I highly recommend these guys!  I had issues with pressure fluctuation on a well system.  I had one company out to do the repair with no success...of course I couldn't get in contact with them after I paid them.  I called T Smith the same day and they were able to pinpoint the issue.  Tony and his crew were very friendly, thoughtful, and professional.  They arrived on time and diagnosed the issue within minutes.  They replaced my tank, regulator, and pipes for a fair price and ensured that the work resolved the issue prior to leaving.  I will definitely be using these guys in the future.  Thank you guys again!

Called TSmith plumbing  they were at my house quickly, three crew members took care of my facet repair, moving and connecting water line to my fridge, checked all my water lines and corrected drainage issues.
I could not be more pleased with their courteous  employees and their professionalism.  Reviewed the work the performed with me and completed the tasks efficiently.  Very reasonable.

Met January 6 and agreed on $3,500 to rough in 2 pedicure chairs and 2 sinks on a commercial property with a crawl space. Offered to pay up front or half, Tony Smith said it would be on completion. Seemed super on his game from day 1 constantly conferencing everyone in on phone calls, extremely impressed to say the least in the beginning. Was bragging and vouching for him when the subject of the nail salon came up. Unfortunately with higher expectation comes a greater fall. Agreed on a price and took until January 14 to get a quote. In the quote and per conversations, as a licensed plumber he would apply for the permit from Gaston County before we started. Called a few times in between and texted, no response. Other than a personal pet peeve to be ignored it's completely unprofessional. It takes about 2 weeks for Gastonia to approve a permit so I'm thinking any day now, and setting up next steps to work on the property and when to order the $70,000 of material to put in the salon. Come to find out today, February 1, Tony Smith never even applied for a permit. Nearly a month later and wasted. Not sure what the issue was. We were happy to pay $3,500 considering it's pennies compared to the overall investment. Will make a point to not recommend and not use for any future business.

UPDATE 2/15/21: Contacted ACC Plumbing and Backflow....pulled permit the same day, never missed a phone call or text. Roughed in 2 pedicure chairs, 1 sink, replaced rusted pipe as well as pass inspection in about 4 days. Cost me $4,900 BUT GOT THE JOB DONE!

I feel as I was totally ripped off, he charged us almost $700.00 to change a shower head and cut a huge hole in the wall.and then said I could hire someone to fix the hole and paInt it. Then to top it off he wanted me to make the check out to him personally.  Never again!!!

Josh Strange from T smith Plumbing came out on a Sunday night to fix a simple water leak. I had explained my home warranty company would be paying for most of this job so I guess he wanted to take  advantage.
He informed me my sewer line had busted and two water line T's were leaking. He left to get supplies and came back with a few pipes and two water line T's (very low material cost) and had it fixed in almost under 1 hour and charged me $1,442!!!!! What a joke.
I asked him for a receipt and his excuse was I don't have a receipt book in this van again what a joke.
He also left all of his mess under my house for over a month and I have pictures to prove it. I was also charged the 3% credit card charge the merchant ( T smith) is supposed to pay. I had been charged for this without being informed before hand. I was not informed of any extra charge for it being Sunday or any of that nonsense. I had to wait  around a week for an itemized receipt which was dropped off in my screen door and was the same simple invoice I already had in email which was not itemized and which was not good enough for my home warranty company to reimburse me anything.... He also got on the phone with my home warranty company and spouted some Illegally plumbed sewer line is why it failed they now will not help me pay this outrageous $1,442 bill for less than 1hr of work. I was contacted by Tony the owner the day after who had no excuse for how much I was charged and said Ya don't pay a mechanic for labor... you pay him to know where to knock... mind you I work in construction and no one that's an honest man would charge me $1,442 for 1hr of work 2-3 sticks of pipe and two water T's and LEAVE THE MESS UNDER MY HOUSE. Long story short I tried getting into contact with Tony after I found out the mess was not cleaned up and I was over charged because I had 3 contractors come out for 2nd and 3rd opinions. I tried for like 4-6 days to contact the owner while getting the run around and I don't have time for games so I disputed the charge and my credit card company ruled in my favor after over a month with no contact from them. The mess is still here and the case was ruled in my favor as of March 2nd and they were told to contact my credit card company with paperwork to dispute it if they would like to... Here it is March 11th and he showed up at my house unwarranted and without notice to Talk even though the case is closed and in my favor March 2nd. I was 2 minutes from my house on the way home with dinner when I was notified of this nonsense.  I got home and he was gone so I called him and of course over a month after leaving the mess..  says he will gladly come clean it up and give me an itemized receipt and I said that's fine but I'm not paying $1,442 of unexplainable high charges for 1hr of work and you left a mess for over a month and caused my home warranty to not help pay and you also have no business showing up here without notifying me first. He then decided to try an bs his way out and say I usually charge for clean up i bet you do ya damn crook. My boss has been sick for months was the excuse I got for not getting back with me.....lol right.... He then tries to intimidate me with if we can't  be adults and work this out I'll see you in court. Alright buddy , Needless to say I contacted the ‍police‍ and made a report of this unwarranted VERY unprofessional trip to my house without my permission,  He then says he didn't go under my house but yet my brick was moved from it's location I left it in so I would know if they came back when I was gone.
I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY!
I guess I'll be paying someone to clean up this mess what a joke. Make sure you guys get this bs in writing because they aren't very friendly, honest, professional or reasonable. I was willing to fix this if I would have been contacted in a professional manner but now..... See you in Court buddy.‍

Tony was able to send out a duo of workers to help me with an unexpected increased water pressure issue. They arrived on time, early actually, and stayed approximately 1.5 hours to repair some parts to my well. Tony was in constant contact via telephone to make sure the job was completed smoothly. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.
