Innovative Plumbing Pros is the best. Just moved to Vegas and did not know who to call for plumbing issues, found them on Yelp and was glad to have found them. They are very pleasant over the phone and got a plumber ASAP to the house. We got Jose such a great guy and did a excellent job. Found the problem right away and even gave us valuable information being a new home owner. Would recommend him above all. Thank you again.

I had an emergency about 7pm! And called  the first plumber that popped on yelp around my area! And boy i'm glad i did! Jose answered the phone and was there in less than half an hour. He told me he could come back the next day around 8. The next day he called about 7 that he could go earlier.  He works clean and fast. Very professional. I cannot thank them enough for helping me out. And not ripping me off! He saved the day. I Passed inspection that same day and it was because of them.

I sought out Innovative Plumbing Pros based on their reviews. Called for an estimate on Monday. Seemed professional and thorough based on the call. They gave me a window between 8 am and 12 noon on Wednesday.

No one showed up. No one called.

Avoid if you value your time.

Prompt and next day appointment and service. Texted a message about appointment through Yelp and response was quick. Able to schedule next day and they came out and fixed problem by the time I got home after work.

Jose and his coworker arrived on time. I asked them to take their shoes off and they had shoe covers with them! They worked fast, were very clean and professional the whole time. They replaced cartridges in shower and tub fixtures and replaced leaking toilet flap. Will be using them again for future plumbing repairs. Strongly recommend.

One of our showers was apparently not getting any hot water so I reached out to Innovative Plumbing. In less than 1 minute on the phone, the issue was identified and appointment was set for the same day!

As if that wasn't already great service, they arrived slightly early to gather all required tools to complete the job. In less than 5 minutes, the part was replaced and hot water was flowing again.

The professionalism, timeliness, efficiency and reasonable prices are the 4 main reasons I highly recommend this company! Give them a try if ever you have plumbing issues and you'll be happy you did.

I called them at around 3pm after waiting for my scheduled plumber for two days. I told them I had a shower leak that I had to fix right away and Jose came to our rescue three hours later! He was personable and got the job done for a lot less than we expected. These guys were great!

Our water line from the house to the street had a leak. The guys came out right away and started work the next day. After they dug the trench, what a mess, I thought. Ralph came the next day and put the new line in and they filled it back in. Looks great! I have to plant some grass but other than that you can't tell it was done. Everyone was professional and kind including the very nice girl in the office. Ralph was a real stand out to the entire process.

Jose and his crew are very professional and efficient. They came an hour after I called them on a problem due to a humming sound on my water line. They came and fixed the problem within minutes. It's like Jose has a magic wand on these things that it just fixes what he touches. I highly recomend them.

Today, Anthony, one of their top repairmen with Innovative Plumbing Pros, came out to my house to fix my two sinks in my master bedroom.  It truly is a joy to have Anthony come out to my house.  He is very good at what he does.  He tightened the heads on both my faucets with a special tool, and he reattached the stoppers in the sink bowels. Done in 15-20 minutes! As usual, job well done!

I always fixed the problems in my home but this time I could not find a way to fix my kitchen sink. I never called a plumber before so i was a bit nervous if I would be getting ripped off or they would overcharge me until i saw great reviews of this company. I called to make an appointment but I was still very skeptical about the situation of a stranger fixing my sink but I just had to give Innovative Plumbing a chance. Jose came to my house right on time & fixed the problem within a matter of minutes. I cannot believe how fast & effective he was.  He showed me the problem. My house is over 70 years old so I cannot remember when the last time it was serviced by a professional. The pipes stunk up the whole house & there was nothing but thick black goo coming out. Jose said he's seen worse but this is definitely up there. I am extremely glad I made a decision to call this great company. There is finally weight off my shoulders that I can trust a plumber to fix my home. I will definetly be a regular customer from now on!

After spending a lot of time researching plumbers in Las Vegas, I called Innovative Plumbing Pros to do some bathroom repairs. All I can say is that I am completely impressed with this company. Came out to give estimate on a few small repairs.  I didn't get an estimate, said he needed to talk to the boss, so he left.  It's over 24 hours later and no response.  I called another company 90 minutes ago, they came out within 30 minutes and had all four repairs done in an hour. Update: Tiffany at the company thinks this is funny, lovely business model.

