Jean has done several project for us including poo repair, pavers installation, faux grass installation, and concrete repair. Jean does excellent work. He listens to the needs that you have and then offers a variety of solutions to meet those needs. His prices are competitive and the quality is very high. I highly recommend home for all home improvement needs.

I have been using Next Level for Years and I have several rental  houses as well as my own residential home that I have had them do every type of job imaginable. He has done drywall, tile, yard clean ups, painting, plumbing, water heater installation and the list goes on. I have never had a bad experience and even when I have to have something done a second time I have never gotten anything but exemplary service. I even refer NLR to my friends and family.

I must give kudos where it's due with contractors! I'm usually skeptical & very cautious with dealings. I HATE chasing down people & getting stabby with them but I will. My water heater had a slow leak & caused some sweet water damage to my garage drywall & inside my master closet wall/carpet! Edge Restoration dried it out & sent Gurr Brothers Construction to repair my drywall & replace the carpet. It was a seamless process throughout. Sam from Gurr Brothers showed up, kept me in the loop of when & who to expect @ my house & stayed in constant communication of plumbing, drywall & carpet people that were dropping by. Although a bit of a nightmare to have your houses gutted for a while?!? I couldn't be more impressed with the way it was handled & for them to deal with my Homeowner's Insurance too. Marvin with Aceves Construction is very kind and professional from the first meeting and estimate. Suggestions were creative, workmanship was skillful.  All work was done to completion. Our house was completely destroyed on the inside due to a pipe burst over 4th of July weekend. We are a young family and have never had to deal with anything like this. I was calling EVERYWHERE and was not getting a call back. In fact, people were turning us away. I went to the Better Business Bureau and I found Mark Steven Construction. I called and left a message, and Mark himself contacted me back straight away. Off the bat he was extremely communicative and honest. Aside from insurance related repairs (which was truly gutting the whole interior) he also helped us with some upgrades we decided to do at the same time.
I found it invaluable that never at any point did we feel taken advantage of during a very hard time. In fact, Mark gave us great advice on how to save and reassured me through the whole process. He took our ideas, and often made them better. If there was something structurally that couldn't be done without a high ticket price, he offered reasonable alternatives.
From putting in a doggy door to going out of his way to find us a fabricator to get our granite in on time (during a pandemic!) he was great. I'm sure he has my name in his phone as "lady who texts a lot" and not once did he every get bothered by my questions.
While he does not exclusively work on insurance claims, it's worth noting he has tons of knowledge on them as well and helped us understand that process.
His team members were extremely polite and always greeted me with a smile and an update if I popped into the house. I trusted them all completely with our space.

We are so happy that we found Mark Steven Construction, and without hesitation will tell others to use his business as well!

Highly recommend Sigi and his crew! Super easy to work with. His pricing was very fair. I had an entire 2nd story deck rebuilt and house leveled by replacing the support beams in my carport under my master bedroom. The work was top notch. Every question was answered and the crew even made suggestions to help save some money. Special shout out to Tim and Adrian who worked their tails off to make sure everything was right. Even when there were minor issues, they were resolved immediately. I would absolutely use them again. You wont go wrong using Southwest. Thanks for everything Sigi!

J.R. Cabinet Works completely changed up our kitchen while retaining the original custom cabinets.  We stained our cabinets a dark espresso with just a hint of the former cherry glowing through.  The owner Jerry showed up with the other contractors to discuss coordination and timing.  Jerry took one of the cabinet doors for a test and discussed how the final result may look.  After we approved the sample, his crew arrived and finished the job in two days.  The crew was was efficient, on time, and cleaned up after.  JR came by after each step to personally inspect the results.

We love the results and look forward to working with JR and company again.

My friends told me they've seen the Tintas trucks inside SCG and suggested I call them for a home estimate, so I did. The day before the appointment, Tintas called me to confirm (Bet. 12PM - 2 PM). The day of the appointment, THEY NEVER CALLED, THEY NEVER SHOWED UP!! I called them at 3:30 PM to express my displeasure and the woman who answered was apologetic, but had no idea why I was so upset!? If they are this cavalier, how well can they do their jobs? In the end, they lost a potential customer.

I had a depth conversion done by Blue Dot Pools.  They did a great job.  It took a little longer than expected and I had a couple problems with the workmanship of the subcontractors along the way.  They resolved my issues to my satisfaction and the pool looks really good.  James and John were really good to work with.  I would recommend Blue Dot Pools.

Brad quickly responded to my project quote request and was able to come out immediately to look at my door. Pricing seemed fair when compared to other estimates I got. Everything from the quote to the finished product was professionally done and appeared of high quality.  Would definitely recommend!

Kris came and gave me quotes for two separate jobs. After meeting with two other contractors, we decided to go with her, and we agreed on prices, terms, etc. When it came time to do the actual work though, she backed out of both jobs and left us hanging.
