Best Flooring Contractors in United States

My realtor recommended Master Stone Care to repair our travertine floor. Steven came out on short notice to give us a quote. He gave us a quote on repairs but recommended that we also consider having the floor polished and sealed. Based on a quote I received two years ago, I knew his price was more than fair.

He squeezed our project in right before he started a new one and it was well worth the money. The floor looks good as new. Our only complaint is that we took so long to do it in the first place. I wish I had before and after photos because the difference is astounding! Would highly recommend him!

Jerry makes the building process transparent and clear on what to expect and where to save money if you're on a budget for building a Luxury Home. He has an experienced and responsible team that includes, subcontractors, superintendents, front office personal, and designers.

Honestly, I don't know how to rate Villagio. I didn't have an appointment and was basically ignored when I walked into the showroom. I do have remodeling needs, but I need to feel the love before signing. No love here. The tile selection seems great, but maybe they could use a Walmart greeter?

We had a cable wiring plate that had come out of the wall. All the wiring was hanging out and we were not able to get  it back in.

We contacted Marcos from the Contreras Services and sent him pictures. He was able to figure out what had to be done and came out the next afternoon.

This was one of the best experiences we have had with having someone come out and work on our home.  Marcos was efficient and knew exactly what to do. He was also very respectful and kind and told us what our options could be.  I would recommend this company to anyone.

We did a full remodel on our house. The original contractor kind of bailed on us and didn't finish some of the work. We called several companies to finish the job for us. Zach and Terrell finished our project in a matter of days. They came out and gave us an estimate and we were fortunate they could fit us in between jobs.

They installed a custom built in electric fireplace with designer touches. The work turned out amazing. In the past year we've probably had over 50 different companies in our house from plumbers to contractors to painters, etc. Peters Family Construction would get our #1 ranking out of all of them.

Bill and his team have now done two remodels of my home. They are on time, thorough, organized, and a pleasure to work with. Their quality is top notch. Very happy with them!!

It's worth notating that Matthew is no longer with the company and I'm guessing that's where the quality has and communication has suffered. Genuinely nice, hard working guys. They worked very long hours with no breaks. Price was better than any of the other bids I received for the job. Communication is really lacking. Upon accepting the bid I was asked to send KGB product/vendor info and to them so KGB which I did. As the project date approached I inquired if the product had been ordered and was told I should order it at this point we are only 4 days away from the project date and by the time I was told to order the product it was no longer available locally and would not be delivered by the project date. I did not want to leave KGB hanging with a canceled job I ran to big box flooring store and picked a product that was locally in stock. Caveat: stair nose pieces are special order and back ordered but at least I have all the flooring ready for the date I committed to. At trio member 1's recommendation I ORDERED EXACTLY WHAT I WAS TOLD TO ORDER we just split the project into two separate jobs as to not cancel original project date. Long story short I knew my stairs would be a pain in the ass and I voiced my concerns and asked for trim details on original walk through as well as when I was left to order product.End result: Unfortunately after I paid them they pointed out where "***** got tired" on the stair cuts so now I have these stairs with trim that I need to either pay to get redone professionally or just look at them everyday as a reminder of where "***** got tired" .  After reaching out to the company they made excuses and told me they should have charged more and gave me a hard time because they had to "work with the "materials I made available" ie the materials they were suppose to order but never did which ended up being the exact materials they told me to order. They set the price I paid it, they sent a long letter itemizing what they should have charged and what they would charge to fix their poor workmanship.Moral of the story: you get what you pay for save the headache and just pay a professional team it's what you'll end up paying to fix their work in the end anyways  and their business model is "DO YOU THINK THAT IF WE HAD TO PULL OFF AGAIN, THE COST WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN QUITE A BIT MORE?" Because doing a good job in the first place isn't implied .

I was extremely happy with Derren's work!  He came out, gave a very competitive quote and listened to my needs.  I was getting married soon and needed the bathroom finished before the big day.  He was able to get the job done in time and did an impeccable job.  

