We were wrapping our pipes before the hard freeze tonight and one of the joints popped and water began to leak. We called and they were at our home in under 30 min! Fixed the pipe and also winterized the pipe/faucet! These guys are great!

Do not waste your time!! Eli is very unprofessional! He came to our home to quote a job and told us I have enough work right now, good luck! And walked out of our house. Rude!! So unprofessional!

We have worked with Eli for 10 years on various needs - building a new house, maintenance items, etc. They are always incredibly professional, responsive, show up as promised, and they absolutely stand behind their work. In our experience Eli's is an oasis in the contractor desert. You can probably find someone cheaper, but these guys always have fair pricing and they do excellent work.

If I could leave a 0 for a rating I would.  This company is price gouging customers requiring significant upfront money just to schedule an appointment.  What a shame when people are needing them most during this epic storm, they are taking advantage.

I have a property that needed work. I get a call one hour and forty five minutes past the appointment time that Eli can't find the property. I'm not even the person to call about it. Two hours go by I have to call to find out if he even made there. Once I tracked him down first thing I was asked if I was asleep. I work in several times zones and live in several times zones so I found that irritating being asked that by someone who can't even find a location.

I was finally told what was needed, and I needed to write that information down. Eli did not want to wait for me to be clear on what the issues were. I wanted to write the information down since I knew them emailing to bid on the job would not be possible for them. I hung up the phone.

Maybe he does okay work. Not professional enough to get my business or money.

Eli was awesome! Came out himself and took a look at my backed up sewer. He gave me a reasonable immediate quote and started fixing the issue the same day. Would totally recommend this family owned business to anyone in need of quality plumbing work.

I hired Eli's Plumbing to replumb the pipes in my house and bring them up to code. Originally I was quoted 2-3 weeks total. Once I gave a sizable deposit it appeared as though I was no longer a priority. After about 2 1/2 months I still was not even half way through the project. I finally was told I passed inspection and I could put the walls up. Now I can't find a record of the inspection and I have a major leak in the plumbing. I also needed to hire another plumber to connect the gas line in my house since I almost died from carbon monoxide poisoning. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I also have not heard from them in any capacity since they caused all these problems.

Eli came out himself and installed both my bathroom and kitchen sinks. Affordable pricing and great work! Will definitely be using his services in the future.

11/7/2018...Today I used Eli's Plumbing Service. Mr. Eli came out and handled my shower problem very quickly. The gentleman is knowledgeable, personable, and kind. It was obvious he takes pride in his work. His prices are fair and reasonable. Although, he had an opportunity to overcharge me, he clearly stated where I could save money and made sure his work was handled promptly not to dig further into my pocket. I will use this guy every time from now on because I see his honesty, professionalism, and appreciate his hard work. I'm a real customer with a real experience. I was asked to say anything other than please leave a comment about our service. Well, here it is. Thank you Mr. Eli....

Garbage disposal went out and Eli's Plumbing fixed it professionally and efficiently. I'm extremely satisfied.

I had a plumbing emergency and called Eli's. They came out in about 45 min. Fast service!

After closing on our house we needed to find a plumber to come out and fix our pipes under our sinks. I called several places that were rude over the phone but with Eli's Plumbing,  I was greeted politely and an appointment to come look was made right then and there. They were quick and thorough and now our sinks don't leak anymore. Couldn't have had a better experience :)

Gave Eli's Plumbing a call due to a problem with my water heater not being up to code, they were able to send out one of their technicians right away. Upon arrival he was able to identify the problem within minutes and gave me a fair estimate for the repairs. I would definitely recommend Eli's Plumbing to family and friends.

I had to have my old cement sewer lines replaced.  They had converted the garage into a bedroom and bathroom so they had to dig up the main line from the house to the city which ran parallel to my back fence with 2 other lines running into the main line.  They worked fast and they passed inspection.  All happen in 2 or 3 days.  They were nice and friendly especially the father, the master plumber, we engaged in  a conversation about our dogs.  I have 5 and he had 3 or 4 not sure.  He offered to replaced a kinda fence I had put up to block the dogs so the grass could grow.  Eli said on several occasions that I could show the invoice has well as the inspection pass sticker from the city.  This all happened around the first of this year.  Today I have not received an invoice even though I have reached out to the company for one.  Their follow through is terrible that is why the 2 stars.  A couple of weeks went by and the dirt settled down causing some serious dips where they had dug.  So I emailed and called to asked them for more dirt and the replacement fence.  I would let the another issues of follow-up go if that would get handle.  Keep in mind I had paid slightly over $10,000 dollars.  They had moved my newly laid path steps and didn't put them back the way they found them.  Here is where he really would get a 0.  The guys came put up a nice fence and put dirt where it was needed which was all the lines dug.  I wasn't paying close attention until afterwards and I noticed the dirt was sandy and red.  No grass just red sandy dirt which has made my life hell. This dirt gets everywhere especially all through my house.  I have to clean and dust at least 2 times a week sometimes more.  I have paid help to take everything off the shelving through out my house to clean whats in there and to clean the shelving because they become so dusty.  I have  done this twice since moving into my new/old house.  I have had to replace rugs, 1 couch and keep a air purifier running all the time.   The filters  alone run around $125 I have to replace them 2x a month, $250 a month on trying to keep the dust down.  I don't get to walk in my bare feet in my own home unless I want a day at the beach.  If I wanted the beach I be in Galveston now not writing this review.  For the most part I do not enjoy my new/old little house.  So if you use them have everything written down starting with a written bid, clear instructions for finishing the job properly and according to want you want to see happen.  Eli is a charmer, he probably a nice man but a charmer anyway and the apple doesn't fall far from the tree when it comes to his son.  It has cost probably as much (or getting there) to keep my home clean of fine dirt/dust as it did to make a reason for the red sandy dirt..  I wish I could do it all over. And I wished I hadn't use them!!! NO FOLLOW THROUGH!!!  I need to clean again as I write this about my need to constantly clean my new/old home.

Eli put the plumbing in the new build house we bought, and I had him also put the plumbing in when we finished out a garage apartment later.  Honest, straight shooter, reasonable prices, cares that his customers are satisfied.  Highly recommended.

Had Eli in to replace a water heater. Great work, good price, straight shooter. Would definitely recommend. This is a small, family owned business, so don't expect the show that a lot of the bigger plumbing companies put on (but you can expect lower prices, qualified workers, and less BS).
