf ball finds glass!

We had all our windows replaced in our home.  (7 windows to be exact) RMK Windows did a fantastic job on my home. All the staff I worked with from the salesperson, installers and the manager they were all professional, on time and very friendly. The service and workmanship I was provided was top notch. Alex and his team showed up promptly, worked quickly, cleaned up after themselves and were pleasant to work with! Will definitely keep their card for our future house projects.

After the job is complete we decided to add one more screen. They came out and placed the screen and let us know they thought it wasn't a perfect enough fit so they wanted to remake it. We were fine but they just wouldn't let it go so at no charge to us they remade the screens so it is perfect. Who doesn't like that?

This should be less than one star. These guys are horrible. Made appointment weeks in advance and they cancelled the day of, with no concerns. Hire at your own risk. I was able to find a higher rated company who actually apologized for My bad luck and had a technician out there for my original appointment with Freelite. Maybe I should have the Freelite guys give a call to learn how to properly run a business

I cannot tell you what a pleasure it was to work with this company. Tim and Kevin did a great job installing our new door and Mario painted it to perfection!!! I have a gorgeous door for a quarter of the price of a brand new door. I love how my front door looks now! It made a huge difference! The team works efficiently and professionally and they are all super sweet!! Took only a few hours to install. I highly recommend this company!!

Great team. Great windows. Wife is thrilled.
She is pretty picky about things, and she is extremely detail-oriented.
I don't know if there is even a higher level of praise for something than to say my wife couldn't find anything wrong with it.
She has not shut up about how happy she is about the service, the windows themselves, and the company.
Like I said, it doesn't get any better than saying the wife is thrilled.

At first, I wasn't sure that these windows would fit properly in my older Mobile Home but, Not only did they fit.....they fit perfect. What a difference! My AC/Heating unit is working alot less and the temperature in my home is now even from room to room. Installation guys were super friendly and very professional. I gave them a B for responsivness because I called with a question and it took them 24 hours to get back to me but, when they did they had all the answers to my questions. Good Job

Our new window looks great! SR Windows replaced a large special glass window at the front of our home we're selling this week. They matched it to the surrounding windows perfectly.
