We had a outside faucet break in the last freeze we had and water was shooting up about 5 feet in the air, I called Rowe and within a half an hour(one of their guys was working up the street) they showed up to shut off the water and then came back about an hour later to fix the faucet. These guys are the greatest, Tim makes you feel like family and his guys are all super friendly! They are my go to Plumbers! Will call them again and again!

Charlie is a true professional. I highly recommend him! He fixed my furnace and was very patient.

Honest company! I have used this company twice now. Both times they were able to send someone out that afternoon, with no hidden charges. They patched a simple leak in my basement after I was told by another company, that morning, that all the pipes in my entire house had to be completely replaced! Very nice, knowledgeable and so helpful without any feeling of sales or being taken advantage of whatsoever.

I've had 2 good experiences with Lovett Plumbing.  

The first was a boiler/water tank replacement 2 years ago.  I shopped 3 contractors and Charlie Lovett was most informed and best at balancing my eco aspirations with cost and reliability concerns.  The project took less than a day, no mess, and no issues.  Charlie helped with the paperwork I needed to get a zero interest loan.   Cost was middle of the pack.

More recently I had a sewage back-up crisis and Lovett got right on the case, fixed the clog, and explained the options and costs for a long-term fix (roots getting into the pipes).

Herb and his team were kind, prompt and honest. Can't ask for much more when it comes to contracting big jobs! Herb was able to quickly come and properly assess what work we needed done. He wasnt trying to scare me into believing anything needed to be done other than what he could see during the inspection. I will most definitely be hiring plumbing express again in the future.

Brian was very helpful and provided a great referral as he was unable to help me at the time. What really impressed me was that although he was unable to provide the immediate service I needed, he had me text photos and then contacted another plumber with the photos and an explanation of my issue. This type of customer service is so appreciated.

I had a leak coming from my kitchen sink and called Bob. He was quick and reliable, even came out the same day! His prices were fair and he was honest! Will definitely be calling him again!

I love these guys!  I'm a realtor and service plus plumbing has been a lifesaver for both me and my clients.  Landon is super responsive.  Alex has worked in my home and the homes of my clients.  He's so nice and hardworking.  I would recommend this company to anyone.  Their pricing is competitive and they do excellent work!

Set up an appointment on Wednesday for 5 PM, unfortunately Don never showed and I was unable to leave a voicemail because his mailbox was full and have yet to talk to him two days later so I had to go with someone else.  he seemed like a really nice man but unfortunately he didn't come through like he said he would. I would not advise using this service

While I am frustrated with the information that was relayed to me about how to fix my lighting issue, and I ended up having someone else come out and fix the issue, Mr. Holland did refund me the time that the electrician was here, when the issue was diagnosed incorrectly. So even though I wasn't happy with the way things went down, the company did rectify it in the end by doing some service recovery.

They got me once for an outside hose valve that cracked in winter due to ice.  $400+ to replace a valve.  And it took 2 visits to get it right.  Way overpriced, TV advertising does cost a lot I suppose.

Great job.  Came out on a Sunday, finished the job on a Monday.  I really appreciated how Mike took the time to explain everything to me.  Highly recommended!

Quick and effective. Solved my problems and gave me great peace of mind. Wonderful to work with and quick to call back when there was a small change in arrival time.

WARNING   The worst experience I have ever had.  DO NOT USE, They will give you a quote, charge you more, Be completely rude, and than argue and talk over you when you try to explain what your concern is.  The quoted price was ridiculous to start with but we were in a pinch.  Four times as much as any other Plumber stated the cost should of been.  I wish I didn't make this mistake and go with the first one.  STAY AWAY, Very unprofessional.
