Jeff and the team are great! They helped us build a HIGH QUALITY dream home and we couldn't be happier! The city of Surprise was difficult to work with and Jeff helped us through all of the difficult permits and inspections. Jeff also got a better price on our cabinets and really had our best interest throughout the build. Crystal, Tom, Steve, Anthony and Aaron were so helpful and nice and the sub-contractors did a great job (especially Brandon and his team of electricians). Thank you for everything!! We hired Andrew and his crew to remodel our kitchen in May 2020. The workers arrived on time each day and were respectful of our home. The project took a few days longer than anticipated (ran into some issues with electric) but we are very happy with the finished product. Andrew was easy to get ahold of and responded quickly to our questions. We would rehire them if/when we have any other projects in our home.

This company was recommended by a colleague. We were pleasantly surprised. The handyman responded to my call in a timely manner and made us feel like getting our jobs done mattered. We had some urgency do to a social function at the house later in the week. He came over early within a couple of days with an attached trailer to his truck. It had everything already in it so he didn't have to make a ton of trips to the hardware store. He did quality work and had an extensive list of jobs done around our house before the party later that day. We highly recommend this company.

We wanted to upgrade our kitchen with a larger fridge and are lucky to have found Skyler/Lux Remodeling. Skyler assessed and matched our cabinets and executed a clean design seamlessly blending into the space. In addition, he communicated clearly with us on timelines and delivered awesome results.  

The best part of the Lux team was the vibe and communication felt like a friend in the house helping us, and you can't beat that.

Michael did a great job for me on a condo that I own.    The tenants had several things ( sun setter shade installation, install new bathroom light and inspect a sliding glass door) they wanted done and very happy with the quick work execution by Michael.   He was very reasonably priced for the work and was engaged with me leading up to the job to ask for pictures and pertinent information on the work planned.   I was concerned initially about finding someone who could tackle the variety of jobs but Michael came through.    Highly recommend him.

We had Ed and company do a somewhat major repair and reconfiguration to an exterior wall at our home in Munds Park. Bottom line: we are very happy with the result! The project took somewhat longer than planned, not entirely within the control of EJK, and there were some minor glitches along the way, but Ed and his team were always willing and able to rectify the situation. It is very hard to find companies that are responsive and reliable in our small community.  Ed was very good at providing input to the design to ensure safety, quality, and appearance. Our experience is that in any major remodel, it takes some oversight by the home owner and constant communication. But, at the end of the day, the agreed-to work was completed to our total satisfaction, exactly to the quoted costs, and any hiccups along the way were properly and promptly addressed.

We did a total gut job on our master bathroom. Mike guided us through the process. We picked out all the fixtures and finishes, but Mike, Tim, and crew did an amazing job. We went from an out-dated, boring bathroom to a modern, sleek master bathroom retreat! And they guarantee workmanship for a year, so if we have any issues, I know they'll make it right. (We haven't had any issues as of yet!)

Hands down, Q is one of the best out there - he's honest, hardworking, knowledgeable and very trustworthy. I referred him to my family members as well. Easy to communicate with and no project is too big or too small from electric, plumbing to installing tvs, I would highly recommend him to everyone.

Joe came out quickly and made us a priority. He met our budget and timeline. Was a great communicator and has good resources. Would recommend for your next home renovation.

Very happy with Rhino Construction and already thinking of more projects, now that I have found a reliable, professional, and courteous licensed contractor.
Was contacting Licensed Contractors for a couple of small projects that were beyond my abilities when I came across Rhino Construction, their response time was quick, the estimator's site review was scheduled, and the estimates came in close to what I was expecting.
The roofers arrived early on the agreed-upon day for the work to start, they were done fixing the broken tiles, replacing the cement caps, striping off the flat roof over the patio, replacing the dry rotted fascia boards, and gone by early afternoon.
While the roofing team was busy working away, the site supervisor showed the carpenter the work to be done inside.
By the end of the week, they were painting, cleaning up, and checking for any loose ends.

Wish I could give a better review but the dude never showed up. I don't understand people that set appointments and don't follow through. The awful part is that he had my address and phone number, and who knows what he'll do with it. He didn't call, didn't message, nothing. I finally responded through Yelp and told him I was sorry that he didn't show and that we would be seeking assistance from another business. His response was a vague sorry for the inconvenience. No reason, no explanation, nothing. Do NOT recommend using this business.

The real deal, we are actual homeowners that would highly recommend Drywall Perfection. Let me tell you why. Our house had major damage from upstairs plumbing. Ceilings had to have drywall replaced and texture applied. DP wasn't even the first company we called, but because of their quick availability we decide we would give them a try. We are so glad that we did!
Outstanding work. They even matched up the texture. We are definitely going to keep their business card for any future drywall work.

Katherine, one of the owners, wrote me back immediately, we conversed, and she offered a free consultation for an estimate. She arrived with her staff in tow at the appointed time, fully prepared to address every concern I had previously discussed with her on the phone.

From the onset, I knew I was in competent hands. Canterra Construction was diligent throughout the entire process. Even when the shed arrived earlier than expected, I shot Katherine an email, and she was quick to accommodate the schedule change with an immediate start date. Throughout the process, Katherine was available to meet any need, inquiry, or concern and maintained exemplary response time with her calm, pleasant demeanor.

On the installation days, her team was on time, polite, accommodating, professional, communicative, focused, and meticulous in their work efforts. During the three-day job, her crew left the premises tidy each day upon completion. Words can't capture my appreciation for their professional partnership in completing this endeavor.

Summer is coming and we all know it's going to get really hot! Insulation in my attic has been on my mind and I reached out to Insulation Contractors of Arizona to see how it will work for pricing and timeline. They were extremely responsive on Yelp, got an estimate quickly and was able to be booked the same week. Got to love that quick service!

When they showed up the day of, they explained to me on to let me know what they are going to do, how long it will take and to even answer some of my silly questions on the process. They finished the entire job under two hours and even cleaned up any mess they left. My attic now looks like a winter wonderland and hopefully my house will be extra cooler this summer. Highly recommend them for insulation! Great job guys!

I needed a new contractor to do some renovations on our new home so we turned to Yelp and and found shepherd contracting. We used Thomas and his team when my new home needed some updating. The communication was above and beyond. We love our new bathrooms and will post updated photos soon!

His work is outstanding. Finds the problem and fixes it. Would recommend him to anyone needing some home repair. I would not use anyone else. He installed a new engineered wood floor in our home after removing outdated tile flooring. Excellent job and well done. He also replaced rotted facia boards. A great person to fix your homeowner problems.

We contacted McCurdy 2 or so months ago to come out and give us an estimate. Ryan, the estimator, came out to visit. He was friendly and we came up with some good ideas of what to do with our bathroom remodel. I was told that I would receive an estimate two weeks after Ryan came by. It took 6 weeks to get our estimate. I had to contact mccurdy several times but they did get back to me.

I understand things are crazy in the remodel business but we may be waiting for a year or longer when I decide to pick a company so a shorter turn around would've been nice. Pricing was less expensive then I thought it would be. I will update the review if we decide to go with them

This company has zero interest to do business with us. I took all the time to take pics of our bathroom, walls, windows, shower area needs to be done and we need a contractor in our fountain hills home. I even took the time to fill out all the necessary questions on their yeIp website. I read all the great reviews and I am extremely excited to give them a business. We have 3 properties in Fountain Hills and 1 condo that needs to be upgraded by 2019 too. The owner didn't even had any courtesy to text, call my husband for any alternative date or even any options. Very unprofessional and what a waste of time.
