Very prompt and pleasant. Called in the morning had someone there by 1 pm. Had an unexpected appointment while he was working. He was very agreeable to leaving and coming back. My issue was a Ethernet outlet which was dead.  Opened up the wall unit and it was a tangled mess, plus our outlet itself was wired incorrectly.

Got it working.

Chance was fantastic! He installed a large sail shade cloth over our driveway for us. Our previous two were too small and kept sagging. Holes were filled in from old hardware and he didn't leave a mess. Great value, very responsive and reliable. I will be using him in the future for other handyman needs. Highly recommend! I have been using Sparky's for about a decade and today they wrapped up my biggest project to date.

Updating my kitchen electrical, including LED lighting and Lutron switches, outlets and plates, installing a new stove hood and my biggest indulgence a wall mounted 55 inch TV in the kitchen, as well as a complete update to all of my exterior lighting. I couldn't be happier with his outdoor lighting design that brought my patio and yard to life, and the kitchen is now my favorite room in the house.

The lights and microwave in our kitchen were not working, so we called Copper King Electric since they came highly recommended to us by our neighbor. Cory was able to be at our house the day we called and found that we had a loose wire causing the problems. He was able to repair the wire quickly, and we were pleasantly surprised that Copper King's rates were very reasonable and less than other electrical companies we have used in the past. We highly recommend Copper King Electric and will be using them for all of our electrical needs in the future.

Scheduling this business to come put for a repair was not the easiest. I had to call 2-3 times before receiving an answer. I finally was able to schedule someone to come onto my property, they were late. I had to call them and ask what's going on before they notified me they were running behind. I don't mind them running late, but I do mind not being notified about it. They had to come a second day to finish repairs, in which they were also late on that day. They did not call me to tell me the issues they found and how they repaired them, which I would have appreciated. Lastly, I had to contact them to figure out what was done and how much it was going to cost in total. They did successfully do the repairs, which I suppose matters most and I appreciate that. However, they have a lot of room for improvement in the communication/punctuality department.

Great service by owner, Jim Maurer! Professional and arrived on time on a Sunday. He was very helpful and handled several jobs for us in one afternoon. His rate was very affordable too. We highly recommend him!

I was recommended to springs & sons by my pool guy to replace some burned out led lights. After getting quotes from a couple places and getting the run around, I went with these guys and so happy I did. They were efficient, the new lights look great and although it wasn't cheap it was worth it. There was one minor issue with the timer of my yard lights and they came out first thing to get it fixed. Hopefully I won't need to replace the lights again soon, but if I do I'll call them for sure.

They were very thorough during the quoting process (many of their competitors left out significant components). The quoted price was fair and was what I actually paid. The work was done as described and appears to be of high quality. I couldn't ask for anything more.

Extremely knowledgeable, his experience shows. Respectful and trustworthy. Has the highest standards for process of work completion, as well as the results. Had two patio fans with lights installed, all he needed to know was what wall switches I wanted them on and he took care of the rest! Thrilled with how the fans and lights look, they work exactly as we wanted. Any future electric needs and I will call him without hesitating. Best value, best work, that's all there is to it.

Tommy was great to work. Exceptional communication, before the job (while planning) as well as throughout. Their work was very detailed. Installing recessed lights in stucco can be tricky, but they took great care and the finished product looked amazing!

Qualtire replace water lines throughout house, had an issue over a year later and they came out and repaired at no charge. Karen was a great help

I called them on a Monday morning 4/9/18, they said they would be by between 12-4.  Never heard from them.  Called 7 am the next morning and Tom remembered me, said they would come by this afternoon 4/10/18 between 12-4 again.  At  4:30, I called Tom, he said he was going to check with his technician.  A few seconds later they hung up.  I tried calling again 3 times, and it went right to voice message.  

What a CLASSLESS organization.  If he didn't want to come out to my house, just tell me, but I waited for almost two days and they did not even have the courtesy to call me.  I strongly advise to find anyone else but these fools.

My first time using Lundell Electrical Services and it was a great experience, would happily recommend to anyone looking for residential electrical services. Went to them for an upgrade from 150A to 200A residential service, fixing the mess a solar contractor made of my breaker panel by putting in a brand new one, and rearranging certain equipment for the solar system. From the start it was a quick, easy, and low pressure estimate that was cost-competitive with the other estimates I received. They also stayed in regular contact when there was preceding work that needed to be done beforehand. When the time came for the install (there was a delay with the utility that involved a reschedule, not at all their fault and they communicated the issue when it was brought to their attention) they were right on time and efficiently did the work. There were some additional work that was necessary for the permits (a higher gauge grounding wire for the house plumbing bonding) that they handled efficiently at the install and explained very well, and everything passed SRP and city inspections that day. All in all, it was a fast, easy, affordable, and pleasant experience and I will be working with them in the future for any electrical work.

Will update review if any issues arise but none are anticipated.

Warren is a legend. He quickly installed our chandelier, added a dimmer for free, and taught us a bunch of really helpful lessons for safe electricity work. Warren was extremely friendly and super fun to work with. I would definitely hire him again!
