Superb.  Jesus quickly replied to my quote request and scheduled an appointment.  He fixed a broken circuit breaker and also replaced 3 worn out power outlets.  Jesus was fast and professional.  I highly recommend him.

Frank is an excellent communicator, does great work, shows up when he says he will, and is a really decent fellow.

We're hired him twice: first to run some new circuits and swap out some outlets.  Second to install a brand new panel with 200A service.

I have used these guys twice in the past few months, once to add a waterproof outlet outside and once to fix a bathroom ceiling. Both times Romo was incredibly quick to respond and take care of the work THE SAME DAY that I called. The technicians that arrived were beyond courteous (according to my mother, whom was home at the time).

I just moved here in July 2019 (it is December 2019 as I write this) and I can't recommend them enough as a go-to local electrician.

The team at McWay Electric did a great job hanging my lightfixtures on our sloped ceiling. They were affordable, responsive and had a great attitude even when they had to come back due to me ordering the wrong kind of fixture the first time. The electrician who came out could not have been more polite and mindful of us and our needs. Really nice guys! I highly recommend them!

Great customer service.  Very competitive, reasonable pricing.  We needed a GFI outlet installed on one side of our bathroom vanity and a couple dimmer switches put in throughout our home.  I requested a quote via Yelp and Dean (the owner) got right back to me with the outlined price estimates as well as the availability of his guys.  I communicated with him via Yelp and it was super easy to arrange an appointment time.  The quote he gave us was more than fair.  Very competitive with other quotes - in most cases his estimate was better.  (One estimate from a company i previously had used was double!!)  

I wasn't home when the work was done but my husband said the guys were professional, neat, friendly and efficient.  I was impressed with the quality of work they did installing the GFI outlet in the bathroom - I was expecting holes in drywall and they were able to do it without and the dimmer switches work well.

Definitely recommend them if need electrical done promptly and reasonable - will definitely remember them in the future!

Jim of Point Loma Electric did a terrific job on my residential project.  Even though the old wiring presented a challenge, Jim found a great way to get the job done and the results were better than I expected.  Jim was courteous, professional and clearly very skilled.  I'd recommend him anytime!

This is a long overdue review. We had work done almost 2 years ago. We initially wanted just recess lighting done. After some talk, we also decided to get our ceiling fans and light fixture above our kitchen sink changed out- on the same visit. They were professional, efficient and easy to work with! Going to contact them again soon to get my parents house done!

Roddy from AEI did a wonderful job on our project today installing an outdoor heater in our backyard. His communication was great. He showed up on time as scheduled. He did the job as we planned for a very reasonable price. I would recommend this company and specifically Roddy to anyone needing household electrical work done.

The owner, Ramon, was very responsive when I submitted a request for quotes through Yelp.  He came by my place to provide an in-person consultation for the services I requested.  He was friendly, thorough, knowledgeable and gave good insight on what should and should not be done.  Although I did not select him for this project, I will definitely use him in the future.

My previous 40A charger was not working.  I bought a new tesla 48A charger to replace the old one, and I called several electricians for installation.  One of them didn't want to do the work because he thought it would be a lot of work, and most of them didn't even  answer the call.

Ed answered the call and stopped by the next day.  It turns out the previous electrician used inappropriate wires and circuit breaker, and the circuit breaker was failing.

Ed replaced the old wire and the circuit breaker with newer ones that can support the higher current, and installed the new charger fairly quickly.  Ed diagnosed the problem, completed the job, and cleaned up afterwards within an hour. Thanks to Ed, now I can charge my car at home worry-free.

Clearly, Ed has done this type of work numerous times, and I recommend if you need help installing a new charger for your electric vehicle.
