Truly outstanding service from Steve.  We had him fill some cracks in our travertine flooring that had developed over the years.  Wish we had done this earlier.  They always used to catch my eye now I never notice them.

I think its fair to say that a large percentage of remodeling projects end with either a desire for divorce, to torch your contractors truck and office, or both. Not so with our most recent significant remodel,

Working with our contractor, Jerry Nowell, his office and the highly skilled and good natured subs he employed, resulted in an experience and outcome that surpassed our expectations. Jerry is a standup guy who was always keeping us updated on all aspects of the project including the good, the bad and, on occasional, ugly. If there were hold ups he was very quick to let us know why and what he had done to address the related issue.. No surprises. When we found ourselves questioning how we wanted to proceed on some aspect of the project, his experience and good eye proved invaluable in the decision process. On many occasions he helped steer us clear of making unnecessarily expensive decisions ,often showing greater concern for our stated budget than we.

Jerry has the unique gift of bringing calm to even the most hectic and potentially stressful aspects of the process. In short we can't recommend him highly enough and or begin to express our true gratitude for his professionalism, honesty and patience throughout the process. We had our entire home remodeled in 2016 and chose tile from here.  It was gorgeous.  Unfortunately there was a manufacturing defect in our tile that was not noticed until after it was installed.  Villagio took care of it fully - including paying the full cost for our contractor to redo our floors with new tile.  The fact that it is done now with minimal hassle means everything to us.  I could only imagine the nightmare we could have potentially had if we went with a different company.   Anyone can sell you tile but they truly care to stand behind their products.

We had a cable wiring plate that had come out of the wall. All the wiring was hanging out and we were not able to get  it back in.

We contacted Marcos from the Contreras Services and sent him pictures. He was able to figure out what had to be done and came out the next afternoon.

This was one of the best experiences we have had with having someone come out and work on our home.  Marcos was efficient and knew exactly what to do. He was also very respectful and kind and told us what our options could be.  I would recommend this company to anyone.

We did a full remodel on our house. The original contractor kind of bailed on us and didn't finish some of the work. We called several companies to finish the job for us. Zach and Terrell finished our project in a matter of days. They came out and gave us an estimate and we were fortunate they could fit us in between jobs.

They installed a custom built in electric fireplace with designer touches. The work turned out amazing. In the past year we've probably had over 50 different companies in our house from plumbers to contractors to painters, etc. Peters Family Construction would get our #1 ranking out of all of them.

This company was working on a job a couple of houses down from me. I asked my neighbor what he thought of the company so far, and he had a pretty good experience so I gave them a call. They ended up negotiating my claim with my insurance company and replaced my entire roof and both of my AC units at no cost to me. My insurance company was originally only repairing small sections of my roof after we had a massive hail storm in Glendale.I got to pick a new tile and new color, good bye green roof!! I am so thrilled with the service I received from this company that I decided to take a couple minutes to let you all know. If you have any damage to your home, I would seriously recomend this company.

This is a great company. They did a beautiful bathroom remodel for us. They gave us a quote and started the next day. They were prompt, always showing up when they said and working daily until the job was complete. There work was excellent! They cleaned up and hauled away debris. I can't say enough about the great job they did. I plan on using them for future projects.

Harper Stone & Tile just completed a glass tile backsplash in our kitchen.  When I first contacted Derren, I explained the job to him.  He asked me to send photos of the kitchen and he would email me an estimate.  He was very prompt about sending his estimate and readily answered all of the questions we had about the job and his quote.  He said they could most likely get the job completed in one day and they did!  The crew was there on time and worked all day.  Derren was very patient in explaining the process and answering some more questions we had that day.  He also helped us select our grout color.  The workmanship was excellent and we are extremely pleased with the finished product.  I would definitely recommend Derren and Harper Stone & Tile.

So just wanted to share my experience with Lumby Concrete. I got a call back within minutes of leaving a message with Mike Lumby from Lumby concrete. He came out within the same day to give me a quote. His quote was very very reasonable. They came out 3 days later to start and where here at 7:30 am all three days. He poured a driveway for us to park our RV on for $3200 dollars the size was about 12 ft by 50 ft, they also did amazing finishing on it my husband was very impressed and happy. (Did I mention my hubby is OCD and a perfectionist so that's saying a lot.) We are having them pour a front patio later this week because there pricing and work is so impressive, it's hard to find a contractor that takes such amazing pride in there work! I will post some photos later.  This is a father son company so you are also supporting a small family business!!

Top notch company that we highly recommend. We had a very large project and their quality of work, material and attention to detail for every square inch was superb. Great crew; reliable, hard working, and always on time. Mark was extremely helpful in guiding us through our color choices and customizing to get it just right. Would simply say "trust him". You won't be disappointed. The end result was beyond our expectations. Looking at our home now... Wow, it's stunning!

Super happy with Ron and Sam coming to my rescue to replace a corroded faucet for the washing machine. Super polite and professional, Sam even cleaned the floor under the washer when he moved it! Will call them again for other repairs and maintenance.

