Can't say enough good things about this company. I dealt personally with the owner and can honestly say the integrity starts at the top and is expected of the rest of the crew.  I have referred Skylar out to members of my family and can comfortably say, if you want it done right the first time, call rise above!

We had a flood at our rental. The complete destruction of our dining room happened. Red Eye Construction came in and did a beautiful job with the put back and with quality materials, and in a very timely manner. They worked so well with our tenant who is having a very rough time in his personal life right now. I highly recommend this company you will not regret this choice in hiring Red Eye Construction to do any remodeling you may need.

I've been using Eddy for the last few years and I highly recommend him.  He's worked on multiple projects big and small for me, with rental properties, selling a home and buying a new home that needed a lot of work, and I even flew him out to the east coast to work on a bathroom renovation at a vacation home.  He's very meticulous with his work and always makes sure you're happy with the results.  Very trustworthy and reasonable with his rates, much better than other handymen I have used before.

I had my kitchen remodeled, along with leveling my living room floor to match rest of the house, new tile throughout the house and a wall removed. From beginning to end, the process was easier than I experienced with previous contractors. Everyone was on time, polite, and the house was clean at the end of the day. Mike was responsive to answering my questions which I appreciated. Everything was on time, except for one day delay which did not put the overall process behind schedule. I love the end project and would not have been able to design the floor plan, pick out the tile, countertops or cabinets without the help of Kristin. It was well worth the cost! I highly recommend Mike and staff to complete any remodel.

Our neighbor's bathtub above us cracked (we live in a condo) & caused major flooding in our bathroom. Although scheduling with this company was completely out of my hands, I am SO glad Rodriguez Remodeling was chosen to fix our ceiling. They were able to get me in sooner than the original scheduled date due to a last minute cancellation. They were very considerate, respectful & prompt. They even protected my carpet while transferring supplies during the repair. We've gone through quite a few companies with repairs in our unit & none of them compare to this one!!

Q is literally the best handy man ever. Ever since the first day I hired him, he has tackled all of the crazy random jobs I've thrown at him quickly and professionally. I don't even feel right calling him a handy man as he is way more than that! On top all of that, he's super sweet. I will miss him and all of his amazing work when he leaves California. Damn you Arizona for stealing Q from us!!

I needed a new contractor to do some renovations on our new home so we turned to Yelp and and found shepherd contracting. We used Thomas and his team when my new home needed some updating. The communication was above and beyond. We love our new bathrooms and will post updated photos soon!

Eric is a very knowledgeable handyman. I told him what I wanted with a vision of my own and he put it to life. He is very honest about the hours that he works and his rates are very reasonable. With the fimal result that I received I am very happy with what he finished in my bathroom.

Very professional to say the least. family owned business thats professional and personable is hard to find. They came out and gave a free estimate in a timely manner. They were actually ahead of schedule to finish the projects. The workers were friendly and professional. The owner Youssef even reached out to me to make sure everything is to my demands. I want to give a HUGE thanks to everyone over at Good Guys Remodeling! I recently worked on a project with them and I found ALL of their staff to be extremely knowledgable. I really can't thank their team enough for their prompt responses & attention to detail throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the need of remodeling services.

I would love to see what email your supposedly sent since I was the one who provided my email address. Also, I can 100% guarantee I never received a single call, let alone "multiple calls" or a voicemail. Ellen called me a few times to arrange a visit and I HAD her all her contact numbers saved in my phone so I would have seen her on my caller ID. Finally, the fact that your accusing me of being the reason you didn't follow through with sending me a quote is embarrassing for you as the "compliance team member" and you should just take the loss and move on without trying to blame me for your business practice
failures. But, I get it, it makes you look like the good guy and shifts the blame... typical sub-standard contractor move from another shady Arizona contractor.

I called this individual and attempted to make an appointment for a bid for remodeling work in kitchen and bathrooms.  I requested a 3 to 3:30 pm.  He tells me his last appointment can't go past 3pm.  I told him that my wife doesn't get home from work until 2:30.  He says that he'll try to be there at 2:30.  I then try to give my address.  He interrupts me and tells me to text it.  I told him that's a problem because I don't text.  He then says that is a problem and maybe I better call somebody who can write while they're driving.  At that point I say why don't you pull over and then  I tell him to forget it and hang up.  This guy has an attitude that would not work in my house.  Business must be good for him to turn down a potential job that was estimated at $67,000 by another company.  We wanted a comparative bid.

Micheal did a fantastic job on our kitchen rebuild.  Although he usually does bigger jobs, he gave us exactly what we wanted and our kitchen looks amazing! Thanks 2nd Ave Design Group!

Unprofessional, and nightmarish to deal with. Here's exactly what transpired:

I work 50 hours a week. I made an appointment with "I'm Gonna Fix It" through Amazon between the hours of 2PM-5PM on Sunday, my only day off this month. When 3 o'clock rolled around on Sunday and I had not heard from the company, I called and left a message. At 4 o'clock I sent again inquiring if the appointment was still good to go. Close to 5 o'clock I receive a message from Kyle (the owner) stating that he would have to reschedule do to "personal issues". So, at this point I've planned my families day around this thing and have wasted my only day to be with them. In my industry, this is called "No-Call-No-Show".

I immediately texted him back (I will post a screen shot of the conversation if Yelp will let me) informing him that this was unacceptable and that I do not have another available day all month to reschedule.

I was then rudely texted back "Life Happens" and then he went on to explain how there was "a death in the family".

Now.... I am not a psychic so I do not know if these excuses are true or not. What I do know is this:

A) If you look at other reviews for this company, you will find similar experiences of unprofessionalism, excuses, and tardiness.
B) We were all young once and (speaking for myself) I made these type of excuses to my professors in high school.
C) If there really was a problem, I should have been personally contacted as soon as they found out they were unable to make it (Apparently even though the "Personal Issues" began on Friday, they were unable to contact me until AFTER the appointment was through on Sunday). The guy claims he contacted Amazon to cancel but that is totally untrue; amazon would have contacted me immediately.

In conclusion, the experience I had with this company was so poor I canceled their services altogether. I am not someone with unrealistic expectations... I am understanding that things do happen but with that being said I was not contacted until after the three hour time window had passed and my time had been blatantly wasted, not to mention insulted by the owner.

Got myself in a pickle and Doug answered the phone and was able to come out same day. Very friendly, knows his stuff, fast response time, and He raves about his partner as well.

As a female I'm used to people coming in and talking down to me, I got non of this which I so very appreciate. He was great with my kids and dog running around too. It really felt like calling a friend / family member.

Emailed this company, had someone (a lady) come out to our home we had just purchased. Such a waste of time! No direction, help, suggestions, ideas etc. Never received an estimate. Poor customer service. I would not recommend this company.
