Our technical staff has over seventeen years in the locksmith industry. We started as a full service mobile locksmith company, and as our customer base increased, a new service facility was in demand. So in the year 2000, we opened our first store in downtown Glendale. We stock a complete line of commercial and residential grade locks including push-button security locks. We also carry a large selection of key accessories, key chains, and keys (including high security Mul-T-Lock keys). We use the latest in key cutting equipment, and have the ability to cut high security keys. Come visit our showroom at 4808 W. Glendale Ave. Glendale AZ. and view our great antique lock display of old padlocks, safes, and keys. Some of our collection dates back as far as the seventeenth century. Quality Lock & Key specializes in providing professional in-shop or on-site service to property management companies, new construction sites, owners of office and apartment properties, as well as private individuals with service needs ranging from lock repairs to installation of security and access control systems. We offer free estimates and same day service. Business billings are always welcome and our security professionals are bonded and insured.

I was initially quoted 75 then the guy couldn't get into my house with a simple kwikset and came up with some excuses he said this is a special lock would be more money...125 then he couldn't get in and proceeded to dril the core of my front door out....to replace it that was another upcharge which he didn't tell me about till after 75 ended up costing 135 and not even a real locksmith cause he had to drill the core out to get in save your money and go with some qualified folks

Let's just share a little about the aggressive attitude from this owner. Driving on the 101 and 7th avenue in his company vehicle. I was on my way to pick up my son from preschool. He refused to let me in with my blinker on safely (Even though I still made it in the lane I needed to be in despite his rude behavior). He then tried to run me off the road 3 times in response to his anger. I can only imagine what he does with his business. Do not hire this hot head. I then called the number, only to have him hang up on me. No apology.
