These guys were responsive and followed through so that alone makes them so much better than the rest. They are a bit steep when it comes to pricing. They charged me $250 to fix my shower door. I would have totally understood if they were here for hours but the fix took 5 min. Looking back, I know the other companies I consulted only charged $80. I should have just waited. They also don't guarantee their fix for a certain amount of time. For those reasons, I would not use them again.

I had a broken window and a couple that had condensation after all the rain. Shane arrived on time for the estimate and was very polite and personable. His estimate was fair and the windows installed on time and the worksite left clean. I could not be happier with the work performed and highly recommend Shane and Valiant.

I hired this company a couple different times. The first time I needed a brand new door built along with a wall and they made it look seamless, as though it had been there originally with the house. Absolute perfection! Second job I had them do was removing a tree that fell on my home during a monsoon. They were able to come out very quickly and not only remove the tree, but fix the roof as well! I highly recommend using this company!

I reach out to a few mirror and glass companies on a Saturday. I needed a mirror replaced ASAP.
Az Glass & Mirror got back to me the same day and offered to come out on Sunday or Monday. Az Glass & Mirror had the best price and got the job done. I'm very happy and would use them again.

I had a 4x2 single pane glass window probably from the '70s. I contacted mountain view Glass and the easiest way for me was to load the window up and take it to his shop. He was one of a few companies that actually had the single pane glass and was willing to do the job. Got their met his wife and him and his brother real nice people got the glass changed out brought it home.

Had the worst experience ever with ABC Glass, DO NOT WORK WITH THEM. we were working on a project opening a new preschool and needed to order acrylic dividers for counter top to divide hand washing sinks. When my husband went to pick up the order and they charged for the 3 pieces of acrylic was $229 that was a total rip off. When I asked to talk to the manager about the pricing the manager told him that the price was given over the phone and that was our problem we agreed. I wouldn't care about paying this price but that didn't even resolve my problem, to complete the job they offered me a solution that would cost me another $700!! Something so simple became outrageously expensive. Their customer service was disgusting!!! I picked up the order and left, I decided to check around for pricing of the acrylic pieces, I found another company called Diamond Glass and Mirror, very friendly and helpful they helped me to order the right parts to complete the project and they referred me to another company Canyon State Plastic which after helping me cut the pieces to the right size AT NO CHARGE. I asked them how much they charge for the same acrylic, they said they charged $18 a sheet, so only $51 and the crooks at ABC charged me $229!!
I called ABC talked to Lisa, she remembered me, I asked to speak to the owner and manager and she refused, she said they were not available.
I guess I lost money from this experience, but mostly this review is due to their POOR customer service and lack of helping us in a time crunch and charging EXCESSIVELY for something. I get they have to make their money but their is a point where it becomes a straight out crime! And then deny us the chance to speak to someone in charge.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!

I had this company install an enlarged picture window in our kitchen. Jerry, the salesman came out to the house gave us a quote for the work which was only for the cutting of the wall and put the window in place. It took 7 weeks for the window to be delivered. Never heard from Jerry again. Very pricey to say the least but it was the only company in town that would install one window. I did not need 3 or more. Be certain that you understand that the plaster, painting, etc will be a separate charge. The day after, another gentleman came out and repaired the outside stucco around the glass, but no painting. Dustin and his partner did a fine job on the install and John was good as well to repair the outside wall. I was very surprised that Jerry, or someone from the office NEVER called to see if all was satisfactory. This is poor communication on this company's behalf. Be certain to ask ALL the questions you need at the first appointment so you will understand what work will/will not be done for your price quote.Hopefully the company will call you to follow up on the work done to see if all was satisfactory.

Put in a request via HomeAdvisor app - Elias got back to me within the 1/2 hour for a conversation about our project. My husband gave him measurements over the phone for shower glass enclosure - within 2 hours we had a quote. If the service continues like this - I'm going to be one heck of a happy camper - will follow up as the project progresses.

RMK Windows was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish on our window replacement project. From our first meeting with Jake (sales rep), through the install process and then the demostration of their warranty commitment the RMK team was top notch. We had recently purchased a 1980's home that had been remodeled inside and out except for the windows. The energy and sound improvements with the new windows is incredible and look great too. The smoothness of the windows to open and close is such an improvement over our original windows. The installers were very profressional, cleaned up their work like they were never there, and were very thouruogh in showing us the operation of each window type that was installed. After the windows were complete we noticed a blimish in one of the planes of glass and RMK was very quick to respond and have it replaced, a testiment to their warranty. The process went so smooth from start to finish, we are happy to recommend RMK Windows to everyone we know!

