Brian and his team previously did a major remodel of my master bath including removing soffits, installing new cabinetry, counter tops, plumbing, lighting, freestanding tub as well as expanding the shower,. They did an excellent job, showed up on time and worked daily on the project through completion.  Aside from their high quality work, they adhered to my budget and communicated regularly throughout the project.  
Brian and his team just finished a major redo of my laundry room, replaced all our can lights with LEDs throughout the house, added four can lights to our family room and master bedroom as well as replaced our water softener.  They did another phenomenal job.
I've recommended Brian to a number of my clients and colleagues who have all been pleased with his performance.

I hired Paul to do design and build a custom office furniture set up as we've got an odd sized room to serve as our office.

I needed something that was very functional given the limited space but would also help make it very aesthetically pleasing given the amount of time I spend in my office.

Paul's got a great eye for design both for use of space and materials and his process made it easy to get the most from his creative capability while capturing the ideas I had.

We're so pleased with the office build-out that we decided to do two more pieces of work with Paul right away.

Keith and his crew were awesome from start to finish. I worked with Keith to complete a kitchen and master shower renovation. The tile work by Carlos is simply the BEST I've seen. The guy measures twice and cuts once and it all fits perfect. Paul the plumber knows his job inside and out!! The electricians used were great as well, despite the spray foam insulation they were able to put in new outlets and move others.

Keith is a hands on GC that goes above and beyond to make you happy as a customer. His easy professional style  is beyond his years in the industry.

The work performed to transform my kitchen took longer than three days, but it was worth it.
I had several cabinets built and installed, this was done flawlessly.  
Finally, I trusted them and it paid off.  I was rewarded by a kitchen that is, attractive, well constructed and shepherded for the long term by 3 Day Kitchens.

I've been meaning to write this for a while. "Chuck" (William Ahl) is as good as they come. We had moved into our home last year and it had a large load bearing wall that we needed removed that was adjoining a sunken in living room. Chuck was the first contractor that was able to tell us right away what the scope of the project was going to be and how he would get it done. From the onset, he was always very professional. He kept good records, always showed up on time, and was very pleasant to be around (we had to live in our home during the construction). It was a big job but him and his right hand man Evan did a fantastic job and it turned out beautifully. A few more things I appreciated where Chuck took the extra step: 1. He always cleaned up after every day as much as he could. We were still living in our home and we appreciated that everything was kept as neat as possible especially since we have little kids. 2. He does not ever compromise safety. He will always do the job right the first time even if it means more work. We have peaked ceilings and he took the time to put up temporary supports while putting up the new beam. 3. He prides himself on his work. He won't cut corners. He has a high standard for himself and will make sure whatever project he's doing will be done right every time. In addition to our load bearing wall Chuck also made us a beautiful custom chimney cap, filled an old doggie door, and took out some really big columns. Our new great room is now complete and absolutely beautiful! I definitely hope to use Chuck again for future projects and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to start a small or large project. He is licensed and insured so he can do anything!

I am been with this company for a few years and all I can say is that it is a great place to hang your license and the broker is awesome !!

Jeremy and his crew performed an office upgrade for us this summer and everything went great! He installed a slider door, replaced the existing carpet with tile and installed some TVs. It was all within the budget he provided and was done in the timeframe he estimated. The guys did a good job keeping things clean and taped up. I would call him again for a project for sure and definitely recommend him. Everything looks great and I'm super happy.

They did a great job with our fireplace entertainment wall! It turned out great, no surprises here.

This is the second time using Apache tile on one of my rentals.  Quote was not the cheapest but I didnt need to baby sit the project.  Had to call the installer a couple times to make sure they are on track.  Happy with the overall process.

Elvis did a fantastic job on the work I wanted done. I tried to get in touch with four other handymen and no one but Elvis took on the project. He and Maisa went above and beyond with their customer service. Elvis had this done in less time than I expected. I will definitely use them for future projects! Thank you both!

I just wrapped up my 3rd job with JM Contracting and we couldn't be happier!!! The first job Josh (owner) did for me was our back patio roof. We discussed a drainage issue and out of all of the other bids I obtained and telling them all the same issue, Josh was the ONLY one that suggested we get an architect/engineer to address the problem. He naturally got my bid! Josh got on top of the drainage issue and once the engineer/architect (Quincy) did his calculations, pictures, etc. we came up with a solution. Josh was able to do the entire job, also addressing an issue with my sagging roof that was putting all its weight on my french door lintels which required shoring it up and stabilizing it, he stayed just outside of our original budget.
We have had NO problems with drainage since and that has saved my master bedroom floor!

Josh remodeled my master bathroom and my father's bathroom within the past 4 months as well. The outcome is stellar!!! Our bathrooms now look like they came right off of HGTV! No kidding! I highly recommend JM Contracting for all your contracting jobs. Josh is great to work with, his team (including his subs) are spot on too. Josh oversees everything and he is a total prefectionist...a keen eye for detail and making sure it looks 110% perfect!  Thanks Josh for such great work! We will be using him for our next remodel of our kitchen and our pool decking too!

He said he was in process of getting his license. His business, Dream Now Homes, is not in the Registrar of Contractors. He brought his tablet taking a video of the work to be done.

I explained two things to him. 1. The corner post had termites. Told him how the termites invaded this structure; Wood to ground contact. I worked 15 years in pest & termite work.

Told him I wanted the posts on metal supports because I didn't want wood on the ground.

He told me the wood siding on the ground has nothing to do with termites. He also told me the metal supports wouldn't stop the termites.

He doesn't know what he's talking about!!!!

I'm questioning if this is a legitimate business. No business card & not listed in the Registrar of contractors.

All my bathroom showers were clogged and backed up. These guys are in our neighborhood and we're recommended by the community forum. Laszlo was polite and quick to fix the issue. In and out in about an hour. Thanks so much!

David Dickinson owns this business as well as Demo Done Right. I had my old kitchen torn out. Cabinets were replaced by C & F Cabinets (good company other than referring me to David Dickinson). He refused to fill in some of the holes in the wall caused during the demo. The patching of the ceiling drywall was not matched to my old pattern. Was told that if I painted it enough, the paint would cause it to smooth out (seriously?). He oversaw the countertops through another company. When the company told me they did not need a template to cut the countertops, and I insisted that they did, David told me they didn't, and now the countertop was not cut properly as we had discussed and looks unprofessional (~$4000 job). I'm still left with drywall spots all over the floor and walls. I was told it would wash up easily, so why didn't they wash it up? I  accidentally found out that David charged me $65 each for 3 LED lights that I found at Home Depot for ~$8 each (a 7x markup). This makes me wonder how much he might have marked up other parts of the job. When confronted, he said I insulted his integrity and refunded me almost half of the LED costs. Would not recommend either of his companies.

This company can't even keep the appointment for an estimate...no show two times.  How can they keep an appointment for the work?   Do not use them.
