Brian and his team previously did a major remodel of my master bath including removing soffits, installing new cabinetry, counter tops, plumbing, lighting, freestanding tub as well as expanding the shower,. They did an excellent job, showed up on time and worked daily on the project through completion.  Aside from their high quality work, they adhered to my budget and communicated regularly throughout the project.  
Brian and his team just finished a major redo of my laundry room, replaced all our can lights with LEDs throughout the house, added four can lights to our family room and master bedroom as well as replaced our water softener.  They did another phenomenal job.

We have high praise and a lot of emotion for designing, building, and installing a Custom Home Media Wall.
We came to Paul Rene out of frustration and bile-wrenching anger. We had a year-long mess trying to get a custom home entertainment center designed, built, and installed by one of Phoenix's most reputable furniture builders. After many redesigns, installation delays, and finally successful litigation, we were after five years of humbling saving and waiting for that Right Piece, that piece of furniture that screams us. We were looking for simple elegance, a look, and functionality. We wanted a substantial understatement, a unique look, a texture, and a feel.

After our legal victory over the prominent custom furniture manufacturer, Frustrated and not feeling so victorious, we began our search for a replacement custom furniture manufacturer. How wrong we were to think of fulfilling our desire with a replacement of a failed want. I thought or sheepishly believed we wanted a home entertainment wall. The Basics.
Paul made two house visits. You pay a retainer with 50%  of the retainer should you decide not to move forward with the Process. This part of the Process is fair because Paul is actively designing your furniture for your space. He is working to please you, the client. He does not spend countless hours designing for you for free. Paul gets paid. Pay him for his enormous talent. Pay him for dragging out of you what you want even when you don't know what that is. You pay Paul of Paul Rene furniture for making all the Processes go so darn easy.
There were no surprising issues. Paul had to suspend his business to appear on a well-known syndicated TV program, but our furniture's build work continued. Some deadline supply chain delays occurred, but a pandemic slowed down the supply chain, impacting everyone.

Honest. Reliable. Professional. Reasonable. And his workmanship is of the highest quality. My wife and I, after meeting with, and getting quotes from, a half dozen contractors, pretty much gave up on the idea of remodeling our house. Three months later, the remodel was complete and it exceeded all of our expectations. A friend had subsequently recommended William "Chuck" Ahl and my expectations of contractors were forever changed. From the first day he met with us, he was upfront and honest about the potential for our project as well as the challenges that might be faced along the way. His price quote was less than the other contractors yet his vision for the project exceeded anything the other contractors had to offer. One of the best things about working with Chuck was his flexibility and his willingness to make adjustments when it was in the best interest of the project. Along the way he was able to make adjustments to save us money, in other areas he came up with ideas that substantially improved the overall project. When Chuck said he would be at our house on a given day, he was there. When he came across issues in the project, he was honest about the situation, and professional in presenting us with options. Not only was his work of the highest quality, but his prices were fair and reasonable. He kept us updated throughout the project of where things stood with payments and adjustments, and to this day I marvel at the work he did at the price we paid, especially in light of the quotes we were given by other contractors. They did a great job with our fireplace entertainment wall! It turned out great, no surprises here.

Shane was very patient with my wife and I during our lengthy selection process.  Apache Tile had connections for the most reasonable cabinets we ever found so we used them to source those as well.  We never thought we'd be able to afford solid surface counters in our bathrooms and kitchen, but finding Apache Tile Outlet made that possible.  I'm grateful to have found these fellas and look forward to referring them to anyone who needs a "countertop guy".

He did a great job fixing my sink, he responded in a timely manner.  The only thing I didn't get was my receipt but he fixed the problem with my sink!

No show, no call and when called, indicated he arranged an hour window to arrive, which is not true.  This appointment was made with him not through a service or other staff.  Total disregard for your time and your work schedule and with something as simple as arriving on time for a meeting in which he set the time, take note people.

We have been wanting to replace our single pane, aluminum-framed windows and sliding glass doors for years. Danny and his team came in and did the most meticulously perfect work! We can't recommend them enough!!

Do not use this company. Our home warranty company contracted them to come out. They found the problem and claimed they had to wait 24 hours to get authorization. That is not a true statement. Our warranty company said they get approval within 15 minutes. The technician was not kind and he acted like we were idiots. Then he left our house with a leak in the wall and said he couldn't fix it without authorization. Our home warranty company will now dispatch somebody else.

David Dickinson owns this business as well as Demo Done Right. I had my old kitchen torn out. Cabinets were replaced by C & F Cabinets (good company other than referring me to David Dickinson). He refused to fill in some of the holes in the wall caused during the demo. The patching of the ceiling drywall was not matched to my old pattern. Was told that if I painted it enough, the paint would cause it to smooth out (seriously?). He oversaw the countertops through another company. When the company told me they did not need a template to cut the countertops, and I insisted that they did, David told me they didn't, and now the countertop was not cut properly as we had discussed and looks unprofessional (~$4000 job). I'm still left with drywall spots all over the floor and walls. I was told it would wash up easily, so why didn't they wash it up? I  accidentally found out that David charged me $65 each for 3 LED lights that I found at Home Depot for ~$8 each (a 7x markup). This makes me wonder how much he might have marked up other parts of the job. When confronted, he said I insulted his integrity and refunded me almost half of the LED costs. Would not recommend either of his companies.

This company can't even keep the appointment for an estimate...no show two times.  How can they keep an appointment for the work?   Do not use them.
