I needed an electrician to repair the ceiling light in my master bedroom and requested for quotes from 5 different vendors.  I was hoping to have the repair completed over the weekend and to my delight Jesus of United Electric was 1 of 2 vendors who was willing and able to come on the Saturday I requested.  Jesus was pleasant, on time, efficient in  competing the repair and reasonable as well!  I would not hesitate to contact United Electric for future repairs.  Thank you!

Last weekend I found myself with only two days to install recessed lighting and fans in almost every room of my house before painters were due to start work. I generally do these sorts of tasks myself for fun and to make sure they are done correctly. Years ago after a mechanic left the wheel nuts loose on my car, I swore to do all mechanical jobs myself.

However, there was no way I could finish a whole house of lighting in two days, and I certainly didn't want to source a ladder and climb up 20 feet to install lights in the cathedral ceiling. I bit the bullet and researched for a trusted electrician. Mark was knowledgeable, down to earth, and fairly priced so I trusted him with my home.

Mark and I worked alongside each other all weekend to finish everything needed before the painters arrived on Monday. What I thought would take him four days took only two. He came in at 5:30 in the morning to make sure everything was done in time which I'm very appreciative of as this was a weekend.

I inspected all of his work thoroughly through the process and everything was done cleanly and correctly, no signs of rush and no corners cut.

I has many questions for Mark about my own electrical projects and he was more than happy to discuss in great detail about how everything works and should be done. From our long chats I can tell he takes both pride and joy in his work. I learned a lot from Mark and won't hesitate to call him again.

It's such a HUGE relief to find a go-to electrician who is so personable, honest, reasonable, and will go the extra mile for you. I will never call another electrician again. Frank upgraded our panel, ran electrical for A/C and a jacuzzi, and installed ceiling fans in rooms that did not have easy attic access. He works efficiently, with a smile, and at a price that didn't make me feel like I had been run over! He has since done work on our rental and for several of my clients, all with equal rave reviews. Romo and his team were great. We had three electricians come out and try to troubleshoot a problem with one of our circuits to no avail. Romo had it figured out in less than 10 minutes. To top it off, the company responded quickly and demonstrated great customer service. We've found a new electrician.

Jose arrived on time and was respectful, professional and kept me updated every step. I had a small space heater that blew and caused my workout room and hallway lights to not work. After my handyman replaced the breaker it was recommended that i call and electrician. The cost was what he advertised and i would use him again and highly recommend to anyone looking for electrical work.

Unbeatable service. I got an electrician around to my place the same day. He arrived on time and completed the job perfectly in under an hour. The rate was extremely reasonable. The electrician (Elvis) was friendly and efficient.

I used the yelp app to get estimates for a small electrical job in my bathroom. Kev was not the lowest bid but seemed to ask the right questions over the phone. Dave came out a few days later and did everything quickly and professionally. I think I found my new electrician.

I called out Point Loma Electric because I was getting some flickering lights in my house. I explained to the technician I thought maybe the power tools from the construction next door might be the cause but was not sure. And really I didn't think it was possible. The technician told me to first call SDGE and have them come out and check the lines that come from the pole to my house.  The Technician didn't want to start trouble shooting, possibly find nothing and have to charge me. He also didn't charge me for him to come out which I was more than willing to pay.

 I took his awesome advice and had a SDGE linemen come over and check his lines. It turns out I had a bad connection from the pole into my house. SDGE fixed the problem and it did not cost me anything since it was on the SDGE side. But the Linemen did suggest to replace the mast and line that comes into my house because the line was of lower grade and the current installation is not as safe as it could be. My house was built in 1960.

I then turned around and called out Point Loma Electric and asked for a quote on the work. They gave me a competitive quote and I didn't bother to call anyone else because I trusted they could do a great job. I was not home when the technician finished I went and checked the work and it all looked good except for a few minor details. I called Point Loma Electric and explained my somewhat dissatisfaction. I was very happy on the more than gracious response and integrity to make sure I was 100% satisfied. They came out again and fixed it all and made sure I was 100% satisfied before they left.

I first found LTE Electric/Luke through a NextDoor recommendation. I first hired them to finish some electrical work for our kitchen remodel and most recently re-hired them for running some new circuits for a landscaping project.

Luke and his team are highly knowledgeable, cooperative, and responsive; which are traits you always want in a contractor. As I've hired them twice now, I won't hesitate to call them for my future projects.

I love this company. James is awesome, offering quality service at an affordable price. He pretty much converted my entire home to recessed lighting and I love it. No more fluorescent lights, which is great. Plus, with the lighting he installed, everything looks brighter and my home is way more energy efficient. This week, James returned to mount my 40 inch TV on the wall. It's clear that James pays attention to the details, wanting his work to be perfect. He took great care with the install, even showed me how he added a new electrical outlet for the TV in a spot that is not noticeable when coming in through the front door. He takes time to consider these things, something I wouldn't have thought of. I am so impressed with James and his team that I'm already thinking of calling him again to see what else he can do to improve the value of my home. Best electrician in San Diego, hand's down!

Roddy from AEI did a wonderful job on our project today installing an outdoor heater in our backyard. His communication was great. He showed up on time as scheduled. He did the job as we planned for a very reasonable price. I would recommend this company and specifically Roddy to anyone needing household electrical work done.

Contacted Green Electric Solutions for some help installing security cameras around one of my rental property. We have used them before in the past and they always get the job done properly. Definitely the guys to call for electrical needs.

H G Electric was great. They came to fix our problem right away.  It was raining and he wore booties to cover his shoes before coming in the house, which I thought was very courteous. He also explained what the problem was, and what he was doing to fix it. I will definitely have them back in the future for any electrical work we may have.

David and his team have now completely re-wired two houses for us and replaced the main panels. Both times he got us a quotes fast, got the work done earlier than scheduled, faster than any other companies that gave us quotes, and on budget. He was also the cheapest of everyone who gave us quotes. But the real reason I recommend David is he does meticulous and excellent work. He made changes to the plan for me along the way as I changed my mind. Then I screwed something up with one of the pocket lights that he installed when I was painting and he came back to fix it for free. I have recommended him to a friend who used him to re-wire a historic home and also loved him. Look no further

The owner, Ramon, was very responsive when I submitted a request for quotes through Yelp.  He came by my place to provide an in-person consultation for the services I requested.  He was friendly, thorough, knowledgeable and gave good insight on what should and should not be done.  Although I did not select him for this project, I will definitely use him in the future.

Called EV Installs for a NEMA 14-50 outlet installation for my electric vehicle level 2 charger which I already had.  Edward was very professional, texted a day ahead and the morning of, to let me know he was coming. He showed up promptly on time and was very quick/efficient with the install, and cleaned up after the job.  The outlet is working perfectly.  I would definitely use Edward's services again.
