Jesus and United Electric really saved the day this week. My wall oven finally arrived but the installers said that my wiring was not correct. They refused to install because it was a fire hazard. After doing some research, I understand that the correct way is to use a metal box that the whip from the oven can be safely attached. The installers were right and I knew I needed an electrician fast.
I called United Electric in the morning and Jesus responded via text almost immediately. He gave me an estimate which was reasonable and arranged to show up at 10 am the same day. Jesus texted when he was on his way and showed up early. He took care of everything and even patched the old holes where the previous box was. The work was very professional and they cleaned up well.
The following day, I texted Jesus to ask if he could help test the circuit to make sure it is working since I have never seen it tested. Jesus quickly responded and arranged a time to show up to test. He did not charge me for this house call and was very pleasant to work with.
I'm very excited to have found Jesus and United Electric in our neighborhood. I will have more work for him in the future!
I tried to schedule an appointment to have him come and look at my home for potential electrical work, and he cancelled on me last minute, twice. Both appointments were scheduled for first thing in the morning, and I would receive a text maybe an hour before saying something came up. What's the point of making appointments if you're going to cancel them.

I found our electricians! United Electric, Jesus and his electrician Antonio were fantastic! We had a week long huge project in our house, and Jesus was very precise and good at communicating to every details. Antonio, who came every morning was always ON TIME! Not only did they do their professional work, Antonio cleaned everything where he worked at the end of the day as well. There were absolutely no mess left behind!
It was one of the best professional works I have experienced as a customer.

Terrific service from United Electric! Jesus installed a 14-50 outlet in our garage for an EV charging station. He identified an incorrectly installed circuit breaker (work done by a previous contractor) and came back to fix that, and then got us through the City's permitting process for the charging station. Always prompt, communicated the whole process and price very clearly, and even waited an extra two hours for the inspector to show up when he was delayed.
A+ job for efficiency, responsiveness, and professionalism. Asked for a quote online for installing a porch-light and Jesus was wonderful at responding and finding a time that worked in our schedule.
Jesus and his co-worker came and got the job done fast. We also had a broken circuit breaker switch that he deftly repaired that same day. They were speedy and honest, even letting us know how other customers had felt about the specific porch-light we had purchased. Extremely reasonable pricing as well; will definitely be calling Jesus for our future electrical needs.
These guys answered fast, cane back and finished the job quickly and efficiently, and were very polite and friendly throughout the process. I'd highly recommend that you hire them. They were very reasonable, to boot.

We needed to convert some outdated light fixtures to LEDs for our kitchen. I contacted a few local electricians. Jesus was one of the first to respond. He came out to look at my project the same day and gave me a fair estimate. He was accommodating and was able to start the work right away.
He seems very honest and did not charge me anything extra or had hidden fees. He was very professional and would refer him to my friends and family.
Very happy with what Jesus and his team did. I got canned lighting installed in my ceiling, had him separate the fan and lights on my fan so I could turn them off and on independently, installed a RING doorbell and some miscellaneous electrical work. Pricing was reasonable, service was very fast and professional and they cleaned up after themselves! They arrived on time and got right to work. I will absolutely use United Electric again.
I was looking for an electrician to help install a barber pole in my barber shop. I happened to find Jesus and he kindly helped with the install. I've had a great experience with Jesus from United Electrical! I just bought a condo and the previous owner installed a light with no conduct box. I called Electrical United and Jesus accommodated my busy work schedule to come and check out the problem. He quoted me a fair price and I scheduled another day for him to install the conduct box and light fixture (different days because I needed time to buy a ceiling medallion). Jesus showed up promptly with another co worker and got right to work. They installed a J box in a bedroom ceiling. They were very clean and quiet too! We have to do the patch work with the drywall cut out but they only made one hole to patch and left the piece so its easier for us to do! I highly recommend Jesus for any electrical needs!

Fixed a ton of issues that the original electrician is the house did wrong.
The prices were extremly reasonable, and I will be using United as my go-to electrician!

We had some electrical issues that needed to be addressed in our home as well as some additional work we wished to be done. Jesus and his partner Jose worked efficiently and professionally at a very reasonable price. They corrected faulty wiring, replaced defective GFCI's, added junction boxes for a ceiling fan and chandelier, and added a sub panel in our garage to reorganize our electrical loads. Jesus responded quickly to all of our texts, was prompt, courteous and completed the job on time. I highly recommend United Electric.

They really make things look so easily. I hate that. I had them run the electrical to the middle of my vaulted ceiling for a house fan. If you need this done you need to give them a call. What a great experience. I was having some trouble with a GFCI and couldn't locate the defective unit. I called united Electric, Inc. and Jesus showed up within an hour. He was courteous and quickly identified the issue and made the necessary repairs immediately. The entire process took less than 2 hours from start to finish and was under $125! I will definitely be calling United Electric for any future electrical issues in the future!
Jesus came out the same day I called him to look at the work we needed him to do. I had 2 chandeliers that needed to be removed and replaced on an 18 foot ceiling. The other bids I had were completely ridiculous. He text me the bid the following day and installed the lights by the end of the week. He was quick and did great work. I will definitely call him again for any electrical needs and would recommend him to anyone looking for an electrician.

