Got the receipts to prove that Chadwick is not a professional nor reliable electrician. He sent an individual to come help us (whom was helpful) and refused to send the written invoice after we paid him. I needed the invoice for insurance purposes. He also gave me terrible advice that resulted in an electrical explosion, so there's that too.

We needed an electrician and SFX electric responded immediately despite being very busy. We were concerned about a possible hazard. Steve walked us through the problem to allay our fears. He fit us in and along with his apprentice, completed a thorough check of our wiring. Highly professional, took the time to explain situation in layman terms and completed the work in a timely manner. We give the company our highest recommendation and will be using them for additional work.

Day of service Greg and Logan showed up within minutes of estimated time of arrival, only delay was because City of Georgetown had torn up my driveway and they had to cross a busy street with all their equipment.

I've never had any company be so consistent in scheduling. When they say they're going to show up, you can bet your bottom dollar they'll be there!

Greg walked me through everything they were doing as if I was a friend. Showed me exactly what they were doing every step of the way. No stupid question I had went unanswered without an utmost of professionalism on his end. He even asked for my input in the layout of wiring conduit in a utility room, just to make sure it met my approval!

If I ever, ever need more electrical work done, Georgetown Electric Company will get every penny I spend.

Greg and Logan, I can't say how thankful I am for the great service you provided. Several other companies looked at my small job as if it was a burden for them to take on, treated me like I wasn't worth it and eventually blew me off. You stepped up and treated me like I meant something, even though my job wasn't anything where you'd make the most buck. I asked for help, you manned up, and did the job beyond my expectations.

I owe you guys one! Like I said, any work I need or can recommend to a friend, you will get it!

Highly recommend this very efficient company! From the bidding to the work, everyone very professional and pricing reasonable.  Workmanship was very clean and the guys took great care to keep my house clean as they did the work.  I had them install several new outlets and electrical throughout my house, walls and ceilings and also garage.  Would definitely use them again!

Some outlets stopped working in our home over Christmas weekend and SRP was able to send someone out within 2 days. Anthony was extremely helpful and professional. He worked quickly and answered all of our questions. Will definitely recommend this company to others and use them in the future.

Service pro. installed a EV charger at my garage. I am so happy with what they did. Alex showed on time and has done a great job with a reasonable price. The owner is very friendly and always responds to the calls and texts massages quickly. I cannot be happier with the whole process. Also, Alex helped me to figure out some other electrical issues that I had. I would definitely recommend this company.

Leo is a great electrician that I will happily call for all of my future electrical needs. He came out on a Sunday (amazing) to look at my setup and give me an estimate. The very next day he installed a Nema 14-50 outlet so I can charge up my Model 3 quickly.

I enjoyed all my interactions with Leo. He is very friendly and did an amazing job connecting the new Nema box with the existing system. I am impressed with the excellent install job every time I utilize the outlet. I have posted some pictures of his handwork and the speed you can expect to charge an electric car from a Nema 14-50.

Should have done the job correctly the initial time.  Rude, unprofessional and wondering where the guy is that many state is great.  Maybe if I was a male......I would have been treated better.

This company is sneaky, greedy and unprofessional - especially Larry and Joe. They are just not good people or right in the head. I would not even recommend them to my worst enemy. There are better, more reliable companies to seek out.

I placed a query on HomeAdvisor for an electrician to take take care of some lighting I would need installed on the exterior of my home.  One of the companies that called me was Electrician For Hire.  John was the guy's name.  He called me at 8 on a Saturday evening and we talked about the project that I needed done.  10-15 minutes later, John said he would have a guy out to the house the latest they can on Friday at 4pm in order to take a look and come up with a quote.  He said they stop work at 4:30.  No problem.

Fast forward to Friday.  At 4:10pm no one had shown up so I called John to ask about his technician.  He said they weren't supposed to be there until 5pm tonight.  He said it was in his notes.  However, in the Saturday discussion he told me his guys don't work past 4:30 and he asked me if his guy could be at the house at 4.  I was good with 4 because I was leaving town at 5.  I let it go for the moment as he said he would get someone out to the house now.  His technician calls and says he'll be happy to come out tomorrow (Saturday) in order to look over the project and deliver a quote.  I explained to the technician that this was outside the terms of agreement from John.  I told the technician to disregard and that I would contact John to cancel.

I sent a text message to John stating that I was disenchanted with the fact that his technician didn't even know about it until moments earlier, which means I was forgotten about, anyway.  I let him know that I will be looking for a new and more reliable electrician to handle my project.  John's response:  You Go Girl.  When I called to accost him of the disrespect, he stated, Look, I am making light of the situation.  Don't be weird about it.

Can John do the work? I don't know.  He can talk the talk, though, and make you feel like he's got your project covered.  Myself, I do not give my business to those who lie, forget, change times, or flat out disrespect.

My suggestion to those needing an electrician in my area, find a more reputable one.  Leave the kids out of your home projects.
