Robert John Ray (Bob), Owner, Master Plumber, and the man behind Atlas Plumbing started his career at the young age of 15 for Ray Plumbing mentored by his father, master plumber #8 in the State of Nevada.
Starting out it was just him and his truck, through hard work and determination the company grew as did his family. The company office was the family living room. Pre shifts in the morning while the kids ate breakfast before school. Occasionally Bob would bring his kids with him to jobs to find time to spend with each of them.
At points throughout his career Bob operated Atlas Plumbing and other full time jobs. For a time he was the Lead Plumber at the Mirage Hotel and Casino, a part of the crew that built the Mirage Volcano, the first of its kind. He was the Plumbing Shift Manager for the Golden Nugget and a Plumbing / Mechanical Inspector for the State of Nevada.
Just as Bob had once done, and now becoming three generations of plumbers, his oldest son Rod Ray joined his team as

We used Atlas when doing our home remodel a couple of years ago and were very satisfied. So, when it came time for a simple repair recently we thought we would call on them again. WOW! There estimate for the repair was TWICE as much as Innovative Plumbing! Needless to say, we went with Innovative and were very happy with the work AND the price.
Thank you Atlas plumbing called on a Sunday for an emergency fix not only did you answer quickly but came within the hour of my call . Danny Lloyd your plumber arrived as promised very professional and courteous explained everything that needed to be done . Very fair pricing . We have been suffering with an awful smell in our house for a year. We had numerous plumbers come out and all of them never took the real time to find the issue.
5 minutes in my house Danny found a vent pipe that was not connected fixed it and was gone in 30 minutes! I'll never call another plumber! Thanks Danny!
I can't probably say enough about this company.. I had a amazing experience from the minute I called until the final experience. Michelle was sooo very helpful and soo very considerate with expediting my family's situation when our water heater went out.. She really went above and beyond.. Also Rod..He personally came out to my house to also expedite this matter during Covid, making sure and going out of his way to get our water heater installed.. I've been in Vegas for 52yrs.. it's very rare that you can find a company who goes above and beyond for their customers.. Again I can't say enough!!! Thank you Atlas. Danny Lloyd was just left my house. He was absolutely awesome. I recommend everyone too use Atlas Plumbing. They appreciate and respect military veterans.
We were having problems with water pressure being too strong, or not strong enough, to a leaky faucet. Dave Smith at Atlas Plumbing handled it all. Punctual, courteous, and no up charges. If you need any plumbing work I would strongly suggest you call Atlas Plumbing who will now be my family plumber and the only plumber I refer.
Best company by far!!!! Sunshine truly cares about her clients and Brian is top notch. Originally had Brian out on March 9th to hook up my water softener and he did and outstanding job.....5 stars for that visit and for Sunshine who cares about her clients and her team!!! Today March 23rd Brian cane back out for a small issue and took care of it right away and is top notch. You can tell that he truly cares about doing the job correctly the first time. He cares about the customer and will lay it out, good, bad or indifferent you don't have to wonder if your being told the truth and I trust him and Atlas plumbing that I have a new plumbing company for any future issues. I made an appointment for a toilet installation. The receptionist at Atlas Plumbing would not provide an estimate for a toilet installation over the phone. I went to Lowes and bought the toilet and necessary parts. Therefore, the plumber only had to install the toilet. My appointment window was 10am-12pm. The plumber arrived at close to 4pm after I made two phone calls to the Atlas plumbing office. The plumber then told me the price would be $335, which is an exorbitantly high price for a simple toilet installation. Unfortunately I needed the toilet to be functional for the next day and because the plumber had arrived so late during the business day, I was stuck paying the high bill. This was definitely a learning experience. Even if a company promises a timely appointment, do not make an appointment with a company that refuses to provide a quote but, also charges a service fee for the appointment.

ELISEO!! Man, this kid is quick, efficient, and so kind. He came out and re-routed our piping due to a hot side slab leak. He clearly went over our options and helped us to pick the best solution for our problem. We highly recommend asking for him, as he has made us a believer in great plumbers in the area.

Wow, wow, wow! I am beyond thrilled with my new walk-in shower, thanks to the team at Atlas Plumbing (Luxury Bath).
From start (Doug) to finish (Hopi, Rod & Daisy) , they came through and went above and beyond to be sure I was taken care and I was! Honestly, after meeting with 2 other companies, they stood head and shoulders above and delivered a stunning transformation.
Just took my first shower in it and I highly recommend the seat (who knew you could sit while shaving your legs?)

Super impressed! I needed a plumber and I looked up multiple companies here on yelp. I then had 3 different friends recommend Atlas. I made the appointment and I love the technology with texting reminders and email confirmations! Mario and Eliseo came to my house for my leak. They were very professional also in masks and explained what they were going to do and fixed it quickly! They were so friendly and we had good conversations while they worked quickly! I will always call Atlas in the future and I am a very picky customer. They knocked it out of the park!

Sprung a leak in the kitchen faucet. Contacted Atlas ( cuz they had outstanding yelp reviews ) and spoke to Elie in the office. Explained what was happening. Texted her some photos. She noticed I had a Moen faucet which has a lifetime warranty. She directed me on how to contact Moen to get a replacement. She also gave me a quote on what it would cost if they came out and provided the replacement part. In the end, I decided to buy a newer faucet and have Atlas install it. I texted Elie who set up my appointment for the next morning. David S. Called and texted the next morning to let me know he was on the way. The text included his photo and a brief bio. David S. was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. He took care of the installation and gave me some pointers on care and use. This company is 5 stars all the way. I will definitely be calling them again for any plumbing needs.
Definitely recommend this company! I had Dakota out to my home 2 days ago to replace my washer and dryer water valves due to them being old and corroded. He quoted me a great price and had the work done just in time for me to make it to a meeting! Tech was super nice.

They did an ok job but the plumber salesman that did a bathroom remodel was rude. Would not use them again. Paid them for remodel and he turned into a pushy salesman ..tried to sell me a water softener.
Atlas has great customer service! Juan was polite and very friendly and nice. He was on time and also worked fast! I would definitely recommend Atlas to anyone.
Eliseo took excellent care of us. They were able to repair our sewer line a lot quicker than we thought possible.... and that was important because we were without a toilet until it was done. They put in long hours in summer heat to make sure the job was done and done right. These guys are pros. Highest recommendation.
I had a pipe leak and didn't know who to call so I decided to look on yelp. I'm glad I did and found Atlas and their service. Walked out in my garage this afternoon and heard a strange sound and a little detective work saw that my hot water heat had seen better days. Talked with Atlas Plumbing and they asked if they could get the model and serial number of my current hot water heater so they could have one on the technicians truck since the time when he would be getting to my residence it would be close to the time businesses would be closing. Great planning ahead. I'm so thankful they did. As Thomas Brunner was sent by Atlas plumbing to see what the issue was. He sent a great text introducing himself with his picture so we knew who he was and details about his experience as a plumber. He also shared that he should everything on his truck to fix the issue. He arrived just a few minutes later. Checked out the water heater and said it needed replaced and should be done in about 30 minutes. From the time he walked up to the time he left was 46 minutes. No mess left behind from his work either.

It's been one week now since they guys from Atlas Plumbing came out to do a plumbing repair. And happy to report that it has been fixed! No more leak coming from the second floor.
Atlas was actually 2nd on my list but since the other company was not available till the next day and the receptionist Vicki at Atlas said she can have someone out here in two hours, we went went Atlas and glad we did.
Sean came over and did troubleshoot, figured out the problem and what needed to be done. He did not have the fixture in his truck but said they can be out the next morning. The next day, it was Keith who came out, he looked at the leak and verified the problem, and the pipe was fixed within the hour.
The prices charged for residential repairs was fair and reasonable. In fact they did not charge us for the first day.
The Atlas crew are all professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Being that they are local, family owned and have been in business 30+ years, I knew I can depend on them to follow thru. I definitely would recommend them to family and friends.
I set an appointment to have a cartridge swapped out for my shower valve. I had to get in contact with my HOA, post notices on every unit in my building, and take time off of work. The day of the appointment, no one calls or shows up. I call them to see what's up, turns out that the plumber that was going to do my place was no longer with the company. Things happen, but at least call and let your customers know. They offered me ten percent off for the inconvenience. Whatever, I need my shower fixed. I set up the next appointment. I couldn't take work off this time. Had my girlfriend stay home.Dude shows up, doesn't introduce himself, isn't very friendly, and then installs the cartridge upside down. Now in order to get hot water I have to turn the knob to the right instead of the left. Minor inconvenience for some, but the escutcheon plate is marked for the heat to the left and every home I've ever had the heat was to the left. For me, this is completely inconvenient and unprofessional. At least my shower works. To top this off, when it comes to paying, I text a picture of my card to my girlfriend to pay. He grabs the phone from her, puts the payment info in his phone, multiple times because he was having issues. I checked my bank statement, a seemingly correct amount was tendered. But I wouldn't know, as I was not provided a receipt with the breakdown of the work order.

The pilot on our water heater would not stay lit. Atlas (authorized Rheem dealer) replaced the pilot and that did not fix the problem. Atlas came back out again and replaced the gas control. That fixed the problem. I was charged for the installation of both parts, though the first part was not the problem. I talked to Rheem, and they said there are tests that could have been done to isolate the defective part. My email and letter to Atlas went unanswered.

