Andrew remodeled our kitchen, living room, and dining room. He did an amazing job! He showed up everyday on time. He communicated to us whenever there were changes or suggestions. He has great work ethics and does quality work! I will be using him for our bathroom remodel!!

Doug is really easy going and works quickly and efficiently.  His estimates are very fair (we are on a budget since we recently had a baby). He even fixed a door that wouldn't lock at no charge since it was such a quick fix ! He put in several ceiling fans and recaulked our shower. I will be using him for all my future house repairs!

I was moving my salon to a bigger place with the same landlord. So they only give me a very short time to fix up the new place and give the old one back. I found Skyler on yep and explain my situation. He did the cabinets in less than 2 weeks. They came out great. Definitely recommend  this company.

This is the second time we have had JVR do some work on our house in Tempe.  They have knocked out two walls, dry walled a room, replaced flooring, removed cabinets, and installed a window - and we couldn't be more pleased.  Rob and his team are great to work with - very professional and they all do a great job. We highly recommend JVR.

I can't say enough about how happy I am with the work Chris did for us. We needed one of our interior walls opened up to install a window AC unit.  I called countless contractors and since the work we needed was considered small-scale, many contractors wanted to grossly overcharge or not do the job at all.  But Chris treated me with respect and as much significance as I'm sure he treats his high-scale job clients.  His professionalism is just one of his many proficiencies.
Chris was extremely helpful with planning how to do the job efficiently and cost-effectively and he always responded to my questions and concerns promptly.  Chris's work was perfect!  He stuck to the plan and his finished product was flawless.  He even cleaned up after himself, including vacuuming up drywall dust!  I couldn't be happier with Chris and I will be calling him for any work I need in the future.

We had Ed and company do a somewhat major repair and reconfiguration to an exterior wall at our home in Munds Park. Bottom line: we are very happy with the result! The project took somewhat longer than planned, not entirely within the control of EJK, and there were some minor glitches along the way, but Ed and his team were always willing and able to rectify the situation. It is very hard to find companies that are responsive and reliable in our small community.  Ed was very good at providing input to the design to ensure safety, quality, and appearance. Our experience is that in any major remodel, it takes some oversight by the home owner and constant communication. But, at the end of the day, the agreed-to work was completed to our total satisfaction, exactly to the quoted costs, and any hiccups along the way were properly and promptly addressed.

First of all, I will say that we are not yet finished with our Carefree, AZ remodel. Completion will be in early October and I will follow up with more then, but I think my experience so far is important to publish.

I contacted Mike George at the recommendation of another professional in the Phoenix area. I asked him to come and walk a property that I was buying that needed some updating here and there. Well, a little updating has come all the way to a full kitchen remodel (down to the studs and bare cement), new flooring in a few rooms, paint on every wall, walls were taken down, fireplaces completed remodeled, etc. It's BIG job in anyone's book! I will also tell you that this is not my first remodel. I've redone about a dozen homes, so I have a fair amount of experience, good and bad, with general contractors.

So, what can I say about Mike George and George Construction? He is the consummate professional. He commits and delivers. He is a man of few words. He listens to his client and doesn't always say yes. That's important because, in a remodel, the worse outcome is tearing something out and then realizing that it shouldn't have been torn out at all because the vision cannot be realized. He is not always the cheapest route but you can trust that if he says it will happen, it will.

For me, time is part of the spec! Sadly, on this project, I'VE been the one delaying the project, not George Construction. They work quickly, they keep the job site tidy, and when you walk in during a work day, you are likely to see 10+ people working in various rooms at the same time. That's a pretty tough challenge - directing multiple projects in one space so that the work gets done without interruption. I am not sure how he keeps the subcontractors so well organized but it works!

I highly recommend working with George Construction. More to come when we finish our super not-so-tiny (!) project!!

Hands down, Q is one of the best out there - he's honest, hardworking, knowledgeable and very trustworthy. I referred him to my family members as well. Easy to communicate with and no project is too big or too small from electric, plumbing to installing tvs, I would highly recommend him to everyone.

We went with RH Design & Build for an interior remodel including a complete kitchen renovation.  Despite some challenges along the way, we could not be happier with the end result.  We recommend RH Design & Build for their professionalism and craftsmanship.