Jose installed a gas line outside so we could use our outdoor natural gas barbecue.  He showed up on time, was very friendly and cleaning up after himself.  Price was competitive and communication was great! Would definitely use them again for another project.

I can't say enough about how amazing my first interaction with Innovative Plumbing has been.  I requested a quote and within 30 minutes received a response from Tiffany.  I received a call the next day from Jose who came to my home to diagnose the problem. I was prepared for a large problem and big repair, and Jose found the problem quickly, turned the screw and fixed it in minutes!  I had been given information from another plumbing company years ago that was apparently erroneous, and due to that I had a banging pipe noise problem that I thought would cost me hundreds of dollars.  
Jose didn't charge me for the consultation, however, as I remodel and work through other plumbing issues I will absolutely call Innovative Plumbing Pros!  Thank you for making my day.

Recently had issue with our toilet. Dialed up Innovative and made an appointment. Anthony showed up on time and was professional. He diagnosed our concern and repair cost was fair. Would recommend!!

I have read good reviews about this company but the technician who came out to help us did a poor job. I was charged a few hundred dollars for about 20 minutes of work (for which he reused many of our old parts and came with 1 tool). He disconnected our hot water heater hoses and drained them all over my garage. He never tightened the connections and as a result the hot water heater flooded and on Christmas Eve I have no hot water one day after this company came to fix the issue. Luckily I was able to find someone to help us out (not from this company) but I find it ridiculous that someone takes so little pride in their work that they do not even tighten the connections they put in.... I will never use this company again and I will be dropping our HSA because of the poor service provided... the only saving grace was the office staff who was friendly and kind.... I feel bad that I have to give the company a bad review for one technician but he certainly ruined the company's reputation for us!

We had a problem with our heater and different companies came and go, because no one could fix the problem. Thanks for fixing our heater, Jose! You are the best!

I was changing a wax ring (which I've done many times) and things looked very different from what I've seen in the past. I decided I needed help and called Innovative Plumbing Pros. Unfortunately, they didn't have an opening until the next day. Less than 5 minutes later I got a call back and they said Jose was just down the street and he could stop by to look at it so that they could ensure they would have what they would need when they came the next day. Most repairmen talk down to me, but not Jose and I appreciated it so much!  With Jose's advice I was able to complete the job. We have a remodel in our future and will be calling Innovative Plumbing Pros when we are ready to start the project.

Jose and Anthony are some true plumbing professionals. Not only are they extremely great at their jobs, they are personable and very respectful. These guys will be my first call anytime I need a plumber in future.

Jose is amazing!  He's professional and knowledgeable.  We had purchased a water softener for him to install.  When he arrived to give us an estimate, upon discussion, he informed us of a softener that doesn't require salt, takes up less space and is better for the plumbing.  We decided to return the salt water softener and have him install the Nuvo system and we are extremely happy with it.  I highly recommend Jose for all your plumbing needs.  He's such a nice good hearted person!

Anthony came by earlier today. He did 3 repairs in like 30 minutes. Water heater, garbage disposal and the toilet in my guest bathroom were all giving me problems. They were no problem for Anthony. Also, he's extremely courteous and friendly. I wish I could give him 50 Stars.

Awesome plumbing company, don't waste time calling another company this one is the best! They also have a very fast response time!

WOW!!! Where do I begin? So the other day I am on the phone with my bank, a very important wire transfer was not completed correctly and the hold time was extremely long, while I had my bank on hold via my cell phone, I had another back that would be receiving my wire transfer on hold via live chat on my computer.  The doorbell rings, I am not expecting anyone and it is during the Shelter-in-place pandemic. I open the door to some guy without PPE claiming he is with the HOA and needs to be let into my garage, I am discussing more important matters with my bank and since he claimed he was with he HOA I allowed him into my garage.

