I was having some issues with a couple different leaks at my home. Donnie ended up coming by and taking a look at the problems I was having. He went through the trouble of diagnosing the leaks with a garden hose and after realizing it was a not a roof issue but a door issue he even gave me some recommendations of what could be done for the problem even though it was outside His scope of work. I will definitely keep his number on hand for future Roofing related problems, an honest contractor can be hard to come by!

We had a wonderful experience with lifetime and especially with Kyle who was in charge of our project!! He went above and beyond and continued to stay in touch and was very hands on making sure everything was perfect for us!

We had a 2:00 appointment for Gordon to come out and give me an estimate.  At 2:17 I called him and he forgot to put me on his schedule.  This is not a favorable indication for good business practice and I certainly will not be using him.

Mike completed a highly technical hillside  concrete job to install a mountain side elevator(Hillhiker) He finished hillside excavation by hand to make sure his forms met the city approved plans. Coordinated the subs to help pump the concrete ect.

The rebar, and concrete passed a 3rd party special inspection and the city the first time. Pricing was reasonable.

I hired them to remove a load bearing wall from my house, I wanted to make sure whoever I hired knew what they were doing since it's such an intricate job, Alfredo showed up to give me an estimate and was very professional and knowledgeable, we agreed on a price, two weeks later his crew showed up, they were super clean, put plastic on all my walls/furniture/flooring to protect it from dust, they got to work and did a fantastic job, I'll definitely keep their contact info for future projects

I have known Keith for years...found them on a site years back and asked if they could help my old boss paint some rooms in our office.  They did great!  Later, I hired them to paint some rooms in my home and install a super cool rock mailbox as my old one was falling apart.  They also painted my old bosses exterior of his home, did lots of electrical, installed some pigeon proof material, and he was super happy with them.  The company is super fast at communicating, estimates, and just  all around great people.  Ask for Keith...he will help get any/all projects taken care of. I am not sure where these other reviews are coming from but let me tell you the Real Deal! The McBride Team installed a galvanized aluminum roof on my home. The quality of the work looks Amazing!! When choosing a company to do business it is important for me to find someone who is professional in there communication from Start to Finish. McBride went above and beyond by working directly with my Insurance Adjuster which helped save a ton of time and headache (As I have no idea how that system works or have the software to write up an estimate). A Job Well Done! Not to mention... They increased my claim from $3,500.00 to well over $37,000.00 (The claims process really showed me how poorly an Insurance Company will try to help you in the hardest of times, always hire a professional to help/guide you) McBride was there maximize it all! I highly recommend McBride Services.

Purchased a home that required some ADA compliance modifications. Hired Rob to modify two kitchen cabinets, install setback hinges on doors, close an arched opening between the living/dining rooms to create an exercise room, paint all walls/ceilings, install ceiling fans, enlarge pantry door opening for roll in access with double doors and auto lighting and gut the hall bath to make room for a no barrier wheelchair access shower with floating toilet, roll under custom vanity with cabinet, new lighting, floor to ceiling subway tile, marble floor, tilted mirror, decorative grab/towel bars, inset medicine cabinet and custom soft-close sliding barn door.  All I can say, he was a God send  He was there every step of the way with his infinite expertise, alway making sure that I was happy with what he was doing and adjusting things as we went along.  Mind you, I was 2000 miles away while this construction was happening as we hadn't moved to Phoenix yet.  When I flew out two months later I was just thrilled to see so much done exactly like I had envisioned it.

We met initially, he gave me a great quote within a few days, sent him  pictures of what I needed which really helped the process go smoothly.  Rob and his crew just went to town doing everything that I needed and more.  Making sure that I had frequent updates, discussing modifications as they arose or suggestions on how to make something better.  I have worked with many contractors over the years and no one comes close to his meticulous work that he takes great pride in doing for his clients. His specialty is custom cabinetry and from what I've seen, it's just stunning.  Everything he did for us is absolutely perfect!  I cannot say enough about the integrity of Rob, just know that when you hire him, he will do his utmost to make you happy with his work.  He is not only my Contractor for life, but someone I call my friend.  Thank you Rob!!

We have used Lon for two major redesign projects (kitchen and bath)  in the last few years. We couldn't be more pleased! Lon and his crew were attentive to our needs/changes and worked hard to overcome  big challenges (gas line and plumbing overhaul) that came up during the projects.  His crew was great to work with and above all they're quality craftsmen!  I would highly recommend using them and we certainly will on our next projects.

Once again Don was able to provide me assistance and he didn't have anything invested... I contacted them about masonry work needed and he was able to provide me with a referral to someone he trusted. Thanks again guys.

We had a car fire on the driveway at our property. The local fire department told us that we have to board up the garage (that same day) because the fire department knocked down the garage door. The fire department told us that all area fire departments use Kowalski because they never bill the home owner because they deal directly with the insurance company, and they will not bill us even if the insurance company doesn't pay them. As you'll hear later, that was a total lie.
So we called Kowalski and they came out, and they also told us that they bill the insurance company and they will not bill us even if the insurance company didn't pay them. Then they present a tablet for you to sign several documents. What they don't tell you is that you are signing your life away when you sign their tablet. And they don't care who signs the tablet. I didn't sign it.
Be very careful because one document is called SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY. Never sign that one, because by signing it you're allowing them to do whatever they want, and you can't stop them. They even told us that we couldn't get any other bids.
We were naive. We believed the fire department and we believed Kowalski that they would only bill the insurance company so we let them do the board up. BIG MISTAKE, because the Kowalski employees were lying to us thru their teeth.
After they did the board up, Kowalski tried to get paid by the insurance company, but the insurance company refused to pay them, so they came after us for almost $3,000 which they charge to put up some plywood where the garage door was. That was a totally outrageous price for a few pieces of plywood and about an hour work. We would never have agreed to that ridiculous price, but they never told us what their price would be to do the board up. That's how Kowalski operates. Keep the homeowners in the dark.
We made a big mistake believing what we were told. Why did the fire department mislead us? I leave that to you to figure out.
Kowalski preys on vulnerable people, including the elderly, who've just had a fire.
We'll never use them ever again.

No show, no call and when called, indicated he arranged an hour window to arrive, which is not true.  This appointment was made with him not through a service or other staff.  Total disregard for your time and your work schedule and with something as simple as arriving on time for a meeting in which he set the time, take note people.

We had our hall bath remodel by TWD. They were incredible. All the workers they employ were friendly, professional and I was very comfortable to have them all in my home! From the demo team to the final glass installer. Project manger was very helpful and always checked on the progress, he was very responsive. They tile installer was like an artist! I highly recommend them and we will be using them for our master bathroom remodel next. Overall they are a 5 star company with amazing employees!
