Truly outstanding service from Steve.  We had him fill some cracks in our travertine flooring that had developed over the years.  Wish we had done this earlier.  They always used to catch my eye now I never notice them.

Working with our contractor, Jerry Nowell, his office and the highly skilled and good natured subs he employed, resulted in an experience and outcome that surpassed our expectations. Jerry is a standup guy who was always keeping us updated on all aspects of the project including the good, the bad and, on occasional, ugly. If there were hold ups he was very quick to let us know why and what he had done to address the related issue.. No surprises. When we found ourselves questioning how we wanted to proceed on some aspect of the project, his experience and good eye proved invaluable in the decision process. On many occasions he helped steer us clear of making unnecessarily expensive decisions ,often showing greater concern for our stated budget than we.

Jerry has the unique gift of bringing calm to even the most hectic and potentially stressful aspects of the process. In short we can't recommend him highly enough and or begin to express our true gratitude for his professionalism, honesty and patience throughout the process. I remodeled my master bathroom and selected all of the tile from Villagio Tile & Stone. I worked with Garrett and Lisa, who were part of my "dream team." Garrett helped me with selecting tile for the floor and wall, along with a mosaic accent tile. He sketched everything so I would have a good sense of how the 3 styles would blend together.  Lisa helped with the finishing touches and making sure that the order was clear - she helped with the amount of tile that would be needed for the walls and how much of the mosaic would be needed. She also helped with the selection of grout and schluter that complemented all the selections. The order was very clear - when it came to installation, everything was in writing.  

The remodeled bathroom is beautiful! I have a hard time with how a tile swatch translates to an entire space, but Garrett and Lisa asked questions to know my preferences, made suggestions, and ensured color selections complemented. I felt confident when I made the final decision and my expectations were exceeded when the installation was completed.

We had a cable wiring plate that had come out of the wall. All the wiring was hanging out and we were not able to get  it back in.

We contacted Marcos from the Contreras Services and sent him pictures. He was able to figure out what had to be done and came out the next afternoon.

This was one of the best experiences we have had with having someone come out and work on our home.  Marcos was efficient and knew exactly what to do. He was also very respectful and kind and told us what our options could be.  I would recommend this company to anyone.

We did a full remodel on our house. The original contractor kind of bailed on us and didn't finish some of the work. We called several companies to finish the job for us. Zach and Terrell finished our project in a matter of days. They came out and gave us an estimate and we were fortunate they could fit us in between jobs.

They installed a custom built in electric fireplace with designer touches. The work turned out amazing. In the past year we've probably had over 50 different companies in our house from plumbers to contractors to painters, etc. Peters Family Construction would get our #1 ranking out of all of them.

I have hired The Other Brothers to do various repairs around our home from fixing a roof that lost some tiles during a dust storm to replacing the vacuum breaking that broke and flood our yard.  There hasn't been a job yet they couldn't do for me and my 19 year old house. I appreciate how quickly I have received service after calling for "help."  The price paid is worth the service and knowing the job is done right. I have recommended The Other Brothers to friends, family and co-workers.  They have all experienced the same outstanding service. Other Brothers Construction deserve an A++ rating!!!

Terrific experience! We hired this company to build a wall around pool equipment and to install metal poles to string lighting on. We also hired them to fix our Ken's sprinkler system. Excellent communication and the end product was great. The price was reasonable and in accordance with the finished product. The company also tiled the newly built wall and redid some existing tile in the pool area to match our new wall. We are very pleased with the end result and would hire this company again.

We re-tiled my place of business and we were extremely happy with Derren and the work that he and his guys did. Excellent work, great value! Derren responded quickly to all of my questions and he explained everything so that I understood, yet didn't feel talked down to like some contractors do. Derren was flexible and got our job done just the way we asked. I will be a repeat customer for sure!

Yes, as good as it gets. Sometimes writing a review is a pleasure. I don't know how I could say enough about Mike, Travis and the whole crew at Lumby Concrete. They recently installed a patio and driveway at my home in Mesa, complete with matching the "cool deck" on my pool decking, perfectly. It's been a long time since I have experienced this level of work ethics, experience and attention to detail. This is a long standing, family run business and it honestly has been like having family members come to help you out. They quickly assisted with planning and design and I immediately knew that we were on the same page. They knew exactly what I wanted and were confident in how to do it. Lumby Concrete has exceeded my expectations in every regard. They even washed my fence, house, and all surrounding items, including the road were the concrete truck had been. Their quote was reasonable, accurate and remained unchanged through completion. My yard was left clean and free from debris. I will never call anyone else for future projects and proudly recommend their services to anyone for all their concrete and paver needs. Kudos, Mike and Travis, I feel I have made new friends.

