The customer service was excellent. The service call when making an appointment was accurate and very fast. After calling several different Electrical companies and getting misdiagnosis calling 5G Electric was the best decision I've ever made.

I'm late posting this but they came out in October to help do the electrical side of my hot tub installation. The guys were all very nice and hardworking. When we did the estimate they came out and we decided on trenching to get to wire from the panel to the hot tub site. They came and did a great job and when we ran into the issue of the panel being maxed out with no space to add the hot tub breaker to, they ran another wire from my hot water tank to the main panel  in the garage. They didn't even end up charging me for the extra work they had to do and I very much appreciate that from them. Because of their excellent workmanship and generosity to put in extra work and not bill me for it, they have my business as long as I live in San Antonio. I'm sure the extra work they did was work another 700-1000 bucks and they did it free of charge to me.

I've used Jireh Electric for 2 separate issues. I had a bad breaker that needed to be replaced and I needed an outlet installed on my patio. These guys were prompt, extremely courteous, and very professional. They explained what they were doing and could have easily talked me in to paying for something I didn't need but they didn't. Their rates were reasonable to me and I would definitely use them again and recommend them to a friend.

We had damage to our external electrical power panel and we got Tony's to work with Austin Energy to disconnect the City's power line. They also removed the meter. Tony created a new roof mount for the power line, installed a panel, checked all of the wiring in the house, coordinated with the City to bring a new meter and install the power line. He as we did not have the City bring the electrical power on for several days provided us with a gasoline powered electrical generator. Through the several days here or not Tony was always ready for us. I have dealt with many repair and maintenance companies over the 50 years I have lived in Austin and Tony ranks as my Number One in ability and timeliness!

Aaron is great. He is timely, professional, knowledgeable and overall a very good electrician service experience. I highly recommend Bedwell Electric.

I have used Bryant Electric several times for jobs around my house.  Each time, I have been very pleased with the professionalism of their team.  Booth Sen was my electrician today.  He was helpful and professional.  He communicated well, cleaned up after himself and even helped me decide how high to hang my new chandelier.  Thank you.

Live Oak Electric came out to install an electric vehicle charger (evse) and an outlet for my stick welder.

They did an amazing job! They were on time, friendly, and professional. They listened to my requirements and went above and beyond during installation.

The job looks professional, and is done well.

I would highly recommend them to anyone in the dripping springs or Austin area.

After a few years of service with this company I have now cut all ties with them due to a few factors. First, their services are all a bit pricey. That, in and of itself, isn't a problem. I was happy to pay a premium for superior service but when service becomes mediocre (at best) the prices they charge are simply not justifiable.

The first major issue with their services I had was with their landscaping department. The landscaping jobs have been atrocious the last two times I commissioned work form them. They nearly killed two separate rows of bushes and only offered to use some fertilizer on them to try and get them to bounce back. In other words, they would not offer any sort of price break despite the fact that their work was woefully inadequate. In the end it took 3 months but the bushes are finally back to normal and I plan trim them myself from now on rather than have ABC destroy them and make them look terrible without apology. After that I decided to no longer use them to do landscaping work but continued to use them for other services.

Next, they began to drop the ball when mowing my lawn. Occasional accidents happen but over a few months the occasional accident became the rule, not an exception. They cut a cord for my outdoor flower bed lighting without telling me. They mowed over a beautiful bush that was flowering at the time. They left the gate wide open. Every time it was something. It was very annoying but I just accepted it as possibly a bad series of accidents. I didn't cancel services for this alone but after the next issue that came up it played a role in my cutting ties with the company completely.

The final straw was when I canceled pest control services. I actually didn't have a problem with their pest control services, I just wanted to save a few bucks and decided to cut it out for a while. I used their online system to cancel the service and then called to make sure my cancelation request was accepted. I was assured that it was and that there would be no more scheduled pest control services to my home. Well, about 3 weeks later, I got a postcard and e-mail telling me I had a new pest control service scheduled. I called them up and told them to cancel it because I was no longer under contract with them. They agreed that I wasn't and that the service should not have been scheduled and then they canceled the service. Nobody ever came to do any pest control, just as was agreed. However, the day after the canceled appointment I got an e-mail telling me I was being billed for pest control. I called and told them about the issue and they assured me both that nobody came out and that they would erase the bill. About a month later, the bill was still there. I called yet again and they tole me they could not just erase the bill, that they would need to review the phone calls to make sure I canceled service and to make sure nobody came out. That was the last I could take, I told them to cancel all services I had with them including HVAC services.

Bottom line: They are grossly incompetent at best...dishonest at worst. I advise you to say away from them and to seek services elsewhere

Electrical work is good - so far. Do not have them do any other work. We had them paint our banister and railing and it is chipping less than a week later. Paint on ceiling is already chipping. If you like paint on light fixtures, cabinets and flooring this is the person for you. Please do not have them put up curtain rods or repair brackets in the closet. Everything was off center and uneven. Not sure a measuring tape was used. Constructive criticism is not welcomed by him. Drywall work performed is already failing just weeks after repairs. Cracks are coming back. Please beware of substandard work.
