Truly outstanding service from Steve.  We had him fill some cracks in our travertine flooring that had developed over the years.  Wish we had done this earlier.  They always used to catch my eye now I never notice them.

When we decided to build a custom home, we interviewed over 10 potential builders and as soon as we met Jerry we knew he was the perfect fit for us. From our meeting with Jerry, we immediately felt like we could trust him.  Jerry and Yvonne were absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. We are a younger family and this was our first build, so we had a lot of unknowns. They were very supportive and we felt like they were our family supporting us throughout the whole build. They always gave us sound and honest advice and stayed mindful of our budget. Jerry's many years of experience were evident throughout the whole building process. From initial planning, going to pick out finishings, accounting, budgeting, staying on top of subcontractors, everything was absolutely amazing. We built our dream home and we couldn't have done it without Integrity Luxury Homes!

I gave my project dimensions and was sold FOURTEEN extra boxes of tile that they refuse to take back.  My floor looks great but my backyard...not so much with all this left over tile.

We had a cable wiring plate that had come out of the wall. All the wiring was hanging out and we were not able to get  it back in.

We contacted Marcos from the Contreras Services and sent him pictures. He was able to figure out what had to be done and came out the next afternoon.

This was one of the best experiences we have had with having someone come out and work on our home.  Marcos was efficient and knew exactly what to do. He was also very respectful and kind and told us what our options could be.  I would recommend this company to anyone.

We did a full remodel on our house. The original contractor kind of bailed on us and didn't finish some of the work. We called several companies to finish the job for us. Zach and Terrell finished our project in a matter of days. They came out and gave us an estimate and we were fortunate they could fit us in between jobs.

They installed a custom built in electric fireplace with designer touches. The work turned out amazing. In the past year we've probably had over 50 different companies in our house from plumbers to contractors to painters, etc. Peters Family Construction would get our #1 ranking out of all of them.

My rental house was burned in a fire.  The Other Brothers came out and restored it quickly.  I was able to re-rent it and my new tenants are very happy with how it looks.  I couldn't be more pleased.

It's worth notating that Matthew is no longer with the company and I'm guessing that's where the quality has and communication has suffered. Genuinely nice, hard working guys. They worked very long hours with no breaks. Price was better than any of the other bids I received for the job. Communication is really lacking. Upon accepting the bid I was asked to send KGB product/vendor info and to them so KGB which I did. As the project date approached I inquired if the product had been ordered and was told I should order it at this point we are only 4 days away from the project date and by the time I was told to order the product it was no longer available locally and would not be delivered by the project date. I did not want to leave KGB hanging with a canceled job I ran to big box flooring store and picked a product that was locally in stock. Caveat: stair nose pieces are special order and back ordered but at least I have all the flooring ready for the date I committed to. At trio member 1's recommendation I ORDERED EXACTLY WHAT I WAS TOLD TO ORDER we just split the project into two separate jobs as to not cancel original project date. Long story short I knew my stairs would be a pain in the ass and I voiced my concerns and asked for trim details on original walk through as well as when I was left to order product.End result: Unfortunately after I paid them they pointed out where "***** got tired" on the stair cuts so now I have these stairs with trim that I need to either pay to get redone professionally or just look at them everyday as a reminder of where "***** got tired" .  After reaching out to the company they made excuses and told me they should have charged more and gave me a hard time because they had to "work with the "materials I made available" ie the materials they were suppose to order but never did which ended up being the exact materials they told me to order. They set the price I paid it, they sent a long letter itemizing what they should have charged and what they would charge to fix their poor workmanship.Moral of the story: you get what you pay for save the headache and just pay a professional team it's what you'll end up paying to fix their work in the end anyways  and their business model is "DO YOU THINK THAT IF WE HAD TO PULL OFF AGAIN, THE COST WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN QUITE A BIT MORE?" Because doing a good job in the first place isn't implied .

Awesome tile installation! We have used Harper Stone and Tile for both of our houses and Derren does an amazing job! He is such a perfectionist and follow-up is outstanding. We plan to use this company again for more of our remodeling projects.

Travis, Mike and team did a fantastic job and I am very pleased with the driveway extension. I have already been asked by 2 people for their contact information. I really appreciate the dedication to their craft. I look forward to it drying as it has only been a couple days since they finished this work.
From the time he had given me a quote, he was always communicating and setting expectations. They showed up at 645 for 2 days and were done by 11.. His crew completed the cleaning as soon as they were done. Great experience and I would recommend him to anyone looking to do large or small projects.

Mark and his crew were very professional, showed up when they said they would and did excellent work.  I was happy with the true double-coat paint and not just a one-coat overlap like other painters.  I'm picky and I would recommend Arrowhead Painting to my friends and family.

Super happy with Ron and Sam coming to my rescue to replace a corroded faucet for the washing machine. Super polite and professional, Sam even cleaned the floor under the washer when he moved it! Will call them again for other repairs and maintenance.

