We just had a door installed with Mountain View Windows and had a great experience. They were the only company out of four who could get the exact door we wanted (patio door with doggy door insert). They gave us a fair price and had great communication about ordering and install times. They made sure we were happy with the door and install (not easy to get right on an older home with weird sizing) and Eddie answered all of our questions quickly. We will definitely be using them again for any door/window projects.

Shane came out and measured and explained the replacing the window process. Had the quote back to us by that evening and went ahead and had him put in the order for the replacement. Once it arrived, he reached out to find a time that worked for our schedule to come back and install. Will recommend and use again.

I hired this company a couple different times. The first time I needed a brand new door built along with a wall and they made it look seamless, as though it had been there originally with the house. Absolute perfection! Second job I had them do was removing a tree that fell on my home during a monsoon. They were able to come out very quickly and not only remove the tree, but fix the roof as well! I highly recommend using this company!

I reach out to a few mirror and glass companies on a Saturday. I needed a mirror replaced ASAP.
Az Glass & Mirror got back to me the same day and offered to come out on Sunday or Monday. Az Glass & Mirror had the best price and got the job done. I'm very happy and would use them again.

I had a 4x2 single pane glass window probably from the '70s. I contacted mountain view Glass and the easiest way for me was to load the window up and take it to his shop. He was one of a few companies that actually had the single pane glass and was willing to do the job. Got their met his wife and him and his brother real nice people got the glass changed out brought it home.

Good family business.

Well, they're a glass company.
We need them to stay in business.
That being said, I think everyone there might need to retire and let some young blood in there.
Why?
The whole office feels hostile while you're there.
There is something on the counter with the ashes of problem customers. on it.
There are signs everywhere talking  about what the company won't do, won't accept, doesn't like, etcetera...
So...I read all the walls and knick knacks while I waited for service. Then I kissed a lot of ass and got my window ordered.
Did the same thing when I went back to get my window.
I don't really want to go back. It's very very very very unwelcoming there.

It's been 2 months since the Small Claims Court has awarded me a Judgement and they have refused to settle the debt they owe me.

AWESOME SERVICE!  Timely response to my quote request.  I appreciated Patti's emails and follow up phone calls to keep me in the know of arrival times.  The install team was on time and paid attention to detail.  They left the install area cleaner than they found it.  The doors look great and give our entry area a much needed upgrade.  Thank you Demer's Glass Team, we will use you again in the future!

Never showed up for the consultation. Did not call, or text. We rescheduled and he did the same thing the next day. If the company isn't reliable enough to show up for a consultation, this is not a company I'd trust to show up for the actual job. This review is being written 1.5hrs after the time he stated he'd be here.

Bait and switched on prices. Screening measurements were not correct. Project completion took a month.

I recently purchased my first vacation home in Scottsdale that needed a little TLC and being brand new to the area and out-of-state, I was nervous and stressed having to shop around locally to find out how to update about a  dozen windows and sliding doors since it is easy to be taken advantage of when you clearly don't know anything. After calling around to get some quotes and advice since I know nothing about windows and glass, the reps at Freelite were the only ones that were genuine and patient with me by being willing to help me through my dumb questions and even go out of their way to educate me based on what would work best for my specific home and style, all while actually giving me the most competitive price around! I worked with Tony who I couldn't recommend enough. It's clear he takes pride in his work and provides a great service making sure you are 110% happy. We had about 10 windows replaced and 2 sliding glass doors and they were able to complete it faster than expected and with great communication and coordination, and no surprise hidden costs or any bs at the end. Very stress free experience unlike some of the other local contractors and businesses I have been working with to rehab my new home. We love this family owned company.   They were knowledgeable and had really great customer service   Kevin was our installer and was clean, efficient and checked before he left if we had any issues or questions and gave us the information to call if we had any issues.  he took our door off and did the work out by his truck. When he replaced it he made sure we checked the lock  so it worked properly   our new house is beautiful but our door looked like it came from an old apt.  Now it's flippin beautiful and lights up our entry way    He was in and out between 45 min and an hour.  Matched our paint and I was astounded how different our entry and door looks.   I would recommend them to anyone. Great job Kevin!!!!

She is pretty picky about things, and she is extremely detail-oriented.
I don't know if there is even a higher level of praise for something than to say my wife couldn't find anything wrong with it.
She has not shut up about how happy she is about the service, the windows themselves, and the company.
Like I said, it doesn't get any better than saying the wife is thrilled.

I cannot attest to the quality of the windows or the install as I couldn't even get anyone to come out and give me a quote.  Made an appointment for a Friday at 1:00.  1:30 no one shows so I call and spoke to the rudest woman possible.  First she tells me they tried to call the day before to confirm.  When I made the appointment I gave her two numbers to call.  One, my home number and the other my cell.  I ask what number she called as I have caller ID and received no such call.  She then gives me a Utah number of 801.  Not even close for Phoenix.  She says that's what is showing up on her caller ID.  I ask why she didn't call the numbers I gave her and she states she goes by caller ID and my number showed up Unavailable.  I ask where she got the 801 number then and she gets upset and tells me they cannot come out without verifying the appointment and they need a proper number to call.  I explain I gave her two numbers and she goes back to her caller ID showing an 801 number, what happened to unavailable?  Guess she has trouble keeping up with her excuses.  Now she's telling me I need to call the phone company and find out why my phone is showing a false caller ID number. Huh?  She didn't even offer to set up another appointment which is fine with me.  Why would I want to deal with a company that cannot even show up to sell you their product?  And then they blame you and make it sound like you're phone is the problem.  I'm guessing getting them to show up once you pay them would be another huge pain.

Lifetime Windows did a great job in replacing the 13 windows/patio doors in our condo unit in Sun City West.  Professional, showed up as scheduled, they even stored our windows for FREE till we returned from our east coast residence.  Even though the factory made a minor error in the fabrication, LTW worked with us to quickly correct the situation, discovered by their installer!

LTW beat Anderson Window price by 33%... and no pressure quote, unlike AW (don't believe the adds).

We notice immediately the drop in inside temperature during that July heat.

Most HIGHLY recommended.

Angel came out to inspect my window and measure for a replacement.  Showed up on time, knew what he was doing and got things set for a repair.  Repair happened within two weeks.  Looks great!  Service was excellent.
