I have a few companies come out and give me a quote. Eddie was very responsive and professional on the phone and gave me options for the glass other companies weren't capable of doing. We haven't had it installed yet so I will update after that but so far I've been impressed with them and look forward to my install in a couple weeks!

Shane came out and measured and explained the replacing the window process. Had the quote back to us by that evening and went ahead and had him put in the order for the replacement. Once it arrived, he reached out to find a time that worked for our schedule to come back and install. Will recommend and use again.

I hired this company a couple different times. The first time I needed a brand new door built along with a wall and they made it look seamless, as though it had been there originally with the house. Absolute perfection! Second job I had them do was removing a tree that fell on my home during a monsoon. They were able to come out very quickly and not only remove the tree, but fix the roof as well! I highly recommend using this company!

I reach out to a few mirror and glass companies on a Saturday. I needed a mirror replaced ASAP.
Az Glass & Mirror got back to me the same day and offered to come out on Sunday or Monday. Az Glass & Mirror had the best price and got the job done. I'm very happy and would use them again.

Every single person I dealt with at Mountain View Glass & Mirror was amazing. Courteous, professional, knowledgeable, HONEST and willing to accommodate anything I needed.  They are fast in getting out to make the repair quickly for you.

After contacting a number of other companies, Mountain View was only the only company that stated from the beginning that they could make the repair I needed, which replacing just the bottom half of a window, without hesitation, whereas all of the others were dead set on trying to convince me that I needed to buy an entirely new window.  This saved me hundreds of dollars from the start and the work they did was beautiful as they had a perfect replacement already in their warehouse.

Additionally, I found that they were very flexible on working out the billing options as the repairs I have need have all been for tenants in rental properties, often far from my home, but they have been willing to take payment by phone, mail and have even made trips to pick up a check from me, saving me tons of time!

Trust these guys to take care of you honestly and quickly while providing you with top quality workmanship!

Well, they're a glass company.
We need them to stay in business.
That being said, I think everyone there might need to retire and let some young blood in there.
Why?
The whole office feels hostile while you're there.
There is something on the counter with the ashes of problem customers. on it.
There are signs everywhere talking  about what the company won't do, won't accept, doesn't like, etcetera...
So...I read all the walls and knick knacks while I waited for service. Then I kissed a lot of ass and got my window ordered.
Did the same thing when I went back to get my window.
I don't really want to go back. It's very very very very unwelcoming there.

Would I have AZ Valley Windows install my windows again..... NEVER.
I decided on Marvin windows, and the main headquarters in the Phoenx area said that there were two approved installers in the west valley - Lifetme and AZ Valley Windows.  For various reasons I chose AZ Valley Windows,  They came to my home to give me an estimate, speaking in their window replacement vernacular.  I wanted the windows to match the Marvins we had installed in our new sunroom 10 years ago.  I was told that was not possible since they were replacement windows  - only with original installations could the frames match what was there - (which proved not to be true).  The two men involved told me that they (sun room) were NOT MARVIN windows - even after I showed them the bills and the rest of my 10 yr. old file.  

At the end of the installation the windows were much smaller - being inset - than the originals they were replacing.  The installers furiously pounded the original metal frames into the sides of the opening and then installed the smaller replacements - using MUCH caulking all the
way around the inserts and putting WIDE frames on the outside leaving the (14)  replacements looking terrible on the outside.  It only took two days to install their way - and to do it right it would have taken much longer.  Apparently they did not choose to do it the correct way and the way I requested.

When I complained to the owner, he made up stories as to the reason why they were installed that way.  When I checked up on his facts I found out they were not true.  He has never answered my last email.

Would I hire them again..... NO, NO, NO!!!

Went with another company no spevial reason just did. So i cant say much about this company. Since you replied i will go further. Your first review was neither negative or positive i was being neutral.  2nd review. I reveived 5 automatic emails from 5 different companies. As i recall i did respond to all of them with as much information as i could or had or knew. I dont work in the window business. One company had a 3 window minimum. I was looking to just replace 1 window but will now be replacing 2 windows. no one called me from your company. I will not and do not have to try and track down a company or someone to talk to. The company i went with responded to my email also texted me and sent me a brochure and also spent time talking to me on the phone answering my question and explaining the process. I like to talk with someone and meet with them as i can get a feeling about the company by the tone in their voice and how they respond to me. If your company had really wanted my business someone would of reached out and called me. No one did. Please dont act like you did all you can to get my business. You did not. Like i said i was giving you a neutral review and being fair now i give you less than that. One automatic email means nothing. So now i change my teview to 1 star.

By the way i just checked all me emails as i save everything. I contacted yelp and home advisor on april 13th. Home advisor was a mistake but i continued. The only message i received from you guys was on april 14th telling me you were closed and would contact me shortly. No one contacted me. Just for your information.  That is why i didnt use you guys . i heard back from 4 other companies not you. Therefore i would not use you know or in the future and i would not recommend you. Stop acting like you wanted my business and stop acting like you contacted me.  I was being nice when i let the companies that i did not use that i was using a different company just to be courteous.

