Quick appointment. On-time. Professional. Reasonable price. I've used Fair Plumbing several times and have always been satisfied. Today they arrived, identified where the leak was under the driveway, tore it up, fixed it, repoured the concrete and done. I highly recommend.

My husband is a senior and was house sitting for a friend in Marsh Landing. He was backing out of their drive way and hit a sprinkler head, breaking it off.  water was not coming out and there was no emergency.
He just wanted to do what was right for his friend. He saw a plumbing truck drive by - Fair FW Plumbing and called the number on the truck and they sent the truck over to repair the sprinkler head. My husband thought it was going to just cost $10, of course he should have checked, but this is not something he normally deals with.  It took 5 minutes to replace the sprinkler head and F.W Fair Plumbing charged him $117.00.  We feel completely ripped off. I would never use them again. I have seen other reviews where people feel they were ripped off and price was high.

They came out fast and got the job done . Within and hour my leaking pipe was fixed. They were nice and funny to talk too. I will always have them respond to any plumbing issues at any of my properties .

Very pleased with the quality of work and neatness of work areas! I had to have an outdoor spigot replaced. This was tricky because of the builders method at original installation.

Jackie kept me current with repair schedule and arrival time. Michael and Chris were very neat and professional. I had a new access panel and spigot replaced within an hour!

These guys were good. Fast and not to bad on the price. Very friendly techs as well. This was a  real good, small residential plumbing experience from my standpoint.

Excellent service, clean, clean, did a great job changing out an old garbage disposal in small space with connecting dishwasher line.

I felt completely ripped off.  The actual price was 200% over the quoted price.  When I tried to argue their attitude did a 180.  They started friendly, and became an evil villain.
