We had our shower glass door done by them, they had a reasonable quote and were always in communication with us via Yelp. We had to delay the measuring because we hadn't finished our shower tile, but they were patient and come out once we were done. It took about 8-10 days for the glass to come in, and they offered 1 time slot for scheduling. They did the work quick and we've had it about 2 weeks now and it's doing great. We love the look of it and it was a pretty smooth process!

Super nice guy.  Came right on time.  Saved me money bc it was a simple window fix when I thought I might need a new window.

I hired this company a couple different times. The first time I needed a brand new door built along with a wall and they made it look seamless, as though it had been there originally with the house. Absolute perfection! Second job I had them do was removing a tree that fell on my home during a monsoon. They were able to come out very quickly and not only remove the tree, but fix the roof as well! I highly recommend using this company!

I reach out to a few mirror and glass companies on a Saturday. I needed a mirror replaced ASAP.
Az Glass & Mirror got back to me the same day and offered to come out on Sunday or Monday. Az Glass & Mirror had the best price and got the job done. I'm very happy and would use them again.

I had a break in a week ago, and these guys were referred to me.  All I can say is amazing service.  They did their job expertly, were very easy to deal with and as far as I am concerned are as good as it gets for sure.

ABC Glass charged me a restocking fee  even though I used them for 9 glass jobs totaling over $4000.  The restocking fee was actually because the manager did not want to refund onto a credit card and have to pay the card fee.  By the way we used most of the refund on a 9th job and he sent a check as the refund for the balance so he never had to pay that fee anyway.  
What happened is we broke a window at a customers house and called ABC glass just like we had 8 other times.  They got a quote together and ran my card for the total.  After a fee days our customer actually wanted to pay for the new glass because there was not enough proof that my company had actually broke the window in the first place.  So my customer ended up paying for the glass with her credit card and I asked for my card to be refunded.  The Manager said no way, it could only be used as a store credit or he would charge me the card fee of 4% for refunding my credit card.  REALLY!  after all the jobs we had already paid them?  I took the store credit and used most of it for a 9th job.  At that point I took all of ABC's invoices I had and called other glass companies.  I sent over the info on each job and asked for prices from them.  You know what one of the other company send back as quotes for the jobs that ABC had already done?  1/2 price for all but one job!  I couldn't believe it.  I was being charged twice as much money as ABC's competitors and this store manager was going to loose me as a customer over maybe $15 in credit card fees.  I would not recommend ABC glass to anyone after this experience.  I will never go back.  By the way after being in business for 21 years as a landscape maintenance company and having to pay for about 80 broken windows, I am a customer a glass company wants.

Found them on yelp, took an extremely long time to get someone out to give a quote and the sales rep did not pull through.

Most businesses tell you they will guarantee things get done right to get your business. Brian from RMK (owner) will stand behind it.

Our house had a pretty complicated window in it, the first attempt to replace it was a bit of a struggle. Brian's team immediately let me know, did not try to cover it up/pass it off as okay. They ended up reordering it (perhaps at a great cost, not sure who ended up footing the bill) Brian was 100% attentive to making sure I was satisfied. He took care of that bigger issue and some smaller (perhaps nit-picky things) He never pushed to get the second half of the bill paid, his focus was on finishing the job, not getting paid for the job.

As a side note he was incredibly aggressive about pricing and ended up beating my other quotes by quite a bit.

Small businesses like this are increasingly rare, all too common are the businesses too big to care about each customer, but RMK is different. I would recommend them to anyone.

Company did not show up during scheduled appointment. Didn't even call us to cancel. :(

Very disappointed when we went to park today to see your company vehicle taking up the handicapped parking despite many open spaces in the lot.  And poorly parked at that. Ended up parking farther away because the other handicapped spot was taken when I got here

Had them come out for a quote about two weeks ago.  The gentleman was very friendly and professional and you can tell they have a high level of customer service.... but the buck stops there.  I got quoted 17k for just my first floor windows and 35k+ for all my windows.  Now I'm ok with paying a premium for security but this is straight price gauging since they are really the only game in town for his product.  After hearing the quote I wanted to check the techs honesty gauge and asked about ROI.  The tech played it safe and didn't give me a definitive answer, but did allude to say that he has heard of several people recouping almost all of the cost on sale.  I work in the mortgage industry and have reviewed thousands of appraisals and have yet to see a positive adjustment for this feature... in laymen's terms, there is no significant tangible value.  Granted they may be too new for this to be reflected in market trends, but ask yourself... would you pay 35k more for a house with these screens?  I think I'll just get a security system and wait for them to have some competition in the Phoenix area so their prices actually become reasonable

Don't waste your time I can't get a callback or scheduled for an appointment.  Even if they do the best work in the world my time is valuable.  This is the second time I have been blown off by this company.

The glass insert Entry Brite installed has changed the feel and look of our home dramatically. Our once dark foyer is now bright and beautiful. I love walking past the foyer and seeing light! Chris was our sales person. He is very kind, responsive and not pushy (this was huge to me). He was nice to talk to. Our installer was Tim and his helper was Kevin. Both were very nice and professional. They came in, got the work done in the terrible Arizona heat. They did all the paint touch ups. The door looks amazing and we could not be any happier. If you are on the fence about changing your door, I'm here to tell you so was I. Changing it out was a great decision! Entry Brite will not disappoint. I am in no way affiliated with this company. This is a 100% honest review.

This all started when I was looking to initially have some window glass replaced due to seal failure, then changing my thoughts to replacing a couple of windows, then re-thinking that it would look odd for my home. Hesitantly I started to get bids, which I highly recommend, not only for pricing comparison but also to get a feel for each company/sales pitch, etc.

Weathersby pricing was competitive. These are the reason I personally went with them:
*  They were not pushy but rather informative and assisted in choice options for each room window that varied.
*  I was concerned with how the old windows were being removed and the look with new windows on a stucco exterior and being properly sealed. Michael took the time to explain their process, which made me feel more at ease.
*  They were upfront about the timelines with the window ordering to install.

A shout out to Chris, Bubba, Tim, and Kirk for the largest picture window (7'-9 x 5'-9) installation, it was picture perfect .  They were on-time, professional, and cleaned up after window replacement.  Chris, how those windows fit just perfect with the existing raised stucco is amazing. I literally feel like I moved into a new home.

I personally went with the Milgard Tuscany Series. I know the Tuscany may cost more but living here in the blazing state of Arizona it was a COOL, right choice for me, well worth the look, comfort and view. I am sure there are others that have experienced something similar, where with the old windows I closed all the shutters and curtains to keep the sun heat out. Now with the new Milgard windows, my air-conditioners are running less times even with the shutters and curtains open all day.

Had a great experience getting my new windows with AWPE!! John Callahan was awesome to work with and gave me a great price! Everything happened very smoothly and quickly from start to finish! The install crew was fabulous too! Highly recommend this fantastic locally owned company!

Very poor customer service on a window replacement under warranty damaged window was less than 3 months old. Took nearly a year to replace cracked window! Cannot recommend this business for any new products. Took issue up to owner level within organization, with no resolution or satisfactory explanation for awful service. Marvin Windows should be ashamed for their relationship with this installation company.

I recently needed one of my windows fixed due to a break . I contacted Danielle at SR glass company who was very understanding and helpful with my repair. I would recommend SR glass for repairs.
