If you're looking for a general contractor, highly recommend Kyle King. We had a wall removed, cabinets and countertops pulled, and some electrical rewiring. He was very flexible with us as changes were made while he progressed with the job. Job was completed faster than expected and was extremely clean throughout the process.  Received several quotes, he was the most competitively priced, great comms, and he's local to Queen Creek. Tony did our parents outside steps with pavers and was very meticulous and is a huge improvement over the aged concrete.

Can't say anything about their quality of work because no one bothered to show up to our first appointment. When my husband called he was told that the man he initially talked to sometimes doesn't write his appointments down and we could call him directly.  He was already 20 minutes late. No way am I calling him. It's his responsibility to inform me if he is running late.

Honestly, WHY would I spend 20-30 thousand dollars on a company that doesn't even show up to the first appointment? Absolutely unprofessional and untrustworthy in my eyes.

I was referred to Ron at Home Heros by the Monique Walker real estate team when I sold my house and had to make some
warranty repairs before closing.

Ron was quick professional and right on budget with all of the repairs. Made it very easy and seamless.  I highly recommend this handy man.

They didn't show up after we agreed on the date and time. I didn't find out until I asked my Tennant if the issues were addressed. He said he didn't even call or text to let him know he wouldn't show. He also had my number and didn't call or text.

****SLIMY, LYING, ZERO INTEGRITY**** DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME
Joe, the GC/owner, lied repeatedly throughout the project. He does NOT ever accept any responsibility for his severe inability to communicate with his sub's, us, and his vendor's about the project details. Expect to foreman your own job if you want it done right. MY husband was the foreman from start to finish. Every single sub contractor that came over, every single time never had any direction or idea what to do.
Rather than having integrity and doing what's ethical when mistakes were made *THERE WERE ALOT* by taking responsibility for them, Joe instead placed the blame on me and my husband. EVERY SINGLE TIME. The project went 2.5 months over due date. He continued to give excuses from being too busy to handle the load, to having medical issues, to finally him blaming Covid for the delay.
The final outcome is acceptable, only because my husband spent the time during work giving direction to the sub contractor's and away from work to be home to QC the sub contracto'r work. It's concerning to think how bad it could've been because Joe doesn't have any method for managing his jobs, communicating effectively with anyone, and he doesn't utilize any quality guidelines.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

I had Jason Schumacher (owner) come in and give my kitchen an update. I made initial contact and he arranged to come by the house on my schedule for him to assess the remodel we had in mind. Very professional and insightful. He even saved me money by telling me he didn't think I needed to redo my cabinets which would've been more in his pocket at the end of the day. We did granite countertops and island as well as a full backsplash in granite. He needed to fabricate one of the cabinets to attach a microwave I didn't have there previously. He was done in a day and it was the most seamless project I have ever witnessed. I will be recommending him to anyone who is looking for a remodel. I can't wait for him to come back and do my next project.

You just get the strong feeling he is just trying to run a business built on honesty and the idea that helping the client will get him more business in the end and it's working because I've already referred a few friends to them.

From beginning to finish Maxum Construction treated like family. Jerry Henry consulted with me. He worked hard to give me what I wanted within my budget. At the office, Brian and Dave put my ideas into a 3-D computer program, adjusting things to look even better then I'd explained. When construction started on my bathroom remodel, Jeffery Beckham, (lead), navigated the timing of each stage of work, the details along with keeping me continuously informed. He even went the extra mile on some areas the previous owners didn't install to code. Every worker was trustworthy, allowing me to feel safe. I love my bathroom! I would recommend this company to anyone who wants quality work done, with the utmost of care.

My husband and I went into re baths show room on bell rd &75 ave,the girl in the show room ,Liz ,was soooo nice and was able to answer some of our questions ,as best as she could, when we left the show room we decided to call and have someone come out & gives us a quote for our remodel,I called there scheduling department and spoke to Amy,I told her I was remodeling my master bathroom and I just needed to get shower doors for the hall and upstairs,she said I'm not sure if we can do a job that small ,let me check I'll call you back in 10 min or less,when she called back she said yes we can help with your remodel,I was upset with that,but I thought what the heck I'll have them come,we set up the appointment,but I needed to cancel, I called the day before my appointment 2 times to make sure they got my message ,I never heard back from them.

They gave us a great quote for a bathroom remodel but were late every day compared to when they said they would arrive. Sink countertop has issues they did not resolve well. Promised pictures of issues with our roof and never provided. Said they were not capable of doing roof repair and would subcontract and then did it themselves
