Steve is the professional you want working in your home.  We have worked with him 2 times in 3 years to fill holes that naturally occur in highly trafficked areas.  He also cleans and polishes and makes your floors literally look brand new.  He is magic!  He is a perfectionist - the job is not finished until you, the homeowner, are happy.  Highly recommend.

Honestly, I don't know how to rate Villagio. I didn't have an appointment and was basically ignored when I walked into the showroom. I do have remodeling needs, but I need to feel the love before signing. No love here. The tile selection seems great, but maybe they could use a Walmart greeter?

We had a cable wiring plate that had come out of the wall. All the wiring was hanging out and we were not able to get  it back in.

We contacted Marcos from the Contreras Services and sent him pictures. He was able to figure out what had to be done and came out the next afternoon.

This was one of the best experiences we have had with having someone come out and work on our home.  Marcos was efficient and knew exactly what to do. He was also very respectful and kind and told us what our options could be.  I would recommend this company to anyone.

We did a full remodel on our house. The original contractor kind of bailed on us and didn't finish some of the work. We called several companies to finish the job for us. Zach and Terrell finished our project in a matter of days. They came out and gave us an estimate and we were fortunate they could fit us in between jobs.

They installed a custom built in electric fireplace with designer touches. The work turned out amazing. In the past year we've probably had over 50 different companies in our house from plumbers to contractors to painters, etc. Peters Family Construction would get our #1 ranking out of all of them.

I have hired The Other Brothers to do various repairs around our home from fixing a roof that lost some tiles during a dust storm to replacing the vacuum breaking that broke and flood our yard.  There hasn't been a job yet they couldn't do for me and my 19 year old house. I appreciate how quickly I have received service after calling for "help."  The price paid is worth the service and knowing the job is done right. I have recommended The Other Brothers to friends, family and co-workers.  They have all experienced the same outstanding service. Other Brothers Construction deserve an A++ rating!!!

Terrific experience! We hired this company to build a wall around pool equipment and to install metal poles to string lighting on. We also hired them to fix our Ken's sprinkler system. Excellent communication and the end product was great. The price was reasonable and in accordance with the finished product. The company also tiled the newly built wall and redid some existing tile in the pool area to match our new wall. We are very pleased with the end result and would hire this company again.

I have done my homework checking out tile installers. Darren was very straight forward, honest and reliable. He did not ask for payment upfront. I was looking to install about 900 SF. of tile. Darren came over, gave me an estimate and we scheduled for about a month out so i could remove the old carpet and tile. He arrived as scheduled. We set aside 5 days to get it completed, it was done in 4. The whole time he was professional, took great care in setup, even worked around a few pieces of furniture we had no place to move.To address the few reviews that commented on no answer or delayed call back, Darren is working to complete the job, on his knee's doing layout, placement, cutting and grouting. Cut him a break, I did. I expected immediate response, when I did not receive it, I was impatient. I spoke to him about it, he was very concerned and we moved forward. His priority is getting your job done.After seeing him work, and the finished product, I'm very happy he did the job. We will be calling to do kitchen back splash, and bathrooms.Thanks again. Can't recommend Lumby enough. Mike and Travis took excellent care of my property from project start to finish. Their team was courteous, professional and did a great job of clean up. Their work is immaculate and beautiful and I've had so many compliments already. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Mark and his crew did a magnificent job painting our home.  They were punctual, professional, meticulous, quick, and cleaned up like they had not even been there.  Mark was very knowledgeable and answered all questions about the process and the paint.  He went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied with the outcome.  Afterward, we received multiple compliments on how good the house looked; from friends, neighbors, and even the window washer.  Not only that, I was incapacitated from a recent surgery and Mark took care of a couple of minor maintenance issues that I was unable to do.  What a nice guy!  In addition, the cost of the job was quite reasonable and was lower than most of the other quotes we received.  We would definitely recommend Arrowhead Painting for your next painting project.

