So far, I called Jennifer and she answered right away. We had a wonderful first conversation. She was very friendly and easy to talk to during our conversation. She is coming out only three days after our first conversation.  I am looking forward to meet her and to get my project completed . Will give feedback again after completion of project.

Tidy & Clean are a professional mother/daughter business. I inquired about a quote and they got back to me that very same day! my house smells amazing! They got all the black stuff off of my oven, deep cleaned my windows, vacuumed my stairs, cleaned every room, and it looks like a brand new place!

I reached out to Agai and left a message and within minutes, they returned my phone call. I fell sick and was unable to tidy up my kitchen. I decided to give Agai a shot. Their team was cordial, polite and punctual. They cleaned the dishes by hand even though I had a dishwasher. I am updating this review because I heard from the owner, April. I explained to her that I did not want to pay more than the quoted regular bi-weekly cleaning charge since I did not get a deep clean. She said they do not offer discounts, but offered to clean my home again to my satisfaction. I declined since I have found someone new to clean my home. She also said she talked with her staff to make sure they hit all the items on the checklist and remain professional.  She said people have off days and I agree. However, my first impression of this cleaning is hard to shake off.

The service from this company is great. I felt bad cause I made a same day appointment and had to cancel due to Walmart selling me the wrong tv but they worked with me and came the next morning. I usually mount my own TVs but this one was huge and I'm 2 months pregnant but they came and went straight to work and were done in less than 30 minutes he even installed my sound bar for me and I didn't know it could mount with the tv lol. I do plan on getting another TV mounted soon and will be  getting their services again.

Julia and Keshia are amazing!!!  They did a very thorough job on our 2 story home. I would recommend them to everyone. Fantastic work and super friendly. I've never seen my baseboards so clean.

I contacted Desert Clover Cleaning through the quote my project section and received a response within 3 minutes. Considering I was sending out quote requests at 6:30am I was impressed. I am completing a full remodel on my house so everything was moved out of the interior to allow for an open construction zone on all floors. Since my house was essentially vacant, I opted for the move out cleaning so I was starting my project with a  clean slate. After the initial quote I let her know there were 3 huskies that had just left the residence so it was far dirtier than a normal "move out" cleaning. I didn't want there to be any surprises once they arrived. After discussing the amount of dirt and dust we agreed upon a higher price than initially quoted. The ladies arrived on time within the timeframe given and after 5.5 hours I was left with a clean starting point. The amount of dust and pet dander initially in the house was completely intolerable for my allergies to the point I was having back to back allergy attacks and a swollen face. Thanks to these ladies I am now able to be inside the house for long periods without reacting. Fans, baseboards, refrigerator, toilet, tub, everything was left clean and to expectation. Once they finished they asked me to walk the house to see if there was anything else that needed to be addressed. I appreciate the open communication every step of the way and once my project is complete I will consider hiring them for once a month maintenance cleanings.

I highly recommend Xiomara and Herman. They performed a move out cleaning for me for an apartment I'd been living in for almost 3 years. Needless to say they had their work cut out for them. They were extremely response through when booking and getting a quote. I was extremely pleased with the results. I almost wanted to move back in to the apartment. Five stars would definitely book again!

We had called Heavenly Scent based on posted reviews and weekend availability.  The only question asked of us was size of home, number of bedrooms, rooms, bathrooms and type of floors.

We were told a two person crews would come to our home and knock it out in approx. 2-hrs time.  Sounded good.

However, when the crew showed up...neither individual could speak English and it was virtually impossible to communicate what we needed done and how we wanted  it done.  We wanted to use our own supplies and they had a hard time understanding that....When they finally started working, both ladies started working in the same area.  We asked that they independently work on different areas of the house....that too seemed to confuse them.

When we called Heavenly Scent to ask what was going on, we could only leave a VM as it was Sat.  When we asked one of the ladies to speak with her supervisor, she called her, spoke to her a while in Spanish, and then we asked her to call us directly.

We connected with the supervisor and explained we were upset. We expressed our concern that neither of the ladies spoke (or understood English).

Furthermore, rather than apologize for the problem, all we were told is that these two ladies were totally professional.

That said, it turns out that while we were speaking with her, she had (in her prior conversation) told the ladies to leave the house....unbeknownst to us.  They did and when we hung up.....they were gone.  How professional is that!

This was and is totally unacceptable.  It is insane that this company would send out a crew that can not communicate with the client.....they should at least be bi-lingual.  Not sure if they are even legal.

As a supposed new client, one would think they would put their best foot forward....that certainly was not the case....As far as we are concerned, this is not a company we would ever recommend.

We had them do a move-out clean on a specific date and they were able to accommodate the request. They cleaned the entire house and it looks fantastic. They cleaned in the cabinets, the floors, bathrooms - everything. 100% recommended Happy Maids! I would absolutely use them again for any cleaning project.
