I highly, highly recommend Steve.  I have a travertine dining table that was scratched and stained.  I was going to get rid of it but decided to give refinishing a try.  Steve was on time, very neat and most importantly, restored my table to perfect condition.  I was extremely impressed with him and the finished product.

When we decided to build a custom home, we interviewed over 10 potential builders and as soon as we met Jerry we knew he was the perfect fit for us. From our meeting with Jerry, we immediately felt like we could trust him.  Jerry and Yvonne were absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. We are a younger family and this was our first build, so we had a lot of unknowns. They were very supportive and we felt like they were our family supporting us throughout the whole build. They always gave us sound and honest advice and stayed mindful of our budget. Jerry's many years of experience were evident throughout the whole building process. From initial planning, going to pick out finishings, accounting, budgeting, staying on top of subcontractors, everything was absolutely amazing. We built our dream home and we couldn't have done it without Integrity Luxury Homes!

If you are looking for a "WOW" you will find it here at Villagio. We recently decided to do a total makeover of our master bath and were helped by Lynne Parr. We had found a beautiful marble tile called "Statuary Spring". Lynne found a complementary accent tile called Petals which was scrumptious but we were not sure how we would use it. Lynne had many suggestions and spent hours with us helping us to see the different ways we could design our tile choices. I felt like I had a personal designer! Lynne was diligent and patient and made me feel like a special customer. She worked with our contractor on pricing and ordering and there were absolutely no surprises on cost or timeliness. I would HIGHLY recommend Villagio for the personal touch and the quality of the products. I LOVE everything about my new bathroom, but especially the tile we purchased here!

We had a cable wiring plate that had come out of the wall. All the wiring was hanging out and we were not able to get  it back in.

We contacted Marcos from the Contreras Services and sent him pictures. He was able to figure out what had to be done and came out the next afternoon.

This was one of the best experiences we have had with having someone come out and work on our home.  Marcos was efficient and knew exactly what to do. He was also very respectful and kind and told us what our options could be.  I would recommend this company to anyone.

We did a full remodel on our house. The original contractor kind of bailed on us and didn't finish some of the work. We called several companies to finish the job for us. Zach and Terrell finished our project in a matter of days. They came out and gave us an estimate and we were fortunate they could fit us in between jobs.

They installed a custom built in electric fireplace with designer touches. The work turned out amazing. In the past year we've probably had over 50 different companies in our house from plumbers to contractors to painters, etc. Peters Family Construction would get our #1 ranking out of all of them.

Bill and his team have now done two remodels of my home. They are on time, thorough, organized, and a pleasure to work with. Their quality is top notch. Very happy with them!!

It's worth notating that Matthew is no longer with the company and I'm guessing that's where the quality has and communication has suffered. Genuinely nice, hard working guys. They worked very long hours with no breaks. Price was better than any of the other bids I received for the job. Communication is really lacking. Upon accepting the bid I was asked to send KGB product/vendor info and to them so KGB which I did. As the project date approached I inquired if the product had been ordered and was told I should order it at this point we are only 4 days away from the project date and by the time I was told to order the product it was no longer available locally and would not be delivered by the project date. I did not want to leave KGB hanging with a canceled job I ran to big box flooring store and picked a product that was locally in stock. Caveat: stair nose pieces are special order and back ordered but at least I have all the flooring ready for the date I committed to. At trio member 1's recommendation I ORDERED EXACTLY WHAT I WAS TOLD TO ORDER we just split the project into two separate jobs as to not cancel original project date. Long story short I knew my stairs would be a pain in the ass and I voiced my concerns and asked for trim details on original walk through as well as when I was left to order product.End result: Unfortunately after I paid them they pointed out where "***** got tired" on the stair cuts so now I have these stairs with trim that I need to either pay to get redone professionally or just look at them everyday as a reminder of where "***** got tired" .  After reaching out to the company they made excuses and told me they should have charged more and gave me a hard time because they had to "work with the "materials I made available" ie the materials they were suppose to order but never did which ended up being the exact materials they told me to order. They set the price I paid it, they sent a long letter itemizing what they should have charged and what they would charge to fix their poor workmanship.Moral of the story: you get what you pay for save the headache and just pay a professional team it's what you'll end up paying to fix their work in the end anyways  and their business model is "DO YOU THINK THAT IF WE HAD TO PULL OFF AGAIN, THE COST WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN QUITE A BIT MORE?" Because doing a good job in the first place isn't implied .

