WOW! We are blown away with what an excellent job Kerry and her crew did with our home. We were in desperate need of a deep clean and they spent hours getting our home in tip top shape. We will definitely be using them in the future and could not recommend them more!

Classy Cleaning Services did an amazing job on my home. They cleaned every inch of a 2400 square foot home, 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms. All dirt, grim calcium deposits, soap scup, dust, baseboards, windows, appliances, shutters,  floors, fans and more were attended to with great detail. They took their time and didn't rush thru cleaning. They allowed me to do a walk thru and I was very impressed. They worked theirs butts off and I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a family owned business to provide  an immaculate  cleaning service. I will be referring the, to others.

Blanca is absolutely wonderful! Our family has used her for two years and she is always a joy to work with and have in our home. She takes a lot of pride in her business and will always deliver great results! My husband and I are always so excited for her cleaning days because our house looks impeccable! Mary did a great job on a move out clean when I was getting my house ready to sell. The house looked amazing!
They did everything needed to make sure it was spotless. Leading up to the clean she was also very communicative and even accommodated a reschedule of service which I really appreciated.

I contacted Native Bee for cleaning services and not only did they respond in a very timely fashion to my request for a quote, but they performed the services within 24 hours of me receiving the quote. They were on time, and amazingly thorough. We needed to have the rental that we lived in for 10 months cleaned for move out service. Bonita and her partner did exceptionally. I plan to use them again.

I had Nicole clean my house recently. She was friendly, prompt also  very thorough and efficient . I will definitely be using her again for All my house cleaning needs

Jamie is amazing! She quickly cleaned and packed a very cluttered loft. She also cleaned three very dirty bathrooms.  Jamie is professional  and never made me feel uncomfortable for having such a messy house.  I will definitely call her again.

I was impressed with service level when making the appointment. However they immediately pulled a bait and switch saying they'd send a 2 person crew but then sent a 3 person team for a 900sf empty place for my move in clean.  You pay per person per hour,  So, 3 cleaners supposedly spent 1.5hrs in my tiny place and I wasn't sure if they had really been there or not. The only telling sign was the sink was wiped out. I still found windows dirty on the inside, shelves in cabinets and closets above 5' tall were still dusty dirty, and baseboards dirty. Basically anything requiring reaching or bending didn't seem to get any attention. The whole reason I hired them was to wipe everything down so I could just focus on unpacking upon moving in.

I wasn't impressed, but was so busy with my move I didn't really worry about it and didn't complain.

Then I get a letter saying there was a problem running my credit card and they needed me to contact them. We swapped missed calls twice over the course of a week and didn't connect.

Next thing I know I get a collections letter from them!  It hadn't even been 2 weeks from the "cleaning" and they turn me into collections. I finally get a hold of them and give them my cc number again and ask about the collections issue.  They said, oh yeah don't worry about that. We will call and let them know you've paid. I said, it hasn't even been 2 weeks and I've been trying to contact you and leaving messages. Was that really necessary?  I said I will be sure to never use you again now. They just argued with me and made me feel like a bum and I ended the call.

So, if that's the experience you're looking for, go ahead.

We've used Maid to Order cleaning on a weekly basis in our home for several years.  And without exception, we've been pleased with the quality of their work and their dependability.  Their dependability has been shown not only in the work that they've done in our house, but also in dealing with the management.  Before we switched to Maid to Order, we'd used several other cleaning services but always seemed to have issues with timeliness, rooms being ignored, and finding items broken (without us being informed).  We've never had that issue with Maid to Order.  They clean much more thoroughly than I would ever do on my own!  I love Thursdays, when I come home to a very clean house, all due to Mad to Order!
