We had our home cleaned today for the first time and it was a very good experience. They arrived on time and were very friendly and thorough with their work.  The price is reasonable and the quality is great!

I was in need of some serious cleaning prior to vacating the apartment I occupied for 1.5-years.  Was referred to Spotless 'n Serene Cleaning by a local vendor.

What I can tell any is that the service is second to none Karen provided.  Very thorough in ensuring the place was spotless (hence the name), I would highly recommend Spotless'n Serene.

They do an amazing job. Their prices are competitive and the customer service goes above and beyond. They were able to schedule us last minute for a deep cleaning and the house looks great. We had a couple of hiccups, nothing major but management was able to assist us and resolved any issues. Overall we are extremely satisfied and would strongly recommend to anyone.

Victor showed up and did a great job on the house he listened to exactly how the order of I wanted things done which was dusting then sweeping then mopping then applying the sealent to all the floors

he wasn't afraid to do a little extra he gave me a fixed price very quickly and he lived up to that price and I can't not say enough how good the quality was  Of his work.

The Maids send a team of four to clean, they are trained to use a system, which I like because nothing gets missed.  I used to get service by The Maids once or twice a month but I switched to weekly. They don't just clean, they disinfect light switches, door knobs, counters, everything we touch with Mr Clean solutions and that's really important to me now. I also have a set time scheduled each week and got a break on the price for going weekly.

The staff was extremely friendly, punctual and efficient. 10/10 would recommend to everyone! Our business is sparkling & sanitized top to bottom! Thank you Eddie's General Cleaning!!

We were highly impressed with Addicted to Clean.  They came out on a Saturday with no hesitation.  Jessica and Craig did a great job cleaning our house.  My husband stayed at home while they were here, and I went shopping.  When I returned, I was in awe of how much they got cleaned and how thoroughly they cleaned.  I am definitely having them back.  It is worth every penny!

We scheduled this company for a move out clean 2 weeks in advance. The day of the cleaning, I reached out to the company to confirm the start time. I was told they had 2 staff out sick and a third had to go pick up a child at school. I understand staffing shortages but they could have called earlier in the day to cancel. I told the person I needed the house clean in the next two days. She said "OK let me call my girls and I'll get back to you". Never heard from her. So I had to scramble to find another company who could clean with a one day notice.

This company Scammed me.  They charged my  account 6 times and have yet to do any work or return my calls and messages.  Discover card is disputing all charges.

My mom purchased a 2 hour housecleaning Groupon from them for my family to use this weekend. After some thought, I don't feel as though the house cleaning that I received was fair. In the past, other companies have been able to finish EVERY room of my house beautifully in 2 hours with 1 maid so I thought this was perfect for us.

The day before, I got a text asking what my priorities for cleaning were and that they would send 1 maid. So I replied: master bathroom, kitchen, floors, and other bathrooms. Upon arrival, there were 2 friendly maids and they explained they would only be here for 1 hour since there were 2 of them. Im thinking, well if you can clean my whole house in 1 hour then go right ahead. They finished very nicely the master bath, kitchen, and kitchen/living room floor. But because the 1 hour was up, the other 2 bathrooms, all 4 bedrooms including the master, all carpets, and the rest of the dusty surfaces were left UNTOUCHED. And some of the other things that were listed on their website that should've been done in 2 hours, were not done. So pretty much only half the house was clean and half wasn't. I've never experienced that before where a cleaning company left half the job undone. My house is clutter free, not super dirty, and we get regular cleanings so it's not hard to clean our place. I emailed for a refund or for the rest of the house to be cleaned, but have not received a response. The maids were very polite and they clean well, but I just don't believe that a company thinks it is acceptable to only clean half a house and leave the other half dirty. Will not hire this company again.