After the job is complete we decided to add one more screen. They came out and placed the screen and let us know they thought it wasn't a perfect enough fit so they wanted to remake it. We were fine but they just wouldn't let it go so at no charge to us they remade the screens so it is perfect. Who doesn't like that?

This should be less than one star. These guys are horrible. Made appointment weeks in advance and they cancelled the day of, with no concerns. Hire at your own risk. I was able to find a higher rated company who actually apologized for My bad luck and had a technician out there for my original appointment with Freelite. Maybe I should have the Freelite guys give a call to learn how to properly run a business

We love this family owned company. They were knowledgeable and had really great customer service Kevin was our installer and was clean, efficient and checked before he left if we had any issues or questions and gave us the information to call if we had any issues. he took our door off and did the work out by his truck. When he replaced it he made sure we checked the lock so it worked properly our new house is beautiful but our door looked like it came from an old apt. Now it's flippin beautiful and lights up our entry way He was in and out between 45 min and an hour. Matched our paint and I was astounded how different our entry and door looks. I would recommend them to anyone. Great job Kevin!!!!

Thank you, Weathersby and team!!! They installed 18 new windows and did an Awesome job!
This all started when I was looking to initially have some window glass replaced due to seal failure, then changing my thoughts to replacing a couple of windows, then re-thinking that it would look odd for my home. Hesitantly I started to get bids, which I highly recommend, not only for pricing comparison but also to get a feel for each company/sales pitch, etc.
Weathersby pricing was competitive. These are the reason I personally went with them:
* They were not pushy but rather informative and assisted in choice options for each room window that varied.
* I was concerned with how the old windows were being removed and the look with new windows on a stucco exterior and being properly sealed. Michael took the time to explain their process, which made me feel more at ease.
* They were upfront about the timelines with the window ordering to install.
A shout out to Chris, Bubba, Tim, and Kirk for the largest picture window (7'-9 x 5'-9) installation, it was picture perfect . They were on-time, professional, and cleaned up after window replacement. Chris, how those windows fit just perfect with the existing raised stucco is amazing. I literally feel like I moved into a new home.
I personally went with the Milgard Tuscany Series. I know the Tuscany may cost more but living here in the blazing state of Arizona it was a COOL, right choice for me, well worth the look, comfort and view. I am sure there are others that have experienced something similar, where with the old windows I closed all the shutters and curtains to keep the sun heat out. Now with the new Milgard windows, my air-conditioners are running less times even with the shutters and curtains open all day.
Thank you, Weathersby and Milgard, for making my home feel cozy...

From the very beginning, there seemed to be a lot of miscommunication. The salesman, who came to my home and took a 50 percent deposit never told me that my windows would not be ordered until Affordable Windows was notified that my HOA had approved the installation of my new windows. After my HOA informed me that my windows had been approved, as per my submission, I asked Affordable Windows if I could wait until the Fall to have the windows installed. They said yes, but insisted on keeping my deposit, even though nothing had been ordered. I was told that they would go ahead and put in the order and wait for me to call in the Fall. When October came, I called to set up an installation appointment, and found out that nobody had ordered my windows again. It was the end of October before my windows were installed. While I love the windows themselves, I am completely unhappy with the damage done to my home during the installation. When my kitchen windows were installed, the siding on the back of my house was damaged. The installer left bare wood, some of which was unsanded and uneven. Yet, I was told to pay the balance. When I asked the installer for a referral on a painter to finish up the job, he promised to get back to me but never did. I have not heard from anyone at Affordable windows since. Nobody calling to check on my satisfaction, nobody to inspect the job, nobody that seems to care.........I will not recommend Affordable Windows to anyone because their customer service sucks.

HORRIBLE !!!!!!!The worst customer service ! I called to schedule a window replacement, was put on hold for 10 minutes before I hung up. She had taken my information and NEVER called me back. I emailed that I was still waiting for appointment time...nothing!! 3 days later I called and was told they were so busy that they do NOT do estimates. I made it very clear I needed a window replaced and they had done window replacement for an insurance claim earlier this year. ( not to mention the tech threw the glass in my neighbors yard instead of cleaning it up) I was told they have staffing problems ..again.....told me they don't have time to give FREE estimates. Never received an apology. I was made to feel as if I was looking for free service. Danielle was very RUDE !! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!
