I just signed a contract with Gorilla Builders to build a new custom home. I was very impressed with how professional they are and their price was more than competitive, far lower then other general contractors. I was planning on being a owner builder but after talking to Jeff I decided it would be very nice to have a builder with his reputation behind me. I also saved $10,000 on my loan by having a general contractor as my builder.

Andrew did an amazing job with our kitchen remodel. He was always accessible, prompt, detail-oriented and very knowledgeable. I would re-hire Green Home Services again without a second thought!

Doug and Steve did a great job replacing shower fixtures and caulking. They were both professional, friendly, and very responsive. I will definitely use them in the future!

Seemed very nice and responsive at first.  Came to the house to see the job and write up a quote - never heard from him again.

Edit: Response to my review is misleading.  It was a project much larger than just countertops, and I found someone that was willing to do just the countertop if that's what made the most sense.  Skyler did not respond to this inquiry/suggestion.  It wasn't as if I waited 4 days, got impatient, and wrote a review.  I waited 13 days and not a peep.  Skyler did reach out to me with apologies after seeing the review, which I appreciate.

If I could select 0 stars I would. Rob the opener not only took 6 months when I was told it would be a 2 month project, every time we discussed how I wanted something he would to how he wanted. He order the wrong windows then I had to deal with it and the wrong doors, I made him change that. Anytime I questioned anything it was always my fault. He never takes responsibility for anything. Cost of the remodel was 20% more than the quote. I still have issues crack drywall, electrical that quit working, and light switches that still do not work since they were installed. Save itself the head ache and find someone else. These are all simple fixes and stated he is not responsible once he is done. So he does not offer a warranty for anything.

Mike, came out to our house and bid on several projects for us. He was extending polite and professional from the minute he arrived. I also appreciate him being flexible with our appointment as I moved it on him 2 times. Mike was extremely knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable with how he would execute the job as well as the amount of time it would take. Mike more then exceeded our expectations with his work and service. I have already recommended Mike out to several other people and I expect to use him again in the near future. On a side note mike went above and beyond the job. He contacted me a few times after the job was completed to make sure everything was working well and ensuring we were satisfied with how everything looked. Thanks Mike for the hard work. We had Ed and company do a somewhat major repair and reconfiguration to an exterior wall at our home in Munds Park. Bottom line: we are very happy with the result! The project took somewhat longer than planned, not entirely within the control of EJK, and there were some minor glitches along the way, but Ed and his team were always willing and able to rectify the situation. It is very hard to find companies that are responsive and reliable in our small community.  Ed was very good at providing input to the design to ensure safety, quality, and appearance. Our experience is that in any major remodel, it takes some oversight by the home owner and constant communication. But, at the end of the day, the agreed-to work was completed to our total satisfaction, exactly to the quoted costs, and any hiccups along the way were properly and promptly addressed.

QUALITY! Great craftsmanship, efficiency and reliability. Mike George did a bid for us on a gut-and-rebuild of our master bathroom that was reasonable and gave us a start date that was met. The timeline and cost only shifted because we added to the project, but otherwise he was spot-on with the estimate. We were fortunate to have brothers Nick and Tim  working on our master bathroom in addition to Mike. We actually enjoyed having them in our house each day! They were so easy to work with and had great ideas and suggestions as the remodel progressed. We were able to purchase quite a few things online, in addition to the purchases made through the company, and they helped to make sure I got the specs right!  Kim was so helpful in comparing costs so that we would get the best price possible.  She also kept me (and our vendors) on track with our own purchases so that we would stay as close as possible to the timeline. The team was flexible and worked around any potential delays and the project finished within a reasonable time period. The sub-contractors (tile, shower door) were wonderful and reliable. Additionally payment to contractors can sometimes be an issue but not with George Construction. It was so easy to compare bid costs to the actual periodic bill we received and paying online was a snap. Invoices were clear and there were absolutely no surprises. And now that we are completed, can I say that our bathroom is absolutely beautiful! And the workmanship is guaranteed for a year.  I highly recommend George Construction for any remodeling job you may have.

Q is literally the best handy man ever. Ever since the first day I hired him, he has tackled all of the crazy random jobs I've thrown at him quickly and professionally. I don't even feel right calling him a handy man as he is way more than that! On top all of that, he's super sweet. I will miss him and all of his amazing work when he leaves California. Damn you Arizona for stealing Q from us!!

Very professional to say the least. family owned business thats professional and personable is hard to find. They came out and gave a free estimate in a timely manner. They were actually ahead of schedule to finish the projects. The workers were friendly and professional. The owner Youssef even reached out to me to make sure everything is to my demands. Thank you again.