When my hot water heater stopped working, I called the manufacturer Rheem and in turn they contracted Atlas Plumbing to stop by my house and diagnose the issue. The technician was on time and friendly. However he made an egregious error telling me I had the wrong power vent water heater for my type of residence and I needed to contact the company that sold it to me to get it replaced with a regular non power vent type.
I didn't know anything about water heaters but simply spending 10 minutes on Google told me the features of my installed water heater and that I didn't have a power vent. And for someone in the industry where this is your job, the power vent and non power vent models are easily discernible by visual inspection. This type of mistake should NOT happen.
So a few days passed and I called Atlas to tell them they mis-diagnosed my water heater. I asked them - what is the standard procedure after a diagnosis is performed? Was Atlas supposed to follow up by sending their report to the manufacturer? I was informed that no, the way they handle things is to leave it up to the customer to follow up with the manufacturer. Or if a few days goes by and the manufacturer doesn't ask for the report then they might send it. Really? Doesn't seem very helpful to me or customer service oriented to me. The manufacturer hired you for the job - you should take the initiative to provide them with the job report.
Anyway, after voicing my complaint over the phone, the woman I spoke with promised to follow up with the technician who came over to my house and get back to me to confirm the mis-diagnosis and determine next steps. Unsurprisingly I didn't receive a follow up call back. I'm guessing they realized their mistake and just figured they would blow me off and that would be the end of it.
One other thing - their email notification system was messed up and started sending me appointment reminders for other people's appointments.
Based on the customer service I received I would discourage anyone from using the services of this company.
Even though i felt we could not come to an agreement with the water softener the water heater service was excellent. I got a leak in my water heater and they sent out a professional plumber who handled business at no charge. Leak was fixed. Vicky was nice on the phone when I called to advised them Of the leak and a half hour later the plumber came. Awesome. Too bad we couldn't come to an agreement on the water softener but the heater service is excellent only reason not 5 stars.
I was looking for a company to remove my old shower tub and install a brand new walk in shower. Had multiple quotes and were quite pricey. Atlas plumbing charged about half of the other companies in Las Vegas. I was blessed to have the owner and his son work on the majority of my bathroom. I did have some issues with parts that I ordered from Lowe's. Not Atlas fault. They did go out their way to help with that situation. They noticed I had a cartoon collection, and we talked about that. That was fun. Shower turned out great in the end. I am going with this company with all my plumbing issues.
Atlas plumbing is the best! David let us know over the phone what needed to be done to fix our leaking pipe in the wall and then showed up a few hours later to take care of it. He and Dominic kept us updated on what they were doing the whole time and cleaned as they worked. They also gave us the number of someone who can fix the rest of the water damage we had. Love them! 5000 starts

So grateful that this company was referred by a friend!! Most of the companies I phoned wanted a large up front fee that would be applied to the cost of fixing the problem. Atlas came out and gave a free estimate. They were on time and knowledgeable, esp. given that the issue was unusual. Steve was great, knowledgeable, thoughtful and very competent. Dealing with the office was very good. Marla was efficient and on top of issues managing the scheduling. My problem was researched and fixed very quickly. I would not hesitate using Atlas in the future. Reassuring to have a plumber one can trust. The pricing was reasonable as well.

This the 3rd time I called Atllas twice for myself and once for my Father place . I normally do my own repairs but sometimes I get frustrated and just don't want to well so the time I called several plumbers have didn't have time for new customer and 3 did no call no show one Co. did it twice so when I talk to the receptionist she was so polite it made feel better my day was so great till then . Well they were here on time and ready to work each time. Yes they are pricey but all plumbers are and trust me even with and easy fix plumbing is a pain in the rump. Sorry can't recall the names of the plumbers that did the first 2 calls but Bryan was today's plumbers he was on time polite and got right to it and finish in a Jiff. Danny came out to provide an estimate for a shower repair. He arrived in the time frame given. Danny was very polite and informative in his explanation of the issue. He has worked on our house multiple times in the past. Great service, will continue to work with him and Atlas plumbing!
Today, (Saturday) we woke to sound of rushing water coming from the side of our house. Upon checking out the sound we found a gurgling pond right outside the living room window. We shut off the main valve at the street and started the plumber search. After calling several plumbers two of which we had worked with before, who said the soonest they could possibly check our problem was Monday. One was kind enough to put us on a waiting list for today with a promise of service on Sunday. In the meantime we looked on our trusty Nextdoor App and found several plumbers recommended there. My first call was to Atlas plumbing who said they could have someone out within a half hours. Within that 30 minutes, Peter had come out checked our problem out, told us what it was and advised us that it was our irrigation system and suggested we ask our landscaper if he could fix it since it would probably be a bit lighter on the pocketbook. He also checked several other things out for us, gave us information we needed and suggested a possible repair in the future for which he would send us an estimate in case the landscaper was not equipped to deal with that problem as well. His service call, advice and checks (water pressure, hot water heater inspection and water softener inspection) were all part of their initial estimate, was free. Peter was very cheerful, polite and concise. A pleasure to deal with. We will definitely be adding Atlas Plumbing to our list of household assistants. Thank you Peter and Atlas.

I got my leaky faucet tub fixed by Pete and his assistant Lionel on 9/6/18. I called the day prior to set the appointment.
They were both very courteous and professional and arrived on time. They even wore shoe covers. :)
I tried to do the job myself, but little did I know a blow torch was needed. And I tried to do it myself the day prior, with no luck...
The main cartridge was jammed to the pipe because of the hard water/calcium build up (we don't own a water softener, but probably should).
Cost of repair = $110/hour plus parts. Not bad. If I need any other plumbing work, I'ld definitely call Atlas Plumbing again and ask for Pete. He's a very knowledgeable plumber, he knows what he's doing. Pete adjusted the water temperature as well, per my request. (I watched the entire time while they were repairing the faucet). Now I can take a super hot shower with great water pressure and no more leaky faucet!!!! Thanks again guys! :)

I want to give Kieth Cooper a plumber with Atlas the best review ever. He was the 3rd plumber from different companies to diagnose my situation at home. Every one said I needed to do something different to get my problem fixed. Of course the other guys were up charging the amount and work that needed to be done. Kieth was 2 hours early ( not complaining) and inspected my house as I told him about what the other plumbers said was the problem. He grabbed his snake machine and went straight to unclogging my main line. Within 30 minutes he was done and he saved me from breaking my floors and replacing the main line like others would have done. He was early, polite, honest and real. We had nothing short of an amazing experience with Atlas. We suspected a main line leak at our property, Atlas was going to come back for a test to determine exactly where at a 2nd visit to our house but the owner came along and advised against it for fear of making the issue worse. They gave us 2 quotes, one with trenching and replacing the line and another quite with just line replacement after we trenched ourselves. We went with option 2 trenched ourselves and they were out next business day to replace the line. Customer service was top notch, very communicative, and great pricing. I really appreciated they were open about the possibility of making things worse with the test I hoped of us avoiding more loss of water and money. Would absolutely recommend!
I called and whomever the lady that answered the phone did not give her name after I asked nor did she want to hear what I had to say , once I started speaking she hung up the phone. I called back to share I needed to speak with a manger she puts me on hold comes back to the call and says Not interested and hangs up again. Not sure if she's having a bad morning or she heard a Black mans voice. Bad first impression Atlas Plumbing.

I saw all the amazing reviews about Atlas Plumbing and I really wanted to use them to fix my sink. I call them up and the person helping me doesn't really see to know what is going on which was a little annoying but hey I'm not here to talk, I need some plumbing services. Once we found a day that would work for them to come out she lets me know that they charge a $145 fee to come out and it does NOT go towards the work being done I though I heard wrong so I asked if I had heard right, that they would charge me $145 to come out on top of whatever the work is, not included in the price I've worked with many plumbers over the years and this was a first for me. I was really hoping to give this place a 5 star review as I rarely write bad reviews but this is ridiculous. I'm sure they do great work, but this was very unfortunate, and no it wasn't a weekend or holiday.
Absolutely the best! David was here at 8:45, all done by 9:45. Put in beautiful new faucet for utility sink AND a new shower head, also giving us more water pressure. Excellent service! We'll never use anyone else :=)
Tech came out to give an estimate for a simple p trap install. We were given a price, but later advised that we actually had a bottle trap that did not meet code for the location it was to be installed.
We worked with the vendor to exchange the part and then contacted Atlas again to do the install. After no return call, I called back and spoke to the office manager who was extremely rude. She stated that because of the notes, the tech would need to call me back. She also asked me to send photos of the new parts for him to look at.
Later that morning the tech calls back and informs me that because I wasted his time with the first appointment, and that I was rude to the office, he would be politely declining the job and to find someone else.
I wouldn't do business again with this company if they paid me.
I recently had a bad experience with another plumbing company and I must say, Atlas did an absolutely amazing job. I needed my kitchen sink and faucet changed out and decided to give them a try. The plumbers showed up on time, gave me a fair quote, were extremely respectful of my house, and did great quality work. I had some concerns about the sink that I purchased and they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with it before they left. I would 100% recommend. I should also note, the other company I received a quote from stated the job would take 6-8 hours and atlas had it done in 2 hours. Can't beat it!
We were remodeling our kitchen, installing new countertops, sink, faucet and garbage disposal. National Stone, who was installing the countertops, recommended Troy of Atlas Plumbing. I called and scheduled the appt to have them install the sink, faucet and disposal. They were prompt in arriving, were reasonably priced and did a great job!! Very pleased with their work and professionalism. I will certainly use their services again!
I went by the Yelp reviews and I'm so glad I did. From the person answering the phone to the technician that came out, everyone was really nice. I liked that Brandon came with his mask and shoe covers, it was considerate of Atlas to send their people protected. I had another company come out for something else and they didn't have a mask or shoe covers. Besides the great customer service the work they did was also very good. I definitely recommend Atlas to anyone looking for a plumber, I will be going back for any future repairs.

The cost of unclogging my kitchen sink was excessive. The amount requested was $260. I declined the offer.
Very disappointed as I had seen good reviews for this company.
I ended up calling my step son who cleaned the trap and had working in fifteen minutes.
Really professional guys, great service, and the price is very, very reasonable. Rod and Steve were fantastic and fixed our leak in no time. No hassle fixes and their technicians are on the ball!

First you will notice that they don't generally respond to one star reviews, but they do respond to 5 star reviews.
My complaint isn't with their work. 35 min worth of work, $28 worth of parts (Lowes price, I am sure they pay less), $416 with the credit card surcharge! Why? That's our flat rate for businesses. Everybody is entitled to make a profit, but that is a lot. I don't like their self righteous biographies either. VERY HIGH PRICES. It's all money with them. (Hence the 4% credit card surcharge) In Las Vegas the bar is very low for service companies. If the company shows up and does the work and that is considered outstanding. In the rest of the country that is considered normal.

Mario was great, super friendly, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He was prompt and even sent us an I'm on my way text with a nice introduction of himself that helped us feel more comfortable prior to his arrival. We're happy with his service and plan to keep Atlas Plumbing in our back pocket even after our warranty expires. It's hard as a new homeowner to find a plumber you can trust and I would definitely recommend this place.

We have used Atlas Plumbing for years. They have been a great company who have helped us through many plumbing ups and downs over the years. I really can't say enough good thing about them.
This company has come out to my rental home a few times since I moved in due to an ongoing plumbing issue. Being out going and liking to learn, I always stick around to see what they are doing and why. Keith and Richard have both been extremely kind and informative throughout their visits. I hope your whole staff is like them.
Atlas was great to deal with. Brandon was very nice, patient and super efficient. The work was done quickly and he triple checked at the end that our toilet was finally working without leaking. He explained in details what he was doing and was a pleasure to deal with!

