I hired this company a couple different times. The first time I needed a brand new door built along with a wall and they made it look seamless, as though it had been there originally with the house. Absolute perfection! Second job I had them do was removing a tree that fell on my home during a monsoon. They were able to come out very quickly and not only remove the tree, but fix the roof as well! I highly recommend using this company!

Every single person I dealt with at Mountain View Glass & Mirror was amazing. Courteous, professional, knowledgeable, HONEST and willing to accommodate anything I needed.  They are fast in getting out to make the repair quickly for you.

After contacting a number of other companies, Mountain View was only the only company that stated from the beginning that they could make the repair I needed, which replacing just the bottom half of a window, without hesitation, whereas all of the others were dead set on trying to convince me that I needed to buy an entirely new window.  This saved me hundreds of dollars from the start and the work they did was beautiful as they had a perfect replacement already in their warehouse.

Additionally, I found that they were very flexible on working out the billing options as the repairs I have need have all been for tenants in rental properties, often far from my home, but they have been willing to take payment by phone, mail and have even made trips to pick up a check from me, saving me tons of time!

I did a custom remodel in Scottsdale . I had ABC glass come out to do a custom mirror with the lights on top of the mirror. More than 3 weeks before needing the glass we had them come out and measure and take a deposit. Over $800 for a cool mirror. Expensive but its what I wanted. On the date prior to install they called and said they needed to remeasure and would not make my date. By this point I was living in my house a week already with no lights and no mirror in the master.  I said well if it has to be a 2 step and wait I would just as well get a normal mirror for cheaper as I had a Trip planned and company after. So then they said they could do it all that day . I changed my schedule to accommodate . Then the day came and they moved the whole thing from Friday to Monday. So Monday I was there and waiting and they were unable to make my mirrors work and said they needed weeks more to get it done.
Well I ended up calling back in and was only offered option A cut a plain mirror for the over $400 I paid in advance, wait weeks and hope the other one would be made, or cancel altogether. While the staff was polite and understanding the owner was a an arrogant jerk who does not care about his business and or reputation. I choose the plain mirror for inflated price and they made no effort to care if I was happy. I will wait until I settle in , at least have a mirror and then start over maybe with another glass company to do the mirrors I would like. I would for sure not ever call them again nor recommend. The owner has no concern for his customers happiness or even ratings for that matter as I told him I would review. Maybe he inherited this business ?

AZ Replacement Windows did a nice, clean installation for five vinyl replacement windows.  One window needed adjustment and they were quick to come back and resolve.  The windows look very nice.  The installers and sales rep were easy to deal with and professional.

Our contact, Trish, was truly Amazing in handling our entire process and even caught an issue in our order that would have been an issue an corrected the situation and carried the ball straight through to completion!

Most businesses tell you they will guarantee things get done right to get your business. Brian from RMK (owner) will stand behind it.

Our house had a pretty complicated window in it, the first attempt to replace it was a bit of a struggle. Brian's team immediately let me know, did not try to cover it up/pass it off as okay. They ended up reordering it (perhaps at a great cost, not sure who ended up footing the bill) Brian was 100% attentive to making sure I was satisfied. He took care of that bigger issue and some smaller (perhaps nit-picky things) He never pushed to get the second half of the bill paid, his focus was on finishing the job, not getting paid for the job.

As a side note he was incredibly aggressive about pricing and ended up beating my other quotes by quite a bit.

Small businesses like this are increasingly rare, all too common are the businesses too big to care about each customer, but RMK is different. I would recommend them to anyone.

From start to finish Golden Arrow Glass was top tier customer service. I began with submitting a project request through Yelp and they were one of the first companies to respond. After a few other quotes, we had them out to give an in person estimate. They even helped answer some questions about other windows not related to the window we needed replaced. They followed up that same day with an estimate and it was competitive and lower than the other quotes. They were accommodating and understanding when we had go old school and use checks for payment ( I know it was more of a hassle) They were prompt to respond and follow up with questions we had while waiting on the manufacturer. On the day of the window replacement they messaged the approximate time of arrive and they were right on time. Quick and clean install. Overall just good people. They will be our go to for any glass needs.

After a long wait to get the screens custom made, (close to 10 weeks) I finally got them installed today by the Henderson, NV location.  Even though these are expensive,  they are head and shoulders above the quality and looks of the other option in Las Vegas that Olson Iron has. The looks alone add value to the house.  Along with making all my windows impenetrable to your average burglar, these really cut down on heat going through your windows. I have tint on  my windows but the evening sun would still heat up the windows and effectively turn them into radiant heaters  in the late afternoon sun.  After the screens were installed I felt the glass  that would normally be warm that time of day and to my surprise they had almost no heat coming through from the sun, this will save me on electrical bills in the summer months. Bottom line, if you can afford the screens, get them, they are top quality , look at it as an investment in your property and your family's safety. The installers in Henderson, NV did a great job.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! We replaced ALL of our windows and added a few new ones. Josh came out to do the estimate. He was on time and very helpful. There weren't any high-pressure sales tactics (like I experienced with the other two estimates I got from different companies). I went with Freelite because of the honest dealings with Josh. Guy and Matt came out to double-check measurements and were like a well-oiled machine. You could tell these guys had been in the business a long time. Window installation went really smoothly (for an old house). Guy and Matt were able to make on-site adjustments.  They were very professional, worked their tails off and cleaned up after their work. The final product is outstanding and we couldn't be happier.

This is our second time using Entry Brite; we replaced the remaining transoms windows and added two cabinets ( 4 doors) in our kitchen.  It changed the look of our house.  Kevin, Tim, and Chris are fantastic to work with, as with everyone we dealt with at Entry Brite.    We have one more project ( window) to replace and can't wait to work with them again.

Called Weathersby Windows to schedule the Always Complimentary Estimates to replace my sliding patio door. They refused to come out unless I replaced a minimum of 5 windows or doors. I only need a new patio door. So much for their No pricing games. Unethical business practice requiring you to purchase more than you need or want.

These guys rock! They installed a beautiful door/window and also windows that matched the door. Prices were good. They were clean and on time. I highly recommend them.

Overall the experience with SR Glass was excellent.  We had two double pane windows replaced.
Angel and Dave did a great job in under an hour and the windows fit perfectly.  The cost was
a few hundred dollars less than another estimate we received.  We would definitely recommend
this company.
