Andrew dose excellent work. I have referred him to many people knowing that he will do the job on time, and with the highest standards. Anyone who is contemplating a remodel, will get the best service.

This company was recommended by a colleague. We were pleasantly surprised. The handyman responded to my call in a timely manner and made us feel like getting our jobs done mattered. We had some urgency do to a social function at the house later in the week. He came over early within a couple of days with an attached trailer to his truck. It had everything already in it so he didn't have to make a ton of trips to the hardware store. He did quality work and had an extensive list of jobs done around our house before the party later that day. We highly recommend this company.

We wanted to upgrade our kitchen with a larger fridge and are lucky to have found Skyler/Lux Remodeling. Skyler assessed and matched our cabinets and executed a clean design seamlessly blending into the space. In addition, he communicated clearly with us on timelines and delivered awesome results.  

The best part of the Lux team was the vibe and communication felt like a friend in the house helping us, and you can't beat that.

If I could select 0 stars I would. Rob the opener not only took 6 months when I was told it would be a 2 month project, every time we discussed how I wanted something he would to how he wanted. He order the wrong windows then I had to deal with it and the wrong doors, I made him change that. Anytime I questioned anything it was always my fault. He never takes responsibility for anything. Cost of the remodel was 20% more than the quote. I still have issues crack drywall, electrical that quit working, and light switches that still do not work since they were installed. Save itself the head ache and find someone else. These are all simple fixes and stated he is not responsible once he is done. So he does not offer a warranty for anything.

From start to finish, Michael exceeded our expectations. Beginning with the quote, he was responsive and affordable. He showed up on time, communicated and demonstrated how to fix our door and was nothing but kind throughout. His promptness and professionalism makes him the best handyman for any of your projects. My husband and I met Ed and Brian with EJK & Sons Construction after interviewing 4 other builders. Their team had just finished remodeling our neighbor's house who suggested we meet them. I knew immediately it was Ed's company I wanted to use. Both he and his project manager Brian, are knowledgeable, friendly, and very easy to work with. They provide guidance to keep you on track without a lot of pressure. We had the bid and time to completion estimate within 2 days.
Ed kept us on budget throughout the project and if we wanted to add anything, he made us aware of additional costs ahead of time. Also, if we thought anything needed to be addressed throughout the project, it was done so almost immediately.
We did not use a designer and so I had what seemed like hundreds of decisions to be made over the 3 months it took them to finish. Both Ed and Brian were always a phone call or text away ready to assist in any way possible. It actually felt like I was calling a friend or family member to help me. I would not have been able to do it without them.
One last point to mention are the team of men working for them. They are all friendly, respectful, and meticulous at what they do. Our finished home is absolutely gorgeous! There was not hardly anything that needed to be addressed.
I have heard that remodeling can be a nightmare and take so much longer than planned. EJK & Sons  actually made remodeling our entire house fun and it finished on schedule.

These guys are absolutely the best! They repaired my stucco fence walls and replaced fascia on the eaves of my house (even had to build a scaffolding over my pool to do so!). They were prompt, courteous, and professional in every way.

Very happy with Rhino Construction and already thinking of more projects, now that I have found a reliable, professional, and courteous licensed contractor.
Was contacting Licensed Contractors for a couple of small projects that were beyond my abilities when I came across Rhino Construction, their response time was quick, the estimator's site review was scheduled, and the estimates came in close to what I was expecting.
The roofers arrived early on the agreed-upon day for the work to start, they were done fixing the broken tiles, replacing the cement caps, striping off the flat roof over the patio, replacing the dry rotted fascia boards, and gone by early afternoon.
While the roofing team was busy working away, the site supervisor showed the carpenter the work to be done inside.
By the end of the week, they were painting, cleaning up, and checking for any loose ends.

Chris and his team were amazing. They tore down the wall that divided the kitchen and living room. We were told by a different contractor that we couldn't take the wall out since the plumbing was in a post tension slab. But Chris had his guys come x-ray the floor and they moved everything over. Definitely recommend AZ Dynamic Builders!

Excellent service. Bill was prompt, clean, and did an amazing job on the drywall project.  He draped off the area where he was working so drywall dust would stay confined, and did a thorough job cleaning up afterwards. Great value for the price. Will definitely call him again for future work.

We recently moved into our new Toll Brothers home and had a challenging time looking for a good contractor that will design my entertainment wall at a reasonable and fair price.  With the recent challenges we all face with contractors taking advantage of price spikes, and long wait time for a project to begin, Canterra Construction beat the competitor's reliability and price!  Initially, I contracted for an entertainment wall design with them.  Cathy took it to a personal level in designing my wall and brought samples of stones and tiles.  She factored in my interior designs, colors, and furniture to select the best.  And wow, my husband and I are so amazed with the professionalism, reliability, designs, and the material used for our wall that it became one of the wow factors of my home!  Because of this company's professionalism and awesome work, I continued to contract them for my back and front yard.  Again, Cathy understood our goal.  She uniquely put together another great design at an affordable price.  Next contract is for accent walls and designs for all my rooms.  I am excited for this project. Summer is coming and we all know it's going to get really hot! Insulation in my attic has been on my mind and I reached out to Insulation Contractors of Arizona to see how it will work for pricing and timeline. They were extremely responsive on Yelp, got an estimate quickly and was able to be booked the same week. Got to love that quick service!

When they showed up the day of, they explained to me on to let me know what they are going to do, how long it will take and to even answer some of my silly questions on the process. They finished the entire job under two hours and even cleaned up any mess they left. My attic now looks like a winter wonderland and hopefully my house will be extra cooler this summer. Highly recommend them for insulation! Great job guys!

I needed a new contractor to do some renovations on our new home so we turned to Yelp and and found shepherd contracting. We used Thomas and his team when my new home needed some updating. The communication was above and beyond. We love our new bathrooms and will post updated photos soon!

His work is outstanding. Finds the problem and fixes it. Would recommend him to anyone needing some home repair. I would not use anyone else. He installed a new engineered wood floor in our home after removing outdated tile flooring. Excellent job and well done. He also replaced rotted facia boards. A great person to fix your homeowner problems.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Mike McCurdy & his team. Highly professional with an excellent crew who are personable & skilled with their work. Mike has worked on two separate projects in our home at different times. Our first project entailed remodeling the family room & fireplace. Mike made suggestions which were incorporated in the design& were extremely pleased with the results. Our second project entailed a total remodeling of the kitchen. His in house designer Leyda worked with us along with Mike on selection of  cabinets,granite, tile & stone to make our kitchen a show place. Both of them guided us through the process & made suggestions that turned out great. Anytime an issue came up Mike made sure it was corrected immediately. He is proactive & does not waste anytime addressing things. We plan to use McCurdy Construction on our next home project -bathrooms. We have already recommended Mike to several of our friends. His reputation is well known in our N. Scottsdale development.
