My lifelong dream (as a car guy) was to build a garage to store my toys. I shopped around, looking for best price, and along the way, was provided with a reference for Gorilla Builders. As it turned out, Gorilla provided the lowest price, yet still built me the most badass garage on the planet!! 2x6 construction, studs everywhere, and 100% quality. Like ALL builds, there were a few small issues along the way. Gorilla (Jeff) literally wouldn't allow me to be unhappy, fixed everything. and delivered an awesome product. The funny thing is that once he was all done, I joked with my dad that the garage was too nice to park anything in, and that we should have Gorilla build a 2nd garage purely for the storage of my toys. If I build anything in the future, I won't even bother shopping for another builder - Gorilla will be my builder for life. Jeff is an awesome owner, and was a pure pleasure to work with. His staff is awesome as well (Aaron and  Hector in particular). 5 stars!!

Andrew and his team did incredible work for us during a bathroom remodel recently. Even though everyone is extremely busy he made an effort to meet with us right away, showed up on time, and was very clear with us regarding what he could do and when.  We received a quote within only a couple days and were very pleased with his very detailed quote.  He was willing to fit us in to his schedule sooner than expected and worked with us through several design changes and last minute requests.  We would highly recommend Andrew for your home remodel projects and plan to use him on another in the near future.

Doug's awesome! As an out of state property owner, it's often difficult to find and trust people to complete home repairs. We contacted Doug and he showed up (huge props for that in itself!), assessed the issue with the garbage disposal and had it fixed in no time. Thank you Doug! Peace of mind is invaluable.

Skyler assessed and matched our cabinets and executed a clean design seamlessly blending into the space. In addition, he communicated clearly with us on timelines and delivered awesome results.

I worked almost exclusively with Rob when I called JVR Contracting.  I purchased a home at the beginning of February, and I made a purchase offer knowing that the back patio ceiling and roof needed to be replaced.  After closing on the home, I talked to Rob so that he could come out and have a look.

I ended up getting three different contractors to come out and take a look.  Rob wasn't the cheapest of the three offers, but the reason I chose him was because he seemed to be the most knowledgeable of the three when it came to re-roofing the patio.  The framing and painting don't really mean anything if a crappy roof goes on top that leaks like crazy.

Rob's crew came out on a Friday morning, and they were done demolishing, reframing, reroofing, and repainting by about 2:30 on Saturday afternoon.  I think that's pretty impressive.  I waited to leave a review until I had a friend out who used to work as a general contractor, and he approved.  My patio, which previously looked like it was about to cave in, is now a pleasant place to pass an afternoon in the shade.

Rob is a very interesting guy.  He knows his stuff, and he can pretty much build or repair anything that might exist in a home.  I talked to him a half dozen times over the course of the project, and he always had a good answer.  He was very good at communicating what to expect at every step of the way, and he was willing to work with my schedule even when I wasn't sure I could take time off of work to ensure that his workers had access to my back yard.

The next time I need any type of renovation work on my home, I'm likely to give Rob a call.

RUDE AF. Called for a quote as a real estate investor looking to build a contractor/repair team. Before I even could explain this this rude ass guy says, I'm not interested. Find somebody else.  Yikes. I DID NOT CALL SELLING anything. I called the Phoenix area for contractors. Glad I found someone else quickly. IMPATIENT W/ TRASH CUSTOMER SERVICE. Goodluck

My husband and I met Ed and Brian with EJK & Sons Construction after interviewing 4 other builders. Their team had just finished remodeling our neighbor's house who suggested we meet them. I knew immediately it was Ed's company I wanted to use. Both he and his project manager Brian, are knowledgeable, friendly, and very easy to work with. They provide guidance to keep you on track without a lot of pressure. We had the bid and time to completion estimate within 2 days.
Ed kept us on budget throughout the project and if we wanted to add anything, he made us aware of additional costs ahead of time. Also, if we thought anything needed to be addressed throughout the project, it was done so almost immediately.
We did not use a designer and so I had what seemed like hundreds of decisions to be made over the 3 months it took them to finish. Both Ed and Brian were always a phone call or text away ready to assist in any way possible. It actually felt like I was calling a friend or family member to help me. I would not have been able to do it without them.
One last point to mention are the team of men working for them. They are all friendly, respectful, and meticulous at what they do. Our finished home is absolutely gorgeous! There was not hardly anything that needed to be addressed.
I have heard that remodeling can be a nightmare and take so much longer than planned. EJK & Sons  actually made remodeling our entire house fun and it finished on schedule.

