Great and professional service. Did have to reschedule an appointment to the following day based on staff levels but other than that everything was great.

Super nice guy.  Came right on time.  Saved me money bc it was a simple window fix when I thought I might need a new window.

I hired this company a couple different times. The first time I needed a brand new door built along with a wall and they made it look seamless, as though it had been there originally with the house. Absolute perfection! Second job I had them do was removing a tree that fell on my home during a monsoon. They were able to come out very quickly and not only remove the tree, but fix the roof as well! I highly recommend using this company!

I reach out to a few mirror and glass companies on a Saturday. I needed a mirror replaced ASAP.
Az Glass & Mirror got back to me the same day and offered to come out on Sunday or Monday. Az Glass & Mirror had the best price and got the job done. I'm very happy and would use them again.

Every single person I dealt with at Mountain View Glass & Mirror was amazing. Courteous, professional, knowledgeable, HONEST and willing to accommodate anything I needed.  They are fast in getting out to make the repair quickly for you.

After contacting a number of other companies, Mountain View was only the only company that stated from the beginning that they could make the repair I needed, which replacing just the bottom half of a window, without hesitation, whereas all of the others were dead set on trying to convince me that I needed to buy an entirely new window.  This saved me hundreds of dollars from the start and the work they did was beautiful as they had a perfect replacement already in their warehouse.

Additionally, I found that they were very flexible on working out the billing options as the repairs I have need have all been for tenants in rental properties, often far from my home, but they have been willing to take payment by phone, mail and have even made trips to pick up a check from me, saving me tons of time!

Trust these guys to take care of you honestly and quickly while providing you with top quality workmanship!

Update. I followed Lori R.'s advice to contact Dennis.
 My Review stands. I think someone is still laughing in the office, at how difficult Dennis made it to give me 10 minutes of my time in person, & getting me to uninstall and reinstall 2 glass panel cupboard doors to inspect. He was actually waiting near the lobby door on my arrival! @ 8a.m. Monday morning, with original rude, scamming salesperson. (She couldn't hardly be bothered with my complaints when I went to pick up the original repair.)
 Dennis gave me a rather complex schedule to find him. Call first I was told. I was there in 10 minutes after reminding him I had talked to him on the previous Friday afternoon.

What I saw was no one trying to order, and grabbing a dusty  left over from in the back.  I believe they pushed off at a great profit , something I am clearly not happy with. I was presented with a dirty chipped repair upon pick up. I was scoffed at when I asked about a warranty , or my satisfaction.

Found them on yelp, took an extremely long time to get someone out to give a quote and the sales rep did not pull through.

We had asked Demers to give us a proposal for the replacement and repair of several of our windows.  They initially came out and walked through our house and identified which windows needed to be repaired and or replaced.  We received the bid from them, but it didn't match what we discussed.  We have tried to call several times to get it corrected.  They have not responded to any of our calls and don't seem interested in doing our project at all.  They're followup and customer service don't seem to be very important to them.  I would not recommend calling them if you actually want your windows repaired.

Came to my door unsolicited saying they were selecting 2 homes in the area to do window replacement for advertising basically all I had to do was put a sign in the yard and write a good review saying what I liked. This is a shady sales tactic and I wasn't about it. I did mention to him that HOAs do not allow advertising on signage in yards - seemed questionable at best.

Luis was amazing, professional to my liking, nice, and he almost got jumpedby my neighbors lol lol (sorry about that again). Our sliding patio door was super hard to open and close and he replaced the rotors. He did great work and I will definitely use him again and refer him to friends.

From start to finish Golden Arrow Glass was top tier customer service. I began with submitting a project request through Yelp and they were one of the first companies to respond. After a few other quotes, we had them out to give an in person estimate. They even helped answer some questions about other windows not related to the window we needed replaced. They followed up that same day with an estimate and it was competitive and lower than the other quotes. They were accommodating and understanding when we had go old school and use checks for payment ( I know it was more of a hassle) They were prompt to respond and follow up with questions we had while waiting on the manufacturer. On the day of the window replacement they messaged the approximate time of arrive and they were right on time. Quick and clean install. Overall just good people. They will be our go to for any glass needs.

Make no mistake these security screens are not cheep but you get what you pay for. They are custom made for you home and your windows then carefully installed.

