I recently had my home theater installed by mr. Boyd. He was very punctual and didn't waste no time on getting the job done. When he finished the installation he should be he showed me how everything was supposed to work. Before he left he made sure I understood how everything was supposed to work. I am grateful for everything that he's done for me and I would recommend his services to everybody!

It's hard to find a contractor that will give you an honest estimate and a fair price with out compromising quality of work. Chris prides himself on his honesty and quality. Fix Rite has completed multiple projects for me in a timely manner at a great price. I love supporting local family businesses and I hope you do too!

The electrician that came to our office we're nice and very professional.
They also found a issue with a old electrical box and made sure it was fixed and up to code while they were there.
I would defiantly recommend them for any electro work you may need.

I had power go out from 3 outlets that controlled my TV. Called John Victor and he was able to come the same day. He throughly went through steps to identify possible issues and was able to locate a wiring issue that was the root cause. He not only fixed it but also explained why the issue occurred and how the wiring was done incorrectly by the builder. Highly recommended. I tried all the basic solutions myself but no way I would have figured out wiring done wrong.

Volthouse Electric is my go to for my home and rental property that I own. They are responsive, on time, professional, and do high quality work. The employees give the company high praises on how they are treated. Best of all they communicate with the customer which seems to be rare today. I no longer even consider calling someone else.

Handled installation of new LED lights in front home portico.  On-time (early) and just did a great job of explaining everything and performed the job in literally less than 30 min.

This is a great group to work with. After dealing with another plumbing company who charged sky high prices and didn't resolve issues, we called Kerrville Plumbing and had the pleasure of having Ben, Steve, Daniel and Brian help us out. We've had several things repaired and the prices have always been fair, the work has always been high quality, and the customer service is excellent. They're intelligent, friendly guys that you can feel comfortable having in your home. I have no complaints whatsoever- grateful to have found such a trustworthy and hardworking group of guys!

Very rude lady answers the phone.  Lost my business.  Unbelievable that someone who sells services would be like that. Good luck!

I just requested one simple light to be installed and these guys actually tried to upsell me into recessed lighting for $3,500. With the $79 service fee and the light installation, it ended up being $210 for one pendant light to be hung. What a joke.

VA Electrical Contractors installed a Generac generator on my house in January of 2022. In the process they cut sprinkler lines which they tried to fix,  but I had to have them fixed by Medallion Sprinkler.
When the light was blinking yellow, I tried to call them, but I got someone else's voice mail. So, I contacted Champion. Champion fixed the problem and said my generator was NOT INSTALLED TO CODE.
Finally  reached VA Electrical and they said they would fix the install to code but that they had several others they had to fix first and didn't know when they could fix it--if at all.

DO NOT USE THEM!

Cannot say enough about the great service we received from Keith at Heart of the Hills Electric. Our initial inquiry call was returned promptly and Keith showed up to give us an estimate at the appointed time. His work quote was far better than others we received so we decided to have him do the work we required. He showed up with an assistant but we were only charged labor for one person. The job was done efficiently and in a professional manner. The billing invoice was for exactly the amount we were given in the estimate. We will recommend Heart of the Hills Electric to all our friends and neighbors.

These people installed panels on my neighbor's roof, about 25 feet from my windows. Now, at the hottest time of the day, at the hottest time of the year, I get glare from the panels directly into my windows. It makes my room unusable for 2.5 hours in the summer, and then I have to let it cool out afterwards. The owner of the company insisted we use a window tint to solve the problem. Not only did it not stop the glare, it just made the room darker. I now have to use the overhead lamps to light the room (making the room hotter, and wasting more energy). I contacted the owner about relocating the panels and removing the tint. He agreed to help me, and call me back with a solution. Instead, he sent us the bill for the window tint he made us get, and now won't return my calls, nor did he ever call me back.
Avoid at all costs, and tell your neighbors to avoid as well.

In the chance that he actually does relocate the panels like he said he would, I'll take down this review.

Worst customer service! I had an appointment for a service call. They said they would be at my place sometime in the afternoon. they never showed and when I called to ask about what time they were going to show up they said that they could be at my place first ting in the morning.10 am and no service technician so I call and turns out that they had an emergency call and would not be able to come until the afternoon.4:30 rolls along and they still haven't shown up or even answered my phone calls or texts. when I finally get a hold of him he said that he was stuck at the damn oil field. This place is so unprofessional I would never recommend this place to anyone!!!

JLS Electric is a company solely designed to rip off unsuspecting and unwitting customers.   I have given them over 3K of business and paid for the invoices only to have things fail within days of the work being done.   Calling back Lindsay who is supposedly the owner/operator is a lesson in futility.  

She will only answer if you are making an order and blatantly ignore any warranty requests.   I had them install an electrical setup for my RV and also some other work in some outbuildings.    Less than a month later, the switches they worked on have failed and the GFCI plug they installed for the RV setup never worked.   She sent someone out and he said it was working.    I am disabled so hard to check and have to rely on them to be honest and up-front.   He said if there was a problem to call them back - - and there was a problem.  Still didn't work and why wouldn't he fix it if it wasn't working and expect me to have them call back again.    Left numerous messages with Lindsey and sent Emails - all ignored.   They said it was my cords and not the plug - but when I plugged in something else without the cords to the plug - INOPERATIVE.   Keeps shutting itself off which is normally indicative of a bad GFCI outlet - - and it was that way since install!

If they will rip off a disabled Veteran they will rip off anyone and their warranty isn't worth the paper its' printed on.  I had to hire someone else to fix what they damaged or didn't finish - and I will send them the bill.  I doubt it will get paid as they are showing themselves to be uncaring, non-customer focused and non-responsive.
They simply don't seem to care - no matter what you say or do.  STAY AWAY FROM JLS ELECTRIC or you will get ripped off too!
