I have had the pleasure of working with Jacqueline for a number of years. Jacqueline was the Interior designer for our latest project, a home remodel in Ramona, CA. Jacqueline was able to assemble a team that completed the project within the aggressive time frame without sacrificing style or quality, Her understanding of the clients needs, coupled with a keen design sense, make to whole remodeling process simple for all involved. The clients were extremely satisfied! I look forward to working with Jacqueline again!

We contracted with Regal Bath and Kitchen in October of 2014, to do a major renovation of our kitchen and tile the shower surround of a bath, including replacing the fixtures.  We selected Jim and Rich from a choice of 5 bids. What we liked best about the bid, was their willingness to work with us on design, (we made several changes while they prepared the bid, which included several of their suggestions).  During the bid process, we felt that Jim and Rich provided us the best options for the cabinets. We did not want cabinetry that was engineered wood, and at the same time did not want an overpriced product. They were able to provide us ShowPlace products and we loved the choices and selections. Jim had previous experience with the product and was  able to guide us in making choices.  We had a chance to see some of the other projects they were working on or had completed. This was very important for us to make the final decision regarding who to contract with.  What clinched the relationship was that the work was to be done by Jim and Rich, and they were not going to subcontract and leave it to the subs (we had remodeled our home in 1995 and we had a terrible experience with the subcontracting of work).  They do most of the work, which included plumbing and tiling. They subcontract with a licensed electrical contractor for electrical and with a granite fabricator for the granite and stone work.
The remodel job included 2 parts.  One was a tile and  replacement of the shower and tub fixtures and surround around the bath tub.  The second which was major was the remodel of the entire kitchen in our open concept great room. This involved, tearing down walls, reframing, re wring electrical and re plumbing to change location of  appliances, painting and repair of ceiling in part of the house and painting walls and ceiling in the rest of the house. We also retiled most of the house, but contracted with Scottsdale Flooring America for the job, as we were more familiar with their work.
We are very satisfied with their service, work and the completed project.  We liked especially their candid input on our ideas, and in gently guiding us towards better solutions.. Thank you Jim for your constant commitment to making sure the work and cabinetry was just the way we wanted it. The job was completed within 4 weeks. They kept to the schedule and the commitments of what they were going to do.  We appreciated their timeliness, keeping us informed all the time, and efforts to clean-up after their day (thanks to Rich Allen who is the king of clean....). We trusted them to keep an  eye on the house while they worked and we had to run errands or had other commitments.  We lived in the house while the remodel was completed.   We highly recommend them,

We have trusted and relied on First Leaf Construction for all our projects large and small over four to five years.  Jeremy and his team was always been the epitome of trustworthy, capable, exceptionally skilled, and highly responsive.  We would not consider putting our home and sanctuary in the hands of any one else.  Admittedly, we have our moments and maybe demanding, but Jeremy has always been accommodating, gracious, and committed to the very highest standards. I think he even may be amused with our idiosyncrasies.  For those concerned about cost, Jeremy is ever fair and reasonable.  Turn to First Leaf Construction with all your home remodeling needs and you will not be disappointed.

What a beautiful remodel. Our bathroom was octagon shaped from the 90s and completed outdated. Urban Element did an amazing job updating not just the master bath, but the closet and gave us a beautiful laundry room our home did not have.

Golden Bear Contracting was a real life saver. Installed a sink in the kitchen that was otherwise not going to fit and I'd have to return. But I loved my new sink so I was determined to make it fit. He did a great job!

Honestly, great service overall.  I always shop around before I make a final decision and these guys not only know what they're talking about but know exactly how it should be done. Pricing was great too. They truly turned our vision into reality. Great work, clean, and professional from beginning to end.  Definitely recommend!

Rick and Barry did a fantastic job on two bathroom remodels for us. We had some last minute additions to the scope of work and they accommodated without any issues at all. Their professionalism and knowledge are definitely top notch.We really had an awesome experience. We highly recommend them for any project you may have.

We did a total gut job on our master bathroom. Mike guided us through the process. We picked out all the fixtures and finishes, but Mike, Tim, and crew did an amazing job. We went from an out-dated, boring bathroom to a modern, sleek master bathroom retreat! And they guarantee workmanship for a year, so if we have any issues, I know they'll make it right. (We haven't had any issues as of yet!)

