All About the PIpes Plumbing

Our gas water heater started leaking after 12 yrs, so this past week, All About the Pipes' technicians Alex and Noah expertly installed a new one.  Mary, the owner, guided us on which brand is best for us, which we greatly appreciate. Obviously, all brands claim to be the best. We checked reviews for this company prior to working with it, and also last year the company gave us some great advice on an issue we were having. Very happy, all-around, and we highly recommend All About The Pipes..

I would definitely Call All About The Pipes Plumbing!!  Mary is the nicest and most honest person. She was able to determine the problem  instantly. She told me right away she would work on my case load and she did I'm about to get the job done same day repair. This company comes highly  recommended  by other who used there services that I know. Very unprofessional .owner is very rude unless she is accepting money from you.quality of work is questionable at best.I have filed complaint with bbb.

Really great service I called them for well kinda an emergency at the bakery and while others stated possibly a couple weeks wait they came the next day.  They were friendly on time and cleaned up and got the job done.  It was a pleasure to work with them and we will again.  I would recommend them and fair pricing as well.

I had a leak in my outside hose spigot.  They called and offered to come out a day earlier than my scheduled appointment which worked great for my schedule. The plumber Dereck was courteous and professional and explained to me everything that was fixed. The work was done for a very reasonable price. Overall, an excellent experience!

I had a very good experience with All About the Pipes Plumbing! We had 2 outdoor spigots that were leaking, and I could not figure out the problem. I contacted them to see what the issue was, and what needed to be done to fix it. The appointment process was easy, and the servicemen were prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. They diagnosed the issue and repaired it in about 20 minutes! I was extremely pleased with the service, and will keep them as my go-to plumbers. I highly recommend them!

Nice receptionist and scheduler.  Fairly open with appointments.  So, the plumber, Dan, was about 45 minutes late in arriving, but called to let us know.  He also apologized profusely. We had a leaky faucet in the laundry room that needed repairing.  It required a little piece of rubber  to get it fixed and the invoice was $157.66.  Seems like a bit much, but what do I know?   I'm sure most of that was for the service charge.  They are eager to quote on a recycle pump to get hot water to the master bathroom much faster. It makes sense, as we wait for a few minutes each morning to get hot water back there.   Waiting for a quote and just hoping it won't involve a little piece of rubber fitting, or else we won't be able to afford it!   Dan was great and I would call and ask for him again.  Overall, two thumbs up.

The lady that answered was friendly.  The owner was too when he arrived to my house.  I wouldn't say he blew my mind with his attention to detail as he didn't even look upstairs in the attic to see the pipe that needed to be flushed out, but he still somehow managed to quote me a price for it.?.  I guess this was his normal quoting procedure, but his clear desire to focus on the more expensive pieces of my needs couldn't be missed.  

I never heard back from them after I got a high quote which I thought was a poor business decision.  I honestly expected them to circle back around to at least generate revenue from some of the work, but I guess they have enough to keep them busy and don't need my smaller jobs.  Fair enough.

This has been my plumbing company for ten years and two houses now.
They are very professional and friendly (the technicians and the office staff)  and the only plumbers that I use.

Within 24 hours of our initial call, All About the Pipes was under my home repairing a rusted and leaky pipe.

In another instance earlier this year, All About the Pipes came highly recommended by another plumber for their tankless hot water systems. I got a quote from them, but because they did not have financing options available, I used another company; I would have used them otherwise.

They are knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive. When you have to do home repairs or upgrades, those are qualities that are essential.

These guys are the best.  On time and they back up their work.  Our faucet in our 1961 house broke and they fixed it and credited us time towards the job for a past job.  Would definitely use them and recommend them to anyone.

I came home to a flooded garage floor and a steaming/hissing Water Heater.  I had used this Plumber in the past and always had a great experience.  I called the after hours number and Mary was very kind and walked me through how to find the breaker and turn off the water supply.  She told me the plumber would come out in morning and he did - he arrived right on time.

He showed me the hole in the tank and gave me some options.  I elected to let them replace the water heater and bring it up to current code.  I was surprised at how old my Water Heater was  - it's amazing it didn't fail years ago.

The complete job took about 3 hours and I felt the price was extremely reasonable.  The work is warrantied for 2 years and I am pleased with this service.  This is an honest plumber who is reasonable.  I highly recommend their services.

The customer service rep that answered my initial call made it easy to get tech to come out when it worked best for me. The Tech, Mark, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and communicated all issues clearly. This is the second time I've used this service and would recommend it to friends and family.

We had a major plumbing problem Super Bowl Sunday at 6:20! We had water flying out of our sewer line in the basement and coming through our shower floor. I had several phone calls out to our builder, plumbers I have used before, and random names I had Googled. There were some companies that wouldn't even help me since I was not an existing costumer....really?
All About The Pipes (Dan) was courteous, knowledgeable and came out within the hour...UNBELIEVABLE!  He fixed our immediate problem. Now that's a company to call on again. Thank you!

Quality. I have used All about the pipes over the years for a kitchen sink, 2 bath remodels (shower faucet, toilet installs, sink faucet installs), couple of clogged drains, and a bathtub leak.  The techs are neat and professional as well as knowledgeable. The owner, Chris, is more concerned over my satisfaction than I am for myself!