I am needed at my computer to finish my actual situation with my banks, when the doorbell rings again, my dog is going crazy, I am on the phone and computer with things important to my life and its another guy with Innovative plumbing stating something about a leak that is not my neighbors and there is a hole in the drywall, I couldn't pay attention because I was having a preplanned meeting with 2 banks. I kept telling them I was on an important call but the plumbers kept talking, I didn't catch most of it, they explain that the leak is somehow coming from under my driveway and they need to transfer the bill from my neighbors leak to mine and I owe them almost $5,000!!!

Still not being able to get off the phone I was in shock, I was not aware of ANY leak, there was NEVER any water in my garage and now after they surprised ambushed me with 2 holes in my wall and a $5000 estimate/bill, there is now a huge water puddle in my garage that has never been there before.

I tried contacting Innovative Plumbing the woman answering the phone has zero patiences when it comes to listening to the situation and felt I was too long winded and in the middle of my concern interrupted me to tell me that she has zero knowledge on what was going on, she refused to give me to someone in charge and told me I was rude for telling her to put her self in my situation and then hung up.

I called back and she told me I would only be able to talk to her and she wouldn't provide any information to me as to whom it was I actually needed to talk to.  I told her that was fine, I will just come down to the store and get answers that way. She hung up 3 times, I called back each time she hung up.  

Finally I was able to talk to the owner who refused to allow me to speak, kept interrupting me and told me she was blocking my number, which I had to call back from a 2nd number which she then blocked again.

To date, I have not been told what is leaking, why they felt cutting holes in my garage would give them answers they needed when after cutting the holes they still had no answers.  

*****UPDATE****** RESPONSE TO TIFF (THE OWNER)
FACTS ARE IMPORTANT, so lets first point out that you weren't present when the initial doorbell rang, I was told the plumbers were with the HOA no prior information was given to me before that doorbell ring.  I was not aware of any leaks as it was inside of my neighbors garage not mine.

No one told me they were saving me money at all, your guy told me he was saving my neighbor $1k, at the end your tech wasn't sure where the water was coming from (WHICH FOR THE RECORD I HAD NO WATER LEAKS PRIOR TO YOUR VISIT) It was not until AFTER I was given the bill/estimate, FOR THE RECORD, he did tell me everything on my neighbors INVOICE, would transfer to me! No one offered payment options until the very end when I was handed an invoice and I asked. He then called you, not the other way around. Please keep in mind I was handling my own situation that had nothing to do with an unknown leak

I was NEVER told the hole in the wall wouldn't be fixed. Had I known you were not going to repair the hole, which turned into 2 holes, one 12x18 and the other 12x8 I would have argued more when I was told it was a necessity!  I never harassed anyone & never threatened anything, stop claiming any threats were made. I was told by your secretary that she wouldn't let me talk to anyone but her and kept hanging up, so I told her I would come to the office instead that is when I was finally able to speak to you.

I love working with companies who are realistic on their ideas of business and ones that understand they cannot just randomly ring a bell, cut some drywall, cause damage, and a bigger water leak under the impression that they are something they actually are not. Have a blessed day. Also I will be sending those invoices to you.

My insurance company USAA called innovative yesterday,  USAA was informed by your company that you could NOT find the leak, offered NO leak detection, and didn't really have a clue as to what was really going on.  ‍ But my... what a wonderful keyboard warrior you are Karen....I mean Tiffany

PURE Plumbing came out and actually did a leak detection, they found out the leak you claimed was mine was ACTUALLY my neighbors!

Amateur work and inflated prices.

I bought a house and needed to replace an old water heater.  The quote from Innovative Plumbing was for $1750 for the heater, it is $1191 from Home Depot (delivered), and while I am OK with businesses making a profit I am not OK with getting gouged.  When I asked them about it they said that they mark up their products because of their costs for transportation and maintaining inventory... but a 47% markup?  Really?  

I opted to buy the exact same model and to have them install it along with a  recirculation pump.  

Two weeks after the installation the water heater stopped working.  It turns out that water heater was fine and that it had stopped working because the insulation on the wires connecting the water heater to the power source were exposed and not covered by the wire nuts which caused a short (the wire nut was even melted).  This is basic stuff and unacceptable for a professional.