Our kitchen sink drain pipe snapped during a kitchen renovation and Atlas got that fixed up for me super fast. We had an emergency with a busted pipe at our business in the afternoon last week and called Atlas Plumbing (never used them before, just called someone quickly). We could not say enough great things about them! Not only did they wave the emergency fee (given our specific circumstances) but they were able to send someone quickly and they got here so fast! Be sure to find out the cost before you have these guys do the job. They charged us $300 for a half hour work installing a garbage disposal. We had the new one already. Who really thinks they should make $600 an hour? Yes, he drove here but $600 an hour is even more ridiculous. This was not an emergency call The job is done but WOW! They do free estimates if you give them $10 for gas.
Atlas Plumbing did a superior job with the plumbing issue that our friend had at her house. Our friend, who is 100 years old, asked for our help in locating a good honest and reliable plumber. Atlas was very accommodating in working with us and the tight schedule we had since we had to return to our home in Denver in 3 days. Their technicians, Danny and Augustine, worked until after darkness to get the job (replacement of main water line) done in time. Danny, an exceptional plumber, took the time to explain the work in detail to our friend to alleviate her worries. I had originally picked Atlas to do the work because of their good customer ratings and they did not disappoint. I would recommend them to anybody.

I very much disliked my sink so I decided to purchase a new one. When I called around for quotes I came across Atlas Plumbing. From the start they were kind, professional and understanding, especially Mario!
Mario was the plumber they sent to do the work. He took his time to make sure the work was completed correctly, and didn't try to add unnecessary costs to our service call. He is also one of the nicest guys you will meet here in Vegas.
When a second issue came up I called and requested him. Again he was fantastic! I won't be using any other plumber. I highly recommend Atlas Plumbing.

We were referred to Atlas through our homeowners warranty. The homeowners warranty ended up being useless, but that's another review. They came out and assessed our water heater and determined it was corroded and needed to be replaced on a Friday. We scheduled an appointment to replace the water heater Monday morning. Saturday night, the leak was out of control and needed to be handled. After some issues with their after hours answering service on Saturday night (guys! You need someone else to handle this!), Trisha contacted me first thing Sunday morning and even went and found the water heater we needed. We had someone at our house before noon and a new water heater by 1 PM Sunday. And the price was better than any other plumber I spoke with. By far. Minus the issues dealing with the answering service, everything was easy and fair.
I just wanted to thank the owners of Atlas plumbing they have always done an outstanding job for all of my properties and I really appreciate their honest and prompt attention to every job big or small. I always recommend them to all my real estate clients and friends and family. Thank you!!!
We had a clog in the main pipe going out to the street which flooded our downstairs bathroom so we called Atlas Plumbing early this morning. The receptionist was super nice and prompt. Took a chance, paid off!
I never leave Yelp reviews, too many self absorbed critics.
However David Smith w/Atlas Plumbing was absolutely 5 STAR fantastic!!!
I installed two-one piece toilets. The second toilet install I did rocked like a rocking chair. I tried toilet shims etc, but was very worried about the integrity of the flange that stuck out of the concrete foundation about a 1/2.
David was punctual, called to give me a heads up, that he's on his way. He showed up when he said, was super polite, but not exaggerated.
He inspected the flange, could have lied to me, and upsold me a flange, but said it's a okay. He installed the toilet, shimmed correctly and caulked it nicely.
He explained to me Atlas stands behind their work for 1 year.
Which is really why I called a true professional. I know this review may seem paid for, but this old salty dog finally found a great company in the sea of Amazon, home advisor, and other companies that can't show up, can't produce, or simply so caught up in the minutia of gimme a good review, that they forget their own craft and can't get out of their own way.

We own a business in Vegas and were on vacation while one of the pipes in our women's bathroom started to leak. Of course this happened after hours and couldn't wait until the next morning or our place would be flooded. Why does this have to happen now!!! I called at least 4 other plumbing companies and they either told me they would charge a ridiculous fee ($125) just to come out and look at the issue because it was after hours, or they can't come out at all because it didn't sound like an emergency.
Then I called Atlas plumbing and Marlow answered. It sounded like he was in the middle of dinner or something personal and at first asked me a few questions and told me he doesn't think he has any guys available at the moment. I was stressing out at this point but he ended up calling me back 5 minutes later and said he called one of his guys and he could be at our business within the next hr. NO EXTRA CHARGE, simply pay for the labor regardless of the fact it was after business hours.
Rod called a few minutes later and told me he knew what the issue was and that he could come over now and turn off the water so it doesn't leak over night and will return early am the next day to fix it with the parts he needed. I was relieved! He mentioned he wouldn't be wearing standard uniform because he's coming straight from another engagement but I said I was Just grateful he could help right away.
Next thing I know, Rod calls me and tells me he fixed the issue (loose screw) and the toilet is working fine and wouldn't charge us for the work because it was so simple. WHAT?!!! I pride myself on integrity but sad to say i come across very few who do the same in their line of work. I thanked him and he doesn't know it but I also said a little prayer for him as well for his kindness. Thank you Atlas plumbing for going out of your way to help me in a desperate time! I will be giving referrals for you from here on out and will use you for future issues.

Called Atlas Plumbing and they came the same day. The technician who arrived on time, and called before he arrived was Brandon. He was very courteous, make the quick repairs. I showed him my other bathroom and he recommended some changes and repairs. Brandon also put on these booties on his shoes to keep my house cleaned. He cleaned up and was very professional. I would highly recommend Atlas Plumbing. This is the 2nd time that I have used them and both times they were great. No complaints and very good work.
Super impressed with this company from start to finish. Third plumbing company to come to my house and Michael diagnosed my problem immediately. Upfront costs, very professional, came out the day after I contacted them for a free estimate and completed all the work the same day. Wouldn't hesitate using this company again or referring them to friends/family.

From a quick google search we found Atlas plumbing & decided to call them because of all the great reviews, well I'm sorry to say we had a different experience. We had a technician come out yesterday to check a smell coming from our guest bathroom. I told him I thought the smell was coming from the sink & thought maybe it had something to do with the faucet. The technician didn't even turn the water on or look around at all. They just recommended we do a smoke test for $600 to see if we had a cracked vent. We definitely don't have that kind of money. The tech called his boss and they were able to lower the price for us which was nice of them, but it was a decide now or if we leave the price will go back up to $600. We couldn't decide right then because my husband was sleeping for his graveyard shift and I wasn't going to wake him up. Prior to leaving the tech then finally turned the sink on to do a quick smell test after I kept repeating that I thought it came from the sink. Had a different company come out today for a second opinion and they actually got hands on and found the smell coming from the overflow in the sink. Quick & easy fix and was no where near $600. I wanted to give 0 stars but I think 1 is fair because the tech & staff when I called to book were nice, and it was nice that they tried to lower the price for the service. But I really feel like they were trying to just shake us down for money. I don't know how you can just start quoting things without getting hands on to get a idea of the exact issue.
I was fortunate to be introduced to Mr. Danny Lloyd The Plumber. I had a break in my Water Main Line. Thank God Danny was available to fix the problem. He is professional and one of the most caring person I have come across in a long time. He didn't stop working on the job at hand. Unbelievable. If you need a plumber call Atlas and ask for Danny. You'll be glad you did.

Last week we bought a grill to connect with our natural gas line. Everything was already set up for it and all we needed was to have the grill connected. I called them to come out and do an estimate since we wanted to have the line run through the PVC piping already set up under the concrete patio. First thing through all of the conversations I had no one mentioned that there was a fee for the estimate. I went ahead and paid it knowing it would be taken off the actual work. We finally decided to go with them (after getting other estimates that were lower) because at this point we had already spent $65 and were kind of stuck. Thomas came back out on Saturday morning which was nice of them since it was the weekend. While doing the work we found out that something was stuck in the PVC piping. Instead of trying to get it out I was told it could cost at least another $1500. We went ahead and just had him connect it directly to the house. I was never told that 1) I was being charged for travel time and 2) that if they don't do the work on the estimate you won't get the credit. They are giving me the $65 back because I wasn't told that. Thomas was nice and professional but I feel like the communication could be better. Big pieces of information were left out along the way which was super frustrating. Not sure I'll use them again because of this. We really wanted to be able to have the original set up done that was talked about on the estimate and I feel like nothing was done to try and do that other than quote me for more work. Only positive thing is that I do have a working grill connected to the gas line. If you talk with them make sure to ask lots of questions.
The only reason I gave a 3 Star review is because Thomas did good work and they at least gave the $65 back.

I can't say enough amazing things about this company. Family owned business of really great trust worthy people.
I had an emergency situation in my house with a sewage leak. They came out immediately. Brandon and Mario are awesome. They found out what the problem was and fixed incredibly fast. They Explained everything they were doing as they did it. I felt very comfortable and trusted them completely. They were both super sweet to my puppy as well. Anymore, it is not often that you feel as though you are doing business with an organization that embodies the total meaning of the words 'quality service'; and, that it moves you so considerably you slow down and share your great service in writing. This experience I am speaking of I encountered not once, but twice, with Atlas Plumbing.
My initial encounter was at the end of June when my grandmother phoned me while I was traveling, frantic and concerned over a water leak outside her home. My grandmother is 92, therefore not being physically able to be there to take care of the matter, and reassure her, was daunting for me.
I phoned Atlas Plumbing. My call was answered by the most caring and calming voice belonging to Ms. Vicky H. She was seriously invested in a solution and was also amenable to my conferencing in my grandmother to access the water problem that I was unable to explain. The call required the patience of a saint to endure as I was a ball of nerves because I could not be there and my grandmother was a wreck.
Ms. Vicky was kind and never made either of us feel rushed. She dispatched a tech by the name of Troy Ray within a couple of short hours. It was a main line leak, along with a couple of other issues. Troy kept me abreast throughout the process by phone so that I may intern keep my grandmother calm.
I can go on and on about the high level of service, or the rapid response to the matter, or even the quality of work; although, nothing sent me over the top and moved me more than words could express than the way that worked with my fixed income grandmother over her payment. This had taken her down from a nervous sick fit to a place of calm and ease. It was an above and beyond like no other.
The second encounter was a week later. Fast forward to 4th of July when again I am out of Vegas traveling and my property is suffering an internal waste flood from the toilet. Water had to be shut off and the home reeked. My warranty company could not get a service tech out right away. I then decided to pay out of my pocket and contact someone who had earned my trust, Atlas Plumbing. I dealt with the same amazing, reassuring Ms. Vicky who had sent Bryce Ray out to my home; and again, the same level of expedient timely response, quality service, constant communication, and workmanship.
Clearly, the company not only is family owned and/or operated but they also treat their customers, new and current, like they really matter...like they are family. The total culture is refreshing and needed. Thank you so much to the extraordinary team (Ms. Vicky, Troy and Bryce) at Atlas Plumbing. I would not only recommend you over and over again, I would insist that anyone I care about use your services.
Stanley the technician was prompt, courteous, professional, neat, and efficient. He assessed the situation said he could fix it and then went to his truck and assembled all of the necessary parts prior to starting. He completed the job just as he said he would. I recommend Stanley to any one needing plumbing repairs.
They are open on Sunday! Thank you, Atlas, for recognizing that Sunday is just like any other day of the week that plumbing problems happen. The receptionist was super nice, the tech was super nice, there was clear communication at all points of the process, and most importantly: the tech was HONEST. If you're looking for an ethical plumber, look no more!!
The minute I met our plumber at the door, I knew the right person showed up. First of all, the company sends you a profile on the plumber coming to your house so that you have an idea who is showing up. I personally appreciated that service because I always wonder who I'm meeting at the door.
Second of all, if you want integrity and no b.s., this is the company to work with. Spencer was attentive, he listened, and had the right solutions. He was a man of integrity and very diligent at his repairs. He was knowledgeable beyond his years and efficient and neat at his work. He was polite, respectful, and kind. You can tell he took pride in his work and wanted to do his very best. That's a rare find in people!!
Third of all, I didn't feel like they were overpriced but very reasonable in cost.
I would not hesitate at all, to give them my business again or to say with confidence...you're missing out on quality if you don't use them. Ask for Spencer, you'll see what I mean!!

