They did an excellent job - hired them for my move out and my move in, two days in a row. So thorough and super friendly, they even helped us move a few boxes at one point!  For our jobs they had two girls and took about 3-4 hours in each house. I will hire them in the future for sure.

Queen of Maids did an excellent job cleaning  my apartment after management failed to do so properly. Online booking was easy. The company confirmed via VM the day before the appointment. Cleaner showed up on time, was personable, polite and cared about their work. A lot of times as we know cleaners are unreliable, like to cancel last minute and not show. Only suggestion would be to have more supplies and a commercial quality vacuum not just a carpet vacuum especially with all the dust in Phoenix/Scottsdale. Would definitely use this service again.

Tabitha is prompt, courteous and professional.  She is super at what she does!  After having a slacking housekeeper she took the time for her first clean to get our home "up to right stuff!"  She went over and beyond what some think is clean.  I am so glad I found her!

Met with owner John this morning and his associate Maria. They showed up on time, and even communicated when they would arrive. They are a new business in the valley but they did well with my house deep clean. A few things missed here and there but overall good job. John wanted me to walk through before they left and before they were paid to check for anything missing, that was a nice touch. Thanks john!

I've been using this company for a while now to clean my Airbnb. They are always so flexible and accommodating because the nature of Airbnb is so last minute. They're an instrumental part of us being able to rent out our home. Not only are they flexible and reliable but they're really honest. We truly do trust them with our home and things. I'm an out of town owner and I asked for a flat rate quote for a move-out cleaning job in short order.
Many cleaning services were reluctant to quote a flat rate, and Mayra was the most responsive and reasonable among those that quoted a flat rate, and she demonstrated a can-do attitude.

In the end she and her crew did an excellent job, and she meticulously sent me photos of before and after on the work that she did as I requested, and was kind enough to clean things that were out of the original flat rate scope, but she cleaned them anyhow seeing the dirt.  She definitely went above and beyond on the work and she left the place spotless!

My parents are in thier mid 80s and on my last visit with them, (I live in WA state), it became apparent that they needed some help keeping thier home clean. I hired Juanita and her team based on the reviews of of this website. I'm writing this review to tell you there was no exaggeration by any of the previous wonderful reviews. This is a first class operation and they have my highest recommendation! Molly is my parents regular person and they rave about what a wonderful job she does every time I talk to them. Molly keeps thier home spotless and that takes a huge load off my father to better care for my mom. Being 1500 miles away this takes a load off my mind as well.

I can't recommend this crew enough! I wanted to get my mom a birthday present that would make her life easier - so I decided I would get her house cleaned. I was so impressed with the care and efficiency of this team. They were friendly, easy to work with, and did a phenomenal job. When she saw the house after they left, my mom texted me saying "I don't think the house has ever been this clean!"

I communicated with Juan and he was able to accommodate my requested day and time. He was on time and with a crew of four to expertly clean our two story home windows inside and outside along with the tracks prior to our shutter installation. My mother, who is elderly, was unable to clean her house and I was worried about her health with all the dust that has settled over the years. I live in California and wanted to be there while the house was cleaned. Ryan, his wife, and 2 employees came out the Saturday of Memorial Weekend to accommodate my schedule. They did a tremendous job organizing as they cleaned. The house had not been cleaned in years so it was a big undertaking. My mom was reluctant about having people in her home but Ryan and his team were so nice and did such a thorough job; she is happy with the results. I highly recommend Two Maids & A Mop.

I'm not going to lie, this was an odd morning.
Confirmed cleaning details & 2-3pm time frame for today's appointment. She contacted at 7am to say that she was on the way to the house, confirmed 6-min ETA for arrival and also said "I'm here" at 7:40.
We arrived to meet her at the house for the cleaning and not only was she not there, but also sent this random picture claiming her son was in the emergency room - but the image is from July 7, 2021.
After letting her know I was confused about the pics, date and all that, she stopped responding and no further texts would go through.
Total waste of time... and I'll be honest, this mercury retrograde  is reaaaallly starting to annoy me.