Derren did all of the work himself which I was very happy with.  You could tell he offered a quality product from the very beginning.  His suggestions along the way really helped complete our vision.

We had our master bathroom remodeled with another company before Derren.  We wanted the same exact style in both and you can definitely tell a difference in quality.  In our master bathroom we hired a general contractor.  We never met the tile guy until the day he showed up, so we had no idea what type of work he did.  I was very happy that Derren quoted the job and did all the work himself.  I would not hesitate to hire him for any of my future work.

Needed to widen my driveway in Sun Lakes and Mike & Travis were on the job. Responded quickly to my initial call for a quote--price was reasonable and quality job was done in less than seven days, I heartily recommend Lumley Concrete.

First class, high quality, professional, outstanding experience. Highly recommend using this company. Won't disappoint.

Super happy with Ron and Sam coming to my rescue to replace a corroded faucet for the washing machine. Super polite and professional, Sam even cleaned the floor under the washer when he moved it! Will call them again for other repairs and maintenance.

We had a great experience with Carpet Depot! We had tried a couple of more well-known and nicer places, but we ended up working with Ed and Abe at the Carpet Depot on 32nd St. and Thomas, and I am SO GLAD we did!! The showroom is not dressy or glamorous at all, and the lighting is terrible (it s basically a warehouse), but they were kind enough to let us take their carpet display boards home for 24 hours to help us make the decision using our own lighting, furniture, etc., which we did a total of 3 times; something that at least one other place refused to do. To top it off, our carpet came much sooner than expected, and it was exactly what we ordered, cut and bound perfectly (we had a 10 x 12 piece of carpet bound for a large area rug), and delivered within hours of returning their call. We could not be happier with our shopping experience!

Irving did a great job with our laundry room cabinets and countertop and an amazing job on our 24 foot accent wall. He has a high attention to detail and he shows up and is super reliable. Highly recommend

I recently had my Outside patio tiled.  Julio did a great job.  He was on time everyday and was neat & tidy.  Sean, the owner came every morning to check on things and it was a very efficient process.
I will definitely call him for my next project!

Great handyman and friendly.  Had a ceiling fan that was broken and the wiring was a bit funky from previous homeowner.  He came by, figured out the wiring problems, and installed a ceiling fan.  Fair price and didn't bait and switch or anything like that.  In fact, already hiring him to do another wiring job in my house this coming week!  Highly recommend him.

Absoutly the worse. Another Lowe's flooring install, they are the the third party coordinator that turns around and sub contracts locally. Their customer service is horrible, they lie to you to buy time. We had both carpet installed and tile. The first day of tile we were called an hour and half after they were to show up, being told that the installers  truck broke down and they would be here in the morning....ok, do you need to have a truck when all the materials are here? ? Someone else could have come? Get over that and let it slide, the next day, again they call me, and say the installer had to finish the job from yesterday, he should be done today, and can probably be here tomorrow (wait, I was the job from yesterday), wouldn't you know that you didn't finish the current job and would need to the day you called out cause your truck was broken? Even if one was a lie, don't you keep notes to keep track of what you told a customer? Or better yet, if a local contractor keeps giving you this as a reason, as the outsourcer, wouldn't you pull the job back and give it someone else?

When I first called Henley's with questions about tiling a bedroom, they immediately made arrangements for Chris to come out to our home, assess the job and do measurements. We followed up the next day by going into the shop to pick out tile. Since our home was built in 2007 there was no way to match the existing tile. Chris made great suggestions on how to compliment the old tile with a new pattern in the same tones. The result was spectacular. Everyone we worked with at Henley's from our initial phone call, to the installation team, and Chris with his excellent design ideas were a pleasure to deal with. Five Stars Plus to Henley's Floor & Home Pros!

2nd try was the charm. Recently had my floors done and they did an excellent job. Will definitely use them again.