Requested a full remodel for our studio with Rene at Sunny View Drywall, recommended by a friend. We are very satisfied with the price, quality, and professional installation. Rene remodeled the studio in the timeframe that he promised. I will definitely be contacting Sunny View Drywall for any other services in the future!

We feel truly blessed for working with Integrity Luxury Homes to build our home. When we decided to build a custom home, we interviewed over 10 potential builders and as soon as we met Jerry we knew he was the perfect fit for us. From our meeting with Jerry, we immediately felt like we could trust him.  Jerry and Yvonne were absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. We are a younger family and this was our first build, so we had a lot of unknowns. They were very supportive and we felt like they were our family supporting us throughout the whole build. They always gave us sound and honest advice and stayed mindful of our budget. Jerry's many years of experience were evident throughout the whole building process. From initial planning, going to pick out finishings, accounting, budgeting, staying on top of subcontractors, everything was absolutely amazing. I used Aldana Renovations to do some repairs to my subfloor that had water damage. Andoni came out and did an awesome job of repairing the flooring as reinstalling the laminate above it. His prices were more than fair, he was on time, and worked quickly. I would definitely recommend him.

Joe and his team at Efficient Home Pro are great! After my home's door was ruined, Joe was able to order a custom-fitted door for me and install it, in addition to fixing the threshold of the door as well. He was super responsive and knowledgeable for all of my questions, and had very fair and straightforward prices. Not to mention, the final product of the project came out beautifully, as if there was never an issue with my door in the first place! If you're looking for someone to get the job done quickly, skillfully, and tactfully, Efficient Home Pro is the way to go. Thanks again Joe!

We couldn't have ask for better quality work or service. Thomas takes a personal interest in each phase of the work. He and his crew went above and beyond to fix things that were not on the original bid with no extra charges. Anyone would be foolish not to use his company for any work needed around your home. BUYER BEWARE - COMPLETE truth!

Qualizona... Haha they are hands down the absolute WORST contractor company in AZ (perhaps all of the USA!)

Yelp notified me of a fresh Qualizona review posted this morning by Cee T - right on Cee T! Truth speaker to the fullest!

I could not agree more with your assessment of Qualizona - they are the definition of a SHAM (due to Mike).

HIGHLY encourage anyone seeking contractor support for any project, any project at all, to make sure to NOT select Qualizona. Don't even think about it - they will do EXACTLY what Cee T said - steal your deposit, if Mike's involved, lies upon lies upon lies will be the hallmark of your communication through out your full engagement (until you just suck it up as a potential customer and realize Mike does not & will not perform work at all - then walk away realizing a fiscal & time loss, feeling beyond very dissatisfied).

With Qualizona, the only work done if Mike is involved at all, will be Mike working to test your patience & most definitely 'work' on more lies to tell customers, as well as his ability to not add any value to any project he had committed to.

Mike - Please, please, please - reevaluate what you are doing to people's lives and their homes, as well as how you significantly contribute to the public's general distrust of contractors. We don't need any more negativity when we are searching for contractors to help fix problems that occur in our home's. You are the source of the problem, Mike.

Maybe find an entry level job (i.e. a janitor, where your work will be reviewed by a manager & not let the crap you pull continually slide).

Hassan - maybe you should do what Edge Restoration did & let Mike move on to something he is more suited for (entry level for sure & something which does not allow him to lie & victimize the public). Hopefully he hasn't yet done the inevitable & ruined your business!

I was going to go to the ROC & BBB & to seek civil & potentially criminal litigation (perks of free legal representation with my network).

I'll be done with sharing the truth (again ample proof exists if needed) - I don't plan to post it online because I don't think you (Hassan) are a thief & a liar with no morals & absolutely NO ethics, which is what Mike's being consists of (20 lbs of monkey poop in a 10 lb bag)

I had a water leak under the floor in my bathroom resulting in the entire bathroom having to be ripped out. Shower, tub, floor drywall, etc. Patterson homes did an incredible job of putting it all back together and I have to give special kudos to Spencer who is so great to work with. Any time I needed to get a hold of him I would text and he would respond right away. He was totally on top of all the contractors that had to come and go for various parts of the repair/renovation. I really appreciate all the effort he put into getting this bathroom repairedand it's now better than it was before.
