I highly, highly recommend Steve.  I have a travertine dining table that was scratched and stained.  I was going to get rid of it but decided to give refinishing a try.  Steve was on time, very neat and most importantly, restored my table to perfect condition.  I was extremely impressed with him and the finished product.

I think its fair to say that a large percentage of remodeling projects end with either a desire for divorce, to torch your contractors truck and office, or both. Not so with our most recent significant remodel,

Working with our contractor, Jerry Nowell, his office and the highly skilled and good natured subs he employed, resulted in an experience and outcome that surpassed our expectations. Jerry is a standup guy who was always keeping us updated on all aspects of the project including the good, the bad and, on occasional, ugly. If there were hold ups he was very quick to let us know why and what he had done to address the related issue.. No surprises. When we found ourselves questioning how we wanted to proceed on some aspect of the project, his experience and good eye proved invaluable in the decision process. On many occasions he helped steer us clear of making unnecessarily expensive decisions ,often showing greater concern for our stated budget than we.

Jerry has the unique gift of bringing calm to even the most hectic and potentially stressful aspects of the process. In short we can't recommend him highly enough and or begin to express our true gratitude for his professionalism, honesty and patience throughout the process. If you are looking for a "WOW" you will find it here at Villagio. We recently decided to do a total makeover of our master bath and were helped by Lynne Parr. We had found a beautiful marble tile called "Statuary Spring". Lynne found a complementary accent tile called Petals which was scrumptious but we were not sure how we would use it. Lynne had many suggestions and spent hours with us helping us to see the different ways we could design our tile choices. I felt like I had a personal designer! Lynne was diligent and patient and made me feel like a special customer. She worked with our contractor on pricing and ordering and there were absolutely no surprises on cost or timeliness. I would HIGHLY recommend Villagio for the personal touch and the quality of the products. I LOVE everything about my new bathroom, but especially the tile we purchased here!

We had a cable wiring plate that had come out of the wall. All the wiring was hanging out and we were not able to get  it back in.

We contacted Marcos from the Contreras Services and sent him pictures. He was able to figure out what had to be done and came out the next afternoon.

This was one of the best experiences we have had with having someone come out and work on our home.  Marcos was efficient and knew exactly what to do. He was also very respectful and kind and told us what our options could be.  I would recommend this company to anyone.

We did a full remodel on our house. The original contractor kind of bailed on us and didn't finish some of the work. We called several companies to finish the job for us. Zach and Terrell finished our project in a matter of days. They came out and gave us an estimate and we were fortunate they could fit us in between jobs.

They installed a custom built in electric fireplace with designer touches. The work turned out amazing. In the past year we've probably had over 50 different companies in our house from plumbers to contractors to painters, etc. Peters Family Construction would get our #1 ranking out of all of them.

My rental house was burned in a fire.  The Other Brothers came out and restored it quickly.  I was able to re-rent it and my new tenants are very happy with how it looks.  I couldn't be more pleased.

This is a great company. They did a beautiful bathroom remodel for us. They gave us a quote and started the next day. They were prompt, always showing up when they said and working daily until the job was complete. There work was excellent! They cleaned up and hauled away debris. I can't say enough about the great job they did. I plan on using them for future projects.

Harper Stone and Tile is the most amazing company. Perfect craftsmanship, very communicative, and Derren (the owner) is so detail oriented. Please see the pictures of our new guest shower. Everything lines up beautifully and looks phenomenal. Please notice the detail in the pattern, all grout lines are lined up flawlessly. The experience was outstanding. Derren and his team took great care to work in a very clean manner and even provided a paper cover to and from the bathroom so nothing dirty ever came in contact with our floors. I would highly recommend Harper Stone and Tile. I can't wait to do our master bathroom with Harper Stone and Tile in the future.

I found Lumby Concrete on Yelp based on their good ratings.  They were willing to come out in person rather than rely just on measurements and photos.  Travis gave us a bid and we scheduled the work; a new concrete pour for one section to tie into old concrete that they would prepare and then put an acrylic lace on the whole section.  The project went great but we had some issues with the acrylic lace peeling in some small sections (many of us know this as Cool Deck).  Mike said  he had only seen this in few times in 30 years.  We all expect good service and outcomes but you really find out the quality and integrity of a company when you see how they manage a problem.  Travis and his dad Mike looked at the issue and scheduled repairs without any questions.  I was worried they might try to tell me it was something I had done but they just told me they would make it right and they did!  Their sub came out and fixed the acrylic lace areas and the project is now perfect.  I highly recommend them because they not only do good work, they stand behind their work.  They were good with communications as to time and dates and kept us posted so we knew what to expect and when.  We would use them again in a minute!