A neighbor recommended this company.  I had them paint the exterior of my house 4 months ago.  They were professional and did a perfect job.  Mark was easy to talk to and made the whole experience very comfortable.  I can't compare them to other companies, but I will definitely use them again next time I get that dreaded HOA letter.

DANGER! Bought carpet at 32nd St. Phoenix store. Good price, good installers, timely install and paid to have furniture moved, even liked the carpet. BUT morning after install carpet began to smell and I mean bad! Burning eyes, headache, couldn't breathe, dizzy. Tried airing out home, baking soda, steam cleaning.  Long story short going on 3 weeks later smell still bad and salesmen washed his hands of the problem. Promptly slammed the phone down after my second call to store to complain about problem. Haven't been home since. Will have to pay to have someone rip it out. Be careful what you buy from this place.

First off, after entering into a contract with LOWES for new bedroom carpet ,  and then learning our installation will be by Eclipse Flooring. We found ourselves to be horrified to see the terrible reviews on them here at Yelp! My god!, what have we gotten ourselves into, and so many Bad Reviews!!

I am glad to report, it was a wonderful experience for us. From purchase to installation only three weeks, unbelievable! The communication was excellent , every step of the way. Eric, Flooring Dept,  at LOWES Casa Grande , was very knowledgeable, and we had no trouble getting the exact carpet/pad we wanted.  He answered all our questions.  Erica & Kelli, LOWES , kept us informed of our progress . Melanie, at Eclipse, had the measuring person set up and he was here a few days later.  And when the carpet came in she came thru with an early installation date, and sent over Ithan, the installer.  He did just an excellent job on the installation, and there was no clean-up, when he left! he even vacuumed the new rug.

We got the quality we wanted, a perfect match to what we ordered, for PRICE WE WERE QUOTED.  I can't say anything bad about  the LOWES Carpet Dept, Casa Grande,  OR ECLIPESE FLOORING, Phoenix , our experience was wonderful, and would highly recommend them .

Have had a heck of a time finding competent and fairly priced options as I've pursued fixing my house after water damage. Today Emser tile gave a short list of recommendations. I drove a ways to Henley's because they have a physical store front and it was one of the few semi local options I had not explored. Emser has done very right by me, so I figured worth another shot.

When I pulled in an employee outside the store greeted me, then held the door for me, then asked me what I needed, then made sure I was aligned with someone who could help me pursue it. I had a positive impression of everyone at the store, even super young guy who just walked through was cordial. This is the type of service I was raised with and gave at companies I worked for. And had yet to find in the two years I've been seeking completion of my project.

Guy who discussed cabinets with me at length was thorough, patient, and honest if he didn't have an immediate answer.

Still early days but I would love nothing more than to give a solid 5 review and find this company is the one to fix my house.

I researched at great length to find a flooring company to work with and settled on A2Z because they had excellent reviews, were locally owned and operated, and came back with a good estimate.  On the positive side (the reason for the 2 star review rather than one star), the floor looks great!  Unfortunately, the trim does not.  Communication from them was great when they were trying to get my money.  When I had questions, I often had to ask multiple times to get any answers; answers that were often not accurate (particularly in relation to timeline). I flew in from out of state specifically to be here when the project was to be completed so I could see what I was paying for before paying.  I was informed that "a crew" would be working on my project that was supposed to take about 3-4 days for demo and prep and 2-3 days for installation.  The "crew" was one person for the first 6 days.  I was then assured that "more guys" would be on the job on the 7th day.  One more guy showed up.  Finally on the 8th day (the day the project should have been wrapping up), three guys showed up to work.  It took them 6 days to "finish" the job.  The first four pictures below show what they claimed to be finished work.  The last 3 photos are after they fixed everything.  Typically a job is not complete until it is done correctly and to the customer's satisfaction  Not so with this company.  They insisted I make my final payment (covering the last 50% of the installation labor) prior to them fixing the terribly trim work.  They did reluctantly come back out to my house to fix their work on August 3rd (because I was not willing to pay for a job that was not yet complete).  I informed them that I would be traveling and out of cell reception  for a couple weeks, but that I would contact them as soon as I got to the house to see their work so I could
make the final payment.  Their "communication" at this point bordered on harassment (multiple voicemails and texts demanding final payment before I could see if they fixed the issues).  They did, in fact, clean many of the black smudges off the walls and reset the corner pieces to be more aligned with the baseboards.  I have paid in full at this point but there are still a couple areas of concern.  I will update this review if and when they make things right.