I noticed that it was still taking the hot water a long time to reach our sinks and showers.  I pulled out the instruction manual for the recirculation pump and discovered that they had installed it on the cold water intake rather than the hot water discharge.  Once again, a mistake that not even an amateur should make.

Unless you like excessive markups and amateur-quality work you should look elsewhere for professional plumbers who won't gouge you.

I've used plumbers for several different projects: installation of a whole house water system, toilet replacement, and dishwasher-kitchen drainage malfunction. This week, a pipe failed in my house. I randomly came across Innovative Plumbing Pros and am so glad I did!

The scheduler was professional and courteous. Jose the owner operator was at my house for same day service. I appreciate his quality of work and professionalism... from a well organized and clean work truck to explaining in terms I can understand the water malfunction, his solution to fix it, and cost.

After using three different plumbers in the last year, I finally found a Plumber I feel comfortable and confident using for all future needs. It is great to find a quality, locally owned and operated company. Jose's professionalism and quality of work was significantly better than the others I used. I highly recommend.

If the plumbing in your wall springs a leak, it can be a nightmare. Luckily, I had a pretty smooth experience finding and hiring a plumber to fix the problem.

I noticed a leak a couple of evenings ago, so I looked up plumbers in Henderson on Yelp and saw that Innovative Plumbing Pros seemed well-reviewed and had 24/7 service. I called them up, and they were fortunately able to send a technician named Anthony out to look at the problem. He cut away some of the drywall and pinpointed the leak, then set up a convenient appointment this morning (since I had work and couldn't be around during the intervening day). He also showed me how to turn the water main on and off so that I could get running water briefly while not letting the leak spread.

I had an 8am-noon estimated window for the repair visit. The company called me toward the end of the window, and the technician arrived afterward. His name was Jose and he seemed to be the head honcho. He took a look at the leak for himself, then after going over estimates, did the basic repair that I approved. He basically cut away part of the metal pipe and leaky hose and replaced it with a thick plastic pipe and some adapters to ensure a tight flow of water. All in all, it took well under an hour.

The price seemed fair, especially considering the emergency nature of the call, and Jose deducted the initial cost of Anthony's visit from the bill as Anthony had promised. I was able to pay with credit card instead of check, which is another plus. Also, Jose engaged in light conversation during the job and taught me a thing or two about some hobbyists in the area. They actually have runways for RC planes and tracks for RC cars in some nearby public spots. Not my cup of tea, but it was fun to learn something new after having lived here for a while.

Home services can be a bit of a blind spot on Yelp, so I was very fortunate to have a smooth and friendly experience with Innovative Plumbing Pros. They'll be the first business that comes to mind if I should have any issues in the future.

Called this morning. Had a major leak. Left a message on their voicemail system. Received a prompt call back. Window frame to arrive 9-1pm. They called to say they will show up at 9:30am. Arrived at that time. Jose repaired my copper pipe in a professional and expedited manner! Professional throughout. The charge was very fair. This will be my go to plumbing company moving forward. There was a major leak somewhere on my property, so I called Innovative Plumbing. After lots of digging, they found the leak. It was a major job that required digging in my front yard and cutting out part of my driveway. My pipes from the meter to my house were replaced and new valves installed. My driveway was repaired. Their workers arrived on time and cleaned up at the end of each day. They were friendly and professional. I highly recommend them if you need plumbing services.

Our neighbor recommended Innovative Plumbing Pros originally.  Called in the afternoon and they were able to have Greg come out to look at our leak.  Greg called when he was headed over and arrived within his estimate.  He confirmed the problem and gave us a quote.  Since I was anticipating a temporary repair, I bought a part from Lowes and Greg installed it for a nominal fee.  He worked diligently and confirmed the temporary fix (so we could get the water back on).

They replaced some leaky and corroded stop valves on a late-80s house.  They did the job with no problems or issues. Price was reasonable.  Plumbers were friendly, cooperative, and they cleaned up when done.  Would definitely call again.

