Very prompt and pleasant. Called in the morning had someone there by 1 pm. Had an unexpected appointment while he was working. He was very agreeable to leaving and coming back. My issue was a Ethernet outlet which was dead.  Opened up the wall unit and it was a tangled mess, plus our outlet itself was wired incorrectly.

Needed to get a electrical outlet put in as well as have a light fixture taken a look at.  Spoke with chance who was polite/responsive and scheduled a time.  He had given an estimation of the time/costs for the electrical outlet installation, and his thoughts on the potential causes of the light fixture issue before the coming to the house.  

The estimation and time to install the outlet was very accurate and he did an excellent job.  He also gave great advice regarding the fixture and let me know what parts I needed to get/replace to get it working again.  As soon as I can find the right parts I will certainly be having him come back to install them.

The lights and microwave in our kitchen were not working, so we called Copper King Electric since they came highly recommended to us by our neighbor. Cory was able to be at our house the day we called and found that we had a loose wire causing the problems. He was able to repair the wire quickly, and we were pleasantly surprised that Copper King's rates were very reasonable and less than other electrical companies we have used in the past. We highly recommend Copper King Electric and will be using them for all of our electrical needs in the future.

I am having a major pool remodel.  Springs and Sons Electrical work is EXCEPTIONAL!  The guys that did the trenching were very neat and very careful.  They trenched under the roots of my old cactus, and not through them.  The new conduit work is the neatest I've ever seen.  The job was done fast and it way way exceeded my expectations.

They were very thorough during the quoting process (many of their competitors left out significant components). The quoted price was fair and was what I actually paid. The work was done as described and appears to be of high quality. I couldn't ask for anything more.

Tommy was great to work. Exceptional communication, before the job (while planning) as well as throughout. Their work was very detailed. Installing recessed lights in stucco can be tricky, but they took great care and the finished product looked amazing!

I've used Qualtire in the last 20 years for everything from very small plumbing fixes to complete bathroom remodels. Never received anything but impeccable service. This week my 80 year old house needed a little piping repair. Well, it's that holiday week between Christmas and New Year's. Wasn't sure what would happen. Second time calling them out and was so impressed again the second time that I need to get a review done. They did a very large job for us three years ago. Job was well done. Contacted this week about during some further work and he was out the next day to give fair estimate. Quick and explains everything very well.

My first time using Lundell Electrical Services and it was a great experience, would happily recommend to anyone looking for residential electrical services. Went to them for an upgrade from 150A to 200A residential service, fixing the mess a solar contractor made of my breaker panel by putting in a brand new one, and rearranging certain equipment for the solar system. From the start it was a quick, easy, and low pressure estimate that was cost-competitive with the other estimates I received. They also stayed in regular contact when there was preceding work that needed to be done beforehand. When the time came for the install (there was a delay with the utility that involved a reschedule, not at all their fault and they communicated the issue when it was brought to their attention) they were right on time and efficiently did the work. There were some additional work that was necessary for the permits (a higher gauge grounding wire for the house plumbing bonding) that they handled efficiently at the install and explained very well, and everything passed SRP and city inspections that day. All in all, it was a fast, easy, affordable, and pleasant experience and I will be working with them in the future for any electrical work.

We hired Electrician Techs to install 4 LEDs recess lights in our living room. We went with them due to their pricing and reviews online. They were early on the schedule day for the job, a plus. But here is where the 1 star comes in, the quote we received stated that the electricians will make approximately three to four 4x4 inch holes in the ceiling and the patch work was NOT included, agreed and understood. Well they made 12 holes! All different sizes and the cut outs they made for the lights where super sloppy! 3 out of the 4 light cut outs were super sloppy! Check out the pictures! The they recommended a patch worker that wants to charge $1,300 to patch up the holes and paint! My wife and I were definitely not happy with the quality of work they performed and will NOT be using them again. We need 3 bedrooms with recess lighting and definitely will be finding someone else.