This store is awesome! The manager I believe his name was Adam took the best care of me today and gave me the best service I could ask for. Not only did he go out of his way to meet my expectations of finding the perfect patch of carpet, he showed me many styles and did not rest until we were sure the one we picked was the identical one we needed. The store was very big, full of beautiful carpets and amazing prices. All it took was one phone call to this place and they managed to help me every way they possibly could until I left happy. I wanna thank Adam for the best service and the best environment he put me in today. I definitely would recommend this place to everyone I know and if you are looking for help I would definitely ask Adam, one of the best people there. Gave that man a raise and ask him for anything he will have your back. Thank you Adam and the rest of your team!

We heard good things about Modern Innovations (MI) from a friend who lived in the Phoenix area and we were moving here from out of state.  It was easy to have work coordinated with them to get started before we even moved in.   They really listened to what we expected at finish and were very polite and respectful.  They didn't make a big deal out of a few change orders either... they had a very positive attitude!  The company worked everyday and long hours to make my deadline for moving in. The job turned out great and we already have them scheduled for additional projects!  Overall I was very happy with their work and would def recommend Modern Innovations.

All I can say is that the business owner must have been raised by wolves. He entered my home without first asking me, while his people were here. He walked around my home without letting me know. I had a check on my table, under my things, which he took without asking first. Lastly, and very upsetting, my husband and I are older. We both had on masks. He did not and never did wear a mask, while walking around my home uninvited.
Regardless of the work, he was so unprofessional that I would not call him again; nor refer him.

Unprofessional, and nightmarish to deal with. Here's exactly what transpired:

I work 50 hours a week. I made an appointment with "I'm Gonna Fix It" through Amazon between the hours of 2PM-5PM on Sunday, my only day off this month. When 3 o'clock rolled around on Sunday and I had not heard from the company, I called and left a message. At 4 o'clock I sent again inquiring if the appointment was still good to go. Close to 5 o'clock I receive a message from Kyle (the owner) stating that he would have to reschedule do to "personal issues". So, at this point I've planned my families day around this thing and have wasted my only day to be with them. In my industry, this is called "No-Call-No-Show".

I immediately texted him back (I will post a screen shot of the conversation if Yelp will let me) informing him that this was unacceptable and that I do not have another available day all month to reschedule.

I was then rudely texted back "Life Happens" and then he went on to explain how there was "a death in the family".

Now.... I am not a psychic so I do not know if these excuses are true or not. What I do know is this:

A) If you look at other reviews for this company, you will find similar experiences of unprofessionalism, excuses, and tardiness.
B) We were all young once and (speaking for myself) I made these type of excuses to my professors in high school.
C) If there really was a problem, I should have been personally contacted as soon as they found out they were unable to make it (Apparently even though the "Personal Issues" began on Friday, they were unable to contact me until AFTER the appointment was through on Sunday). The guy claims he contacted Amazon to cancel but that is totally untrue; amazon would have contacted me immediately.

In conclusion, the experience I had with this company was so poor I canceled their services altogether. I am not someone with unrealistic expectations... I am understanding that things do happen but with that being said I was not contacted until after the three hour time window had passed and my time had been blatantly wasted, not to mention insulted by the owner.

Buyer beware!

Eclipse Flooring is the licensed Lowes installer for flooring in our area and we had the whole 1700 sf house done , which included removing about 600sf of ceramic tile and moving all the furniture . Rafael was the main guy , he had his brother in law after the first day helping. He made suggestions that helped decide which direction the flooring would run, and suggested to do new baseboards, (something my wife had wanted for some time) to make things go quicker since they wouldn't have to worry about carefully taking the old ones off. Made sense and helped them finish quicker.  Hard working stayed late to get things done to where the estimate was for 6-8 days, he was done by 6pm on Friday, 5 days the installation included new baseboards being cut and installed.
The finished flooring is awesome and we are very pleased with the results.

I would never use or recommend this company. They had the worst customer service, refused to give us an itemized list, charged us 3,000 more than quoted price, did really crappy work which had to continually get repaired. Went way over time schedule by a month. Showed up on their schedule and not ours. Never asked our opinion on what color grout, or type of baseboard we wanted. Owners employees clogged our toilets repeatedly with napkins and poo. Smoked in our house and used our back patio as the dumpster because the large one was full for over a month. The owner of the company never checked on his employees who also left live electrical wires exposed and almost burned a hole in our house sweating a pipe without our consent. Worst experience of our lives.

Be CAREFUL before you decide to go with AtoZ Flooring LLC.
They did laminate flooring for our condo and it was fine up until we had an issue in the kitchen where the laminate seams were lifting and needed adjustment. There is a year warranty and I was in the time frame. I called and spoke with the owner Mercedes and she said no problem let me look at the schedule and I will get back to you. Despite the numerous calls/texts I made and attempts to get a hold of them I would get the run around. Finally I got a hold of Mercedes and she said they would come out April 28th between 10am-1pm and that NEVER happened.
This is where I draw the line - when Mercedes (owner) point blank lied to me and they never showed up to fix issue. And on top of it - she did not respond to my calls/texts that day. When you pay for service, you expect a certain level of professionalism and accountability.
Overall - I cannot recommend AtoZ Flooring LLC based on my experience. It's important for companies to take ownership and work to correct issues, unfortunately that was not the case in our situation.
Nobody likes to be lied to especially when they say they will fix issue and never followed through.
Don't want this to happen to anyone else- hope this helps