Once again, Innovative Plumbing did a nice job for me.  In the past they have helped with plumbing aspects of a bathroom remodel, new toilet installs, and helped address my desire to get access to hot water quickly. Recently, they addressed another bathroom remodel (new shower/bath fixture installs including new cartridge for the valve), as well as installed a new shut off valve in the garage.  Twenty years of hard water rendered the old shut off impossible to meaningfully turn.  Staff have always been friendly, responsive, and respectful of my home.  They've tended to have a good sense of humor as well!  I have been happy with their pricing, and my 5 star review indicates I will not hesitate to contact them with future plumbing needs.

We have used Innovative Plumbing Pros several times over the past couple years. Always fair priced, great quality work and on time. Had our misting system installed as well as our replacement water heater. Jose & Anthony are true gentlemen and always great to chat with. I can't even think of calling anyone else!

I first used Innovative Plumbing about 6 to 7 months ago for several small things that needed done in my home. I was extremely impressed with the quality of work and pleasantly surprised at the price.

I had them come out again today to replace my water heater and two hose bibs. Once again, they did not disappoint.

We woke up on Memorial Day to find water dripping from upstairs into our kitchen. We called our Home Warranty Co. and no one wanted to pick up our request. We waited over 48 hours and still nothing. I asked my sister for a recommendation and she suggested Innovative. I am so glad I called. Anthony came over, on time and gave me a quote, that was beyond reasonable and was able to get the job done within a few hours.  He was professional, thorough and I enjoyed talking with him.

This was the 3rd plumbing company who came out to see us when our main water pipe leaked under concrete. Jose came the same day, communicated constantly, letting us know what the issue was. Was thorough and knowledgeable. What others said would take more than a week, he and Mr. Gonzalez worked tirelessly and completed in 2 days. Would recommend this company to anyone in a heartbeat.

They responded to me very quickly on yelp super positive. Estimate and repair went well I gave a 4 cuz we had a slight hiccup he was supposed to come Friday between 3 and 6 by 530 it's dark and there's no way he could work in the yard so I called and she said closer to 6 so I said better reschedule so it kinda messed up my Friday but he came by 9 the next morning and was done in ten minutes so we could go on with our day. They stuck to estimate which is always good. Would probably work with them again. Well had to give 5 stars they followed up with me and made everything right ! Fantastic company

Woke up in the middle of the night to find a p[ool of water in my bathroom...The toilet had a serious leak... Turned off the water, mopped up and got little sleep...Due to COVID crisis I am unemployed and don't need any excess expensesCalled Innovative Plumbing at 8 am and they quote a response of  between 1 and 5 pm which was fine with me. They called and seai they would be early and arrived around 12:30. Sevice manager Jose and his assistant arrived looked at the problem, quoted me an estimate price of $125 and that's exactly what it cost. They were fast neat and most importantly honest. I highly recommend them!

I chose these plumbers based on the incredible Yelp reviews. What a great team! Starting with Tiffany in the office. I had limited time and she was able to schedule around my timeframes. Jose did a plumbing inspection not missing a thing, on my house before I purchased it. They wrote up a quote and Jose answered all of my questions about the quote before I agreed to have the work done. Jose, Anthony, and Ralph recently did the repairs and replaced faucets, pop-up assemblies and flushed the water heater. They are an awesome team and I feel extremely confident in the quality of their work. These guys know what they're doing, are very professional and really nice guys. They even helped me with a minor household emergency that was happening when they arrived. Highly recommend!

I had called around for a plumber and all either couldn't come for many days or had a ridiculous fee just to come to the house. Innovative plumbing came the next morning, and had a very reasonable $80 fee that would be applied for the first hour of labor.

Anthony came to my house, and was nice, quick and clean. He fixed everything very quickly and the visit was only the $80 plus $20 for one part I needed. I will call Innovative next time I need a plumber!

Addendum: Tiffany was also very nice and helpful. I had a pretty restrictive times in which I could be home, and she squeezed my visit in one of them.

This plumbing company lead by Jose and his crew are true professionals. It's rare to have a quality small business in this age that truly cares about their work and reputation. Communication, honesty, care, reliable, excellence, integrity, and accountability are just several words that come to mind when I think of this supreme plumbing business.

