Nathan from Holloway is here now trying to figure out how to relocate the microwave electrical to an up-to-code outlet. He's smart, courteous and competent. His fee is reasonable too. And he was on time, even though we only called late yesterday afternoon and scored an appointment for this morning. Highly recommend Holloway!

Excellent customer service! I tried to get a hold of numerous general contractors to fix some repairs to my home after a home inspection. I was blown off and treated rudely by the ones I reached out to. A family member heard of my frustrations and told me about Maricopa Property Maintenance. I was so glad I called! He came out within hours of my initial call and gave me a quote the next day. He scheduled the repairs in less than a week and was done within two days! Super friendly, family run business. VERY HONEST!! He went through my home inspection, step-by-step, and looked at each item of concern for himself. He explained why the home inspector was concerned and informed me of whether or not he deemed them important fixes or cosmetic. He could have just made all of the repairs and taken advantage of my naivity, but he didn't. I will be doing business with them in the future for any of my household needs and referring them to others who are looking for home repairs or upgrades.

Brian and Zappo Electric is your one stop!!!!  We had electrical conduit being ran from our roof directly in front of a major drain and into our electrical box.  We were getting water down the conduit and in our electric box whenever we had rain.  Brian gave us a fair quote and did the work immediately.  He took great care in re-routing the conduit and the final result was extremely well done.  We will be calling Brian for some future projects.  He is honest, on time and takes pride in his company.  Give him a call and a chance.  You won't be disappointed.

My water heater wasn't working in the home I just moved into, they walked me through all the steps needed through messages. Got it working in less than 20 minutes on a Sunday evening. Wonderful service!

Chip sent a great team to set-up two TVs. It was a big job. Dan gave us great advice and we made some changes to the original plan (adding a swivel mount and replacing an older tv with a larger, newer model to fit the space). The team was professional and shared all costs at line item level before starting the job. The team repaired walls, textured, and painted. The team made sure we were happy with the final product and that all devices were ready to go before packing up. We'll use Temple Electric in the future and we'll highly recommend Temple Electric to family and friends.

True professionals, on time and excellent work. Had them out to install our pool electric and a new outlet in a historic Phoenix house (and historic electric is tricky). Ironically had an (what turned out to be completely unrelated to their work) electric emergency the day after they came out (of course on Sunday when they are closed) and the team came all the way from west valley on their day off to fix it at 7:30am. Their bid was also actually less than other quotes and they did a great job. I would use these guys any time for any electrical need.

Mister Sparky is a complete rip off. We were in need of a replacement interior breaker box, as our was old and wearing down. They charged $3000 dollars and did an awful job. We had a decorative wall and they completely destroyed it as well, the electrician took almost 6 hours to do the job, was rushed at the end and was basically ripping wires out of the wall aggressively. The job was sloppy and completely overpriced. Could have saved ourselves the trouble and looked up how to do it ourselves. Complete scam, ridiculously overpriced. Just save yourself the trouble and do yourself, the parts to complete the job only cost a small fraction of the price, you can do it yourself with the right safety measures!

Larry, our electrician from Tucker Hill, was awesome!   He did great work, never choosing the easy way, with results way beyond anything we expected.  Found improper 20 amp circuit breaker another electrician had jury-rigged onto 15 amp wiring, saving us possible house fire. Had extensive complicated work including wiring EV charger and upgrading panel from 200 amp to 400 amp working with APS.  Saved us $25k in trenching costs by recommending APS pull new bigger cables  through existing 2 conduit instead of paying to retrench a 2 1/2 conduit like APS insisted we do.  Quality of work was wonderful. Brought down costs for us whenever possible and worked late into the night on multiple days.   We love Larry and Tucker Hill!

We also had them as a Landscaping crew for approx. a month then fired them, for poor service. Does not deliver on his promises. He talks a good game, but can't walk the walk. Very poor service.
