I would highly recommend Andrew and his team. They did a great job for me with a bathroom remodel and some other repair work I needed. The upfront estimate was below two others I received, and Andrew also consulted with me on ideas for reducing the cost even further.

When I hired them, I asked if the work could be completed within 3 weeks to fit into my schedule. Andrew was able to move some other projects around and bring in some extra people. They not only met my requested deadline, they finished one week early!

Andrew is very easy to deal with and everyone on his team was courteous and professional while they were here. The work was well done and the bathroom looks great!

We had Doug come out to do a few jobs at our house before we put it on the market. First off, I want to say how  well he pays attention to details around the house. He's got a great eye for design and is extremely talented when it comes to precision cuts on floor moulding, wood work, tile work and painting. Additionally, he went above and beyond, adjusting door jams and tightening screws as he noticed them when doing work around the house. He hung a new door for us and it looks better than I could imagine. Because he did such a great job, we hired him to do another job and we were equally impressed. He is friendly, professional and a really hard working guy. We will use him again in the future!

Skyler was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and never missed one of my calls, I would recommend these guys for anything from remodeling, to updates and even patio installations. 10/10

I worked almost exclusively with Rob when I called JVR Contracting.  I purchased a home at the beginning of February, and I made a purchase offer knowing that the back patio ceiling and roof needed to be replaced.  After closing on the home, I talked to Rob so that he could come out and have a look.

I ended up getting three different contractors to come out and take a look.  Rob wasn't the cheapest of the three offers, but the reason I chose him was because he seemed to be the most knowledgeable of the three when it came to re-roofing the patio.  The framing and painting don't really mean anything if a crappy roof goes on top that leaks like crazy.

Rob's crew came out on a Friday morning, and they were done demolishing, reframing, reroofing, and repainting by about 2:30 on Saturday afternoon.  I think that's pretty impressive.  I waited to leave a review until I had a friend out who used to work as a general contractor, and he approved.  My patio, which previously looked like it was about to cave in, is now a pleasant place to pass an afternoon in the shade.

Rob is a very interesting guy.  He knows his stuff, and he can pretty much build or repair anything that might exist in a home.  I talked to him a half dozen times over the course of the project, and he always had a good answer.  He was very good at communicating what to expect at every step of the way, and he was willing to work with my schedule even when I wasn't sure I could take time off of work to ensure that his workers had access to my back yard.

The next time I need any type of renovation work on my home, I'm likely to give Rob a call.

Chris installed a custom window to enclose an office space in a second floor.  He does quality work. He is very detailed oriented, responsive, and a good planner. He sent us a design and was so impressed that he understood what we wanted.  Highly recommend his work.

RUDE AF. Called for a quote as a real estate investor looking to build a contractor/repair team. Before I even could explain this this rude ass guy says, I'm not interested. Find somebody else.  Yikes. I DID NOT CALL SELLING anything. I called the Phoenix area for contractors. Glad I found someone else quickly. IMPATIENT W/ TRASH CUSTOMER SERVICE. Goodluck

We had Ed and company do a somewhat major repair and reconfiguration to an exterior wall at our home in Munds Park. Bottom line: we are very happy with the result! The project took somewhat longer than planned, not entirely within the control of EJK, and there were some minor glitches along the way, but Ed and his team were always willing and able to rectify the situation. It is very hard to find companies that are responsive and reliable in our small community.  Ed was very good at providing input to the design to ensure safety, quality, and appearance. Our experience is that in any major remodel, it takes some oversight by the home owner and constant communication. But, at the end of the day, the agreed-to work was completed to our total satisfaction, exactly to the quoted costs, and any hiccups along the way were properly and promptly addressed.

QUALITY! Great craftsmanship, efficiency and reliability. Mike George did a bid for us on a gut-and-rebuild of our master bathroom that was reasonable and gave us a start date that was met. The timeline and cost only shifted because we added to the project, but otherwise he was spot-on with the estimate. We were fortunate to have brothers Nick and Tim  working on our master bathroom in addition to Mike. We actually enjoyed having them in our house each day! They were so easy to work with and had great ideas and suggestions as the remodel progressed. We were able to purchase quite a few things online, in addition to the purchases made through the company, and they helped to make sure I got the specs right!  Kim was so helpful in comparing costs so that we would get the best price possible.  She also kept me (and our vendors) on track with our own purchases so that we would stay as close as possible to the timeline. The team was flexible and worked around any potential delays and the project finished within a reasonable time period. The sub-contractors (tile, shower door) were wonderful and reliable. Additionally payment to contractors can sometimes be an issue but not with George Construction. It was so easy to compare bid costs to the actual periodic bill we received and paying online was a snap. Invoices were clear and there were absolutely no surprises. And now that we are completed, can I say that our bathroom is absolutely beautiful! And the workmanship is guaranteed for a year.  I highly recommend George Construction for any remodeling job you may have.

