Gorilla Builders just completed an awesome 1840 SF custom detached RV garage for us. We are extremely pleased with the result, we got an excellent garage for a very competitive price. Jeff was very knowledgeable and fair to deal with. It was a difficult permitting process due to the grading & drainage requirements for our subdivision but they persevered and got it done. Bottom line, if I needed to do it again, I would still go with Gorilla Builders.

Andrew and his crew did a great job replacing the windows in my condo!! He also gave me a very fair price, which ended up being almost half of what other companies quoted. I will definitely be using Green Home Services for future needs and will recommend to my friends.

Doug was great and everything I hoped for. I had some damage to the drywall, door trim, and baseboard in my bathroom due to a very displeased Labrador I was dog sitting and shut in the bathroom while I ran to the store. Lesson learned. Thanks to Doug though the damage is undone and you can't even tell it was there to begin with. He was so professional I even felt comfortable leaving him with a key to lock up when he was finished as I was unable to stay the entire time. I came back to a brand new looking wall and I'm very happy with his work. Will definitely use his service in the future!

I can't say enough about how happy I am with the work Chris did for us. We needed one of our interior walls opened up to install a window AC unit.  I called countless contractors and since the work we needed was considered small-scale, many contractors wanted to grossly overcharge or not do the job at all.  But Chris treated me with respect and as much significance as I'm sure he treats his high-scale job clients.  His professionalism is just one of his many proficiencies.
Chris was extremely helpful with planning how to do the job efficiently and cost-effectively and he always responded to my questions and concerns promptly.  Chris's work was perfect!  He stuck to the plan and his finished product was flawless.  He even cleaned up after himself, including vacuuming up drywall dust!  I couldn't be happier with Chris and I will be calling him for any work I need in the future.

Michael was great. He came out quickly to remove and repair some moldy drywall in my bathroom. He walked me through all of his steps, offered me great tips on my project, and did a great job with the project. He really when above and beyond, and was very responsive. I met Ed Krolak and his team when I purchased my home in anticipation of a complete remodel. Two words to describe EJK Construction: quality and integrity. Ed was generous with his time and knowledge right from the beginning. Once we officially began the remodel and started tearing out walls, that did NOT change! Ed, Brian, and Eddie were with me every step of the way! They allowed me the space and time to make important design decisions, all while keeping the overall project moving. The inevitable challenges were handled quickly and with appropriate urgency.

The remodel turned out better than expected and I couldn't be happier! I consider Ed and his team part of my Arizona family and would use them again in an instant! In fact, I will be working with them on an outdoor living area project... which I am confident will be just as stunning when finished!

First of all, I will say that we are not yet finished with our Carefree, AZ remodel. Completion will be in early October and I will follow up with more then, but I think my experience so far is important to publish.

I contacted Mike George at the recommendation of another professional in the Phoenix area. I asked him to come and walk a property that I was buying that needed some updating here and there. Well, a little updating has come all the way to a full kitchen remodel (down to the studs and bare cement), new flooring in a few rooms, paint on every wall, walls were taken down, fireplaces completed remodeled, etc. It's BIG job in anyone's book! I will also tell you that this is not my first remodel. I've redone about a dozen homes, so I have a fair amount of experience, good and bad, with general contractors.

So, what can I say about Mike George and George Construction? He is the consummate professional. He commits and delivers. He is a man of few words. He listens to his client and doesn't always say yes. That's important because, in a remodel, the worse outcome is tearing something out and then realizing that it shouldn't have been torn out at all because the vision cannot be realized. He is not always the cheapest route but you can trust that if he says it will happen, it will.

For me, time is part of the spec! Sadly, on this project, I'VE been the one delaying the project, not George Construction. They work quickly, they keep the job site tidy, and when you walk in during a work day, you are likely to see 10+ people working in various rooms at the same time. That's a pretty tough challenge - directing multiple projects in one space so that the work gets done without interruption. I am not sure how he keeps the subcontractors so well organized but it works!

I highly recommend working with George Construction. More to come when we finish our super not-so-tiny (!) project!!

Hands down, Q is one of the best out there - he's honest, hardworking, knowledgeable and very trustworthy. I referred him to my family members as well. Easy to communicate with and no project is too big or too small from electric, plumbing to installing tvs, I would highly recommend him to everyone.

These guys are great I highly recommend! I had water damage from a leaking roof and flooding. I needed half of my living room ceiling, 1 full wall and 2 quarter walls replaced. They were able to start in a couple days and worked really hard and got the job done in 4 days. Did a great job cleaning up and were in constant communication the whole time. 5 stars

Bill is truly remarkable! Recently, I encountered a bit of a predicament when my garage ceiling sustained water damage from a broken shower neck on the 2nd floor. After posting the job on both Yelp and Craigslist, I had the pleasure of speaking with Bill. With his keen eye, he assessed the situation and assured me that it was mostly just water stains. I was confident that he was the right person for the job. Today, as promised, Bill completed the task with impeccable precision. He repaired the ceiling with great care, and went above and beyond by prepping, painting, and covering up all damages with remarkable texture matching. I cannot thank Bill enough for saving the day!

Katherine, one of the owners, wrote me back immediately, we conversed, and she offered a free consultation for an estimate. She arrived with her staff in tow at the appointed time, fully prepared to address every concern I had previously discussed with her on the phone.

From the onset, I knew I was in competent hands. Canterra Construction was diligent throughout the entire process. Even when the shed arrived earlier than expected, I shot Katherine an email, and she was quick to accommodate the schedule change with an immediate start date. Summer is coming and we all know it's going to get really hot! Insulation in my attic has been on my mind and I reached out to Insulation Contractors of Arizona to see how it will work for pricing and timeline. They were extremely responsive on Yelp, got an estimate quickly and was able to be booked the same week. Got to love that quick service!

When they showed up the day of, they explained to me on to let me know what they are going to do, how long it will take and to even answer some of my silly questions on the process. They finished the entire job under two hours and even cleaned up any mess they left. My attic now looks like a winter wonderland and hopefully my house will be extra cooler this summer. Highly recommend them for insulation! Great job guys!

I needed a new contractor to do some renovations on our new home so we turned to Yelp and and found shepherd contracting. We used Thomas and his team when my new home needed some updating. The communication was above and beyond. We love our new bathrooms and will post updated photos soon!

I called Solid Home Renovation for the second time to have my addition master bathroom remodeled. Danny and team are the best and never disappoint. They are professional and efficient. The work is stunning. Every day they left they would clean up the area and put tools away. Danny provided his ideas and advise which helped put the entire idea into reality. Even when the glass company came they complimented how squared and even the work was which made installing the glass nice and easy. Danny and team do amazing work every time.