Harper Stone and Tile is the most amazing company. Perfect craftsmanship, very communicative, and Derren (the owner) is so detail oriented. Please see the pictures of our new guest shower. Everything lines up beautifully and looks phenomenal. Please notice the detail in the pattern, all grout lines are lined up flawlessly. The experience was outstanding. Derren and his team took great care to work in a very clean manner and even provided a paper cover to and from the bathroom so nothing dirty ever came in contact with our floors. I would highly recommend Harper Stone and Tile. I can't wait to do our master bathroom with Harper Stone and Tile in the future.

Used this excellent company to put in a walkway through my gravel along the side of my house to the back patio and a separate pad for a garden shed. They showed up on time. They did a great job and the walkway looks wonderful. Travis and his father were easy to work with. Their helpers were very hard workiThe cost was reasonable. I would recommend them for any concrete work. Thank you Lumby Concrete.

They called to set up an appointment for 2 days later but never returned the call. Disappointing to say the least. I had another estimate given to me afterwards which we are going to go with.

Gilbert did excellent work. He repaired both our porches and the workmanship was done with quality.
He quoted me a price and did not go over it. I would have him do more work for us.

2nd time buying carpet here. They did an excellent job with prices, selection and installation!  I would highly recommend this store to anyone needing to buy carpet. The owner did a follow up call to ck on how we liked it. Excellent customer service! Thank You Carpet Depot!

Irving is the guy you're looking for. While other companies are giving you the runaround and blaming poor customer service & delays on Covid, Irving is building his business by being polite, prompt, and professional.

I hired Irving to add some tile to a kitchen island and in a butlers pantry as a backsplash. He was able to fit me in the week after my inquiry and offered a very reasonable rate. He also handled the material pickup from Floor & Decor so I didn't have to get my vehicle dirty with construction materials.

Irving's work is quality. You can see it in the photos. But he is also considerate and reliable. He showed up when he said he would. He was done when he said he would be. Even when he took a lunch break, he would ask if I wanted him to bring me food. He's the kind of contractor that I'll call first & will absolutely use again. Highly recommended.

Sean and his team were great!  Super responsive, competitive quote, flexible scheduling and an all around pleasure.  They did great work, matched up paint we needed perfectly.  Thanks Sean!

Can't recommend these guys enough. Kyle is the owner and isn't afraid to get his hands dirty. I've used him twice; once to install a custom wall mounted track lighting with patchwork & another time to install two ceiling fans. He definitely takes pride in his work, and customer satisfaction is clearly important to him.

Efficient, fast and fair priced, for handyman work (who can pretty much do it all) these guys you can TRUST!

Absoutly the worse. Another Lowe's flooring install, they are the the third party coordinator that turns around and sub contracts locally. Their customer service is horrible, they lie to you to buy time. We had both carpet installed and tile. The first day of tile we were called an hour and half after they were to show up, being told that the installers  truck broke down and they would be here in the morning....ok, do you need to have a truck when all the materials are here? ? Someone else could have come? Get over that and let it slide, the next day, again they call me, and say the installer had to finish the job from yesterday, he should be done today, and can probably be here tomorrow (wait, I was the job from yesterday), wouldn't you know that you didn't finish the current job and would need to the day you called out cause your truck was broken? Even if one was a lie, don't you keep notes to keep track of what you told a customer? Or better yet, if a local contractor keeps giving you this as a reason, as the outsourcer, wouldn't you pull the job back and give it someone else?

I was very disappointed when Alexis made an appointment with me and then canceled because"a big client just came in". She never showed and never called back. If you can't trust them to make an appointment I sure wouldn't trust them with getting a job right.

Buyers beware!! This company destroyed my house. Left the job unfinished and the owner refuses to talk to customers that aren't happy with their company. Baseboard installation is trash, they left their food all over my house, they left old demoed material in the front yard, backyard and in the home. Mercedes always talks over us when we are talking with her. She is a horrible manager that doesn't care about the company. I would never recommend this company to anyone. It's sad that I wanted to support a small business and this is what I get. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!
