My back slider glass cracked.  They came out and their pricing was exactly what they shared in the estimate over the phone. They were flexible with their schedule as well. Unfortunately, the glass cracked on 1st installation and to get a new piece and have it out in took some time. They had to come back a third time to make adjustments to door and make it fit/slide better.  No complaints with service overall, just in the time for completion.

I would very highly recommend this company.  Shane was very prompt and professional, and he did a top notch job on my window replacement. While he was at my home for the window replacement, I showed him a window screen that also needed to be replaced. He measured it and ordered a replacement for me at a great price. Couldn't be happier. I know who to call the next time I need any window work done.

I hired this company a couple different times. The first time I needed a brand new door built along with a wall and they made it look seamless, as though it had been there originally with the house. Absolute perfection! Second job I had them do was removing a tree that fell on my home during a monsoon. They were able to come out very quickly and not only remove the tree, but fix the roof as well! I highly recommend using this company!

I reach out to a few mirror and glass companies on a Saturday. I needed a mirror replaced ASAP.
Az Glass & Mirror got back to me the same day and offered to come out on Sunday or Monday. Az Glass & Mirror had the best price and got the job done. I'm very happy and would use them again.

Mountain View Glass provided us with exceptional 5 Star service! We called to get a bid for glass replacement in our French door; Mario arrived on time and measured our door to prepare a bid. Later that afternoon, we received a very thorough bid including type of glass, project details and requirements along with the warranty description. We were pleased with the bid and today our glass was installed! Mario did spectacular work removing the existing glass and installing our new glass! Thank you for your outstanding service!

Had the worst experience ever with ABC Glass, DO NOT WORK WITH THEM.  we were working on a project opening a new preschool and needed to order acrylic dividers for counter top to divide hand washing sinks.  When my husband went to pick up the order and they charged for the 3 pieces of acrylic was $229 that was a total rip off.  When I asked to talk to the manager about the pricing the manager told him that the price was given over the phone and that was our problem we agreed.  I wouldn't care about paying this price but that didn't even resolve my problem, to complete the job they offered me a solution that would cost me another $700!! Something so simple became outrageously expensive.  Their customer service was disgusting!!! I picked up the order and left, I decided to check around for pricing of the acrylic pieces, I found another company called Diamond Glass and Mirror, very friendly and helpful they helped me to order the right parts to complete the project and they referred me to another company Canyon State Plastic which after helping me cut the pieces to the right size AT NO CHARGE.  I asked them how much they charge for the same acrylic, they said they charged $18 a sheet, so only $51 and the crooks at ABC charged me $229!!
I called ABC talked to Lisa, she remembered me, I asked to speak to the owner and manager and she refused, she said they were not available.  

I guess I lost money from this experience, but mostly this review is due to their POOR customer service and lack of helping us in a time crunch and charging EXCESSIVELY for something.  I get they have to make their money but their is a point where it becomes a straight out crime!  And then deny us the chance to speak to someone in charge.  

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!

I had this company install an enlarged picture window in our kitchen. Jerry, the salesman came out to the house gave us a quote for the work which was only for the cutting of the wall and put the window in place. It took 7 weeks for the window to be delivered. Never heard from Jerry again. Very pricey to say the least but it was the only company in town that would install one window. I did not need 3 or more. Be certain that you understand that the plaster, painting,etc will be a separate charge. The day after, another gentleman came out and repaired the outside stucco around the glass, but no painting.  Dustin and his partner did a fine job on the install and John was good as well to repair the outside wall. I was very surprised that Jerry, or someone from the office NEVER  called to see if all was satisfactory. This is poor communication on this company's behalf. Be certain to ask ALL the questions you need at the first appointment so you will understand what work will/will not be done for your price quote.Hopefully the company will call you to follow up on the work done to see if all was satisfactory.

Demers glass company is very reasonable, however their employees are not very professional. It doesn't matter if you are off the job, don't wear your work shirt and act rude in a bar etc. it's a reflection of the company and who they employ. Just sayin

We used RMK windows to install all new windows and 2 sliding doors in our home. The installation team is awesome; they keep to the scheduled date and time as promised, clean up debris, and work until the job is completed.  The sales team offers very competitive pricing, and our salesman, Josh, was very easy to work with and always returned our calls promptly.

