Mountain View Windows & More repaired our sliding glass door on our Gilbert home.  We were having troubles with the tracks and closing mechanism and they repaired it nicely.  Fast service, responsive with fair pricing, but most importantly, GREAT communication.

We have a leak that we don't know if it is coming from the roof or the window. We were getting differing opinions, so we had Valiant (Shane) come out to do an inspection.  Shane was very honest, and told us it was definitely coming from our roof.  We appreciated how quickly he came to our house, and how honest he was.  I have already recommended this company to others in our community.

I hired this company a couple different times. The first time I needed a brand new door built along with a wall and they made it look seamless, as though it had been there originally with the house. Absolute perfection! Second job I had them do was removing a tree that fell on my home during a monsoon. They were able to come out very quickly and not only remove the tree, but fix the roof as well! I highly recommend using this company!

I reach out to a few mirror and glass companies on a Saturday. I needed a mirror replaced ASAP.
Az Glass & Mirror got back to me the same day and offered to come out on Sunday or Monday. Az Glass & Mirror had the best price and got the job done. I'm very happy and would use them again.

After contacting a number of other companies, Mountain View was only the only company that stated from the beginning that they could make the repair I needed, which replacing just the bottom half of a window, without hesitation, whereas all of the others were dead set on trying to convince me that I needed to buy an entirely new window.  This saved me hundreds of dollars from the start and the work they did was beautiful as they had a perfect replacement already in their warehouse.

Additionally, I found that they were very flexible on working out the billing options as the repairs I have need have all been for tenants in rental properties, often far from my home, but they have been willing to take payment by phone, mail and have even made trips to pick up a check from me, saving me tons of time!

I replaced 20 old single pane windows in my house recently.  With tons of choices,I decided to go with ABC Glass.  This company is A+.  Measured and estimated, contract signed, windows ready in 2 weeks.  The install took two days and these guys were total pro's.  They measured perfectly.  The windows are wonderful.  House is super quiet now, no rattles when the doors close anymore.  They open and close so nicely.  It's an amazing window makeover and ABC Glass Co did an over the top job with the entire process.  Thinking about new windows or shower door, or whatever in the glass world......you should use ABC Glass.  You will be thrilled with their work and quality.  Just Awesome!

It's been 2 months since the Small Claims Court has awarded me a Judgement and they have refused to settle the debt they owe me.

My quest began as such: need glass shelves for a buffet hutch. The bozos who moved it figured they didn't need to remove the existing glass shelves prior to moving; that didn't work out as planned. Hence, my hunt for glass shelves.
I looked EVERYWHERE & called just about EVERY glass business in the valley. Demers was one of 2 responses I received. I chose them because their prices were slightly less than the other. Once the ball was rolling, it was an easy process.
Trish and Tina were a pleasure to work with. They provided me with quotes on both anneal (less in price, not as strong) and tempered (stronger, able to hold more weight) glass. I chose tempered because I have a whole bunch of pretty glass nonsense to put on display. Once I signed the quote, it took about a week for the glass to be ready. For an extra fee, they deliver but I opted to pick up since they're only a few miles away. Look at my pics and see why I'm a happy old bird. I'd definitely use them again for any custom glass needs. Windows are good. Not sure how long vinyl will last in AZ sun. RMK swears by those windows. Only time will tell. RMK  provides a lifetime warranty which is good.
Bought shutters and blinds also. They delayed the measurements so I had to wait twice as long to have those installed even though they told me the shutters would be ready before the windows.

Louis is very professional and honest person I highly recommend this guy..  very satisfied with his work

Alex and his team with Golden Arrow Glass were responsive to my requests. They were easy to work with on planning and installing my project. The estimate was very competitive and when they were taking measurements they were very precise.  
My finished job looks so wonderful that I arranging with them to have more work done.  Very professional throughout the project.  Respectful of my needs.

Absolutely Very Happy with Security Screen Masters product and installation team.  We had them replace our windows and install the security screens over the new windows.  The installers did excellent work, were courteous and answered any questions I had while continuing to work diligently on the big project (22 windows and security screens).  Other members of the company stopped by on occasion to check to see how things were going and to see if I had any questions. The windows and screens look fantastic and I can already tell the combination offers greater efficiency along with greater security.  As others have noted, the screens are not inexpensive but I think it is a get what you pay for situation. I strongly endorse this company, their product and their installers.

1). Josh did a great job: listening to what I envisioned, the measurements, quote and my technical questions about the energy efficiency of the windows.  I felt comfortable with the purchase.
2). Good communication about the schedule from the office.
3).  Windows arrived ahead of schedule and fit perfectly.
4).  The install team was spot on.  a). They respected my request to mask up when inside the house.  My wife is COVID susceptible due to lung issues.  I really appreciated that. b) They did a great job taking out the old windows.  The contractor we used for another job left large pieces of broken glass that were dangerous to our dogs.  These guys had a system that was well thought out.
5) The windows are great, good looking as expected (from the work we did with the salesman) and you can already feel the efficiency benefit by the way the room feels.

I will use them when I replace my front windows.

I cannot tell you what a pleasure it was to work with this company. Tim and Kevin did a great job installing our new door and Mario painted it to perfection!!! I have a gorgeous door for a quarter of the price of a brand new door. I love how my front door looks now! It made a huge difference! The team works efficiently and professionally and they are all super sweet!! Took only a few hours to install. I highly recommend this company!!

I called to make an appointment.  I was told appointments are at 2 weeks out.   Took my name and information and was given a date and time.  I called 5 minutes before scheduled appointment to confirm and was told I wasn't in their book.  I was then told the owner's wife would call me back.  She never did.  Glad this happened as I would not want to hire any company that can't track appointments and don't care about missed appointments that wasted and delayed customer time.   Find someone else who cares.  Beware of this one.

Everyone on their team exceeded my expectations.  

John is a seasoned salesperson that really knows windows and was able to explain about the products as well as the process if we went with them for our 7 windows and sliding glass door replacements.  He showed us the pictures he's taken of windows installed, and you could tell he really takes pride in his work.

When it came time for installation they sent out Nick and Dan.  Nick is a perfectionist, which is a trait I like to see in someone working on my house.  They worked together efficiently and quickly and I couldn't be happier with the installations they did.

Disaster .. Wishing I could give 3 negative stars . Had asked for a bid for 2 panes that had the plastic panes slipping . First bid was high and I had SR Windows and Glass give me another .. What was missing in their end bid was a job half done .Now I only have one window with drooping pane..Just nuts !
If you are crazy enough to deal with these people get everything in detail and in writing as they are super 'smoke and mirrors show' with this aspect.
When I told them that both windows had the bronze 'panes' and mentioning I wanted them fixed I received a bid ,but seemingly only for one pane ..Now it looks horrible as only one was fixed and paid more than 60% of the previous bid ,what a rip . Ray Charles and Stevie Wonder could have ascertained what was needed and what I wanted but now it looks junk . My advice is shop around and if you feel the need to support this business get  detailed estimate on exactly what is happening . Better yet choose another company with better dealings and customer service . I give SR Windows & Glass = huge FAIL .
