Very happy to highly recommend Steve, Sheila and the Homework team.  We had a bathroom remodel done amidst the beginnings of the Covid lockdown.  Even with that distraction, everyone was professional, careful and respectful of the situation.  All the trades did beautiful work and our project manager Ross couldn't have been more helpful and professional.  The project was done on time and on budget.  Steve and Sheila carefully walk you through the timeline to minimize any "surprises".  
I just contacted Steve last week for another project, and they came out the same day to assess the project and start the ball rolling.

Brad has done 2 projects for us, he built a Casita on our residential property.  We had been working with another contractor that had drug their feet and Brad and his team came in and got the job done quickly, during the beginning of the COVID issue.  He really came through for us.
The second was a commercial project, he remodeled our office, at our business in Chandler.  We had a quick deadline to get it done and they did an amazing job, excellent price and it was done on time.

We asked Distinctive Construction to help us turn a seldom used bedroom in to a mega closet and they didn't disappoint. They did a phenomenal job and we're extremely happy with the work. Everyone was professional, courteous and nice. I would highly recommend them for any work you need done!

Jesus from JYK Construction did the job of removing loose, water damaged stucco from the street side of my garden wall, redid the stucco and repainted.
He was easy to communicate with in English, came promptly to view the job and gave me the estimate within a day. He was easier to work with than other, bigger companies.
Their estimate was reasonable and they offered a warranty so I gave them the job. They came exactly when stated, Jesus and his helper worked hard and did a good job.
I can recommend them. They are a very small company but they do competent work.

Can not recommend this family business enough. The owner, Glenn, is amazing. I'm not sure there's anything he can't do- along with his team that includes his wife and son.
They've installed flooring, built showers, refinished floors, poured concrete counter tops, built bar wood doors, completely remodeled my kitchen. These three are the absolute best!

I had the pleasure of being recommended Clover Home Services owned by Matt Powell to replace and paint all my interior doors as well as paint my kitchen and bathroom cabinets.They did an outstanding job and I would recommend them to anybody who's looking to have painting services.

This is the second bathroom remodel Patrick has done for us.  Both jobs were within budget and the stated time frame.  Compared to others I interviewed he was the most personable and professional.  His crew is always respectful and friendly, taking care to be as unobtrusive as possible.  They always covered all necessary adjacent furniture, rug or cabinets and meticulously cleaned up each day. The most recent job done by Chris turned out even better than I had envisioned. Unlike other companies you may hire who have a few jobs running at a time and disappear and appear without explanation, Roadrunner only does one job at a time. It really pays off with the least amount of aggravation and a stunning finished product. We will not hesitate to hire Roadrunner once more when we put an addition on our home next year.

Having to re paint the house because it was not done right the first time.. Paint was just spayed over existing  paint with no scraping at all. Before you use this company just know what needs to be done in advance

When I was trying to sell my condo, I found it had a structural problem.   It was an older home, and a rim joist had rotted.  I called over a dozen contractors.  The big ones were too busy; the small ones had no idea how to repair it.  All were in agreement over one thing:  I had a mess on my hands that would be very expensive to fix.  

In desperation, I found Greenwood Contracting on Google.   Rocky looked at the job and gave me an estimate that was substantial, but reasonable.   He told me it would be a 4 day job.

At the end of the first day, he called me and said they would be done at noon the next day.   He charged me - wait for it! - a mere 30% of the original bid.   Yes, you read that right.   He charged me LESS than his bid!   (No, I have never had that happen before!)

A buyer appeared.   The condo flew through inspection and is now sold.  

Since that time, I have had Greenwood Contracting do a number of repairs on my new house.   They have all been done beautifully. The projects are always completed on time.   And the guys have all been great to have around.  

Greenwood Contracting is the best.  PS. Hire them fast.  I am now dreaming of a kitchen remodel....)

Very nice guys who mean well, but just don't know what they're doing when it comes to tiling.  Your bathroom may look good at a glance, but do your homework and know what you should be looking for when inspecting their work during build.  I stopped them half way through 2 bathroom remodels and so glad I did.  It cost me a couple thousand dollars to demo what they did and buy new material, but it saved me several more in regards to problems I would've incurred in the future.

I paid David Roberts $9000 for a home project in Kingman that he has done little work on that was to be completed in June 2021. I understand that he has personal issues that have complicated his life, however, he is a businessman and needs to complete his contract with me. I will replace this adverse review with a positive recommendation upon completion of the project. David did call me today assuring me that he would get back on the job. Let's get it done, David. Until then I could not recommend doing business with you.
