I would very highly recommend this company.  Shane was very prompt and professional, and he did a top notch job on my window replacement. While he was at my home for the window replacement, I showed him a window screen that also needed to be replaced. He measured it and ordered a replacement for me at a great price. Couldn't be happier. I know who to call the next time I need any window work done.

I hired this company a couple different times. The first time I needed a brand new door built along with a wall and they made it look seamless, as though it had been there originally with the house. Absolute perfection! Second job I had them do was removing a tree that fell on my home during a monsoon. They were able to come out very quickly and not only remove the tree, but fix the roof as well! I highly recommend using this company!

I reach out to a few mirror and glass companies on a Saturday. I needed a mirror replaced ASAP.
Az Glass & Mirror got back to me the same day and offered to come out on Sunday or Monday. Az Glass & Mirror had the best price and got the job done. I'm very happy and would use them again.

So stoked, Michelle & Dennis was super helpful. I have a porch light that has 4 panes of 10x12 glass matte finish.
I had been casually looking to repair one of these panes that was broken when I bought the home, thinking it would not be a big deal (wrong! ). I have visited ACE & home Depot after calling numerous places found on the internet, none do a job this small or were auto glass companies.
Finally I called ABC Glass yesterday & spoke with Dennis, he is very helpful & advised me to come by. I mistakenly asked for smoke glassbecause I don't know any better.  The actual glass I needed to match is Matte, this glass is more expensive. Due to my ignorance on the original call I was quoted less, so Michelle asked Dennis to confirm my quote & they honored the price even though it was my fault.
I can just tell you this is AWESOME, they are pleasant & rosie certified. If you need glass cone here.

I had this company install an enlarged picture window in our kitchen. Jerry, the salesman came out to the house gave us a quote for the work which was only for the cutting of the wall and put the window in place. It took 7 weeks for the window to be delivered. Never heard from Jerry again. Very pricey to say the least but it was the only company in town that would install one window. I did not need 3 or more. Be certain that you understand that the plaster, painting,etc will be a separate charge. The day after, another gentleman came out and repaired the outside stucco around the glass, but no painting.  Dustin and his partner did a fine job on the install and John was good as well to repair the outside wall. I was very surprised that Jerry, or someone from the office NEVER  called to see if all was satisfactory. This is poor communication on this company's behalf. Be certain to ask ALL the questions you need at the first appointment so you will understand what work will/will not be done for your price quote.Hopefully the company will call you to follow up on the work done to see if all was satisfactory.

AWESOME SERVICE!  Timely response to my quote request.  I appreciated Patti's emails and follow up phone calls to keep me in the know of arrival times.  The install team was on time and paid attention to detail.  They left the install area cleaner than they found it.  The doors look great and give our entry area a much needed upgrade.  Thank you Demer's Glass Team, we will use you again in the future!

We were in the market to get new windows when I opened the door to a salesperson for RMK windows and we set up an appointment for an estimate.  While the person giving the estimate did win my trust during this appointment that was all about to change.  I had requested windows be installed prior to Thanksgiving but was told that they would try but it would most likely be the week following.  After not hearing back from anyone before Thanksgiving and the week after had passed I finally had to call to see when they were planning on installing. We were not on their install list at that time, I had to explain what I was promised installation during these times then received a call back to say they would be out the following week and I would be receiving a call from the installer, time came and went with no call.  I called again and finally the installer called me back and in his words they had to squeeze some bigger jobs in before mine and once those were done they would be out.  Good to know that my time was not as valuable as the bigger paying jobs.  This set the course for our experience throughout the install nothing but excuses for being late and only having one person on the job.  They said they would clean up their mess outside before leaving but no, I had to crawl around picking up broken glass all around the outside of my home which was not appreciated.  Bottom line we do like our windows, thank god, but the customer service and installation needs more than alot of work.  Nobody ever even checked up on us after to see if everything was good or not.  I cannot recommend RMK to anyone else to purchase windows from.

Replied quickly and were there in a few days ( given thanksgiving holiday we could not schedule immediately). They are criteria and competitive in pricing.

