I wanted to take advantage of the SRP rebate to get solar screens installed on my windows to reduce the utility bill in the summer. I found Screens Unlimited from the SRP recommended contractor list.

The whole experience was super easy with Nadya and Mike at Screens Unlimited.

Email communication was prompt and Nadya answered all of my questions. Mike gave me all the technical information I needed and was very honest and straight to the point when I asked questions - how to maintain the shades (light spray with water only), if there was a difference in color (darker shades last longer and perform better), and recommendations on how to split between 80%/90%. Both of them were very helpful in filling out all the required information to get the SRP rebate and to ensure all of my windows were covered.

The shades were ordered and installed within 2 weeks of paying the 50% deposit.

The overall price was cheaper than I was expecting. About $1500 for 270 sqft of windows. I know the material is not too expensive and a DIY project would save a good chunk of money, but Mike was extremely efficient in the installation and the windows look great.

From the quote process to payments to install, Screens Unlimited was on-point!  Communication throughout was steady which made it great during a hectic calendar.

Just moved into a new home and had Screens Unlimited install sunscreens on all the windows.  They came out on-time to perform the measurements and took the time to explain how they would install without voiding the window warranty.  The fabrication turnaround time was very quick (2 weeks in this day and age is outstanding!) and the installation was done extremely well.  I highly recommend them!

We moved into a home with no screen door on our back sliding door. Reached out to them for a quote. Nadya was very quick at responding and they sent Mike out to take measurements within 2 weeks. Door was delivered and installed two weeks later. We were so happy with the quality, friendliness and overall customer service of this business. Screens Unlimited was a great company to work with! Everyone was very friendly and the quality is amazing. My house has been transformed with the sun shades installed, helping keep out this hot AZ heat and they look fabulous! The team was very respectful and answered all my questions. We found Screens Unlimited using a website search. Like most companies that manufacture solar screens, they can make them on site or in their shop. The ones that were installed recently in our home to replace the solar screens we bought 11 years ago when we moved in as well as to replace  several of the builder's original window (insect) screens are terrific. They are made using heavier-duty frames and with metal corner inserts, not the cheap plastic corner inserts on the screens we purchased years ago. Those old screens with the plastic corner inserts got brittle with the sun and caused the screens to rack (lose their rectangular shape) and become worthless. Screens Unlimited is a pleasure to work with.  Mike came out to do precise measurements of the several windows for which I needed new insect and/or solar screens. A week or so later, he was back to install the small ones that were made at their shop and manufacture the larger ones (6'x7') that were made on site. They all fit perfectly. He even replaced (at no charge) any old clips that hold the solar screens in place because he felt they were not adequate. Their billing is all done on-line using a secure website. Their office person, Nadya, is prompt, polite and efficient and their workmanship seems excellent.

Another satisfied customer of Screens Unlimited. Very nice quality solar screens and bug screens. I also had a sliding screen door installed.  Very clean installation.

The price seemed very reasonable. I did not get any additional quotes because their price was very good when compared to what it would have cost me to make the screens myself. Plus it is a better quality product than I could have done myself without investing in some tools.

We just had sunscreens installed on our windows by Screens Unlimited, and so pleased with the result. NADYA had an estimate for me in under a day, after I sent sketches and approximate measurements. Besides being very efficient, she communicates well, and answered all my questions.

MIKE came out for exact window measures. He was very patient and knowledgeable, and answered further questions. You could tell he knew what he was doing, as he worked fast. He also brought actual samples for me to chose from. He came back to do the installation, and the screens fit perfectly. We had a couple of windows done a few years ago by another company, and those screens do not fit exactly like Mike's. He had been given a challenge to match the grids on the screens to the grids on the bay windows. It was a perfect fit due to his exact measures.
This company use quality materials with wider than normal frames to make the screens sturdy, and their prices are very reasonable.

When I mentioned the need to have the windows cleaned before the screen installation, and a need for me to coordinate that, Nadya told me she could coordinate it for me through a company they work with called Pro Wash Unlimited. She gave me their phone number and to talk to GABE, which I did. He gave me an estimated price, and said they could remove the bug screens and haul them away, leaving no stress on my part. I loved it! A very pleasant TRAVIS came to wash the windows the day before, leaving the windows sparkling clean. I plan to use Pro Wash Unlimited for window cleaning in the future, and I would like Travis to clean them. Professional work, and prices were reasonable, too.

Plans are to use Screens Unlimited again for another project to install patio screens.

Company came out and replaced some screens Nadya is very rude and sent me threatening messages about reporting me to credit because I didn't pay an invoice that I personally didn't see. She proceeded to say I viewed it and she knows.
They only communicate thru text also. Unprofessional! Never will use again.

