Best Flooring Contractors in United States

My house is only 3 years old but my concrete floors were badly stained and scratched. The builder constructed a great home but his floor finisher was more focused on finishing the job than finishing the floors. The kitchen was especially bad and spotty.

Steve did a test with four possible grit and sealant combinations. He arrived on time for the consultation and also for the start of the 2-day job.

On the first day of honing, he and his assistant arrived on schedule and began the job. They moved the furniture and rugs that I couldn't move. It is a wet process and looks messy while underway.

The final result is great. My floors are now professionally sealed. I shouldn't have to repeat this process...just reseal in a few years. Steve also told me how to clean and maintain the floor for the best results.

So here's the bottom line: Steve is the guy. This is the company. I've never had concrete floors. What I didn't know is that, because I don't have baseboards (concrete meets vertical smooth-finish drywall) I would need to sand some areas, patch some areas and repaint. It took me several extra hours to get things looking mostly back to perfect.

We highly recommend AZ Classic Floors. Daniel, the owner, installed our engineered wood flooring and did a beautiful job. He kept to his schedule, was meticulous in his work and cleaned up every night. He is courteous, dependable and is priced competitively. We would definitely hire him again.

When we decided to build a custom home, we interviewed over 10 potential builders and as soon as we met Jerry we knew he was the perfect fit for us. From our meeting with Jerry, we immediately felt like we could trust him.  Jerry and Yvonne were absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. We are a younger family and this was our first build, so we had a lot of unknowns. They were very supportive and we felt like they were our family supporting us throughout the whole build. They always gave us sound and honest advice and stayed mindful of our budget. Jerry's many years of experience were evident throughout the whole building process. From initial planning, going to pick out finishings, accounting, budgeting, staying on top of subcontractors, everything was absolutely amazing. We built our dream home and we couldn't have done it without Integrity Luxury Homes!

This tile store has really nice people working there, and tile from reasonable to above average price points to meet clients' needs.  I would say Villagio has the best selection of accent tiles I have seen in the Phoenix area, and trust me, I have seen every tile store!
My husband and I worked with Dakotah, who is a very delightful and PATIENT young lady.  We took months trying to figure out what tile we wanted.  Then I went with a look my husband wanted and I did not.  Don't do that.  Figure out something you both like.  When our installer brought our tile, I hated it.  I could not blame Villagio for my mistake, but I would suggest asking to see additional sample pieces or ordering a few sample tiles before placing your final order.  The one tile in the showroom does not always accurately represent what all the tiles in a full order will look like.  This is true at any tile showroom.  In our case the tile in the showroom had very little pattern.  The actual tiles ranged from almost all white to ones with very large and distinct fake looking patterns, and there were lots and lots of tiles with the same patterns.  Not all tiles will be like that, but learn from my mistake.  
Villagio does not take returns (it is in the contract you sign).  We figured we were stuck with it.  The installer started putting it on the shower walls, and I became more and more depressed.  I finally told them to stop, and we decided to take the loss on the tile and installation to that point.  We donated the remaining tile to Habitat for Humanity.  Expensive lesson learned!
We ended up finding a floor/wall tile at another tile company in Scottsdale. That other place charged shipping on top of the tile price quoted to us, for normal shipping, not expedited shipping.  Villagio does not charge for normal shipping.
An accent tile we bought in our original order from Villagio was the only thing we both loved from that original design choice.  We left that up in the shower, and I ordered more from Dakotah.  Turns out I did not order enough, as I found out when the installers started over this week.  But Garrett, who is my tile contractor's go-to guy at Villagio, somehow managed to come up with not only my reorder, but also the additional amount we needed, as well as a matching backsplash tile, all in time to start my (re) tiling job as scheduled.  He did not add extra charges for the rush delivery (although I imagine they normally do).
All in all, it is definitely worth visiting Villagio for extensive tile choices and friendly, helpful service.  Just be very sure about what you are ordering before placing your order.

We had a cable wiring plate that had come out of the wall. All the wiring was hanging out and we were not able to get  it back in.

We contacted Marcos from the Contreras Services and sent him pictures. He was able to figure out what had to be done and came out the next afternoon.

This was one of the best experiences we have had with having someone come out and work on our home.  Marcos was efficient and knew exactly what to do. He was also very respectful and kind and told us what our options could be.  I would recommend this company to anyone.

We did a full remodel on our house. The original contractor kind of bailed on us and didn't finish some of the work. We called several companies to finish the job for us. Zach and Terrell finished our project in a matter of days. They came out and gave us an estimate and we were fortunate they could fit us in between jobs.

They installed a custom built in electric fireplace with designer touches. The work turned out amazing. In the past year we've probably had over 50 different companies in our house from plumbers to contractors to painters, etc. Peters Family Construction would get our #1 ranking out of all of them.

This company was working on a job a couple of houses down from me. I asked my neighbor what he thought of the company so far, and he had a pretty good experience so I gave them a call. They ended up negotiating my claim with my insurance company and replaced my entire roof and both of my AC units at no cost to me. My insurance company was originally only repairing small sections of my roof after we had a massive hail storm in Glendale.I got to pick a new tile and new color, good bye green roof!! I am so thrilled with the service I received from this company that I decided to take a couple minutes to let you all know. If you have any damage to your home, I would seriously recomend this company.