There were a few issues with our order, (NO FAULT OF RMK)
and Brian, the owner was quick to sort it out and get it corrected quickly. Their customer service is what makes RMK stand out from the others, they don't stop until you are completely satisfied with everything. I would rate them a 10 plus!  I would not hesitate to refer them to anyone looking to replace windows or doors!

Friendly, quick and easy. Fixed my window with one visit and ON A SUNDAY! Super professional and I would highly recommend to anyone. Happy to have found them!

You may have seen their commercial on TV: a bad guy using a crowbar, sledge hammer or baseball bat - bashing the window screen. It's just like on TV. These things are impenetrable. When the owner of the company showed up at the house, I was impressed. They make a product that is absolutely fabulous. It's by no means cheap, but there's no price for protecting your family. Production takes a little bit, so don't plan on a 2-week start to finish job. Each screen is custom made for your window. The installation crew was very professional and fun to watch. As a former LEO, I can't say enough about how well this product protects your home.

I was very pleased with the overall installation and service of Freelite.  Owner Chip Marvin came out initially to survey the project and was patient and informative during the discovery process.  He helped determine which Skylight would work best and in which area.  The crew worked hard and the texture & drywall technician was excellent.   The skylight looks fantastic and I would recommend this company to anyone in the market for a skylight or solar device.

We had them install a custom glass/wrought iron screen door in our front door so we could get some extra light in our entryway. It took a little while because of the shipping ports were backed up, however, it's very much worth the wait. We couldn't be happier with the product and look! I'll definitely be recommending them to friends and family. (Local Door & Glass was the local installation company who also did a great job!)

I called to make an appointment.  I was told appointments are at 2 weeks out.   Took my name and information and was given a date and time.  I called 5 minutes before scheduled appointment to confirm and was told I wasn't in their book.  I was then told the owner's wife would call me back.  She never did.  Glad this happened as I would not want to hire any company that can't track appointments and don't care about missed appointments that wasted and delayed customer time.   Find someone else who cares.  Beware of this one.

I contacted Affordable Windows and Home Renovations, after I had contacted several other companies and I was at the end of my rope. It seemed like every company had some type of fast talker or some kind of scam with a gift card or free window. It seems like when companies find out they're dealing with a woman the price sky rockets. On my last stitch effort, I called Affordable Windows and they were very professional and prompt. Affordable Windows sent a guy out to measure what I needed and showed me the different Windows and Door options I could choose from. Affordable Windows and Doors also had a much faster turn around time than anyone else I had come across. When it came to pricing, I was blown away. Affordable Windows and Doors should change their name to Very Affordable Windows and Doors. I had the BEST experience with Affordable Windows and Doors, they were on time, did GREAT work, explained everything and also cleaned up a mess that wasn't even theirs. I am AMAZED on how much cooler my house is now. I think everyone should use them, they are the BEST!!!! affordablewindowsofaz.com

READ the POOR REVIEWS! I wish I had read them prior to ordering ours in February. Salesman Rich stressed honesty and made several promises. I understand supply chain issues but how about being Sold based on a pitch rather than the truth from the office or manufacturer. Windows arrived in August not May. I ordered all new windows and install of a new slider, i had a contractor and electrician scheduled and tried to coordinate with Lifetime, never got one phone call and was stressed that on install date they would not bring out slider and I would be left with an opening in summer. Monday morning day of install with both my contractors on site, the installers called and of course the slider was not on the truck. After a brief convo it was relayed that the windows were black frames when I had ordered all white.  
This was a disaster and terrible communication, follow up and general consideration especially considering the cost was $25k. Choose someone else,  try using a contractor who will go direct to manufacturer, he saved me thousands and made educated improvements for window measurements and selections. My contractor got windows in 4 weeks,  combined multiple windows into larger glass/windows saved me and looks much better.  Do not use Lifetime Windows.

We had a window replaced and new glass installed on another window.  The window job was unusual because siding could not be removed to access the flange holding the window in place.   The SR team figured out a solution, worked through a few challenges,  and got the job done.  Special thanks to Danielle who kept us informed and Angel who did a great job with the installation.   We will use SR Window and Glass in the future and highly recommend them.