We had a great experience with Golden Arrow Glass! They gave me an affordable quote online, then they were easy to schedule. Alex and his team showed up promptly, worked quickly, cleaned up after themselves and were pleasant to work with! Will definitely keep their card for our future house projects.

We had Bulldog Security handle securing our home. All doors, windows, and enclosed our patio so that our cats have a place to enjoy the outdoors without parents having to worry about any unwanted predators getting to them. I digress, this company is worth every penny!! Our sense of security is off the charts!! Vernon and the crew that did the installation were Amazing. Working with Nicole to help with dates that worked for all was Professional, Courteous, Understanding!! Again, if you are looking for a way to truly secure your home, do not hesitate to give them a call. First year we used them was 9/2019. Second year we used them was 10/2021. Every interaction was Fantastic

I've now had Freelite install 3 skylights and, the latest job, convert a depressing shuttered window into BEAUTIFUL French doors.  I'm surprised to see anything but excellent reviews for this company - in my opinion they do very good work.  I'm told I'm picky and yet I've been nothing but pleased with the results from Freelite.  Yes, things don't happen instantly, but I believe that's normal for the business and Chip (and others on his staff) have always been responsive to my inquiries and kept in close touch with scheduling information.  With major remodel jobs I suspect there are always some issues and I've had a couple (very minor ones), and Freelite has been prompt and effective in clearing these up.  They stand by their work and apparently the installers take pride in theirs.  Absolutely no mess left behind after the door installation, which is pretty amazing in itself.  I definitely recommend this company!

This is our second time using Entry Brite; we replaced the remaining transoms windows and added two cabinets ( 4 doors) in our kitchen.  It changed the look of our house.  Kevin, Tim, and Chris are fantastic to work with, as with everyone we dealt with at Entry Brite.    We have one more project ( window) to replace and can't wait to work with them again.

This all started when I was looking to initially have some window glass replaced due to seal failure, then changing my thoughts to replacing a couple of windows, then re-thinking that it would look odd for my home. Hesitantly I started to get bids, which I highly recommend, not only for pricing comparison but also to get a feel for each company/sales pitch, etc.

Weathersby pricing was competitive. These are the reason I personally went with them:
*  They were not pushy but rather informative and assisted in choice options for each room window that varied.
*  I was concerned with how the old windows were being removed and the look with new windows on a stucco exterior and being properly sealed. Michael took the time to explain their process, which made me feel more at ease.
*  They were upfront about the timelines with the window ordering to install.

A shout out to Chris, Bubba, Tim, and Kirk for the largest picture window (7'-9 x 5'-9) installation, it was picture perfect .  They were on-time, professional, and cleaned up after window replacement.  Chris, how those windows fit just perfect with the existing raised stucco is amazing. I literally feel like I moved into a new home.

I personally went with the Milgard Tuscany Series. I know the Tuscany may cost more but living here in the blazing state of Arizona it was a COOL, right choice for me, well worth the look, comfort and view. I am sure there are others that have experienced something similar, where with the old windows I closed all the shutters and curtains to keep the sun heat out. Now with the new Milgard windows, my air-conditioners are running less times even with the shutters and curtains open all day.

Ok, I gave them three stars.
I like my doors. I went with them after spending a fortune on Anderson last time. I still had two more sliders to replace after that.
The only complaints I have are minor.  
I think communication could be improved on many ends.
I won't be specific, but there were a few instances were a simple text or even
a voice message would of been appreciated.
I loved the two men who installed my doors.
They were hard working and decent people.
The lady that answered my phone calls all the time was great!
I don't recall the other ladies name that I was supposed to talk to, but she seemed busy every time I called.
Seems like a fairly good company!!  Thanks for installing my doors!!

do not waste money with this company. it has been a year since ordering the windows for the entire house, and just yesterday the final window was install and the installers didn't notice it was the wrong window, omg..

Angel came out to inspect my window and measure for a replacement.  Showed up on time, knew what he was doing and got things set for a repair.  Repair happened within two weeks.  Looks great!  Service was excellent.