Back in June, I returned from a vacation only to find my water would not turn on. I had turned it off before leaving, but when I returned, the valve appeared stripped and I only got a trickle of water. I called Atlas Plumbing, and Richard came out. He told me the problem was a defective gate valve that another company had installed just a year before. He did not have a new valve with him, but he was able to get my water back on (it just could not be shut off). Later, I had Richard come back out and install a ball valve, which is the correct valve for your main water supply. Richard was quick, friendly, and very professional. I will not hesitate to call Atlas Plumbing, should I have any plumbing issues. Richard represents Atlas Plumbing in a way the previous plumber and company could take lessons from.

I contacted them on a Friday, got everything replaced by the next Wednesday. I needed a new tub faucet system for my bath tub.
Louie was great! He worked hard and was meticulous about the installation. I chose this company because they specialized in manufactured housing plumbing.
Thank god I did. The price was fair and the new faucet looks great!

Had a stubborn leaky kitchen valve and the issue was beyond a basic valve replacement, needed the issue fixed right away, Called Atlas and within 3 hours Brandon B. With another gentleman I believe his name was (Tyler) came over addressed the issue and had to cut out the brass piping due to the stripped bolt and soldered on a new piece and got it fixed right, they where very nice and cordial and wore booties to not track in dirt and I couldn't be more happier with the fast & prompt, service.

I just realized that my water heater pilot went out this weekend. I called Atlas Plumbing and Marla was kind enough to schedule me between 1-3 pm. I texted my address and requested if it was possible for someone
to come out before 1 pm. I immediately got a call from Rod at Atlas. He came by promptly, he was polite, courteous, and resolved my water heater problem quickly.

Highly recommend this company and if you're lucky enough to have Eliseo you'll be pleased with his professionalism, efficiency, and communication. We had a leak in our irrigation piping. Eliseo (in dress uniform and mask) immediately assessed the issue, explained what happened and how he could fix it. He was supposed to take out an entire bush to get to the pipe, but somehow worked around it and still got the job done. In less than an hour the project was completed and we've had no issues for almost a month. Thank you!!!

Stanley was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and efficient in fixing my sink. All Atlas plumbers are great at what they do. They are kind and respectful as well.
If you're a woman alone in the house or a property owner who takes care of your home responsibly-- and you expect the plumber to behave professionally and have knowledge of his profession -- DO NOT use this company. We had repeated leakage under and around the kitchen sink. Our property management company sent these guys over each time -- each time giving me a different explanation. I missed alot of work. Around the 5th time, l tracked down the owner of Atlas. He admitted to me that it wasn't being fixed because the property management company put a limit on cost of repair. I could almost feel sorry for him. Heck, why not let the situation develop into mold and make the homeowner pay for a far more expensive repair? But this story gets even better. They sent over Steve, who seemed more interested in asking questions about the men's boots parked in front of the door and who they belonged to than doing his job. When he finished, l opened the area under the kitchen sink to inspect. It was a filthy flooded mess. It was dry and cleaned up, due to my efforts, before he'd started. I guess he thought l wouldn't bother to look -- and closed up the area to let it get nice and moldy. I called and complained. They sent over the owner's son, Rob, who believed that l was alone in the house. He stepped in very close to my face and began yelling about how Steve was a great plumber and how dare l? He accused me of breaking the sink myself -- apparently because staring at plumber crack is the most scintillating thing on my menu. However, his tone changed quickly when l got my husband on the phone at work. I had to pull my husband out of a meeting with a client because of these clowns. I kept him on the phone and informed Rob that he was to do his job and the disrespectful language and threatening tone were going to stop -- with my husband monitoring him. I literally stood over Rob, babysitting him like a three year old as he pretended to do his job. Being forced yet again to stare at plumber crack is a little like waterboarding. It leaves an impression that may never go away.

Atlas has become my 'go to' plumbing company. They handle my home, my office building, and my wife (Realtor) recommends them to her clients. Whether the job cost is quoted or hourly, Atlas is very reasonably priced. Bryce is our #1 guy, but their other plumbers are good too. I trust them to do a professional job and they have never disappointed me. The women in the office are pleasant and efficient. This company truly appreciates their customers.
Plumber Eliseo Banuelos was phenomenal today assisting me with a leak on my property. I work for the Las Vegas Valley Water District and everything that Eliseo said was explained accurately and above board. He showed knowledge and integrity that is rarely shown today and I strongly recommend him as well as Atlas Plumping.

David came on time actually a little early. Well dressed, bow tie and all, did a great job! We had a leaking shower in our upstairs bedroom. Gave me a best case and worst case both prices were fair. Great job David and Atlas Plumbing! I hope that was the only leak, will know for sure once we replace the drywall.
I had used Atlas in the past and was quite pleased with them however on this last service call it was different story. Plumber had attitude said he had already worked eight hours. He took hammer to side of house looking for leak when it was actually in the ground. Company refuses to take responsibility for damage to house said it's my problem and then plumber forgot to clean dirt from line and now I've got to replace the insides of two toilets and kitchen faucet. Not happy.
Got the double whammy from these guys. Not only was our plumber not competent enough to shut off the water for the street so he could find the leak, it took him two hours before he threw up his hands saying he'll come back in two days to try again, then demanded $300 for the time he took to accomplish nothing! (The next company's plumber did in 5 minutes what he couldn't do in two hours! No exaggeration.) When you need a plumber, you hope you get someone who is 1) competent and 2) fair. This plumber had neither of these qualities. If I wasn't able to do what I promised, I would feel bad about letting the customer down, and I sure as heck wouldn't charge any more than I had to. Not this guy. His whole mindset was, How much can I extract from their pocketbook? Not a fair bone in his body. Shameless greed.
I have had Keith taking care of all of my plumbing needs for years. He is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. While he doesn't waste time, he makes sure that the job is done right the first time. I would highly recommend Keith for all of your plumbing needs.
However, I don't know what's going on with the new outfit - it looks ridiculous and also I was worried the whole time that Keith was going to get the stupid bow tie caught on something and end up strangling himself. We live in the year 2019, not 1920, most of the people younger than me will not understand that this is the old fashion way that plumbers used to dress, keywords USED TO DRESS. Besides looking ridiculous (like they are dressed up for Halloween) it conveys that you are not current with new modern plumbing needs, like knowing how to program the new wi-fi enabled water heaters. Ditch the outfits and have my plumber look like he used to look, like my plumber so I can stop following him around because I'm concerned that his crazy bow tie is going to get caught on something and strangle him.
P.S. I give Keith 5 stars for his service and 1/2 star for the dangerous and ridiculous outfit.

Thomas (I think that's his name!) was on time and provided excellent service. The price was good, and he was able to check on a number of plumbing issues in a new condo. He was honest and didn't try to tell us that our hot water heater needed immediate replacement. He offered us a few scenarios for its eventual replacement and wasn't pushy at all. For a minor sink leak that he didn't have a part for, he told us the specific part to get at Home Deport and texted us a photo so we could be sure to get the correct filter. Atlas will be my go-to plumbing service from now on.

Very thankful that we decided to call this company.
Richard came to the house today to give us a free estimate for a water pressure issue we were having. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty PRV. He gave us an estimate on the cost to replace it. Because he had the part with him, we decided to go ahead and have him fix it. We were very happy that we made that choice. Richard was quick and professional. After the work was completed, he spent the time to go around the house and make sure we were happy with the results. If we ever have another plumbing issue, we will definitely call Atlas Plumbing and ask for Richard.
OK! Straight up Rod Ray is the guy to request! I cannot believe how nice efficient quick to help this company is and it all starts with Sunshine the receptionist! They gave us a military discount too! this company‼ROCKS!

Nesha in the office was incredibly kind given the amount of stress I was under when I initially called in. Super thankful for this company and their entire staff!
I highly recommend this company! Making an appointment was super easy and they were super professional and friendly over the phone. I wish I got the name of the girl I spoke with, but she was very nice and answered all the questions I had. Mario and Brian showed up within the time frame I was given and they were so helpful and prepared. I really appreciated their explanations on what was happening and what options I had for the repair. I feel much better now knowing that I can go to this company if something else were to happen again.
We have used Atlas Plumbing twice, this year. The first time they sent out Mario to install a new water heater. Best service I've ever had from a tradesman. He was punctual, neat and professional, installed my new water heater in a timely manner and left the work area neat and clean. Today we had him back for another job. Same experience, it was a pleasure having him back. If his work is typical of Atlas Plumbing then I recommend them highly.

I would love to have given these guys a higher rating, but their follow up service is border line terrible. I had a water softener installed by them a couple of months ago. The installation was fine, but I had a question after they finished the install about programming for the water hardness level into the system. I called the office and they promptly said that my technician (Juan) would call me back ASAP. Never heard from him. I called back and the office person apologized and actually gave me the technician (Juan's) cell number. I called and left him a message that I just had a very quick question to ask him. Never heard from him. I called a THIRD time and the office person was shocked that I had never got a response back. She assured me that (Juan) would call me back within the hour. Guess what....never heard from him.
I actually ended up going through the manufacturer in Phoenix to get my question answered. If you want to roll the dice and assume that you will never need to talk to these guys after your installation I would use them.....but if you thinks that's a crazy way to run a business I'd go with a different company.