Mike and his team just completed a full renovation of our Master Bedroom and Bathroom.  Mike delivered on everything that we put in to our plan.  He gave guidance when we needed it and let us run with our ideas as well.  His team was consistent in when they showed up and we had no issues at all with the timing of the project.  We now have our dream Master Bath and a beautifully updated bedroom.  I would highly recommend George Construction for any of your remodeling needs.

We went with RH Design & Build for an interior remodel including a complete kitchen renovation.  Despite some challenges along the way, we could not be happier with the end result.  We recommend RH Design & Build for their professionalism and craftsmanship.

Worker's were not on time and didn't even speak English! They looked at me like I was in a foreign country!

There aren't enough stars for AZ Dynamic Builders. Seriously, they are the absolute best. In the last month or so AZDB handled two projects for me -- both were replacing vanities and light fixtures in bathrooms. In both instances there were unforeseen complications -- plumbing fixtures, incorrect shipments from manufacturers -- beyond their control. These guys didn't blink; they walked me thru the issues and the possible solutions, then adjusted on the fly. They never even considered throwing in the towel and saying, Hey, not our problem. Requests for estimates and scheduling are handled promptly, and the guys couldn't be nicer or more capable. Do yourself a favor and hit them up for your next project -- you'll be very glad you did.

We are so glad we chose Bill to do our drywall. He did an outstanding job. He was easy to communicate with, professional, friendly, reliably on time and went above and beyond to remove backsplash that we were unable to. Reasonably priced and great workmanship (perfectly matched texture!). It's difficult to choose someone to do quality work in your home when you are doing so for the first time and have no idea which company is the best. We just wrapped up project with Canterra Construction in our new build. They guided us throughout the process as we transformed our plain, asymmetrical, and inverted TV wall to the focal point of our home. Their entire team is great and we felt supported by all of them over the course of the month-long process. We can't wait to tackle other projects in our home with Canterra Construction!

Summer is coming and we all know it's going to get really hot! Insulation in my attic has been on my mind and I reached out to Insulation Contractors of Arizona to see how it will work for pricing and timeline. They were extremely responsive on Yelp, got an estimate quickly and was able to be booked the same week. Got to love that quick service!

When they showed up the day of, they explained to me on to let me know what they are going to do, how long it will take and to even answer some of my silly questions on the process. They finished the entire job under two hours and even cleaned up any mess they left. My attic now looks like a winter wonderland and hopefully my house will be extra cooler this summer. Highly recommend them for insulation! Great job guys!

I needed a new contractor to do some renovations on our new home so we turned to Yelp and and found shepherd contracting. We used Thomas and his team when my new home needed some updating. The communication was above and beyond. We love our new bathrooms and will post updated photos soon!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Mike McCurdy & his team. Highly professional with an excellent crew who are personable & skilled with their work. Mike has worked on two separate projects in our home at different times. Our first project entailed remodeling the family room & fireplace. Mike made suggestions which were incorporated in the design& were extremely pleased with the results. Our second project entailed a total remodeling of the kitchen. His in house designer Leyda worked with us along with Mike on selection of  cabinets,granite, tile & stone to make our kitchen a show place. Both of them guided us through the process & made suggestions that turned out great. Anytime an issue came up Mike made sure it was corrected immediately. He is proactive & does not waste anytime addressing things. We plan to use McCurdy Construction on our next home project -bathrooms. We have already recommended Mike to several of our friends. His reputation is well known in our N. Scottsdale development.

I was referred to Danny by a friend of mine. I hired Solid Home Renovations to remodel my master and guest bathrooms and I could not be more pleased. Everything turned out even better than I imagined! Melissa is also amazing at helping to pick out tile, fixtures, etc and getting everything ordered. Danny made sure to keep me updated throughout the process and his team cleaned up after themselves everyday. His estimate was more than reasonable and the timeline for completion was accurate. They were extremely easy to work with. I would definitely hire Danny and his team for any future projects I might have! I am obsessed with my new bathrooms!