I had the pleasure of using Rhino Construction to help repair a 600sqft section of roofing. Due to builder flaws, this section has always been a problem. Through years of wear and tear from the sun and the rain we did get, we had tried repairing it ourselves to save money. It failed numerous times and that led us to needing a professional who was licensed, bonded, and insured. I found Rhino Construction via Yelp and was in contact with them in less than 24hrs. Everando came to walk and provide an estimate within a few days and the job was scheduled within the following week. Everando and his team meticulously repaired the roof while keeping us informed of any hidden damages that may have come up in the process that should be addressed. The job was done in 3 days and contact with Everando was consistent, timely, and professional. When doing a final walk through for the underside of the roof where drywall and painting was required, some touch ups were needed. Everando was on the phone with his team and they responded to complete the work same day.

Overall, I am happy with the work completed, the time it took to completely , and the value that was delivered. Thank you Everando to both you and your team for a job well done. We will gladly be using you in future projects where possible.

Chris and his team were amazing. They tore down the wall that divided the kitchen and living room. We were told by a different contractor that we couldn't take the wall out since the plumbing was in a post tension slab. But Chris had his guys come x-ray the floor and they moved everything over. Definitely recommend AZ Dynamic Builders!

Drywall perfection did a wonderful job. We initially contacted Bill looking for someone to add a wall to a pre-existing room to separate it into two rooms. He gave us the contact information of someone to do the frame work and said he would do the drywall once that portion was complete. The guy he recommended  for the frame was extremely responsive and did a great job. We initially didn't have an appointment for Bill and his crew to come until the following day but he was able to fit us in and we got the entire wall built, frame and drywall, in one day! We were so happy to have it done so quickly and thankful that Bill was so professional and accommodating. The price was very reasonable and the time frame was amazing. We would definitely use drywall perfection again.

Katherine, one of the owners, wrote me back immediately, we conversed, and she offered a free consultation for an estimate. She arrived with her staff in tow at the appointed time, fully prepared to address every concern I had previously discussed with her on the phone.

From the onset, I knew I was in competent hands. Canterra Construction was diligent throughout the entire process. Even when the shed arrived earlier than expected, I shot Katherine an email, and she was quick to accommodate the schedule change with an immediate start date. Summer is coming and we all know it's going to get really hot! Insulation in my attic has been on my mind and I reached out to Insulation Contractors of Arizona to see how it will work for pricing and timeline. They were extremely responsive on Yelp, got an estimate quickly and was able to be booked the same week. Got to love that quick service!

When they showed up the day of, they explained to me on to let me know what they are going to do, how long it will take and to even answer some of my silly questions on the process. They finished the entire job under two hours and even cleaned up any mess they left. My attic now looks like a winter wonderland and hopefully my house will be extra cooler this summer. Highly recommend them for insulation! Great job guys!

I needed a new contractor to do some renovations on our new home so we turned to Yelp and and found shepherd contracting. We used Thomas and his team when my new home needed some updating. The communication was above and beyond. We love our new bathrooms and will post updated photos soon!

His work is outstanding. Finds the problem and fixes it. Would recommend him to anyone needing some home repair. I would not use anyone else. He installed a new engineered wood floor in our home after removing outdated tile flooring. Excellent job and well done. He also replaced rotted facia boards. A great person to fix your homeowner problems.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Mike McCurdy & his team. Highly professional with an excellent crew who are personable & skilled with their work. Mike has worked on two separate projects in our home at different times. Our first project entailed remodeling the family room & fireplace. Mike made suggestions which were incorporated in the design& were extremely pleased with the results. Our second project entailed a total remodeling of the kitchen. His in house designer Leyda worked with us along with Mike on selection of  cabinets,granite, tile & stone to make our kitchen a show place. Both of them guided us through the process & made suggestions that turned out great. Anytime an issue came up Mike made sure it was corrected immediately. He is proactive & does not waste anytime addressing things. We plan to use McCurdy Construction on our next home project -bathrooms. We have already recommended Mike to several of our friends. Danny recently completed  two projects for me. One was a laminate flooring and subway tile backsplash installation. The other job was replacing two toilets.  Both jobs were completed above expectations. People have even commented  how great the flooring and backsplash  look. Both were completed on time and within the budget. The jobs were left clean every day that his crew was working on them. He finished the plumbing job in a couple hours. Having worked  with construction trades people in the past, Danny is a true professional. He knows how to price a job and get it done within the time frame he quotes.  I will call him first for all my renovation needs. He will probably be busy, but I will wait for the quality work.