I recently had a 10 year old water heater break down at one of my properties recently. Innovative plumbing was highly recommended from several people and businesses in town. I called them after hours and to my surprise the owner said he could respond to the property at 9pm! Jose arrived on time and immediately diagnosed the problem. He even verified with the manufacture to assure my old water heater wasn't still under warranty.

Jose gave me several options and explained in detail about the pros and cons of each option. I ended up going for an extremely high end and reliable tankless water heater that is energy star compliant. Jose was able to install the unit the following day with complete satisfaction. Jose even researched a rebate from southwest gas that would minimize my out of pocket cost in this beautiful new unit. At the end of the day the service, install, and products were amazing.

Please make sure to check out my honest reviews of other REPUTABLE businesses in town and stay the hell away from ones that were given a poor review by myself!

So we had some minor plumbing issues so I thought i'd give them a call again. A couple of small leaks and we needed a hose clamp for our water softener. I called and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Jose called me this morning letting me know he was a few minutes out. When he got here I pointed out what the issues were and he made a few recommendations, wrote an estimate and started the work right way. Excellent service and came within their service window without issue. Won't hesitate to use them again.

Innovative Plumbing is an excellent company to work with. They are punctual, friendly and have a lot of experience. They gave good advice and recommendations but were not pushing. I highly recommend them!

We just had Innovative Plumbing Pros out to fix a plumbing issue.  We called them yesterday and were greeted with the most friendly person that helped set up and appointment this morning.  Today Anthony came out and fixed our issue.  But it gets better.  He made a point to show us some helpful things we can do on a regular basis to keep certain plumbing issues from happening, as well as helped teach us how to flush our hot water heater.  What an incredibly professional, helpful and generous employee.  This guy was awesome.  We will not only use you again if we need services in the future, but will definitely refer others to you based on our experience.  Kudos to the person who hired Anthony.  Thanks Innovative Plumbing.

I requested a leak detection and Jose came out the same day to do it.  He checked a few areas and determined the leak was outside the house.  There's about a hundred feet of pipe out there and he could not determine an approximate area where the leak is. I found out from another plumbing company that usually a leak can be determined within 3 feet of the break, Jose did not bother trying to pinpoint it.  He said he would write up an estimation of how much it would cost to fix the leak (without knowing where it is) and send it to me.  He never sent it or called back.  I called once and he did not return the call.  Pretty much $250 wasted for near useless results. I will not be using them again.  I gave 2 stars because of prompt response, but otherwise a very disappointing service.

EDIT:   After speaking with Tiffany we cleared up the confusion regarding the estimate quote.  It was sent, but I did not receive it and Jose did not have his company phone because he was on vacation.  The $250 I spent on the leak detection would have been credited to the estimate for leak repair as well, which was a reasonable rate.  I will consider using their service again in the future.

Jose came by and gave us our quote which was great. He knew/understood exactly what we wanted and how to get it done.  We then threw a couple more jobs around the house at him and he quickly calculated the price and time it would take to complete. Seeing all the extra work we just threw at him, he asked to make another appointment which was expected since I just asked for a couple more hours of work to be completed. We set up the appointment for 2 days later, Jose came back and knocked out all the tasks without a flaw. Great service and knowledgeable workers!

Just needed a quick problem solved related to a bad appliance - you'd be surprised how many other plumbers just flat out ignore you when you contact them.

Innovative replied within minutes and had me set up quickly.

Super friendly, plumber showed up on time, solution only took minutes, and price wasn't outrageous for a quick home visit.

I have heard a leaking noise coming from what I thought was my washing machine. I would absolutely recommend Innovative Plumbing. Their 5 star rating was earned and deserved. They send you both text and email messages to advise you when the plumber is enroute with tracking ability including an eta. Through those options it also gives you direct ability to call or text the plumber. Innovative has invested in themselves to provide this system to make it very efficient for both the consumer and themselves. Called for a clogged main drain line and they came out in an hour and had it fixed very professionally and with a reasonable cost. Highly recommend!