Jesus was awesome. I needed four ceiling fans installed, switches and led celling light assemblies changed. Reached out on Saturday evening and he responded quickly. My chandelier had popped a breaker and almost crashed falling when I turned on the light. I immediately went to yelp. United Electric inc, responded back within a minute! I found Jesus and his business partner Jose to be very professional and friendly. We hired Jesus to hard-wire install 6 outdoor Ring security cameras. The day of Jesus had a family emergency and since he couldn't make it he sent Jose to begin the project. Two days later Jesus returned and finished it all. The craftsmanship of his work is fantastic. He worked the entire time in pouring rain which goes to show his resolve. And his prices were specifically what I intended to spend. I would definitely hire him again.
Jesus installed an outlet in our new kitchen island. He stopped by the same day I messaged him on yelp and showed up on time. He even confirmed 30 min before arriving. His pricing was very fair. I really appreciate the fact that he did not make me feel bad for not doing our kitchen remodel in the correct order. I had a previous qoute from ER Electrics and the guy gave me an outrageous price plus made me feel dumb for not planning the outlet ahead of time. I almost gave up on getting the outlet installed until Jesus showed up and made it possible. He referred a concrete cutter and they both got the job done the next day.
Jesus has been super responsive during this whole process. He gave me a great price and took care of everything! If you are looking for a great electrician especially to hook up a charger for your ev, Jesus is the guy!

They were among the first to respond. Arranged a time and came on time. Quickly assessed the need. Offered a very reasonable price. Did the work quickly. It was the installation of two LED ballast bypass bulbs in a previous florescent light fixture that require a bit of rewriting.

Maybe as an electrician, job quality is most important so that they are very patient in doing their job. I have to be very patient to wait for their schedule. You cannot count on the time they give you as that's always an estimate. Once the time is scheduled, they are very on time and finish the job as it should. I recommend them just let you aware you need patience to get scheduled.
Jesus responded to my inquiry ASAP!!! Very fast and fair price. I contacted 4 different electricians and he gave the best estimate. My ballast went out in the kitchen and he changed them to LED lighting, no ballast needed. I'm very happy with the results because the lights were bright. He sent Alfredo and he did a fantastic job. United Electric Inc. did great work! They had first come by to give me a quote to install a 14-50 Nema Plug in the garage to charge my Tesla. He had replied to my request for a quote very quickly on Yelp Messages. He was able to come to my home the next day to inspect the request and gave me a quote right away. After contacting other electricians who had visited and had given me quotes, I've decided to stick with United Electric. We were able to schedule that same week, to where he came right on time and had the job done in a timely matter. Amazing quick, straightforward and reasonable pricing. It was a small job (changing front doorbell and porch light), but they came quickly on Sunday to take a look. In just a few minutes the porch of my rental property had an updated look.

Jesus responded within one day (Tuesday) of my Yelp quote request (Monday). He came to check out the problem on Wednesday afternoon, a light that was out and said the ballast was broken. He recommended replacing the whole light and quoted me a great price. $65 for the installation and I bought the new light at Home Depot, but he was also willing to go get it for me as well but I wanted to pick out the replacement. He came on Friday and also replaced the light switch within the cost of the install when he was there.

Jesus called right back and was able to come over that day for a quote . He managed to squeeze us in a few days later . My Tesla arrived 3 weeks in advance. Jesus had to install sub panel in our garage , put in 100 Ft of cable in from the opposite side of the garage and thru the attic into the garage. Also installed the 240 volt outlet to charge the EV . I needed to have a 240V line installed with a Nema 6-20 plug so I could charge my Chevy Volt. My house is one of the old ones in the Clairemont area that just had 120V. Jesus had no problems making a new run from the electrical panel at the rear of the house all the way to the garage where I needed the plug installed. Jesus did a great job and the price was great as well.

Jesus was great: super-responsive, on time (actually, early), and very professional. Our outdoor heater broke because we overloaded the circuit. Jesus came out to check the damage the same day I contacted him, and returned the following morning with the right supplies to fix it. We expected to have to pay hundreds, but he only charged $75 for his time. I would definitely hire Jesus for any future electrical task.

Yesterday Ryan came to our house, right on time, and quickly and efficiently fixed our problem. My husband, a retired professor of electrical engineering, commented there aren't very many who know really know what they're doing, but Ryan definitely knows what he's doing. We were very pleased with the excellent work and outstanding customer service

These guys are great! We needed a few small electrical jobs and we called and got same day service. The guys were very nice and took care of the jobs we requested quickly. They were very professional and cleaned up their mess when they were done. I highly recommend United Electric for your next electrical job!!!
United Electric was a subcontractor on a remodel of my place. Jesus and his team did a fantastic job. All the lighting, outlets, ceiling fan, etc., are perfect. I can't say enough about the lighting, though. The kitchen and living room are very well lit, but dimmable. And, the lighting itself is clean and bright. I love it! In addition, they are very nice people to work with and seem genuinely into making sure all goes well.
