Steve is the professional you want working in your home.  We have worked with him 2 times in 3 years to fill holes that naturally occur in highly trafficked areas.  He also cleans and polishes and makes your floors literally look brand new.  He is magic!  He is a perfectionist - the job is not finished until you, the homeowner, are happy.  Highly recommend.

We highly recommend AZ Classic Floors. Daniel, the owner, installed our engineered wood flooring and did a beautiful job. He kept to his schedule, was meticulous in his work and cleaned up every night. He is courteous, dependable and is priced competitively. We would definitely hire him again.

We just finished a gut remodel to our house with Integrity Luxury Homes and got LEED Certified. We were extremely pleased and would highly recommend them. They were committed to helping us get our LEED certification at the highest level possible. They went the extra mile to make sure that we will be happy with the outcome for years to come. Jerry is professional, hard-working, and friendly. He is great at negotiating the best price and keeps a close watch on the sub's he is managing. Great GC!

This tile store has really nice people working there, and tile from reasonable to above average price points to meet clients' needs.  I would say Villagio has the best selection of accent tiles I have seen in the Phoenix area, and trust me, I have seen every tile store!
My husband and I worked with Dakotah, who is a very delightful and PATIENT young lady.  We took months trying to figure out what tile we wanted.  Then I went with a look my husband wanted and I did not.  Don't do that.  Figure out something you both like.  When our installer brought our tile, I hated it.  I could not blame Villagio for my mistake, but I would suggest asking to see additional sample pieces or ordering a few sample tiles before placing your final order.  The one tile in the showroom does not always accurately represent what all the tiles in a full order will look like.  This is true at any tile showroom.  In our case the tile in the showroom had very little pattern.  The actual tiles ranged from almost all white to ones with very large and distinct fake looking patterns, and there were lots and lots of tiles with the same patterns.  Not all tiles will be like that, but learn from my mistake.  
Villagio does not take returns (it is in the contract you sign).  We figured we were stuck with it.  The installer started putting it on the shower walls, and I became more and more depressed.  I finally told them to stop, and we decided to take the loss on the tile and installation to that point.  We donated the remaining tile to Habitat for Humanity.  Expensive lesson learned!
We ended up finding a floor/wall tile at another tile company in Scottsdale. That other place charged shipping on top of the tile price quoted to us, for normal shipping, not expedited shipping.  Villagio does not charge for normal shipping.
An accent tile we bought in our original order from Villagio was the only thing we both loved from that original design choice.  We left that up in the shower, and I ordered more from Dakotah.  Turns out I did not order enough, as I found out when the installers started over this week.  But Garrett, who is my tile contractor's go-to guy at Villagio, somehow managed to come up with not only my reorder, but also the additional amount we needed, as well as a matching backsplash tile, all in time to start my (re) tiling job as scheduled.  He did not add extra charges for the rush delivery (although I imagine they normally do).
All in all, it is definitely worth visiting Villagio for extensive tile choices and friendly, helpful service.  Just be very sure about what you are ordering before placing your order.

We had a cable wiring plate that had come out of the wall. All the wiring was hanging out and we were not able to get  it back in.

We contacted Marcos from the Contreras Services and sent him pictures. He was able to figure out what had to be done and came out the next afternoon.

This was one of the best experiences we have had with having someone come out and work on our home.  Marcos was efficient and knew exactly what to do. He was also very respectful and kind and told us what our options could be.  I would recommend this company to anyone.

We did a full remodel on our house. The original contractor kind of bailed on us and didn't finish some of the work. We called several companies to finish the job for us. Zach and Terrell finished our project in a matter of days. They came out and gave us an estimate and we were fortunate they could fit us in between jobs.

They installed a custom built in electric fireplace with designer touches. The work turned out amazing. In the past year we've probably had over 50 different companies in our house from plumbers to contractors to painters, etc. Peters Family Construction would get our #1 ranking out of all of them.

This company was working on a job a couple of houses down from me. I asked my neighbor what he thought of the company so far, and he had a pretty good experience so I gave them a call. They ended up negotiating my claim with my insurance company and replaced my entire roof and both of my AC units at no cost to me. My insurance company was originally only repairing small sections of my roof after we had a massive hail storm in Glendale.I got to pick a new tile and new color, good bye green roof!! I am so thrilled with the service I received from this company that I decided to take a couple minutes to let you all know. If you have any damage to your home, I would seriously recomend this company.

This is a great company. They did a beautiful bathroom remodel for us. They gave us a quote and started the next day. They were prompt, always showing up when they said and working daily until the job was complete. There work was excellent! They cleaned up and hauled away debris. I can't say enough about the great job they did. I plan on using them for future projects.

