The customer service was excellent. The service call when making an appointment was accurate and very fast. After calling several different Electrical companies and getting misdiagnosis calling 5G Electric was the best decision I've ever made.

The quality ,professionalism,workmanship is spot on! We were looking to add 4 LED living room lights to ceiling with a smart dimmer switch, I do consider myself a good handyman..But this was a project left to experience ! And with multiple wires needed and adding a extra wall switch alongside via ceiling ya get the picture. Communication and understanding what we were looking for and them explaining made everything easy. If your looking for residential electrical please call on them quote was spot on and they made sure all lights,outlets,switch's worked. Love the way it looks !!!! Thanks

Israel, Tom, Ruben and the entire Jireh Electrical team are amazing!! They work with joy, comradery and excellence. No need to look further than this crew for any electrical needs. These guys exhibted a high caliber of expertise. They worked expeditiously and with great proficiency.  Ruben was our job lead in upgrading our entire outdoor panel. He also identified and corrected problematic interior wiring that we inherited from the previous owner.  Ruben is a true tradesmen - personable and readily explains all of his processes. I have no doubt that our home is safely wired. Tom was our estimator and scheduler, a sweetheart with fair prices. I feel so blessed to have found them. Seriously, these guys are the absolute best! We had damage to our external electrical power panel and we got Tony's to work with Austin Energy to disconnect the City's power line. They also removed the meter. Tony created a new roof mount for the power line, installed a panel, checked all of the wiring in the house, coordinated with the City to bring a new meter and install the power line. He as we did not have the City bring the electrical power on for several days provided us with a gasoline powered electrical generator. Through the several days here or not Tony was always ready for us. I have dealt with many repair and maintenance companies over the 50 years I have lived in Austin and Tony ranks as my Number One in ability and timeliness!

Aaron is great. Superb work, cleans up the site extremely well, scheduled around other work that needed to be done. I'll have him back for more work anytime.

Brian was my tech on this visit and a previous one. He is always on time, professional in his manner and his skills are excellent! He is patient and provides information and discussion about decisions such as placement, any potential issues, etc. I like using Bryant Electric because they also provide an up front estimate and options for basic to enhanced installation features. I am so happy with the updated lighting that was just completed. I highly recommend these folks.

I just wanted to echo my original review. I had an electric emergency this evening where it was unsafe to keep the power turned on.  I called Live Oak Electric and spoke to Andy, the owner.  He took the call even though he was visiting family in San Antonio.  He walked me through the options and said he would check to see if his brother Aaron would be available to come out today.

Aaron not only called immediately,  he also said that given our situation he would come out this evening.  Aaron was able to resolve our problem quickly, restored power, removed the danger and kept our home safe.

I would highly recommend Live Oak Electric,  they are honest, the are compassionate,  and they are excellent electricians..

ABC did a terrible job on the first visit. They didn't remove old debreu before adding new.  The service on the total yard look as though a teenager who really didn't want to do it' had completed the work.  I cancel the service contract and will never use there services again!

Electrical work is good - so far. Do not have them do any other work. We had them paint our banister and railing and it is chipping less than a week later. Paint on ceiling is already chipping. If you like paint on light fixtures, cabinets and flooring this is the person for you. Please do not have them put up curtain rods or repair brackets in the closet. Everything was off center and uneven. Not sure a measuring tape was used. Constructive criticism is not welcomed by him. Drywall work performed is already failing just weeks after repairs. Cracks are coming back. Please beware of substandard work.
