Mountain View Windows & More repaired our sliding glass door on our Gilbert home.  We were having troubles with the tracks and closing mechanism and they repaired it nicely.  Fast service, responsive with fair pricing, but most importantly, GREAT communication.

Super responsive and the job was done SO fast! Plus a really nice guy. Already booked them for another project next week.

I hired this company a couple different times. The first time I needed a brand new door built along with a wall and they made it look seamless, as though it had been there originally with the house. Absolute perfection! Second job I had them do was removing a tree that fell on my home during a monsoon. They were able to come out very quickly and not only remove the tree, but fix the roof as well! I highly recommend using this company!

I reach out to a few mirror and glass companies on a Saturday. I needed a mirror replaced ASAP.
Az Glass & Mirror got back to me the same day and offered to come out on Sunday or Monday. Az Glass & Mirror had the best price and got the job done. I'm very happy and would use them again.

We recently had all our windows replaced by Mountain Glass. We are very pleased with the quality of the product and the professional work done in their installation. It took some time to get the windows due to matters beyond their control, but Christine kept us informed throughout that time of their status. The crew was very professional, courteous and timely. They took pains to be sure there was minimal if any mess during the course of installation, and even rehung the blinds, a very pleasant surprise. I would, and have recommended them to others considering window replacement. Thanks to everyone at Mountain View for your kindness and professionalism during a particularly trying time.

Update. I followed Lori R.'s advice to contact Dennis.
 My Review stands. I think someone is still laughing in the office, at how difficult Dennis made it to give me 10 minutes of my time in person, & getting me to uninstall and reinstall 2 glass panel cupboard doors to inspect. He was actually waiting near the lobby door on my arrival! @ 8a.m. Monday morning, with original rude, scamming salesperson. (She couldn't hardly be bothered with my complaints when I went to pick up the original repair.)
 Dennis gave me a rather complex schedule to find him. Call first I was told. I was there in 10 minutes after reminding him I had talked to him on the previous Friday afternoon.

What I saw was no one trying to order, and grabbing a dusty  left over from in the back.  I believe they pushed off at a great profit , something I am clearly not happy with. I was presented with a dirty chipped repair upon pick up. I was scoffed at when I asked about a warranty , or my satisfaction.

AZ Replacement Windows did a nice, clean installation for five vinyl replacement windows.  One window needed adjustment and they were quick to come back and resolve.  The windows look very nice.  The installers and sales rep were easy to deal with and professional.

I've been trying to get in touch with someone to give me my quote but no one answers the phones. I had the measurements taken last week and need the job done asap but cant compare their quote with the others. I guess they dont want or need my business.

I called RMK to get an estimate for replacing my windows. Ryan called me to set up an appointment. He never showed up or called to say he was not coming. I left a voicemail with the office to let them know he did not arrive for the appointment and I left a voicemail on his mobile. I never received a call back from anyone. With this kind of service before even getting an estimate, I would not consider using them for my job.

Louis promptly responded to my quote request, priced our project competitively, did a tremendous job installing our shower doors. He is personable and professional and he works with your schedule. He is now my glass go-to-guy. I can recommend Vista View with 5 stars.

We had a great experience with Golden Arrow Glass! They gave me an affordable quote online, then they were easy to schedule. Alex and his team showed up promptly, worked quickly, cleaned up after themselves and were pleasant to work with! Will definitely keep their card for our future house projects.

I would recommend this company . The screens look great  I am happy with the whole process .They are well worth the cost and the piece of mind. Great customer service during the process. They are not cheap but  worth the investment.,If you can afford them its worth getting them done.Office staff is friendly and kept me up to date with all of the process and had great communication.

My husband and I have used Freelite services for several projects in our home including skylights, total replacement of all our windows and exterior doors, including a decorative front door, plus specialty indoor room doors and closet doors.  Every project was completed on time and in the manner expected.  We have referred several of our neighbors to Freelite and have heard great comments from them after also using Freelite for windows and doors.  Chip Marvin is easy to work with and has good ideas when asked.  All the workmen did a great job and were clean and presentable plus they left our home in great condition when the work was finished.  I recommend Freelite to anyone who wants top notch service!

I cannot tell you what a pleasure it was to work with this company. Tim and Kevin did a great job installing our new door and Mario painted it to perfection!!! I have a gorgeous door for a quarter of the price of a brand new door. I love how my front door looks now! It made a huge difference! The team works efficiently and professionally and they are all super sweet!! Took only a few hours to install. I highly recommend this company!!

She is pretty picky about things, and she is extremely detail-oriented.
I don't know if there is even a higher level of praise for something than to say my wife couldn't find anything wrong with it.
She has not shut up about how happy she is about the service, the windows themselves, and the company.
Like I said, it doesn't get any better than saying the wife is thrilled.

I rarely post to Yelp and when I do it is to rave about a company and not complain. This is my first complaint on Yelp as I felt a bit offended about what took place during an in home consultation.

I called to receive an in-home estimate and was scheduled to have someone stop at my home to provide information/costs on the products they sell.

I marked my calendar to have the afternoon free to take care of this project. The rep was 30 minutes late but was no problem in my eyes as things come up and I was home to see him when he arrived.

The rep arrived and refused to give me any product info/pricing because my husband was not home to listen to his pitch. After 4 different attempts to explain my husband doesn't want to be a part of the decision making with this project, my husband has asked for me to make my decision and contract without his consent, my husband doesn't need to be involved in this process, my husband specifically does not want to be involved in picking out the doors, etc the rep still refused to share or sell his products.

He had his foot in my door. He had someone willing to contract with what I can only assume about a $20,000 order for doors and potentially be a returning customer to redo all windows in a 5,000 sq ft home and he still couldn't find the salesmanship to open his bag and talk about his products...hand me some reading material...nothing.

I've never seen such poor salesman skills in my life.

I blocked off a whole afternoon of my schedule to get an in home quote to wait around for a sales guy to show up late and then tell me he can't share his products with me but could reschedule another time when my husband (who doesn't want to be a part of this) could listen to his pitch.

Well there are plenty of other companies who would gladly want my business and would beg to get a foot in my door, would show up 5 minutes EARLY and would respect that a wife CAN make a decision without her husband needing to hold her hand in the process.

The only reason this gets 2 stars is because their customer service team handled it well.

Very poor customer service on a window replacement under warranty damaged window was less than 3 months old. Took nearly a year to replace cracked window! Cannot recommend this business for any new products. Took issue up to owner level within organization, with no resolution or satisfactory explanation for awful service. Marvin Windows should be ashamed for their relationship with this installation company.

I recently needed one of my windows fixed due to a break . I contacted Danielle at SR glass company who was very understanding and helpful with my repair. I would recommend SR glass for repairs.