Harper Stone & Tile just completed a glass tile backsplash in our kitchen.  When I first contacted Derren, I explained the job to him.  He asked me to send photos of the kitchen and he would email me an estimate.  He was very prompt about sending his estimate and readily answered all of the questions we had about the job and his quote.  He said they could most likely get the job completed in one day and they did!  The crew was there on time and worked all day.  Derren was very patient in explaining the process and answering some more questions we had that day.  He also helped us select our grout color.  The workmanship was excellent and we are extremely pleased with the finished product.  I would definitely recommend Derren and Harper Stone & Tile.

A few months ago, I was wrestling my gigantic black garbage cans to the curb. Yes "cans" meaning plural. We have 3 boys, a dog, and 2 rabbits, which required us to upgrade to 2 city black garbage cans. My husband was mortified by our need for dual trash cans and our ability to fill them each week.
A typical garbage day involves me dragging the massive black beast through landscaping rock while performing old lady three point turns and various driving maneuvers only exhibited by the blind or elderly. I'm sure a few of my neighbors have caught me huffing and puffing with colorful curse words aimed at the garbage cans. My husband recommended calling Lumby after an especially difficult curb delivery week. Why we didn't call them sooner was a shocker??? Maybe it's the small farm we own or my frequent trips to the grocery store because food disappears from the pantry that has kept me distracted, nevertheless, Lumby Concrete was a no brainer!

We wanted to extend our driveway so that it made a curve to our RV gate and ran about 15' into our backyard behind our RV gate. This allowed us to park a trailer on the side of the house behind our RV gate. Plus made moving our garbage cans from the  backyard to the street so much easier. So so much easier!
Lumby concrete is a family owned company that has been going for multiple generations. We used Mike in the past at our other house. When I called for the driveway extension and garbage Can runway (lol) Travis came out and went over everything. Mike has been amazing in the past and Travis is Lumby concrete 2.0!
Everything was done quickly and Travis kept us informed of the process and what to expect. I couldn't believe how fast they were in and out plus the quality of work!
I love the extra parking room and the slab beyond the gate is great! No more wrestling with a gigantic garbage cans! My neighbors will be spared from my weekly sailor styled speech every garbage day. In fact, my sons do it now! Thank you thank you! Highly recommend to everyone!

Gilbert did excellent work. He repaired both our porches and the workmanship was done with quality.
He quoted me a price and did not go over it. I would have him do more work for us.

We had a great experience with Carpet Depot for our new home! Jim was kind enough to take us around the store and give his recommendations as well as cut sample pieces for us to take home.

We ended up finding the perfect color carpet but wanted it just a little bit softer. Sure enough, they had ordered the longer pile version as well, which was set to arrive in the warehouse the following week! Jim kept us informed during this time and got us scheduled for installation quickly, working around our moving timeframe.

Bob and John did the installation perfectly and with an eye for detail. We are so happy with how it turned out. They were very friendly and fast. Give them a raise!!!!! :) Thanks Carpet Depot!

My windows and door failed during the last big storm.  I needed someone and fast.  I sent out a SOS to several contractors on Yelp. Irving was the fastest response and the easiest to work with.

Not only did he respond fast, but he worked fast too. Thanks to him no more window and door failure.

He is reliable, courteous, knowledgeable, communicative and I will definitely be having him do more work- in fact he will be working on a few other items for me in 2 weeks

All I can say is that the business owner must have been raised by wolves. He entered my home without first asking me, while his people were here. He walked around my home without letting me know. I had a check on my table, under my things, which he took without asking first. Lastly, and very upsetting, my husband and I are older. We both had on masks. He did not and never did wear a mask, while walking around my home uninvited.
Regardless of the work, he was so unprofessional that I would not call him again; nor refer him.

Purchased carpet through Lowes and they subcontracted the install to Eclipse Flooring in Phoenix. When I say the whole experience was a disaster I am not exaggerating. The carpet took three times as long to arrive as promised (ok, I get it COVID). But, then once the carpet was here, they rescheduled me three times to install. Excuse after excuse. I won't get into details about all the hassles and the rude behavior but suffice to say there is absolutely no accountability what so ever. Lowes gave us $600 credit to for the hassle, but they have no control over the situation because Eclipse is a subcontractor.  Shame on Lowes for using such a terrible company. There are so many bad reviews on Google. I was surprised I was the first on Yelp. The carpet finally got installed but it wasn't worth all the aggravation. Stay as far away from Eclipse Flooring as possible. They do not care one bit about customers.

We happened to find this flooring company as we received a previous quote that was too high.  Henleys helps ups pick out flooring - scheduled a time to measure - showed up as scheduled and answered all my questions.  What a nice surprise!

Buyers beware!! This company destroyed my house. Left the job unfinished and the owner refuses to talk to customers that aren't happy with their company. Baseboard installation is trash, they left their food all over my house, they left old demoed material in the front yard, backyard and in the home. Mercedes always talks over us when we are talking with her. She is a horrible manager that doesn't care about the company. I would never recommend this company to anyone. It's sad that I wanted to support a small business and this is what I get. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!