In the morning, Jose stopped in to evaluate the puddle in my front yard and scheduled Jeff to come by later in the day to fix it.  It was fixed in one day.

Jeff did an awesome repair job!  
+He was patience with me and talked me through the process of fixing the leak that was causing a puddle in my front yard.  
+When he found the leak, he showed me what it looked like and explained the fix.  
+When it was fixed, he tested it and again showed me the fix before back-filling the hole.  
+He stayed until just after sunset to make sure the work was done.
+He put in extra effort to get my yard back to it's previous state.

I previously had 2 other people at my house *trying* to figure out this issue and those other companies made it out to be a very big deal that they would try to fix.  I didn't use them.  Jose and Jeff knew exactly what they were doing, assured me it was no big deal and had it FIXED IN ONE DAY (when previous people took all day to show up and tell me they weren't sure if they could fix it.)

Jose was professional and responsive. My dogs chewed through my wires overnight and I woke up without hot water. Jose came out and fixed the issue the same day and was extremely nice.

Update: Received a very nice phone call apologizing for the lack of communication. They came out and looked at my system. They ascertained that it had been installed improperly by the original company. Great guys. Very professional. Will use again.

I had used the same plumber for the past 10+ years. They were great! I wrote at least one 5* review for them. I recently called them to repair a loud noise emanating whenever we turned the water on or flushed a toilet. They said they didn't have an opening for two weeks. I said that would be okay. They then texted me the next day said they didn't have an opening for a month. Again, I said okay. I never heard back from them.

I had to find a new plumber and chose Innovative Plumbing Pros after reading their Yelp reviews. I called on a Friday afternoon and they were able to schedule me in two business days.

Carlos, the service manager, and his helper showed up on time. They were both very friendly, professional, and answered all of my questions. In this time of Omicron, it was a good feeling to see them wear masks the entire time they were here.

Carlos checked our water pressure and said the regulator was our problem. I asked if he could adjust the pressure with the regulator. He did the adjustment taking the pressure from 55 psi to 75 psi. We no longer had the loud noise after turning the water on. He told me that noise could come back if it couldn't hold the pressure at 75 psi.  We decided to give it a try.

Carlos replaced two water bibs that were old and leaking. They're perfect now!

Carlos also looked at our master bathroom and kitchen as we are going to remodel them both in the near future. We will be scheduling an appointment for Carlos and the general contractor Innovative works with to give us an estimate on the work we would like done.

When my shower wouldn't turn off, I called Innovative Plumbing Pros. They came to my house withing 30m of me calling, which was amazing since I had to shut off water to the entire house. Jose Corrales was the plumber who came, and he was great! I told him what had happened and he knew right away that the cartridge had to be replaced. Turns out the old one had basically just crumbled into pieces! He was extremely nice and efficient, and he was in and out in about 45 minutes. Couldn't have asked for a better outcome! Will definitely be calling again if I need to!

It was ok. The problem was water pressure regulator. They guy quoted us $375 for a 5 minute replacement, as he said. We asked for a breakdown of the cost (parts and labor). He said it was a flat fee. Then we asked for an email quote with the part number, never got it. So I went to Lowe's and bought a part (with the help of the Internet) for a little over $100 and replaced it myself. Saved me over $200. I don't believe that a part that takes 5 minutes to replace should cost $375. Will not use them again.

Very professional, I had a bad experience with a previous plumber. and innovative came in and fixed every thing quickly and professionally.the workers where very competent and I feel like the price was not bad for what you get.

I had a blockage in my sewer line.  I called Innovative Plumbing due to their being local and the good reviews.  Their office staff was very responsive.  Within an hour of calling Anthony arrived.  He immediately informed me of the cost and even though fixing the issue turned out to be a bit more complicated he kept to that price.  Not only was Anthony very professional and knowledgeable but his upeat attitude was refreshing as well.  Our problem was resolved and we had the pleasure of meeting an interesting person.

