A top-notch service experience.  Responded quickly to my inquiry and we set up an appointment easily.  Good communication the morning of and arrived on-site as promised.  Diagnosed the problem and resolved it within an hour.  The job estimate was upfront, clearly communicated, and reasonable.  Glad to have Jesus in our community.  United Electric is our first call for any future issues with our electrical.  Very grateful to have the bathroom lights working again LOL

I hired mark in November to install landscape lighting around my house. Lights look great but only installed 28 of the 30 I paid for. I called, texted and emailed numerous times for 2 months to have him come back to install the other 2 lights. He eventually added the missing lights. People have things going on outside of their life so gave him the benefit of the doubt. I had another issue with a light that may have been due to a landscaper accidentally cutting the line (not sure) and he fixed that at no charge which was great but it took a month to get ahold of him. So the lights look great but its very hard to get him back here if there is an issue. His price was comparable to others.

I purchased a whole home electricity monitor that had to be installed in the main electrical panel, as well as being connected to the solar array. Rory was responsive, affordable, explained things clearly, and completed the task in just a few hours. Highly recommended!

I can't say enough great things about this company! From start to finish - prompt, professional, quality work - you name it! I contacted Romo about a landscape light project - we wanted to add accent lighting to our garage and pathway lights. He had wonderful ideas on how to make our vision into reality. Even designing a custom box to house and hide all the wiring under the garage overhang. Totally reasonable on pricing. He even threw in a free motion sensor light for our side yard that we have been wanting for some time.

After we gave them our initial deposit there was a lag between down payment and scheduling work. I didn't receive the follow ups that I wanted BUT I called the office and Lorraine (who is a complete doll btw) was very apologetic and within minutes Romo called and explained what had happened. Was totally reasonable and most importantly he made it right. He told us NOT to even pay the rest of the balance of the project which we thought was overly gracious. WOW!

They just finished the project today. The crew was amazing, cleaned up great, and everything was better than expected. We even added a ceiling fan to our master bedroom which they had no problem with tagging on to our initial project and made sure there was time to do it.

They will be our electricians from here on out, no doubt. Would recommend them and can't wait to use them in the future!

We need to install an electric pole in one of our offices. McWay electric was here and had a quote to me within 24 hours of contacting them. The quote was the most afforadable of all 4 quotes i Had received. The Customer Service was excellent and the work was done perfectly. This is a great Company!!! Thank you, Chris.

After putting a bid out through Yelp to multiple electricians for a new plug install for an EV charger, Kevin was the first to respond, offered the most competitive price, and didn't attempt to upsell me--unlike another person who was attempting to convince me that I needed serious electrical work and an entirely new circuit. Kevin was also able to get someone out to me within 48 hours, which was great. I did not catch the electrician's name who came to do the plug install, but he was friendly, quick, and professional. I will definitely call Kevin again for any other electrical work I may need to be done.

I bought an EV and needed a dedicated 220-volt plug installed. I made an appointment and I was told the tech would be here to look at the job and complete it the same day if I approved. I told the person I talked to on the phone I work at 1030 each day so I needed them here early so I can get to work.
The installer came, gave me a reasonable price, and said he couldn't do the work that day. We made another appointment for the installation to be complete. The next appointment day I received a call around 0800 telling me my installers would be at my house in 30 to 45 minutes. I reminded her that I had work and I was told by the installer he would be here at 0800.
An installer showed up with one of the leads to see what was going on and what they could do. The original tech that gave me the quote was not with them and he didn't pass any information on. I explained what I needed, and they said they needed to order parts. My issue with this is I was told the parts were already being ordered and they would have them to install. A 3rd appointment was made.
The lead told me they would be here at 0800 so I could get to work. I get a call at 0745 and the message said they would be here in 30 minutes. I called back after an hour and I was told they are at the warehouse getting parts.
They had the job done in under 90 minutes. After they left I went to plug in the new charger and........ the plug they installed was wrong. The lead took a picture of what plug I was using for my specific charger and said they would install that one.
I called after I calmed down and they sent someone out as soon as they could. He came, I showed him what I needed, and he went off to the parts warehouse.  He came back and installed the correct parts. He also had to re-do the work of the 2 guys here earlier that day, they didn't run a 30 amp wire or something to that effect.
Everyone I talked to was friendly, polite, and professional, just never on time and lacked communication. They were the only company that came up on home advisor for installing EV related things or I would have told them not to come back and I would have hired someone else.
This took my whole day, I had to miss work at the , which cost me money. The reason for 2 stars is the last tech that came last had the integrity, and was honest enough, to fix something he saw wrong.

Awesome job! A++ I absolutely recommend Luke and his team for any electrical job! Luke answered me on Yelp right away and was very communicative throughout the whole process. Came out the very next morning and completed the light installation in a timely manner. I will definitely contact LTE electrical for any future work!

Great experience using Custom Electric and will definitely recommend them to friends. Easy to communicate with and they provide reasonable price. James and his crew came to our place to install 15 recessed lights on Monday and I am very pleased with the result.  They are efficient and certainly know what they are doing.

Roddy responded to my Yelp request for quotes.  His price was reasonable.  He was very responsive, kept in touch while I was getting my fan, very punctual on the day of the install.  Very honest no drama solid professional.  Will definitely use his service again when there's a need.

Honest professional, trustworthy and extremely knowledgable.  Found James on Yelp reading other reviews.  We needed light sockets and switches moved and reinstalled under our kitchen cabinets.  James was honest, and basically talked himself out of a high paying job.  We decided to save the money and on his recommendation, install nicer light switches and sockets.  He also rewired a 40 AMP circuit for our new oven.  If you're looking for a fair, experienced electrician, James is the guy.

Excellent service from start to finish. These guys responded to my quote very promptly. I was able to schedule them to come out and look at some thing that kept causing the breaker to flip. In no time, they were able to find the source of the issue and work on it efficiently ( bonus pts for Joe for being very considerate and flexible with my schedule). Everything is working again as it should be! Highly recommended.

Greg did a fantastic job installing our chandelier.  I reached out to him after talking to other electricians who either didn't know how to connect the wiring and/or didn't have the equipment to mount a light fixture on a 22 foot ceiling. The fixture had 32 separate wires which needed to be stripped and connected in order for the light to work. Greg was able to complete the job in a day.

David and Peter are awesome!!! If you're looking for reliable, trustworthy, and punctual electricians, then look no further. David was extremely professional and communicative throughout the entire process of my project. I will definitely be contacting David again for other projects around my home in the near future.
