My lifelong dream (as a car guy) was to build a garage to store my toys. I shopped around, looking for best price, and along the way, was provided with a reference for Gorilla Builders. As it turned out, Gorilla provided the lowest price, yet still built me the most badass garage on the planet!! 2x6 construction, studs everywhere, and 100% quality. Like ALL builds, there were a few small issues along the way. Gorilla (Jeff) literally wouldn't allow me to be unhappy, fixed everything. and delivered an awesome product. The funny thing is that once he was all done, I joked with my dad that the garage was too nice to park anything in, and that we should have Gorilla build a 2nd garage purely for the storage of my toys. If I build anything in the future, I won't even bother shopping for another builder - Gorilla will be my builder for life. Jeff is an awesome owner, and was a pure pleasure to work with. His staff is awesome as well (Aaron and  Hector in particular). 5 stars!!

Andrew and his crew did a great job replacing the windows in my condo!! He also gave me a very fair price, which ended up being almost half of what other companies quoted. I will definitely be using Green Home Services for future needs and will recommend to my friends.

We recently moved to Scottsdale and needed some work done in the home that we bought.  Our son had used Rob and JVR and suggested we give Rob a call to give us a quote on our project.  Rob visited our home the next day and had a quote to us in 2 days.  We used 3 different sub-contractors to complete our project.  Each contractor was prompt, clean, easy to work with and completed the job in a timely fashion - and we were happy with all of the work that was done.  I highly recommend Rob, Chrissy (the scheduler) and the JVR brand.  They are very competitively priced and do good work.  Thank you, Rob, for working with us in up-dating our home.  You have our future work!

I met Ed Krolak and his team when I purchased my home in anticipation of a complete remodel. Two words to describe EJK Construction: quality and integrity. Ed was generous with his time and knowledge right from the beginning. Once we officially began the remodel and started tearing out walls, that did NOT change! Ed, Brian, and Eddie were with me every step of the way! They allowed me the space and time to make important design decisions, all while keeping the overall project moving. The inevitable challenges were handled quickly and with appropriate urgency.

The remodel turned out better than expected and I couldn't be happier! I consider Ed and his team part of my Arizona family and would use them again in an instant! In fact, I will be working with them on an outdoor living area project... which I am confident will be just as stunning when finished!

I would highly recommended using Rhino construction for your remodeling needs. We had to completely remodel our entire bathroom and we felt at ease as they communicated and walked us through every step of the way. The owner came over frequently to check on the project and make sure we were happy. Our bathroom turned out great and we get so many compliments. The quality of work was great and the prices are reasonable. We couldn't be more thankful that we chose them.

I just bought my first home and knew I wanted the bathrooms remodeled as the rest of the house was really modern and cool but bathrooms were really outdated. I received quotes from 5-6 different contractors to do the work and Chris and Steve at AZ dynamic builders honestly gave me the best price and more importantly did the BEST job on my remodel.  I am obsessed!! If you need popcorn ceiling removal or drywall work done, I highly recommend this company. We had 1600+ sq feet of popcorn removed and drywall repaired where wood paneling used to be. They were on time both days and worked late till the job was done.  We couldn't have asked for more professional and quality work.

Katherine, one of the owners, wrote me back immediately, we conversed, and she offered a free consultation for an estimate. She arrived with her staff in tow at the appointed time, fully prepared to address every concern I had previously discussed with her on the phone.

From the onset, I knew I was in competent hands. Canterra Construction was diligent throughout the entire process. Even when the shed arrived earlier than expected, I shot Katherine an email, and she was quick to accommodate the schedule change with an immediate start date. Throughout the process, Katherine was available to meet any need, inquiry, or concern and maintained exemplary response time with her calm, pleasant demeanor.

On the installation days, her team was on time, polite, accommodating, professional, communicative, focused, and meticulous in their work efforts. During the three-day job, her crew left the premises tidy each day upon completion. Words can't capture my appreciation for their professional partnership in completing this endeavor.

Summer is coming and we all know it's going to get really hot! Insulation in my attic has been on my mind and I reached out to Insulation Contractors of Arizona to see how it will work for pricing and timeline. They were extremely responsive on Yelp, got an estimate quickly and was able to be booked the same week. Got to love that quick service!

When they showed up the day of, they explained to me on to let me know what they are going to do, how long it will take and to even answer some of my silly questions on the process. They finished the entire job under two hours and even cleaned up any mess they left. My attic now looks like a winter wonderland and hopefully my house will be extra cooler this summer. Highly recommend them for insulation! Great job guys!

I needed a new contractor to do some renovations on our new home so we turned to Yelp and and found shepherd contracting. We used Thomas and his team when my new home needed some updating. The communication was above and beyond. We love our new bathrooms and will post updated photos soon!

McCurdy Construction was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. They did a pretty big remodel for us: completely new kitchen, which included taking out two walls, plus new tile, and some significant plumbing challenges, not to mention the electrical.... We knew we had to make a major change in the footprint of our dark 1980s kitchen in our 1960 house. The kitchen had one window, a confusing entranceway, a dishwasher-sink combo that never really drained. Now we have an open plan kitchen that lets in light, has tons of counter space and is super- easy to clean.

We got bids from three contractors. McCurdy's stood in the middle of the pack. What convinced us to go with McCurdy was that their estimator, Nathan, really took the time to scope out the job, to listen to our concerns and not just to talk, but show and explain to us what the possibilities were. Each subsequent member of their team had the same outstanding communication skills. Amber, the designer, made great suggestions based on our priorities, which she helped us to develop. And various members of the team visited our site three or four times before work began.  Like another reviewer here has said, at no point did we feel that the project was beyond the skills of the McCurdy crew. Rob and Mike did amazing job of keeping us posted as to the schedule. Throughout everything, Derek and Lucas were absolutely meticulous and unfailingly courteous. Of all the various workers, Nick the tile guy was especially good. Everything went smoothly. We would definitely hire McCurdy construction again! Highly recommended!

Danny has done several jobs at my house. He's redone my closet, redone my kitchen, redid my front and back yard which meant knocking out walls and restructuring everything, and  installed crown moulding throughout my house. He's does quality work and is very professional.
