Gorilla Builders just completed an awesome 1840 SF custom detached RV garage for us. We are extremely pleased with the result, we got an excellent garage for a very competitive price. Jeff was very knowledgeable and fair to deal with. It was a difficult permitting process due to the grading & drainage requirements for our subdivision but they persevered and got it done. Bottom line, if I needed to do it again, I would still go with Gorilla Builders.

Andrew and his team did incredible work for us during a bathroom remodel recently. Even though everyone is extremely busy he made an effort to meet with us right away, showed up on time, and was very clear with us regarding what he could do and when.  We received a quote within only a couple days and were very pleased with his very detailed quote.  He was willing to fit us in to his schedule sooner than expected and worked with us through several design changes and last minute requests.  We would highly recommend Andrew for your home remodel projects and plan to use him on another in the near future.

Came to my house right on time, was honest, upfront, respectful, and did great work. He installed our dog door through our house and we couldn't be more pleased with the job. Would recommend him to anyone.

I was moving my salon to a bigger place with the same landlord. So they only give me a very short time to fix up the new place and give the old one back. I found Skyler on yep and explain my situation. He did the cabinets in less than 2 weeks. They came out great. Definitely recommend  this company.

I decided to call JVR contracting because the Yelp reviews seemed pretty positive overall. I made an appointment for them to visit my home in order to get a quote. A man named Rob took my call and made my appointment. In order to accommodate their availability I had to take time off of work to go meet them in the afternoon. To my dismay, I waited and waited and nobody showed up. I even tried calling a couple of times to see if the contractor was running late but nobody answered. I didn't receive a call to let me know they were not coming or didn't get a call back despite my message letting them know I was waiting... This is very unprofessional and did not make a good impression. Needless to say, I will not be hiring this company.

I can't say enough about how happy I am with the work Chris did for us. We needed one of our interior walls opened up to install a window AC unit.  I called countless contractors and since the work we needed was considered small-scale, many contractors wanted to grossly overcharge or not do the job at all.  But Chris treated me with respect and as much significance as I'm sure he treats his high-scale job clients.  His professionalism is just one of his many proficiencies.
Chris was extremely helpful with planning how to do the job efficiently and cost-effectively and he always responded to my questions and concerns promptly.  Chris's work was perfect!  He stuck to the plan and his finished product was flawless.  He even cleaned up after himself, including vacuuming up drywall dust!  I couldn't be happier with Chris and I will be calling him for any work I need in the future.

Michael knows his stuff! He's a very nice guy that does fast, efficient, and quality work! I spoke to him for a few days while I was searching around for quotes. He was the most reasonably priced and was able to do the work the next day!

He's very professional and friendly! He even gave some suggestions or tips on how to fix other things. There really is nothing more that I can ask of Michael. His work is top quality and he works fast. He's very easy to talk to and doesn't mind answering your questions. He doesn't price gouge or make you feel stupid. I recommend him to anyone!

My husband and I met Ed and Brian with EJK & Sons Construction after interviewing 4 other builders. Their team had just finished remodeling our neighbor's house who suggested we meet them. I knew immediately it was Ed's company I wanted to use. Both he and his project manager Brian, are knowledgeable, friendly, and very easy to work with. They provide guidance to keep you on track without a lot of pressure. We had the bid and time to completion estimate within 2 days.
Ed kept us on budget throughout the project and if we wanted to add anything, he made us aware of additional costs ahead of time. Also, if we thought anything needed to be addressed throughout the project, it was done so almost immediately.
We did not use a designer and so I had what seemed like hundreds of decisions to be made over the 3 months it took them to finish. Both Ed and Brian were always a phone call or text away ready to assist in any way possible. It actually felt like I was calling a friend or family member to help me. I would not have been able to do it without them.
One last point to mention are the team of men working for them. They are all friendly, respectful, and meticulous at what they do. Our finished home is absolutely gorgeous! There was not hardly anything that needed to be addressed.
I have heard that remodeling can be a nightmare and take so much longer than planned. EJK & Sons  actually made remodeling our entire house fun and it finished on schedule.

These guys are absolutely the best! They repaired my stucco fence walls and replaced fascia on the eaves of my house (even had to build a scaffolding over my pool to do so!). They were prompt, courteous, and professional in every way.

I would highly recommended using Rhino construction for your remodeling needs. We had to completely remodel our entire bathroom and we felt at ease as they communicated and walked us through every step of the way. The owner came over frequently to check on the project and make sure we were happy. Our bathroom turned out great and we get so many compliments. The quality of work was great and the prices are reasonable. We couldn't be more thankful that we chose them.