RMK Windows was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish on our window replacement project.  From our first meeting with Jake (sales rep), through the install process and then the demostration of their warranty commitment the RMK team was top notch.  We had recently purchased a 1980's home that had been remodeled inside and out except for the windows.  The energy and sound improvements with the new windows is incredible and look great too.  The smoothness of the windows to open and close is such an improvement over our original windows.  The installers were very profressional, cleaned up their work like they were never there, and were very thouruogh in showing us the operation of each window type that was installed.  After the windows were complete we noticed a blimish in one of the planes of glass and RMK was very quick to respond and have it replaced, a testiment to their warranty.  The process went so smooth from start to finish, we are happy to recommend RMK Windows to everyone we know!

BUYER BEWARE!! We hired Louis to put in a shower door in our newly remodeled shower.  We were also planning to have a second shower done but, waited to see how the first came out.  Good thing we waited and only wasted close to $800. The work is very shotty.  The glass slipped making the door unable to open.  This happened FOUR times.  It took multiple messages for him to respond anytime I tried to get help but, he came and fixed it 3 different times. The last time that the door slipped was back in April.  He said he was in New Mexico working on a big job but, that he would be back to fix it.  He said we probably need bigger hinges and maybe even different glass.  We purchased the glass and hinges through him based on his recommendations. I get it..times are hard.  So we were patient. I reached out again a couple of weeks ago for an update on where we were in the process.  No response.  We have not been able to use our master shower since April. Called, texted, even reached out through Yelp.  No response... Ghosted.  I can see that he reads the messages.  He will not respond.  There is no reason other than he doesn't want to pay for his mistakes.  Do not waste your money or time.  He will not back or support his work.  He does not do quality work.   As soon as I have another glass company come I will post pictures of his work.  Along with what the new company says.  He will have the job completed but, it will not last.  BUYER BEWARE!!

I highly recommend Alex and Golden Arrow Glass. They recently installed a splash panel in my shower. Their prices are affordable and they were responsive and professional throughout the whole process!

Great team and products! We had security screens and doors installed around our home last fall, and it was wonderful to enjoy the beautiful AZ weather (while it lasted!) with the doors and windows open to our home, while feeling totally safe. The screens also look fantastic!

The team has been wonderful to work with and very communicative. From Vernon, our estimator, to the measuring, ordering, office, and installation teams - everyone has been great - courteous, understanding, and diligent.  

Fast forward 7-8 months and one of our doors was a little wonky (turned out to be user error - oops!). One quick call and the team was at my door the next day to help and even did a little adjustment for me! I felt silly as it was the door equivalent of not restarting your computer before calling IT, but the team was so nice about it! You won't regret working with them, as the people, products, and service are top notch!

We had Home Story come out to give us an estimate on replacing 2 sets of closet doors. We wanted the white wood framed mirrored kind. The estimate was approx. $2100 for 2 sets of doors. We emailed the installer the next day to ask if we could get a discount if we did 6 sets. Never heard back. We drove to the Phoenix showroom to see the doors in person and asked the same question. He promised to get back to us. So far it has been 2 weeks with  no answer. Meanwhile we found we can order the same doors from Home Depot for $275 per set--and the Home Depot mirrors are beveled! The Home Story doors are not.

Apparently they did not need our business.

UPDATE: within a month of installation, the door was already misaligned so I had reached out to Entry Brite sales Nick Nocero (who I was working with) to have a team to come out and address the issue. Well I guess since Nick already received his commission he didn't feel the need to reach back out to me via emails or calls. I ended up going through scheduling and (after two weeks without a word from Nick) they came out and fixed it within 2 days of contacting them. I truly appreciate the scheduling and and installation team as they were superb! The sales team...not so much.

Great team. Great windows. Wife is thrilled.
She is pretty picky about things, and she is extremely detail-oriented.
I don't know if there is even a higher level of praise for something than to say my wife couldn't find anything wrong with it.
She has not shut up about how happy she is about the service, the windows themselves, and the company.
Like I said, it doesn't get any better than saying the wife is thrilled.

Rudy came out to our home in Cave Creek and was very helpful in helping us with our window and door install.  Pricing was fair.  Highly recommend!

Chris Fout was fantastic.   Knowledgeable about the products I wanted to know the possibilities for a few areas in my home that were to hot in the summer and to cold in the winter.  Got a quote and signed on the dotted line. Woohoo.

Literally the worst company I've ever dealt with in my life. 8 weeks by from the time I initially contacted them until I finally called them up and requested a refund BECAUSE THEY STILL HADN'T COMPLETED THE WORK. And the work was not particularly hard - it was a roller door replacement for a sliding glass door. Here's the timeline.

1. Called them to ask for service/quote.
2. Took a while to get that scheduled, but finally they did.
3. Showed up to check the door. Gave me a quote and said they would order the parts. Requested a deposit of $100.00 which I promptly paid.
4. Never heard from them again.
5. After weeks have gone by I call them. I am told they had been shorthanded but were going to call my tenants (it's a rental property) that day to schedule the work.
6. They don't call.
7. I call back 5 days later. They finally schedule a service appointment.
8. They come out and...they have ordered the wrong part. Tell my tenant they have to order the correct part and leave. No ETA on when it will be in, no next steps, nothing.
9. I call them 5 days later and get a voicemail. I request a refund of my deposit in that voicemail. They don't call me back.
10 I call them again the next business day and they finally pick up. The lady on the phone wasn't even aware they had been out there with the wrong part. She says they are going to refund me.
11. I want to underscore the above timeline was LONGER THAN 8 WEEKS.

This is seriously the worst company I've ever dealt with. If I could give negative stars I would.

DO NOT USE THEM!! You will thank me.
