I tried this company for my Scottsdale house through Living Social - $59 for 3 rooms up to 300 s.f. a room, mainly because I used to have a house bunny, who didn't make her litter box. There were lotsa pee stains, which rabbit pee is concentrated like OJ concentrate in the can. I did see cheaper Groupon type deals but they charged extra for spot cleaning and this one included it all.
I only wanted 2 rooms cleaned, and the areas were so small, cos it was only spots and traffic areas. Bed and other larger furniture was not moved. I wanted them to clean my hallways and area rugs, but I know some companies charge extra for halls and stairs or call the hall "another room", and they charge by the s.f. for an area rug (mine were small, 7 foot runner, and 2x3 area rug. But to all this, Nate, the technician said no problem. Not only did he not "charge me" for the hall as a "room", but he cleaned way more area than my expectations, which the 30 foot long living room, and some traffic areas of the great room, and cleaned about 250 s.f. in the ping pong table room.
Someone dumped a whole lasagna onto my carpet there and the stains were there for years, I could not get them out. But Nate got it ALL out. He got almost all of the bunny pee stains out too. Those had been "solidified" on the carpet for years. Even he was surprised it came out so well. I watched Nate work. He cleaned over and over and over, the same dirt areas. Other carpet cleaner companies only would go over an dirty area a couple of strokes, even though I told them it was still dirty.
Nate used a truck mounted steam cleaner. I had other companies leave behind a lot of soap and they would not "come back" as they promised if I was not satisfied. That other company blamed the soap residue on a previous cleaning, but I got in writing from previous owner (elderly couple no kids or pets), that the carpet was only 3 years old, and it had never ever been shampooed before I moved in. I got my money back from my credit card company.
I rubbed my fingers into the carpet after Nate cleaned it. No soap residue at all. I am so happy with this cleaning I told Nate I think it is the best carpet cleaning I ever had in my life, including with Coit, who charged me $450 to clean whole house with no furniture. I will use this AZ Carpet and Restoration and ask for Nate, at a future cleaning. When you call the company, you get a live voice everytime.
I would say 80% of my Living Social deals turned out to be not as promised or represented due to merchant's bait and switch, but Az Carpet and Restoration and Nate, greatly exceeded my expectations. Nate cleaned whatever I asked him to and way more. My house is almost 3000 s.f. and I'd say he cleaned most of the house. Of course the area to be cleaned is much less, due to walls and furniture, but what I am saying is I feel I got way more than he could have "gotten by with".
I would use this company even if they are not running a special, over a company that is running a special. Specials often turn out to be heartaches.

The owner of this company is very nice and pays very close attention to detail regarding the job. If I had any questions he was willing to answer it and help me understand everything that is going on throughout the process.

We had a cable wiring plate that had come out of the wall. All the wiring was hanging out and we were not able to get it back in.
We contacted Marcos from the Contreras Services and sent him pictures. He was able to figure out what had to be done and came out the next afternoon.
This was one of the best experiences we have had with having someone come out and work on our home. Marcos was efficient and knew exactly what to do. He was also very respectful and kind and told us what our options could be. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I was referred to Mario at European by a friend who had used him and had a great experience. I should add she's my go to person for recommendations as she is always great at finding deals while maintaining quality :) Mario delivered! He was very reasonable & didn't try to pressure or up-sell me. He was upfront & honest about costs, and did a great job installing marble countertops in a kitchen and 2 bathrooms of a home I was selling. I will definitely use him again.