Chris and his team were amazing. They tore down the wall that divided the kitchen and living room. We were told by a different contractor that we couldn't take the wall out since the plumbing was in a post tension slab. But Chris had his guys come x-ray the floor and they moved everything over. Definitely recommend AZ Dynamic Builders!

UMMM yeah. Who in their right mind ever thought that popcorn  on the ceilings was a good idea 50 years ago and why???? I've lived in the same home for 30 years, and never got the popcorn removed due to the idea of dust and dirt everywhere until today.

I finally took the plunge and decided to have the popcorn removed from about 800 SF of ceiling. And I was lucky and smart enough to hire Drywall Perfection, as they were absolutely outstanding in every way.

from the time I first called them, to completion of the job, they were exceptional in their communication with me and plan of action for what I assumed would be a humongous mess.

Bill (owner) and his crew gave me an exceedingly generous bid and was able to perform the job in a timely manner (within about 2 weeks of initial contact and within 7 hours of actually showing up) . Not only that, but they dry
walled over pre-existing swamp cooler vents in 4 rooms that have been non- functional for at least 10 years.

Bill and his men were extremely thorough and diligent in masking off every single surface that could have become dusty/ dirty during the popcorn removal was sealed off or covered.

They competed 4 large rooms of popcorn removal and  left me  with no mess, no fuss, and profound wonder why I didn't hire them earlier.

they moved all my furniture back strategically and logistically (even though they didn't have to!!)  to allow  for progression of a minor re-modeling project.

Drywall Perfections's  price, service, and professionalism  (OK, they were 3 minutes early:)) are unprecedented in this day, age  and time.

Bill and his staff went above and beyond their duties and responsibilities to please a customer in the early stages of a remodel, which included placing furniture and other various clutter out of the way for a following  floor demo.

Katherine, one of the owners, wrote me back immediately, we conversed, and she offered a free consultation for an estimate. She arrived with her staff in tow at the appointed time, fully prepared to address every concern I had previously discussed with her on the phone.

From the onset, I knew I was in competent hands. Canterra Construction was diligent throughout the entire process. Even when the shed arrived earlier than expected, I shot Katherine an email, and she was quick to accommodate the schedule change with an immediate start date. Throughout the process, Katherine was available to meet any need, inquiry, or concern and maintained exemplary response time with her calm, pleasant demeanor.

On the installation days, her team was on time, polite, accommodating, professional, communicative, focused, and meticulous in their work efforts. During the three-day job, her crew left the premises tidy each day upon completion. Words can't capture my appreciation for their professional partnership in completing this endeavor.

Summer is coming and we all know it's going to get really hot! Insulation in my attic has been on my mind and I reached out to Insulation Contractors of Arizona to see how it will work for pricing and timeline. They were extremely responsive on Yelp, got an estimate quickly and was able to be booked the same week. Got to love that quick service!

When they showed up the day of, they explained to me on to let me know what they are going to do, how long it will take and to even answer some of my silly questions on the process. They finished the entire job under two hours and even cleaned up any mess they left. My attic now looks like a winter wonderland and hopefully my house will be extra cooler this summer. Highly recommend them for insulation! Great job guys!

I needed a new contractor to do some renovations on our new home so we turned to Yelp and and found shepherd contracting. We used Thomas and his team when my new home needed some updating. The communication was above and beyond. We love our new bathrooms and will post updated photos soon!

The company performance was EXCELLENT!  They did what they said they would do on schedule and on budget. First rate team from management to crew. Could not have been a more pleasant or professional!

I was referred to Danny Pehrson, owner of Solid Home Renovations, by a neighbor who had
used him several times in the past.  Danny came over to look at some plumbing that the former owner had done himself, and done poorly because he was not a plumber.  Danny looked at the work, told me what needed to be done to correct it and what the cost would be.  We set up an appointment - he was here on time, had to crawl around in an attic when it was 106 outside -
finished the job and cleaned up after himself.  

A few weeks later I called to ask him about a leaky toilet and installing an electrical outlet in
the guest bath.  Again, he looked at the problem areas, gave me a quote - we set up a date for
him to do the work.  He was here, had an electrician do the electrical outlet, he did the plumbing
and they both cleaned up after themselves.

I love contractors who 1. show up when they say they will 2. give you a quote that doesn't give you a heart attack 3 and clean up after themselves.  

I would recommend this company to anyone.  Great work, courteous and professional men.
