Absolutely SATISFIED with the exemplary service, repair and good old fashioned hard work performed by a team of professionals at a fair and competitive price. From the moment I met Kevin (owner who evaluated our sewer) we knew if this individual reflected the company ethic with non pushy honest and personable service this was the company we wanted. We had a back up in the house due to a house trap and a broken pipe. The team showed up on day one and we could not believe the care and SPEED and PROFESSIOALISM these individuals showed in performing an entire sewer pipe replacement. Kevin and his crew were meticulous in the removal of the old clay pipe and install of the new pipe. Speed, attention to detail and constant cleanup and care defined this team of individuals......... THANK YOU for the job you did. Another job well done.  I called at around 4 this afternoon, for a toilet installation.  I was told that they were all busy, but if someone finished early they would call me back.  About 4:30 they called back and about 15 minutes later Jose was at my house installing the toilet.  This is my second time calling Innovative Plumbing, and I will not hesitate to call them again if needed.  Thank you Jose and Innovative.

Like many of you I searched the internet for reviews on plumbers, HONEST plumbers. All I found were bad reviews so at least I knew who not to go with, lol. I decided to call Dave since it's a family owned business. To be honest with everyone I was scared of getting a plumber that would just quote me and charge a large amount or stick me with very large surprise bill at the end.

So I called Dave and he came over for same day service. He gave me a quote before he started the work and was clear about the service charges etc, thank goodness! What I really liked about Dave was that Dave gave me choices! He let me know I could go with a cheaper route and save about $100 bucks but at the same time I'd probably have the same issue due it my sink shape etc. So, I really appreciated the option I was given not just a set $300 charge etc.

So he showed up on time, provided choices, and explained what happened and where the new part was installed.

Side note - I was selling my home and at the last minute was told I needed a form from the business that performed the service. I left Dave a voicemail and he got me the document sent over to my email the very next day. He is super responsive and super honest. Totally recommend!

P.S. - Yes Dave was sensitive to COVID And was wearing a mask. :)

Mainline does a great job.  I've been using them for a long time.  Their customer service people are so courteous and always there on time.  Let's face it, all plumbers, including Mainline are pricy, but you get what you pay for.  Everything they have fixed at my house was done properly and I never had to have them come back.  They do excellent work.  Nice people too, which always helps.

We are very particular in whom we choose to service our home. We have homes in multi-states and find Portland a challenge to secure SOLID folks. Well, look no further than Power Plumbing. Absolute straight-forward and no-nonsense. It was the holiday and we had a small leak.

After contacting over 5-other companies who could come sometime in February OR for an ADDED sur-charge...blah...we found Power Plumbing and they came within a couple of days and no holiday surcharge. OMG....only in Portland do folks charge for that kind of nonsense. Or there is always, you have to pay for my mileage to get to your house?!

I will never understand.

Anywho, need a SOLID plumbing company, these are YOUR folks and now MINE! LOVE THEM!!!!

My pilot light on my water heater wouldn't stay lit.  Rachel from the office was terrific and made sure she worked around my schedule to get someone out here same day.  The technical was really nice and explained everything he was doing and what he believed the problem was along with best solution.  The next day, Rachel followed up to see how things were.  The pilot light still wouldn't light but since it's under warranty, I called Sears to send a tech out to fix the problem and replace the parts.  She offered to send a technician out anyway for no charge just to see if he could get it lit again for a temporary solution.  Quick, Efficient & Excellent Customer Service.

I have used them for years and will continue to.

I just called Scott based on my mother-in-law's referral. I can't speak for the work he has done for me, because as of now he hasn't had to do any work because he walked me through how to get my running toilet repair needs done through my home warrantee. He's an extremely honest guy and steered me in the right direction even if though it meant no work for him. I got off the phone with a smile on my face. We will be calling Scott with any future problems!

Eric was extremely prompt, professional, and worked hard to finish the gas pipe job.  He explained everything that he was doing so we fully understood what he was working on and the steps he will take.  He provided superior customer service and advice. Although this was the first time we met him for the service but we can clearly experience that he knows the gas pipe job very well. I spoke with few gas pipe certified professionals and felt Eric was the most knowledgeable to work on the residential gas line.

We just had a new water heater installed by Danny of Kruse Plumbing, and he did an excellent job. I was very happy they could come out and do the install the next day when I called. Our 25 year old water heater started leaking, and less than 24 hours later, we have a new water heater. He wore a mask the entire time, for those of you who are concerned, and the work area was left very clean. Thanks to a speedy response and installation, we had minimal interruption in our hot water service.

Brain gave me an estimate,  very fair price. Explained all my options. Couldn't of ask for a nicer guy. Must call I f you're looking.

Abe is awesome! Saw the positive YELP reviews and gave him a call Tuesday morning and he asked ME what time was good for me! (What?!?! A service call at MY convenience?!?!) I said anytime after noon and he was there at NOON on the button! Seriously! He fixed a broken pipe inside the wall of our house, a leaky toilet, and replaced a faucet for us...all in under 2.5 hours! Fast, friendly, professional, and REASONABLE PRICE for his services. Same day service! Incredible! So happy I called him. He will be our new Go-To Guy for all-things PLUMBING! :-)

We have had the best experience with Keith. He came to replace our water heater and helped us get all of our appliance attached to waterlines. We even had some trouble getting water to all of our sinks (nothing to do with the work he did) and he was able to help us trouble shoot the issue over the phone. As first time buyers we were so thankful to find someone as great as Keith to help answer our questions and provide quality service. We will be coming to him for all of our future water and plumbing services.

We had a frozen and burst pipe yesterday in this cold and I got Joe's number from a friend of a family friend. He and his partner Nick were fast, very friendly and didn't want to leave until he took a look at the whole system and made sure we were good.

He ended up giving us a brief overview on our terribly done pipes, guessed (correctly!) that there was another freeze in the heating pipes (no heat on one entire side of the house) and stayed just long enough to show us how to thaw the system.

Just before he left, we did thaw it and another pipe burst in our radiator. He and Nick got right to it and saved us a ton of time, money and sanity.

I couldn't be more pleased or impressed with these guys. Very professional, but friendly, informative, and - above all - fair. When you call a plumber in a panic, you think that you're going to get taken to the cleaner's and that that's just how it is, but I feel like Joe really did us right and I'll absolutely be calling him come springtime to fix my piping layout permanently.

Taylor A was very friendly. He had a bit of difficulty removing the existing faucet but finally got it off with a well fought battle. Installed my new faucet with ease. I'd recommend him to anyone!

This company was assigned to me by American Home Shield for a basement, laundry sink stoppage. The guys came out and told me I would need a clean out installed in the pipe to clear the stoppage. AHS informed me that the clean out installation would not be covered. I contacted H&K to inquire about the cost of the installation, and I also decided to get quotes from 2 other companies on Angie's List. I had another plumber come out the same day, and they found that I actually did have a clean out pipe. It was low to the ground and partially covered by my washing machine. H&K would have known this if the plumbers who came out did more than stand 5 feet back while looking at the pipe and sink. The second company was able to clear the stoppage by simply snaking the clean out and was done in under an hour. H&K caused me to spend more money than I should have, and AHS is refusing to reimburse any expenses. Do not waste your time with this company.