Great company, highly recommend! They came through in a bind as we didn't have any hot water.  They responded back immediately and advised me that they had a last min cancellation and that they can come to my house asap!  That was great news for me!
Fast forward to 45 min later as they left.  Anthony was awesome.  Very personable and knew what he was doing.  I did not feel pressured at all and pricing was extremely fair.  I can't thank them enough to come through immediately - it was a huge weight off my back to get it done right away.  I found my new 'go to' plumbers - thanks again!!  We'll be in touch!

I have to say, working with this company was great!  Beginning with the very first visit to my very last call stating the job was complete I experienced nothing but great customer service!  Tiffany and the receptionist were very patient with my many, many calls and questions it was certainly appreciated.   I would recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.

Like all transplanted valley residents, I moved here. Of course, all the handymen, skilled-trades and contractors remained back home. I started anew. Frankly, it's been hit-and-miss. Lots of substandard outfits for hire.

Certainly, Innovative is a professional operation. Responsive, skilled and helpful. Both projects were undertaken in short order with high-quality results. But, this is to be expected.

Here's the bonus: the crew here (José, Mr. Gonzalez and a charming Cajun) shares very thorough explanations and a vast inventory of knowledge about plumbing operations. I got a whole-house outline, future projects to keep monitoring and assurances. All because the crew proved conversational, helpful and predisposed to obtain my favor.

Anthony B. was exceptionally professional, kind, and a master of his craft.  The home warranty company we use contracted with Innovative to fix some pluming issues in our kitchen.  I was not home when they arrived so my wife met with Anthony.  As I only spoke with Anthony and not the company itself I would certainly recommend the work Anthony did to everyone.  The issue Anthony fixed was previously fixed by another technician 11 months earlier who failed to bring the correct parts.  I then had to fix it myself a couple months ago as well.  But when the leaked resurfaced this time I told Anthony what parts i thought needed to be replaced and he already had them with him as I was speaking to him on the phone.  

Lastly from the feedback from my wife was that Anthony went out of his way to answer the 100 questions she had asked him while he was doing the work and did not hesitate to check for other pluming issues my wife thought the house had.

I had a kitchen sink back up a while back and called my warranty co. to come look and it and fix it.  It turned out that the snakes they had were either to fat or too short to reach long enough through the clean out, so they recommended a Hydro Jet system to flush the grease out (my house was built the 70's and the pipes are more narrow than newer homes).  
Unfortunately, my warranty does not cover Hydro Jet flushes, so I was looking at about $400-$500 out of pocket cost.  I was not thrilled to hear that.
  After looking up plumbing companies around my area, it was a common price range around $400-$500, until I found Innovative Plumbing.  I called and talked to Tiffany, who was very friendly and had openings that week.  
  When the technicians came (the first time) during the process, they noticed the hose had a cut in it and informed me right then.  They called in to the office to report it, did not charge me and gave me the option to use them or use another company if my needs were not met.  I kept my devotion with them until they got a new hose.  I could not bare to miss that price! So I waited.
 I made several calls with Tiffany, still as friendly and welcoming as the first time I spoke with her, got the technicians out once more to finish the job, and I might add, I called two days earlier last minute to see if they had openings that day, as I had an impromptu day off, and they were able to come out.  
  Needless to say, the prices are very competitive, Tiffany and the staff were always available to answer and the job was complete.  I will be recommending them to friends and family!

Anthony did a superb job for a plumbing issue that was not so easy to fix.  We appreciate his expertise as well as thoroughness.

Another job well done.  I called at around 4 this afternoon, for a toilet installation.  I was told that they were all busy, but if someone finished early they would call me back.  About 4:30 they called back and about 15 minutes later Jose was at my house installing the toilet.  This is my second time calling Innovative Plumbing, and I will not hesitate to call them again if needed.  Thank you Jose and Innovative.

I went with this plumbing company because they were local. Very happy with the service we got and actually hired them for another job. No nonsense and worked with my schedule. Pricing is comparable to others.

They are excellent.  First they actually answer their phone and come when scheduled.  They did a very large job at our home.  They were professional and did a great job.  We had a slab leak and collected a few quotes.  We selected them based on Jose who came to do the estimate.  It turned out to be even a bigger job than first projected but they completed it, including clean up in a shorter amount of time they then first quoted us.