It's taken me two years to write this review. At first, I wasn't going to write anything but now after the latest fiasco, I feel the need to let people know buyer beware!
We hired Jered November 2017 to remodel our master bathroom; do a tub to full tile shower conversion, counter tops, reface cabinets, mirror, etc. that we wanted to start mid February, 2018. No problem Jered said, plenty of time. Contacted him December, 2017 to pick out the materials. We found out it was "typical" to get no response from Jered for days. Not a good business practice. Finally hear from him, he's moving and just too busy, and says again plenty of time to pick out materials; we can do it in early January. Contact Jered and again, days go by with no response. He finally responds at 9am on a Saturday that he is available at 11 that morning. We had to arrange our day so we could pick out the stuff to start the next month. He shows up, late and bring his son. I like children but this was not something you bring a small child and it was a total distraction.
Jared started out job mid-February and ASSURED me it would be done in 2 weeks. I know jobs go longer and since we both work, I made arrangements for someone to come to our home while the work was being done. Again, he told me 2 weeks. The job was not done in 2 weeks, wasn't even half completed in 2 weeks. We are not sure what his worker, Raphael did all day. We would come home and look at the shower and it didn't look like he did any work. Jered was MIA most of the time, had to get home to his wife, had no idea his worker didn't show up at the house until 11 most days to work because of a car situation, etc., excuse after excuse. We put more than half down to start the job, 2 weeks into the job, when it wasn't even half completed, I got a text at 4AM asking for more money! He had to pay more people; figured we better do it or our bathroom would never get finished.
Mid March is was "completed" on a Friday night. Jered once again had to leave because his wife needed him at home and said it would be finished that night (this was at 6:30pm). His worker, Raphael, told us some lame excuse about the grout being too wet and having to set so he could seal it (it was all in one sealing grout) he was done and wanted to go home, I would too at 8PM on a Friday night but he didn't get to the house until 11 that morning.
Texted Jered and was shocked to get a response the next morning. He had NO idea the job wasn't done and would send someone out to finish (no sign of Jered). Two guys showed up and were furious! they had no idea that the job was this unfinished and had to make a trip to Home Depot to get supplies and rent equipment. Think they were at the house around 6 hours and the job still not done right. We were tired and exhausted having to deal with Jered. No one cleaned up the remodeling mess, WE DID! Took us 3 hours to clean up the mess and NO word from Jered, took him a week to contact us. The shower floor still had issues and wish not we filed a complaint with the Registrar of Contractors. Jered finally came out, 3 weeks after completion with more workers to try and fix the floor. We were tired and just let it go. He did take some money off for our inconvenience but I would rather have had the shower I dreamed of.
Now, 2 years later, the rain head shower head is leaking and peeling, shouldn't be doing this after 2 years. Jered gave me no paperwork on it for any type of warranty; texted him, he said he would look and let me know. That was 10 days ago, not holding my breath! Sorry this is so long, the process of remodeling with Jered was a long and horrible experience.

We wanted to remodel our kitchen, with way too many ideas in our heads. Lyra really honed in on what we were talking about and her design was came out better than we could of imagined. Ryan and his crew were prompt and his communication was great.

I contacted All Pro on Friday and Benjamin has been very responsive. He came out and provided a bid and started the work promptly. He even sent me pictures of the plumbing repairs. I would highly recommend all pro.

Joe Craig was the general contractor that headed up my remodel in the Biltmore area.
He allowed me to purchase most of my own materials which I appreciated.
Joe was fair, easy to work with and a great communicator. Every time I reached out to Joe, he would respond promptly. When emergent costs came up (i.e. discovery), he would charge me a fair price and not look at this as an opportunity to increase his profit margin. There were a few times that I was off track or made assumptions about emergent items, but Joe would just listen and then calmly explain the situation to me.
Joe has extensive knowledge about building and comes up with creative solutions to problems that arise. Joe is a super honest guy that gives you the straight scoop and treats his customers with the utmost respect. Additionally, he allowed me to purchase most of my own materials which I appreciated.
I underwent a 4 month remodel starting February 2022. Although it took 5 months, the month delay was not a result of the HRR Contracting's doing. The city inspection following an engineering inspection of the ceiling, along with rework and expanded scope of paint (our emergent request), resulted in the delay.
Needless to say, I would highly recommend HRR Contracting and would not hesitate to hire them again.

Shannon and his crew were great. They helped us a bunch throughout the process, were always open for ideas, answered questions and requests promptly, gave us a fair estimate, and never tried to nickle and dimed us. I have heard horror remodel and contractor stories - this is not one of them. FIVE40 transformed our home in the place we want to be. I highly recommend FIVE40 Remodeling, Shannon and his crew will take great care of you and your home. Thank you!

We couldn't be happier with our new beautiful shower and bathroom. Ross and his team were professional and courteous. They kept us apprised of their progress throughout the project. The attention to detail was excellent in every way. We will definitely call on them for any future remodeling projects.

Said it would take 2 or 3 days. It took almost three months. These are not the people you want if a licensed contractor is your desire, I found no license. They wanted to be paid early when work was still incomplete. Countless repairs of punch list items did occur but over a long time. This is two guys and their dad...not as pro as website looks. Work was just ok and some aspects were just unprofessional. The shower door was warped and did not close properly. They flipped it around to make it work with the warped door still in place until I wanted it replaced. Professional corner cutters.

Save your money and go elsewhere. Everything was good until install. Installer was late, rude and unprofessional. The countertops are not as perfect as hoped. Had ugly joints and seams and a few other bad cuts. They left my house a mess as well. The plumber they use is worse. I had to reduce over half the work he did that I paid a ridiculous amount for. When I reached out to multiple people in the company was completely ignored. Only gave 2 stars because they did at least show up the days promised.
