I rehab houses for a living and I'm always looking for honest dependable people. This company is great to deal with. I checked pricing with other companies and the price was very competitive. Communication was great, I never had to track Shane down to find out when he was go to be there. That is rare in my business. This project was a house filled with beautiful older windows that all needed new glides and adjustments along with three large sliding door. Each door and window work greats. When I am in need of having windows repaired again I will definitely give Shane a call.

I hired this company a couple different times. The first time I needed a brand new door built along with a wall and they made it look seamless, as though it had been there originally with the house. Absolute perfection! Second job I had them do was removing a tree that fell on my home during a monsoon. They were able to come out very quickly and not only remove the tree, but fix the roof as well! I highly recommend using this company!

I reach out to a few mirror and glass companies on a Saturday. I needed a mirror replaced ASAP.

We recently had all our windows replaced by Mountain Glass. We are very pleased with the quality of the product and the professional work done in their installation. It took some time to get the windows due to matters beyond their control, but Christine kept us informed throughout that time of their status. The crew was very professional, courteous and timely. They took pains to be sure there was minimal if any mess during the course of installation, and even rehung the blinds, a very pleasant surprise. Look no further these guys are the best.  Shower enclosures are crazy-expensive but ABC Glass is very fair-priced and their craftsmanship is outstanding.  From measuring to design selection to install the process was seamless.  Wish I could give them 10 stars.

It's been 2 months since the Small Claims Court has awarded me a Judgement and they have refused to settle the debt they owe me.

During the recent windstorm, a bedroom window exploded into the bedroom of my kid's vacation rental.  They live in another state and had a renter schedule in a few days...so the need was urgent.  I called a few glass companies and couldn't really get any response or urgency on their part to help me out.  Then I called Demers and talked with Trish!  She was so helpful and understanding of my situation.  I was able to get this completely taken care of pretty much the same day.  While this was a pretty simple repair (window slider with a single pane), I so appreciated Trish's empathy, response and helpfulness in getting this repaired...and it was very reasonably priced.  Demers will be my only call the next time I have glass needs.
A company is only as good as the members of their team.  Demers is very fortunate to have such an outstanding team member like Trish on their team!

I used RMK windows to do a $9000 job on the home I'm living in, which included 2 sets of french doors replaced.  We needed new windows for a rental where the windows were a disaster and the heat in the home was terrible due to the window issues. Although I loved the service and the product from RMK on my home, I didn't want that kind of investment for a rental.  I got an estimate from another company.  RMK just happened to be coming to my home to do a repair (guaranteed for life) and I mentioned that I was having windows done at my rental. The guy from RMK asked if he could have a chance to put in a bid, to which I agreed.  As it turned out, I saved $1000's of dollars with RMK and got premium windows. The difference at the rental is remarkable, both in looks, but especially in cooling down the home.  RMK has been outstanding to work with, both before, during and after the installation.  I would definately recomend them when you're getting an estimate.

FANTASTIC SERVICE AND QUALITY!  It's rare these days to come across a good quality company.  Louis and his team were fantastic in all areas.   They quickly scheduled a time to come out to help with design and quote.  Louis had really good ideas and took the time to understand what we needed.  He returned a quote quickly and gave an ETA on product material and installation.   He beat that time frame and actually kept in constant communication with updates.   Louis and his team arrived for install and were friendly and professional.  The project turned out better than I expected.    I absolutely recommend this company!   Great experience!

Very responsive and fixed our window quickly. Did not charge very much, less than a service call. Had them follow up with additional window repairs. Very satisfied with their quote and quick turn around. Honest and easy to work with. Will be using them for future repairs and highly recommend them.

Make no mistake these security screens are not cheep but you get what you pay for. They are custom made for you home and your windows then carefully installed.

My new construction home was just completed and we ordered our screens. If you don't know what you are looking for, you can't even tell they are an after market addition.

The installation crew was polite and cleaned up after themselves. The screens look amazing.  They encountered a problem with the Acadia door due to some normal construction anomaly's, no questions asked they fixed until it was perfect.

My husband and I are thrilled with the screens we now feel like we can leave the windows open any time we want and not worry about our pets popping out the regular screens.  We can now safely bring the outside in for them.

Bottom line if you can afford them get them you won't be sorry!

I called this company for some help re a broken latch on the window insert in our wrought iron door; which was purchased (15yrs ago) by our builder.  The owner happened to pick up the phone and couldn't have been nicer.  He identified our need, called his NV factory, and ordered our part.  When I opened the priority box, I found the part and three extra (in case you need for future).  If I rec'd this service for such a small item, I'd use them for any door, window, glass insert etc.  Their products are beautiful and service, world class.  Thank you so much, you exceeded expectations.  Joe Straining, PV, AZ

Never was able to purchase product. Was difficult setting appointment, then day of, no one called to confirm, so called them. Appointment was set, sales person 30 min. late. Called office, and they were pretty rude, saying people run late. He should have called. Well, he never did, and after way everything was handled, moving on to more professional companies. My time is valuable as well Weathersby. Sorry for inconveniencing you with expectation of respectfulness.

Ok, I gave them three stars.
I like my doors. I went with them after spending a fortune on Anderson last time. I still had two more sliders to replace after that.
The only complaints I have are minor.  
I think communication could be improved on many ends.
I won't be specific, but there were a few instances were a simple text or even
a voice message would of been appreciated.
I loved the two men who installed my doors.
They were hard working and decent people.
The lady that answered my phone calls all the time was great!
I don't recall the other ladies name that I was supposed to talk to, but she seemed busy every time I called.
Seems like a fairly good company!!  Thanks for installing my doors!!

looking at the reviews on here, i see my issue is just the same as everyone else on here. I signed a contract back in June to have my sliding glass door replaced, i got a call on 7/25 that is was ready to install and i needed to set up a date. I have called 6 times now and not a single person has called me back. I am now wishing i came to read the reviews here first to see how bad their customer service really is.

I recently needed one of my windows fixed due to a break . I contacted Danielle at SR glass company who was very understanding and helpful with my repair. I would recommend SR glass for repairs.