Very dishonest company. Per them they could not find tile and would have to charge an outrageous amount. I went to the store looking for tile. Guess What, they had the tile.

Would give zero stars if possible because ZERO is exactly what we got from this company.  Spoke with Steve & per his request I sent him pictures and written details of about the job scope so he could prepare a relatively solid quote and let me know if the job was too big, too small, or something his company would take on.  Said he would get back to me with estimate.  Well, that never happened.  My husband gave him the benefit of the doubt because it was close to the holidays.  Nope, a month goes by and the holidays are over and still nothing.  No reply to my telephone voicemails, no reply to my text messages, no follow up contact whatsoever.  As I said to him in my text message of January 12, 2023, 'obviously our money is not green enough' for him.  And even with that, he did not have the decency to respond.  He obviously does not know the definition of Dynamic, but their business name is royal BS.

I sent Bill pictures and measurements with all the issues and work that needed to be done in the spare bathroom. He responded in a couple of days with a reasonable quote, which was great considering the storms we've had and how busy contractors are right now. Shane did an amazing job repairing and texturizing, completing the job to perfection and cleaned up all the mess. Very considerate and professional. Would highly recommended them and plan to have them out in the future.

We recently moved into our new Toll Brothers home and had a challenging time looking for a good contractor that will design my entertainment wall at a reasonable and fair price.  With the recent challenges we all face with contractors taking advantage of price spikes, and long wait time for a project to begin, Canterra Construction beat the competitor's reliability and price!  Initially, I contracted for an entertainment wall design with them.  Cathy took it to a personal level in designing my wall and brought samples of stones and tiles.  She factored in my interior designs, colors, and furniture to select the best.  And wow, my husband and I are so amazed with the professionalism, reliability, designs, and the material used for our wall that it became one of the wow factors of my home!  Because of this company's professionalism and awesome work, I continued to contract them for my back and front yard.  Again, Cathy understood our goal.  She uniquely put together another great design at an affordable price.  Next contract is for accent walls and designs for all my rooms.  I am excited for this project. Cathy, and her crew  respect my property, are very friendly, professional and accommodating.  I like how Canterra Construction acknowledges my husband and I for being a Veteran.  Above all, Cathy is very responsive which is the pinnacle of a successful business.  Look no further, they do it all at an affordable budget.  Now, I can say that my Toll Brothers home added more beauty and value to it, thanks to the hard work of Canterra Construction crews!  Thank you so much,for turning my newly designed home into a dream come true!!

Summer is coming and we all know it's going to get really hot! Insulation in my attic has been on my mind and I reached out to Insulation Contractors of Arizona to see how it will work for pricing and timeline. They were extremely responsive on Yelp, got an estimate quickly and was able to be booked the same week. Got to love that quick service!

When they showed up the day of, they explained to me on to let me know what they are going to do, how long it will take and to even answer some of my silly questions on the process. They finished the entire job under two hours and even cleaned up any mess they left. My attic now looks like a winter wonderland and hopefully my house will be extra cooler this summer. Highly recommend them for insulation! Great job guys!

I needed a new contractor to do some renovations on our new home so we turned to Yelp and and found shepherd contracting. We used Thomas and his team when my new home needed some updating. The communication was above and beyond. We love our new bathrooms and will post updated photos soon!

His work is outstanding. Finds the problem and fixes it. Would recommend him to anyone needing some home repair. I would not use anyone else. He installed a new engineered wood floor in our home after removing outdated tile flooring. Excellent job and well done. He also replaced rotted facia boards. A great person to fix your homeowner problems.

We vetted multiple remodeling companies before we selected McCurdy Construction- and SO GLAD WE DID. We couldn't have asked for a better experience than working with the amazing & talented group like this company. This was a total remodel of our 20 year old Master Bath!  From the very beginning, Mike, Leyda, Greg and their team were  Open, Creative, innovative AND Patient with all our questions and requests ! No matter the point of the project- at the end of the day, you could eat off the floor. Their customer service is one of best we have ever experienced! Each of member of the crew put our concerns and needs at the top of their list-making sure that everything expected was in place - and more! The high quality of  the products matched their customer service! The schedule was paced on our timeline and on the mark from beginning to end.

So happy I went with Danny and his company. They did a wonderful job remodeling our bathroom. Danny was very thorough in explaining the entire process and always available to answer any questions I had.  He definitely knows his stuff. Can't wait for him to redo our kitchen!  Thanks, Danny!!!
