Very prompt and pleasant. Called in the morning had someone there by 1 pm. Had an unexpected appointment while he was working. He was very agreeable to leaving and coming back. My issue was a Ethernet outlet which was dead.  Opened up the wall unit and it was a tangled mess, plus our outlet itself was wired incorrectly.

Got it working.

I have worked with Copper King several times now, and I am so happy with the level of professionalism and courtesy! Cory has come out to do everything from installing recessed lighting, to putting up a chandelier, to updating the ancient electrical wiring in my kitchen. Every time I have been more than pleased. He will give me a head's up if there is an issue with the project and help me understand my options so that I can make an informed decision. When I had my kitchen wiring issue, he came out right away to look it over, and he was able to fix it the next day. Copper King is a great company, and my go-to electrician!

I was very pleased with the service we received from JM Electric. They managed to install multiple can lights in the ceilings throughout the house with minimal drywall repairs needed. Another company we received a quote from warned us there'd be a lot of drywall damage but they kept it to a minimum. They also had the lowest price among the quotes we received so it was a win win. I'd definitely use them again and refer them as well.

I was referred to this company by my pool guy. I needed wiring done and they had to dig in my yard in order to place the conduit. My backyard is turf and white rock. They clearly have no experience with turf and how to properly remove the rock. My backyard has to be redone where they dug the trench. It will cost more money that I don't have. If they were to disclose that they would trash the yard I would have hired a professional to have it done properly. I'm so upset about how they left my yard. I got an apology from the company but this could have been avoided. Now I have to remove my white rock. Get new weed barrier because they removed it. Rinse off all the rock. Get the turf company out and pay them to repair the damage. All added expense that was never expected. Make sure you know what you're going Into. I even had other quotes and went with this company based off the guy telling me 30 years experience. In that 30 years they must not ever have come across turf before otherwise they should have told me to get my landscaper to help to do this the right way. They could have worked together to make this a smoother transaction.

They were very thorough during the quoting process (many of their competitors left out significant components). The quoted price was fair and was what I actually paid. The work was done as described and appears to be of high quality. I couldn't ask for anything more.

Joe is fantastic always reliable and reasonably priced. He does fantastic work and would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a good professional electrician.

They showed up at appointed time, very professional and knowledgeable about my situation. Explained what they needed to do and how they would be doing it so not to disturb my family. Work completed far faster than I anticipated at the price quoted. I will gladly use them again.

Don't let the newness of this company fool you, the owner has been an electrician for over 13yrs and my experience showed Great service and professional staff! The owner and electrician is very honest and affordable and had amazing manners.  Came in and fixed the issue I had (circuit breaker) and added some new outlets.  Cleaned up after himself and didn't leave my house in shambles like the last repair tech I had come out.  Have any electrical needs I would def call this company!

Tommy was great to work. Exceptional communication, before the job (while planning) as well as throughout. Their work was very detailed. Installing recessed lights in stucco can be tricky, but they took great care and the finished product looked amazing!

I've used Qualtire in the last 20 years for everything from very small plumbing fixes to complete bathroom remodels. Never received anything but impeccable service. This week my 80 year old house needed a little piping repair. Well, it's that holiday week between Christmas and New Year's. Wasn't sure what would happen. A couple of hours later, the Owner (Dennis) showed up. Not to quote me...to do the work! I'm impressed! That's why I use this company exclusively on my household work. They do it all.

I called them on a Monday morning 4/9/18, they said they would be by between 12-4.  Never heard from them.  Called 7 am the next morning and Tom remembered me, said they would come by this afternoon 4/10/18 between 12-4 again.  At  4:30, I called Tom, he said he was going to check with his technician.  A few seconds later they hung up.  I tried calling again 3 times, and it went right to voice message.  

What a CLASSLESS organization.  If he didn't want to come out to my house, just tell me, but I waited for almost two days and they did not even have the courtesy to call me.  I strongly advise to find anyone else but these fools.

My first time using Lundell Electrical Services and it was a great experience, would happily recommend to anyone looking for residential electrical services. Went to them for an upgrade from 150A to 200A residential service, fixing the mess a solar contractor made of my breaker panel by putting in a brand new one, and rearranging certain equipment for the solar system. From the start it was a quick, easy, and low pressure estimate that was cost-competitive with the other estimates I received. They also stayed in regular contact when there was preceding work that needed to be done beforehand. When the time came for the install (there was a delay with the utility that involved a reschedule, not at all their fault and they communicated the issue when it was brought to their attention) they were right on time and efficiently did the work. There were some additional work that was necessary for the permits (a higher gauge grounding wire for the house plumbing bonding) that they handled efficiently at the install and explained very well, and everything passed SRP and city inspections that day. All in all, it was a fast, easy, affordable, and pleasant experience and I will be working with them in the future for any electrical work.

Will update review if any issues arise but none are anticipated.