A few years ago, I contracted Atlas plumbing to do the installation of new bath fixtures in my remodeled master bathroom along with installing a tank less water heater and a water softener, kitchen filter system etc.
I called Atlas Plumbing, a few days before this Thanksgiving, as one of my showers was not running hot water.
The next day Erik and Hugo came promptly and addressed my situation.
I was told that my shower insert was defective and would have to be replaced.
In addition, if the insert would break as a result of attempting to remove it, I would then have to replace the whole valve assembly.
As I was able to observe the work being done, and to my relief, Erik was able to remove the cartridge in one piece.
They were fast, courteous and did a clean job.
Worst customer service. They were supposed to pump a grease trap, waited 2 weeks to get an appointment (as an emergency service) then they told me few days prior that they couldn't do it for another 2 weeks. Stay away!!
Our tub was clogged and Motor did an expert job!
This is my third time using Atlas plumbing and they never disappoint. Thomas was here today on time ( actually could have even come early had I been home ! ) He was professional , courteous and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the source of my water leak and give me repair options . He fully explained the problem and what the repair would take . Price was very fair. I am extremely satisfied with the service yet again and would recommend them to anyone without reservation.

Beware !!!! Of this company.
I called to have a gas line fitting install to hook up my bbq grill . The lady of the phone said if it was straight forward - it would be around &79.00 - I told her it was out in the open with a cap - just need to remove cap and install a quick connect valve for the bbq hose to hook up.
Sent a repair man out - he said $300.00 so I just wanted it done , so I said ok.
He said he had to go to a local parts store to purchase the fitting - did not have parts supply on truck. He said the valve came with a hose - so I told him I needed it to be long enough to reach bbq - about 20 ft hose - he return with the fitting and a short hose that would not reach - I said no big deal - so I had to go to parts store to purchase another hose to reach.
The problem was the quick connect and hose he gave me was 1/2 inch - the standard size for a bbq grill is 3/8. So needless to say it would not fit on either end.
So I called atlas plumbing to explain my concern- they had the repair man call me, and he said I needed a adapter installed on the gas line to make it work. Then he said that I would need to pay for the adapter and a new service call ???
So I called back to atlas plumbing and told them that I paid $. 300.00 for this repair and it is not right - he put the wrong size quick connect on and I want to give them a chance to fix this - they said they would have the manager call me back right away.
7 days later - and no call- what kind of customer service is this ????
Extremely frustrated that I called this company - I would recommend anyone other than a company that doesn't care about customer service.
Unfortunately, atlas left me a little wanting. You know, wanting the shower drip to stop dripping.
I had a drip, they came over and fixed it. The team is incredibly nice and gracious by the way. 10 days later the same drip happen again. I called and they came back out. When he came out, he said there were rocks in my shower line. Apparently this is the same issue that the first guy saw. I said OK what do we need to do to fix it? He put a new cartridge in the shower and apparently it broke immediately. He started looking all over the house and couldn't find any kind of leaks or explanation as to why there were rocks in the shower.
He sent me a quote for $2000 of work to try to trap rocks that may have gotten into the house and left. When he left I realized that the shower was still dripping :( I called the office they patched me through to him and he said he was not sure what was happening and would speak to his boss the next day. However Monday was his day off so he wasn't sure who would call me back. Nobody called me back. Ever. I called another plumber they came right out fixed the problem and told me not to have any of the other services completed that I was quoted.
I did call the office yesterday and let them know that I was disappointed in this overall service. It's the strangest thing they literally left me with the same drip that they came over to fix.

Atlas changed out our kitchen sink and fixtures. First they quoted a fair price, then did exactly what they said they would do. Proper communication, very efficient in the getting the job done, no surprises. Will use again and would highly recommend.
On Sept 14th my neighbor found a water leak on a Bibb on the garage wall. Im writing this for my 80 year old neighbor. She is a widow and on a fixed income. Its hard to find companies that don't take advantage of women. Yeah, I'm calling you out on this because the leak was an easy job, 30-45 minutes tops and you charged her $500 for a small 8 inch piece of copper pipe and new water Bibb. Yeah, you can say she agreed to it but she doesn't know about these things. I feel you really did her wrong. I'm sure everyone reading this would love to hear your reason for this excessive charge. Shameful that's all there is to say.

I cannot say enough great things about Atlas plumbing and our plumber, Mario. Few weeks after buying our house we found our master bath was leaking into our kitchen. I reached out to Atlas plumbing and they sent Mario that same day. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Talking with him relaxed our stress on the whole situation. This is a family owned company and the owner Rod even came onsite to help asses the situation. The office staff is extremely friendly and go the extra mile to help out, even when I was being short due to the stress of the situation. Everyone that came to the house had booties, masks and gloves on. The bow ties are a nice touch. I have already started recommending them to my friends and family and Mario's business card has found a permanent home on my refrigerator. Thank you guys for everything you do and please keep it up.

We used Atlas Plumbing to flush our tankless water heater last year and called back this year for the annual maintenance. Their service rep told us about a new annual maintenance plan which included the water heater flush, camera inspection of our sewage lines, inspection of all faucets, toilets, etc., for a price that was not significantly higher than just the water heater flush.
Rod, one of the company owners, arrived and spent approximately 3 hours completing the tank flush, conducting an extremely comprehensive inspection and minor adjustments, and had one of his crews complete the camera inspection of our internal and external sewage lines. Rod found a couple of minor issues and provided some recommendations for future services, but did not try to hard sell anything, as we've seen with other service providers.
We were extremely pleased with the professionalism, the thoroughness and the overall customer service from Rod and Atlas Plumbing staff. We plan to use Atlas Plumbing in the future and highly recommend their services.
We went out of town for Christmas and returned to find our hot water heater leaking all over our garage. After calling several plumbers we found Atlas. Mario came out right away and replaced our hot water heater. He was great and I would recommend Mario from Atlas.
Last week I noticed the floor in my room was soaking wet. I called my land lord and he said he had a plumber. Mario Torrez from Atlas plumbing and Dave M arrived at my door later that evening. Mario was quick to find the problem and give a solution. He cut open a wall and disconnected a line and put a cap on it. He turned our water back on and said he would return tomorrow to fix the problem. Dave and Mario were great my house is back to normal and I can finally shower. Thanks Mario and Dave. And thank you Atlas plumbing for having a great team.
Atlas Plumbing is the best in Las Vegas! I would never use anyone else. My hot water heater was gushing water out the top. Called Marla at 11:30 in the morning. Rod replaced the unit and we had hot water by 2:30 in the afternoon. I have used them many times and they are so responsive and do quality work at a fair price. Marla and her assistant Sunshine are a couple of sweethearts. If the rest of the world worked as well as Atlas Plumbing it would be a much better place.

I had Atlas replaced my heater last spring coz they were a little lower in price. These two guys who had done the job scraped off the stucco finish on the base stand exposing metal on the corner. Then the hot water regeneration pump line leaked and wanted to charge extra for fixing it. Two days later, one faucet and another shower hardly had any water and so Atlas said they're unrelated! Obviously there were debris from the the new water heater and we're flushed to these faucet and shower! They charged me $100 dollars for a 15 min work coz they said it's a minimum service call! I will not recommend or use them again!
The excellent service we received from Atlas Plumbing prompted me to write my first Yelp review. We have been customers for some time and are never disappointed. From start to finish Atlas strives to be the best. The office staff is always so friendly and efficient. Tricia answered our call promptly and we were able to make an appointment for the very next day with a 12:00-2:00 time window. At 11:45 we received a text from our technician, Eliseo, letting us know he was on his way. The text included an introduction and a photo. It's so nice to know a little about someone before you open your door! Eliseo arrived right at 12:00, dressed in a spotless uniform, and wearing a mask. He greeted us warmly and set about his task. In no time, he had installed the valve on the water line for our new refrigerator. He also made sure there was no mess left behind and that we were completely satisfied. What a professional! In addition, Eliseo hooked up the new fridge and removed the old fridge from our house for us. Now that is above and beyond exceptional service! We do not hesitate to give Atlas Plumbing a positive recommendation. Don't bother calling anyone else. Atlas Plumbing will meet and exceed your expectations.

I knew I was in need of a new water heater when I noticed the yellow tint from the hot water tap to the bath tub. I purchased the heater with the intent of installing myself. After careful consideration I decided to hire someone to do the job. If I ran into difficulty and my wife was not able to take her scalding hot shower after work there would be only more lingering difficulty.
In the evening I called for a quote and had David at my front door the next morning. After accepting the quote he went right to work. I could tell he knew exactly what he was doing. The work was fast, tidy and efficient. After the install he helped me with a few small plumbing needs and answered a few questions I had. I feel I received value because it would have taken me 4 trips to the store and every step would have taken me 3 times longer. I am a professional at what I do and know how to do my work the same way so the value of my spare time is immeasurable.
I would recommend David to anyone. He was friendly, helpful and professional. In addition, he showed up in a company uniform, that alone shows an effort toward professionalism.
Had a shower leak due to gasket failure a bit ago, got in contact with Atlas Plumbing at 11pm the night before and they responded before I woke up the next day at 6:30am. Immediately scheduled a consult, Danny suspected gasket failure. Danny was very up front about the extremely fair pricing and we scheduled the repair for Today. After Danny showed up, he was in and out with extreme efficiency. I am not one who impresses easily, but he managed to do it. Now I can use my master shower again! Thanks guys, looks like I have a go-to Plumbing team for my bathroom remodel!

I moved to Las Vegas not long ago (notice they still have my Brooklyn address up there) Anyway...Very early this morning I started with a major plumbing emergency. It was the day before Thanksgiving no less. I had tried to call several emergency plumbing companies but to no avail. I had Erik's number from a previous company he worked with, but he now works with Atlas Plumbing. He immediately added me to his very booked schedule because of the emergency. He even came here first. When he and Hugo arrived, my home was a flooding mess. They got to work immediately and resolved my issues, and there were more than one. I am so grateful I have no words!! For sure, absolute sure, there will never be another plumber I would call, and I very highly recommend him truthfully. Don't hesitate for any reason to call Atlas Plumbing and ask for Erik and Hugo.

