We used Cliff's plumbing to install our new kitchen faucet when we first moved here. They
also removed a filtration system under our sink that was no longer usable. When I called they came the next day which was perfect. Thank you Cliff's plumbing.

Dealing with this company was wonderful from start to finish - the lady that took my call was wonderful and friendly and the service tech - I believe his name is Alex - was wonderful - helpful and fixed the problem !! Great company to deal with and I will definitely call them from now on - thank you !!

I am a rental property owner.  I received a couple quotes from local plumbers to replace a hot water heater nearing it's service life.  One highly reviewed plumber that I used before, and Eco Home Solutions.  Eco Home Solutions was far more responsive and cheaper, but the level of complete communication and professionalism made the choice easy.  
My elderly tenants made for some challenges coordinating with scheduling, but Eco Home Solutions completed the project with satisfaction and compassion working with, and around my tenants.  
I will call them when needed in the future. And I am confident to recommend them to you.

All For One Plumbing has taken care of a few issues that I've had and they are fast , reliable, and efficient. I've had my water lines replaced from my well to my house and I now have the best water pressure since I've bought my house. Definitely will call them if I have any other plumbing needs....

I Called Huff plumbing to come over to check a leaky sink a couple weeks ago. We had a tech Michael that showed up right on time got to the sink and found the problem ! fixed it in a little under 30 minutes. Now that's what I call service! So, no one ever calls a plumber with good news. I had a toilet that would not stop running, and a shut off valve that was leaking. I looked online for a nearby plumber who could come out ASAP. I tried Yelp so I could read some reviews. I found Freedom Plumbing and called in a frantic state. About two hours later (I was able to stop the flow of water temporarily) I had a toilet that no longer ran nor flooded the floor. I have made a follow up appointment to have other work done. I am so relieved that I called this company. I got a quick lesson in shutting off the water to the house, the worl was checked and double checked, and I felt that all of my concerns were addressed. I would not hesitate to recommend Freedom Plumbing.

Stephen was a spectacular worker and a knowledgeable guest to have in our home. We called him in to redo our kitchen tile and backsplash and we couldn't be happier with his work. Always kind and willing to work with us, I fully recommend him for any future work.

Had corroded nipple on hot water heater from a leak. Brian came fast, fixed the problem and had informative informations to my questions I had on the subject. Quick, efficient and cost effective.

Mr Jordan promised to get back to me after my initial call but did not in spite of me calling him a 2nd time and leaving a vm.  Not such great customer service in my case.

Plumb 4 U..? More like Scammers 4 U! This company charges very high end pricing and says the issues are resolved. Had to call them several times over a plumbing issue and eventually broke down to call a real plumber. The replacement company came out, diagnosed the issues and resolved the problem. Yet I'm stuck with a very high bill and did not get real results.

The technicians seemed like they were on drugs and could not even function properly. The management took the side of their employees and did not care to help, I would not trust them in my home. Stay away and find a real plumbing company! A company who cares and Does not scam their customers.

Called them to fix knocking in my pipes. Showed up quick (which is rare these days).  They replaced a PRV valve, didn't fix it. They replaced a shower valve, didn't fix it. Told me These things are tricky, could be anywhere. Gave me the bill, which I paid. I think of them every day when my pipes knock. Nice guys, not good plumbers. At least not in this case.

No matter who I speak with at Travis Crawford Heating & Cooling, the customer service is bar none the best! Like many others in the area, we have been slowly remodeling a home on a budget. After getting many quotes,  Travis Crawford Heating & Cooling came in with the upmost respect to our plans, needs and budget. I can't say enough about the efficiency of their work to help us get our house comfortable. We had one hiccup ON A HOLIDAY EVENING due to the overbearing summer heat and user error...I placed a call to the office, not expecting a call back until the following evening. Within an hour, one of the Travis Crawford Heating & Cooling guys was at my house and worked until past midnight to help us then returned at 8am to make sure we were comfortable. Thank you Travis Crawford Heating & Cooling!

Ive seen some bad flooring jobs online and this one is right up there. Horrible quality flooring and a horrible job installing. They Even left cut marks on my deck where they were cutting the flooring.

WARNING! DO NOT CALL THEM, their pricing is so ridiculous that you will end up paying the call fee ($59-$99) and tell them to leave. There are plenty of other reliable and trustworthy companies out there, these guys are criminals. They quoted my me more than triple what another company came and fixed it for. I will be calling the B.B.B. to enlighten them of these predatory practices.

These guys are great!!! Had a stoppage in my house and called Charlotte Plumbing and Repair.  They came out an hour after I called. Fixed my stoppage and even gave me advice on a future project and told what to do to save a thousand bucks. The price was just right too. They actually fixed a botched job that Roto-Rooter did. If you have a plumbing job and you want the job done right at a reasonable price, call Charlotte Plumbing. You won't be disappointed.

AVOID - OVERCHARGED AND TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. I hired this company in May 2018 to install a backwater valve in my basement to help with an issue I was having with my main house drain. I agreed to the quote not knowing how big the job would be or what was involved. After the work was completed, I realized that the parts cost less than $100 and that the installation took about one hour. I was home and watched them complete much of the work myself. I was charged $2,000, which included a service call / trip fee and a warranty. After subtracting those costs and the cost of the parts, that left around $1,700 that I paid for about an hour of labor. I emailed the general manager the next day, who was not very responsive. It took four weeks for him to send a supervisor to my home to review the job, after which the GM offered me a $250 credit. I was not satisfied with that amount, and emailed the GM one more time with pictures of the job so he could see it for himself. He did not respond to me after that. I was happy with the service technician and the quality of the work, but being charged that much for the labor is completely absurd. Even if you add in the time spent consulting me at the beginning, traveling to the parts store, eating lunch, etc. - none of which should be included since I paid a separate trip charge - that's still a ridiculous amount. Save your money, avoid the hassle and find a different plumbing company to work with.

Terrible experience! I bought a dishwasher through Lowe's. I had two conformation calls that R&R Plumbing would be at my house to do the installation between 1 and 6 PM. I stepped outside onto my front porch to have a conversation with a neighbor and I didn't hear the phone. I returned the call to find the technician cancelled the appointment because I missed the call. For reasons beyond my understanding they wouldn't turn the tech around or provide the service at the end of the day. I was told by Lowe's that protocol is to come to the door even after a missed call. I was on the phone all afternoon trying to get someone to the house so I wouldn't have to miss another day at work. It cost me a days work plus I need to try this all over again with a different contractor tomorrow.

I better not take a shower between now and then for fear of missing a call again! If I continue to buy through Lowe's I will definitely refuse R&R  plumbing as a subcontractor.
