Kennedy Plumbing replaced my leaking, old hot water heater. I called in the evening after work and they were able to come out the next day. A shut off valve to one of the water supplies to the heater was also replaced. The work was done well and care was taken bringing in the heater and taking the old out of the house. Friendly  service.

I had a bathtub leak.  It took only a small part that they had on time and it took only about 1/2 hour - and it cost $436!! They said they charge per job, not per hour, but it was excessive.

We had a bad experience where we lost the use of our sink for a week and got stuck footing the bill for the repair to the counter granite top. I did approve the attempt to modify counter to install the sink but didnt expect the attempt to create damage that resulted the bad experience. Installer used bad judgement so one star means it was a disaster can't recommend

Yes!!Yes!!Yes!! Don't even consider anyone else! garden home plumbing was referred to me by my sister. She was so pleased. Derek did such great work, at our house as well, and at the lowest price I found!! If you go anywhere else you're a fool! I was quoted over 3 times as much by Three Mountains Plumbing. Derek removed our old, broken water heater, did the most professional job of installing the high quality (made in the USA) water heater, cleaned up everything and on top of that...he's really nice! This man should be charging twice the price. If you want someone to make your day, hire Derek from garden home plumbing. He has years of knowledge and experience and he stands by his work!

I hired Hector to do wainscoting, crown moulding, as well as painting and he did a fantastic job!  This guy has a knack for carpentry work and I would highly recommend him.  He and his partner, Felix, are dependable, courteous, and work efficiently.  I have also hired him to replace some recessed lighting throughout the entire house.

I cannot say enough about our great experience with Ken and Absolute Precision. Ken is a pro in every way. They installed our HVAC mini split system after giving us a prompt and fair estimate. They completed the work efficiently and were incredibly respectful while in our home (especially during quarantine- wore masks at all times). They took great care in placing the units in a way that was as subtle as a split system can be. Ken and Brad were great at keeping us informed about the timing of the project and eventually showing us how it all worked. They left no trace of even being here other than a wonderfully air conditioned home! We are already loving having AC and can't wait to never worry about our window units again. Having received estimates from several others for this job before hiring Absolute Precision, I can say that the whole experience was head and shoulders above the competition. Saw a water spot on the first floor ceiling and called these guys as they have done great work before.   Watching them figure out where the leak was coming from was like watching Sherlock Holmes solve a crime.    They ended up cutting a 6x6 hole in the ceiling and were able to make the repairs.    I was worried about a huge repair- they were in and out under two hours.   Joey and Nathan- very personable, very efficient.   Explained what they found, what they did and cleaned every thing up afterwards.   Very impressive.

While they did a great job on the first repair, we asked them to come back to fix our dishwasher and they ended up breaking it worse. They need to stick with what they're good at.

Gordon and his son have fixed a few issues at my house over the years. I've always found them to be honest, reputable, forthright, trusty, and reasonably priced. I would recommend them to anyone in the Baltimore Metro region!!

I guess John Henry Supply had to delete and reset their reviews! I know this because I previously left them a great review, and that review has disappeared, along with all others.
They will thank you for your business and then charge a 20% re-stocking fee for their mistake! Their counter person has no field experience and I'd often have go into great detail about items because she didn't know much at all about the industries of plumbing and HVAC/R.
They are basically the sole source of hvac and plumbing supplies for their affiliate hvac company next door. So, if they want to have poor customer service for everyone else... I guess that is their decision.
This 20% on a $550 purchase is roughly $110. Was it worth that to lose my business forever? I guess so!

I purchased a newly built home on July 31, 2019. Since then, I've called this company 1-2 times per week to have them to fix the scald gurd so that my shower water will get hot. They have not returned a call. Today, I called tge emergency number, and spoke with Mike. He told me that he could not help me.l, and gave me the corporate number, which was the number I had been calling for a month. Non existent customer service. Headed to the BBB site next.

A/C went out and I diagnosed it was the capacitor, a part you can get from Walmart.com for $17.  

Called Steve Ray at 5:45 pm on a Tuesday and I was thankful he said he could come out and replace it.

20 mins later he was here and working on it. Then he said it would be $275 to fix it!

I already had the cover off the a/c unit, turned off the power to the unit, and removed the old capacitor.  All he did was hook up the 4 wires and put the cover back on!

He was literally working on it for 5 minutes!

$275 for what?!?  I would have been more than happy to pay for his services, but this was ridiculous!

I'm sure this guy knows what he's doing, but it seems he's trying to buy a place in the Bahamas with his rates.

Reached out to Mr. Brown about doing a plumbing job at my house and received the response that he didn't unclog drains. That was the reply I received when I told him what was going on. We ended up going with someone else and having to have a pipe replaced in our front yard. If he would've bothered to ask anymore questions he might have decided the job was worth it but if this is the kind of response I got to an issue I probably lucked out by going with someone else anyway.