Although our rental management took a near 3 weeks to put in the maintenance request to the plumbing company, Atlas called us & left a message the very next day to make an appointment for the three different request we put in... but at the moment we were gone out of town for a few days, so when we returned, we called back and he surprisingly was able to set up an apt for 4pm that evening but then as soon as I hung up, they called back once more and had explained to us that the plumber could actually come earlier then expected within the next 30 mins that afternoon. So that made it even better. When he showed up he asked me how I was doing & automatically put some booties over his boots as soon as he step foot inside. While he was here he went over the order with me & asked a few questions, I answered them and explained the situation back to him. Then quickly he started to go to work at the locations.. and successfully was able to repair, got 2 out of 3 broken things he had permission to fix finished & got them back in working condition again, all in about 45 mins or less. I also would like to add that, altho both him & the lady on the phone explained to me that their company policy only allows them to work on certian plumbing issues & explained because of that he might not be able to assist us in fixing the 3rd problem regarding our fridge but he certainly had no problem taking his time to look at it, double check and have a conversation with me about it anyways. When it was all said & done and he was ready to leave he showed me a pic of the completed work on his phone for my satisfaction & made sure there wasn't anything else he could do while he was still there. After he left, he sat in his truck for a min, then knocked on the door to turn back on an additional water supply. (Nice of him to remember & not drive off like that.) Last but not least for an extra side note, he even complimented us for how clean he said our house was.
Thought he was thorough, fast and had a very nice attitude. The name of the maintenance man is Brandon.
We had an previous Atlas Plumbing guy come last summer and he did a good job as well.

Called this morning to see if I could have someone come out to have a leaky toilet fixed and David Smith came and had the toilet working perfectly within 30 minutes. He was courteous and professional and texted 20 minutes before he was going to arrive! Would definitely recommend this company to friends and family!!
Today was the worst experience of my life I had a guy by Brian Shipley come out to my house and make a total mess all over my home. On top of trying to communicate with them over the phone they decided to act like they couldn't hear me. At the moment I have water all over my kitchen I'm worried that water damage and mold is going to create. I would not recommend these guys at all not even for the smallest service the gentleman Brian was asking for $400 cash up front I asked them for what he don't want to answer the question I asked him to call his boss he said no. So disappointed in this company.
I called them desperate because my house had a main line clog. Brian came out that same day and Theresa handled me very professionally on the phone. Everything was fixed.in an hour. I can't recommend them high enough.
We are beyond thrilled with the service from Atlas Plumbing! Their customer service is SO refreshing and you feel it from the first moment you call in to the moment they finish the job! We had an unknown sewer smell under our house and Atlas was the the only team that would come give us an estimate! Specifically, Danny Lloyd was top notch! He was efficient, professional, personable and very talented!! And both he, and his teammate, were so nice and customer oriented! The price felt very fair and reasonable (it was an awfully messy and smelly job!) and also got done very timely! We are so grateful for their work! Don't think twice about calling Atlas ... they were great!
Kitchen sink clogged on a Sunday!
Called Atlas Plumbing. They actually answer their phone on a Sunday! They sent Stanley out within in a few hours. No extra charge for a Sunday service call! Amazing! He did a great job. Fast, courteous and at a fair price.

Thanks to Doug at Atlas Plumbing, I now have the bathroom of my dreams. My shower, while nice was just plain. Doug worked to get the financing I needed to make it happen. We had what seemed like a minor plumbing issue, so I called Atlas plumbing to come unclog the drain. It was after hours but I was immediately in touch with Mario, who was on call that night.
When Mario got here we got the feeling that this issue was a bit bigger than we thought. He called for backup and Franco came out with the camera. After some camera work we realized that the issue was even bigger!
Turns out that my sewer line was broken and they would have to dig a hole (a big one) in my front yard to fix. They have some pretty fancy equipment and pinpointed where the real was and wasted no time getting more help and started digging down to where the problem was. The owner even came by to be sure the problem was being handled properly.
Having an issue with your plumbing is never fun. There are so many things we would rather spend our hard earned money on. I am convinced that my costs in this issue would have been much higher with another plumber. Thankfully I called Atlas. If you have a plumbing problem, big or small, day or night, call Atlas!
I had a major blockage at my mobile home and was having difficulty finding a reputable plumbing business to correct the issue. Many plumbers are not licensed to work on mobile homes. Trisha at Atlas Plumbing was cheerful, helpful and eager to solve my problem. My plumber, Eliseo showed up early, identified the issue quickly and got to work. He was a true example of professionalism, efficiency and kindness. Going forward I will ONLY use Atlas Plumbing for any issues I may have.

Stanley Hutchinson arrived on time and was professional the entire time he was here.
He found the leak in the shower right away and fixed it quickly.
He had no choice but to cut tile but he cut such a small hole I don't know how he worked.
When he was finished he patched the hole so well, we can barely see it.
He installed the faucets in no time, and even installed the new drain plugs that came in the box.
Really above and beyond.
Next time I need a plumber I'm absolutely going to call Atlas.
Awesome and great service will be using them in the future. Fixed our water issue that we had been having forever in one day. The guys that came out were nice and friendly and took care of everything for us. Definitely a place you should look at for your plumbing needs.

I had some leaking beneath my master bath that dripped down to my downstairs half bath. I scheduled an estimate last min and they came the next morning. I was so impressed by the rep that I decided to cancel my other quotes and go with Atlas. I am so happy! He gave me a super good price and so much info I couldn't have felt more competent in my decision. Ibwas able to schedule him to come back THE SAME DAY! And he completed the work with minimal wall cuts. Excited to have found a co with employees who care so much more about us than a buck.

On 8/9/2020 I was going through my jewelry found a charm my mom had given me when I was little. To make a long story short the charm fell down the drain. I was so upset I called Atlas Plumbing. The receptionist answered the phone. I told her what had happened she told me she couldn't get anyone out there till 4 or 5 PM. I think she heard from my voice how upset I was so she put me on hold and came back and told me she could have somebody there between 1 and 2 pm. I thanked her for being concerned. At 1pm Atlas arrived on time two plumbers showed up I believe his name is Alessio and the other was Richard. It took them less then five minutes to recover my charm I was so great full to both of them. I have been with Atlas Plumbing for 3 or 4 years and never had anything bad to say about them . I know I can depend on Atlas Plumbing . No charge.
We have worked with this company multiple times now for all kinds of plumbing issues. From their staff that answers the phone to their techs, everyone is super professional! They have done a great job diagnosing and completing the jobs, as well as cleaning up after they are done. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for efficient, great service!

LOVE Atlas Plumbing! Our water heater went out and flooded the garage. The Atlas Plumbing operator scheduled Richard who arrived to our house with in three hours. Richard texted when he was on his way which included a picture of himself and a short bio with his qualifications.
Richard was on time and very professional. His since of humor was lighthearted and lightened what started as a very frustrating day. He was able to verify and replace our unit under the manufactures warranty and verify the proper permits were in place.

I can not believe how amazing my experience was with Atlas ! Our garbage disposal has been acting up for months and finally it just gave up on us! I had no idea what to do I came on good 'ol Yelp and requested a quote with a few companies.
Atlas was the first to respond and not with a quick don't know until we see it but with a very upfront quote and even informed me about which model would cost what! I was able to make an appt the next morning at 8 am!!! How amazing - and the lady who answered the phone was so nice and can't even explain to you all how she was able to calm my nerves!
This is the best part - before our technician came to our home he sent us a whole introduction on himself and sent a photo ( Danny Lloyd) How reassuring to kind of know your tech before he enters your home!
He was in our home for less than an hour and our sink / garbage disposal has NEVER worked better even when we had the initial one done !
If you need great, fast, and trustworthy work done do yourself a favor and call Atlas !
I hate to write a bad review as our technician was friendly and seemed to care about the work he was doing. However, after he fixed the leak under the kitchen sink and tightened the faucet the house began to smell horribly. Like so bad it made us nauseous and have a terrible headache. Then we started seeing drain flies. I'm not sure why this would happen but when my boyfriend called to ask about it, he was first met with a nice, friendly person who offered to send someone out within an hour to check it out. They said they would message him when they were heading over. We were impressed with their customer service. Then he receives a call from some extremely rude man with an attitude that says the technician won't be out tonight and can come tomorrow. He says this of course because they closed in ten minutes- why did the first guy said he could come if he couldn't? Do your customers not matter? We tipped the technician $30 when he originally came because we understand the hard work they do and how expensive everything is now. We would expect the company to treat us with respect in return. Then this man wants to argue with my boyfriend and say it sounds like a drain issue and has absolutely nothing to do with their work.
Okay, so if that's true then why did neither of these problems exist prior to this work being done? I'm beyond disappointed at the attitude and lack of customer service given by this company. I'd the technician would've came out to take a look and see what he could do then I would've been thrilled but whoever that was who rudely called back ruined it all for us. I'm sad to say, I no longer recommend or will be using this company. Maybe treat your customers nicely and this won't happen- he could've lost the attitude and sent someone out in the morning and I'm sure we would've been okay with that but to say one thing, then call back and say no, AND have a rude attitude is unacceptable.
If you could find somebody , plsssss find somebody!!! They will try to rip you offfffff!!!!
We could not be more impressed with Atlas!! We've used them several times over the years for small-ish jobs and have recommended them to countless friends and clients. They always do a fantastic job, are on time and professional! This time, we had them do a big job for us! They installed a tankless water heater as well as a new water softener system. Brandon is such a professional and a hard worker! He explains everything well and is friendly and personable. He and his co-worker even helped me carry in my Costco groceries! We are absolutely thrilled with the work they did and with our new system! Only wish we had done it sooner. We will continue to use Atlas for all of our plumbing needs and recommend them to everyone!

We had our water heater go out suddenly and I searched on Yelp to find a reputable company to complete the repair and came across Atlas Plumbing. I called Saturday evening and was helped and provided with an early morning service call the next day. Eliseo was awesome - he talked me through the issue and was honest with his suggestions and provided his opinion of what he would do but said that it was my call. I didn't feel like he was trying to up sell me to replace the heater but that it was the best option.
We went ahead and replaced the water heater as our current one was 12 years old. Highly recommend and will use in the future.
My sink was leaking so I was looking around to get it fixed. From scheduling the appointment to getting the work done, everyone was friendly and professional, and they got me an appointment quickly. Richard was great, he fixed the issue right away and even took time to answer my questions. Thank you!

When it rains ... it pours! With yet another plumbing incident, we, again, called Atlas Plumbing and David Smith came to our rescue this time. David was professional, friendly and obviously knew what he was doing. He immediately identified the problem, and quickly and efficiently rectified the situation. Also, he was very respectful of our property and left our home spotless. Thank you, again, team Atlas!
In December of last year, my main water line had a leak. I called Atlas and they came out right away and installed a new water line. The installation was good and the price reasonable. While installing the new water line,, I was told they were also installing a pressure regulator. I assumed this was a code requirement and found out later I was correct.
In the weeks after the installation, I noticed my water pressure was low and my sprinklers would not work properly. I called Atlas and complained and asked for someone to come by and adjust the regulator for a higher pressure. Not knowing the full story, I agreed to a charge of $65 for the adjustment.
The plumber showed up and in less than one minute adjusted the regulator to a higher pressure. He explained that the regulator is factory set for 55 pounds; which was too low to run my sprinklers.
This regulator should have been adjusted for the proper pressure, when it was installed and not left at the low factory setting and then charge another $65 to make the adjustment.
I consider myself lucky, that I talked to the plumber without being charged and they say lawyers are bad. Plumbers can be worse when it comes to charging for time.