I've been coming here for at least 10 years to carpet various rental properties in the Central Phoenix area...but I was dealt with dishonestly on the last transaction that I will never go there again!!  I had carpeted a condo in 2011 and purchased the carpet at Carpet Depot and I went back  in January to purchase the carpet (same exact carpet at the same price) and when I got the bill I was charged almost $200 more than the last time I went there.  He had a different square footage than from 2011 and I actually had the invoice from 2011 with me to prove it.  The owner got all angry when I showed him the receipt and then agreed to lower the invoice but then said he had to charge me a $150 for not having 45 yards of carpet.  Meanwhile, there is no posting in the store that says $150 fee for installation if you don't have 45 yards of carpet and the salesman never told me that while I was ordering the carpet.  All I can say is that I can afford the extra cost, but I don't do business with dishonest businesses so I will NEVER go back again and I will NEVER recommend them to my clients and my landlords.  With the owner's nasty attitude, I am sure they will be out of business soon enough though!

Irving did a great job installing flooring in our laundry room and helping move the big appliances in there. It was quick and good quality work. He also assisted us with installing closet shelves and what not for two closets. Came out great again.

Awesome and honest contractor. My wife and I weren't sure what we were going to do with our home modifications. With Shawn and his helpful staff we were pointed in the right direction. We highly recommend Infinity Pro Services for any of your needs!

Unprofessional, and nightmarish to deal with. Here's exactly what transpired:

I work 50 hours a week. I made an appointment with "I'm Gonna Fix It" through Amazon between the hours of 2PM-5PM on Sunday, my only day off this month. When 3 o'clock rolled around on Sunday and I had not heard from the company, I called and left a message. At 4 o'clock I sent again inquiring if the appointment was still good to go. Close to 5 o'clock I receive a message from Kyle (the owner) stating that he would have to reschedule do to "personal issues". So, at this point I've planned my families day around this thing and have wasted my only day to be with them. In my industry, this is called "No-Call-No-Show".

I immediately texted him back (I will post a screen shot of the conversation if Yelp will let me) informing him that this was unacceptable and that I do not have another available day all month to reschedule.

I was then rudely texted back "Life Happens" and then he went on to explain how there was "a death in the family".

Now.... I am not a psychic so I do not know if these excuses are true or not. What I do know is this:

A) If you look at other reviews for this company, you will find similar experiences of unprofessionalism, excuses, and tardiness.
B) We were all young once and (speaking for myself) I made these type of excuses to my professors in high school.
C) If there really was a problem, I should have been personally contacted as soon as they found out they were unable to make it (Apparently even though the "Personal Issues" began on Friday, they were unable to contact me until AFTER the appointment was through on Sunday). The guy claims he contacted Amazon to cancel but that is totally untrue; amazon would have contacted me immediately.

In conclusion, the experience I had with this company was so poor I canceled their services altogether. I am not someone with unrealistic expectations... I am understanding that things do happen but with that being said I was not contacted until after the three hour time window had passed and my time had been blatantly wasted, not to mention insulted by the owner.

Undate to my last review. After many many many issues they finally showed up for the appointment to install. The carpet was installed and they did a nice job. The carpet did not match exactly though so it is a little noticeable. One of the times they canceled, they said my entire order of carpet was not at Lowes when they went to pick it up. They said that part of it was a slightly different shade so I said bring it anyway to avoid being cancelled. They canceled anyway. We waited over a weeks more for Lowes to get the carpet all in  one shade . And then another week to get on the schedule again . Finally when they arrived I expected all the carpet to be the same shade but it was not.

I was out looking for a new Yelp adventure in Surprise. Something new I had never noticed before. I found Henley Floor and Home Pros.

Whaaat? We have been looking for flooring everywhere across town and  there was a flooring business right here in the City of Surprise! I took a peek at their showroom really fast. So many options! We were looking into luxury vinyl and tiles that look like wood. Something low maintenance! I can't wait!

We plan on installing ourselves. The gal in the store was super friendly and answered all of my questions. They even offer cabinetry! We are busy this holiday weekend but have a date planned for this week. I can't wait!

I found A2Z flooring online when I was looking for floor. Originally I was just looking to buy floor and install it myself but their prices were so reasonable we were able to have them install it. I was in contact with Mercedes and Jessica from November until Now (June). We have a new build home so we had a lot of set backs. Both Mercedes and Jessica were more then understanding and so patient with me when I changed my mine 100 times.  Jessica always responded to me right away and I love that I was able to always get in contact with her when needed. Fast forward to install day. They were able to have my flooring and come out on the exact day I wanted to start. Which in todays world is almost unheard of Johnny showed up and icing on the cake he is just as wonderful as the girls are. He ended up finishing our floors in 4 days and we get to move into our house a week earlier then planned. Johnny and his partner worked so hard and my floors look amazing. During our build process we had nothing but issues with contractors but A2Z flooring was a breath of fresh air! We had a great experience with everything!
