They did an excellent job - hired them for my move out and my move in, two days in a row. So thorough and super friendly, they even helped us move a few boxes at one point!  For our jobs they had two girls and took about 3-4 hours in each house. I will hire them in the future for sure.

Jessica from Reliable Cleaners is absolutely wonderful to work with! I live out of state and she takes care of my vacation rental in Arizona and I can't express my gratitude to her and her company for being so reliable, communicative, efficient (and affordable).  Without her, the stress of turning over the rental would be overwhelming. I know that I can count on her to show up and have it ready for the next guests. I am certain that you won't be disappointed.

Can't say enough good things about Prescott. He's very professional, always kind and courteous. Does a magnificent job of cleaning my apartment every 2 weeks. He's got my more organized and I enjoy my space more. He's always open to my requests for a new task. He's even hung pictures for me. I've been his client for about 9 months and can;t imagine my life without him. He's a keeper!

Lilly and Irma did a "DEEP" post-construction clean for us and did a really good job. They showed up on time, with all of the right supplies and tools to do the job. What surprised me the most was how quickly they completed the full deep clean.

Hard-working, efficient, and dedicated to getting what we wanted done with excellent results. Queen of Maids provided a positive experience from beginning to end.  My wife wanted the "Big Clean" done on our bathrooms and a few other areas for Mother's Day.  My first option fell through so on Friday morning I called the Queens.  The gentleman on the phone worked throughout the day with several follow up calls to find me a crew for Saturday.  No luck.  But first thing Monday Samuel and Sylvia showed up and "went to town"!  My wife has nothing but praise for how hard they worked and how much they were able to get done.  We chose the by-the-hour option since we were only looking for a few areas. They were able to accomplish the initial lists and more.

Needed a move out cleaning for a rental home. Came across this great company super friendly, professional and for a great price they did an amazing job thank you so much!

I'm an out of town owner and I asked for a flat rate quote for a move-out cleaning job in short order.
Many cleaning services were reluctant to quote a flat rate, and Mayra was the most responsive and reasonable among those that quoted a flat rate, and she demonstrated a can-do attitude.

In the end she and her crew did an excellent job, and she meticulously sent me photos of before and after on the work that she did as I requested, and was kind enough to clean things that were out of the original flat rate scope, but she cleaned them anyhow seeing the dirt.  She definitely went above and beyond on the work and she left the place spotless!

Mayra did an excellent job and was responsive, professional, and dependable.  I highly recommend them for any cleaning services!

We engaged Minor to Major Cleaning to do a move-in cleaning of newly purchased home in Anthem AZ. The process went well from initial contact through the cleaning day. Juanita got us on the schedule and Molly, Annette and Dawn did a wonderful job getting a dusty, stale house sparkling and smelling great!  We'll definitely keep them in mind as soon as we get settled into our new home for future regular cleaning! I can't recommend this crew enough! I wanted to get my mom a birthday present that would make her life easier - so I decided I would get her house cleaned. I was so impressed with the care and efficiency of this team. They were friendly, easy to work with, and did a phenomenal job. When she saw the house after they left, my mom texted me saying "I don't think the house has ever been this clean!"

A few days later, I was moving back in, I required more help in moving furniture, putting rugs down, cleaning floors, (yet again), because living in the Valley, going from outside to inside,  floors get dirty/dusty very quickly.

I've been searching for a new house cleaning service and I was hoping to find the best of both worlds -- reasonable pricing & thorough cleaning. These gals definitely delivered both! Vida & Alejandra did an excellent job, they were kind and made sure I was happy. I didn't realize how clean my house could get until they were finished! Definitely going to set up a monthly service with them.

I'm not going to lie, this was an odd morning.
Confirmed cleaning details & 2-3pm time frame for today's appointment. She contacted at 7am to say that she was on the way to the house, confirmed 6-min ETA for arrival and also said "I'm here" at 7:40.
We arrived to meet her at the house for the cleaning and not only was she not there, but also sent this random picture claiming her son was in the emergency room - but the image is from July 7, 2021.
After letting her know I was confused about the pics, date and all that, she stopped responding and no further texts would go through.
Total waste of time... and I'll be honest, this mercury retrograde  is reaaaallly starting to annoy me.