Gilbert, from Royal Construction Services, was great to work with. He helped me replace 3 wood porch and carport posts at my older home.  Unlike the old posts, the new posts have been installed on post bases, which should help keep them dry and secure for years to come. Gilbert was fast, flexible and affordable.

All smiles & promises when you walk in the door. Shoddy workmanship when it's all said and done.

Specifically, I worked with Andy to install carpet in a 2-bed apartment. They did not re-install the closet door sliders. When asked how come, Adam said they would have someone back to install, "within a few days."

After two weeks I stopped back and spoke to Gus who informed me that, "I own the place and I ain't sendin' anyone back out." I looked at Andy and he cowered down like a beaten puppy.

Zero integrity. Stay away

Irving is absolutely amazing!!!  If I could give him 10 stars then I would.  I don't think I have the vocabulary to express just how awesome he and his crew are.  I'm going to try my best.  First and foremost - Irving and his team do great work at a reasonable and fair price.  His commitment to excellence is evident.  

To give a little background, I contacted Irving in May '22, about a potential plumbing project and building a closet for a spare bedroom.  Over the course of the next 7 months, Irving and his team have helped me completely remodel the house.  This is due in large part to 3 main qualities that Irving possesses - honesty, dependability, flexibility

Irving is honest about what things will entail and upfront about costs and timeframes.  If something won't look good or is going to cost a lot to do, he is the first one to speak up and share that

Irving and his team are dependable. When he says he will show up and get a job done, that is what he does.  In the rare instance he couldn't make it, he was quick to communicate and ensure he was there at his earliest convenience.  Also the jobs were completed on time or quicker than quoted which is uncommon to find now

Irving is extremely flexible.  Many times I would add to jobs or change design or just generally change the vision for a project.  Irving was always willing to listen and adapt.  

Over the last few months, I've really felt like Irving was more of a partner in this renovation than just a contractor doing some project.  I can't thank him enough for everything he's done.  And it has been my absolute pleasure to get to know him.

I rarely write reviews and certainly none of this length, but Irving is special and deserves all of this and much more.  If you get the opportunity to partner with Irving then I highly encourage you to do so

I can't say enough good things about Kyle! He put my 3 pieces of furniture together in no time at all! Very reasonably priced! Kyle was courteous and friendly and he loves cats; so I knew he was a great guy! Give him a try and you won't be disappointed!

Please save yourself aggravation and do not use these people.  We contracted through Lowe's for tile flooring installation and it's been a nightmare - they don't show up, leave jobs half finished, poor communication.  I can't believe Lowe's uses them - it's bizarre.  Save yourself aggravation and use someone else.

I was out looking for a new Yelp adventure in Surprise. Something new I had never noticed before. I found Henley Floor and Home Pros.

Whaaat? We have been looking for flooring everywhere across town and  there was a flooring business right here in the City of Surprise! I took a peek at their showroom really fast. So many options! We were looking into luxury vinyl and tiles that look like wood. Something low maintenance! I can't wait!

We plan on installing ourselves. The gal in the store was super friendly and answered all of my questions. They even offer cabinetry! We are busy this holiday weekend but have a date planned for this week. I can't wait!

I found A2Z flooring online when I was looking for floor. Originally I was just looking to buy floor and install it myself but their prices were so reasonable we were able to have them install it. I was in contact with Mercedes and Jessica from November until Now (June). We have a new build home so we had a lot of set backs. Both Mercedes and Jessica were more then understanding and so patient with me when I changed my mine 100 times.  Jessica always responded to me right away and I love that I was able to always get in contact with her when needed. Fast forward to install day. They were able to have my flooring and come out on the exact day I wanted to start. Which in todays world is almost unheard of Johnny showed up and icing on the cake he is just as wonderful as the girls are. He ended up finishing our floors in 4 days and we get to move into our house a week earlier then planned. Johnny and his partner worked so hard and my floors look amazing. During our build process we had nothing but issues with contractors but A2Z flooring was a breath of fresh air! We had a great experience with everything!
