We just had a door installed with Mountain View Windows and had a great experience. They were the only company out of four who could get the exact door we wanted (patio door with doggy door insert). They gave us a fair price and had great communication about ordering and install times. They made sure we were happy with the door and install (not easy to get right on an older home with weird sizing) and Eddie answered all of our questions quickly. We will definitely be using them again for any door/window projects.

I hired this company a couple different times. The first time I needed a brand new door built along with a wall and they made it look seamless, as though it had been there originally with the house. Absolute perfection! Second job I had them do was removing a tree that fell on my home during a monsoon. They were able to come out very quickly and not only remove the tree, but fix the roof as well! I highly recommend using this company!

I reach out to a few mirror and glass companies on a Saturday. I needed a mirror replaced ASAP.

We recently had all our windows replaced by Mountain Glass. We are very pleased with the quality of the product and the professional work done in their installation. It took some time to get the windows due to matters beyond their control, but Christine kept us informed throughout that time of their status. The crew was very professional, courteous and timely. They took pains to be sure there was minimal if any mess during the course of installation, and even rehung the blinds, a very pleasant surprise. I replaced 20 old single pane windows in my house recently.  With tons of choices,I decided to go with ABC Glass.  This company is A+.  Measured and estimated, contract signed, windows ready in 2 weeks.  The install took two days and these guys were total pro's.  They measured perfectly.  The windows are wonderful.  House is super quiet now, no rattles when the doors close anymore.  They open and close so nicely.  It's an amazing window makeover and ABC Glass Co did an over the top job with the entire process.  Thinking about new windows or shower door, or whatever in the glass world......you should use ABC Glass.  You will be thrilled with their work and quality.  Just Awesome!

Sorry for the late post-We highly recommend AZ Valley. The Dans were fantastic. We had a big, fairly complicated job. When we had an issue Dan was there to help us out and make sure we were completely satisfied.  We love the work they did and would use them again.

Demers glass company is very reasonable, however their employees are not very professional. It doesn't matter if you are off the job, don't wear your work shirt and act rude in a bar etc. it's a reflection of the company and who they employ. Just sayin

We had all our windows replaced in our home.  (7 windows to be exact) RMK Windows did a fantastic job on my home. All the staff I worked with from the salesperson, installers and the manager they were all professional, on time and very friendly. The service and workmanship I was provided was top notch. I would highly recommend this company for you windows needs. You will not be disappointed!

I messaged this provider and we agreed on an appointment time. He didn't show up and didn't let me know he wasn't coming. I tried to follow up with him to reschedule and I never heard from him again. Hopefully everything is okay, but it wasn't professional.

I highly recommend Alex and Golden Arrow Glass. They recently installed a splash panel in my shower. Their prices are affordable and they were responsive and professional throughout the whole process!

This was our second job w/Security Screen Masters. They did such a fantastic job with our front door and rear sliders we brought them back for a couple smaller doors (from kitchen & master bedrm) that also open onto the rear patio. From start to finish, the whole experience was first-class, and the finished products are functionally and aesthetically excellent. Good communication, frequent updates while awaiting installation, efficient and pleasant installer--all good!

We bought fiberglass outside door,was not cheap waited a few weeks for installation installed wrong door they left door to get the right one when they came  back with another wrong door the 3rd time they got it right.Let you be the judge

I called this company for some help re a broken latch on the window insert in our wrought iron door; which was purchased (15yrs ago) by our builder.  The owner happened to pick up the phone and couldn't have been nicer.  He identified our need, called his NV factory, and ordered our part.  When I opened the priority box, I found the part and three extra (in case you need for future).  If I rec'd this service for such a small item, I'd use them for any door, window, glass insert etc.  Their products are beautiful and service, world class.  Thank you so much, you exceeded expectations.  Joe Straining, PV, AZ

I called to make an appointment.  I was told appointments are at 2 weeks out.   Took my name and information and was given a date and time.  I called 5 minutes before scheduled appointment to confirm and was told I wasn't in their book.  I was then told the owner's wife would call me back.  She never did.  Glad this happened as I would not want to hire any company that can't track appointments and don't care about missed appointments that wasted and delayed customer time.   Find someone else who cares.  Beware of this one.

I would tell you how the windows turned out, but we didn't even make it that far in the process. I'm sure based on reviews they have a great product, but their sales representative was about a half hour late and refused to do business with my wife unless I was home as well. Their company policy is that they will only work with a customer if both members of the household are present. Not everyone will be in our situation, but requiring both homeowners to be present in the daytime on a weekday is a pretty unrealistic request for us.

We left this situation feeling pressured and disappointed.

A door to door salesman came by saying they were replacing windows for one of my neighbors. He rang the doorbell which set off my dog and woke up my baby whom I had just gotten down. Now, I'll give that he couldn't have known that would happen; but, when I told him we weren't interested and what happened, his response was: So, you haven't thought about replacing your windows? No remorse. No apology. You are the face of your company sir trying to sell me on windows. If that's the type of customer service this company has, I will not use you in the future if we do replace our windows.

I gave the company a 5 star review on Facebook and just wanted to send an update regarding the tech who came out to do the last install at my house.  the Company service was efficient, friendly, timely and we were more then satisfied to give a honest review of 5 stars. What left a bitter taste was that the tech Jon, gave me a Starbucks card for a cup of coffee, as thank you for taking time to review the service and company. When I went to use the card for a cup of coffee, it was empty. I bought my own cup of coffee and this is a review on the tech not the company's
service.