It's worth notating that Matthew is no longer with the company and I'm guessing that's where the quality has and communication has suffered. Genuinely nice, hard working guys. They worked very long hours with no breaks. Price was better than any of the other bids I received for the job. Communication is really lacking. Upon accepting the bid I was asked to send KGB product/vendor info and to them so KGB which I did. As the project date approached I inquired if the product had been ordered and was told I should order it at this point we are only 4 days away from the project date and by the time I was told to order the product it was no longer available locally and would not be delivered by the project date. I did not want to leave KGB hanging with a canceled job I ran to big box flooring store and picked a product that was locally in stock. Caveat: stair nose pieces are special order and back ordered but at least I have all the flooring ready for the date I committed to. At trio member 1's recommendation I ORDERED EXACTLY WHAT I WAS TOLD TO ORDER we just split the project into two separate jobs as to not cancel original project date. Long story short I knew my stairs would be a pain in the ass and I voiced my concerns and asked for trim details on original walk through as well as when I was left to order product.End result: Unfortunately after I paid them they pointed out where "***** got tired" on the stair cuts so now I have these stairs with trim that I need to either pay to get redone professionally or just look at them everyday as a reminder of where "***** got tired" .  After reaching out to the company they made excuses and told me they should have charged more and gave me a hard time because they had to "work with the "materials I made available" ie the materials they were suppose to order but never did which ended up being the exact materials they told me to order. They set the price I paid it, they sent a long letter itemizing what they should have charged and what they would charge to fix their poor workmanship.Moral of the story: you get what you pay for save the headache and just pay a professional team it's what you'll end up paying to fix their work in the end anyways  and their business model is "DO YOU THINK THAT IF WE HAD TO PULL OFF AGAIN, THE COST WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN QUITE A BIT MORE?" Because doing a good job in the first place isn't implied .

Awesome tile installation! We have used Harper Stone and Tile for both of our houses and Derren does an amazing job! He is such a perfectionist and follow-up is outstanding. We plan to use this company again for more of our remodeling projects.

I had Lumby Concrete pour a 7 foot wide by 21 foot long slab as a foundation for my Tuff Shed in my backyard. They did a nice job putting it in as well as putting down pavers leading to my shed doors and rock around the surrounding area. I feel their price was fair and the workmanship outstanding. They showed up when they said they would be there, finished the project on-time!

Arrowhead Painting was able to move their schedule around on short notice due to my house closing early in order for my house to be painted when I moved in.  Mark provided a quote quickly and took great care of me during the process.  They do a great job putting down blankets to protector the flooring!  This is the second time I've utilized this company and both times they did a fantastic job.  Great job!!!

Super happy with Ron and Sam coming to my rescue to replace a corroded faucet for the washing machine. Super polite and professional, Sam even cleaned the floor under the washer when he moved it! Will call them again for other repairs and maintenance.

Price was good, but ended up being $400 over the original estimate. Charged 30 for a bad job on a carpet strip at the bottom of the stairs. Also, don't have your kids around the unprofessional installers. Excessive profanity, complaints about the amount of furniture and complaints about it being cold in the house.

I am very pleased with the work Infinity Pro Services performed on my home post water damage due to a roof leak. It looks fantastic, back to it's original state!
More importantly, the partnership in communication, expectation setting, timeline/materials update and trust with Sean was phenomenal as there is a lot is schedules to work around, as a customer and with company employees. Sean and his team did a great job: professional, courteous and hard working!!

Great handyman and friendly.  Had a ceiling fan that was broken and the wiring was a bit funky from previous homeowner.  He came by, figured out the wiring problems, and installed a ceiling fan.  Fair price and didn't bait and switch or anything like that.  In fact, already hiring him to do another wiring job in my house this coming week!  Highly recommend him.

First off, after entering into a contract with LOWES for new bedroom carpet ,  and then learning our installation will be by Eclipse Flooring. We found ourselves to be horrified to see the terrible reviews on them here at Yelp! My god!, what have we gotten ourselves into, and so many Bad Reviews!!

I am glad to report, it was a wonderful experience for us. From purchase to installation only three weeks, unbelievable! The communication was excellent , every step of the way. Eric, Flooring Dept,  at LOWES Casa Grande , was very knowledgeable, and we had no trouble getting the exact carpet/pad we wanted.  He answered all our questions.  Erica & Kelli, LOWES , kept us informed of our progress . Melanie, at Eclipse, had the measuring person set up and he was here a few days later.  And when the carpet came in she came thru with an early installation date, and sent over Ithan, the installer.  He did just an excellent job on the installation, and there was no clean-up, when he left! he even vacuumed the new rug.

We got the quality we wanted, a perfect match to what we ordered, for PRICE WE WERE QUOTED.  I can't say anything bad about  the LOWES Carpet Dept, Casa Grande,  OR ECLIPESE FLOORING, Phoenix , our experience was wonderful, and would highly recommend them .

When I first called Henley's with questions about tiling a bedroom, they immediately made arrangements for Chris to come out to our home, assess the job and do measurements. We followed up the next day by going into the shop to pick out tile. Since our home was built in 2007 there was no way to match the existing tile. Chris made great suggestions on how to compliment the old tile with a new pattern in the same tones. The result was spectacular. Everyone we worked with at Henley's from our initial phone call, to the installation team, and Chris with his excellent design ideas were a pleasure to deal with. Five Stars Plus to Henley's Floor & Home Pros!

Buyers beware!! This company destroyed my house. Left the job unfinished and the owner refuses to talk to customers that aren't happy with their company. Baseboard installation is trash, they left their food all over my house, they left old demoed material in the front yard, backyard and in the home. Mercedes always talks over us when we are talking with her. She is a horrible manager that doesn't care about the company. I would never recommend this company to anyone. It's sad that I wanted to support a small business and this is what I get. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!
