Let me start this review with some search engine keywords for those in desperate straits for a quality plumber:

My story (briefly):
The water company left me a hanging placard on my door indicating I was running 40-50 gallons an hour.
They suggested a leak detection company (see review for Leak Seekers).
Options given once a slab leak was found was 1) repair leak location, 2) re-pipe the house.
Kwik Fix (and others) was suggested for either option.

The solution:
I chose Kwik Fix for the job because they were able to fit me in the quickest.  I'm pleased with everything about the service.  They sent a couple of guys to repair the leak.  They explained what they'd do, and that fixing the leak was a temporary fix.  They suggested a re-pipe to solve the problem permanently.  I agreed, partly because they explained that since the leak was near the edge of the house, adjoining the garage, with a place for the water to go (pressure was less, so less likely to blow my tiles somewhere on my first floor), I could wait.  They were willing to start the work in 3 business days.  They gave me the peace of mind to wait a week while I entertained family for a long planned and anticipated visit).  They showed up the day after my family left.  The crew, Chris, Cole, and Charles, were polite, careful, quick, and competent.  They said maybe 4 days but finished it in 3.  They also helped with a very simple (to them) cartridge swap in my master shower faucet. It was very difficult for my disabled wife to turn on/adjust.  Chris took a few minutes at the end of a long day to not only swap the cartridge, but clean the shower head too.

Overall, I was very pleased   They explained anything I asked about.  They cleaned up (as much as one should expect) after each day.  My water pressure and time to hot water at the farthest faucet is still great.  I think they did their best to make that happen.

The cost was $7600 for a 3 bath, 2800 sq ft house.  That seemed reasonable.  Especially for the prompt and thorough service.

Finally, there are two business entries in Yelp for this company.  I chose the one with the lower rating because a couple of the reviews were a little dubious in their validity, especially the 1 star review because of the way one of their trucks was driving.

$120 per hour was what I was told over the phone. They were here 1/2 hour to replace the insides of a toilet. $252 was the grand total for 1/2 hour of labor, a new handle, and a repair kit that costs $20 at Lowes. They entered my home not wearing masks and left water all over the bathroom. I had to ask twice to have paid cash put on my receipt, which was not itemized. I try to support small businesses but not again here.

Stayed longer than usual, installed a American Standard toilet that came with the parts needed to install. This company charged for parts anyway. Charged me for longer time and for parts. Over a period of a week talking with the company. That was a waste of!

On a Sunday we needed the system snaked. KF has been our plumber for years. The even added a bath addition for us.

They have always been fair priced, clean and professional. We always ask for Curtis.

Worst customer service. Quoted an hourly price then  charged me for more time than it took to do job. Also said it was because 2 man job and had to go on roof but never explained there would be extra cost involved. I had to call back 3 times and 3 weeks later I finally receive ANOTHER explanation that they had GPS in truck and accounted for the time. Funny my wife texted me when the 2 workers got here and when they left. My wife messaged me  again with bill cost and I immediately called them which was also logged on my phone. So,  over charged, over burdened with phone calls to them and lied to 3 times. What a shameful Co. I'm a local too down the street. Never again will I do business with your shady company. If I could give NO STARS I would!

I was at the intersection of Cesery Blvd. and the Arlington Expressway Saturday afternoon at @ 2:30 with a clear green light and the driver of truck #522 decided the red light he had didn't apply to him, so he ran it, damn near wrecking my car. Then he decided to stop in the intersection, then proceed. If these people do plumbing like they drive, I'll call someone else.

PS: I really hope the owner/manager sees this.

We've had plumbing issues for years and to say the hubby is tired of snaking it out. We called KF plumbing on a Wednesday and they had JEA out within an hour to mark the lines & to our surprise KF was here first thing the next day to replace our old sewer lines. They were vercareful not to damage our sprinkler lines and replace the grass back down to almost perfect!! Everyone at the company was very professional, the quote was fair and the workers were very friendly. I will definitely recommend them to everyone who needs plumbing done. Thank You

I was referred to this company by a friend although I have not used my daughter had an issue on Sunday and needed to have her drain cleaned ASAP. I had her called the tech came in a timely manner, and he was knowledgeable and handled the situation. The tech Dustin was helpful in explaining the problem and wasted no time in clearing the drain. Based on their experience I  will probably use this company for future plumbing issues.

This is one of the best plumbing company I used. Excellent customer service, arrived on time and rectified our plumbing issue.

I must say, this company has the utmost respect for integrity. Due to the fact, another plumbing company came to my residence prior, and informed me that my one piece toilet needed to be replaced. This diagnosis seemed odd. The technician was unprofessional, disrespectful and disclosed little to less knowledge of the plumbing issue.

I contacted my warranty company and they appointed Workman's Kwik Fix Plumbing, technician Brian arrived and did an awesome job!!! He diagnosed the problem within a timely matter and mentioned that the toilet flapper needed to be replaced and not the one piece toilet.

I have used this company in the past with no problem. However, when I had some questions about my bill following their most recent service, I was told that the manager would call me once he examined the invoice. Long story short-no phone call-nothing. I had to call them back five days later. I considered this lack of response unprofessional. Don't blow-off a customer, especially a repeat customer, who has recommended your company to friends and family.
