Best Cleaning Services in Arizona

This company works really hard to clean a very filthy house in nine hours and got it ready to put on the market for me. They did an excellent job. I highly recommend this company.

** UPDATE 7/14/22- updated review from 1 star to 4 stars, as they did everything possible to try and rectify my issues. They came back and cleaned all the areas that were missed and did a great job the 2nd time around. I left 4 stars since I would have preferred having the job done right the first time.

** ORIGINAL REVIEW- I was hesitant to write this review because this business was responsive and did what they could to rectify any issues. However, because I rely so heavily on other reviews, I felt it was important to share my experience. Ultimately, the cleaning job was subpar. It was a move out clean for a property we rented. We had one cleaner for the first 2 hours and 3 cleaners for the last 3 hours. The house was dirty but it wasn't excessive, as everything had been removed from the property. The shower was left with scum in it, dirt was on the floors, the windows were cleaned but they were streaked, drawers weren't cleaned out, etc. I sent pictures to Leslie and they were supposed to go back and clean those areas. When I had the opportunity to go back and inspect, some of it was fixed but not all of it.

DirtBusters has been wonderful to us, providing caring, courteous, thorough cleaners for our home.  Bianca is terrific and cheerfully cleans the way I would like to, using care and thoroughness.  Chris in the office is patient and helps provide excellent service.  Though the house is more than twice as big as the one we left when we moved here, the cost to clean not much more.  I find it reasonable for people we can trust to take care of our home.

So the initial cleaning went great. Showed up on time and asked what we wanted done.  Looking forward to having this company clean on a regular basis.

I had the same cleaners for 10 years and they had been letting me down over and over. I finally got tired of it and decided to make a change. I should have gone with AZCleanPros a very long time ago. My mother has now termed those same cleaners I was using and is making the switch too, she was that impressed. Very thorough, very efficient and honest. I feel very comfortable having them in my home and I feel that they've earned every penny I pay. Easy scheduling! Easy pay! Nice to get the follow up emails, I love that. Just a great company. (We are a family of 5 with 3 kids under the age of 11.)

Our guys Jeremy and Kenny I believe did there job adequately and did not forget anything. This was your basic "move out" cleaning. No furniture in the house, average condition. The boys were on the latter end of the time frame promised so im not dinging them for that either. If the website was not in play I wold give them 5 stars..The website contradicts itself here's why. First problem is that its almost impossible to price a "cleaning job " without looking first. On their site you have options that you can add and there goes the price up. Not cool because there's also an option that says " move out ".. So to anyone besides Tidy Casa it appears, move out cleaning means everything gets cleaned ! But as I said there are options on the site like cleaning out the oven, refer, blinds etc that all cost more, so what to do ! Confusing. And at my unit the boys were gone withing 2.5 hours at most..Hence the 3 stars. Guess I should have called first, but guess they could also clarify there site. Hence the 3 stars...

This company has been a fresh air...literally! I have many allergies and sensitivities to cleaning products and it's hard to find a cleaning crew that will use the products I leave for them. True, AJAX may work but I also can't use my tub after that so what's the point???
This company has come to my place three times so far and can't wait for another time. Each crew has been different but I really loved all of them. Having a house vm waning crew that can understand what you say goes volumes.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone that is concerned with keeping their environment clean in a safe way; whether for themselves, a pet or a baby. They do an amazing job with out using all the usual bathroom sink products.
They even went through vacuum ads with me to find the right one that'll fit me!

Nikki was absolutely fantastic!

We had her come to the home I'm in the process of moving out of. It was definitely a challenge! She took that house from looking like an on fire garbage can to looking better than brand new!

I have never met someone as kind and as thorough as Nikki! She was super friendly and worked her butt off!

This is the 2nd time I've used this company and Zina is AWESOME! The first time it was a last minute clean of my elderly moms house and she came to the rescue and did a phenomenal job! When I needed someone to clean my house I new I would use Zina.
She is so professional, she does great work and she is very thorough. What I like the most is she goes over and beyond and she leaves no stone unturned.

After making arrangements online, Nikki was good about confirming her visit, and was even able to come a little earlier than the agreed time.  And, WOW, does she work!!!!! I needed help getting my house clean prior to staging it and putting it on the market. Lots of detailed cleaning, and she did such a great job.  She even stayed past the four hours scheduled so that we could get it done.  It was so good to have someone who saw what the needs were and did them. She was great at pointing out areas that wouldn't come clean and that need touch up paint. She also cleaned behind the appliances. Quite a yucky job, but she did it in short order.  Then, before she left, she helped me take all the stuff that I had to donate out of the garage to where it needed to be for pick up.  She's so sweet and clearly likes what she does. It felt good just to have her in the  house. She is a real professional, and I have great respect for that.  I'm very glad I chose Nikki, and I plan to use her in the future.

Words can't express cannot express how happy I am with Simply Housekeeping.   I decided to use them based on all of their previous outstanding reviews.  Rose was able to answer all of my initial questions, and explained in great detail what would be completed during the deep cleaning of my house.  Her team number four showed up at my house as scheduled and immediately went to work.  It's rewarding to observe individuals who take pride in their work and have a unbridled enthusiasm for their job.  At times I felt like they were cleaning their own house.  My house looks brand new after they finished with the deep cleaning of my house.  The whole experience exceeded my high expectations and I plan on continuing to have them clean my house on a monthly basis.  If you want the best then you need to contact Rose and her staff at Simply Housekeeping!

Awesome job!! I am a bit picky when it comes to having folks clean and I didn't need to worry. Melvin and Gloria are responsive , flexible and I highly recommend. Gloria and her team do an A+ job. I started off with the deep clean and today started the monthly cleanings and I feel so relieved that I don't have to try to keep up on my own!!

Jennifer did amazing job for Deep cleaning of my house. She is very dedicated, friendly and double checks once she cleans it.