We recently had the exterior of our home painted by Arrowhead Painting and it looks B-E-A-utiful!!! We are sooooo happy. The team is professional, meticulous, extremely detail oriented, and the owner is very personable and knowledgeable - the best in the industry!!!!. We highly recommend Arrowhead Painting to all our friends and family and can't wait for them return to paint the interior too!!!

Gilbert did excellent work. He repaired both our porches and the workmanship was done with quality.
He quoted me a price and did not go over it. I would have him do more work for us.

I am a general contractor in Phoenix with a massive volume of active projects on any given day. After my other carpet guys dropping the ball on me twice in one week, I went to Carpet Depot on a whim hoping for better luck. Adam promptly greeted me as I walked inside, and helped me select a carpet that fit my needs (and my budget) within 3 minutes. No beating around the bush, no trying to steer me in any direction other than exactly what I was there for. Above and beyond service and professionalism. Carpet Depot has just gained my permanent business. Already purchased from them again for the second time in 24 hours. Thank you guys!!

Can't say enough great things about Irving and Modern Innovations. He works fast, does very high quality work with great attention to detail. And at a very fair price. He is very skilled in seemingly every home remodel trade. If you are considering doing any work to your house (big or small) you should definitely give Irving a call

I am very pleased with the work Infinity Pro Services performed on my home post water damage due to a roof leak. It looks fantastic, back to it's original state!
More importantly, the partnership in communication, expectation setting, timeline/materials update and trust with Sean was phenomenal as there is a lot is schedules to work around, as a customer and with company employees. Sean and his team did a great job: professional, courteous and hard working!!

Great handyman and friendly.  Had a ceiling fan that was broken and the wiring was a bit funky from previous homeowner.  He came by, figured out the wiring problems, and installed a ceiling fan.  Fair price and didn't bait and switch or anything like that.  In fact, already hiring him to do another wiring job in my house this coming week!  Highly recommend him.

Eclipse flooring is easily the worst, least dependable company I have ever used.  I finally after 2 months, several cancelations, a visit from 2 managers/inspectors and installers who show up without materials, excuse after excuse for a tiny kitchen job. Eclipse wasted DAYS of my time. Lowes needs to eliminate them as a contractor and vet potential contractors and employees a lot better if they do at all . Also Lowes needs to stop contracting Phoenix AZ installers and sending them to Tucson. Lowes has  lost my business.

Why would a business come to your home, spend an hour measuring for new flooring throughout your home and not bother to send you a quote?
I'm wondering that myself. Even if they sent one after 9 days, they would not get my business. It makes you feel slighted. Can't trust them.

My experience with A2Z was the worst! I have been remodeling my house for a year with different contractors and have sent several referrals to all of them. I would never recommend A2Z. Friday, April 8th, my husband called Mercy and asked if she wanted us to drop off more of the deposit because we would be moving out of our house to help get the job done faster (6 of us and 2 dogs). She says no they can get it on Monday when we start. They were scheduled to begin work on Monday, April 11th,  and that morning Mercy sends the message that they will not be showing up but possibly start Wednesday, April 13th.

Wednesday no-show, so I informed A2Z that the communication has been horrible! Mercy's comment back was, "no one told you to move out of your house" and then some other BS about us being at a cheaper rate because we were supposed to purchase product from them. My husband mentioned several times that we would be moving out. We were told the new start date is Monday 25th. I still did not hear anything from them and after several calls and texts, (message at 6:24 am, call her at 8:00 am, again at 8:15 am, and then text at 8:24 am) Mercy finally responds and says someone will be at my house between 9-10 am. Unfortunately, they only send one person which causes longer delays.

Thursday, April 21st, I asked the worker when the expected completion would be so that I can get a cleaning crew and he informs me since working alone (not his fault) it would not be completed until April 28th or 29th. He had a helper for one day, during the week of the demo, but was pulled to go to another job (I felt like this was intentional since A2Z is aware of our situation). Finally, during the week of installation, a second worker arrives, and work is completed on April 28th.

In summary, I moved out of the house a week earlier than needed, which could have been avoided, due to a lack of communication. Then stayed out for two more weeks because they sent one worker for the majority of the time.

This has been the worst experience ever and don't use this company.
