Phenomenal. Justin is AWESOME.

I called 7 plumbers that afternoon ALL were extremely busy, all were names with A rating from Angie's List incidentally. Queen City Responded quickly and I asked for Justin the owner.

I was referred to Queen City By Tim from Fergusen Plumbing - Tim at Fergusen said to ask for Justin. Justin like all other plumbers was busy and he did not call me back till late that afternoon. By then I had received quotes from other plumbers who could come over the next day; many quotes where from the high of $310 - to $194 just to diagnose my plumbing problem.

Justin was the least expensive to evaluate by far, so I called him back and he responded rather quickly in his amazing purple truck. Very good guy with an amazing sense of humor.

Justin diagnosed my problem in less than five minutes. And he gave me a referral as well and let me borrow his extension cord too. Good experience. I would hire him or refer him.

It turns out it was an electrical problem, the pump worked fine.

I made balloon art for 2 of his boys (he has FIVE) in appreciation. (mistertwisterofcharlotte…)

My hot water heater broke on a Friday night. Queen City Plumbing came out and replaced it with an A.O. Smith water heater. Total bill was $3,000.
Two weeks later my basement flooded and extinguished the water heater flame and I called Queen City Plumbing for repairs. They remarked the flood water had damaged the water heater igniter system beyond repair and I had to replace the two week old water heater.
I called a second plumber. He reset a safety switch and the water heater worked fine. The charge was $49. A far cry from installing a second a $3,000 water heater.

We had a major underground leak in our front yard caused by a tree root that had grown through the main pipe, and because of this needed a total line replacement from the street to the house. We called several plumbers, with one (Benjamin Franklin) even trying to charge us over $6100! Called Queen City Plumbing and they said they would do the entire job for $2500! They were done in a matter of hours, cleaned up after themselves, and even went as far as to lay down new grass seed over the trench they dug. We are very happy with the service, the upfront and honest dealings, and will definitely be using them again for any plumbing needs that arise.

Via phone contact, I informed Parker that that the bathtub drain stopper is not working as it is no longer attached. Therefore, you cannot push it down to stop or release to let the water out. He stated that he would have Paul Glover  to come out the next day (8/10/21) between 11:00-2:00 pm. On the job order emailed to me the time was 10:30-1:30 and under Services, I am not sure why it had Warranty call instead of the concern given.
Mr. Glover told me it wasn't working anymore because a part was missing as it apparently came off and went down the drain. He further insinuated that because it was working, the problem was due to me being unsure about how it works and there was no warranty on it. Therefore, he told me I will need to purchase another drain stopper as he didn't think he had one on the truck. And I needed to install it myself as it is real simple and he could not come back to do it.
Needless to say, I was very troubled by his response. After checking my records, the following information is offered. This was a different drain stopper as the one installed on 3/9 by a different technician did not work properly.  The word, Push is written on top of it; so, when Fernando installed it (approx.. 3/15), he told me to push down to stop and then push again to release it. I was not given any written instructions. Also, on 3/22, I called and expressed my concerns about the overflow cover and bathtub drain stopper; so, Parker had Mr. Glover come out on 3/26.  I noted in my customer review posted about this visit that Paul Glover told me that the drain stopper needed to be put back in place and tightened. Now, four months later, it's not working at all because a part is missing! I believe the following idiom is very appropriate: Go Figure.

I called QueenCity Plumbing to assist with a leaky faucet. From there my experience went downhill. The technician tried to upsell me on various other services. Unfortunately I agreed to one of them which was rather expensive ($760+) . After the repair was completed I was told there were ancillary issues for which I would incur additional expenses to remedy. Ultimately, I it cost me  close to $1000 And still am dealing with issues that resulted from the technicians work.

Make sure you shop around and get a reputable plumber if this is not an area where you have any knowledge or expertise.

Had a tankless hot water heater installed Friday by Paul Glover of QCP to replace 2 large 20+ year old 60 gal tanks. We thought we needed 2 tankless units but Paul said definitely not with the capacity of the one whole house tankless recirculating unit he recommended, saving us hardware & install costs.
Scheduled within a week, immaculate install, and love, love LOVE not ever washing my hands in ice cold water or seeing my husband running the shower for 3+ minutes before getting in !  I knew we'd save on our gas bill, but I really can't wait to receive our next water/ sewer/ storm water bill from the city. Especially since we can lower the temp at night & when we're away on an app!
Great job all around Queen City!

I found I had a leak in my crawl space and in under 1 sink and I needed a repair of the faucet at another sink. Paul called 30 mins before arrival and was on time. He came in and had to replace some pipe un crawlspace, fix leak and faucet upstairs. He put on protective shoe covers while in and out. He made all the repairs in a timely manner. I appreciated that he took pics of problems and them pic p repair. He gave me a quote before work was done. He pointed out my pipes were old and this would cause corrosion and rust and would cause issues in the future. He is to send me a quote for further work in the future. Paul was knowledgeable, honest and kind and a great worker. I have already referred Paul and this company to another relative. Thank you so much.

DISHONEST! DO NOT TRUST THEIR SERVICES. My property manager had hired them to come out to one of my rentals for a garbage disposal and shower faucet repair. They had quoted me over $500 to replace the entire garbage disposal and replace the shower faucet. He said there was a leak & that it was no longer working. My husband & I thought the charges were absurd so we decided to replace it ourselves. We ended up buying a new disposal for $89 from Home Depot and when we went to replace it, it turns out the existing garbage disposal was working just fine & it was only a jam! Very simple fix & we were very upset that we almost paid $500 for a misdiagnosis!! When we tried to call them to file a complaint, they did nothing to compensate for the inconvenience. Not only are they dishonest but their customer service is poor. So glad we decided to look at it ourselves and we will NEVER use their services again. I would recommend staying away from this company.

This firm place a facebook add indicating no service fee.
I called and made an appointment, prior to appointment I received a call asking if I would mind changing from Friday to Monday. Since my plumbing problem was not urgent I agreed.
Well monday came and at nood when I not received call I called them and the lady I talked too didn't seem to know about my service request but said she would contact plumber. I didn't hear from plumber and they simply were a no show. I would not suggest use of this service