Atlas Plumbing is misleading in their marketing. I recently needed my water heater replaced. When Marko arrived, he explained my options. One was a swap out of my old water heater for a new Rheem water heater of an equivalent model from Home Depot (cost of ~$1700) or a new one from their warehouse (over $2,000). Since my water heater was within warranty, I chose the first option. My old water heater was a Rheem Performance PLUS model 40 gallon size, 40,000 BTU with a 9 year warranty. Marko took my old water heater to Home Depot to exchange for a new equivalent one. Before he left, I showed him the same model on my phone that they sold for $699 (same size, same BTU rating, and same warranty. He came back with a Rheem Performance model (not the PLUS model) that was 40 gallons but with only a 36,000 BTU rating and only a six year warranty. Clearly, not an equivalent model!
During the conversation he explained that they would get a building permit for the installation. That was included in the price of $1700. When I asked him the cost of the building permit, he replied that it was $250. Obtaining a building permit is required under the Universal Plumbing Code but not all plumbing companies get one. I figured the price for the permit lowered the profit Atlas was making and it seemed reasonable. Today the City of Henderson inspected the installation and signed off on it. Imagine my surprise when I asked the inspector what the cost of the permit was. He replied it's $41. Atlas Plumbing is hiding their actual profit by overquoting the cost of the permit.
Overall, I can't recommend Atlas Plumbing. Marko was professional, polite, and efficient with his work but didn't replace my unit with the promised equivalent tank and misquoted the actual cost of the work permit. Their cost for a common plumbing service like a water heater replacement is very high.

They guys who came out were very friendly and polite. Finished the job in a timely manner. I would recommend them.
A friend recommended I call Atlas when I needed to get the pipes leading to my washing machine replaced quickly. They scheduled a service call for the next day with a 2 hour window and said they would call when they were 30 minutes out. They did just that and showed up quickly. Sam was very nice and knew what he was doing and had the pipes replace in just over an hour. The price was reasonable. Atlas is very prompt and professional just like a business should be. I definitely recommend them.
We had Mr. Erik Salazar out to our home to replace a critical part of our water heater. He was here on an emergency basis. It was apparent that Erik was a very competent and knowledgeable plumber. He knew exactly what the problem was and did a great job replacing the part. He did not try to upsell me on anything that I did not need. As a CPA I only want to deal with professionals who come to my house. If you look at the workmanship you can easily see the difference between an expert plumber and some handyman. You get what you pay for. I would not hesitate to recommend Erik Salazar to my clients and friends.

Before the job was completed, I received a phone call from Atlas asking me to click on a link from the finance company to Start their payment Process. At the time I was unaware that was actually authorizing their final payment !!
After mistakenly authorizing the payment the crew left without completing the job because they were directed to do so because their was an emergency with a NEW customer.

I dont understand how you show up to pour concrete without a cement mixer and the intention of mixing it by hand !
I let the crew use my personal cement mixer.
After pouring cement the crew was prepared to rush off to another customer without properly finishing the cement. I borrowed a trowel from one the workers a completed the concrete work myself.
The informed me they would return the following day to clean up after the concrete was dried !

Finally after being forced to complain to get a serviced I already paid for, some arrived to finish the clean-up.
I learned early in my career to only take on what you can handle but it seem that atlas is willfully stretching its assets out as far as possible to grab as much money as they can from whomever they can as often as they can without focusing on complete customer satisfaction. I'd take my chances with a different company if needed in the future rather then knowing deal with a company that I personally know to be unworthy of my patronage

I am writing on behalf of my mom. She needed a plumber to fix the faucet behind her washing machine. One plumber would not give an exact quote, but stated, at least $600. Another plumber, with whom she has a service contract would not give any quote ( but they are known for their exorbitant prices ) and wanted $29 just to respond. Then, while perusing Yelp, I saw Atlas and recalled that I had contracted with them previously a few years back. My bad for not writing a review then.
They came out the next day. Mom said the man was extremely polite which is a huge plus as my mom is 87. She said he replaced the faucets for far less than the above companies would have charged. He even fixed her folding door that the appliance guys didn't put back right when they installed her new washing machine the other day. That's one thing off my to do list when I go there tomorrow.
So, for being extremely polite, professional, not out to rip people off and helping my mom, definitely a 5 star company. Now that I've written a review, I won't have to search for a plumber if/when the needs arises again.
I reviewed my invoice after requesting for three days and realized billed for work not completed. They refuse to return calls. Stay clear. Sin City Plumbing is who I would recommend

I recieved an in home estimate today from Spencer at Atlas Plumbing. Everyone knows how stressful and frustrating home repairs can be, especially plumbing. I've received multiple estimates, that only ended in further frustration or disappointment. Not due to just the cost, but the overall interactions with the service provider in general. Spencer was thorough answered all my questions and concerns. He gave a detailed explanation of what needed to be done, the cost made sure I understood. He also showed empathy, which is a trait we don't see too often these days. I'm finally confident in getting the work done & at a reasonably fair price. Needed a plumber to unclog our toilet and spent an hour calling other companies with no luck. They could schedule me in a few days but nothing today! I called Atlas and spoke to a very sweet woman who fit me in today. The plumber called 30 minutes before he arrived. The plumber explained everything that needed to be done. Didn't try to sell us anything, fixed my toilets and the price was fair. I highly recommend Atlas Plumbing!

Had some plumbing issues and was recommended ATLAS Plumbing. I spoke to the company an d sent up a time for a quote. I received a text given me details of the appointment and a brief intro of the person that would be coming to my home. Danny (forgot the other guys name) arrived on time, advised me of the work that was necessary, gave a quote and came back the following day to complete the work. The work was completed in the time frame given, they were professionally, respectful and very clean! I think they left the area cleaner then they found it!!!! Good job! Would definitely recommend their services.
I've used this company a handful of times and I've always been Very satisfied with their services. I've had them do everything from change out toilets and sink faucets to more major plumbing issues. Therefore, we decided to go with his company, and honestly, it has been the best experience we ever have had in a long time with contractors, they always called me and gave me an update about materials and when they could start the project. Eric and Franco were a delight to have! I love how professional and knowledgeable they were of our houses plumbing. They are the real deal! NO B.S.! They feel like old school plumbers which is awesome! because I love feeling nostalgic. They worked their butts off in the heat using their cool machines and gadgets to diagnose the issue at hand! I don't know how they work in this Vegas heat and I give them a lot of credit for that. Franco was super nice and professional, he sat down with us and we exchanged some stories and small talk, which was refreshing because you just don't see that anymore. This was my first time to use Atlas Plumbing and my experience was excellent. The repair I needed was fairly minor, but they had no problem sending someone out on a Sunday at no extra charge. The cost was reasonable, with me paying for one hour of Mario's time, as it turned out. Mario, the plumber on call, was very personable and professional at the same time. He analyzed the issue carefully, and provided a solution. When he was done (a bit less than an hour) with the work, he asked if we had any other questions, or needed anything else. Also, while he was waiting for a dye test to complete, he drained the water heater and evaluated the washer/dryer, offering suggestions for safeguarding possible points of failure. I noted this because we were being charged for an hour, so he was making an effort to stay busy the entire time. I found this most encouraging from a consumer standpoint. Too many service techs are also sales people, working on commission. I will use Atlas for my future plumbing needs.

Stay away. They are scammers. We had a nice plumber come to our home and got an estimate for work. We signed the estimate online. A day later, we receive a mysterious new quote that was much higher than the one we agreed upon. When contacting them numerous times, the rep states every time the manager is on a job or it's after hours (3PM) during the week. They promise someone will contact us and after another week, nobody. Now the rep tells us that another estimate is due in 3 days! Really! What about standing by your proposal and actually being available. Will NOT do business with them. Apparently, my money is no good for them.
They were on time and worked very hard to fix my problem - even into the evening. They were respectful of my property and me.
I would totally use them again for my plumbing needs.

I would like to start by saying I can speak freely about my experience with Atlas Pluming specially when the project is not done completely. We wouldn't be giving a poor review if we were a satisfied customer. Specially after we wrote the review you contacted us to finish all up soon but as usual you stopped responding us do your work. We did have a meeting with Doug one of the crew, we discussed everything again and he promised to send us an email regarding the project. I had personally called/text to discuss the matter over the phone and resolve this but did not receive an answer. I understand the contract and I was not slandering a good company. I am frustrated about the lack of communication and the fact that you are not understanding what we have been asking this whole time which honestly shows you do not communicate with your team about what customers are asking for so I will repeat myself again and try to explain briefly. The vanity top and the two-bathroom faucets are the main problem still without solution. We mentioned this before, but no one listen, we are not asking you to buy new vanity base, unfortunately we couldn't find a right-side vanity and asking for help but we could not find any suggestion so we decided the old vanity to be put back informed Doug with a text message but he did not respond us. One of the vanities was removed during remodeling the bathtub however since it was removed during remodeling, we want the old vanity base to put back. We were told it needed to be removed and it will be put back once remodeling is done. I am waiting for customer service representative to reach out to me since my phone calls are being taking seriously and I attached the photo how my bathroom looks like.
I'm very pleased with the services these guys did for us from customer service scheduling appt with us to doing the job on the site! Mario and Jose called me first to let me know their ETA to doing plumbing work. Very professional in their manner and appearance. They don't charge per hour like other companies do---starting with driving to your house then per hour afterwards! Atlas Plumbing come out to your house to give an estimate on the job and then it's up to you to take it or not. MARIO and JOSE THANK YOU again for doing a great job and for putting booties on when walking on our freshly new deep cleaned carpets without us telling you !!! We will definitely use this company for our future plumbing needs!

Customer service was incredible. Super easy to make an appointment online. Juan, our technician, was so personable and even more competent. Would recommend without hesitation and use again.
My husband and I just moved into a mobile home. For those of you who are unaware, a lot of plumbing company's do not work on mobile homes. Atlas plumbing does and they are so amazing. We've called Atlas plumbing about 3 times now for different things lol. David Smith and Dan (I unfortunately cannot remember his last name) went above and beyond our expectations. They are wonderful people and I will from now become a loyal customer! Thank you so much Atlas plumbing!

