Jeff and the team are great! They helped us build a HIGH QUALITY dream home and we couldn't be happier! The city of Surprise was difficult to work with and Jeff helped us through all of the difficult permits and inspections. Jeff also got a better price on our cabinets and really had our best interest throughout the build. Crystal, Tom, Steve, Anthony and Aaron were so helpful and nice and the sub-contractors did a great job (especially Brandon and his team of electricians). Thank you for everything!! We recommend Gorilla to everyone!

During his visit to our home Andrew was rude, arrogant and submissive. He constantly interrupted us and he was hell bent to control the discussion.
Subsequently he has failed to submit any type of proposal or to state his lack of interest in our business ($125,000 home remodel).
He waisted his time and he waisted our time! Now he is just a ghost .

Doug was on time and did a great job on our drywall repairs and painting!  Price was reasonable and work was professionally done in a timely manner.  We would highly recommend him!

I highly recommend Lux Home Remodeling! Skyler and his team are dependable, timely, respectful and very professional!  Lux has done several projects at my home. Lux is my Go-To for all of my projects and upgrades.

If I could select 0 stars I would. Rob the opener not only took 6 months when I was told it would be a 2 month project, every time we discussed how I wanted something he would to how he wanted. He order the wrong windows then I had to deal with it and the wrong doors, I made him change that. Anytime I questioned anything it was always my fault. He never takes responsibility for anything. Cost of the remodel was 20% more than the quote. I still have issues crack drywall, electrical that quit working, and light switches that still do not work since they were installed. Save itself the head ache and find someone else. These are all simple fixes and stated he is not responsible once he is done. So he does not offer a warranty for anything.

Chris installed a custom window to enclose an office space in a second floor.  He does quality work. He is very detailed oriented, responsive, and a good planner. He sent us a design and was so impressed that he understood what we wanted.  Highly recommend his work.

He performed most of the work as requested, but I would NOT recommend him during the pandemic. When he showed up he announced that he would not wear a mask while workingbl in my home, and he didn't put one on when I was standing a few feet from him and paying.

We had Ed and company do a somewhat major repair and reconfiguration to an exterior wall at our home in Munds Park. Bottom line: we are very happy with the result! The project took somewhat longer than planned, not entirely within the control of EJK, and there were some minor glitches along the way, but Ed and his team were always willing and able to rectify the situation. It is very hard to find companies that are responsive and reliable in our small community.  Ed was very good at providing input to the design to ensure safety, quality, and appearance. Our experience is that in any major remodel, it takes some oversight by the home owner and constant communication. But, at the end of the day, the agreed-to work was completed to our total satisfaction, exactly to the quoted costs, and any hiccups along the way were properly and promptly addressed.

These guys are absolutely the best! They repaired my stucco fence walls and replaced fascia on the eaves of my house (even had to build a scaffolding over my pool to do so!). They were prompt, courteous, and professional in every way.
I highly recommend their work.

These guys are great I highly recommend! I had water damage from a leaking roof and flooding. I needed half of my living room ceiling, 1 full wall and 2 quarter walls replaced. They were able to start in a couple days and worked really hard and got the job done in 4 days. Did a great job cleaning up and were in constant communication the whole time. 5 stars

Would give zero stars if possible because ZERO is exactly what we got from this company.  Spoke with Steve & per his request I sent him pictures and written details of about the job scope so he could prepare a relatively solid quote and let me know if the job was too big, too small, or something his company would take on.  Said he would get back to me with estimate.  Well, that never happened.  My husband gave him the benefit of the doubt because it was close to the holidays.  Nope, a month goes by and the holidays are over and still nothing.  No reply to my telephone voicemails, no reply to my text messages, no follow up contact whatsoever.  As I said to him in my text message of January 12, 2023, 'obviously our money is not green enough' for him.  And even with that, he did not have the decency to respond.  He obviously does not know the definition of Dynamic, but their business name is royal BS.

Bill was prompt and professional. Treated our house w kid gloves while he taped/textured the drywall around our new windows/doors.  Above all that he is amazing at matching the texture, which is very hard to do.

I highly recommend Ceaser and his team. We are currently working on a kitchen remodel and needed to resize a window so we could fit more cabinet space, and his team did an excellent job. They also replaced our ceiling fan and did some drywall repair that turned out great. Ceaser is really great about keeping in contact with you every step of the way and all the people he sends out are very friendly and do an excellent job. Turnaround is also very quick and quotes were fair. It was great to not need to find multiple experts for a complex job on my own!

Highly recommend them! Will be using Canterra for more stuff in the future!

Summer is coming and we all know it's going to get really hot! Insulation in my attic has been on my mind and I reached out to Insulation Contractors of Arizona to see how it will work for pricing and timeline. They were extremely responsive on Yelp, got an estimate quickly and was able to be booked the same week. Got to love that quick service!

When they showed up the day of, they explained to me on to let me know what they are going to do, how long it will take and to even answer some of my silly questions on the process. They finished the entire job under two hours and even cleaned up any mess they left. My attic now looks like a winter wonderland and hopefully my house will be extra cooler this summer. Highly recommend them for insulation! Great job guys!

I needed a new contractor to do some renovations on our new home so we turned to Yelp and and found shepherd contracting. We used Thomas and his team when my new home needed some updating. The communication was above and beyond. We love our new bathrooms and will post updated photos soon!

His work is outstanding. Finds the problem and fixes it. Would recommend him to anyone needing some home repair. I would not use anyone else. He installed a new engineered wood floor in our home after removing outdated tile flooring. Excellent job and well done. He also replaced rotted facia boards. A great person to fix your homeowner problems.

They came out to estimate a master bath remodel, I asked if 15K would do. They told us a $20K was more realistic, then sent us a $40K estimate...

It's a 12x12 bathroom in a middle class neighborhood. I told the estimator that we we're thinking around $15K for the budget and he said $20K was probably more realistic but their services come with a designer so I said great. A week later I got the estimate... $40,886. For a 12x12 master bathroom... that we hadn't discussed materials on yet... I asked if he mixed us up with another house, and reminded him of our budget and his suggestion of a 20K budget. This was his entire response:

This is an estimate with the pricing I am receiving from my sub-contractors.  The shower is larger than usual.  Adding the barn door and the linen cabinet increases the cost.  I included the tile flooring into the closet.

I've had 4 contractors here to estimate the project now. The next highest bid so far has been $18K. If he didn't want to do the project based on our preliminary visit, why not just say that instead of wasting so much of both of our time? Maybe he just didn't hear a word I said in the 30 minutes he spent in my house...

I was referred to Danny Pehrson, owner of Solid Home Renovations, by a neighbor who had
used him several times in the past.  Danny came over to look at some plumbing that the former owner had done himself, and done poorly because he was not a plumber.  Danny looked at the work, told me what needed to be done to correct it and what the cost would be.  We set up an appointment - he was here on time, had to crawl around in an attic when it was 106 outside -
finished the job and cleaned up after himself.  

A few weeks later I called to ask him about a leaky toilet and installing an electrical outlet in
the guest bath.  Again, he looked at the problem areas, gave me a quote - we set up a date for
him to do the work.  He was here, had an electrician do the electrical outlet, he did the plumbing
and they both cleaned up after themselves.

I love contractors who 1. show up when they say they will 2. give you a quote that doesn't give you a heart attack 3 and clean up after themselves.  

I would recommend this company to anyone.  Great work, courteous and professional men.