My new construction home was just completed and we ordered our screens. If you don't know what you are looking for, you can't even tell they are an after market addition.

The installation crew was polite and cleaned up after themselves. The screens look amazing.  They encountered a problem with the Acadia door due to some normal construction anomaly's, no questions asked they fixed until it was perfect.

My husband and I are thrilled with the screens we now feel like we can leave the windows open any time we want and not worry about our pets popping out the regular screens.  We can now safely bring the outside in for them.

Bottom line if you can afford them get them you won't be sorry!

I recently purchased my first vacation home in Scottsdale that needed a little TLC and being brand new to the area and out-of-state, I was nervous and stressed having to shop around locally to find out how to update about a  dozen windows and sliding doors since it is easy to be taken advantage of when you clearly don't know anything. After calling around to get some quotes and advice since I know nothing about windows and glass, the reps at Freelite were the only ones that were genuine and patient with me by being willing to help me through my dumb questions and even go out of their way to educate me based on what would work best for my specific home and style, all while actually giving me the most competitive price around! I worked with Tony who I couldn't recommend enough. It's clear he takes pride in his work and provides a great service making sure you are 110% happy. We had about 10 windows replaced and 2 sliding glass doors and they were able to complete it faster than expected and with great communication and coordination, and no surprise hidden costs or any bs at the end. Very stress free experience unlike some of the other local contractors and businesses I have been working with to rehab my new home. Thank you again so much Freelite for making this so easy,  I've never appreciated glass and windows so much!

I called this company for some help re a broken latch on the window insert in our wrought iron door; which was purchased (15yrs ago) by our builder.  The owner happened to pick up the phone and couldn't have been nicer.  He identified our need, called his NV factory, and ordered our part.  When I opened the priority box, I found the part and three extra (in case you need for future).  If I rec'd this service for such a small item, I'd use them for any door, window, glass insert etc.  Their products are beautiful and service, world class.  Thank you so much, you exceeded expectations.  Joe Straining, PV, AZ

Very poor customer service.  Never receive call backs.  Broken promises on instillation dates and so many excuses.  My husband finally exploded and we got some action taken.  Is'tn that a sad thing to say.  Contract stated 4-5 weeks and after 8 weeks, the day before they were to install the door,(which had been 7th week) they said it wasn't made correctly.  They would get it remade ASAP. So what, tack on another 8 weeks?  

After 2 months we got our deposit back.  Need I say anymore.

Already saw their product (Simonton windows) at a Home Show. While I did listen to 45 min. of the standard sales pitch initially, I then requested that their salesman perform the measurements and send me the estimate so that I could get on with my day. He became offended and stated that it was unacceptable to him. I showed him the door.
I contacted the office and requested that they send someone out for an estimate only. Debra (who I met at the Home Show) agreed that it sounded like a reasonable next step.
Not reasonable to somebody at that office apparently. She called back and wanted to send the Sales Manager (does that form of intimidation really still work on people?) and that my wife needs to be available. I stated that   I will only accept a measurement and quote at this point. She stated that we cannot do business.
Avoid this company is my assessment.

Very poor customer service on a window replacement under warranty damaged window was less than 3 months old. Took nearly a year to replace cracked window! Cannot recommend this business for any new products. Took issue up to owner level within organization, with no resolution or satisfactory explanation for awful service. Marvin Windows should be ashamed for their relationship with this installation company.

I would give this place zero stars if I could, for the headache that this place has caused me and my husband.

SR Windows and Glass has given me the absolute worst customer service experience that I have ever received.

I have had a technician come to my home once, to measure the window. I was told that I would have a quote within 24 hours. I hear nothing from the technician or the company. I call them after a few days and am told that the technician is off right now, and that I would have to wait even longer just for a quote. Instant. What a lie.

Then, I waited two weeks for the repair to actually occur.

This company then took my money as a deposit and promised a repair person today.

I arrive home and my window is still broken (this place took our money AND failed to do the job that we paid them for), and the company has informed my husband that we should take our business elsewhere. All after we had waited two weeks for them to follow up with us.

Communications with staff (when they actually picked up the phone) at this company were unprofessional and rude. I was told by a staff member that I do not know what I'm talking about when describing the tedious process of trying to reach these people.

I am disgusted at the lack of respect and customer service offered by this business.

Save yourself a headache and some money, and go elsewhere.