They were great! Quick to get someone out to the house for an estimate and even quicker to fix the issue. They gave us a time slot of 12-2 and showed up pretty much right at 12. We were very pleased with the service we received.
The two (one being David) were friendly and explained the issue in a way we could understand. They're also dog friendly and weren't phased by our dog wanting to know what was going on.
They gave us options for the repair and explained what each one would entail. We didn't feel like we needed to look elsewhere for a better quote, the prices were more than fair! We also didn't feel like we were getting ripped off of like they were trying to just make money off of the issue. Hopefully we don't need to, but if we do ever need a plumber we will gladly use Atlas Plumbing again!

Our Tech Spencer was amazing! Very professional and knowledgeable in his craft. He replaced our outdated shower fixture and replaced a very corroded bath drain that had to be cut out, while avoiding damaging the pipe underneath. It was a huge success! Thank you for your time and effort. He even shared some insight on other plumbing questions we had for the future.

These guys are a little expensive but they appear very professional and know what they are doing.
I just bought a property and was worried about a potential leak behind the kitchen sink. They came, checked for a leak, and gave me a quote for the other work that I was trying to do.
The quotes were mostly reasonable (but on the higher side), but for some reason they wanted $350 to install a kitchen sink strainer basket. That seemed way too high.
If you are looking to spend more money and want the work guaranteed, these guys are the right guys for you.
Called them for an urgent situation with a non working toilet. Brian Wall came out the next morning. He discovered a broken valve and was able to quickly repair the problem and install a fail safe so it doesn't happen again. He alerted us before his arrival with a charming text that included his bio. An amazing and very smart move by this company to create a personal connection even before the work begins. We built trust quickly and he informed us of his plan before, during and after the project. I would use them again in a heartbeat. We are from a big city and unaccustomed to such fantastic service.
Where do I begin? So last year in (I believe) July or August of 2021 we had Doug from Atlas come out for a assessment of our bathroom since we had water damage from our leaking shower door. Doug came out and really gave us hope for a great remodel(100% false hope) and great looking shower that would eliminate our leak issue and give our bathroom a awesome new look. Well, we weren't disappointed on the look but the time of starting the project to its completion we were PROMISED, the craftsmanship, and the oh we will be there for any needs you guys might have are falling well below tolerable and heading more into a wtf!? Area. We were told the project would start in September, got pushed to October, then November, and that's when it finally started. We were told it was to be a 5-7 day job ha well that was a lie. Job took about a month to finish, and when it was finished it wasn't. Why did it take almost a month or more to finally get a shower door installed? More than a month of bugging and empty promises. Thanks Atlas. And when we had the work done they installed a really cheap inefficient toilet that they didn't even seal since there's a gap between it and the floor. Our shower head handle isn't sealed to the wall, our door still has a small leak which is what caused our issues in the first place. The floor and wall (damage due to their demolition)has not been repaired even though Doug has kept making empty promises to have someone reach out to us to make everything right. At this point it's nearly a year since I DROPPED $5K CASH TO START THIS PROJECT. If I could I would leave a negative star review. Mosaic and Atlas are not getting another payment from me until this is fixed and if they want to avoid further issues and bad reviews then I expect a resolved matter from you and to cover some of that payment. If not that's fine and thanks for a $5k custom bathroom because I will not be making any payment to this less than ok company.
BTW your contractors are rude. I would never hire you guys for anything ever again.

Had an issue with the shower handle that broke and requested service in Yelp. Atlas was the first to respond saying they had availability on a Saturday. They sent Stanley out to do the work. He was able to fix the shower, look over a few other spot concerns, and identify the root of the problem. I was very impressed with his professionalism; paid him cash for the services and he was on his way within 90min. Would recommend this company for this type of plumbing service.
Atlas plumbing is 100% old school (Love the look) and legit with their work! Quick story, my wife is outside working on the Desert Landscaping and notices we had water spraying out of the front of the house. All bad so first thing that I do is turn to Yelp and I see pics of old school uniforms and great yelp reviews! So I decide to give a call. A lady answered ( super cool) takes my information then transfers me to David! He first asks me if I wanted him to walk me thru turning off the water to the house from the main. I told him I didn't want to do that, to which he was totally cool with. David then told me he would be by in 45-60 mins (he got here in about 30 if I'm being honest). David is/was super professional got everything taken care of and guaranteed the work... I mean the area he worked on looks better than what came with the house.... BOTTOM LINE HIRE THESE GUYS and if you are lucky enough to get David go buy a lotto ticket afterwards it's your lucky day.... even if you had a unlucky plumbing issue! THANKS GUYS.... and GAL over the phone!

Atlas Plumbing really disappointed me. I happened to be out of town when my tenant called and told me there was water coming out of the equipment room on Monday August 25, 2017. I called the air conditioner company first because it was muggy and I thought it was the condensate line leaking. He called me back and said the drains were backed up and I needed to get a plumber. I called Atlas plumbing and although I wasn't there, Bryce and Thomas came out to clear the pipe. There was a schematic of the pipes on the wall and they were able to locate the drain and put a snake down the pipe to clear it. They left and left a bill for $245.00. Then on the following Wednesday water was coming out of the equipment room again. The tenant called me and told me that it had backed up again and I needed to get a plumber out again to clear the pipe. I called Atlas plumbing and told them that the main line was completely backed up and I needed for someone to come over right away to clear the blockage. I told them that there were 40 employees in the building and I thought the bathrooms were out of order. We posted signs on the bathrooms and waited. The call was made at around 10:37am. I was told the plumber would be there within an hour. At 12:17pm I called again and they told me they couldn't get a hold of the plumber Sean. At 12:45pm the plumber showed up and was slow walking the problem. I told Sean that the other crew was here in Friday and they said they cleared the line but obviously it wasn't cleared correctly. I told him that he needed to snake the pipe and clear the lines. He started with an attitude and started to tell me that the water was coming out of the drains because that was the low point in the building. Are you kidding me? I told him that I had built several buildings in Las Vegas and knew a little bit about how this all worked. I told him that Bryce and Thomas were here on Friday and they snaked the line and he said he would call them. He did. Then he started to ask silly questions to obviously kill time. He wanted to know how many toilets I had in the building. I told him it didn't matter. The other guys just did this Friday. I became annoyed and told him to leave. I went back to my house and picked up my own snake. I drove back to the building and snaked the line clear, all by myself.
Later, I called the company and told them of the problems I was having with the Plumber Sean. Sunshine told me she was sorry and would have Bryce call me. He did and told me that he told Sean exactly which pipe he snaked. That was the proof I needed to realize I was being played. It happened to be the same one I snaked. So he could have done the job but for him it was more important to slow walk the job to obviously make more money. Bryce told me that he was sorry and if he would reduce the bill to $200 would that make you happy?. No. if you cleared the line on Friday it should at least last more than 2 business days. He told me they don't warranty their work for commercial buildings. Take note, THEY DON'T WARRANTY ANY OF THEIR WORK FOR COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS. He said, then I am sorry. I told him that I would send him the entire $245 dollars and I did, so that I could fairly write the truth of what happened. By the way the drain that I snaked is still clear after 7 business days. Let me just start off by saying how Atlas plumbing has two amazing technicians working for them. They were simply amazing, kind hearted and took their time to get the job done right. Danny and Elisio. Thank you so much for the hard work you two have put in at our home. We had a whole plumbing reroute for our entire home and I know its not easy working when it's 110° degrees outside! Also, we have an eleven month old baby and everyday before they left for the day they ensured we had running hot water which I was extremely grateful for. Danny and Elisio always explained everything to my husband and myself what they were doing and why. These two gentlemen were extremely professional and clean. Next project will be a water softener and a reverses osmosis and I am requesting Danny and Elisio to do the job for me. Thank you again Danny and Elisio you two rock!!
If you're having plumbing problems I feel bad for you son, I got 99 problems but a clogged sink ain't one. Brandon is the bee's knees. Probably the most chill stranger I've ever let into my house. Atlas plumbing makes being an adult a whole lot easier. There are some things you just shouldn't do yourself, and I'd say plumbing is in that category. Brandon was quick and communicative. He even taught me what a good drain should sound and look like. I had no idea there was a sound or look associated. Call Atlas Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. After recieving a complicated and expensive estimate through Goettl, I did a search for the best plumbers in the area and got Atlas as one of them. The receptionist named Sunshine was incredibly friendly and booked us for an appointment later on in the day. The plumber named Eric was also great and he was able to fix our problem (we had a clogged sink). We are very greatful for their hard work and efforts, thank you again!!

Our water heater took a dive this morning. Started calling around to see who could replace it today vs. tomorrow or next week. Not having hot water sucks. Atlas Plumbing said no problem, we have a tech available. The lady who answered the phone was awesome, friendly, and most of all HELPFUL (unlike the other three businesses I called). She said she needed to make sure they could get my water heater (warranty) and she would call me back and guess what? She actually CALLED ME BACK! I know. I was blown away too. Said her tech would be here between 6 - 8 pm but they finished their other job early and got here at 3 pm. Sent me a very nice text to give me info on the tech (nice touch!). I love the old school vans and the uniform the techs wore. I didn't realize it was a uniform until I looked at their site after they left. Very cool! Took a couple of hours and we are back to taking showers. The two techs were friendly and knowledgeable (and masked up of course). Cannot recommend this company highly enough. They were listed on the site of the water heater but they will be my go-to plumbers in the future. Five stars. Would give them 10 if I could.
Still no phone call back to fix our problems that they caused. Who are these people you even advertise? Because no one showed up to my property in a uniform half of them didn't even speak English

After having a few issues called out Atlas. After doing two jobs (that I realized later didn't even neex to be done) they charged me $1100. I should say they scammed me for $1100!! Then of course they find something else and say it will start at $2500 and probably go up from there. After doing a bit of research and talking to a few other people I find out they are taking me for a ride!! Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. Guaranteed I won't be fooled a second time!
Atlas Plumbing you are lucky to have a plumber named Danny Lloyd he was totally professional took care of my plumbing needs in no time at all he fixed what five other plumbers couldn't in less than 10 minutes
The services provided were outstanding. They were professional, efficient , and extremely helpful with answering any questions my husband had pertaining to our water dispenser from our refrigerator. They even went above and beyond with that. They're honest and fairly priced. Also, on time and fixed the leak we had and fixed the current piping issue. I dont know the plumbing lingo lol BUT if you have any issues with plumbing these are the guys to call!

I had an issue with my water heater and called Atlas to fix it. After my initial call they were at my house within the hour to take a look at my issue. Thomas was the tech and he was able to diagnose the issue and order the part. It did take 2 days for the part to come in but when he came back he was able to fix the problem and had my water heater up and running in no time. My only complaint was that when I was supposed to hear back from the on Friday to fix the part I did not hear back from them and I had to make the call myself to check in with them. The lady that answered the phone was very apologetic and again within the hour they were at my house. I would recommend Atlas to anyone looking for good plumbing work.