He is very patient and try to deliver the best quality and make his customers happy. And so reliable. He always messages me back right on the same day or just a few hours later when I sent him a text.

We hired RH Design and Build to build out our office inside of our garage. They did a phenomenal job. We couldn't be happier with the results. The communication was awesome and the pricing was under a few other bids that I had requested. We plan on using them again for a larger project down the line.

Very dishonest company. Per them they could not find tile and would have to charge an outrageous amount. I went to the store looking for tile. Guess What, they had the tile.

Wish I could give a better review but the dude never showed up. I don't understand people that set appointments and don't follow through. The awful part is that he had my address and phone number, and who knows what he'll do with it. He didn't call, didn't message, nothing. I finally responded through Yelp and told him I was sorry that he didn't show and that we would be seeking assistance from another business. His response was a vague sorry for the inconvenience. No reason, no explanation, nothing. Do NOT recommend using this business.

Drywall perfection did an outstanding job at fixing the drywall on my ceiling. During a kitchen renovation project we had to relocate some recess light that were right against the cabinets. The relocation required to tear down the entire part of the ceiling located by cabinets in order to remove the old boxes. I'd like to consider myself a pretty DIY type of person so I attempted to patch the drywall myself. This was not an easy task considering the location, and very close to a bullnose corner, so after a failed attempt I decided to give Bill a call as he was referred to me by a co-worker. Bill sent one of his guys and within a few hours he had my drywall, repaired, and textured to match the existing walls. They did an amazing job, and were very professional. Covered up my appliances and cleaned up after the job was done.

I will recommend Drywall Perfections for any drywall project from now on. I can't say if his prices were competitive because I did not compare other prices, but what they charged me was very reasonable considering the complexity of the job.

We just wrapped up project with Canterra Construction in our new build. They guided us throughout the process as we transformed our plain, asymmetrical, and inverted TV wall to the focal point of our home. Their entire team is great and we felt supported by all of them over the course of the month-long process. We can't wait to tackle other projects in our home with Canterra Construction!

Summer is coming and we all know it's going to get really hot! Insulation in my attic has been on my mind and I reached out to Insulation Contractors of Arizona to see how it will work for pricing and timeline. They were extremely responsive on Yelp, got an estimate quickly and was able to be booked the same week. Got to love that quick service!

When they showed up the day of, they explained to me on to let me know what they are going to do, how long it will take and to even answer some of my silly questions on the process. They finished the entire job under two hours and even cleaned up any mess they left. My attic now looks like a winter wonderland and hopefully my house will be extra cooler this summer. Highly recommend them for insulation! Great job guys!

I needed a new contractor to do some renovations on our new home so we turned to Yelp and and found shepherd contracting. We used Thomas and his team when my new home needed some updating. The communication was above and beyond. We love our new bathrooms and will post updated photos soon!

It sure was an experience to go through our first-ever remodel while a pandemic hit!  Despite the circumstances of being on lockdown for half of the remodel, the McCurdy crew did a great job.  We love our beautiful new kitchen! They communicated daily and responded quickly to any questions or concerns.  Any hiccups that arose were taken care of quickly and with care.  Leyda was a joy to work with and to get to know.  She was so helpful with design decisions.  In addition, the crew members were kind and courteous.  This company cares about the work they put out and they want their customers to be satisfied.  We will use them again in the future and would recommend them!  They are good people and it's an honor to support such a business.

We remodeled 3 bathrooms (this was our first remodel) and were very nervous about the process.  We interviewed 5 contractors and Danny's quote was by far the most detailed.  He and his crew of wonderful guys worked 6 days a week arriving at 7 every morning.  They did their best to make us feel comfortable while they worked and made sure to clean up each day.  Their work is exceptional and we are thrilled with the results.  If you want someone who is easy to communicate with, okay with last minute changes :), highly skilled, and punctual....Danny is your guy!!
