They did an excellent job - hired them for my move out and my move in, two days in a row. So thorough and super friendly, they even helped us move a few boxes at one point!  For our jobs they had two girls and took about 3-4 hours in each house. I will hire them in the future for sure.

Jessica from Reliable Cleaners is absolutely wonderful to work with! I live out of state and she takes care of my vacation rental in Arizona and I can't express my gratitude to her and her company for being so reliable, communicative, efficient (and affordable).  Without her, the stress of turning over the rental would be overwhelming. Can't say enough good things about Prescott. He's very professional, always kind and courteous. Does a magnificent job of cleaning my apartment every 2 weeks. He's got my more organized and I enjoy my space more. He's always open to my requests for a new task. He's even hung pictures for me. I've been his client for about 9 months and can;t imagine my life without him. He's a keeper!

I had one person show up to my house and her name was Jasmine. She was very detailed and did a nice job for me she even let me know when I was about to hit the three hour mark to see if I wanted her to continue on? I appreciated that!  She was very kind and efficient I felt bad that she had to clean this big house all by herself. I would have her back again she was a huge help to me today!

We set up an appointment with Queen of Maids to clean our rental house, they were over an hour late to the property. Even the representative for Queen of Maids texted to say she called the cleaning crew but no one is answering. They finally came and cleaned the house but, left the faucet in the laundry room dripping...two days later we had a realtor show the house and said that there was water on the floor in the laundry room and one of the bedrooms. I texted the Queen of Maids representative to let her know what had happened and she said she would contact the crew and get back to me well guess what...she never got back to me The representative was as irresponsible as the cleaning crew. So now hiring Queen of Maids has cost us a lot of money as we have to hire someone to clean up after Queen of Maids.

I'm happy to report that Tabitha has been cleaning my house for over a year now. Not only is she super friendly, but she's exceptional at what she does and  one of her greatest strengths is her communication !

In fact, my dog always looks forward to her visits . She leaves my house impeccably clean.

We've been using them for about 5 weeks and love them! John has been very communicative and flexible as I work from home and we have a young baby. I've also appreciated that they go the extra mile to tidy up any clutter if I cant to get to it (kids toys in the bathtub, clothes on the kids floor). We've had CM cleaning to our home now twice. In all my years of having cleaners I have never had a crew that was that efficient and who left our home so clean and tidy. I'm an out of town owner and I asked for a flat rate quote for a move-out cleaning job in short order.
Many cleaning services were reluctant to quote a flat rate, and Mayra was the most responsive and reasonable among those that quoted a flat rate, and she demonstrated a can-do attitude.

In the end she and her crew did an excellent job, and she meticulously sent me photos of before and after on the work that she did as I requested, and was kind enough to clean things that were out of the original flat rate scope, but she cleaned them anyhow seeing the dirt.  She definitely went above and beyond on the work and she left the place spotless!

Mayra did an excellent job and was responsive, professional, and dependable.  I highly recommend them for any cleaning services!

No need to search further Juanita and her crew are the BEST, thorough, reliable and dependable.  Communication was easy as to what was to be expected, my home was cleaned from top to bottom.  Best choice I could have made!!

I highly recommend this company. The crew is so professional and efficient. My house is sparkling clean and it smells so nice! I look forward when they come and clean my house biweekly. I cannot recommend it enough.

Our windows have never looked so good. Juan even cleaned intricate glass and wrought iron doors. He has a cleaning company also. After the great job on the windows, I have scheduled house cleaning with him. Quiet, nice and on time. Add that to a great job done and I will be recommending him to all my friends.

We have been using them for about 6 months now for monthly cleaning and they always do a good job. They make sure to check with us if there are any areas we need them to focus on every time they come. They don't charge by the hour which allows we prefer. It helps the crew take their time in cleaning and we don't have to keep checking the time. I would highly recommend them.

I'm not going to lie, this was an odd morning.
Confirmed cleaning details & 2-3pm time frame for today's appointment. She contacted at 7am to say that she was on the way to the house, confirmed 6-min ETA for arrival and also said "I'm here" at 7:40.
We arrived to meet her at the house for the cleaning and not only was she not there, but also sent this random picture claiming her son was in the emergency room - but the image is from July 7, 2021.
After letting her know I was confused about the pics, date and all that, she stopped responding and no further texts would go through.
Total waste of time... and I'll be honest, this mercury retrograde  is reaaaallly starting to annoy me.