6 years later and they are still holding strong! My neighbors placed their own diy screens around the same time and ever since a couple have fallen off throughout the years. Still holding strong even after this past monsoon season that broke one of my bushes in half. I have a two story 2,400 sq. ft. home and placed these on every single window except for front windows.

We needed new screens for most of our home windows as well as a sliding glass door. After research, we decided on Screens Unlimited due to the excellent reviews on Yelp. We were impressed with this highly-rated company. Nadya, the outstanding office professional, was efficient, patient, kind and helpful. She was responsive, accessible and accommodating while making us feel appreciated. Travis, who was courteous, thorough and proficient, arrived promptly and took perfect measurements. The screens were fabricated in 10 days and installed by Mike, who was very friendly, professional and efficient. He installed them quickly and he had a great attitude. It was an incredible staff that cared about all aspects - the purchase, installation and delivery of the product. We commend the owners and the entire staff for providing quality products, workmanship and customer service!

I made two appointments with them and they failed to show for either one of them. I had to call to find out they wee not coming as they had booked a large apartment complex and did not even take the time to call me and cancel. I would not use them as they are unreliable!

Had two screens for sliders replaced. First visit was to measure and estimate cost. Ten days later they returned to install the screens. Price to build completely new screens were lower than a quote to simply rescreen from another company. Quality was terrific. Fit just right. Our doors had settled so they weren't square.  Screens Unlimited was able to fabricate a great fit. A+

Screens Unlimited was contracted through Invitation Homes to measure & install screens into my entire 5 bedroom house.

They went above & beyond when there was a question as to wheather I was entitled to a screen on my kitchen window & the sliding glass door. They made sure to resolve the issue in my favor, I couldn't be more impressed with how they handled the whole thing. (The quality of the install was great, as well)

I would highly recommend Screens Unlimited to any of my friends or family.

I've used screens unlimited a few times on my job sites and I've been extremely happy with their work. I remodel homes throughout the valley. They showed up on time and were very pleasant. Thanks again for getting the job done so quick!

I only communicated with them through the Yelp application and it was easy and timely.  They are responsive and truly want to help.  They came to my house and provided a quote for a large, custom screen.  After meeting with their technician, I am sure all options have been considered.
I have not purchased the screen yet because I am not sure I want to invest the money in my home.

We have had the opportunity to work with Mike G. at Screens Unlimited LLC in Phoenix twice now. The first time was for a variety of screens around the house - windows and one door.  The second was for a sunshade.  Not only was Mike professional and polite, but he has also been incredibly informative and knowledgeable. Does he deserve a raise ... YES! He was that terrific!  The screens look great! The turn around time has been very good and the quality of the work - excellent! We would highly recommend Mike and his company to anyone in need of screens for their house or business.

I have been working with Screens Unlimited for 4 years on two different homes in N. Scottsdale. They are friendly, reliable, and show up on time.  They are professional and clean whether inside our outside of your home.  They are thorough, fast, and make a very high quality sun screen and shade product.  They can do custom shapes and sizes even if you think it cannot be done.. They made a custom sun screen cover for my pool equipment and a custom retractable screen door that's red and locks!  

In 2013, I had my entire home re-screened and new rolling sunshades made for the back patio.  They still look brand new and I've had no issues with durability or operation of the shades.  In 2016 I moved into a new, larger home and asked Jeremy, the owner, to provide a quote.  I would need to make some custom sun screens, doors, and rescreen all of my new windows that had factory, bug screens.  Chelsea (scheduler) was super sweet and had Mike (installation tech) scheduled to come out the same week. I had a quote within 24 hrs for all of my 14+ windows/doors.  The price was very reasonable and I placed the order.  Chelsea provided clear payment options and was a pleasure to work with.  The screens were ready within 10 days and Mike was back to install everything.  Jeremy even stopped by during installation to check on the progress and personally thank me for my loyalty.  I had a relatively complex project with all of the custom screens, but Mike was able to complete everything in one day and with no issues or mess.  Even the small, custom-shaped screen for my large wrought iron front door with side panels, fit perfectly!  Unbelievable!  Now I can open the side panels with it's cool out and no bugs or critters can get in.

Michael was able to put in new screens for me when another company said they couldn't do it the way I wanted.  I appreciated Michaels no problem attitude and he did a wonderful job.

The best experience Ever for a screen replacement.  Looked for weeks to find someone to make a screen for one window.  I would have even been happy to take my old one wherever I needed to go.  Most screen repair or replacements would only do the job if it was multiples or over $200.  Chelsea at Screens Unlimited was professional and very accommodating.  Michael arrived when scheduled and took measurements...said it would take a week to 10 days.  Less than a week I had my new screen installed, better quality than the old screen and very very reasonable.  Great service, dependable and honest!   Rare these days.
